Mourinho's Manchester United are currently being outplayed by Bournemouth in their Premier League clash at the Vitality Stadium

The Red Devils went into the match aiming to continue their recent resurgence following positive results against Newcastle, Chelsea and Everton

However, Manchester United were rocked early on when Bournemouth took the lead through Callum Wilson

And Mourinho looked far from happy about it.  The 55-year-old was seen reaching for his notebook immediately after Wilson's goal

The United boss then slumped back in his seat with a look of disappointment etched on his face

A grimace also appeared as he bemoaned his side's failure to stay compact. It has been a chastening first half for United with Eddie Howe's side dominating the game so far

But Anthony Martial has provided a leveller. United's torrid start to the match baffled BBC Sport commentator Nigel Reo-Coker

He said: "Bournemouth are slightly over playing, some may say, but that's how the manager wants them to play

"You've got to give them credit and respect for being so brave on the ball. "Manchester United are just not in this game yet, they don't seem to be playing together

"It just seems like a bunch of individuals doing their own thing."

What is a Calorie? Explained in terms of Energy, Food & Calorie Burn - Duration: 3:09.

We think about them every day - calories!

But have you ever stopped to think what a calorie is as a unit of measure?

Well, lets find out once and for all.

Firstly, it's important to remember a calorie isn't a tangible thing you'd find in food

or drink - like protein or carbs for example.

It's a metric unit we often use for measuring the energy value of food and drink, or the

energy expenditure of a human body through exercise or involuntary activity.

As a unit of measure, 1 small calorie is the amount of energy required to heat 1 millilitre

of water by 1 degree centigrade.

Whereas 1 large calorie is the amount of energy required to heat 1 litre of water (which is

1,000 millilitres) by 1 degree centigrade.

Food packing uses the large calorie unit of measure when stipulating it's calorie content.

So it's always best for consumers to use large calories to measure with.

So, what we're saying is, if you filled the kettle with 1 litre of water (which is 1,000

millilitres) to make a round of teas, it would require 100 calories to bring that water up

to boiling point, which is 100 degrees centigrade.

That's your temperature change (0-100 degrees), time the volume of water (1,000 millilitres)

which equals 100,000 small calories.

Then divide that by 1,000 to convert it to large calories, and that equals 100 large

calories to heat 1 litre of water to 100 degrees centigrade.

So, lets put that into perspective.

The amount of energy required to heat our water up to boiling point requires the same

amount of energy you'd fine in half a Mars bar, just under a full can of cola, 2 apples

or 50 stalks of celery.

Makes you realise doesn't it, how dense in energy some of these food and drinks can actually

be.

Now, on the flip side, to burn 100 calories worth of energy, that's equal to 10 minutes

worth of light cycling or 10 minutes worth of running.

For those still using the imperial system, or even worse, the imperial and the metric

system, a large calorie is the amount of energy required to heat 33.814 fluid ounces of water

by 33.8 degrees fahrenheit.

And it's also worth remember this is based on the temperature change happening in a controlled

environment and doesn't take into account factors such as energy waste, for example,

heat escaping from our kettle through the spout or sides during the heating process.

So it would likely require slightly more calories to heat water in a domestic environment.

However, the takeaway message is, by the most common standard, 1 calories is the amount

of energy required to heat 1 litre of water by 1 degree centigrade.

ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ, ЕСЛИ РАЗБИЛИ ГРАДУСНИК? / WHAT TO DO IF THE THERMOMETER BROKE? - Duration: 4:42.

Today we have a short but a very topical issue,

dedicated to mercury thermometers namely what follows

do in case you accidentally broke this measuring

device.

Hello my good!

Every year, with the arrival of autumn and cold weather increases

number of colds diseases.

And during this period is indispensable helper, in every home,

becomes a thermometer.

Although the pharmacy stalls long settled electronic

and infrared thermometers, many still give

preference for mercury meters temperature, the biggest

which minus is fragility.

And as we know from school bench mercury

and all its compounds are dangerous enough for

human health.

So what to do in case if something unpleasant happened

event and in your apartment Has a mercury thermometer broken?

Let's go with this a question for professionals

namely, to the site of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Demercurization, and easier mercury removal various

ways to exclude poisoning of people and animals

can be spent independently without the help of rescuers

or chemists.

Enough to know the rules behavior not to get poisoned

mercury vapor if you broke home thermometer.

