How to Move Steam Games to Another Drive - Duration: 4:49.

Hey everyone.

I'm Max Dalton, and in this video I'm going to show you how to move Steam games to another

drive, whether that drive is another internal hard drive or an external hard drive.

Steam games can take up a lot of hard drive space, and if you start out installing all

of them on your primary hard drive you're likely to run out of room quickly.

One solution is to move your Steam games to another hard drive, whether that drive is

internal or external.

After moving your Steam games to another internal or external hard drive you'll still be able

to access those games the same as you normally would.

Now let's walk through the steps to move your Steam games from their current location to

either another internal or external hard drive.

Step 1.

Launch the Steam client on your computer.

Step 2.

Click "Steam" in the menu row located in the upper left corner of the screen to open a

drop-down menu, and then click "Settings" in the drop-down menu.

The Settings window appears.

Step 3.

Select "Downloads" on the left side of the Settings menu, and then click "Steam Library

Folders" in the Content Libraries section on the right side of the Settings window.

A Steam Library Folders window appears.

Any current Steam library folders on different drives that you have set up appear in this

list.

Step 4.

Click "Add Library Folder" in the lower left corner of the Steam Library Folders window.

The Create or Select New Steam Library Folder window appears.

Step 5.

Click the drop-down arrow located to the right of the current Steam library location to display

a drop-down menu with available drives where you can create a new Steam library folder

to install games to.

Locate the drive you want to move files for a specific Steam game to, whether it's internal

or external.

Step 6.

Click the drive you want to move some of your Steam game files to.

The current folder hierarchy on that drive will be displayed.

Step 7.

Either select the folder or create a new folder you want to use as your Steam library folder

on this drive.

In this example, I'll click "New Folder" and create a folder named Steam Library that I'll

use.

Click "Select" after choosing the folder you want to use as your Steam library on this

drive.

You'll return to the Steam Library Folders window, where you'll now see your new Steam

library location listed.

If you want to use your newly created Steam library location as your default Steam installation

location, right-click your new library location in this list, and then click "Make Default

Library."

You'll now see Yes listed beneath Default to the right of that particular library.

Step 8.

Click "Close" when you're done making changes in the Steam Library Folders window, and then

click "OK" to close the Settings window and return to your Steam home screen.

Step 9.

Click "Library" in the row of options located in the upper left corner of the screen.

A list of Steam games you own appear in a list on the left side of the screen.

The Steam games that are installed on your computer appear in bold.

Step 10.

Right-click one of the games you want to move to your newly created Steam library on another

drive to display a context menu.

Click "Properties" in the context menu.

A Properties window associated with that specific game appears.

Step 11.

Select the "Local Files" tab.

Click "Move Install Folder" in the Local Files tab.

The Move Install Folder window appears.

Step 12.

Click the drop-down item in the Move Install Folder window after the prompt about where

you want to move the folder to.

You'll see any Steam libraries you've set up on other drives.

Select the new drive you want to move the Steam game to, and then click "Move Folder."

A progress bar appears on the lower part of the Move Install Folder window displaying

the progress of moving the Steam game to the new drive.

After the Steam game is moved to the new drive, the progress bar will be replaced with a message

that says the move was a success.

Congratulations!

You now know how to move Steam games to another drive, whether that drive is another internal

hard drive or an external hard drive.

Cosmic Game Connections: Milky Way Interlopers and Small World - Duration: 4:47.

Hi it's Barb, Meeple PhD, coming to you with another cosmic game connection.

This time I saw a news feature about a galaxy collision that helped form our own Milky Way

Galaxy ages ago.

Large galaxies like our Milky Way form through a series of mergers.

But one big question is does it happen in a series of small mergers, or just a few large

mergers?

Astronomers found one piece of this puzzle using data from the European Space Agency's

Gaia mission.

Gaia has been charged with precisely measuring the position and velocity of over a billion

stars in the Milky Way.

Using one of the recent data releases from Gaia, these astronomers found a population

of stars that weren't moving exactly the way they should if they had been born alongside

the other stars in the Milky Way.

They took it a step further, though.

They also looked to see the chemical composition of these stars - that is the different elements

that they were made of and the different proportions of those elements in those stars.

And they weren't consistent with having formed in the Milky Way.

The evidence points to there being a dwarf galaxy that the researchers have called Gaia-Enceladus,

that collided with our own Milky Way 10 billion years ago, before our Sun was even a star.

The other thing they've been able to figure out is that dwarf galaxy was probably about

the size of the Small Magellanic Cloud, that's one of our nearest neighbor galaxies today

and has about a tenth the mass of our own Milky Way.

But at the time of the collision, the Milky Way was a lot smaller and was only a few times

bigger than Gaia-Enceladus.

Such a collision would have had a major impact on the the Milky Way, helping to form some

of the features we see in it today.

It's exciting to me to see how did our galaxy form and seeing these pieces come together

and that you can say, "look, there are some stars that don't belong here, they came along

10 billion years ago!"

This study, and others from Gaia, will help unravel that formation history of our home

galaxy.

When I thought about these stars embedded in our galaxy from an early collision, the

game that came to mind was Small World.

In Small World, players control a series of fantasy races with special powers in an effort

to conquer and take over territories in a mythic land.

The game is played in a number of rounds which depends on the number of players.

Each player starts by choosing a race and special ability from the ones available on

the board and taking the number of race tokens indicated by the combination of the two.

Then they start conquering the board using two race tokens for every territory plus an

additional token for anything already on the board - something like a mountain or a lost

tribe or even your opponent's tokens.

