How To Make Turkey Stock - Low Sodium Turkey Bone Broth or Stock Recipe - Duration: 6:33.

what's up everybody this is Lyle with no hippie BBQ what I'm be doing in this

video is showing you what to do with your leftover turkey carcass anyway

we're going to be making some leftover turkey stock so the difference between a

stock and a broth is the broth is just gonna be used made by using meat and a

stock is gonna be using both meat and bone so anyway fairly easy thing to put

together I really don't have a specific recipe for this homemade broth is just something

that you kind of throw together anyway just come on in and take a look at these

ingredients for this turkey stock and we'll whip it up now the ingredients we're gonna need obviously

it's a turkey stock so we have a turkey carcass here now there's quite a bit of

meat on this turkey carcass you could you do this method with more meat or

less meat you're gonna be fine either way

as far as your vegetables go this is going to be kind of up to your own

discretion you can eliminate some of these ingredients or you can actually

add more as well and the amounts are gonna vary according to you know what

you have in the house or what your preferences are so what I'm going with

is I have one white onion this pink quarter one red onion quarter I have

three carrots that I just have cut into cubes one Bulb of garlic and I just cut

that garlic in half we left the skin on that and everything I have some celery

and the celery that I have I just have that cut as well I have some parsley and

that's about a quarter of a bunch of parsley I have some rosemary and then we

have some oregano we also have some grapeseed oil any kind of oil will work

and that is going to be our first step so this can be done in the same you know

in the same roasting pan that you have your turkey cooking in well we're just

going to go ahead and hit it with some of this oil and add our carrots

and it looks like I'm throwing it all over the house all right got our carrots

around throw our onions in and our celery and I'm gonna reserve some of

those herbs for later down the road got garlic in I also have bay leaves I

didn't mention that earlier but those are not gonna go in here

yeah first all right that is it so what we have and here is everything except

for our rosemary our oregano parsley and bay leaves those are going to go in

later we're gonna throw this in the oven 425 degrees for about 45 minutes to an

hour this just came out of the oven after being in there for an hour at 425

degrees now we're gonna go ahead and add our herb herbs and you know things along

those lines things that would have burnt up if we would have had those in earlier

now you could put this in a regular pot at this point but I'm just going to go

ahead and leave it in the stand add our water to this

I'm gonna foil this throw it back in the oven and I'm gonna let it sit in the

oven 425 degrees for an hour and a half so this has spent the last 45 minutes in

the oven and I'm just gonna go ahead and remove all the big chunks and pieces out

of this we're gonna strain it after this

you know what that's good enough right there and get this strained out I'm

gonna strain this a couple times this is just gonna be the first time we do it

and that's mainly to remove the rest of these big chunks and we're just pouring

it into a colander so that is our first time straining it I'm gonna go ahead and

get set up for the second time this is a little unconventional seeing as how I am

gonna be using a paper towel to strain it through

I do have cheesecloth but this seems to get things a little bit more pure you

could use a coffee filter as well

alright I'm gonna let that go through I'll finish up straining it and that's

going to be the final product so now we have a strain through our paper towel

all we need to do is pour it into something and take a look at that take a

look at the clarity I have about double that much I'm gonna go ahead and jar

this up I'm not much of a canner so I will be freezing some of this listen

don't let that turkey carcass go to waste

put that to some good use I haven't tasted this yet we haven't added any

salt or anything like that one ingredient that I should have added that

I just now thought about as I spoke about this which may not change things

too much would have been some whole peppercorns

anyway bottoms up yeah it's tasty right there like I said plenty of ideas I have

for this maybe a pot pie I'm not sure but what I am sure of isn't I'm thankful

How To Make Money By Just Walking - Duration: 6:00.

Hey guys it's John Kevitz from Acquire Liberty thanks for spending your time

with me here today. Today I want to show you where you can make money doing

something that you probably already do anyway and if you don't you'll get

yourself in better shape right it's as a you know a pretty awesome thing you put

it on your phone and you just walk and you make money yeah

not bad right but before we get into that I want you to subscribe to my

youtube channel click on the little Bell notification so every time I make an

upload you'll get to see it first and remember if you're serious all I'm

making a passive income they can generate you between three hundred to

five thousand dollars a day and yes I know it's true because oh yes I've done

it alright guys listen click that link below it's the first

line in the description if you want support if you want a business that's

ready to get going as soon as you sign up and you can make passive income that

means you set something up right now and it just keeps churning out the money for

