Synthetic biology is a strictly regulated branch of science
which aims to design and produce cells
that do not appear in nature
For example, bacterial genes can be edited
so that they start to produce wanted substances
like fluorescent proteins that make them glow
Synthetic biology differs from genetic engineering
since it combines genetic engineering with other scientific fields
and approaches genetics from an engineer's point of view
Genes are transformed into standardized BioBricks
that are known to work in a certain way
Genes can be inspired by nature
but are produced in laboratories
For example, the gene of the fluorescent protein
was initially extracted from a jellyfish
but is nowadays produced in a test tube.
Standardized BioBricks can be ordered from certain companies
and the BioBricks can then be transferred to a bacteria culture
that will then start to produce the protein of interest
Many drugs and new kind of textiles can be produced this way
We might be able to solve many problems related to environment or farming
Bacteria can be used to degrade toxic substances in the soil
or amplify the nutritional content of crop.
In the future we might be able to produce environmentally friendly fuels
or diagnose diseases more efficiently with synthetic biology
Understanding genetics will help us design more complex cell systems
and solve more complex problems

Gold Star Widow Just Revealed What Trump Told Her that Made Everyone Cry
The Democrats have tried their best, again, to condemn our President.
It's how they spend their lives, trying to find ways to make him look bad.
The latest is surrounding his attempt to offer condolences to the families of soldiers recently
killed in Niger.
But check this out, ya'll.
We've got to get this out!
A Gold Star widow has shared her phone call with President Trump, saying:
"He was a great guy.
He was a boss."
Natasha De Alencar lost her husband, Army Staff Sgt.
Mark R. De Alencar, in a firefight with Islamic State fighters in early April.
Here's what she said Trump said to her during his phone call with her:
"I am so sorry to hear about the whole situation.
What a, what a horrible thing – except that he's an unbelievable hero.
You know, all of the people that served with him are saying how incredible he was."
He went on, "[e]veryone tells me how great he was."
He told her "[h]e was the boss … He was their friend.
They all loved him."
(Courtesy of the Washington Post via Youtube.com)
Trump knew everything about her husband, about their five children.
He put himself in her position.
She says Trump took the time to really express his heartfelt condolences.
What a tear-jerk moment!
If you are proud of our President and want people to know the truth, please get this
Shared until it "trumps" all the fake news about
this story.
Comment "here's the truth about Trump."

17 Signs You're What's Known As An 'Indigo Child' - Duration: 10:28.
17 Signs You're What's Known As An 'Indigo Child'
1.
You've never understood people who can be cold and calculating.
Indigo children are identified because they are born with more empathy than past generations.
At times, they can feel like they're a totally different species because unlike so many other people,
they can't compartmentalize their feelings enough to treat people badly for an extended period of time.
2.
You feel more than other people.
You cry when movies are sad and belly laugh when they are funny.
Whatever emotion you are feeling in the current moment, you feel it fully.
Indigo children have "advanced emotions." They are so attuned to inner-self that every feeling that bubbles to the
surface feels more potent than it does for others.
3.
At times, you struggle with being a pushover.
This same sensitivity to the feelings of others causes problems in situations where there may be conflict.
While indigo children are independent, they also feel for everyone and don't want to upset or disappoint others.
4.
You struggled in school.
While indigo children are highly intelligent, the way their mind works doesn't conform to traditional ways of thinking.
They don't do well with rigid structure, because they don't understand the need for it.
Take an indigo child who is struggling in a traditional school into a less structured school and they will thrive.
This is why it's common to see indigo children who are voracious readers (curious and intelligent) but who have trouble
reading what is assigned for their classes.
For them to be successful, they have to be somewhat self-directed.
5.
You've always had a strong desire to understand how things work.
One of the main indicators of an indigo child is someone born with a much higher than normal sense of curiosity.
Indigo children want to understand everything.
They are the kids who can't stop asking 'why?' While others will accept a trope answer,
indigos want to dig below the surface until they truly understand the thing in question.
6.
You've never been quite "normal." Indigos often feel like outsiders growing up because their openness and empathy set
them apart from how others feel, think, and act.
Especially for children, this can be a hard time of learning how to trust your instincts.
7.
You have a strong drive to find purpose in life.
Indigo children are concerned with making life meaningful.
Unlike people who are obsessed with career or financial success or thrill-seeking or even nihilism,
the motivating force in an indigo's life is that they have a sense of fulfilling their "purpose" in being born.
8.
You're drawn to spirituality, but not dogmatic about religion.
Indigo children are incredibly open-minded.
They love to hear about religions and spiritual practices of all kinds,
but it's very rare for one to adopt a rigid practice of their own.
They prefer to mix and match from different traditions to suit their needs,
never going so far down one path as to close the doors to the others.
9.