At the end of their turn, players get a piece of gold for each territory that they occupy,

plus any bonuses that might come from their race or special ability.

The goal is to accumulate the most gold by the end of the game.

At some point, the player will decide that that race has gone about as far as it can

go.

Maybe it's been conquered by others, or it's spread too thin across the board.

At that time, they can spend a turn putting that race into decline.

This consists of leaving one token in each territory on the board that that race currently

controls, but turning it upside down to indicate that they are in decline.

Other players can continue to conquer those in-decline races, but the current player can't

continue to conquer with those races.

On their next turn, the player choses a new race and begins to conquer the board yet again.

Eventually the board is dotted with these in-decline races - evidence of past conquerors

moving throughout the land.

And it's those in-decline races that reminded me of these relic stars that we found from

this previous collision with the Milky Way.

In your next game of Small World, take a look around the board and notice that seemingly

random pattern of in-decline races and think about how the Milky Way experienced that collision

with the Gaia-Enceladus which left behind its own relics that we're just starting

to find today.

I'm back!

Like… for realsies.

It's been a while, hasn't it?

So, if you were wondering where I've been over the last month…

I had massive issues with my internet plus I've been moving house and there's just

been so much to do.

But, on the plus side, my new place has amazing internet.

Like… my upload speed is faster than my old download speed.

So that means I can get back to streaming, and the house stuff is all settling down now

so I can get back to making videos, too.

One thing though; I'm basically living on a construction site for now and I need to

sort out the echo in this room.

So apologies for the slight dip in audio quality.

Aaaanyway.

In Battlerite-related news, a new teaser for the upcoming champion has appeared in the

Book of Lore.

Full credit to Nero_Sable on Reddit for everything I'm about to say - he didn't mention that

he got help from anyone else so I think he figured this whole thing out himself.

I think he's some kind of wizard, quite frankly.

So, let's go through what he figured out.

Step 1 - The Book of Lore

If you go to the Book of Lore website and scroll across to where Raigon is, you'll

see a new point of interest with a question mark.

When you click on that question mark, you get a string of meaningless guttural sounds

that says… ehh… nqiragher.onggyrevgr

Sounds like Danish…

Kamelasa… but I assure you it's not.

It's actually a code, so that takes us to

Step 2 - Decoding

By using the ROT13 method, which is basically replacing each letter with the letter 13 places

after it, you end up with something that makes a little more sense.

Step 3 - The Minigame

When you go to adventure.battlerite.com you're met with a little mini game where you have

to dodge orbs flying up and down at different speeds to collect the key on the other side.

You then bring the key back to the door and move onto the next level.

Now, please tell me I'm not the only one who struggled with level 5.

Like honestly…

I came close a few times but I just couldn't get past it.

But luckily Nero and a number of other people did get past level 5… and level 6 too.

And level 6 is the important one because once you complete it, you get a little pixelart

animation..

But, after that you get sent to an animation of… a-

And there you have your first image of the orby-boi himself.

And I have to say, he looks an awful lot like the Stormcaller from BLC.

Ezmo has some of the flavour of the Stormcaller, only without the… well... without the storms.

One of the developers has even said that some of the new champion's abilities started

out as abilities for Ezmo but didn't quite fit.

He also says that the new champion is definitely inspired by Stormcaller but plays very differently.

So, kinda like what Jamila is to the Stalker.

Similar flavour and a few similar abilities, but a totally different playstyle.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong here… but I believe his name was datamined and it's

going to be Draconicus.

Nero actually managed to datamine some of his abilities.

The keybinds are his predictions, so they could be different and the exact mechanics

are still yet to be seen.

But there's a very strong dragon-theme running throughout his kit.

Plus it seems like his "orbs" are actually pearls.

And interestingly enough… he seems to have a panic effect built into his kit.

That would make him the only non-support to have a panic.

But we'll take a better look at his kit in another video.

Anyway, just a short one but it's good to be back!

Right guys, so I am in my closet right now and I feel so silly doing this (lol) I'm doing this for fun.

I BARELY fit here, but we're gonna make it work. I have to sit for two

minutes in total darkness, so without the flashlight and then if I start hearing

anything, I'm gonna have to light up my match as soon as possible. Then step out

of the closet. I need to have one match ready so I'm gonna take it into my hand. So I

Arsenal's Europa League game goes ahead — despite martial law and travel chaos - Duration: 4:00.

 Arsenal finally arrived in Kiev on Wednesday night after a day of chaos where their Europa League game match under threat of being called off

  Thursday's group game against Ukrainian hosts Vorskla Poltava was switched to capital city Kiev on Tuesday amid security fears, with political tension rising between Russia and Ukraine and the imposition of martial law

 For a long time on Wednesday there was doubt the game would go ahead, with furious Vorskla cice-president Oleg Lisak insisting his club were still doing "everything they can" to host the game in their own stadium

  But by that point Arsenal were already in the air en route from London — aboard a plane that developed technical problems and delayed their arrival

 Vorskla had sold out their 24,795-capacity stadium but with trains to Kiev fully booked by the afternoon, many of their fans may not make the 200-mile journey for the rearranged game

 That means the Olympiyskiy Stadium in the nation's capital, which can hold 70,000 spectators and staged last season's Champions League Final between Real Madrid and Liverpool, could be half-empty on the night

 The decision also left scores of Arsenal fans who had already made it to Poltava scrambling to rearrange their travel plans
