What is HAZOP - Duration: 4:44.[Intro Music] >>Background Voice: ABC Industries is building
a new, greenfield hydrocarbons processing plant. Linda is a young engineer, working
on this project. George is her boss, who is the project manager.Lets now go to the Project
Office. >>LINDA: Good Morning George!
>>GEORGE: Good Morning Linda! How are things? >>LINDA: Well..not very clear
>>GEORGE: Why? >>LINDA: During yesterdays meeting, you
said that we will be carrying out a HAZOP Study for the new plant that is coming up.
Could you explain what is it? Why do we need it?
>>GEORGE: Sure, Linda. A HAZOP is a highly structured way of analysing all the things
that can go wrong in a complex plant such as ours. It is a Risk Assessment technique
that has become the de-facto industry standard for all plants in the Oil & Gas, Chemical,
pharmaceutical, power generation and even mining industries.
>>LINDA: Oh? Yes, I have heard of it before but have no idea how it works.
>>GEORGE: No problem, I will explain the basic idea of HAZOP in short. If you want more information,
simply go to the Abhisam website to learn about it.
>>GEORGE: Look, the idea is fairly simple. As I already said, modern plants are complex
and there is the possibility that some things may not happen as expected.
>>LINDA: Yes, thats true. >>GEORGE: But in our case, if things do not
work as they are supposed to, it may lead to a disaster!
>>LINDA: Yes, you are right. >>GEORGE: And there may be so many things
that can go wrong. We call them deviations. >>LINDA: OK.
>> GEORGE: Now in HAZOP, we carefully examine every possible deviation and think about what
were to happen, if the deviation does take place. For every such deviation, we ask whether
this can result in an unwanted occurrence or an accident. This could be a fire or explosion
or a tank that overflows, causing spillage of toxic material.
>>LINDA: Oh, that we means we think of all these bad things that can happen! Then what
do we do? >>GEORGE: Then, we think of ways to mitigate
it and recommend ways to do it. It could be an operator action or a safety interlock or
whatever is needed. >>LINDA: That must be a very long and complex
process. >>GEORGE: It sure is! But then a proper HAZOP
Methodology takes care of it. Also, a trained HAZOP team can do it pretty fast.
>>LINDA: Oh thats good to know. >>GEORGE: Yes, sure. You should get trained
in HAZOP at the earliest, since the project has already started.
>>LINDA: Thats a great idea, but how do I get the training?
>>GEORGE: Well, no sweat at all! Just take the Abhisam online HAZOP Training. You can
learn everything that you need to know with actual examples and case studies. Simulations
of deviations, make it really great. Just take a look at this!
>>Explainer: Here's a part of an animation from the HAZOP Course, that explains the Guide
Word High via an actual situation. This is just a very brief sample. The actual HAZOP
Course from Abhisam has many more such different examples.
>>LINDA: Thats great! Looks very interesting. >>GEORGE: Yes. Plus you also learn about the
management aspects of HAZOP, standards used in HAZOP and much more.
>>LINDA: But after I take the training, then what? How do people know that I am trained?
>>GEORGE: Well, if you take their exam, then you get a printable Certificate of Competency
and also an electronic badge that you can share on places such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
So everybody knows that you took the training, passed the exam and are now competent in HAZOP.
>>LINDA: Wow! Thats cool. >>GEORGE: You are telling me! On my last
project I could get my entire team trained and made competent in HAZOP in the space of
just a couple of weeks. >>LINDA: Sure, I will request my Training
Manager to get it today. >>GEORGE: That is good! Bye for now, I have
to rush to a meeting now. >>LINDA: Thank You George, you are always
so helpful. Bye! Take Care!