you because you don't have to keep working on it constantly it set

something up once and it just keeps working for you

alright well any further ado let's get into this and it is called life coin

life coin yes you put this app on your phone it doesn't matter if you have an

Android or an Apple phone okay you could put it on both types of phones or both

different types of systems you put that app on your phone and you

make sure it's open when you go walking outside you can't let's just say your

work in a retail or a factory you're constantly moving around all day I throw

I can make a lot of money walk and new it only accounts for when you're walking

outside which it means they basically want to know how much you're exercising

you're doing physically physical things outside and I thought to myself Oh

that'd be great for some people who work inside or like retail apartment stores

they're walking back and forth in the store all day long boy they'd make out

like bandits on this one but no this is just for people who go if I like walks

in the park at night or in the morning or you know doing a little bit of

exercise outside but if you already do that throw this app on your phone you're

gonna make some serious Jing I'm you know I mean serious has an extra income

for what doing what you already do anyway and if you want to start where

out walking outside and doing some walking in the morning or in the

what better motivation to do that then they throw this on your phone turn the

app on and at the end of it whether it's two months three months four months six

months ever the case may be at the end of it you're gonna make some extra money

right can't hurt and what you get here is now what you can see here I hate this

thing they don't have a scrollbar on the website they have these stupid little

bubble things here so when you go real scroll down it just goes through the

whole section you can't like manage how far the the page goes up and down that

drives me crazy but here here are some of your rewards

you got $100 our PayPal gift card you get an Amazon gift card whatever you

choose and there's a whole other bunch of them here but I can't scroll because

of the stupid page they go nice and slow so if you want to pause and see what

these two re right here series 3 Apple watch see they have all these kind of

rewards that you can get for working or walking a certain amount of distances

with their app open on your phone now I've read some reviews on this you go to

your Google Play Store look up life coin you could download the app and also with

the Apple Store it's the same thing ok now I've read some reviews now the

ratings and reviews for both the sites are actually pretty good it's four point

seven and four point one and I read some of the reviews and the Rays are pretty

good so I thought to myself I'm gonna show this to some people because I got

people who liked part time stuff full time stuff and people just want to make

some extra money online so this is a legitimate thing you can make some extra

money simply by walking folks and I thought to myself you know if people

just want to try this throw this on your phone give it a shot you got nothing to

lose right if it doesn't work out free after three three months six months over

the case maybe and you're not happy with it scared of it you don't need it but I

figure hey if we just out there walk in anyway make some extra money maybe you

get a hundred dollar PayPal card right can't hurt but yeah I mean I would say

it's a good deal if you if you like walking or need motivation to go walking

in the evening or early morning wherever the case may be outside right do it or

Eve on the weekends it'll add up eventually you're gonna be

doing all right with your with that okay all right guys I saw a guy free today

listen I told you scummy Oh short simple because it's real simple and it's real

easy to do but you can ice make it one nice little extra money on the side

doing what you probably are you want to do anyway

alright guys before I let you go remember to subscribe to my youtube

channel click on a little Bell notifications every time I make an

upload you'll get to see it first and remember if you're interested in

there are people out there who are generating more than that I've talked to

people who have had ten thousand dollar days and actually even more than that

which actually blows my mind to think that actually not too far long from now

that's going to be me yeah but if you're interested in passive income why don't

work from home generate a full time income click that free link or that link

below watch the free video it's the same video I watch they got me started not

only myself but thousands of other people have the ability to work from

home now and they do after getting involved with the system alright guys

How to Make Snowball Cookies - Duration: 4:13.

Hey everyone Sam here from Sugar Spun Run, and today I'll be showing you how to make Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies.

Today's recipe is so easy to make and it yields some of the best cookies I've ever shared.

Soft, buttery these just melt in your mouth. I know you are going to love them.

Oh, and there are no eggs in today's recipe,

which I know is a big thing for some of you. I've gotten a lot of requests for a egg free recipes.

This is one of them. To get started, you'll need to pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next, we are going to need a lot of butter

You will need three sticks of unsalted butter for today's Snowball Cookie Recipe.

You'll want this to be softened to room temperature and we'll add this to a large bowl.

Before we go any further,

I want to make sure that you know,

If you're not familiar with using cups, if you prefer to cook by weight instead,

I do have all of the weight measurements for each ingredient and that's in the printable recipe.

So I have a link in the description if you click over to that you can get all weight measurements for each ingredient.

So now we're going to cream our butter.

I'm going to use an electric mixer and just beat this butter until it's nice and creamy and smooth.

Now we're going to add 3/4 cup of powdered sugar, a tablespoon of pure vanilla extract, and

3/4 teaspoon of salt. One of the really nice things about this recipe is the whole thing can be made in one bowl.

We'll stir everything together until it's well combined.

I'm just gonna scrape down the sides and make sure my butter is nicely

combined with everything else before we continue; and that looks pretty good. So now we can add our flour.

You're going to need 3 cups of all-purpose flour for these snowball cookies, and we're just going to add that gradually.

I like to add the flour in about 4 parts.

We're just going to make sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl that way everything is well combined.

Ok. Now we are going to add our chocolate chips. You will need two cups of mini chocolate chips.

This is one twelve ounce bag.

so you could just add the whole bag to your batter if you have that; and we'll add this to our batter; and you can

use an electric mixer to combine this if you want. I'm just going to use my spatula to work everything together.

It's a lot of chocolate chips. Guys these cookies are so good. The chocolate is just going to melt in your mouth

The cookie is going to melt in your mouth. It's so buttery. You are going to love these. They're just so good

So now our cookie dough is ready to bake. So you're going to need a cookie sheet.

I like to line mine with parchment paper.

