Youtube daily is the new Nov 28 2018

Y-Games is the biggest esport event in Slovakia.

Next to games and technologies available to try, cosplayers and YouTubers, there is an esports tournament "Slovakia Championship"

Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Hearthstone and PUBG are the games being played in there.

The event took place between 5th and 7th October in Bratislava, let's look at how it went.

eXtatus fought in 2 games at the event.

PUBG and CSGO.

We woke up at 7AM, got here at 8AM, got our computers ready.

The first few matches were easier, but now it's time for the harder duels, especially our last groups match against Majestic Lions, ex-eXtatus lineup.

We don't let the pressure get into our heads, we are a new team, it's something else.

The achievements in this organisation won't be easy to match, but we want to show that we are up to the challenge, although it will take time.

The team has a nice chemistry, players get along and I think we are good enough to show a great result in here.

I think our first game was good, we were afraid we are not going to be warmed up in the first game.

We finished second, right behind Alza.

The second game we had a battle with Alza once again, this time we came out on top and won.

Now we just finished our third game, where we finished to clinch second place once again.

The last Erangel is in front of us, and then comes Miramar.

We hope we can get a good result on the last Erangel, because we know we are not that solid on Miramar, as we can't rotate in there, it's not good.

We are a little worried Miramar could bite us.

We created the team at the start of May, so it's now been around 4,5 months, maybe even more.

We play together for quite some time, so the teamplay is there, although we didn't take it as seriously before, which has now, with ROG.eXtatus coming in, changed.

We are trying to make us look good now.

How do you think eXtatus will finish at Y-Games?

I hope we can win, it will be a battle between us and Alza, although Alza did play pretty poorly the last game, they finished like 8th or 10th.

We do keep consistent results so far, either first or second, so I hope we can win this thing.

Hey guys, my name is Sank1 and I'm here with our CSGO coach, Dodi.

We are at Y-Games in Bratislava and I'm going to ask you a few questions.

I'd like to ask how is the place, do you like it here, you are here for the second time now.

There is a little less space than before, less comfortable, but we can find each other in here.

Could you tell us all the good and bad things from the groups stage, how was it from your point of view?

We had 3 mix teams in our group, accompanying Majestic Lions, the favourite to win the whole thing.

The first 3 matches were okay from our side, we played well except for one little struggle, but in the end it was all under control, good.

The last match against Majestic Lions was, however, a different story, they showed us that they can play, we didn't win some close rounds and lost really bad, 16-3.

The first three games were really good for us, we were first with a big lead, with 2 second places and 1 win.

In the fourth game, we ended 8th, a pretty average result.

The fifth game was horrible for us, as the zone never went well for us, we only managed 14th.

The first day ends with us in the first place and 150 points lead, we will see tomorrow.

First day of Y-Games went really great for our PUBG team.

However, the same cannot be said about our CSGO team with still something to learn, as they got demoted to losers bracket during the first day.

Another 5 games in front of us, and so is the final day of the tournament.

We want to get that first place that we have with just a little lead.

Hopefully those 4 Erangels will hold us there and Miramar that we are about to play is going to go well.

Alza will be our biggest opponent right in front of us, accompanied by iG.

Our CSGO team also played, but they finished early as they were knocked out of the tournament by eEriness.

ROG.eXtatus finished 9th-12th in the CSGO tournament.

How did the PUBG team do?

We've got 4 Erangels behind us with us winning the last one, before that game we were placing average.

Unfortunately, the first 3 games weren't so great, but the last one saved it, 13 kills.

Miramar is ahead, we are 100 points behind Alza, with the 3rd place behind us by 500 points.

The last game will decide, we will see.

Was there any really good highlight, something that went perfect for you?

Not really perfect, but it was funny when Pablitos fell into a compound and lied on the toilet for like 4 minutes.

Elwzoy, Pablitos, Wany and Arsho clinched second place, right behind Alza.

I think this kind of result at Slovakian Championship is really good, and it was obviously a great choice to pick up these guys, as PUBG is still an unknown to us.

These guys have potential, we will see how it pans out at Czech Championship.

Our CSGO team didn't have as good of a time, but the chemistry really is there.

They really want to improve and get the result, so we will see how they will perform at Czech Championship, where we are known as champions for past couple of years.

If I had to summar up the event, I'd recommend for people to go visit it both as a player and a fan.

Players can have a great time, play against each other, but mainly, see each other in real life.

The event is fun, and that's really what it's about.

Like the Honda Pilot but Don't Need 3 Rows? Check Out the New Honda Passport | First Look | Edmunds - Duration: 3:07.

DAN EDMUNDS: Did you ever think the Honda CRV was just

a bit too small, or the Honda Pilot was a bit too large?

You might be a candidate for the new Honda Passport.

This is the 2019 Honda Passport.

We haven't seen the Passport since 2002,

when it last appeared as a body on frame SUV,

not unlike a 4Runnver.

Now, it's a crossover SUV that seats five people, two rows.

So it's like a CRV, but bigger and more powerful

and with a better all wheel drive system.

That's because it's based on the Honda Pilot, which

is a three row SUV.

But with the third row gone, it can be six inches shorter.

The Passport and the Pilot ride on the same platform

with 111 inch wheelbase and the same track width.

But the Passport stands an inch taller,

which you can see right here and underneath if you

look at the ground clearance, which is an inch greater

than the Pilot.

So this is a more adventurous version

of that vehicle, smaller with more compact dimensions,

but it's got the same interior, the same great layout,

the same interior roominess that you'd see in a Pilot.