Breakthrough Junior Challenge 2017: How to win everywhere or What is a Game Theory - Duration: 3:00.In my opinion life is a kind of game where we achieve our goals
Today my dear friends i want to share with you about how to play this game or to be precise
what is a game theory game theory is a method of finding optimal
strategies in games using math in the concept of the game theory a game is a process in
which two or more participants are fighting to realize their interests each of the participants
uses a certain strategy which depending on the decision of other players can lead to
a win or loss now let`s talk about how it`s started first concepts of game theory were
described in the classic book of great mathematicians like John von Neumann and Oskar Morgenstern
in 19 and 44 at that time all the concepts of game theory analyzed zero sum games where
winners win at the expense of losers as an example this is poker where one picks all
the bets of others then in 19 and 49 mathematician John Nash develops methods of analysis where
all participants either win or lose despite the fact they competed these situations were
called non-cooperative equilibrium or nash equilibrium which i will explain later as
a result of this research game theory has become popular in economics business science
psychology computer science and biology despite this fact the game theory is everywhere around
us and to prove it let`s get acquainted with one main paradox of game theory which tells
if people don`t cooperate with each other and think only themselves then often situations
where everyone loses are developed for example let`s imagine two cousins Sam
and Bob who by unimaginable coincidence wanted to sell unique glowing socks that spencer
wore in Icarly Since they are brothers Bob and Sam make an
agreement to sell socks by equally high prices their initial profit was 300$ each one day
Bob decides to lower his prices what makes him earning 400$ sam notices that his profit
has fallen to two hundreds and also reduces his prices to return customers after this
Bob and Sam start earning 50$ less than if they agreed to cooperate this state is called
Nash equilibrium because it`s beneficial to save this balance since any change except
agreement will worsen their financial situations for that reason large companies compete in
non-price range and try to distinguish their products from others by making innovations
and improvements but in most cases the best outcome is only possible when cooperating
anyway cooperate or not ..... is your choice

KARD Reveals What's Most Awkward About Being A Co-Ed Group - Duration: 2:35.KARD Reveals What's Most Awkward About Being A Co-Ed Group
KARD laid out the most awkward and uncomfortable parts about being in a co-ed group.
A post shared by KARD (@official_kard) on Jun 11, 2017 at 10:39pm PDT .
KARD is unique in that they're one of the only K-Pop idol groups with both female and male members.
According to the members, the most awkward part of being in a co-ed group is having to dance provocatively with the members of the opposite sex.
In Oh NaNa, Somin and Jiwoo twerk in front of the boys during the dance break.
And in Dont Recall, BM and J.
seph get up close and personal with the girls.
But after months of practice and a stronger bond between the members, Jiwoo revealed that they all just got used to it.
Even though its uncomfortable for us, we had to get used to it because even if its awkward – its more awkward for the viewers if they sense that tension between us.
Thats why we got over the awkward stages and did our best with the dance. — KARDs Jiwoo.
The members also revealed that they had to change clothes in the same room before!.
All of the members agreed that it was super uncomfortable when they were only given one changing room.
But thankfully, theyre now being given two rooms for wardrobe changes!.

BBC 6 Minute English - What your lunch says about you - Duration: 6:19.Hello and welcome to 6 Minute English– the show that brings you an interesting topic,
authentic listening practice and six items of incredibly useful vocabulary.
I'm Dan…
And I'm Neil.
In this programme we'll be discussing the lovely topic of lunch – and what our lunch
choices say about us.
So, Dan, what are you doing for lunch today?
Ah Neil, are you asking me to join you?
I'd love to, thanks.
There's this great little Vietnamese place we have to check out, right next to the office
if you just…
Ah, actually – I was just asking to… open up today's topic.
Sorry.
You see, I've brought a sandwich.
Oh, a sandwich.
Again!
How dull.
Well, you're not the only one – a survey from 2012 showed a third of Britons eat exactly
the same thing for lunch – every day!
And yes, it's mostly sandwiches.
I had a curry yesterday.
Well, it's almost lunchtime so we'd better get on with our question, which is: how long
is the average lunch break in the UK?
Is it: a) An hour and a half
b) 45 minutes c) 25 minutes
Oh, I wish it was an hour and a half, but I'm pretty sure it must be c) 25 minutes
Well, we'll find out if you're right… just before lunch!
All this talk of lunch is actually making me feel a bit peckish.
Peckish is a great word isn't it – it's a slang word for being a bit hungry.
Feeling peckish, Dan?
I am now.
Now, about you and your sandwiches Neil.
Two slices of bread with filling might be the most popular British lunch choice, but
it didn't use to be that way.
