Youtube daily don Nov 3 2018

Howell: This is the Friday, November 2, 2018

version of the Market Plus segment.

Joining us now Don Roose.

Don, welcome back.

Roose: Great to be back, thank you.

Howell: Don, there were a couple of things that we

didn't get to touch on during the main program

but I wanted to make sure we touched on now in

Market Plus before we get to our great social media

questions.

The first one being the feeder cattle markets.

Can we hold above $150 in the January contract?

Roose: Well, the feeder cattle you have to be very

careful because there's a lot of moving parts.

Number one, the corn market has good underlying

support and if it continues to move up that

is a little bit of an anchor.

The other thing out here is the interest rates are

going up gradually.

So those two things are a bit of an anchor.

And the fat cattle market we think is probably close

to topping out in here short-term on the futures

market, not necessarily the cash.

So we think that there is some downside risk in

feeders seasonally.

So don't be surprised if we break $5 or $10 from

here.

Howell: Okay.

Don, the other thing we wanted to make sure we

talked about was the baseline numbers report.

Before we get into kind of the nitty gritty of that

will you just explain for producers what that report

is for those that have never heard of it before?

Roose: Yeah, the baseline report is a report that

the government puts out from a budget standpoint

so they know what to work with from a budget going

forward.

But it is one that a lot of times in November we

don't look at.

They're going to put out another one in February

but everybody is so concerned about what the

acres are going to be, what things look like next

year that we did look at it this year.

Howell: Break it down for us then.

What were the important components that came out

of that report?

Roose: Yeah, I think if you look at it next year a

lot of talk on acres.

Corn acres they had up about 3 million, they had

soybean acres down about 6.5 million.

What does that all mean?

From a yield standpoint they had yield at 50

bushels down from where we're at this year on

soybeans, corn yield at 176 area.

But the price they had for next year is $3.90 on

corn, up a bit, and they had soybeans at $8.75.

Howell: Okay.

Let's talk about acreage estimates here.

You mentioned 2007-2008 crop year.

Walk me through that and how that could be similar

to what we see in 2019.

Roose: Yeah, the big acre debate is on right now and

if you look at another year that we had where we

had this huge uncertainty, big acre jump was from

2007 to the 2008 year.

And in that year the corn acres unbelievably jumped

15 million acres, the soybean acres dropped just

under 11 million, 10.8 million acres.

What the real catalyst was on that is soybeans were

just too cheap.

We forget about this, it's only 10, 11 years ago.

But soybeans in September on the board were $5.64,

$5.65 area so that's a low price.

At the same time we had the ethanol boom just

beginning so corn was on the rise.

So if you push the producer with numbers he

will change is our theory.

So watch it close but it's a big debate out here.

Howell: Don, my next question, you know what

it's going to be.

What are we going to see then for your acreage

estimates for 2019?

Are we going to see an 11 million acre shift?

Roose: I think it's work in progress but I think

we're going to have to watch very close what

happens with this, the trade negotiation with

China.

But I can tell you in soybeans today on the cash

sub-$8 and corn stays closer to $4 if that's

possible I think you'll see an acre switch that is

much bigger than people think.

So it's work in progress, the producer hasn't

planned yet either so we're going to watch it

very close.

Howell: And I'm sure a lot of producers at home are

watching it very close.

I think the other thing a lot of producers are

watching closely is commercial storage and we

talked about it a little bit in the main program

but we've got a good question here from John in

Nebraska.

He would like to know, commercial storage was

sold to stop storage.

Is it time to buy back in on both corn and beans?

Roose: I guess if he's selling the crop because

he didn't want to put it in storage and pay the fee

if you look at it that way I think you should retain

ownership is what we think.

Howell: For both corn and beans?

Roose: For both corn and soybeans.

Now, you don't necessarily have to own the futures

because you can go backwards.

But you probably owe it to yourself when you're below

the cost of production or at the cost of production

to reown it with some option strategies, you can

buy some $3.75 March corn calls to a $4.05.

You have to build that model.

You spend about 10 cents to make 30.

I think those are the type of things you're looking

for.

The same thing on soybeans, spend 15 cents

to make 60, go for the little windows right now,

but try to retain a little bit of ownership and try

to add some value to it.

Howell: Speaking of little windows, we saw a little

window here in the soybean markets which leads to our

next question.

John from Twitter would like to know, does the

soybean rally have legs or is it a blip?

How can people ever afford to grow corn again?

Roose: And that goes to the acre switch.

I think that's what he's saying too.

But I think soybeans, I think what you did find

out this week is the breaks are going to be

more shallow.

I think people are going to be very respective that

any day that there's a negotiation signed with

the Chinese on trade that the market is going to put

on a quick run to the upside.

It's probably going to be in the area of 40 to 60

cents depending on where you're coming from.

I doubt if soybeans can get over the $9.80, $9.70

area just because we were lugging around an 800

million carryout.

It's tough.

But I think that will cause some excitement to

the upside.

Howell: Do you think we'll see $9 soybeans here in

the near future?

Roose: Well, if you look at it from the basis

standpoint if the basis, I think that is what the

producers are looking at is flat price, because on

the board we got close this last week to $9.40,

went to $9.36 and three-quarters.

So if you put a normal basis on that in some

areas you're back to $9 by the time you hit the

spring.