You're interested in paranormal topics.
It's natural that people as open-minded as indigo children would be interested in topics most people are closed to.
They love learning about other explanations for the world around them, knowing how incomplete our current answers are.
10.
You don't inherently respect authority.
Indigo children aren't ones to be disrespectful, but they don't respect a rule simply because it's a rule.
They want to understand why it's a rule, and then, if it makes sense, the indigo child will respect it.
11.
You're more mature than most people your age.
Indigo children often feel out of place when they are young because they are more independent, intelligent,
and emotionally mature than other people their age.
While this can cause problems early on, generally indigos figure out how to cope will always feeling a little bit like
an outsider.
12.
People have ever wondered if you have ADHD.
Society is scared of people who are a little bit different, so we often try to give them a medical diagnosis to explain
away their different way of being.
Indigo children are commonly diagnosed with ADHD.
It may be a correct diagnosis for some, but for others it may just be about our inability to accept new ways of
thinking.
13.
You are a gifted storyteller.
Indigo children are known for their incredible imaginations.
Whether it's inventing a story to tell your a little kid or keeping people entertained while talking about your day,
no one can tell a story quite like you.
14.
You easily get scared by horror movies.
This is the downside of the Indigo child's highly developed imagination.
If they see one scary movie, they may still remember it 10 years later when they're in a dark and lonely setting.
15.
You have a feeling you are 'special' in some way — but not in a narcissistic way.
This isn't to say you think highly of yourself or like you are going to be an important historical figure,
just that you have a sense of duty and purpose in this life.
You are here to make the world better, period.
16.
You would rather be fulfilled than rich.
Money means practically nothing to you past a certain point.
Sure, you'd love to be rich, but if you have enough money to pay your bills and live comfortably,
you aren't the kind of person who NEEDS to have more than that.
This is why indigo children often choose less lucrative, but more fulfilling careers in the arts or in professions that
help others.
17.
You have a creative outlet.
Whether its music or painting, crafting or cooking indigo children are all extremely creative people.
Throughout their lives they will always find a way to be creative in their job and home life,
even if their explicitly creative pursuits never make them rich or famous.

What You Need To Know Before Wiring Your DCC Layout - Duration: 15:53.
what is DCC and why do modelers use it and how does it work we're gonna go over
those questions and a little bit more in this video right now so let's get going
with it right now i'm Tom Kvichak and this is Toms Trains and Things this
channel was created to help other modelers who are in need of guidance of
pursuing their dream of building a model railroad and if you want to use DCC
you're gonna want to watch this video right here without getting too geeky
about it I'm going to explain a little bit about what DCC is what components
you're gonna need for your layout how to wire it and possibly what is the best
DCC system for you before we get started I just wanted to let you know that there
are a lot of different methods a lot of different uses that are out there for
the Model Railroader there are as many opinions about DCC as there are modelers
with that said I'm going to tell you what NMRA suggests-- what the
manufacturers suggest and what modelers have done and what I have done so with
all of those put together maybe you can make a good decision on what you want to
do with your DCC layout so let's get started with that right now what's the
difference between DC and DCC so in DC you have a voltage on the track that
controls the track you could only have one device on there and you're adjusting
the voltage on that track to make your locomotive go slower or faster on DCC
you're sending a signal through the track with a constant voltage and what
you're controlling are individual devices so with DC you can control one
device from a power supply on DCC you can control many devices there are
five basic components for a DCC system now some manufacturers combine some of
the components together but I'm going to give you the five right here first one
is a power supply and the command station throttle the throttle network
and a decoder now I'm going to talk about each one of them right here the
power supply is the unit that supplies the voltage to your command station or
if it's large enough a booster for the command station to supply the power to
the Tracks DCC has a higher demand for a constant and higher voltage than DC the
throttle is a controller for your system usually a handheld now it can be located
in the box the command station itself like in a Zephyr but most of the time
it's handheld and it is brand specific so you can't mix and match throttles
with a different command station so if you're using Digitrax throttle you
can't use it on a NCE system and vice versa
now the the throttle network is the the cabling between your throttle your
command station and your track that goes to the decoder in your locomotive or a
stationary decoder the command station is the heart of your DCC system this has
a microcontroller in it that is the encoder now it takes the information
from the throttle encodes the information sends it out into the
throttle network to the decoder there are two types of decoders a stationary
decoder which I'll put a graphic up over here and a mobile decoder now here is a
mobile decoder right here this is an N scale one it's a Digitrax DN136PS
each decoder has a microcontroller in there that does the opposite of the
encoder in the command station it analyzes the signal and turns it back
into DC see to operate your motor your lights
your turnouts whatever it may be there are two other components worth
mentioning for the DCC systems now they're not required but they are used
in many systems the first one is the programming track I'll put up a graphic
of it right there and also a booster now a booster can double as a command
station and some can be used as both but only one at a time and a booster is when
you have a larger system and you need to increase the voltage on your track
further out away from your command station and that is a discussion that is
beyond this video right here we'll talk about that later in another video but
anyway I wanted to mention that that both the programming track and the
booster are optional items in your DCC system that you have to think about for
expansion let's take a look at how DCC really works I'm going to bring up a
couple of graphics on the screen to show you this and as you can see on the left
hand side it's an AC waveform and on the right is a digital waveform now on that
the sine wave on an AC waveform goes right here this is the positive this is
zero right here and this is negative right here now the same thing on a
digital waveform the only thing that's different as you could see there is no
