Veg Manchurian| How to Make Veg Manchurian Restaurant Style - Indo Chinese Recipes - Duration: 5:27.

Hi, this is Rekha Kakkar from mytastycurry and welcome to my channel.

Veg Manchurian has to be one of the most popular IndoChinese dish.

There are two versions of Veg Manchurian-

One is dry which is often served as an appetizer or a snack.

And second version is gravy, which is

served with the fried rice or noodles

I won't say that this is healthier Indo Chinese Recipe

But it sure is the tasty one.

But before we begin the recipe there is one request

So, let's start the recipe.

The taste of good veg manchurian

start with making the crunchy and flavorful Manchurian balls

and spicy gravy

I always add one of my favorite sauce to make it more flavorfull

I am going to share few tips

to make this Veg Manchurian

so it can taste better than what you get in the market

so keep watching till the end.

For making Veg Manchurian balls I have taken

finely chopped cabbage

carrots

french beans

capsicum

onion

spring onion or green onion

ginger-garlic paste which is optional. If you do not eat garlic

just skip it and add only ginger paste.

green chili sauce

little bit of black pepper to spice it up

add salt to taste

but while adding salt take care to add less amount

because the sauces we have added have already some salt in them

Add about a tablespoon of soy sauce

and mix everything to uniformly spread the seasoning

and sauces in the mix.

Now, to bind it all I have added cornflour

and mixed everything for making this type of dough

So, this should be the texture of the dough

Now, grease the palm of your hand

and make ten to twelve (10-12) Manchurian balls

Applying oil on your hand will help you to make smoother balls

So, our Manchurian Balls are ready

and I am ready to deep-fry them

For Deep-frying heat some oil in a wok or kadhai

when you are deep-frying these balls

take care that oil should be hot enough

so that Manchurian balls soak lesser oil.

How you deep fry is very important for good color and texture

I have shared few techniques and tips

how to deep fry perfectly.

Now our Manchurian balls are ready

and deep-fried with a golden brown shade

It's time to make Chinese Manchurian gravy for it.

So for making it start by heating oil in a pan

add chopped spring onion

always add some green part of the stem as well for more flavor

so saute this onion on high heat for a minute

and add sliced capsicum

finely chopped ginger

and saute everything for a minute again

Add some garlic paste if you like it

otherwise just skip it.

Keep the heat to high and keep stirring it all the time

We want crunchy veggies, not the burned ones.

So, this step is important. Just keep it stirring all the time

Now, add soy sauce

chili sauce

tomato-ketchup for some sweetness

green-chili sauce

And, now comes my favorite-pepper sauce

this pepeer sauce makes whole change in terms of taste

try it, you will know the difference.

I suggest always add the pepper sauce

when you are making any Chinese gravy

I have added all the links to buy the sauces in the description below

Finally, add some salt

when you are adding salt

always keep in mind that sauces already have some salt

so add accordingly.

The right amount of sauce is most important in any dish

So, now mix all these sauces and bring the heat to the medium-slow

For making thick gravy

make this thin paste of cornflour with the water

add this paste in the pan and add some water as well.

Mix it nicely and then

add water in small quantity at a time

and keep it stirring all the time

The sauces will thicken as you keep heating it.

Now, when the sauce acquire this type of consistency

switch off the heat

and sauces will thicken a bit

after this point also.

Add the Manchurian balls

coat the Manchurian balls with the gravy

and garnish with the chopped stem of green onion

So, our spicy and flavorful

Veg Manchurian is ready

and I am sure this will taste better than the market.

Today, we will learn how to make 'Punugulu' with leftover idli batter.

For this, take one and half cup of idli batter in a bowl.

Into this, add finely chopped 1 Onion.

Finely chopped 1/2 Capsicum.

Finely chopped 3 Green Chilies.

2 tbsp grated Fresh Coconut.

2 tbsp Coriander leaves.

One and half tbsp Rice Flour.

One and half tbsp Semolina.

2 Pinch of Soda bicarb.

Next, add tempering to this.

Add 1 tsp Oil in the pan and switch on the gas.

Once the oil is hot enough, add 1 tsp Cumin seeds.

1/4 tsp Asafoetida.

Finely chopped 1 inch Ginger and saute it.

Just tear the curry leaves and add it.

Tempering is ready now.

Let's add it to the mixture.

Add Salt to taste and mix it.

Punugulu batter is ready to fry.

And I have also kept some oil to heat.

Add small dumpling of the batter into the oil.

Let them fry on low heat.

Punugulu is ready, let's get them out in the tissue paper.

Make it Easy Holiday Santa Wreath

Fluff the wreath

Set the Santa inside the wreath.

Cut a piece of floral wire about 20 inches long.

Loop the wire through the back of Santa's belt.