The thing I like about the shorter length, which

is all behind the rear axle, is that it's

going to be a benefit for those who would go off road

and those who would tow.

Off road, you might drag the rear bumper through a gully.

But towing, it might be a driveway.

So either way, the shorter rear overhang

is a real benefit to the Passport.

Sitting in the Passport, you could

swear you were in a Honda Pilot, except it

has a lot more sporty vibe.

There's perforated leather here.

The seat perforations look different.

The headliner is black.

And overall, the whole interior just looks a little tougher,

even though all the surfaces are much the same

as you would see in a Pilot.

The main difference between the Passport and Pilot,

at least on the inside, is there isn't a third row.

This is a two row vehicle that seats five people.

But it's got the same headroom and leg room,

the same adjustable rear seat.

It's really nice.

It's available in sport, EXL, touring, and elite trim levels.

The top three of those come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The Passport can tow up to 5,000 pounds

with the optional tow package, which includes a trailer

hitch, extra cooling, and a seven pin wiring harness that

will support electronic brakes.

You have to add your own electronic brake controller,

but it is pre-wired to make that easy.

The 2019 Honda Passport is a midsize SUV

for those who think the Honda CRV is just a little

too small and underpowered.

It's got the engine and interior space of a Honda Pilot,

but in a smaller package that's more well suited to those

with an active lifestyle.

Make progress towards the new strategic position, measurable progress towards vision and purpose. - Duration: 2:27.

Hi there. In Brisbane today and had a pretty big week in Canberra at the

beginning the week and then in Sydney in workshops and with teams talking about

evidence-based leadership and measurement. And really what it is that is the

essence of organisations and potentially the role of CEOs. So I want to share two

conversations that occurred that really stuck with me for the week and what

I've reflected on about that time. The first one is talking with a couple of

board members around 'what is it that CEOs are actually accountable for'.

These board members were saying you know we're going to try and get away from

these KPIs that are sort of monthly or quarterly KPIs for CEOs. My view

was that well you know the CEO really, and the executive team, are really about

change and the strategy for the organisation. In terms of what it is they

are trying to achieve over the long term. Normally, two to three years out. And

therefore it's about defining that journey and defining that place where

they need to get to in that new strategic position, and then tracking the

journey on the way through. Rather than these short-term KPIs and financial

outcomes which tend to focus executive teams and CEOs on short-term outcomes

rather than the longer-term outcomes of the new strategic outcome that they're

trying to get to. The new strategic position for the organisation. Which

could be transformation it could be anything. And the second (conversation) one was working

with a medium-sized business in Sydney and there was a massive debate in the

firm about what the really was the end outcome that the business is about.

Was about was it all about profit. And the overall theme came through that, you know,

yes, it has to be a profitable business but unless the organisation is

delivering on its purpose; that its delivering value for its customers, then

it doesn't really matter it has to be both. It can't just be about the dollar.

Otherwise the decisions that they'll make on the way through will completely

change. They really have to be about delivering

value for their customers and helping their customers to achieve the purpose

and the mission of the organisation. Anyway,

I'm just about to wrap up a White-paper on the eight key steps that an

organisation needs to take to become a high-performance organisation. If you'd

like to get a copy of that or learn more about evidence based leadership, drop me

a message. Otherwise I hope this has been of value and thanks for watching.

Twenty-four dead whales on Victorian beach | The New Daily - Duration: 3:10.

A humpback whale and 23 pilot whales are dead after stranding themselves on a remote beach in a Victorian national park

Four more pilot whales were clinging to life on Tuesday evening, according to authorities

A member of the public reported the beaching at Croajingolong National Park in East Gippsland to the Department of Environment Land Water and Planning about 4pm on Tuesday afternoon

"There's suggestions the humpback whale might be from a different event, that's the suggestion from the people on the site yesterday

" Incident Controller Michael Turner told 3AW on Wednesday. "The humpback is dead and of the 27 pilot whales, four are still alive but they were in very poor condition when our people left the site last night

"They don't hold much hope for them overnight, so I guess this morning we'll fly the vet in and a couple of specialists and we'll do an assessment on those four remaining pilot whales

" Mr Turner said the whales would probably be euthanised if their condition had not improved

The beach is "very remote" and most of the access is by walking track, with crews flying in by helicopter, Mr Turner said

"We don't want people in there, we've got some work to do there today and obviously it could be quite a dangerous area as well, we have put a media release out around that there could be sharks in the area as well, it's probably a great spot to stay away from," Mr Turner said

The whales' carcasses could be just left on the beach to be dragged out by the tide, with the beach closed, Mr Turner said

More than 140 pilot whales died in New Zealand after standing themselves on a beach in the country's far south on Saturday night

Another exciting Formula 1 season concluded with on Sunday with the the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.  won the race having already claimed the Drivers' Championship in Mexico last month, becoming only the third driver in history to win five world titles.

"In Formula 1 there is always one winning and all the others are not winning," said Alonso. "Only one is happy here which is Lewis Hamilton this year. "To finish second, seventh, 12th, it's the same. I won two championships, 97 podiums and I have mates here with a lot of talent like Nico Hulkenberg, zero podiums.

"Sebastian [Vettel] a lot of years now not winning. [Max] Verstappen, a great talent, zero titles. [Daniel] Ricciardo, a great talent, zero titles. "They are all unlucky? Probably, but this is the way it is in sport and Formula 1.