So that is what we're saying, you have to try

and merchandise your way out of these low prices,

use the basis to your advantage, use the carries

to your advantage in corn, beans and wheat.

Howell: Okay.

Let's talk about corn prices.

We talked about soybeans, now let's take a question

here about December corn of 2019 specifically.

Phil in Dresden, Ontario said, with December 2019

corn at $4 and a huge swing back to corn acres

possibly in 2019 are these future levels rife for the

taking based on the last 5 year average?

Roose: That's a good question and I think so.

We just talked about how the acres could switch and

no doubt about it.

The corn market the last few years has only been

able to run on weather problems to $4.15 to the

$4.50 area, $4.15 to $4.50.

So we got up this week close to the $4.04 area.

There's no doubt if you put a carry on that of 26

cents you're up at some pretty decent levels

already.

You're talking easily close to $4.40.

So yeah, I think you have to, it just depends on

what kind of risk management you use.

But you certainly should be doing something, do

some hedge to arrives, buy some insurance policies

for weather.

But if we have that acre switch you could be

looking at the high end of the corn market before we

get weather scares.

Howell: Speaking of acreage switch, we have

Richard in Belle Eagle, he is confident that cotton

acres are also going to increase here in 2019.

And with that he said what are the fundamental and

technical factors driving the cotton markets right

now?

Roose: Well, I think he's right, I think the cotton

acres probably do go up and the cotton acres

probably go up because soybean acres down, maybe

even some corn acres down.

The issue that you have, much like we have in a lot

of these other commodities, the price is

just probably too low.

But on the baseline projections the government

didn't give you a lot of future optimism there

either.

It's just a matter of the best to the worst to plan

I guess is what you're saying.

And the Chinese were the big hope again.

If we have trade negotiations that are

positive, which we all hope, then I think we get

back to a more normalized market, one that gives

support not only to cotton but the grains and the

meat markets also.

Howell: Yeah, absolutely.

Don, we've got one final question for you here and

this is not usually your area of expertise.

We're going to be talking about the milk markets.

We've got a question here from Kyle in Corvallis,

Oregon.

What is the outlook for milk prices in the next

year?

Roose: Yeah, well, I can tell you I've been in a

lot of different ag markets and I did grow up

partly in a dairy operation too.

But anyway, when you look at it in the '80s the milk

was about these prices, hasn't changed a lot and

the great equalizer is always supposed to have

bigger production, like we have in a lot of

commodities, and I think the milk market is kind of

stuck in this range, a tight range.

I think the way the producer can help himself

is make sure he buys the inputs correctly, cover

your meal down in these areas, cover your corn

down in these areas and at least cover the, lock in

the low end of the price because there's nothing

worse than if the inputs also rally up out of here.

If the production, we've got over production is the

problem and slower exports.

So do what you can to help yourself and I would buy

the inputs.

Howell: So should producers, dairy

producers, specifically be looking to lock in their

feed needs right now?

And how far into the future should they be

locking in those feed needs?

Roose: I think I would and I think I would lock them

in all the way into the early summer because that

is the risk if we have some weather problems in

the crop.

Basis levels are wide so make sure you take

advantage and they should be buying the cash, if you

can't buy the cash buy the futures, if you don't want

the margin call buy the options.

Howell: All right, Don Roose, thank you so much.

Roose: Thank you.

Howell: Join us again next week when we'll explore

how one non-profit agency is feeding millions with

food from overlooked sources and Sue Martin

will join me at the Market to Market table.

Until then, thanks for watching, listening or

reading.

I'm Delaney Howell.

Have a great week!

"Whose Line is it Anyway?" - The Points Don't Matter (But the Rules Do)! - Duration: 9:01.

This video about 'Whose Line' has been brought to you by the letter H! Wayne: "Capital H"!

Whose Line is it Anyway?", the show where everything is made up and the points don't matter. That's right,

the points are just like an ad on a YouTube video!

As I'm making this video 'Whose Line' has ran for 14 seasons and has grown an incredibly loyal,

and thankfully peaceful fanbase and in between their six year hiatus

they produced two different shows 'Drew Carey's Green Screen Show' & 'Improv-a-Ganza'

featuring most of the original cast members and crew and featuring some of the original games.

But neither of those shows as funny as they were really caught on as much as 'Whose Line' did.

So I looked at some of the new games that these two shows featured to see what felt different.

What I noticed was that the new games had a lot less rules and more creative freedom that the actors could use.

Why is that a problem you might ask?

Well, if you look back on the original games whose line still uses to this day

you might notice that there are rules on what they could or couldn't do and they had a tough time coming up with anything to

say, let alone how to perform it. And it's those restrictions that made those moments all the more hilarious and inventive!

Ryan: "I can see your bathroom habits have really taken a toll,

I can see your big fat ass is stuck in that bowl, I'll spread your ass with butter,

Pop you like a cork--"

'Two-line vocabulary' is a great example of this. The game has 2 characters who can only say... two lines,

while Colin is the one moving the story along.

And because of the established rules each scene revolves around a short-tempered leader stuck with two idiots who can't follow orders.

Colin: "We gotta have a plan, we gotta have a big plan". Ryan: "What do I look like"? Wayne: "Did you do that"? Colin: "Yeah-I did hear that"! Ryan: "What do I look like"? Colin: "SHUT UP!

All right-we" Ryan: "What do I look like"? Colin: "I'll tell you what you look like- a big stick with a big nose"!

