Youtube daily what Nov 3 2018

hey guys it's Jonathan here from set sail and today I just wanted to take a

couple of minutes to explain what set sail actually is and how you guys can be

a part of it. We believe that art is one of the most powerful languages and most

effective ways of communicating something in today's world and we can

see a renaissance happening in the church right now of artists and creators

realizing the potential that they have to proclaim the message of Jesus through

the things that they create whether that's music, design, film, photography, any

kind of creative expression. We live in such a connected world right now that

art can have a profound impact on a global scale and culture is shaped by

its creators. And that's why at Set Sail we're passionate about exploring that

space where faith meets art and we believe that together with other

creators we can see a new missions movement proclaiming the message of

Jesus through the things that we create. And at Set Sail we spend a lot of time

doing exactly that. Whether it's writing songs as Rivers & Robots, traveling on

tours and missions trips around the world to share the gospel, making videos,

designing artwork - we want to create beautiful things that point people to

Jesus. But one of our main aims with Set Sail is to equip, encourage and inspire

other artists and creators. Yes, we can do our own projects but if this is really

going to be a global movement we need to take the time to invest in each other.

Some of the ways we do that include our YouTube channel, where we share our

journey as we go and also give some practical tips of the things that we're

learning along the way. We also look to give a platform to artists through our

website our, Instagram account, our playlists and locally at our monthly

worship nights called 'Gather', where we bring in different artists each month

and share their songs with people right in the heart of Manchester, and we've

seen people become Christians and getting connected to churches through

these events which is amazing. Another thing we're starting to do is to run

workshops in some of the cities that we go to on tour so that we can gather

the creators together and help encourage them and invest in those guys so that

they can continue to have long-term impact in their cities. Now over the last

few years of running Set Sail we've seen so many amazing testimonies come through.

I met a girl recently on tour who came and told me that she always felt God was

calling her to be an artist but had kind of suppressed that because she felt like it

wasn't valued by the people around her and it was through coming across Set

Sail and watching our videos and seeing our website that she actually felt

inspired to start creating again and that's exactly the reason we do this

kind of thing. We also get people emailing the band quite regularly now to

tell us that our music's genuinely had an impact in their life helping their walk

with God and for some people it's even played a role in them coming to faith

which just blows us away every time.

And these are just some

of the things that can happen when we step out and use this creativity that

God's given us. Now people often ask me if there are ways that they can support

what we're doing and help us to keep going and the answer to that is yes. So

three years ago myself and Nathan from Rivers & Robots decided to quit our

jobs and go full-time running this thing called Set Sail and we decided to live

as missionaries which means that all the money we make through the band whether

that's in album sales tour in merchandise - we invested all of that

into Set Sail to help us to create more music and run gather events and make

videos and do missions trips, and we decided to raise financial support like

missionaries to be able to actually live and sustain ourselves to do this

full-time. And that's still the way that we work now we actually have a team of

supporters who give financially to help us run this thing and pursue this vision.

We send out regular updates to these guys to let them know what we've been

doing each month and things that they can be praying for us moving forward and

as cliche as it sounds, we literally couldn't do what we do without our

support team, and I know some of them will be watching this video as well so

if that's you - thank you! This is something we haven't really spoken about

much in our videos but today we wanted to extend that invitation to you guys

and say if this is something that you're passionate about and you want to help us

to sustain this thing, we'd love you to be a part of our support team. To do that

all you need to do is go to the support page on our website timetosetsail.com/support

and there's a forum on there where you can give a

donation whether it's a one-off gift or a monthly donation and even if it's just

a little bit honestly it's such a big help to us as a team particularly at the

moment because we're actually looking to expand the team and Caleb our drummer is

hoping to join us full-time once he's finished his music course and also our

new guitarist Phillip Shibata who's going to be moving over with his wife

and daughter to come and join the team which is amazing and we'd love to be

able to increase our support, so that we can help them in that transition. For a

long time now it's been mostly me and Nathan running this thing which has been

pretty crazy to be honest and we're really looking forward to having a few

more hands on deck and expanding the team so that we can pursue this vision

of making Jesus known through creative worship. If you're not able to support us

financially at the moment that's totally fine you can also sign up for the prayer

email on the same support page and you'll get the monthly update that we

send out to our supporters so you can be knowing what to pray for us for and still

feel a part of what's going on. And of course, we still want everything that we

create to be freely available online and through our channel and we're going to

continue doing that and this is just an opportunity if you want to help us

sustain this thing full-time. Thank you so much for listening and if you do

want to get involved don't forget, timetosetsail.com/support

and we'll see you soon in another video

COVERT AND OVERT NARCISSISM - WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE? | Video by Psych-Minded - Duration: 6:30.

Welcome back to Psych-Minded. I'm your host Kalley Marie and today we're gonna

be talking about the difference between covert narcissism and overt narcissism.

Welcome back to Psych-Minded! If you haven't yet subscribed, please hit the

subscribe button so you'll never miss a video on Mental Health and psychology.

If you are a new subscriber, thank you so much for being here. There have

been so many of you that have joined me in the last couple months and it has

been absolutely overwhelming. I am so happy to have you here. I hope you enjoy

what you are seeing. If you have any video requests please let me know in the

comments, on Instagram -- you know where to find me.