smooth transition like a sine wave it has a square top and a square bottom
this is the positive this is zero and this is negative but with DCC everything
is above zero so there is no negative at the top of the waveform you have your
maximum voltage and when you get down to the bottom that's zero so that's the big
difference between an AC sine wave and a DCC signal what you see on the screen
right now is a see see packet it starts out with a it's
what's called a preamble and this lets every component on the DCCC system know
that that's the beginning of the signal and over here is the end of the signal
and these are the instructions in here now after the preamble it gives an
address so it knows which component to talk to now it could be a locomotive
it could be a DS 64 to control turnouts
it could be signals it could be lighting it could be anything after the address
gives the command whether it be below the horn
turn on the lights increase the speed whatever that command is and then end to
the signal now these signals these packets that go through the wire and
into the track there are eight to 10,000 Hertz so that means there are eight to
10,000 cycles per second so this is a lot of information that's going through
the bus wire the feeders and the track up to the locomotive or to your other
components there are suggested minimum wire sizes for your bus wires in each
scale now that is the minimum requirement now NMRA has a chart and
DCC Wiki has a chart and I'm sure there's a lot of other charts out there
that'll tell you basically the same thing but there's another thing that you
have to take into consideration and that is wiring complexity and what I mean by
wiring complexity is how much are you going to be hooking up to your system
and how long is it going to be now what I do is I put my command station in the
center of my layout now I have 10-foot going across one side 17 foot from one
side one end to the other and then 10-foot going back behind here as you
can see now that is 17 27 that is 37 feet and it takes a
loop around and it takes a loop around on this side also so you can imagine
that is a lot of distance but with the command station in the center so I'm
only going 18 feet actually in each direction with my bus wires so I'm well
under the 20 foot range now on most of these charts they go from 1 to 20 foot
and then from 21 to 40 foot and so on up and I'll put a chart up here showing you
that but what I'm talking about in in the wiring complexity is detection
blocks transponding reversing sections signaling and computer assistance all
these things have to take into consideration because you have a voltage
drop and you have change in amperage and change in resistance while you're doing
this and adding all these components and features to your DCC layout now you have
to remember Ohm's law in here as your resistance increases your amperage
decreases so I'm gonna go over this little thing right here having more
voltage will cause overloads so you don't want to have too much voltage on
your system you want to have the correct voltage and have and have it set at the
Mac you know close to the maximum voltage for the scale that you are using
but having less current available we're Hampel your booster and your train
operation so keep that in mind because as your resistance increases
your amperage decreases and that's what we're looking at here less current so
with less current you're going to happen you're going to run into problems and
let's say one thing about your tracks and your bus wires and Amaury has the
recommended practices different manufacturers have their recommended
practices and 25 modelers have 25 different
practices but the best thing to do is make sure that your bus wire is large
enough and you have it connected enough through your system remember most tracks
nowadays are nickel silver nickel silver is high in resistance so you want to use
a bus wire and the heavier the bus wire the less resistance and when you're
running things in parallel remember Ohm's law your resistance is going to be
less than the least amount of resistance in your conductor so your bus wire is
gonna have less resistance than your nickel silver track so whatever the the
resistance is on your bus wire it's going to be less than that according to
Ohm's law so you want to keep your bus wire as heavy as possible don't scrimp
on the bus wire and now is I've read this in so many different places do and
you're gonna I'm gonna get flack for this do not rely on rail joiners to
conduct the electricity through your tracks and here's my experience with it
when you put your elders together you have a good connection but with the
changes in humidity the changes in temperature in your room it's going to
continue to move back and forth back and forth as the humidity changes and the
temperature changes and when that happens you're going to lose
conductivity between the rail joiner and your track so make sure that you have
enough feeders going from your bus wire up to your track now some people say six
to eight feet some people say every three feet or some
manufacturers say at each track section so if you're using a nine-inch track
section put a feeder up on to each one of them now that's entirely up to you
I would go a minimum of at least three feet that's what I did here the way that
everybody tells you to check if your command station is going to cut out with
a short is to put a coin across the track now that's the best way to do it
go to the furthest part away from your command station to put it down there and
see if it will knock out the the signal and if that does you're good
check it a year after you done it and see if you got the same thing and if you
do you're still in good shape the biggest question today is what DCC
system is the best for you and what I'm going to suggest is it all depends on
your wants and needs you have to research what you're going to do you
have to have a plan of what you're going to build how you're going to expand on
it what you eventually want to have on your layout and work from there I
suggest go look at all the manufacturers and see what they have and see how that
fits into what your plan is and that is how you decide what is going to be the
best system for you there is no one best system that is best for everybody it all
depends on what you want and what you need so you have to make that decision
on your own based on what your criteria is and what you want just go and do the
research you can find everything online all the manufacturers have instruction
manuals they have PDFs that you could download you could read and you can see
everything that they can do and you base your decision on that I only scratched
the surface of DCC in this video so I'm going to do a couple additional videos
coming up in the future going a little bit deeper into different areas of DCC
now I did a lot of videos on digitrax and programming of your locomotive
already so you could see those in the playlist on DCC
Digitrax go check them out if you continue to ask questions about DCC i'll
continue to answer them and i'll put that into videos so go ahead check out
my webpage TomsTrainsAndThings.com you can learn a lot from over there and
we'll see Ya!

