Most of the rain has let up in the capital area and we could even see some sun in the
afternoon,... while southern regions will be under cloudy skies.

This band of autumn rain will bring cooler air to the nation... expect to have a low

In fact, the weather agency has revealed its long-term weather outlook.
It says October is forecast to be cooler than average,... and the next couple of months
will be at or slightly higher than the norm.
Now, let's take a look at the international weather for our viewers around the world.
Many regions in South Korea will have a mix of cloud and sun in the afternoon ... while
North Korea will see some sunshine on Wednesday.
As for major cities in Asia,...single digit morning lows in Beijing will rise fast and
highs will get up to 17 degrees under sunny skies.
Meanwhile, those of you in Sydney, Wellington and Melbourne will have a rainy Wednesday
but Thursday is forecast to be mostly sunny.
Heading to North America, rain in Chicago will continue on Wednesday while those in
Montreal will see a big drop in temperatures on Wednesday.
As for South America, Santiago will be showery on Wednesday along with cooler highs.
Taking you to Europe,... those of you in Moscow will see rainfall throughout the week and
into the weekend, so keep an umbrella and a warmer jacket handy.

WHEN Paris Saint-Germain signed Dani Alves on a free transfer in the summer, it meant there were three right-backs on the books of the French club.
Serge Aurier, despite his off-field issues, was still deemed as one of the best prospects in the Parisian side.
But the performances of Thomas Meunier convinced the club to sell the Ivory Coast international.
But now only a deputy to Alves, Meunier won't be content with his lot for long, especially with a World Cup on the horizon.
He could be set for a move away in January and is a target for Manchester United...our friends at Football Whispers take a look at just who Meunier is...
Who is Thomas Meunier?.
Signed from Club Brugge for around £5million on the back of an impressive showing for Belgium at Euro 2016, PSG fans took little note of his arrival.
They deemed him not of the quality the club were looking for and with Aurier already at the club, Meunier was not expected to make much impact.
During the pre-season tour of America, he gave a glimpse of what he could do when he scored twice in a 3-1 win over Real Madrid; the first a stunning left-footed effort from outside the box.
However, he would still, as expected, start the season as a back-up.
But during the league campaign, Meunier slowly started to usurp Aurier in the starting XI.
He would go on to make 22 appearances, finishing with one goal and four assists as PSG finished second behind surprise Ligue 1 winners Monaco.
But the signing of the Brazilian veteran full-back Alves this summer has meant Meunier has again found himself as second choice at PSG.
And now the 26-year-old Belgian has admitted he is frustrated by his lack of minutes at the Parc de Princes.
Asked about his dearth of opportunities in the PSG first-team by L'Equipe, he said: "Yes [I'm frustrated] because I want to play every match, whether it's against Gueugnon, Niort of Bayern Munich.
I want to be on the pitch but I play for one of the top five teams in the world.
Here the back-ups and the starters are about the same level.
During his time in France, the right-back has shown to be very quick at pushing forward with the attack.
In the final third he has become a great option, but he is also a talented defender who doesn't shirk his defensive duties.
Where he has also excelled is with his country.
Belgium qualified early for the World Cup and in seven appearances Meunier has contributed to 12 goals, including three goals and four assists in a stunning solo display against Gibraltar.
The now PSG fan-favourite has become the wide option from deep that Belgium have been lacking at full-back.
Having a natural player in that position has made a huge difference to his country and their performances have improved with him in their starting XI.
How much will he cost?.
Aurier cost Spurs the best part of £23m and although he is a little older, PSG will use this as the base for any interest in Meunier.
Contracted until 2020, any move for the defender won't be easy or cheap and PSG will demand compensation if they are to let him leave.
Although he is their second-choice, the league-leaders see him as an alternative to Alves and someone who gives them similar qualities all-across the pitch.
Where is his most likely destination?.
Long linked with a move to Old Trafford, Meunier could become the long-term replacement to Antonio Valencia in the Manchester United defence.
"I've always said that one day, I would like to play in the Premier League," Meunier said in an interview with Belgian site DH.
"On the other side of the channel, there are the stadiums, the fans, and I've never hidden that I'm a big fan of Manchester United, which remains, in my eyes, the real reference in the world of football.
While he has yet to play in the Champions League this season - Alves has been given the nod in the important games – he has played four of the eight league matches and already racked up two assists and a goal in the 6-2 win over Bordeaux.
Meunier will know that his Brazilian team-mate, at 34-years-old, won't last forever, and if he can keep his frustration at bay, he will eventually be PSG's first option.
Once that happens, a move to United becomes a more difficult ask and Meunier, although a fan, might be happy to stay at the Parc des Princes for the foreseeable future.