I love taking your video requests so please don't be shy and don't hesitate

to ask me if there's a specific subject you want to know more about. Today we're

gonna be talking about narcissism and specifically the difference between overt

narcissism and covert narcissism. Before we dive into this, I want to clarify -- when

we talk about narcissism, it can get a little tricky because we can have people

that have narcissistic tendencies but then we also have people that have the

narcissistic personality disorders. So just because somebody exhibits

narcissistic tendencies doesn't necessarily mean that they have a

full-blown personality disorder. When we talk about overt versus covert

narcissism today, I want you to keep that in mind. This can apply to either

somebody who has the trait or somebody who has the disorder. Hopefully it

will make more sense as we go along but first we're just gonna dive into what a

narcissist is. According to the DSM-5, narcissistic

personality disorder is characterized as a grandiose sense of self. The individual

is preoccupied with their ideals and their values and themselves. They believe

that they are the number one, end-all be-all. They are essentially never wrong

in their views and generally believe that they are the best. They can lack

empathy and believe that they deserve an excessive amount of admiration. That's

sort of one end of the spectrum of a narcissistic personality disorder where

we can see there's a lot of factors going on that are contributing to the

personality disorder. When it comes to just the trait of narcissism we do

see that in narcissistic personality disorder but we also know people

that can just be narcissistic without necessarily having a disorder. So we're

gonna go into what those different types are. The first one we're gonna talk

about is an overt narcissist and an overt narcissist is the one that we typically

see as being the stereotypical narcissist. They're very forward

and extroverted about how they feel about themselves. They make no shame in

trying to hide what they feel about themselves and that they believe that

they deserve this sort of pedestal treatment. An overt narcissist isn't

gonna make any attempts to try to hide or keep their feelings about themselves

a secret. They truly believe there are the best and they let everyone know it.

The other type is a covert narcissist. This is the type of

narcissism that sometimes is difficult to recognize. This is the more secretive

or introverted -- basically hidden sort of narcissism. We're gonna dive a

little bit more into what covert narcissism is because I think a lot of

us are pretty good at identifying when people are over narcissist

but the covert is a little

bit more difficult to detect. I'm gonna dive into some research I found

and some of my own thoughts on what covert narcissism is all about.

Individuals with covert narcissism tend to be more introverted like I mentioned.

They're still pretty proud and argumentative and defensive but they

tend to keep their feelings about themselves a little bit under the

surface; a little bit closer to the belt. They come across more passive-aggressive

and have a lower sense of self-worth than somebody with overt narcissism.

In a lot of ways a covert narcissist is still very much all about their own ego

but it's in a negative way. It's not in a "I'm amazing.. I'm grand...

I am perfect," kind of way. It's sort of an inflated sense of self surrounding these

negative attributes that they feel about themselves. So they're still inflating

their ego but they're doing so in sort of a negative

kind of way.Someone with covert narcissism may play the victim to

get attention. That's one of the key characteristics that they found with

this. Someone with overt narcissism might try to go for class

president or another role that's really in the spotlight. Whereas somebody with

covert narcissism is going to do something a little bit different to try

to get that same attention. What are some of the myths about covert

narcissism? Covert narcissism does not necessarily mean that somebody is

sneakier or more manipulative than someone with overt narcissism nor does

it mean that they're better at hiding their narcissistic behaviors. This is

just a way that the narcissism is presented. It has to do with how these

tendencies in this individual whether they have narcissistic personality

disorder or they just have narcissistic traits -- it's sort of how they manifest

themselves. Just like with any other trait if someone feels jealous or they

feel an intense amount of depression, those are going to manifest differently

for different people. They found with narcissism it sort of comes about in one

of these two ways either you have somebody who is playing the grandiose

role or you have someone who's playing the victim to get attention.

Someone with covert narcissism may also have these grandiose aspirations for

themselves or believe that they should be put on pedestals but they're just too

shy to navigate it. They're not really sure how to meet their goals or how to put

themselves out there. So whether an individual has narcissistic personality

disorder or is simply narcissistic you may see their narcissism manifest in one

of these two ways. I wanted to point out the difference because mental

illness can manifest in a lot of different ways for different people and

if we're struggling in ourselves to kind of figure out what's going on or looking

at someone else and trying to help them, this can be really helpful to know that

there are variations within narcissism or within traits that we find within

ourselves. What do you think about overt in covert narcissism? Let me know in the

comments below. Don't forget to subscribe and like this video!

I will see you guys next time

BYE! :)

What Is the Selling Agent Commission? | Hauseit® - Duration: 3:03.

The selling agent commission is the fee that is payable to the agent that brings the buyer for a home sale.

The selling agent commission is typically 3% of the contract or sale price,

and is payable to the buyer's agent.

Who Is the Selling Agent?

The selling agent is also known as the buyer's agent, although the selling agent can also be the listing agent if he or she finds a direct buyer.

When a seller's agent finds a direct buyer and represents both the buyer and the seller,

the agent is considered to be operating under a dual agency arrangement.

What Is the Typical Selling Agent Commission?

The typical selling agent commission ranges from 2.5% to 3% of the sale price in NYC.

It's more common to see a full 3% selling agent commission vs only 2.5%,

although with pricier properties you will occasionally see a 2.5% selling agent commission.