It's a formula that can work for any scene

but it's the timing and delivery between the actors that make each segment memorable.

And that's the objective of the show take a plane scene and make it funny with nothing.

It's probably why 'Scenes from a Hat' has always been their favorite game;

You have to follow the scene, but you can make anything you can out of it.

Drew: "...It's things you can say to your dog, but not your girlfriend".

Colin: "...Come".

Musical games if anything rely on formulas the most

and that maybe the recent fans love them and cast members hate them the most. The games usually allow for the four

to make material based on each other's reactions, whereas with 'Hoedowns' and 'Irish Drinking Songs',

they have to come up with most or all the material completely on their own. And as a fan much of the comedy does come

from how miserable they all look, along with how they come up with the most random answers

Just to get the game over with. Ryan: "I'm marrying a girl, she's a little messy,

at times she reminds me of a very young Joe Pesci, I'd like to stop it, but I don't know what t-".

Games on 'Improv-a-Ganza' and 'Green-Screen Show' had a different approach where scenes didn't revolve around a story formula,

but based on a location or a random sentence provided by the audience and the actors have to make the story up entirely.

'Whose Line' scenes were pre-determined without the actors knowledge and the focus was on creating characters.

The focus on creating character and story at the same time

isn't as funny because now they have to explain most of the joke just to get a laugh.

Jeff: "... Morning doctor".

Colin: "Hello, Mr. Quandary".

Jeff: "Good to see you again. I thought you'd been let go after the terrible things that happened yesterday".

Colin: "I was let go but then they forgot and they came back".

Jeff: "Well, normally they don't forget when four people die under your knife. We have a lot in common, you know,

I'm having sex with your wife. Gandhi and Joe Pesci and-"

Colin: "S everything you say a premise"?Jeff: "Yes".

And with 'Green Screen Show' especially,

it definitely had a unique concept & the actors chemistry could keep the audience entertained without knowing what the effects were...

But that's the thing, we know they're not laughing at the effects.

So when something legitimately funny happens because of the edited sound effects or animation and the audience's reaction doesn't match up,

It's harder to sell the joke.

Now you might say on whose line that there are plenty of times when actors break the rules and they still get a joke.

And yeah there are but that's the thing; There were rules to break in the first place.

Ryan: "Singing a song about a vending machine,

Don't you know that is really not my scene,

Trying to think of something clever with the little twist, if we do another hoedown, I'll slit my fucking wrist"! All: "Slit my fucking WRIST"!

If someone deviated from the routine to do whatever they wanted,

there's still an element of suffering to it because either they can't come up with anything funny,

or someone else already stole their bit and it's funny the laugh in them whenever they fail.

Ryan: "Can you tell me if the doctor is working on the DOING-TING-TING"?

Greg: "You're New here, aren't you"?

Ryan: "Haven't you ever heard of the THWING-ON-THE-TWING-NIGH"?!

Drew "We're gonna change the name of the game to 'Hey, let's all make idiots out of ourselves'".

'Green Screen Show' and 'Improv-a-Ganza' definitely allowed for more creative freedom,

but without as many barriers there wasn't as much of a surprise when something funny happened.

There's still games with stakes like 'One-Syllable Word' or 'Freeze-Tag', but again, they could still control the story as much as they can,

Now some might say being given scenarios to work with already kind of goes against how improv works, but as far back as

Improvisational theatre goes, that was originally what performers would do. From the 16th to 18th centuries

Commedia, dell'arte was a form of theatre performed on the streets of Italy, and one of the defining features was that-while it was improvised,

the story, characters and their outcomes were usually laid out for the audience right at the beginning, just even in the prologue.

It wasn't about what story was being told. It's how it was told...

Sound familiar?

Characters and their traits were recognizable by their costumes and masks; Harlequin was a comic servant out to for his master.

The Innamorati-if I got that wrong,

I apologize,

are hopeless lovers who overcome obstacles such as the Pantalone, a greedy man of high class who is usually one lovers disapproved father.

And that's just the name of few.

And one thing 'Whose Line' has in common with commedia dell'arte is that each game is set apart by different structures that they each have.

Robin: "Can I help you"? Ryan: "Why don't you over there and get some of that special pepperoni of yours"?

Robin: "Why don't you stay there and let something rise"? Wayne: "Hello girl".

Greg: "Well, you're a jolly sort".

Wayne: "That's 'cause, I don't let things get to me. Sometimes they might get to me-but they don't get to me".

Greg: Mr. Brady I warned you about Viagra's side effects".

Ryan: "Today we bury Madonna".

Brad: "Damn your balls are hairy"!

Now for the record,

I do think all three of these shows are legitimately funny. Even in 'Green Screen Show' or 'Improv-a-Ganza' at their worst moments,

when they have to explain everything right from the get-go,

the actors' chemistry and timing make even the easiest jokes sound hilarious and that's more than enough for me.

But when I look back on them and figure out what it was that set them apart from 'Whose Line',

it was really easy to see that these games as decent as they were didn't have the exact same rhythm.

Jackie Chan once said about his fight choreography that there was a rhythm to it and that the audience doesn't know the rhythms there

until it's NOT there, and I think for most general audiences, that's how they felt about these other improv shows...

Then again the points really don't matter all that much-do they? Well guys,

Thank you very much for watching,

If you're a big 'Whose Line' fan,

What are some of your favorite games and moments, and what are some of your favorite moments from 'Green Screen Show' or 'Improv-a-Ganza?

