Today is a big day.

It is my plastic surgery consultation.

I am a little bit nervous.

I haven't really talked to my sisters about it yet,

because, you know, my sisters always make me feel like

I've made bad choices.

So I'm glad that I have George and Toni here with me.

Well, all righty, so tell me what you'd like to talk about.

As I'm losing weight in certain areas,

there are certain things that are more pronounced,

and I didn't -- they weren't pronounced like that before.

For example, this guy here.

-Okay. -And it's just not moving.

The stuff that's not gonna move with exercise,

I want you to help me move that out the way.

Okay. And then I'm gonna continue exercising.

I'm all for looking good the natural way,

and that's why I work out so hard.

And I know that there's gonna be some backlash from fans, family,

but let's just be honest, the way this hanging

skin situation got me looking like

I got some stomachs that I ain't got, it got to be cut.

Doctor, I just want to be clear about this --

I'm a plus-size girl... -Mm-hmm.

...and I'm perfectly fine with that,

but I do not want to walk up out of here

looking like Jennifer Aniston.

I like hips. I like curves.

-Right. -I like breasts.

I like thighs. -Right.

I like all of that.

Yeah, I don't think you have to, uh, worry about that.

I'm gonna step out, let you change into a gown over there,

and then we'll look at the areas that you're concerned about.

-Okay. -All right.

-Thank you, Doctor. -Mm-hmm.

Toni: Thank you.

I want to ask him is he straight,

'cause he's gonna be looking at me naked.

Now, if I was comfortable being butt naked,

it would've happened already, okay?

So I'm a little nervous. Baby steps.