Strangely enough, it's not commonly acceptable to reduce the commission percentage further as property listing prices increase further.

In the suburbs such as Westchester and the Hudson Valley,

it's more common to see lower selling agent commissions such as only 2%.

You will also see lower co-brokes in non-REBNY areas such as eastern Queens and southern Brooklyn.

Pro Tip: Don't be one of those sellers who preaches to potential listing agents

that the commission you're offering will go down because your property is worth more.

That's a great way to not get a call back!

Can You Increase the Selling Agent Commission Later?

Yes, you can increase the selling agent commission later if you didn't offer a market rate level of compensation to begin with.

However, it's much better to offer a full selling agent commission from the outset.

That's because many buyers' agents will only see a listing once when it is first listed,

typically through email notifications from search alerts they have saved for clients.

If the listing doesn't have a fair level of compensation being offered,

the buyer's agent is likely to ignore that listing going forward, and perhaps even the discount broker who listed it.

Furthermore, it's fairly difficult to get the word out about an increase in broker commission vs lowering the home price.

That's because changing the commission will not automatically cause a flurry of search alerts to go out like a price change would.

In fact, the only way to get the word out about your increase in selling agent commission is to send out an email newsletter or mass email blast.

Paperwork for Changing a Selling Agent Commission

It's prudent for listing agents to ask sellers to sign a new Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement

if they want to change the selling agent commission.

This is especially true if the sellers want to increase the selling agent commission

because the listing broker will be on the hook if the seller doesn't pay.

[2.0 SP08] SAP HANA Cockpit: What's New? Database Explorer - SAP HANA Academy - Duration: 7:11.

Hello and welcome to the SAP HANA Academy.

The topic of this video tutorial series is SAP HANA Cockpit and in this video we will

discuss what's new or changed for this release of SAP HANA database explorer.

This video has been recorded on release SAP HANA cockpit 2.0 SP 08 from October 2018.

For earlier or later releases, please check the playlist on the SAP HANA Academy.

Hi, I am Denys van Kempen.

We can access the Database Explorer and the SQL Console from the SAP HANA Cockpit Landscape

Overview page.

There are two tiles: Browse Database Objects and Execute SQL but they open the same app.

Another way to access is to select the Open SQL Console link from the header of the System

Overview page for a particular database.

This will open a new SQL Console tab with a connection to as the current user to the

current database.

SQL Console and Database Explorer; it is a single application —you can bookmark it,

of course, if you want to access it from your browser toolbar and not from cockpit— by

now, most of the functionality of SAP HANA Studio from the previous SAP HANA 1.0 release

has been included and more.

We can browse, or explore I guess, I should say, our database objects.

Select the object type to have them listed here below —you can search, if the list

is long.

Context (right-click) menus provide access to the most common actions: export/import

data, generate SQL, open structure or get data.

You get the raw data in rows and columns and you can do instant analysis, pivot tables,

graphs, and so on.

Advanced Search, a Debugger, a Console for Background Activities, and this is related

to the different Run options we have got a here, Run as Background Activites (Ctrl+Shift+F8;

there are keyboard shortcuts for the most common tasks.

Just a quick tour for those less familiar with the SAP HANA Database Explorer, and this

is just for the SQL Console, there is an MDX Console as well, for OLAP multidimensional

type queries.

OK —What's New?

Some enhancements to the SQL Console.

Of course, the biggest issue with browser-based tools, doesn't matter if we are writing

an e-mail or writing code in a SQL console is that if, for whatever reason, the web server

does not respond, the browser hangs, etc. and we need to refresh the page or restart

the browser, our data is gone and we have to start all over again.

More and more, this is becoming a thing of the past as current web tools, using Node.js

are perfectly capable of maintain and restoring state.

For the Database Explorer this means that, from the current release onwards, that the

content of your SQL console is now saved when the browser is closed.

The SQL console does a save about 30 seconds after the last keystroke or when you use any

of the Run menu options, always when the console is connected to a database, and when you close

your console.

So, how does this look?

Let's generate some SQL.

Execute.

Close the console.

Return.

Close the browser.

Let's create the bookmark first.

Reopen.

No work lost.

Note that I did not use and Ctrl+S save shortcut for this to happen.

You do not need to do anything.

Of course, we do not get our result set back automatically as this would mean that SQL

Console starts to run our queries on our behalve.

Not a good idea.

We have a new icon here on the toolbar, as well, Hide/Show Columns.

If there is some sensitive data in the result set which you wish not to have displayed but

you need to include it in the query, you can now very easily achieve this with this toggle.

Additionally, when you download the data into a CSV file, you can mark whether hidden data

should be included or not.

Minor change: previously, you would double-click a table cell in the data preview to open the

view dialog.

Now, you need to right-click the cell and click View data.

Another new feature is SQLScript Code Coverage

You access Report Code Coverage from the Analyze menu.

We can now very easily see which part of the code executed and which part did not.

Works for SQLScript procedures, functions, and anonymous blocks, which I was using here.

Another enhancement, another new feature, is that we can now view the execution plan

for a SQL statement or procedure.

You can access this with Analyze, Explain Plan.

Operator Name, Operator Details and Properties.

Then we also have, Ctrl+Shift+X, Analyze SQL.