So what if you broke a thermometer?

Specialists in the field of radiation, chemical and biological

defenses say broken thermometers - the most frequent

a complaint from the public.

Especially often to rescuers have to react

on such calls during flu epidemics.

In the human body mercury gets inhaled

toxic fumes.

They cause irreparable harm to health.

Drowsiness, dizziness, nausea - only the first

signs of poisoning.

Signs of acute poisoning - metallic taste

mouth, acute headache pain, runny nose, pain

swallowing, redness and bleeding gums.

Mercury can affect the central nervous, enzymatic

and hematopoietic system organism.

In a medical thermometer contains about two

gram of poisonous metal.

To collect it safely, need to take the following

Steps: The first thing to do

open the windows for airing the premises.

Then wear rubber wet gauze gloves

bandage (respirator) and proceed to collect.

The easiest way to collect balls mercury with rubber

pears

No less effective collection with the help of medical

syringe without needles.

Can be assembled with two sheets of wet paper.

The smallest and almost invisible mercury particles are best collected

using wide office tape.

Vacuum cleaner can not be used!

Otherwise it will also become a source. vapor propagation

mercury.

Do not recommend experts sweep mercury with a broom

or wipe with a rag.

This leads to an increase in contaminated surface.

In no case can not collected mercury pour out

in the toilet or throw in the garbage chute.

Collected mercury is needed put in a container with a conventional

water and tightly closed.

Put the funds there which were used

for collection, they are all subject recycling.

On-site mercury spill need to hold a chemical

processing: floor and contiguous mercury items needed

wash concentrated solution consisting of

1 tablespoon of any washing powder, 1 scoop

baking soda, 1 cap chlorine-containing agent

(domesticostos or whiteness) or solution of potassium permanganate on

1 liter of water.

Hermetically sealed jar with collected mercury necessary

return to specialized organization carrying out

its reception and disposal.

And that's it for today.

Link to the voiced material will be in the description of the video.

Take care of yourself and loved ones.

Free To Choose 1980 – What's Wrong with Our Schools?– Colleges - Duration: 1:46.

What happens when the educational

market is distorted?

Look at state colleges and universities.

Their fees are generally very low,

paying for only a small part of the cost of schooling.

They attract serious students,

just as interested in their education as

the students at Dartmouth or other private schools,

but they also attract a great many others;

students who come because fees are low,

residential housing is good, food is good,

and above all there are lots of their peers.

It's a pleasant interlude for them.

The University of California at Los Angeles.

For those students who are here as a

pleasant interlude, going to class is a price

they pay to be here, not the product they are buying.

DARRELL DEARMONE, LECTURER: We frequently wind

up with people who cannot compete favorably with

even the average person here.

There is a magnet here for everything.

We have the best weather,

practically speaking, in the country.

Hollywood is here, Beverly Hills is here,

the social scene, the television industry

in this country is centered here.

FRIEDMAN: The justification for using tax money

to support institutions like this is

supposed to be so that every youngster,

can go to college.

A few youngsters from poor families are here,

but not very many.

video button, trims

here they are, stop button

headless mode, very usefull

return to home

this button is for

drone calibration

before each flight

like other gps drone as you already seen

on my channel

like the BUGS 5W that is a really good drone

or the JJRC JJPRO X5 Epik

that is the BUGS 5W clone

so

it is good

as well, any drone with gps

need the calibration

otherwise if not

properly calibrated, once started

and enabled the gps it

goes everywhere like other guys

I'm following a facebook group about Bugs 5W

where for most of the people

that is the first drone

they feel like God

and more than one have

problems because they don't properly calibrate

because they don't know what calibration means

in practice the drone doesn't works properly

it goes wherever he like

obviously if you want a Ferrari

but you don't have a drive license

and you are not able to drive a car, don't

buy a Ferrari but get a nice

Fiat 500 from 70's as most of us did

anyway guys

hope that

[CS198.1x Week 1] What is Bitcoin? - Duration: 6:39.

Most people struggle to answer the question,

"What is Bitcoin?," because there are so many different ways to respond.

First, Bitcoin is considered the first and the most widely used cryptocurrency.

A cryptocurrency is a completely digital, decentralized currency that is built using

principles of computer science, cryptography, and economics.

The term "Bitcoin" refers to the protocol governing this currency.

Second, bitcoin lowercase refers to the actual units of currency.