Listen to food writer Bee Wilson.
Which adjective does she use to describe sandwiches?
They were what you had in an emergency.
They were what you had on a long train journey.
It was a kind of makeshift lunch when you couldn't get anything better.
So – sandwiches had humble origins as makeshift meals.
Makeshift describes something temporary and low quality – a solution you create when
you can't do anything better.
I can't help feel this is all getting a little personal, Dan.
There's a sometimes very practical reason to eat a sandwich – like on a train.
On a weekday in the office though, there's no excuse.
If you worked as hard as I did, Dan – you'd only have time for a sandwich!
Which is just what Bee Wilson was saying – we treat lunchtime as if it were an emergency.
It says something about our attitude to work and food in the UK.
Next, let's hear from philosopher Julian Baggini with his view on eating the same thing
every day.
And let's teach one more word first – utilitarian.
It describes something practical and useful, rather than attractive.
What lunch says about us is that we're still very much stuck in this kind of quite functional,
you know, efficient, utilitarian attitude of how we should construct our daily lives;
and that for all our embrace of this great food culture and everything, we haven't
managed to make that an everyday thing – it remains something for the special occasions.
So – he thinks we live in a world where we value being efficient – where we have
a functional, utilitarian attitude to life.
Exactly, we're aware of a great food culture, we embrace this culture – but only for special
occasions.
Yes – let's look at that word embrace.
It normally means this… let me just…
Oh Neil, I didn't know you cared.
Neil just hugged me, wrapped his arms around me, embraced me.
Just as we can embrace physical things and people – we can also embrace ideas.
Here's an idea I embrace, Neil.
We should all embrace new foods.
Broaden our horizons.
To broaden our horizons means 'to open our minds and experience new things'.
Let me broaden your horizons right now.
Experts from Cornell University say it leads to better team spirit if colleagues eat together.
OK, I get the picture.
I should ditch my sandwich and eat with you.
In the name of team spirit – that is – getting on well with team members – having a feeling
of belonging.
Finally.
Vietnamese?
Oh yes, but not before you tell me the answer to today's question.
How long do Brits take for lunch?
Well the answer was c) 25 minutes.
That comes from a survey done by the BBC this year to find out about our modern dining habits.
25 minutes?
It's a crying shame, Dan.
But before we have lunch ourselves, let's run over the vocab one more time.
First up we had peckish.
It means 'hungry – just a little hungry'.
I'm feeling rather peckish at the moment, you?
I think I've gone beyond peckish, Dan.
Roll on lunch.
Next?
We had makeshift – which describes a temporary or low quality solution.
For example, last week my team's goalkeeper was sick, so I had to replace him as a makeshift
goalie.
Or, another example – when I was a student I used the steel bin in my room as a makeshift
drum.
I'm sure the neighbours loved that.
Now what about this word utilitarian?
In the context we used it, it means 'simple and functional, rather than beautiful'.
Do you think it would be fair to describe your polo shirt as utilitarian?
I prefer classic and timeless.
Please.
But enough of all this banter.
You know, I believe we should all just get along.
Oh, are you going to hug me again?
To embrace me?
Not this time, let's stick with the metaphorical meaning – 'to accept a new belief or idea'.
For example, I wasn't sure about the new website design, but now I fully embrace it.
Very nice.
And I embrace your suggestion that colleagues should eat together.
It looks like you've broadened your horizons.
Well, when I taught English in Spain, Japan, Poland and the Czech Republic, it really broadened
my horizons and taught me about new ways of life.
How about you?
Yes, they say travel broadens the mind – it certainly broadened my horizons too.
Even better – why don't we go travelling together – with the whole Learning English
team?
Yeah!
That would be wonderful for team spirit –the good feeling of being together.
Maybe to Cambodia?
It certainly would.
And that's the end of today's 6 Minute English.
Please join us again soon, after our delicious lunch!
And we are on social media too.
Make sure to visit our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube pages.
Bye!

WHAT IS BIG SHINY TUNES 20?? - Duration: 3:13.Hey, My name is Jeremy King.
As some of you already know, I'm a content creator and I'd like to share one of my
most recent projects with you called Big Shiny Tunes 20.