What is Energy Sapiens? - Duration: 1:52.
Hi, welcome to Energy Sapiens! I started this channel because I'm really
concerned about the future of humankind and life on planet Earth. The reason is,
of course, climate change.
Now I know what you're thinking "This is a boring and
depressing topic". But don't worry! Here you're not gonna find videos about
how fast the Arctic ice is melting, or how many species went extinct this year,
or how much time we have left.
I mean, there's nothing wrong with those videos, but
I think that too often they leave us with a feeling of helplessness,
I want to try to do the opposite! I want to show that a change is possible, in a good direction,
and it can start from very simple everyday actions from anyone.
I've been studying energy engineering for 4 years now and I've learned a lot about
how we waste energy and other resources. To boil it down, this channel is about
what you can do, as an individual, to reduce your impact on the environment.
Sometimes it will be very easy tips that you can start using right after
you watch the video. Some videos will be suggestions to change some of your
habits and behaviors. Some will suggest how to live in the society that
surrounds you in order to change it in a good way. For those who like equations
and graphs I will also have some videos in which I explain some of the Theory
behind other videos, like physics engineering and technology stuff.
So click the subscribe button if you're interested in any of these ! Also I want
to add : this channel is new and so it's very small, so if you could share it with
your friends it would really help increasing its visibility. Finally feel
free to give me any suggestions or feedback on how to improve the channel,
I really need it right now. Also, if you want to know something about
any energy related topic, I would love to answer your questions
so . . . I'll see you soon !

What matters most to God? - Duration: 4:04.
Hi there.
You know, God gives each of us individual giftings.
But character is something that we have to individually work out ourselves.
Now certainly the Holy Spirit will help us.
And we can develop Godly character.
But I just want to emphasize how important this is to God and to His particular economy.
Here in First Timothy 3, He's talking about those that desire the position of a bishop
or to be in a leadership role in the church.
Listen: A bishop (a church leader) then must be
blameless, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, of good behavior, hospitable,
able to teach; not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome,
not covetous; one who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with
all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take
care of the church of God?); not a novice, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into
the same condemnation as the devil.
Moreover he must have a good testimony among those who are outside, lest he fall into reproach
and the snare of the devil.
Now, I would encourage you to read this list of qualifications over slowly.
It's First Timothy chapter 3 beginning in verse 1.
God says this is what I need for someone to be qualified to lead in my house, in my church.
And you know what?
Of all these qualifications, only one of them deals with gifting: He must be able to teach.
The other fourteen of the qualifications all deal with character.
And you know we tend to flip flop that in the church some times.
If someone is gifted, man we applaud gifting, we celebrate gifting, we lift it up.
"Man, I'll tell you, he can teach." "She can preach." "She's so anointed."
But, if their character has fallen by the wayside, sometimes we just don't pay attention
to it.
Friend, in God's economy character is far more important than gifting.
Yes, they must be able to teach.
But they also need to not be greedy for money, need to be a one woman man, need to be hospitable,
etcetera, etcetera.
So when it comes to leadership we have to think in terms of character first.
You know, if you don't take care of your character it will eventually sabotage everything
that is going on in your life.
You look at someone like Samson, he was incredibly gifted by God.
But he had a breakdown in his moral character.
And he ended up losing the anointing.
And it's a bit of a frightening thing.
Because it said when the spirit of the Lord departed from him, he was unaware of it.
And I think that is because it happens by degrees.
When we compromise character in our life the hand of God, the blessing of God begins to
leave us by degrees.
God deals with us and deals with us.