'Cause honestly, there are quite a few. Be sure to let me know in the comments below,

What If People Don't Like The Music I Make? - Duration: 5:43.

What is going on what if someone doesn't like your music when you take the time

to release an album or become a music producer rejection is definitely a

reality in this video we're gonna discuss how to deal with rejection in

the music industry but first I'd like to let you know that episode 4 of the

samplers podcast is live right now at the daydream sound website this week's

episode deals what the question of is the barrier to entry to low for music

producers in 2018 and of course you could always support our work here by

liking and subscribing to our channel and with that let's get to it

rejection and general dislike of our music by the general public is the

plight of all musicians we all go through this over the duration of our

career and it's something that has to be managed and put into perspective or the

consequences that can be suffered from continuous rejection can cause an early

end to our careers and music you know it's one thing to get general hate from

people who you don't know like if you put out an album or you're making beats

and someone just says well I don't like that I don't like this guy I don't like

your music I don't like you well it's never something that we want to hear

it's still really an anonymous opinion what can really shake us up is negative

feedback from people whose opinions we actually respect when you receive

negative comments about your music from people like this it can really dominate

your thoughts and while your self-esteem may not be shaken

you will be bothered enough to wonder how can someone evaluate your entire

work that you put so much effort in and just flippantly dismiss your creation so

we're gonna go over three things to help you deal with this number one

have great people around you this can be friends acquaintances business partners

your core team the people that you interact with most have to be people

that will snap you back into the present whenever things like this happen they

will remind you why you make music in the first place and these aren't yes men

or women that I'm talking about here these are people that will see you

spiraling out of control overthinking things and snap you back

into reality and they'll do all this because they know and above all things

you chose to make music and as long as that is your goal they'll hold you to

that number two now when you do receive comments or feedback or negative

reactions in general about your music you're gonna have to deal with it this

isn't something that you can run away from and the most beneficial way to deal

with this sort of thing is to turn it into a learning experience sometimes the

most valuable Intel that you can gain about your music and your craft comes

from a genuine insult and in knowing this you can take the criticism from

others extrapolate what works for you and what you can use and discard the

rest this is a very important step because you're not going to be able to

move forward unless you do this and a technique like this is a great way of

finding out exactly who your audience is and what they like and if you find that

you're receiving the same vein of criticism consistently about your music

it doesn't say anything negative about your music what it is saying that

possibly the audience that you have isn't the type of audience that you need

and since we live on earth with a lot of people there is definitely room for you

to find the audience that will react favorably to your music oh and one last

thing before we move on a genuine negative comment is not to be confused

with a dedicated listener or client or fan recognizing that you may have took

shortcuts and intentionally put out subpar music hoping that they wouldn't

realize if your audience is calling you out on this in what might seem like a

negative comment it's time for you to stop take a step back and realize that

that particular person or people is giving you the biggest for most

port you can ever get what they are saying is that they enjoy your music so

much and they're invested in you so much that they want to see you do better

because they know you can do better and rather than silently move on to

another artist they'd rather let you know to step your game up and that's a

big sign to let you know that you have the right audience and you have a

dedicated audience number three keep it moving once you've gone through the

process of step one and two realize you're still here to make music and as

artists we don't have time to stop the cultivation of our craft to mourn over a

negative reaction to our music it's best for us to realize that when we take

risks and music people will hate what we do today and love what we do tomorrow

we've seen this time and time again throughout the history of Arts in

general sometimes our audience isn't all ready to accept what we're doing and

sometimes the reactions may vary from positive recognition to all-out hate so

we have to put everything in perspective but what we can't do is stop a career in

music can be a serious mental rollercoaster with extreme highs and

ridiculously low lows kind of like life and no matter what part of the journey

we're on we have to keep on being creative and if we deal with rejection

and negative reactions from our listeners in this way we can ensure

longevity in our careers without burning out mentally anyway thank you for

watching if you liked and learned something today

subscribe to us here on YouTube I will catch you on the next one in the

meantime take care of yourself peace

Motivation To Lose Weight And Exercise - Why You DON'T Need It! - Duration: 9:01.

Hey everyone, Carlo Macapinlac here from NewbieFitnessAcademy.com, I help busy professionals reach their fat

loss goals so they can feel more confident, be ready for any situation, and get the most

out of their lives. And in this video, I'm gonna show you why motivation is garbage if

you're trying to lose weight and exercise and I'm gonna show you what you need to

do instead. Before we get started, make sure you hit that subscribe button to get notified

every time I post a new video every week. Alright, let's dive in.

Okay, you probably clicked on this video looking for some motivational stuff. I mean, motivation

is everything. Right? At least, that's what everyone says.

One quick search on YouTube and you get 22 million hits on the word motivation. Everyone

including their dog has something to say about it.

Now, you probably already have all these great ideas in your head about what you're gonna

do once you finally have your dream body. But if you feel like you need motivation to

get you started, then you're doing it wrong. Let me explain. Let's use people making

New Years Resolutions for example. A quick search on Google on the term "New Year's

resolution" and you get over 500 million hits. That is mind blowing! But not surprising.

Everybody wants to start fresh and finally get after their goals at the beginning of

the year, right? It's finally time to make a change because that's when your motivation

is sky high. New year, new me. Right? My question is, what were all these people doing during

the other 364 days of the year?