But first, many of you will probably appreciate a little bit of context.
So what what exactly is Big Shiny Tunes?
Well, for many people growing up in Canada in the 1990's, watching MuchMusic, "the
nation's music station," was their first exposure to popular mainstream rock music.
Starting in 1996, MuchMusic began releasing an annual compilation album called Big Shiny
Tunes.
Released before Christmas and extremely popular, these compilations provided a whole year's
worth of hit songs on one affordable CD.
Big Shiny Tunes became the best-selling album series in Canadian history, with 5 million
albums sold in ten years.
The best-selling album of the series was Big Shiny Tunes Two (2), which went Diamond, selling
over 1 Million copies.
On a personal level, Big Shiny Tunes was my first exposure to modern rock music.
I was 11 years old when my best friend, Jeff, brought over Big Shiny Tunes Two (2), it opened
the door to a larger auditory reality and my musical life was forever changed by it.
At the time of the 20th anniversary of the release of the first Big Shiny Tunes album,
I felt compelled, fueled by nostalgia, to create my own compilation album "Big Shiny
Tunes 20."
So this is my vision of what Big Shiny Tunes would look like today, if MuchMusic had continued
releasing albums, and if the station hadn't been bought out by Bell Media.
To create this album I carefully curated the chosen songs.
I did this through months of research, I listened to The Zone, Victoria BC's modern rock station,
for hours on end.
I made sure that the album complied with the CRTC regulations that were followed during
the Big Shiny Tunes era, which required a minimum percentage of Canadian content.
The order of the songs was also important to me in that I wanted to create a progression
that resulted in a sum total bigger than the individual parts.
I wanted to create an overarching narrative that personified MuchMusic.
At the end of this project, I created a mock commercial to advertise the fictional CD release
of this album.
Steve Anthony, one of the original MuchMusic Veejays and the voice of the original Big
Shiny Tunes commercials generously agreed to do the voice over of my commercial script.
Steve's voice added to the authenticity I was striving for in this project.
So stay tuned because up next is the commercial for the album followed by the album itself
in a traditional MuchMusic format.
I've even included some little easter eggs for those who check out the livestream of
the album.
Thank you so much for watching and I hope that you enjoy Big Shiny Tunes 20.

WHAT I ATE TODAY | lazy no-cook vegan meals | healthy + easy - Duration: 10:52.Morning, guys. Today I'm gonna be doing a what I eat in a day video and show you
everything I eat in a day because that's the most requested video I got. And it's
gonna be a what I eat in a day - no cook lazy vegan meals edition because I want to
share with you what I actually eat a lot of the time when I am too lazy to cook
or too busy to cook. I'm just starting my morning with some green tea. I like to
start my morning with a little boost. And before that, I did a really quick a
meditation session and I also wrote in my journal for like 5 or 10 minutes. And
I love to start my morning with those activities because I find I'm so much
calmer and less anxious and stressed than if I start my morning by looking at
my phone and checking email and social media and reading the news. I really
recommend you don't read the news when you first wake up - it's very depressing.
Anyways I'm gonna finish my tea and then head out for a short workout, and I'm
keeping it short because I'm coming off a very long hiatus from exercising, like
months long, so I don't want to injure myself. And after my short workout, I
will see you back here.
Alright so I just got back from my morning workout and I
am ready for a hearty and nourishing breakfast. So this is an instant
superfood muesli and I like to make it because you can have muesli in just a
few minutes you don't have to wait for it to soak and it's easy, it's healthy
and it's packed with superfoods. So we're gonna start with about 1/2 cup of oats -
these are rolled oats. And then we're gonna add this plate of superfoods. We've
got about 3 to 4 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes, 2
tablespoons of walnuts, 2 tablespoons of raw buckwheat groats, a tablespoon of
chia seeds and about 2 to 3 tablespoons of raisins.
To soften the muesli instead of waiting for it to soak in the fridge, we're going
to add the flesh of one mashed ripe banana.
Once it's all nice and mashed, we're going to add it to the oats mixture. Just get
that in there, real sticky and gooey.