The SQL Analyzer itself is not new, what I wanted to show you is the SQL Performance

Recommendations, which are now also displayed on the Overview page of the Analysis.

In this case, we do not have any, but here you would see the high lights, the summary,

with the details on the Recommendations tab.

Compilation Summary, also new, here we see the statistics used for cost based optimization,

for example.

Table access, tables in use, the timeline, and the Plan Graph, of course, we know from

previous releases.

What's new in SAP HANA Cockpit 2.0 is documented in the What's New Guide with a paragraph

about the Database Explorer and you will also find this documented in the dedicated SAP

HANA Database Explorer Guide under Getting Started.

In Analytics, What do the Numbers Really Mean? - Duration: 2:10.

Analytics is a wonderful tool. It gives us real insights into how people are behaving on our site.

But we have to use caution because with analytics there is a dark side.

Not that kind of dark side. The dark side I'm referring to is how we report analytics data.

So let me give you two pieces of sample data. The first one is a conversion rate.

Let's say that we have a conversion rate of 3% Okay?

Now, let's say the next piece of data we have is average time on page. Let's say 2 minutes and 10 seconds

We have two pieces of data here.

And what we have to do is figure out what insights we can draw from this.

On the one hand, if we look at conversion data, we are safe to interpret that that was the intended user action.

They submitted their order. They completed the purchase. There's no wiggle room in what that means.

But when we focus on something like the average time on page,

this could be open for interpretation.

It could be that someone spent a long time on this page,

because they were really engaged with our content, and they read every single word and they loved it.

Or, it could actually mean that they didn't understand anything, that they couldn't find what they were looking for.

Or that the navigation didn't quite make sense to them.

So the first type of data of conversion rate we call this hard data where there's not this room for interpretation.

We know what it means.

But, soft data, like average time on page,

or something like how far down the user scrolls,

or even whether they use search versus navigation when they first get to the site.

Those things require further interpretation.

We need to complement those pieces of analytics data with extra insights

that we can usually get from usability testing.

Next time you're presenting or receiving analytics data,

make sure that you're asking those important questions about whether or not the information

is reporting hard data or soft data.

Natural Killer Cells: What are they and How do they Affect Fertility Treatment? - Duration: 7:15.

Hello, I'm Dr. Norbert Gleicher. I'm the medical director chief scientist at the Center for Human Reproduction.

Today's topic is an immunological one. I want to talk to you a little bit about

so-called "NK" or natural killer cells. And the reason I want to talk to you about the subject is

because it has kind of become a little bit overblown or maybe I should say quite a lot

overblown in its importance

in our field. And let me explain to you why we think that to be the case.

Immunology, as

we have been

presenting

in our video library and in our

newsletter and in many publications from scientists here at the center,

immunology is very

important for

reproductive success.

The reason for that is that

the little embryo that is trying to implant is really like a

little organ transplant

from the partner( from the male partner) and

if a woman were to receive

such an organ transplant from her partner,

she

would automatically reject a mini kidney transplant for example, yet a

woman who has a normally functioning immune system will not reject that little embryo that is trying

to implant. And though we still do not completely understand why that is,

it in recent years has become

quite clear that

the principal reason

why that little embryo,

in most cases, succeeds in implanting and in growing without being attacked

by the maternal immune system as she would if she got from her partner kidney transplant or a liver transplant,

the reason is that apparently the embryo

communicates once it enters

the endometrial cavity

with the maternal immune system and says two things. It first of all says,"Hey, hi, I'm here!" and

secondly, it says, "Please let me in!" And

in response, the maternal immune system (if it is a normally functioning

immune system)

kind of

feels that embryo out to determine whether it's a good a healthy embryo and

if it is,

the immune system lets that embryo in--allows that embryo to implant

by

reprogramming itself from "rejection"

to "tolerance." In other words, a

specific (what is called, "tolerance pathway") is induced by the mother's immune system

that allows that one embryo

to pass the controls that otherwise reject invaders and

allows it to implant.

Now,

that

reprogramming of the maternal immune system does not work well in women whose

immune system is already running a little hyperactive-- meaning in women who have

autoimmune problems, in women who are hyper allergenic (who are kind of allergic to everything that's around them),

in women who have

evidence of inflammation. In all of these conditions, the immune system works already a little bit over time.

And immune systems that are hyperactive

don't

reprogram themselves very well. And so if that embryo is not trying to implant, that

immune system still sees it as "foreign" and still attacks it and

often rejects it. And there's consequences in those women

we find more frequently: what is called implantation failure,

early pregnancy losses, so-called chemical pregnancies, and even

miscarriages at later stages.

Now why is all of this important

since I just want to talk to you about NK cells?

Well, the answer is

that

many of our colleagues.

in our opinion, put too much emphasis on NK cells or for that matter even an antiphospholipid

antibodies or other

supposedly

reliable markers of

immune problems.

And let me explain what I mean by that.

If a woman has increased in NK cells,

that is a sign of a hyperactive immune system.

If a woman has abnormal

autoimmune findings and testing that too is a sign of a hyperactive immune system.

If a woman has elevated inflammatory markers,

that, as I already said before, is also a sign of a hyperactive immune system.

The difference between how we view these findings and how many of our colleagues view these findings is that

we do not believe that NK cells

make

pregnancies be miscarried or that antiphospholipid

antibodies are the cause for miscarriages.