Attach the wire to the top of the wreath.

Cut two piece of floral wire that are about 10 inches long.

Wrap one of the wire pieces around Santa's leg then attach it to the bottom of the wreath.

Repeat with his other leg.

Cut 10 inches of wire and set aside.

Make two continuous loops that are 10 inches wide.

Each tail should be about 10 inches long.

Cut.

Use your 10 inch piece of wire that was set aside to bind the center of the bow.

Use the floral wire to attach the bow to the wreath.

Push berry picks into the bottom of the wreath on each side of your bow.

Push the pinecone picks around the top and side curves of the wreath.

Use hot glue to hold picks into place.

Don't sell websites, do this instead! In today's video we're gonna find out, what you're

better off selling instead of selling website development. So I know so many

people in our business community who started with selling websites and I was

actually kind of selling websites when I was starting out with my marketing

agency I was first selling landing pages. So it's kind of like selling websites.

I would say but in today's video I have something way better for you, something

way more profitable if you're annoyed with this constant development, if you're

annoyed with making little changes, tiny tedious changes for your customers all the

time. If you're annoyed with you know getting underpaid for world development

or maybe even if you're running an agency already but you are just getting

so many clients who want something else every single one of them they all want

something else it becomes really annoying to you when you're running your

business like this you're running a company that is you know so custom made.