So we mixed the banana with the oats and everything else until it got a nice little
texture. And then we're gonna serve it on the side of some coconut yogurt. You can
also serve it on the side of plant-based milk.
Then we'll add even more superfoods. This is a tablespoon each of flaxseed meal,
pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and one more thing - hemp seeds.
Alright, I'm back home and in
the kitchen. After breakfast I ran a bunch of errands and I met a friend for
coffee and then I walked home for a couple miles, so I worked up an appetite.
And we're gonna make a huge hearty salad, and if you think salads can't be filling,
I think you should try this one out. For lunch we're gonna have a huge salad, it's
basically an everything but the kitchen sink salad. I'm gonna use all kinds of
ingredients that I have in my pantry and in my fridge. We're gonna start with about 2
to 3 cups of a coleslaw mix, this is just shredded broccoli and carrots, it's from
a bag. It saves a lot of time. You can use any kind of bagged salad you like. And then
I'm gonna add some canned chickpeas, about 1/2 cup to a cup. I just want to make
sure I get enough protein since I've been active today.
And then we're gonna add some nuts and seeds and raisins. This is about 2 to
3 tablespoons each of cashews, sunflower seeds and raisins, and the nuts
and seeds are raw. Let's just toss all that in there. And then we're gonna add
some creamy avocado. This is half of an avocado and it's ripe, so it's gonna
be delicious. For our salad dressing, we're going to be doing a tahini maple
dressing, which is one of my favorite dressings, and it's super simple. We're
gonna start with t2o tablespoons of tahini. Tahini is just ground sesame
seeds into a paste or liquid form, and we're gonna add about a tablespoon apple
cider vinegar. And that will be the acid in our salad dressing. I'm gonna add a
few pinches of garlic powder, a generous sprinkling of black pepper,
some pink Himalayan sea salt. When you're making your own salad dressing at home,
it's really important to season it properly so that every morsel has a
little bit of flavor. Then we're gonna add about a half tablespoon of maple
syrup. That sweetness really balances out the acidity from the apple cider vinegar.
And that's about it. And we're just gonna whisk it, if I can find my whisk.
Now that it's nice and creamy and pourable, we're just gonna taste it to make sure it
tastes good. And it tastes perfect, so I'm just going to dress the salad.
So after I did some work this afternoon, I treated myself to a glass of wine at a
bar. I didn't show you that because you know what a glass of wine looks like, but
now it's almost dinnertime, so let's head into the kitchen to show you an
easy quick dinner. For dinner we're gonna be having some really easy tacos. I love
Mexican food but I don't really love to stand by the stove and make refried
beans from scratch or do lots of other time intensive things when I'm feeling
lazy, so this is a really easy five-minute taco recipe. Canned black beans -
I've just rinsed and drained these. Of course if you use beans that you've
cooked that are, you know, dried to begin with, that's great, but to save time I'm
using canned beans. And I'm also going to add some canned corn that I've also rinsed
and drained.
Very ripe avocado - as you can see, it's perfectly ripe. That's gonna make this
salad so much more better. That's not a thing - so much better.
Then we're gonna add some sliced cherry tomatoes. You can use regular tomatoes as well.
Some minced cilantro and one chopped shallot. And I'm using that
instead of onions because I don't love raw onions - they're a little too strong
for me - and with the shallot, I can just use one and that's all I need for one
person, I don't have to store the rest of the onion in my fridge. Now we're gonna
make a dressing for this mixture right here and it's nothing fancy. There are no
measurements, I'm just gonna kind of play it by ear. Or what is? Is that the phrase?
I'm just gonna, hmmm
Huh. Alright. So I'm going to add a little bit of olive oil, this is maybe 2
teaspoons, maybe a tablespoon. Then I'm going to add some fresh lime juice for
the acid for the salad.
Then I'm going to add some red chilli flakes because I want some spice. If I
was cooking more, I would add some diced jalapenos or serrano peppers. A little
bit of ground cumin. If you don't like cumin you can leave it out. I know some
people say it tastes like feet. That's unfortunate. I think it's delicious.