What we believe is that they are all just markers of a hyper

active immune system and

women who have a hyperactive immune system then

have difficulty with implantation and with pregnancy maintenance. So we are not looking for one sign, like NK cells or

another sign like antiphospholipid

antibodies, we are looking for a panel of tests

which all indicate that the woman has a hyperactive immune system. And if she does, we assume

that she will attack that

embryo that is trying to implant and that we need to calm down her immune system.

And therefore we do not put special emphasis on NK cells versus some other findings.

We are looking on a much broader scale for evidence of hyperactive immune systems and intervene in that regard.

Thank you.

What Can You do to Increase Your Chances of Success in Fertility Treatment? - Duration: 8:51.

Hello,

I'm Dr. Norbert Gleicher. I'm the medical

director of the Center for Human Reproduction and it's chief scientist. I

want to talk to you today

about an issue that we are very frequently asked about and that is, what can you, as the patient, on your own

do

to help in your treatment to conceive? And

honestly speaking,

there's not very much you can do beyond

following the medical advice that you are receiving, whether it's CHR or at another

fertility center. In principle,

at least here at CHR, if there was or if there is something you may be able to do,

we would obviously tell you.

But let me explain a few

principles that may help you a little bit along the way. And the first principle

relates to the concept of inflammation.

Inflammation means

not that you have a particular disease.

Inflammation in many cases

(even though inflammation can be associated with certain diseases mostly autoimmune diseases),

but inflammation can also be present on its own. For example, if you are significantly overweight,

it is

quite likely that you will show elevated

inflammatory markers. And you may have

elevated inflammatory markers even if you are very skinny, but if you, for example,

experience certain allergies or

certain intolerance towards foods,

that is indeed a very important point.

When patients ask me about, "What can I do to help?" my next question to them is usually,

"How is your diet?

Do you exclude certain foods?

Are there certain foods that give you excessive flatus (gas), or cramps, or make you feel

unwell? Are you excluding, therefore, certain foods? And if you do, then there is a possibility

that you have a

sensitivity towards these foods. The most frequent

food is obviously gluten

or dairy products. Many people don't tolerate either of these very well.

Not tolerating well gluten does not necessarily mean that

one suffers from celiac disease (even though that is obviously also a

possibility),

but gluten

sensitivity or

sensitivity to other foods

can elicit in the bowels an

inflammatory response. And that inflammatory response

can also lead to what has become kind of a

popular word in the lay press, the so-called, "leaky bowel syndrome." And

that can enter into a kind of vicious cycle where one thing

increases the other.

You eat bad foods, you get inflammation. You get leaky bowel syndrome, leaky bowel syndrome gives you more inflammation,

Etc, etc. So if you do have

gastrointestinal

problems,

then we do recommend that you go on an anti-inflammatory diet and

that

usually means to try to be gluten free,

dairy free, and

to significantly reduce sugars

in your diet.

Otherwise,

there is very little you can do by taking huge amounts of supplements

or

changing your life pattern. We indeed usually recommend not to change

life habits while in infertility

treatments because that just further increases

the already elevated stress levels that every infertility patient is exposed to.

Sticking to your routine, whether it is your work routine whether it is your exercise routine or any other routine,

is usually a much better approach.

There are also lots of rumors out there about

what one should not do. And most of these rumors

have really no data to support them. In other words,

there is, in our opinion, nothing wrong with having a glass of red wine once or twice a week.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with having a cup of coffee or two

while you're getting pregnant.

We of course do not want you to use drugs.

And we of course

greatly prefer it if you don't smoke. Finally, one more word about supplements.

Supplements are medications.

They can

do what medications do, which is

interfere with each other. And indeed, supplements can also interfere with

prescription drugs and visa versa.

Therefore, the

concept that

a drug-- just because it's considered the supplement and does not require

a prescription-- is

totally and necessarily innocent and cannot cause problems is not the correct concept.

And we therefore do not promote

excessive supplement use. If you take a prenatal vitamin,

you will be covered from the vitamin point of view perfectly. The only other supplements we in principle

recommend , unless there is a

defined and proven deficiency of course.

The only supplements that CHR usually recommends is

in older women and women with low ovarian reserve, the hormone DHEA

or

testosterone.

We prefer DHEA over testosterone and

in both female and male infertility,

the

antioxidant

CoQ10.

We have excessively in our video collection addressed

those medications and therefore here will here not be repeated.

Other

supplements including additional vitamins to routine prenatal vitamins, which are

multivitamins, are really not necessary unless you have a specific

deficiency, So if you are, for example, if your vitamin D level is low, then we

recommend that you take extra

vitamin D.

The same applies to other vitamins. But we do not

recommend that you, just because you're trying to get pregnant ,suddenly run around with a big bag full of

different supplements. I hope this short advice helps you.

What is Degenerative Disc Disease? DDD Explained by St. Joseph, MI Chiropractor - Duration: 1:14.

Degenerative disc disease is a normal process of aging but can also be from repetitive

stress and injury on the spine. Think wear and tear on the spinal discs.