But if we don't repent and take care of those character issues, and yes, God is
merciful absolutely He is, and if we repent He washes us clean, if we confess our sins
He forgives us and cleanses us from all unrighteousness.
But a character issue continually not taking care of, continually overlooked that gets
worse and worse will eventually cause a person to self-destruct.
So I just want to encourage you to not just develop the gift that God has put in you,
but develop your character as well.
If you do, you'll not just be a flash in the pan, but you can be a success that bears
fruit for the glory of God for a long, long time.
Gifting and character.

How to Get What You Want Without Suffering! Strategy at the End of the Video. - Duration: 27:02.
Hello everyone so
This is a coffee talk for me Sunday morning and
Yesterday I had a pretty abundantly epic day where I got to go with my Thai learning
class and
learn about weaving and how to make cotton and
cooked a bunch of traditional Thai food and then later in the day I ran my
bimonthly
Woman's sharing circle and
In that space I just you know just like
energy, just kept coming and consuming me and starting to make me realize that I
Really, it would serve everyone if I did a live video
regarding
suffering and
Whether or not it actually plays a use in our life or
If it's really even necessary and
What is our addiction to focusing on our suffering?
So this topic is
Definitely not something that I think is
Easy to digest I definitely will
touch on
Parts of us that may be triggered or
Parts of us or you that
You know you've been holding dear to that defines us that is
Something that makes us feel
like
That's you know, it's justified who we are you know and and Here I am
kind of rocking the boat a little bit on
Whether or not that's really even Ness sorry
So
The questions that I'm going to be asking you today, and then you know as well as just discussing my personal
Views on it and
Experientially as I as a coach as a facilitator as a guide as someone who is a witness to
Suffering as someone who is a witness to
others addictions as someone who is a witness to
the
Cycles that we play in our life
So I'm here. You know really
Just bringing about some of these things that that I think
You may you may not
Like what? I'm going to talk about because
Perhaps you've defined yourself based off of the suffering in which you've lived so far
Instead of all the joy and abundance that you have right now
And so that's one of the areas of how suffering can become an addiction in our life is
How do we talk about ourselves do we talk about ourselves as overcoming trauma or do we talk about ourselves as
motivation as
Abundance as love as something full of something
Or do we talk about how we used to have something and because we don't have that anymore. That's what's made us so strong
That the lack of things is what made us strong right so I'm not saying that your
story is
inauthentic or
Unreal or not to connect to the gratitude you may feel for having something shitty in your life
Right we can even put it that way. I had a pretty toxic family in my life, but I am
really entirely grateful
For having this family because it's made me a better
Empathizer it's made me a stronger person
It's made me able to communicate these things because of where I came from however
This is where the switch happens. I do not believe that
It is
important or pivotal
To be focusing on what I don't have or what I didn't have or what suffering that I did have
Or what suffering I may in the future have
Where in turn I still feel it serves me to actually focus on my limitlessness
than my limitations and when we allow suffering to
Become this pivotal forefront of what we feel like discussing what what may concern us that we can't live in the now of
Where we are?
Knowing that we have everything we want
Knowing that we have everything that we need
Knowing that we are safe right here and right now
if we cannot live in that now space without worrying about suffering and a future or
Feeling the suffering of the past
This is where I feel it doesn't serve us
So this is where that addiction and that cycle
It's part of our art our play space essentially are we allowing and suffering to be part of our place?
But it's part of our thoughts based part of our emotional
Holding are we holding in space for suffering because we feel in some way shape or form
without suffering that we cannot learn something so
this is where
It becomes you know these are big questions. Do you feel that you could?
Live a life without suffering and still grow in that space
Do you feel that suffering is the only way in?
Which you learn or grow and do you feel that you're suffering?
Is the only way that you have learned how to empathize your personal suffering is the only way in which you've learned how to?
Empathize with others be there for others be a guide for others be a facilitator. Just like me
I held space for that right, but however
Without any of this turmoil in my life. I still feel I am Who I am right
Without my story
I still feel that my
Questions and the way in which I listen and the way in which I care and the way in which I have compassion
is
enough
That my abundance the things that I do have is enough and I don't actually require
My story of suffering now now whether or not the suffering actually happened it happened, but do I want to emphasize?
But that that's suffering
is
What's made me who I am
Is it really the suffering that made me who I am or is it my abundance is that my resilience is it my?
extreme love is it my extreme awareness to the
Infinite love is it those things
so this is the addiction that I choose to have in my life the
Remembrance that there is enough the remembrance that there's actually an infinite amount of love what if that became your new
Addiction what if that instead of worrying about the suffering that you may have?
Feel the depth of which the infinite source of love is about to shine it's light on you
What would that feel like in your life if you allowed?