Then some freshly cracked pepper and salt, and I'm gonna kind of mash up the
avocado so it's kind of like a guacamole. Except not because guacamole doesn't have
black beans or corn. To go with our tacos we're gonna have a really easy vegan
sour cream. This is a store-bought Greek style vegan yogurt. It's from the brand
Kite Hill. It's made with almond milk, and if you can't find Greek style yogurt, you
can use any plant-based yogurt, it just won't be as thick. To this I'm gonna
add a little bit of apple cider vinegar and some lime juice. You could also use a
store-bought vegan sour cream or you can make one at home from scratch. I have a
recipe for a cashew sour cream. If you're interested in that, let me know in the
comments below and I will put up a recipe for that. Then we have our
tortillas right here. These are corn tortillas - they're made with just white
corn, water and lime, so they're gluten free as well. Since this is a no-cook
video, of course you can just put your filling onto your tortillas like this.
You can also microwave your tortillas so they're warmed up or you can char the
tortillas for about 10 seconds on the stove over an open flame. I know this
involves some cooking, so it's totally optional.
So after I finished those delicious tacos for dinner
I finished my evening by snuggling up on the couch with my best friend Netflix.
And I had some dark chocolate and dates for dessert. I hope you enjoyed this what
I ate today video. If you did, let me know in the comments below, hit that thumbs up
button, and of course don't forget to subscribe so you get more videos from me.

What Does Your Palm Lines Says About Your Love Life & Marriage - Duration: 3:24.What Does Your Palm Lines Says About Your Love Life & Marriage
If You Bring Your Hands Together And These 2 Lines On Your Palm Match Up, It Means Something
Incredible!
There is a lot that can be said about the lines on your hands but did you know what
it means when the two lines provided in the picture line up together perfectly?
Palmistry has been a very big piece of ancient Chinese history where you are able to see
your destiny unfold before your very eyes depending on what story can be told on the
surface of your palms.
Every single person has their own individual tale to tell, however, you might be surprised
at how accurate these lines really are.
Place both of your hands together just like in the picture.
It is the first line directly below from your fingers.
This line specifically has to deal with your love life and what should be expected when
it comes to marriage, hence the title of the lines: the line of marriage. So, what
does line of marriage have to say about you.
1.
The Left Handed Line Is Higher.
If the line on your left hand is higher than the line on your right hand, then this means
that you are somewhat of a fighter when it comes to love.
You are the kind of person who adores a challenge whenever it presents itself.
2.The Right Handed Line Is Higher.
If the line on your right palm is higher than the one on your left hand, this usually means
that you are someone who has a very old soul.
You are the kind of person who might marry someone who is much older than you are and
are highly sought after by older people in general.
You also have a tendency of not playing by traditional rules whenever it comes to being
normal.
You prefer to have things a little off or a little bit stranger than what most people
are use too.
However, you also love seeing the kind of personalities that each individual can bring
to you and you dont like to beat around the bush when it comes to giving the truth.
3- Both Lines Are Perfectly Aligned.
If both of the lines on each of your palms align perfectly at the center, then this means
you are the kind of person who has one of the purest of hearts.
Gentle in every way possible, you give people a reason to have faith in humanity.
What with your good common sense and how sensitive you can be, you tend to be one of the most
amazing empathetic people that everyone seeks whenever they are feeling low about themselves.
When it comes to marriage, you are the kind of person who will marry someone that is accepted
by every single person you know.
However, you really have troubles for sudden changes throughout life but somehow find a
way to make it better.
Hopefully this guide has lead you in the right direction of figuring out what your true destiny
is.

what it reallt means o be spiritual - Duration: 6:12.What It Really Means To Be Spiritual
We are all spiritual. Everyone. Everything. Whether you think you are or not.
There are many definitions of what it means to be spiritual. Some say spirituality is
measured by how deeply you love yourself and others say it is measured by your understanding
of oneness.
No matter how we define spirituality, at our core we are all spiritual. We are all spiritual
beings here to have a human experience.
We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but are spiritual beings having
a human experience- Teilhard Chardin
In essence, being spiritual is about choosing to live your life as close to the true you
as possible. Being spiritual is essentially about accepting who you are, being yourself
and aligning with your soul truth.