Why wait so long? Why wait until January 1st? Here's a couple of interesting stats for

you. Did you know that over one-third of resolutions don't make it past the end of January? And

only 8% of people actually keep their New Year's resolutions. Which means that it

has a 92% failure rate. Not even one in ten make it. I'm not big on gambling, but those

aren't very good odds.

Why? Because people rely solely on motivation and will power to power them through their

goals. And that's great. The problem is, we only have a finite amount of it. Then it

runs out. And that's when things start to get interesting. Think about it. When your

motivation juices are running high, it's easy to get things done, right? Getting started

is always the easiest part. But what happens when your motivation runs dry after a few

days or after a few weeks?

Here's how it usually goes for a lot of people. It's January 1st. You're finally

ready to lose weight and get after that elusive six pack. So you look up the "best" diet

on the Internet or whatever fad diet is popular right now. You start buying $10 cold pressed

juice. By the way, who in their right mind pays $10 for juice?? You buy new gym clothes.

You sign up for a 1 year gym membership because it came with a free bag and a water bottle.

That's how they get you, right? And you're already thinking about booking a trip to Mexico

to show off your summer body. Things are going great. Right?

But then, one day, you're just having one of those really bad days. You know, everybody

has them. Maybe you had a long day at work and your boss yelled at you. Maybe somebody

brought treats to the office. Maybe your dog ate your favourite workout shirt. You know,

you just don't feel like going to the gym after work. And this eats away your will power.

All of a sudden, it's not so easy to stick to your diet anymore. You start getting demotivated,

and this is the beginning of the end. This is when people start to fall off the wagon.

The next day, you start going out for lunch instead of eating your home cooked meal. You

start going to the kitchen office more often because that's where the free donuts are

stashed. You start to find every reason on the planet to skip the gym because you're

just not feeling motivated that day. That cheat meal you had for lunch turns into a

cheat day which quickly turns into two cheat days. Next thing you know, you're having

a cheat week and you're completely off the wagon and you're back to square one. Raise

your hand if you've ever found yourself in that situation before. By the way, if you

wanna know how to quickly get back on track after a cheat meal, I have a separate video

that talks about it and I'm gonna put the link for it in the description box.

Going back to falling off the wagon here, this is why you shouldn't rely on sheer

motivation and willpower alone. Listen, everyone has good days and bad days. But your actions

shouldn't always just be dictated by how motivated you're feeling that day. Here

is the plain honest truth about it. Nobody's gonna feel sorry for you that you're

having a crappy day, and you have no willpower, and you just wanna eat a tub of ben and jerry's

to make yourself feel better. It's what you do on the days when you don't feel like

sticking to your plan that matters the most. That's when it really counts. Life happens.

I get it. I really do. We all have stuff to deal with. But that's where discipline and

having a proven plan to follow comes in. Discipline is knowing the difference between what you

want now and what you want the most.

And being disciplined comes from having a strong why. Why are you doing this to begin

with? What's your biggest reason for wanting to change? For me, it was during a time when

I got laid off from my my engineering job and my girlfriend at that time dumped me.

Talk about a perfect storm. I felt sorry for myself and over time, I just got to a point

where I got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. So I changed. What about you? What's

your why? I'd love to know.

Now, being disciplined repeatedly over time develops consistency, and consistency brings

results. Let me repeat. Consistency and staying disciplined over time is what gets you results.

Not the motivational video that you've seen a thousand times. This part is so important

that even if you have the best diet and the best workouts on the planet but if you're

not disciplined and you don't stay consistent, you're not gonna get sustainable results,

I promise.

For example, you didn't sleep well the night before and you're not having a good start

to your day. Maybe you got a flat tire on your way to work. That's a pretty easy excuse

to just eat crap and start over tomorrow, right? We're so emotionally attached to

food, it's not even funny. We love to use food to make ourselves feel better. And hey,

there's always tomorrow, right? But it's what you do today despite how you feel that

will eventually bring the results you want. That's where discipline and consistency

come into play. Listen, you can't have one bad moment ruin your day. You're better

than that.

Here's a very important concept that you need to understand. Change takes time. Getting

a six pack is a process, but the most important part IS the process. The execution is where

the magic happens. Learn to love the journey. There's always a lesson to be learned in

every situation. I mean, it probably took you months, if not years, to get to where

you're at today. Right? So you shouldn't expect to just change completely overnight.

I mean that doesn't even make any sense. There's no shortcut to all of this. There

just isn't.

What you wanna do is strive to be better every day, not just at the beginning of the year

when you make your New Year's resolutions. And stop watching that motivational video

for the 100th time. You don't need it. You'll gonna learn and progress so much

faster if you just take action, make adjustments, and figure things out along the way. Are you

gonna mess up? Probably. But that's okay. It's better than getting stuck in research

mode and not taking any action at all. Focus on progress over perfection. Just remember,

you don't need any more motivation. What you need is a solid plan and the knowledge

to act, regardless of how motivated you are.