The infinite amount of love to shine it's light on you
instead
of
worrying whether or not you may suffer in the future and
Feel that intention when you put that intention now into your life that I am willing to open my door to
infinite love an infinite source
Anything that I feel
That I'm lacking I'm actually opening my door to have it right now
that there is no lack that there is no suffer because I
Do not deserve these things and in that space of knowing that I am a good person
And I deserve everything I want it in fact even people who you do not feel are good people deserve
Everything they want and this is something that I say very often
Knowing that and
living in that space of knowingness
That abundance and love and the infinite gratitude and the infinite love and that actual channel of divine faith that
is
The addiction that serves everyone
and
it's with this addiction of worrying about suffering and
Worrying about the suffering that we had that we live in a space of lack
It's in this space that we believe that. There is a space of lack
So both suffering and a scarcity mindset go hand in hand the more that we allow ourselves
To feel as though suffering
is
is
This necessary we're also allowing space to feel that scarcity is necessary
So this is where I'm going to start to bring and the ideas of the law of attraction and why it became so popular
It became popular because people started to realize
How much they allowed?
Suffering to be a part of their day-to-day life
And how unnecessary it really was and that's what was so exciting that people were able to
See oh wait oh
Wait for one moment. I'm allowed. I'm allowed to think about what I want. I'm allowed to
Feel it deeply without
Without shame or guilt attached these things
I'm allowed to feel what I want without feeling like I don't deserve it for one moment and
At all those spaces this is where that's suffering
Really wants to come in
When you talk about what you want, what what what sometimes gender may happen right we start thinking about well
Whether or not we deserve it
We start putting shame or guilt around the areas of whether or not we deserve what we want
It's already like Oh, or we go to the space well. We're never gonna get it. It's not possible
For it to happen. It's not possible. I can't believe this possibility of actually having what I want
I can't see it. It's too hard to see because I only know suffering right
How is that statement? I only know suffering that's all I've known in my life
So I'm really really
Scared to step into the space of abundance and lack of suffering because that's not how I know life to be
Right life is suffering
How many people do you know that say life is suffering?
Right
And so of course in that space we're we're we're so used to we're so used to society to saying
Life is suffering to actually say the opposite is both like feeling like you're too much of an optimist
You're you're not a realist
You are living in a space of like an unrealistic
Like diagram right like all the sudden. You're a dreamer. You're not really thinking in reality however
Where does it serve you to think or feel?
That you don't deserve it because life is suffering
Where do you feel that that actually plays a role in your life that that I'm not allowed to dream
Because life is gonna. Fuck me over some way
And yes guys I swear all the time so if you don't like it well
Sometimes the big swear word is all like it's the only word that really brings that emphasis, so
So you do what you got to do?
but yeah
Where is it in our life that we feel that life just has got to fuck us over in some way it because it has
now it will
So
And and and where does that serve you?
To have that mentality that I'm just gonna be screwed so I better not actually dream
I'm just gonna be screwed
So I'm gonna back away from my dreams because it's not
possible because everything in my life thus far has been suffering and
So this is the addiction right you have only seen your life as something
That's unachievable as something where I'm not allowed to receive love. I'm not allowed to find true love
I'm not allowed to be successful in my career. I'm not allowed to have a good family dynamic
I'm not allowed to have friends that love and care and respect for me
I'm not allowed to have these things and this becomes an addiction because this is your thought pattern and this is what you're
Allowing in your life
Because when you say you're not allowed and when you say that you're going to be suffering
And when you say, that's the only way well, what do you think's going to happen? The only way that you believe?
But if you start to actually
Open space for the opportunity
And you allow more energy to be giving
Into the space of abundance when you allow more energy into the space of I deserve because guess what when suffering
Does show up if it shows up you already know what to do you've done that before so don't don't even worry
Right don't even worry if it does show up because guess what you've already dealt with it and guess what you're pretty good at it
So guess what you don't have to actually focus on it if or when it actually shows up. You'll be fine
So what do you actually have to beside the things that you don't focus on the not worrying actually
Because that's actually unusual for you
that's actually the harder thing is to not focus on worrying and
Now focus on the what-ifs are the what codes because guess what those
Emergencies that happen those like levels of actual suffering that may or may not
show up in your life and
I'm going for the may not
That's just me
You're already built you've already had enough suffering you're already built
You're already built to do whatever needs to happen in those times of suffering and you already know how to deal with it?
So guess what you don't have to focus on it anymore. You don't have to put any attention
Into future possible suffering because you already know
Exactly what to do for those, but do you know what to do if you had everything you wanted?
Would you know what to do if you had the love of your life in your life right now?
Would you know what to do if you had the job dream the dream job that you wanted right now?
Would you know what to do if you had unlimited funds, and you never had to worry about money anymore?
Would you know what to do with that? Can you give yourself space to actually dream this?