Right here is a spinal disc. The spinal discs are soft, shock absorbing cushions of the

spine that fit between the vertebra. During the aging process, the discs start

to lose water content and become less flexible. With the discs weakening over

time they can start to bulge and pinch onto nearby nerves, causing shooting

pains. So with this animation right here, you're starting to see the loss of the

water content, the disc is becoming thinner and that pressure is building and

then from there you're going to get an outpouching of the discs onto that

nearby nerve causing shooting pains. This thinning also puts more stress on the

vertebra which will lead to the formation of bone spurs, or osteophytes.

If it gets severe enough, the bone spurs may grow large enough to make

contact with the nerve or the spinal cord and this is where a pinched nerve

comes in, again causing sharp and shooting pains. Also numbness, tingling

and muscle weakness can be experienced.

What Do Your Daydreams Reveal About You - Duration: 5:57.

What Do Your Daydreams Reveal About You

Daydreaming is one of the most common things people do, and also one of the most personal.

In a survey conducted at the University of Minnesota, 80 percent of people said they

preferred to admit embarrassing experiences rather than express their daydream.

However, have you ever wondered that your daydreams can actually reveal your personality?

We all try to escape reality in various ways; after all, we might make ourselves crazy if

we didn't.

People have various methods to escape worldly things, but almost everyone does one thing

every day, which is daydream.

According to psychologists, most of us (if not all) spend half of our mental activities

on daydreaming.

And believe it or not, they help us to realize our goals, express our deepest hopes, desires,

and fears.

Daydream can help us to think of a more positive reality or sort out our goals in life.

So in this video, I'm going to share with you 9 things about your daydreams that reveal

your personality.

But before that, please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to

know the complete information.

Here's the 9 Things Your Daydreams Say About Your Personality.

#1 - Daydream that means you are creative.

If you daydream about showing off in a competition or winning an award, that might mean you have

a creative brain.

Research shows that people who play scenarios in their mind where they can do something

exciting and interesting while showing their natural talent want to put their skills to

good use and get rewarded for them.

#2 - When you are satisfied with your life.

Maybe you think the reason you are daydreaming is because you want to run away from reality

for a while.

Well, most of the time that's true.

However, some people daydream while they enjoy their life.

If your daydream involves about relaxing on the beach somewhere, do a hiking with friends,

or just hanging out with them, that might mean you really like your life.

You have a meaningful connection with people around you, and you just want to spend time

with the people you care about.

#3 - Your daydream shows that you are intelligent.

Daydream can also reveal your intellectual abilities.

A study from the Georgia Institute of Technology found that people whose minds wander might

have so much brain capacity that they cannot keep their minds focused on the tasks at hand.

According to the research, people who reported more daydreaming scored higher on intellectual

and creative tests and had a more efficient brain as measured by an MRI machine.

#4 - Your daydream means you miss someone far away.

Daydreaming about someone you cared about passed away may mean that you need to deal

with your grief or that you just miss them.

You might remember happy memories with them or imagine them in a better place.

Sometimes, nostalgia can reveal what is said to be daydream about your personality.

#5 - You want to be in control with your life.

If you daydream about becoming world famous, or getting your dream job, that means you

are looking for more control over your life.

You want to be your own boss and feel stronger.

Daydream like this might mean you want to run away from your life because you feel bored

or overwhelmed.

You hope to be able to move into a world where you feel more involved and excited.

#6 - Your daydream means you need to solve a problem.

Maybe you're experiencing a problem and you want to get away with it.

For example, you daydream about quitting your job and then telling your boss when slamming

the door on his face, and the next day you are jumping happily into a much better opportunity.

In this case, you might feel trapped with your current job, but that does not mean you

have to stop.

Maybe you need to talk to your boss and find out how you can feel happier in your work

or what other opportunities might be available to you.

After all, you need to try to think positively to get more satisfaction from your life.

#7 - Your daydream means you need a change in your life.

Daydream involving you running away to travel somewhere beautiful in the world, means that

you may only need changes in your daily life.

You are bored and you need some refreshment such as new looks, new haircut, new hobby

or find out how you can express your passion.

#8 - Dreaming you have a new lover that is more exciting.

This could means that you are not satisfied with your love life.

For those who have married, this dream certainly makes you feel very guilty.

You feel you have an affair, even though it's only in fantasy.

But humans are already naturally fantasizing, or imagining something without being accompanied

by action.

Maybe you should appreciate your partner more, or tell them about the dream relationship

you want to live.

#9 - Dreaming you are fighting back against those who hurt you.

This daydream can indicate the past trauma that continues to haunt.

In this case, maybe you need help or therapy to overcome it.

If not, it may slowly consume your mind.

Well, those are the 9 things your daydreams say about your personality.

Daydream provides a valuable tool for our lives.

Unlike what your teacher or parents say, daydreaming is not a bad thing.

Pay attention to your daydream, because just like our "real" dreams when we sleep at night,

daydream can give us extraordinary insight, and help us solve problems and understand

our own personalities better.

So, really cool information isn't it?

