Wanna know how you can reverse the aging process naturally? In this video I talk

about 5 lifestyle changes for better health and hey watch right to the end of

the video there's someone really special I'd like you to meet so keep watching!

Hey it's so good to see you, my name is Lynette Tan Mrs Singapore Universe 2016

and I help people be beautiful and healthy naturally so if you're new here

definitely consider subscribing but hey in this video I talk about how to

reverse the aging process naturally specifically 5 lifestyle changes for

better health. At any time in this video definitely check out the links and

shownotes in the description below I'll list of everything that's in this

video plus a link to my blog so definitely check that out at any time.

I first heard about the keto diet from a couple of friends a few years ago so

naturally I became curious so when I heard that that was gonna be keto

classes I was the first to sign up I was just so eager to find out what it was

how to do it properly and I talked about them quite extensively in my other

videos so I'm just gonna put a link up there for you so you can check them out

at any time. But if we're just meeting, I have been on a

low-carb diet for the last couple of years because of a health scare so Keto

isn't exactly something new but the part about having to up my fat intake was

Anyway here's a quick summary of all that I've learnt plus lifestyle changes

that you might want to consider subscribing to, to reverse the aging

process naturally

Actually it's super simple to switch to Keto first thing you need to do, cut out

carbs and sugar and start eating real quality foods to really nourish your

body. Just focus on proteins and fat with veggies and sides and if let's say you

are 50 kg then everyday just take 50 grams of protein and three times that

are fat which is 150 grams of fat per day. Stick to this way of eating for 5

to 10 days you should be keto-adapted and when you're in ketosis definitely

consider intermittent fasting for greater impact.

I am a regular fast(er)

Okay I know that sounds weird it's more like I fast on a regular basis for

spiritual reasons and it's primarily to sharpen spirit man and also to clear the

mind so I think it only makes perfect sense for the body to rest from foods as

well so that has time to cleanse and repair just like it was designed to.

So how do I do it just remember the numbers 16 is to 8 so I fast for 16 hours and I

have an 8 hour window with which to fill my body with nourishing foods. So my last

meal of the day is before 8 p.m. why because according to research the

important digestive enzymes are no longer produced after 8 p.m. so I work

with my body I let it rest all the way till noon the next day and that's when I

have my first meal of the day and it really helps to think of food as

chemical signals that you send to your body so when you have enough proteins

and fat you let your body know to release the fat and likewise when you

eat nourishing foods you feel full for longer your hunger pangs disappear but

do take note you still have to take your daily macros

So when you're fasting, your body goes into detox. Autophagy takes place it's a

natural process by which your body destroys toxins, bacteria, viruses and

also devours damaged cells, regenerating new ones and you can also think of it as

a spring clean for your healthy cells so they function optimally and speaking of which

I have to admit, I hate to exercise and I

don't have to because I'm already at my ideal weight but I have to re-think

this whole entire thing because according to research exercise is the

real way to cleanse your body to help it to detox. Exercise puts stress on your

body it causes microscopic muscle tears that your body rushes to heal so your

muscles become stronger than they were before and exercise also promotes fat

burning and increases energy levels and get this! High intensity exercise

actually boosts your human growth hormones the most! Yes! So think repeated

sprints, interval training, weight training, circuit training gosh I'm so

exhausted just talking about them but point is exercise is good for you it

keeps you young so I walk my dog for at least 30 minutes a day and I do planking

for five minutes and that's it for now. And I have to admit I am also a work

in progress when it comes to this

There're just so many distractions you know but I am really trying to sleep

early so help me God! You know sleep is super important because that's when your

body repairs itself, your vital organs go into detox mode and while you sleep your

body is actually cleansing, rebuilding and rejuvenating itself and the

interesting thing is between 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. that's when your brain releases

a natural tranquilizer as a signal for us to go to bed

and so when you feel drowsy it's time to hit the sack

Research also shows that it's best to be sleeping by 10:00 p.m. so that your body

is able to do the vital work of cleaning up the blood and maintaining normal

blood pressure and here's the thing human growth hormones are secreted

profusely while you sleep so that's another big reason for you to go to bed

early

I'm sure you know that the human body is made up of 70 to 80 percent water but

what water are we talking about? We're talking about pure distilled water

because everything else is filtered out by our eliminative organs. Fact is, all

plants contain distilled water, distilled by Nature so yep you guessed it!

I drink on the pure steam distilled water and recently I started adding half

a teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to it because it's the purest form of salt and

also because it contains numerous essential trace minerals to help

transport water molecules to our cells, hydrating them. So definitely hydrate

yourself, drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day for better health and that's how

you reverse the aging process naturally and definitely consider those five

lifestyle changes for better health. As promised, I've got someone really special

I'd like you to meet!

What If The World Ended In 2050? - Duration: 6:50.

Hello internet - and welcome back to the most inquisitive channel on YouTube - Life's

Biggest Questions - that digital, cosmic leyline where all alternate realities and hypothetical

shifts in time come to a headway in a convenient, welcoming foyer.

What's going on guys - as per usual I'll be your disembodied floating voice Jack Finch

- as we pull some strings on the geopolitical scale, rise up as a rogue nation - hellbent

on ushering in the apocalypse itself, before instantly regretting that decision when realising

how much cool stuff we're gonna miss out on - as we curiously ask the question - What

If The World Ended In 2050?