A Bitcoin user will say that they have a certain amount of bitcoins, similar to how we say

we have a certain amount of dollars when referring to the US Dollar.

Third, Bitcoin is the inspiration for the blockchain, which is the underlying data structure

of this cryptocurrency.

A data structure is a virtual format for organizing, retrieving, and storing information.

The Bitcoin blockchain in particular stores a permanent history of all transactions to

ever occur in the history of Bitcoin.

It is an append-only ledger, meaning that any information added to the ledger cannot

be deleted.

But most importantly, Bitcoin is a cultural revolution.

Rooted in ideals from Cypherpunks and libertarians, Bitcoin represents a shift towards privacy

and decentralization.

This cryptocurrency is not backed by any central organization, government, or company.

Instead, Bitcoin is built by the users, for the users.

As we said, Bitcoin was inspired by the Cypherpunk Movement

of the late 80s.

Cypherpunks advocate for the protection of privacy using cryptography.

They don't trust governments, corporations, or large organizations to respect privacy.

These points of centralization accumulate a great deal of power over society by collecting

unimaginable amounts of information from millions of users.

And the Cypherpunks were some of the first to be concerned about central entities stripping

away the freedom of the general public.

One massive point of centralization in modern day society is the financial system, where:

banks govern the economies of entire countries.

Several different companies and researchers attempted to make a decentralized or anonymous

currency, but all of them failed.

Bitcoin was the first technology to succeed as a cryptocurrency.

The Bitcoin whitepaper, or research paper, was published in October 2008 by Satoshi Nakamoto.

The whitepaper was a 9-page, concise proposal for the structure and function of a peer-to-peer

electronic currency.

Satoshi Nakamoto is a pseudonym, or a false identity, of an individual or a group of individuals.

No one knows their real identity. However, what's important is that

this whitepaper envisioned a currency where users do not rely on financial intermediaries

or trust anyone in order to make transactions with each other.

In Bitcoin, users do not need to use their real world identities; instead, they are represented

by addresses, strings of random letters and numbers.

Bitcoin takes control out of the hands of third parties and gives users the freedom

to transact while protecting their privacy.

So how does Bitcoin do it? On a high level, the Bitcoin network validates transactions and stores the entire transaction history.

The Bitcoin network is a group of users communicating with each other as part of the Bitcoin protocol.

This network serves as the substitute for the central bank and must have certain properties

to function correctly.

Bitcoin is trying to create an open, accessible

cryptocurrency not subject to censorship or centralization.

But what are the problems?

Keep in mind the problems of trying to create an open, accessible cryptocurrency not subject

to censorship or centralization:

there are no central parties to ask for information about user accounts, and there are no central

parties to kick out or censor malicious users.

Decentralized networks generally suffer from these problems, leading to inconsistencies

between parties and malicious messages infecting the network.

The most popular attack is known as the double spending attack, an attack where some value

is used for more than it i's worth.

In real life, it's easy to prevent double spending: since dollar bills can't be copied

and pasted.

However, in digital currencies, there needs to be assurance that the virtual tokens have

not been promised to more than one person.

Bitcoin as a technology is trying to solve a very specific problem in the realm of distributed

systems: when any "node," or computer within the network, can come and leave as

it pleases and behave however it likes.

There are enormous possibilities for failures given the complete removal of centralization,

which is why there were so so many Bitcoin's predecessors to Bitcoin which failed.

So how does bitcoin solve these problems?

Bitcoin solves these problem through two things:

First, the blockchain, and the Proof-of-Work consensus protocol, both of which are Satoshi

Nakamoto's most popular and influential innovations.

Because of these two things, anyone with access to internet and a computer can join the Bitcoin

Network.

There are no banks or any equivalent of the Federal Reserve on the Bitcoin Network.

Instead, everyone can verify and audit the transaction history on their own.

And even the creation of money is decided not by a central authority, but through the

process of mining, of Proof-of-Work.