Cut a ribbon into pieces. 4cm x 2.5cm.
Take a piece and fold it in a half.
Cut off the top corner.
Burn the edge...
...and press it (to glue it).
Fold the sides to the middle.
Burn the edge...
...and press it.
We need about 80 petals as this one.
Cut strips out of bright ribbon. About 7cm x 0.6cm.
Apply glue on the end of ribbon strip. Glue it to an egg.
Glue the second end under the egg.
Add another strip. It should slightly overlap the previous strip.
Glue more the strips in the same way.
Next, glue a petal on the opposite side.
Glue next petals close to each other.
Finish about 2cm from the bright ribbon.
Now, make a second row in the same way.
Glue the petals on the sides in the empty places.
Glue the petals on the top.
Hide the ends of petals from the last row under a piece of bright ribbon.
Glue the eyes...
...and a bead under them.
Glue the mushrooms to the petals.
And it's done.
Hedgehog is a nice looking decoration.
You can use it to create an autumn composition or a centerpiece.
If you don't have a styrofoam egg you can cut a similar shape out of styrofoam or floral foam.

We are at the old city part of Hyderabad which is a four hundred year old historic part of
the city.
It was, going back, one of the first settlements of Hyderabad.
You get a feeling like you are part of history when you go through those streets of the old
city, and the markets are amazing.
It is still one of the most famous markets, both for regular apparel and retail stores,
and also for the Biryani.
Hyderabadi Biryani is made of rice, spices, and meat.
And we have a style of Biryani and Hyderabad is famous for its spicy Biryani.
It has a lot of ingredients which adds taste more, which will give you a spicy taste.
So we are here today as part of the local guides program to help you choose the right
ingredients to make the authentic Hyderabadi Biryani.
We are at Mir Alam Mandi.
This is a very famous market for fast produce coming in from outside of the city.
Biryani is made in every part of the world, but what brings the special taste are the
ingredients from this market.
So a lot of fresh produce is sourced from nearby farmers.
Places like this are used mainly by locals and we add photos which helps other people
to know where to get the best produce.
So today we bought mint and also coriander, and this adds the freshness to contrast the
flavors of the spices.
To make authentic Hyderabadi Biryani you'll have to have more than ten to fifteen different
ingredients.
We'll have to use a lot of spices that are red mirchi, tumeric, and cardamom sticks.
We also have long clove that is clove, lychee, and something called sajira.
This store was actually here since 1992-93 but it wasn't on Google Maps all these days.
So we as local guides when we add a store like this, we'll help customers come to them,
and thereby grow his business and also continue it when his son takes over.
The main thing here is Hyderabad is famous for chicken and Mateer Biryani.
Meat is very important for Biryani because it gives that kind of flavor.

And in fact, you can see that Ratso even loses his accent
while yelling at the driver
and hitting the car in a distinctly
non-cripple-like manner.
I'm walkin' here became one of the most memorable lines
in cinematic history
according to the American Film Institute,
and by far the best-known part of a movie
that includes Angelina Jolie's dad getting a blowjob
from a guy in a movie theater.
The scene perfectly defines Hoffman's vulnerable
but short-tempered character in the whole
welcome to New York tone of the movie.
The veracity of the story has been disputed by a producer
but Hoffman himself confirms that it's real