Everything is so specific, everything takes so much time. Now what can you do

instead what is the instant fix your problem that hello that will help you

massively okay here is the solution to that don't sell

custom eight websites anymore instead sell one website to all of your

customers now it sounds crazy it's like what do you mean Matt like sell one

website to all of your customers but let me tell you another story let me tell

you a little story of my agency when we were selling landing pages and one day

we did sell a landing page to a real estate company

I was actually it was me closing the sale I was on the phone with this

company from Chicago and I was closing them on landing page for the real estate

business and it was really nice company we had a great conversation I took a lot

of time building this landing page I made it awesome the price was like

$3,000 or something like that thing must have been 3,000 or 3,200 so I saw them

this website I saw them this landing page and I actually made something extra

for them on top of this landing page I built a backhand on Joomla and this

back-end allowed you to go to this landing page and search and filter for

house that you want so no matter how many bedrooms you want no matter how

many you know toilets you want in the house you can search for everything so

you could literally have filter system you know like a proper proper website

with the search system filter system for the real estate company and the landing

page and everything about this so it was really awesome website so constantly

probably like $2,800 to build it because I was working with a bunch of different

developers I went to up work and they hired some people to help me and I got

some designers and I got all the people helping me because I couldn't deliver

this properly so once I finished I didn't really make profit on this but

then I thought you know I could actually maybe sell it somehow again maybe then

this would be more profitable but I didn't know exactly how to and then

someone two weeks later something I found another person who only real

estate company and they said they need a website like this and I said you know

what we can do it you know three thousand dollars let us build it I

how to do it so what I did is I went to my developer and I asked me know what

can you just like copy this page and paste this on the new Haas thing just

make the same thing but change the logo change colors change all the things and

just you know basically build copy paste the whole thing just change it a little

bit and he did and I asked him how much time to take you he's like yeah I was I

remember two hours and I think I was paying him like $50 an hour or something

quite expensive but it was like two hours of work us to $300 and it was it

and we sold it for $3,000 and the profit you know the revenue 3000 the cost is

hundred so the profit was two thousand nine hundred dollars and we thought when

I first you know this is kind of crazy that this thinks actually are possible

you know like how this is even humanly possible to sell something more $100 for

$3,000 right so I was thinking kind of like who is it wrong for me is it the

wrong thing to like under like overcharge them and it's like because

the first customer I didn't really make profit so it was kind of like I felt

excuse to make money on the second one but it kind of felt sorry for the second

one so I actually took bunch of money from this project around thousand

dollars thousand eight hundred or something more than health and I

reinvested this money into building this platform so I was working on this

platform I made it better it was way better real estate website than the

first one it had more plugins more everything it worked better and I

delivered this website and this second customer was like oh my god that's

amazing and then I thought again about my first customer and I thought you know

what like I actually improved this website so here's an update for you this

is this is a free update you can get it and if you sign up on a recurring with

me which was like $100 a month for something we're just gonna update your

website all the time and you're always going to get awesome updates like this

and they were super happy with this because they saw the value

volley was tremendous right we invested another $1,800 or so to make this

platform even better and then I got the third client and I made the platform

even better and better and better and it started growing it started

developing towards really nice realistic platform that we were able to sell for

$3,000 and customers were happy with it we're improving every old website for

people who bought from us before and then at some stage there was no more

point for improvement okay so like I couldn't really figure how can I make

this landing page and filter system better because we did everything

possible we've spent more than ten thousand dollars and making this amazing

and it was amazing so I couldn't really make this better so what I did is the

next customer that I got that paid $3,000 for this what we did is we

reinvested all the profit which was $2,900 into ads and into more

connections with customers and all the lead generation elements of the business

model so we got more connects an app work we got and so we started spending

money on paying for traffic to get people to buy this and we're able to

reinvest this money continuously and this company grew it started you

know getting more and more leads and it was really awesome

business eventually failed so you know this is not a happy ending story but

don't worry about this it failed for a bunch of different reasons specifically

because SAS companies for real estate industry started offering the same

things for you know a few dollars a month which is reasonable because this

is really possible if you scale this properly but you don't have to choose

real estate industry because it's very saturated and it's a be very hard to

market very tough one but you can choose any other niche and you can apply this

business model and this is legally guarrantee for you to make you way more

money if you're going to become a specialist with one specific niche and

you serve them and you know how to build a landing page for them or build funnel

for them that works in an amazing way. It's way better than making custom-made

little websites for everyone around. It it makes your business scale-able. I hope

content track them to you and to your product you can have free traffic

organic traffic that is on internet anyway and they're coming to you because

they are researching they're looking for and you just learn how to find those

platforms and search engines to show the offer to your target audience

What is going on Amazon sellers were hopefully soon to be Amazon sellers, my name is Beau Crabill and right now I'm in Surfers Paradise

Australia and I got a DM request today in my Instagram

Asked me about, Beau, what is the best way to order your first product to sell on Amazon?

And this is a very important topic because yes

It's very important before your first order getting that and making sure that you're making money on it

But what's really mostly important?

Is that your building confidence with your first order and start a better relationship with your supplier?

Because remember selling on Amazon selling online is a long-term game if you're looking for a get-rich-quick scheme

This is not it. So now why am I making this video?

the biggest reason why I'm making this video is because the number one way to not

have success and to simply fail on Amazon are pretty much anything is to not take action and

Give you for example I've over 20 thousand YouTube subscribers

And I'll make a very large bet that I guaranteed that a very large portion of them are not selling on Amazon

Why is that?

It's because they're afraid to fail and they've been taught and what most people have been taught really

Is that any way of making money that isn't a job is simply risky?

so enough talking what I want to discuss in this video is about

What your first order should look like in?

Regards to the potential profit margins how many suppliers you're gonna have to get in contact with to make your first order?

Do you need to be ordering in specific categories?

You have to get ungated in things looking at the turnover rates and what to do after your first order

So let me jump right into this know now

remember

the purpose of your first order is really to build confidence and trust with your supplier and the first thing what you want to be

Doing is to not set your expectations

Extremely high on your first order what I mean by that is don't expect the beginning a hundred percent

even a fifty percent or higher ROI on your first product because keep in mind you are a

newbie your new client to this supplier and

the supplier is pretty much in the same business as you how they make money is selling products to you and

They're into the long term the more products. They sell the best. It's a win-win situation

However, they want to build trust with you. So as time goes on as

They understand that you're legit. They're gonna offer you better products

So when you're first looking at Products for a supplier, and if you're expecting it at 50 60 100 percent ROI

You're probably not gonna order from anyone because that's gonna be kind of unrealistic unless you get kind of lucky. So what I suggest instead

Because get whole purpose yet

you want to make one other person order but start to build confidence and the relationship is

Maybe lower your expectations down to a 10 percent ROI 15 percent. So then you make that first order with them you're making money

I mean, what else are you getting on your money right now?

And then what you're gonna notice that supplier starts to send you better deals better pricing may be on the same exact products

So now how much money?

Would it be ideal to get started out with for your first order now?

Obviously if you are limited on capital or you have an extreme amount of capital where you don't really care about losing money

Then it's gonna be different off this. However, I would suggest the ideal starting point would be $500 to around 3,000 dollars to get started

Up for your first order

Then what you want to do?

Okay, that's the mount of money you want to spend for your first products. Then you need to get set suppliers

so if you realize, okay, I want to spend 500 hours my first order then get set up with suppliers that have

MOQ that are under $500 or around $500

And then start to get accounts up with them

If you're only getting accounts set up with one or two or even just about only five suppliers

it might not be the best for your

best-case scenario for your business because

when you're looking at products one bad thing that I have seen from beginners is

Actually the very first profit they see that makes profits they jump the gun and buy it which isnt a bad

It's good you're taking action

But I would really suggest giving yourself a full week of getting

suppliers looking at products

To really make a better decision on what products to buy and sell because there's always gonna be new deal is there's an abundance

amount of products out there

And the worst thing you would want to do is lose money the first product so give yourself a week get set up with

dozens of suppliers maybe in 50 or so

Before you make a first order then ask yourself the question

Do I want to pay to get on gaited?