Can you give yourself space instead of the amount of space that you've given yourself to worry or focus on your negative?
backstory or your future story of what-ifs
Can you give yourself a hundred percent time?
This week on just the dreams
Can you wake up every morning now and just think about how abundant your life is right now?
Can you give space for that?
Ah I needed a little breather from that I got I got real
So yeah, I just want you to
Recognize how often are you giving in space for the abundance?
How often are you giving in space for just the I have enough space?
How often are you giving space for the?
Infinite that just really exists for you always in you around you
And how often are you giving space for that?
and
This is the addictive behavior that is part of society
That does not need to exist anymore whether or not suffering exists or not
It does not need to be the focus it does not serve us
To allow suffering to be the focus and Wow there is suffering I am not
discrediting the diversity of life without the
Diversity without the suffering we wouldn't recognize how awesome the awesome is right so the diversity exists
But to choose the suffering over choosing the abundance seems fucking ridiculous
It's absurd
So can we as a whole as a people at least as a mindful modern Nomad
The abundance over suffering can we as a
an
embodiment of infinite love and gratitude choose to look at our life as
abundant or
choose to focus on the abundance that we want or choose to focus on the
Infinite source. That's ready to give to you as long as you ask
So I'm not like a Christian or anything else, but like in that kind of regard
But I really like the the line that says God said ask, and ye shall receive
God did not say let me guess right
God didn't say like you know say absolutely nothing
God didn't say I want you to focus on all the worries
God didn't say like I want you to just talk about your suffering or think about what?
You have already suffered about or worry about everything in the future. That's it ask and you shall receive
That's what God said right so the infinite source is asking you
What do you want the infinite source is please just like tell me what you want
And I'm gonna give it to you and not only am I gonna give it to you
But I will probably give you more than you're even capable of imagining for yourself, so I want you to ask for it
That's what I want. I want you to focus on. What is this abundance that you actually want?
What it is it looked like tell me every single way you want this abundance and then also?
What do you feel you already have abundance in because these both these spaces are
Our focus this is what makes us feel like our dreams are possible right is
allowing us to
remember
What a we already have and be to allow ourselves to dream without
Worry or concern of the what-if or that?
I don't deserve or the shame or the guilt or any of these things and just recognize that
There is infinite source and there is enough
And
That I don't need to suffer anymore in fact. I've actually suffered enough for my whole life. If life is suffering I've suffered enough
I've actually suffered enough I've learned from it
And I'm done with that suffering if life is suffering I've actually had enough I've had enough suffering
But if I don't feel life is suffering I've still had enough suffering
Right if I don't feel like I need suffering
Then what does that allow in my life
So
I'm gonna leave you with this every morning
I want you to wake up and I want you to just say like three things that you feel
That you have enough of right now
and then I want you to say three things that you desire and
I say this because
In the morning time we are in our purest space. It's when we feel the most about it
It's when we're the most open and available
For this kind of energy to allow and it's the rest of the day and all the other addictive
mentalities of suffering that we allow to attach to us
Especially as an passes and path especially as people who are taking on
other
People's energies especially those that are trying to help are trying to do good or trying to create some sort of you know
facilitation of change in a positive way
So
Leaving out the suffering does leave more energy and room for creative. Yes it does
Yes, it does because where is our abundant space?
But in that kind of core space in our belly right which was like really allowing for motivation for
productivity for
better digestion for the openness and vastness and
expansiveness of what we deserve right because we're we're really opening space if we don't actually have to worry about the suffering then we get
to play again
Right and what does play but creativity?
Right because maybe we don't feel a plane is okay in a space of
Suffering if something it's gonna happen then then where is there room for play. Where is there room for?
actually fun
if we're all just worrying about
What could happen or what has happened and while as a facilitator?
I am definitely a guide of let's talk about your shit
Let's like like let's get it like in you know let's let's work it out
I also feel that there's a point in time where the suffering is not necessary to even talk about anymore
Whereas it has no use anymore?
When there's a certain amount of clearing and a certain amount of space open and available
What do I want you to put in there but abundance?
Limitless infinite love infinite gratitude that expansiveness that hole in divine light
So I might get pretty cheesy in this room. I might get get pretty woowoo, but you know
Sometimes we got to get wound
So yeah, I hope this was a

Right so having one person believe your abundant on your Rockstar path

Castles for Kids: What is a Castle? Medieval History for Children - FreeSchool - Duration: 7:25.
You're watching FreeSchool!
Castles.
The word conjures images of knights in armor, kings and queens, and battles.
But what makes something a castle?
Why were they built?
And why aren't castles built anymore?
A castle is a specific type of building, made for a specific purpose.
It is different than a fortress, which is a strengthened military stronghold, and it
is different than a palace, which is the large, splendid home of a rich, important person.