I just do that for easy cleanup if you don't have parchment paper. You're just going to bake these on a regular un-greased cookie sheet.

Another favorite thing about this recipe is there is no chilling required. We can just go ahead and scoop these and bake them.

I'm going to use a cookie scoop and you're going to want about a tablespoon of dough for each snowball cookie.

You'll just roll the cookie dough between your palms to form a nice ball and place it on your cookie sheet.

Now these cookies aren't going to spread very much so you don't need to give them a ton of room,

but I like to give them about an inch between each cookie just to give a little bit of space.

So, by now our oven should be preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

So we'll bake these cookies in our oven for about 10 minutes. When they're finished baking, the edges will be just lightly golden brown.

While they're still warm, there's one more thing you're going to want to do.

We're going to add some powdered sugar to the tops of our cookies, and I'm going to use my sifter to just sift it over all of the cookies.

If you don't have a sifter, you can wait until your snowball cookies cool, and you can just roll them through powdered sugar instead.

But this is my preferred method.

Now that you've added your sugar on top, you'll want to let these cool before digging in. They're really fragile while they're still warm.

They're prone to falling apart if you pick them up if they haven't cooled completely.

So let those cookies cool on your baking sheet first.

That is how you make Chocolate Chip Snowball Sookies. Super easy. Super good.

You guys are going to love this one and please if you try it out, let me know what you think.

Thank you guys so much for watching and I'll see you next time.

choose Sarah?

That's great concentrating, Sarah. You're staying inside the lines. Make sure you

keep focusing on your work, Sarah. Sarah? Sarah?

Whoopsy, you were daydreaming. Uh oh!

Oh, stop it Sarah! Are you hurt? Has the world exploded? Is colouring

outside the lines the worst thing that's ever happened to you? Making mistakes is

an important part of learning. Colouring-in takes lots of focus and

concentration. Do you think you can try it again?

Well done! You've learned from your mistake, your picture looks great, Sarah!

So remember Cubs, it's okay to make mistakes!

How to create your own mic correction curves in Smaart - Duration: 5:57.

The first step in sound system tuning is making sure that

the microphones are all sensitivity matched and if you only have two

microphones probably the easiest thing to do is point them and each other like

this and then you can have the capsules on the microphones orientated like this

that's why you get the capsules as close as possible to each other because I have

three of them and I don't want to have to run back and forth between my

computer in here then I've just pointed all of them at the speaker getting the

capsules as close as possible so that sounds kind of arriving all at the same

time because what I want now is to see in smart I want to see all the same

information because it should all look the same coming from the speaker okay so

I just shut the speaker up here freestanding important part of this is

to get this away from the floor and any other walls and surfaces that would

create reflections because we don't we want as little interference as possible

so I'm thinking about the three to one rule in terms of how far away the

microphones are from the speaker and how far away the speakers from the ground so

the microphones are three times the distance from the reflection path might

take from the speaker to these microphones seven basically just trying

to create as few reflections as possible that might influence this measurement I

know there's gonna be some because we're still inside and there's no noise here

but this is a pretty good situation and so now I can go take a look at sorry

alright so now that I'm in smart I have my audio input set up over here so let's

pretend like I hadn't done this already so I've got my reference input then my

first microphone and then the yellow and green microphone that I'm gonna make the

correction curves for and match sensitivity to check the output devices

and I'm gonna go over here and create my transfer functions so I've got my 7150

make sure it's got the right input and reference signal and then my yellow and

green make sure those have the right input and reference signal and then I'm

going to create spectrum measurements I think those are automatically created so

just checking that those have the right inputs so then I head over the spectrum

view and press the zero key and when I turn on pink noise all right so this is

where I lost my audio so I'll just do a voiceover narration from here so just

verifying here that I'm receiving all inputs on all channels and here I'm just

checked verifying my delay times and my coherence trying to make sure I have as

close to 100% coherence as possible averaging five six seconds and you're

just showing that even though I matched levels as well as I could I still don't

have matching data throughout the frequency spectrum so the first step is

just to select the reference trace copy of dasky paste it into this calculator

from Nia create schreiber and then copy the next trace

and then I'm going to create the microphone correction curve for taking a

look at this you'll see that sometimes you get error messages here and usually

I just ignore that if I know I have pretty good data then I want to save

this sheet as a comma separated value file and I'll just give it a name

something that is obvious for me in the future let's just say the active sheet

continued and then now I'll create copy that last

race and do this same thing paste it into the difference of curves

calculator and save this sheet

you

all right now I can import those microphone correction codes so I'll go

to options microphone correction curves I can see I've already imported them

there before but I'm going to do that again

and now I can put those microphone correction curves on my input so on

input three and four

so if I took a look at the live inputs here and I open up the microphone

correction curves then I will

but turn on the microphone correction curves

and when I run the live measurement again you'll see that now they lay on

top of each other and I have much more closely matched data than I did before

without the microphone correction

all right so I hope you enjoyed this more detailed video of how to use the

difference in curves calculator and there will be a link below this video

where you can download that calculator for yourself