Okay, the next question then becomes, how are you actually supposed to eat in order

to lose weight? Do you have a proven plan that you can follow? To help you with that,

I wanna give you a free copy of my Lean Body Blueprint. This is how I melted all the fat

around my stomach and turned it into a six pack without going on a crazy diet or wasting

hours at the gym. It's a simple 4 step process specifically designed for busy professionals

and it's the exact same blueprint that I teach all my private coaching clients and

they've all gone to see some amazing results. If you want to be the next success story then

download your free copy of the lean body blueprint right now. There's gonna be a link in the

description box. Just click on it, type in your email, and I'll send it to you right

away. Alright, that's all I've got. Keep being awesome. Give this video a thumbs up

if you enjoyed it and share it with your friends. Please subscribe to my channel if you haven't

already, I post a new video every week. And hey, leave me a comment below if you found

this video helpful or if you have any questions about this topic. Thanks for watching and

I'll see you in the comments section. Virtual high five!

WARNING: DON'T WATCH AT NIGHT | Stay Out of The House - Duration: 25:18.

That's from here

Hello mates my name is Risk

Welcome to another episode of "Stay Out of The House"

Stay Out of The House got an update

I'm not entirely sure what the update was.

I decided to launch the game and see what happens honestly

I didn't expect this kind of a beginning though. I expected

a bit of a different beginning

Because I remember there is now an outside section

to Stay Out of The House, at least from what I saw.

I mean, I don't know if we'll actually get to it in this update, but we'll see

Alright

I can't* find any items

so since I have a lot of experience with the Nun Massacre.

"There is no button, I can't turn it off."

Since I have a lot of experience with the Nun Massacre I should be..

quite great at this game, right?

I think so. I think it's true.

So let me just try and play the video game and get the highest score.

There's a mannequin this is uncomfortable to watch

Alright, so I forgot how scary the Puppet Combo games are

I kind of forget every time

and then when I launch the game I remember

And that's about the story.

We found a paper clip. We'll use it actually later for..

For pick-locking a lock.

I thought I heard somebody

I think we already read that in the original game

So for 42 62 was a code

So that's good

What is that? Another paper clip.

okay, that's good. That gives me a lot of room for error. What is that?

Emergency gas system.

Think I heard about that. Oh, this is bad. I should have played simulacra man.

I decided..

I wanted to play simulacra

And then I was like "Wait the house got a new update. Maybe I should play.."

No I shouldn't have

Sound-O-Meter or sound meter, I thought it said Sound-O-Meter

Alright, was it 6242?

I think it was. It's actually 4262

Quickly!

There is no statics yet, so we're good

okay, our objective is to turn off the power so I can go through the exhaust fan

And that's about it. So..

Seems like he's in the kitchen.

I'll have to turn off my lighter so he wouldn't see me.

There is 2 items in the kitchen, can you see that guys?

It's actually flashing right to me. Well since he's in the kitchen

I think I'm gonna take the time and go somewhere else Oh,

Turn it off!

That was a close call

What?

is there something in the lighter?

Hold up there is something shining over there

the same kind of shine we saw on the table

Could be a switch

over here we're able to drop down in the middle of the hallway

I'm not entirely sure where he is

So I wouldn't do that

even though I don't think he's nearby since we can't get any statics.

I should probably drop over here.

It might not be 100% terrible idea.

I'm dropping down.

The door is locked.

Okay

I have to chill a little bit.

Guys if you want to see more of the game

let's shoot for around 200 likes if we reach anywhere around that I'll definitely

Play more of "Stay Out of The House"

You guys already taught me that there should be a lock thingy on the doors

all I gotta do is just turn it

It just makes sense that I'll be able to do it from the inside, right?

Yeah, yeah, I can see it

But is this a terrible idea?

of course it is.

I forgot it can be wiretapped

not wiretap but there could be traps.

I really hope you didn't see the light.

I really should start working on this small vent.

I should really really start working on it

Comon, comon

screw number 4

What is this place?

That's hot steam

I can't go through that I'll die

We have to turn off a valve somewhere for that

Where oh dude, the textures move so weirdly

Where is this room?

Oh that's the kitchen

That's right below the kitchen.

I don't think I can open it from the inside

We'll have to actually go to the kitchen and unlock it

That's good. It's gonna make me an escape route

There is blood everywhere

Okay, it's not trapped

come on remove the screws man

I need this escape route so bad

Okay, I did it, I did it okay.

So I have another escape route now

that's really really good

oh he's coming

Okay, this is why you need an escape route

because otherwise this room is a dead end

and that already happened to me once

that this room was also

Wired with a trap and also

a dead end. Oh there is limbs on the table

maybe I'll have to use them for some sort of a scale

Oh God

"It looks like a stew. A human stew!"

Well that's terrible ain't it?

I'm able to pick the upper hand

A can..

"I can't carry any more items." Why would I need a can?

A metal door I can't open it

Maybe he can come from the metal doors?

There got to be a reason for that

What did you say?

Can opener.

but it's out of power we'll have to find batteries

Oh, no, there is more pieces to the puzzle guys

What?

do you see that? There is a door right there that wasn't there before

That's just me making sound

Turn off the light!

We need to find batteries for a can opener so far

and also we'll need to find a valve to turn off steam somewhere. So..

All that ties around together, I think

I'm not entirely sure because I know once we turn off the power we're out of the house

So really the last item we'll need is a cutter

For the..

Wires outside which means we still need

the screwdriver because we have to unscrew the panel

to be able to cut the power

Where am I?

I'm in the middle of freaking nowhere dude.

What was that?

I just heard like a smack.

Alright

I'm in the hallway

He's coming back he's coming back.