A castle is generally considered to be a large, fortified building that is also the home of
a king, lord, or other important person.
The first structures known as castles date back to the 9th or 10th centuries.
At this time, following the fall of the Roman Empire, Europe was a dangerous place.
The territory that had previously been controlled by Emperors was divided between kings, lords,
and princes.
These smaller rulers needed a way to control the territory around them, and so they began
to build castles.
The earliest castles did not look much like the castles most people recognize.
They were called motte-and-bailey castles, and they consisted of a keep, or fortified
tower, located on a raised earthen hill called a motte, overlooking an enclosed courtyard
called a bailey.
The motte would have been surrounded by a ditch, often created by excavating the soil
used to build up the motte.
The bailey would have been surrounded by a wooden fence called a palisade, and then another
ditch.
Sometimes water from rivers or streams would be diverted to fill the ditches around the
motte and bailey, creating a moat.
Motte-and-bailey castles had a serious weakness, though - they were vulnerable to fire.
Soon, they fell out of favor, and were replaced by fortresses built of stone.
Stone castles were more durable, stronger against attacks, and less vulnerable to fire,
but they were more time-consuming and expensive to construct.
These new stone castles developed special features to improve their defenses.
Castles were built on land with natural obstacles when possible, such as on the edge of a cliff,
or on a peninsula.
Those without such defenses might be surrounded by ditches or moats.
Castle builders were careful to be sure that a secure source of fresh water was available,
such as a well, or spring, or even cisterns to collect rainwater.
Crenellations on the walls allowed archers to shelter behind the raised portions when
they were under attack, but fire from the lower portions.
Towers were built on every side of the castle wall, with arrow slits or loopholes that allowed
archers to fire on approaching enemies without making themselves targets.
The castles walls might be as much as 20 feet or 6 meters thick at their bases.
Early stone castles often had square walls, but the walls could be collapsed by digging
under the corners.
Then castle-builders switched to round walls and towers.
The gatehouse was one of the weakest points of a castle's defenses, providing a straight
path into the courtyard.
Castle builders were careful to include extra defensive measures to protect it.
First was the portcullis, a heavy lattice usually made of wood that could be raised
or lowered to block the gateway.
The holes in a portcullis allowed the defenders to fire through it at advancing enemies.
After the portcullis was usually a thick, wooden gate.
Between the portcullis and the gate, the walls were lined with arrow slits, allowing defenders
to shoot at anyone trying to break through.
In addition, the top of the gateway would often be lined with murder holes.
Murder holes allowed castle defenders to throw rocks, fire arrows, or pour hot tar or oil
down on attackers attempting to breach the gate.
Even if attackers somehow made it through the gate into the courtyard, the entire courtyard
was ringed with arrow slits, allowing archers to fire on the enemies from every direction.
A well-defended castle would almost never lose.
With enough time and effort castles could still fall, however.
By the 14th century an invention had appeared that would mark the beginning of the end for
castles - gunpowder.
By the 15th century cannons grew large enough to knock down castles' stone walls, and castles
became indefensible.
At the same time, central governments were growing stronger.
Kings did not like local nobles having their own fortifications, and people began to build
palaces instead of castles.
Over time, most castles fell into disrepair.
Some castles were taken down by kings who didn't want them to become a threat.
Others were dismantled by people looking for building supplies.
For hundreds of years, there were no castles built.
Then, in the 19th century, people began to construct buildings that looked like castles.
While they looked like castles, these new buildings did not have the military features
of real castles.
People just liked the way they looked.
Real castles were both the home of an important person and a military fortification.
They were built to control territory, allowing their occupants to attack and defend, because
they provided protection from enemeies, and a base to launch attacks from.
Although castles had many military uses, they were also centers of government, courthouses,
and treasuries.
I hope you enjoyed learning about castles today.
Goodbye till next time!

Beer Yoga or brewery yoga is a form of yoga in which attendees practice yoga at breweries
or taprooms, sometimes drinking beer while performing yoga moves.
This type of yoga has become popular in Australia, Thailand, and other countries around the world.
We will be discussing the pros and cons of beer yoga.
The pros of beer yoga are: It's enjoyable as you get the mood-boosting effects of the
yoga workout and also the relaxing benefits of beer.
It encourages enlightenment.
Yoga is all about reaching a higher level of consciousness, and nothing opens up your
mind quite like alcohol.
The relaxing effects of the beer can help with meditation, mindfulness, and the consciousness
practices of Yoga.
It improves balance as the beer bottle is used as an important part of the workout,
and you have to transition through the movements without spilling or knocking over your beer.
Now the cons of beer yoga are: beer can be dehydrating and it can impair exercise performance
thanks to its high alcohol content.
For beer lovers this yoga is a craze and for the rest of the fitness world, it's just another
fad.