What New in ipad pro Macbook Air and Mac mini 2018 - Duration: 3:20.

hello and welcome to 4Raystech October 2018 is the most awaited conference of

the year apple with its main and most awaited event so we bring you highlights

of some of the things worth noticing on this event so first off we have the new

MacBook Air after years of waiting it is finally here

mainly the MacBook Air gives a goodbye to old display and brings in the newer

more improved and more detailed Retina displays it is slimmer it's lighter its

thinner and a lot smaller as well we've got the butterfly keyboard to multiple

fulfill the balls for power USB and etc now it contains a very nominal get

improved eighth generation 1.6 gigahertz dual-core processor which is lost

suitable for daily tasks then we have an option to choose from 128 gigs or 256

gigs of storage a dozen 10 8gb ddr3 RAM which is upgradeable to 16 gigs a touch

ID and all of that with 128 gigs of storage option for 1199 and 256 gigs

of storage option for 1399 now I believe that's quite expensive and

that's what I thought initially for a machine that will only be suitable to a

certain student class or a specific niche of maybe businessman or light to

medium users this will be a slightly expensive price tag to go with if you

remember we have the very old Mac Mini which was being liked for its tiny form

factor in the days when it was launched what was criticized for its performance

by a whole lot of community this time it looks like a game changer the Mac mini

starts with a Gen 4 cores and thankfully six core processor as well comes with

both I 5 and i7 options have a 32gb and 64gb of ddr4 Ram which is there in the

Mac Mini and along that we get the SSD storage of up to 2 terabyte lots of

modern ports with an old Ethernet port as well HDMI to multifunctional thunderbolt

three for multiple displays external GPU charging and even stereo out now the

prices of these Mac Mini compared to what Apple offered years ago is a lot

more decent is lot more valued for a Mac device that starts from base model at

799 and 1099 and further goes up depending on the customization of the

hardware that he opted for then another great highlight of this event was the

new iPad pro 11 inch and the 12.9 inch which is a size of 8 and a half by

11 inch of paper which is actually quite good

my contains a 12 X Bionic chip face-recognition iPhone like gesture

control with no home button arrival of the USBC that supports charging out as

well for your iPhones then we have the redesigned Apple pencil with magnetic

attachments and wireless charging for the iPad pro itself so the 11 inch iPad

pro starts with 799 and the 12.9 inch version starts from $999 dollars

so these were the three revisions Apple came up with this October 2018 so let's

appreciate it until detailed review I wish you have a great evening hit like

and subscribe if you liked the video be cool calm and collected till again

What is a Government, and what types of Governments exist/existed? | A Homeschool Project - Duration: 11:38.

While it seems easy to answer, and maybe a silly question to some,

it's actually a pretty important political and educational question.

Today, we're gonna be talking about what is a government and how it actually works.

Today we're gonna go by what exactly is a government, how they work, and what type of governments exist and existed throughout history.

Now, what is a government?

A government is a system or a group of people governing an organized community,

usually a country.

Now that's not the only type of government, a government can range from a country, to a state, or province depending on where you live.

And the kinds of governments definitely depends on where you live.

Which is also what we're gonna debate on.

I have a map of the different government types...

The types of government can range from a Democratic presidential republic to a One party dictatorship.

And even to the point on no central, or some people might say 'Contemporary' government,

which is basically a society in anarchy, but right now, we'll go step by step.

A federal republic, which is what the United States of America is,

is a federation of states or equivalent within a republican form of government.

Usually most federal republics are more or less democratic.

Countries that have federal republics do have more rights to their states or equivalent then most other countries.

And the United States isn't the only federal republic,

in fact, it's the oldest but not the first federal republic.

The first federal republic according to most sources is the Dutch republic, formed in 1581.

Although the country was destroyed in the Napoleonic wars and replaced with a kingdom several times, it still remains a kingdom to this day.

The current federal republics are:

Argentina

Austria, Bosnia and Hezogovina,

Brazil

Ethiopia

Germany

India

Mexico

Nepal,

and in fact, as far as i know, Nepal is the most recent federal republic.

Anyway, other federal republics are Nigeria-

Pakistan

Russia

Switzerland and the previously mentioned United States,

and Venezuela.

A republic itself depends on which country, whether it'd be the aforementioned federal one,

islamic, parlimentary, presidential, semi-presidential.

I won't go into every republican system, it's still important to sum it up.

As a republic is a country that normally elects individuals to represent the citizens.

Now whether the parties or people are actually allowed to vote depends on the country and it is a huge political debate overall.

Different countries have different rules and laws.

The first republic that technically existed was the Roman republic before it transitioned into the empire we know today.

Although it wasn't exactly a republic as we think a republic would be today.

The first modern republic was the Novgorod republic, in 1361.

Which formed in modern day northern Russia, the republic lasted a century before it was absorbed into the Grand Duchy of Moscow.

Of course, republics became more and more common throughout the centuries,

and many kingdoms fell and became republics especially during the 20th century, speaking of...

A kingdom or a monarchy is a form of government in which a group, normally a family called a 'Dynasty'-

-would rule over a country.

Monarchies are the oldest type of government and are considered to be traditional.

Currently over 50 out of over 200 countries are monarchies, whether constitutional or absolute.

Absolute monarchies include Brunei, Omen, Saudi Arabia, Swaziland (e-Swatini), Vatican city,

although technically more of an absolute theocracy.

And the United Arab Emirates.

The United Arab Emirates is kind of a federal monarchy,

with several individual Emirates, or 'states' having monarchies in them.

I personally find this country to be the most unique kingdoms out there, but i'm being too biased here lets continue...

Fun fact: Australia and Canada are monarchies, but get this-

while they have their own consititution and parties, they accept the British monarch as head of state,

but are still considered constitutional monarchies.