Roll the clip.

Now - it's safe to say that this video is going to be quite the buzzkillington, as it

will slowly dawn on you that humanity is merely half a century away from some of the coolest,

dopest - and other positive adjectives - that science and technology has to offer.

Really - in the latter half of the 21st century, science fiction is set to walk proudly into

the realm of science fact - giving way to a myriad of advancements in the fields of

medicine, industry, economics, retail and space exploration.

For decades we've dreamt of machines that can replicate a perfect beef wellington with

the mere push of a button from Captain Jean Luc Picard, or - individual tastes depending

- tea, earl grey, hot.

But - sorry folks - shows over.

The world has regretfully ended in 2050.

Well, let's take a look at what we could've won.

Before we do that though - you know how it is by now questioneers - if you're a fan

of this video, Futurism, the technological advancement of the human race - or just Life's

Biggest Questions in general - then please, demonstrate your duty as a galactic citizen

- hit that thumbs up button, and show us some love in the comment box section below.

If you'd like to get in touch with myself, or the wider creative team here at LBQ - then

be sure to take a look at the info box down below.

On with the show.

Alright - so the year is 2050.

The planet has seen a mammoth shift in the way that the average human lives their life.

Never before has the planet been so interconnected, ushering in a new age of bright, peaceful

coexistence - as mankind takes their first baby steps into the galaxy as a space faring

species.

Unfortunately though, despite that - we've either been hit by an extinction level event

sized asteroid, killed each other in a barbaric thermonuclear war - or been completely eradicated

by a highly advanced alien civilization.

We were so close - and yet so far.

However - before we take a look at the things we're going to miss out on - let's take

a brief look at the landmarks we've achieved between 2018 and 2050.

The 2020's were a tumultuous period for the human race.

For the Western world - the Trump administration left behind one hell of a mess on the geopolitical

scale, yet it was down to the hardworking, young generations to piece humpty-dumpty back

together again.

In the early 20's - the fallout of the Trump administration had chased China's tail into

the Asian Pacific - as the two global superpowers constant power shift destabilized the region

- shaking up the global economy and stretching the US-China relations to near breaking point

- eventually, China won out and displaced the United States as the leading global superpower.

However - it left time for a complete reshape of global politics, lead by the now emerging

Generation X - driven by a backlash against the Trump administration and Baby Boomers

in general.

Employees gained more rights, freedoms and flexibility in the workplace - as technology

caught up with the demands of a changing economy.

By the late 2020's - human like AI became a reality, with the vast majority of computing

power routinely passing the Turing test - leading the way to an age of technological enlightenment.

The 2030s were another incredibly testing decade for the planet - but a brave new endeavour

into our solar system.

This was spurred on by the discovery of definitive evidence of life beyond earth - captured by

the highly advanced High Definition Space Telescope between the 2030s and 2040s.

An immediate boost for space exploration funding surged across the planet - justifying the

planned crewed settlements to Mars and the Moon.

By the late 2030's - crewed missions to the moon of Phobos were commonplace - with

regular mining operations occurring across the main asteroid belt.

By the 2040's the space industry would be the leading economic powerhouse of the planet

- giving rise to the world's first trillionaire.

China's space program rivals that of NASA - as the emerging space faring nations raced

to establish themselves permanently in a proximity to Earth, the Moon and Mars.

Meanwhile - the global population would reach 9 billion - as humanity enjoyed the benefits

of a technologically advanced medical system.

The average person would slowly become intimately merged with machines - giving rise to a never-before

seen style of living.

And that's when the bubble burst - and we get to the end of the line - 2050.

Game over, sadly.

But - for the sake of brevity, let's say that this is - in actual fact, the point where

the defining era of our species would begin.

By 2050 - humanity would be at a crossroads - a world of contrasts and paradoxes.

On the one hand - the runaway train of science and technology would continue to advance into

a brave new world - giving near immediate solutions to emerging crises and challenges.

On the other hand - that same technology would be the reason that the world was so frightening,

unpredictable and chaotic than ever before.

Humanity would stand at the precipice of two paths - a choice that would determine our

future for centuries to come.

Survival, or destruction - prosperity - or collapse.

Let's say that the world didn't end in 2050 - and we chose the path of mutual survival

and prosperity.

As we put aside our differences - and the latter half of the 21st century came to a

close - our species would step into an emerging era of post-scarcity and resource based economies.

We would witness the rapid growth of transhumanism - an entirely new version of the human being.

Our purpose in this solar system - would be to explore it, with a wealth of technologies

and resources at our disposal.

Major developments in space travel would mark the defining purpose of our place in the universe

- as finally, the answer to that one big question would get closer than ever before.

Well - in that case then - let's sincerely hope that the world doesn't end in 2050.

Unfortunately folks, that's all we've got time for in today's video - cheers for

sticking around all the way to the end.

If you enjoyed this video - please, make sure to hit that subscribe bell - and share it

on with your nearest and dearest.

If you'd like to continue with your questioning binge - feel free to hit that playlist floating

shortly above.

As always, I've been your host Jack Finch - you've been watching Life's Biggest

Questions - and until next time, you take it easy.