What came out before the Big Bang? - Duration: 6:41.

hey guys this is space train you are Dan Lee expressed till the edge of this

space and today we will talk about what came before the Big Bang grab your

ticket and let's go

don't forget to subscribe to get unlimited pass on our expedition

before there were humans dinosaurs walked the earth before there was an

earth there was just a big cloud of gas and dust floating out in the universe

before there was a universe well before that is a point that physicists spill a

lot of ink over we don't know what happened before the Big Bang gave birth

to the universe but the smartest people in science have plenty of fascinating

theories the ideas differ sometimes wildly but they all pretty much agree

that the Big Bang at least happens if you want to see more about Big Bang

Theory check our other video how did the universe begin you can find link down

below so the Big Bang Theory says that our universe began as a point of

infinite gravity and density called a singularity then in a trillionth of a

trillionth of a trillionth of a second it exploded outward doubling and

redoubling and red doubling in size at a rate faster than the speed of light in a

phenomenon physicists call inflation ordinarily nothing can go faster than

the speed of light this was an expansion of space itself though so it allowed to

bend the rules so the Big Bang happened one thing led to another and now you're

here but we're concerned with everything that happened before that what caused

that singularity in the first place for an explanation to have staying power it

needs to solve a few problems physicists have been puzzling over the biggest one

the universe has surprisingly low entropy a technical term for disorder an

ice cube has low entropy for example because the water molecule

and that are arranged in an orderly way once that ice melts those molecules are

going to spontaneously reform themselves into a cube everything goes in the

direction of disorder never the reverse but if that's the case the universe

should be a uniform distribution of disorganized subatomic particles

how did atoms ever form molecules how did clouds of gas and dust form stars

and planets and galaxies the only explanation is that the universe had

even lower entropy at its birth than it does today but how here are a few of the

leading contenders for what happened before the Big Bang number one an

earlier universe collapsed into the singularity that started our own this

idea known as the Big Bounce was first proposed in the 1960s by Princeton

researchers Robert dick and James Peebles some proponents of the idea say

that our universe is infinite going through a never-ending cycle of collapse

and expansion and that means we're just waiting for another collapse

critics say the principles of entropy don't allow a universe to collapse into

a singularity and out again and proponents admit it would require some

new physics to make sense but as we will see so do many other pre Big Bang

Theory's number two the universe was hibernating until something set it in

motion this idea says that the pre Big Bang universe was a small flat

high-pressure space that was metastable or stable until it found an even more

stable state the way a house of cards might sit perfectly solid forever until

a breeze came through at some point that breeze did come through he stopped being

metastable inflating into the universe we know this theory doesn't break the

laws of entropy but it doesn't explain entropies issues with our current

universe either number three there was never a singularity instead all the

energy in the universe was bound in the fabric of space known as the inflation

hypothesis this idea says that fluctuations in this so-called inflaton

field led to a huge swell of energy in one patch of the

field which made it expand incredibly quickly that exponential growth spurt

would leave evidence behind in the form of primordial gravitational waves not

the big ones discovered by LIGO in 2015 but tiny imprints in the Cosmic

Microwave Background in other projects including the bicep2 experiment have

been searching for we may not have found evidence for this one yet but most

cosmologists think it does the best job of explaining the universe's low entropy

along with a few other cosmic quirks number four we are just one universe in

the multiverse this theory is an offshoot of the inflation hypothesis and

says that the elements that lead to inflation also lead to the creation of a

bunch of smaller low entropy universes unfortunately all of those universes

would be closed off from one another so we never be able to detect them

that's unsatisfying to some scientists for obvious reasons scientists think the

Big Bang is an idea that does a good job of describing the history of the

universe however the idea is not perfect we don't know why the universe expanded

so quickly in the first second and then slowed down we don't know why the

expansion of the universe is speeding up now we don't know why we have a certain

number of forces that control the universe and we don't know what started

the Big Bang it will take some time before we will find out answers or

someone will come out with a better explanation of creation but for now it's

best theory we have and best explanation of time before the Big Bang is that

there was nothing at all but came something start from nothing let's

figure out that in our next video and don't forget to comment what do you

think what was there before Big Bang there are lots of questions left so

don't space out and live some space in your brain for answers I hope you

Begin with what Allah had begun with - Duration: 0:55.

"I begin with what Allah had begun with", [Nassa'i, Malik]

The Prophet (ﷺ) during his pilgrimage, he (ﷺ) stood on (the hill of) al-Ṣafa

and said, "I begin with what Allah had begun with"

Because our Lord (ﷻ) says, "Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are …. ", [Quran 2:158] even though the "and" indicates equality

He (ﷻ) did not say, "Al-Safa then al-Marwa"

Nevertheless, the courtesy is such that when our Lord (ﷻ) starts with something,

I should also start with it

For example, I am about to travel and I have the options of traveling on land or by sea? What should I choose? (Land)

"It is He who enables you to travel on land and sea", [Quran 10:22]. He (ﷻ) started with the land,

So (my preference should be) on land. Unless it is not safe to do so, or

there are (other factors) that makes traveling on land unfeasible. With everything else equal, then what?