If you don't know

Ungated it is there are specific categories and brands on Amazon that you cannot sell when you're a beginner seller on Amazon now

If it's Brand ungating I wouldn't care about that, right the brand is restricted

All you have to do is apply invoices from your supplier

but if you're looking at products that are in the categories of like topicals or beauty or any type of interesting like

Dietary supplements where it's gonna cost or be a hard process to get ungated

You may have to want to put in your budget maybe spending a few hundred dollars to use it on gating search to come gated

Right. However, say you don't have in your budget to use an ungating service or what I get I get it

then you want to focus on categories are kind of typically easy to

Start to sell in toys and games video games home and kitchen and even sometimes beauty products

So I understand that now

So then when you're looking at the products really about to make an order I would suggest

To aim to sell out of your inventory in less than 60 days one really bad thing

You can do is simply buy your first inventory and have to wait six months a year to sell out

That's not gonna really help you long term for your business

But then the next question want to ask yourself is your supplier working with a lot of Amazon sellers. And if and are you

Going for the bare minimum

Moq now going for the bare minimum moq isn't always the bad thing to do

but if you're working with a supplier that works with a bunch other Amazon sellers and

The supplier has five thousand units and you're going for the moq which is a thousand units

There's pretty good chance the other four thousand could be on the market if you're working with this bar

That doesn't work with any Amazon sellers at all. Which all the time?

I'm working as far as that I have to teach them on how to send me shipments cuz they've never worked with an Amazon seller

Then you can go for the moq but ask yourself that question

so now

You know pretty much everything on what you need to do for your first order the dollar amount potential profit margins

Remember to lower your expectations the types of categories and the turnover rates

but then one very important thing to do when you order your first product is

Actually going to be about being very quick and being a convenience to your supplier

The worst thing you can do is act like a newbie or be a hassle to your supplier

And I've seen this happen before I literally tell my suppliers like hey, you know

I have students stuff like that

What I want to do if you ever see any idiotic message that comes from anybody right a client of yours

I don't know if they're a student or not

Can you send it over to me? I've had to eat as far as for me email is saying dude

Is this your student and some not being it one of them asking like them to log into their Amazon account to create their shipments?

For them, we're like, hey, can you do this for me? Right? Hey, can you help me out with this process?

can you get on the phone with me and walk me through and

Again, you want a better relationship the supplier and if you're assuming like a hassle where you're having them to log into your Amazon account?

To have to do all this stuff for you

they're not gonna want to help you out and source you better products because they're gonna realize it's going to take an hour of their

Time to sell you these products. They just want to do them quick and easy

So just be quick and logistics know what you're doing know how to communicate with them

Which I go over all that stuff in my course and that is about it

So what I'm gonna do right now is actually go over a product example

Of looking at like what is an actual good product for this? So the product example, I'm gonna pull up right now

I'm gonna go into my computer

It's actually a similar product now the same exact one because I don't like to reveal product my students sell

But it was one the products for my very first students. So I'm going to my computer right now and show you that

Alright so this product show you right here is a Disney

Mickey Mouse water bottle one thing I've also noticed that is sometimes a good product to get start off with for your first order and

sometimes seasonal products because again

Your first order the purpose of is to build confidence and build relationship with the supplier

And sometimes there's some short-term opportunities to order some seasonal products

so what am I very first students they ordered this when it was like in the summer of 2017 and

There's a water bottle right people go buy water bottles, and their cost was like three dollars and fifty cents off of this

But I'm gonna show you why this is like a really good product to really get start off with

because let me go into the fee calculator so plug this in I

get obviously like what I said aim for lower return on investments, but obviously if you get a higher return investment,

That's a great and this one was actually relatively pretty high ROI

when they were selling it was eleven dollars and

their cost was

375 I believe on the first order. I know they ended up ordering more and got the price down we can see right there

That's pretty decent return on investment if we go into my calculator

Two point three two divided by three point seven five

That's six one percent. So that that's really really high now

If I go back to when they were selling you can actually see this sales rank was really good right here

I know they bought in this mid summer of 2017. So right then in their sales rank of being twenty four hundred

Let's see what category it's at

Kitchen and dining

So if we go to its let's just round up to three thousand go to the marketplace the United States. She was a category

kitchen and dining

because that's the one we're looking at

Dining kit calculate now, obviously this gonna be different because more people shop on Amazon now

But I know they bought about five hundred units of this and there was a few sellers on the market

So it they ended up selling out around

45 to 60 days of this inventory

So a product just like this is a pretty good example of a good first product to simply sell

It's really important to get your first order going, but I would not stress that it's gonna make or break your business

The most important thing is to build confidence and make profits off it right if it's just a few fifty bucks

20 bucks hundred dollars for whatever it is. Make some profit off it start small. Don't break the bank and go from there