Oh no, that was bad

That's exactly what I was afraid of.

I was like, okay, I'll just go to the hallway

I just have to man up

and then as soon as I make it to the hallway

you can hear him going down the stairs.

I think he's at the kitchen

If I ever had a time now it's the time

How much do I trust myself? I trust myself a lot

Turn off the lighter!

Pull the door!

Oh my god.

Oh, there is an item in the drain.

We know how to get that out. We need a..

Forget about what we need at the moment

We might have to run. We need like just a..

just a little can of water. Which drains the

You saw a pipe below

at the room with the couch and the mannequin sitting on the couch.

There is a pipe there

so once we drain the water

It reaches..

he's right on top of me

You can hear him breathe.

He's right there.

He's in my room!

Okay, what's going on over here?

He went to this room for sure

he checked on something there is a radar

Okay, cool

This room doesn't really yield much of a result

we just found a little bit of..

Nothing.

I mean the radar is more of a defensive item than anything.

It's not really an item to help me progress the game

You guys saw him going up the stairs you guys saw him!

Oh I was so lucky dude.

Okay, okay, hold up close this!

Found bandages that's really good.

I'll take* it instead of the radar.

I can heal myself with that if I ever get injured

I'll tell..

What are you doing?!

Okay, I'll tell you what that sound was

that was a sound of a board falling off

That was a smart decision to jump behind this little thing here

if I was on the other side

there would be* no door to separate between me and him

but we need a hex key.

Helix or a hex key to be able to start a pick-locking.

So until we find the hex key

We're not getting to start pick-locking at all.

Don't come into the room

I mean if he comes into the room, I have to jump

because when he starts turning back like

He's underneath the staircase I believe.

cuz if he goes through this room and like goes up until the cabinet and then..

He planted a trap, didn't he?

He planted a trap I'll keep an eye out for that.

I assume I'll have to jump above it because it's like a line that triggers the alarm

But I haven't heard him walk away yet, so he's still in a close vicinity.

he's back to the kitchen area

No, he's coming back to this hallway.

I HAVE TO GO! I HAVE TO GO!

I just need it's like one item that will start

the gears because we only need one item

to start getting another item and then another item and then another item

and so forth

Where is he? Is he upstairs?

Oh there is a..

I need to burn..

What? Where am I?

I'm outside the house?

Oh my gosh

How did I get outside the house?

It felt as if

that was some sort of a bug

Because I didn't go through the door

the door just.. poof.

What's this little warehouse?

A propane tank

Okay, perhaps we'll find one of our items over here, duct tape.

I don't know what we'll need it for

Perhaps the paint

and a vice

I'm supposed to be out here.

That's for sure, I just don't know if now

Is like the right time cuz it felt like I glitched the game when I went out.

What was that sound?

Run back to the house! run back to the house!

Run back to the house!

Gas! Start soon, The gas will start soon I have to get out!

Fk fk fk fk.

I don't know what the hell that was about.

But what I do know is that we got hit during that fight

And also when we went outside

I think I saw somebody alive

One of the cages guys, that was not a mannequin.

I saw her breathing, she was there..

sitting there and she was breathing she was injured too.

But she was breathing. Maybe we can actually go out and talk to her

But I don't really want to try my chances again.

How the hell did he find out that I was outside?

All of a sudden just the projector started to turn on

and it spotted me because of all the light I think.

Now we have to get to back upstairs

and turn off the gas system because I recall seeing upstairs a little button

So that's exactly what I'm gonna do

Might be a little too risky, but I'm gonna take my chances

Open this lock!

And go!

No, no, no, no that's bad

I tried to hide quickly and I ended up using my bandages

That's not good.

I healed myself, but I have 3 hits overall

So instead of healing 2 I ended up heal in only 1 spot, that's bad.

Something is blocking him he can't leave the room, dude

He's trying to leave the room but he can't, what the hell?

I'm sure I saw button here.

There it is!

I don't know what's going on but I feel like there is another bug.

The statics don't go away from my screen so I cannot tell.

Where he is at all times.

I mean the statics is like one of the only warnings I get

when I go around here, you know?

So this is just really bad for me.

Holy shit.

Oh mama

So he's back doing whatever it is that he likes doing

Again with the statics? I'm sure I just saw him down there.

If I have no choice, I'm gonna jump down

I don't know where he is.

Okay

There's no board panel..

electricity board panel

it is replaced with a full basement?

YOU HAVE TO BE SHITTING ME!

I heard a door open somewhere.

Is it down here? I don't know it

Somebody just end me dude this game.

Why can we not stop the statics?

It's so irritating. I can't play like this

I cannot tell where he is.

Where did my screwdriver go? Are you kidding me?

I never dropped my screwdriver, did I?

I don't recall dropping my screwdriver.

I specifically said that I need it for the panel.

Alright, let's what's over here?

A keypad?

What is going on down here?

What happen if I put the wrong code?

it seems to open the door, but it doesn't have power

Really?

How do I supply power to that?

A BEAR TRAP?

A bear trap!

Normal traps weren't enough, I had a bear trap

Imagine running into a bear trap while running away from him.

That's a death sentence.

Man I cannot find a single item to start like rolling around

like places to go and things to do

This is really hard.

There you go parkour.

so I might get spotted here

There's the..

"Help me please"

She can't walk I can't help her yet.

Oh my god.

I guess I just have to start..