Arsenal fans RINSE Rob Holding for what he said after Liverpool draw - Duration: 2:39.

Alexandre Lacazette's late goal earned the Gunners a 1-1 draw against Liverpool which stopped the visitors moving three points clear at the top of the Premier League

After a tight first half, the Reds broke the deadlock in the 61st minute as Sadio Mane crossed from the left and Arsenal keeper Bernd Leno was only able to parry the ball into the path of James Milner who blasted a low shot into the net

Milner was lucky to stay on the field to finish the match after a clash of heads with team mate Joe Gomez which required lengthy treatment

Arsenal, looking to extend their unbeaten run to 14 games in all competitions, poured forward in search of an equaliser and the pressure paid off when Lacazette struck in the 82nd minute

The French striker spun away to the left side of goal to keep the ball out of goalkeeper Alisson's reach before cutting back and firing a shot past the Brazilian's reach and into the far corner

The draw means Arsenal take their unbeaten run to 14 games in all competitions. After the game, defender Holding took to social media to deliver a message to Arsenal fans

"That was a tough end-to-end game, happy to not lose the game," he said. "Thought we should have won it but we'll keep going

"As long as we don't lose, we'll keep this streak going. "Thanks for your support and see you next week

" But while many of the Emirates faithful loved Holding's positivity, some were quick to rinse the young defender to stating the obvious

"Yes, that is how streaks work," one fan wrote. Another said: "Pointing the obvious out there Robert…" "Stating the obvious there Rob

," a third fan joked. A fourth fan wrote: "Sounds like something Michael Owen would say

" "Sounds like a Michael Owen analysis," a fifth supporter said.

I have unboxing video about this so have a look!

Go pro hero 6

we use this as sub camera

and i bought this together

This is go pro stand

We use go pro when we are filming mukbang

or when we need light camera

or when we need to film whole scene

So we use 5D mark 3 for main, and other things such as scenery, we use go pro

And we use 2 lenses for 5D mark 3

Arsenal fans are defending Leno after seeing what happened just before Milner's goal - Duration: 4:18.

Arsenal fans weren't too impressed with Bernd Leno after James Milner fired Liverpool into the lead on Saturday night

The Gunners had the better run of the play for large periods of the first-half and were looking to continue their brilliant record against half-time when disaster struck

Rooting from an attack down the left wing, Leno failed to hold a cross into the penalty area and seemed to deflect it into the path of Milner who duly converted

There's plenty of debate about the goalkeeping situation at Arsenal and many came to the conclusion that Leno was at fault for the strike, raising questions about Petr Cech recently being dropped

Of course, in the end, the goal didn't spell complete catastrophe fro the Gunners who dramatically equalised thanks to an inspired finish from Alexandre Lacazette

Leno criticised for Milner goalNevertheless, it did leave the Arsenal camp a little frustrated that they missed the opportunity to snatch all three points and Unai Emery certainly thought so at full-time

"The result is a good result for how we did in 90 minutes, when we were losing," Emery mused in his interview

"We deserved it because we could have lost, but we could also have won in the 90 minutes

It was a good test for us. We need more, in our work and tactically also." New footage shows deflection  However, fan opinion has started to shift after the game with new footage seeming to reveal that Leno isn't to blame for Arsenal drawing, after all

Supporters are starting to notice that Leno's clearance was in fact deflected, unintentionally, by Rob Holding and thus sent into the path of Milner

If it wasn't for the slight touch, the Arsenal goalkeeper would have capably deflected the ball out wide and possibly into the path of Sead Kolasniac

Check out the video and fan reaction down below:  So, it seems the criticism for Leno is a little harsh

Obviously, there's still a debate about whether the German goalkeeper should have challenged for the ball in the first place or even caught it, but this development does change things

It's seriously unlucky on behalf of Holding, too, who wasn't to know that his intervention sealed Arsenal's fate and gave Liverpool the breakthrough they were chasing

Gooners will have to speculate whether that one touch changed the course of the game or not, but a draw was probably the fair result at the end of the day

A lack of culpability on the behalf of Leno will also be greatly received and the 26-year-old has impressed since stepping in for the injured Cech

Only Emery will know what he has in mind for his goalkeepers, yet it looks unlikely that Leno will be conceded his number one position any time soon

And after the Liverpool game, he can breathe a sigh of relief.  Who do you think Arsenal should play in goal - Cech or Leno? Have your say in the comments section below

Nothing is what it seems to be - Pleiadian Eyha - Duration: 4:56.