Of course, they aren't the only British commonwealth nations to have it, it's still a bit interesting to see how they work and how they function.

Now i know this has been biased to death by some people, but i'll try my best not to go crazy with this one.

And it's recommended you do your own research with your own sources, and be sure to determine what is and what isn't a dictatorship.

But anyways, a dictatorship, or 'regime' as many people call it, is an authoritarian type of government.

Whether one person or one sole party rules the country, dictatorships can and have included absolute monarchies,

As some critics have said they hold the same absolute power like dictatorships and regimes do.

Of course, not all dictatorships are inherently bad and not all countries that aren't democracies are dictatorships.

Again, as i've said, it's recommended you do your own research.

The countries that i have listed that are the most notable dictatorships are North Korea, or the Democratic Republic of Korea,

Libya before the Arab Spring,

The Arab Republic of Syria,

the Democratic Republic of the Congo,

the Chad Republic, Laos, Republic of Cuba,

Yemen, Turkistan* (It's called Turkmenistan, not Turkistan), Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and many more,

if you disagree with the list, lemme know in the comments.

An Anarcho government is a government with little or no government presence.

Now you may think an Anarcho government isn't common, and yes, your right.

However, there have been Anarchist governments in the past and even some societies that have Anarcho-style types governments,

as far as i've researched there was one country with an Anarchist style government which was the Republic of Cospaia.

It was a small country in central Italy in the middle of the Papal States, they barely had any form of government.

There was a 'council of elders' at one point, but other then that, that's really it.

They didn't have a police force, there wasn't any jail systems or government legal system,

An Anarcho government to some people is a utopia, although there is some issues worth noting about an Anarcho government.

It's still an interesting and rare concept, but it has been done.

There are societies and even rebellions that have attempted to set up Anarcho governments.

One notable example was during the Russian Civil War in Ukraine, there was a Anti-Soviet rebellion called 'Free Territory',

which was a movement to form an Anarchist government and a movement to gain Ukrainian independence under the leadership of Viktor Belish.

Obviously they never came to power and they were defeated pretty much by the end of the war, but it's still interesting to talk about.

A confederation is a union of countries or states united for a common purpose,

or historically united for a completely different reason.

Now to be honest, there haven't been many confederations that have formed,

and there's really only a couple of examples of a confederation

Belgium, which is united under three communities, the Walloons, the Flanders, and the Germans.

The European Union, although technically not a country, but it's still a type of Government, which we'll cover in a little bit,

Canada and Switzerland have both been self-proclaimed confederations, but aren't the type of confederations that have been defined, both countries are federations honestly.

Speaking of Canada, back in pre- and even during colonial times,

several Native American tribes have created confederations many times.

One notable confederation was the Ir.. Irqori.... Ir.. Iroqo...

HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE THAT!?

Iroquois, okay...

One notable confederation was the Iroquois with united under several tribes from modern day New York state, down to Kentucky and even stretching to Missouri.

Going into Europe there are several confederations that have coexisted with each other, such as the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth,

Denmark-Norway and even some sources saying the before mentioned Dutch republic was a confederation, although i personally disagree, but you guys can tell me otherwise in the comments.

And of course, what better way to end this part by adding the Confederate states of America?

International unions or organizations are a type of government that are usually apart of several nations united for a reason or semi-unification.

Organizations like these do exist, like the European Union, NATO, United Nations,

The Arab League, BRICS, CSTO, the African Union, and the Union of South American Nations,

although there has been nations suspended due to ideological and political disputes.

Some organizations are formed for the intent of virtually uniting an entire continent,

while others are formed with the intent of protecting the organization's countries and it's peoples,

either way, organizations like these help unite countries and do more to help the world be united

ish... but still.

So yea, i pretty much covered almost all forms of government and how they work,

if you guys enjoyed the video, be sure to leave a like and subscribe and comment down your thoughts,

also this video was 'commissioned' by my own father and i really wanted to do this project as soon as he asked,

love you dad! i hope i made you proud, and i'll see you guys later.

What Is Catch and Kill? - Duration: 1:54.

Ronan Farrow is describing "catch and kill."

It's the practice of buying the rights

to an unreported story,

and intentionally never publishing it.

We can't talk about catch and kill without introducing David Pecker.

He's the chairman and CEO of American Media Inc.,

the parent company of this magazine.

He's been a key player in the recent scandals involving President Trump...

Back in 2006,

Trump allegedly started an affair with Karen McDougal,

a formal playboy model,

while married to his wife Melania.

Trump later denied he had the affair.

But McDougal says the relationship

lasted about 10 months.

We saw each other a minimum of five times a month...

After McDougal considered taking her story public,

Trump had his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen,

set up a deal with David Pecker.

Turns out Cohen recorded these conversations with Trump.

The deal was: American Media Inc., using money from Trump's lawyer,

would pay McDougal for the rights to her story and require her to sign a non-Disclosure Agreement,

effectively forbidding her from speaking about

"any relationship she had with a then-married man."

AMI never published the scoop on Trump's alleged affair with McDougal...

but the story was eventually uncovered by the Wall Street Journal.

This week on Trump, Inc. we're looking at the business of silence.

How president trump buys it

and what the cost is for the country.