This includes:
1. Being OK with who you are, negative thoughts and all.
Most spiritual practices put such an emphasis on positive thoughts and while this is great
for raising your vibration, negative thoughts have their place too.
Negative thoughts allow us to view the duality of life and allow us to also get to know our
weakness and our preferences. It is impossible to appreciate the light unless we have seen
the dark, so dont beat yourself up when you have negative thoughts.
You of course dont want negative thoughts to rule your life or dictate your actions,
but you dont want to squash them or feel guilty for them either.
The best way to deal with negative thoughts is to identify them, accept them and then
let them go. It is only when we dwell upon the negative or beat ourselves up about them,
that negative thoughts become a problem.
Remember, it is more important to be yourself than to fake positive. Own who you are,
and through acceptance, positivity is naturally born.
2. Laughing a lot, especially at yourself and not taking life so seriously.
We all fall into the trap of taking life seriously. Life was never meant to be taken so seriously,
honestly we all need to learn to lighten up!!
Life is really not as important as we make it out to be. While there is of course value
and purpose in being here, stressing and worrying about things is definitely not helpful.
Find the lightness in life, try to detach and relax- at the end of the day, life is
a journey, its a game that we all know the end to, so we might as well enjoy it.
3. Being proactive- if you dont like something, change it, if you cant change it, learn
to accept it.
We all have situations that come up in our lives that we dont like, but the beauty
is that for the most part we do have the power to change things, and if we cant change
things than we can surely change our outlook about them.
Life is not set in stone, life is constantly ebbing and flowing. To really enjoy life and
to experience connection we have to tap into the flow of the Universe and find a way to
be at peace with it.
Trying to control every aspect of your life is only going to lead to stress and disaster.
Know that you have the power to change things that you dont like, but start on the internal
first.
4. Learning how to identify ways that your soul speaks to you.
It is not difficult to learn the language of the soul; the soul speaks to us through
joy, happiness, laughter, peace, love and stillness.
When our soul is in agreement with how we are living our lives in the physical world
it feels passionate and excited, it feels motivated and at peace.
Many of us forget that this is really what life is all about, life is about finding the
things that bring us joy and make us feel at peace within ourselves.
Sure, life is not always going to present roses as we did sign up for the package deal
(thorns and all), but finding ways to bring more joy and passion into our lives is a necessity.
It doesnt have to be big either, make a list of all the things that you love to do-
big or small, and then start introducing them into your life one by one.
Joy is infectious, so the more you work on bringing it in, the bigger the momentum will
become.
5. Loving yourself and understanding your infinite connection to the Universe.
Do you want to feel your energy? Rub your hands together quickly for a 10-20 seconds
then slowly separate them. Do you feel the energy dancing between your palms?
We are all energy and we are all connected to everyone and everything in the Universe.
When you understand that you are really energy, suddenly it makes sense to view everything
in this world as vibration.
You are simply energy vibrating, you are simply the Universe expressing itself as human.
There is never going to be a way to absolutely understand our beings and the purpose of all
this as the purpose is forever growing. We live in an infinite Universe and our consciousness
is always expanding to new and unfathomable heights.
Without getting too caught up in all of that, the only way to put all of this into action
is to love. Love is the Universal connector, and though loving ourselves we instantly connect
into our source energy and the energy of those around us.
Self love is truly the most important spiritual practice because essentially, self love is
the honoring of the true self, the soul, the spirit that we all are.

How you laugh when you lie
You said the gun was mine
Isn't cool, no, I don't like you (Oh!)
But I got smarter, I got harder in the nick of time
Honey, I rose up from the dead, I do it all the time
I've got a list of names and yours is in red, underlined
I check it once, then I check it twice, oh!
Ooh, look what you made me do
Look what you made me do
Look what you just made me do
Look what you just made me

His unconventional approach leads to resistance from the army. Viewers may recognise Stephen from the Benedict Cumberbatch standalone drama The Child In Time, while he also starred in the 2006 film The History Boys.
Jeremy Neumark-Jones stars as the young Captain Joe Marton, a new arrival in the army. The Last Post marks Jeremy's first break out role in television but he popped up in last year's BBC One drama One Of Us.