Everything we perceive through a mind based on subjectivity

divides the truth of direct experience into conceptual distortions of duality.

To put it more simply, you sketch and see the truth

with the personal beliefs, superstitions, or thoughts you attach onto things.

Your sense of "what is real" becomes twisted by the mental associations

you are projecting on what your senses perceive.

Your entire sense of reality is then conditioned by these misperceptions.

And so, it can then be said that the relative world

- the world of subjective contrast and comparison -

is a false world, built entirely by each person's imagination.

Nothing is what it seems… And this

is exactly why you should question everything you think and everything you believe.

If you want to see the truth of reality, all of the conceptual thoughts,

superstitions, fears, old beliefs and religious dogmas

within your mind will need to be thrown away first.

When you believe that you are the "subject" of every experience you have

- perpetuated by the "me-thought" -,

you then assert all of your opinions and judgements onto the world to further "set things apart" from yourself.

Separating yourself from the world. This is duality.

This "me-thought" is what divides the entire world from itself,

and because of this, most people's sense of reality is never actually true.

People are obsessed with objectifying anything, and everything.

No one wins by doing so. Nothing is true, and yet, everything is.

Every single argument, fight, or war that has ever occurred

was actually caused by people's sense of subjectivity (their personal opinions about something),

interfering with other people's sense of subjectivity.

So which side holds the truth? Neither and both are.

Beyond all of our subjective interpretations however,

the truth is always there, waiting to be realised.

Beyond every concept of tastes great or less filling, tall or short, rich or poor, white or black,

good or evil, his or hers - the truth awaits.

The truth can only appear when all sense of subjectivity ends,

when the purity of both individual and global conscious awareness is no longer clouded

by the mental division of the world that it is perceiving.

When the illusion of duality is reconciled within all of your perceptions,

reality becomes purified, and your Awareness becomes Truth Realised.

The true seeing of your awakening process can only be realised through a process of shedding

all of that which is untrue within you - the false self must first be eliminated.

With an open Heart and Mind your view of the world and Reality will be much clearer.

So next time you find yourself in a confrontation between something or some options you are not very sure of,

think about it; everything can be true, or nothing at all.

Do not judge anyone and anything so quickly;

there is actually more information than the ones the physical 3D senses can notice,

or than the past, negative situations and circumstances you might have experienced.

There is usually a hidden lesson behind.

So, breath, deeply, in and out, and get ready to dive deep into yourself

and the greater picture of the experiences you are living on this lifetime and others.

✨ 💗 As always - so much unconditional Love and Light on your path and journey 💗 ✨

Klopp reveals what Van Dijk told him after Arsenal vs Liverpool draw - Duration: 2:26.

Jurgen Klopp lamented Virgil van Dijk's failure to take three presentable chances that the Liverpool manager claims he'd have scored

Van Dijk saw a first half effort saved by Bernd Leno after controlling the ball on his chest, then he headed against the post after the German goalkeeper had come for a cross and missed

Then in the second period, the Dutchman's header from a corner was tipped over the top by Leno

James Milner's strike just after the hour mark was later cancelled out by a terrific goal from Alexnadre Lacazette, with Liverpool left to rue the decision to disallow Sadio Mane's first half strike which should have stood

But Klopp seemed happy with the point.  "A point is a good result, (Unai) Emery can say the same, but we had clear chances," said the German

"When Arsenal chase the game they throw everyone on the pitch which is really cool and we were not as compact as I wanted

"Our workhorses in midfield, we put too much on their shoulders. And it was one time we didn't close Alex Iwobi and he plays the pass for the goal

"They had a few chances for sure, it's a home game for them. They are in a good moment

We got a point, we deserved a point and we could have had more. I don't feel like we dropped two points

"I saw Virgil van Dijk after the game and he said 'I should have had a hat-trick

' I was not a good football player but I was good at heading and today I would have scored three