I wanted to start looking in the hall, but I guess that will be postponed

He's camping there dude, he's camping at the hall.

I cannot check the other drawers that I haven't checked yet

Finally I found an item guys!

I found..

I found an item. I really hope he doesn't hear all that.

Get out of the way!

Close the door.

A Revolver!

I'm dropping the hammer. Should I?

Just check it quickly

Another one god shit.

I can't read it. He's nearby dude

Okay

A dead guy around here

Where am I? I don't know where I am.

But what I do know he's coming.

HIDE HIDE!

Oh my god, i triggered a trap by accident, turn off the light!

Wow took him a while to reach here. Oh, that was so reckless of me

I had my lights on but I forgot the guy traps the place

We'll have to wait for him to settle down for a second.

So I can look around for items.

Sounds like it's going away.

Think that's my cue to start moving

There is a radio here, you know what it means?

Batteries!

We can maybe..

pop that sucker open and get he's batteries to start the can opener

and then look inside the can

there was a can in the kitchen we couldn't open.

Oh my god

I'll think we'll drop the hammer

I got the batteries.

Drain cleaner!

We need that too!

I unlock the door.

There's nothing stopping me from going outside now

not looking..

now listen, they will make a mistake. They will all..

mistake

Okay, I really don't want to read that

cuz I'm quite under a lot of pressure and danger

No..

I got injured

that's bad.

Hide hide hide

Okay, he's like right nearby, but I'm not waiting for him

I'm draining

Okay, you might think I'm crazy.

Jump!

That was parkour

Let's dump the drainer guys. The hex key!

Let's move out!

Okay, there is no way I'm not pick-locking this

I usually pick-lock with like a single

Paperclip and we have like 5 here

3 in my inventory and 2 on the ground

Behind ME!

STOP! STOP!

STOAP!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!

RUN!

Holy shit dude.

Why is your no button to

cancel this action.

You can't be serious

Rubbing alcohol.

I don't think I need my hex key anymore

Let's get there rubbing alcohol

Alright. I'm just clicking the notes

So I can have them later to read in editing

because I cannot read them right now

We have the rubbing alcohol, now that's good.

If you remember we saw rope back at the kitchen

We can't light it up with a lighter simply like that.

We actually have to pour alcohol on it

and light it up.

And also, we have a battery, so it also goes to the kitchen

on the can opener.

Meaning I now have two available slots to use as well.

I don't see any traps. I don't see any traps

He didn't trap anywhere

Alright first of all rubbing alcohol

Start the fire

Now I'm gonna go back for a second over here

I'm gonna..

"The power is off" I know.

Are you not gonna put the battery in the..

Okay. No, I got you.

I got you buddy.

You're not gonna put it okay

So it doesn't go over here.

We have to get the item underneath the case

or underneath the..

Just get it just get.

God bless me Jesus Christ

Gas starts in like two seconds

Oh fuck he got me on lockdown.

Okay, so I have the cutter

and along the way I lost my screwdriver

so we're kind of screwed.

I tried canceling the gas he missed the button. I can't believe it.

I missed it because you can clearly hear him.

I have to go to the other side if I want to breathe

Pressed it

Oh boy.

Oh boy!

Okay, so we're now tasked with finding the goddamn screwdriver.

Where did I lose it? Nobody knows.

Question: Do you think I can disable the trap?

from far away?

Nope

Another one?

You have to be kidding me

Another trap?

Another trap right next to the other one.

Here I go.

What is that?

What did I just kick? A drain cleaner

He saw me, he didn't chase me. What the hell was that about?

I don't know if he's enjoying this experience

But he's clearly taking the piss out of me.

Hammer.

OH HE'S FLIPPING MY BED

RUN!

ESCAPE!

That's why I try to disable it from far away the trap

and that's why it's so dangerous

running away from him when there is traps all around

It's 100% a death sentence if you get caught.

Man, this game is harder now.

bad item management is what lost me the game there, but..

Again, also stalling the game with like the statics that didn't go away for some reason

It really stall the game for like 15 minutes which is a lot.

Metro Boomin & 21 Savage's "Don't Come Out The House" Explained | Song Stories - Duration: 2:13.

JACQUES: Metro Boomin returns from "retirement" with the 21 Savage-assisted cut,

"Don't Come Out The House."

JACQUES: "Don't Come Out The House" is from "NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES,"

Boomin's first solo outing since 2014's "19 & Boomin."

The song is produced by Metro and Memphis' Tay Keith and 21's delivery really forces you to listen closely.

JACQUES: Savage's whispering follows in the footsteps of Southern MCs like the

Ying Yang Twins and David Banner.

JACQUES: But instead of sex, 21 is rapping about violence.

JACQUES: Here, 21 may be referring to when he was ambushed and shot six times,

which lead to the death of his friend.

DJ VLAD: After you got shot that many times, what really changed?

21 SAVAGE: I turned into a savage, man, I was on that bullshit.

I was goddamn trying to kill everybody, man.

JACQUES: 21 also namedrops the singer Mya and references lyrics from reggae duo Tanto Metro and

Devonte and Missy Elliott.

JACQUES: Metro's return comes only months after he announced his retirement in an Instagram story.

Fans are excited for his return along with 21 Savage, whose sophomore album is reportedly

dropping sometime before the end of 2018.

If you want to learn more about 'Don't Come Out The House," check out the song page on Genius.com.