"   The point takes Liverpool to the top of the Premier League table ahead of Manchester City's clash with Southampton on Sunday

What is Prepping? Why be a Prepper? - Duration: 4:35.

what is prepping why be a prepper preparing for the end of the world is prepping sensible what are you preparing for getting ready for end of world are preppers paranoid

hi it's AlaskaGranny prepper do you wonder what are Preppers prepping preparing for what are they

getting ready for is it the end of the world an apocalypse SHTF or could it be

something as simple as a power outage a winter storm or hurricane tornado even a

volcano forest fires war or even pandemic are Preppers paranoid

some people wonder who are these Preppers where they come from what are they preparing for what do they

believe in why are preppers secretive most people who are Preppers pretty much stay on the down low and

don't really reveal themselves and their preparations for you you may be

surprised and discover that you actually have friends who are Preppers and you

don't even realize it because they believe in the operational

security keeping their preps and their thoughts to themselves when you look at

some of the things people post on the internet it's hard to believe that

anybody could keep something a secret anymore or keep portions of their lives

private and to themselves most Preppers want to keep it to themselves

keep it behind closed doors and keep it out of the public eye it's not because

they're paranoid it's because they're interested in maintaining their own

lifestyle and it really isn't any of your business sometimes people

mislabel Preppers and call them paranoid kooks or that preppers are they're hoping

that things go bad because they want something bad to happen so they can

seize control of whatever is left none of that is necessarily the truth there

are outliers on the spectrum no matter what type of personality you're looking

for but most Preppers are sensible people they're thinking about how do I maintain

the life that I have and how do I make sure that my family will be okay how to prepare to have the things I need

Preppers find comfort in having a little bit of control over the outcome of their

lives no matter what comes along they aren't willing to wait for someone else

to make the decision supply their needs decide what to do next

Preppers want to be in charge of themselves their decisions and their

safety we like to believe that our prepping supplies will give us an

advantage in making our goals reachable most Preppers prepare are sensible and believe

that having a stock of emergency survival supplies will give them an advantage

prepping is sensible just like having money in the bank having cash on hand

paying off your mortgage having homeowners insurance none of

those would be considered wacky weird ideas but those are some of the valuable

principles that most Preppers believe in wouldn't you rather be prepared and

ready to face the difficulties that come along in your life

everyone has hard times and challenges what if you lost your job what if you

became sick what if there is a hurricane or a tornado something like that an emergency situation localized that

came just to your area what if there was a power outage wouldn't you want to be

able to have enough water food flashlights a way to cook and some first

aid supplies and the hygiene supplies that you need would you like to know

that you've secured your shelter and that you have the supplies that you need

it's just sensible to be prepping to be a prepper to get ready and prepare for whatever could

come so if you're thinking about becoming a prepper it's a great time to

stock up on the supplies things that you cannot live without things you count on having while things are readily

available how much water should you store get a stash of water at least one gallon per day per person for your

family don't have enough for just three days like FEMA says do you really want

to count on someone being there to rescue you after three days most likely

things return to normal after two weeks how much food to store stockpile so having a two-week supply of food and water makes sense

have some shelf-stable food on hand be sure you have a way to open it a way to

cook it if you need to and some paper plates or dishes that you can use in

case your water isn't running anymore it just makes sense to be a prepper it's

sensible to get a stockpile of the things that you count on having and set them

aside figure out what are the things supplies that you really count on having on a

day-to-day basis and those are the things you could be stockpiling for emergencies not

because you're paranoid but because you're prepared it's a great way to live

Arsenal fans are loving what Matteo Guendouzi did before the Liverpool game - Duration: 1:50.

Matteo Guendouzi is already a popular figure amongst Arsenal fans following his superb start to life in north London this season

The French teenager arrived in the summer as the least heralded of the club's signings but immediately made a name for himself with some impressive performances in pre-season

And he then took that early form into the Premier League campaign and was voted the club's player of the month for August after a series of excellent performances

Unfortunately the red card he was shown against Blackpool in midweek ruled him out of featuring against Liverpool on Saturday night at the Emirates, but Guendouzi was determined to enjoy himself anyway

So instead of hiding away before the game, he took a walk around the Emirates with some friends and even stopped to chat with several fans outside the ground

And as you can imagine, that was very well received by those who spotted the midfielder ahead of kick-off

Here's a selection of what was said on social media. Keep up to date with the latest news, features and exclusives from football
