Youtube daily here Nov 1 2018

ShotKam is a family owned business that started in 2010 in my garage.

It was a conceptual idea on how to show my son why he was missing a target.

My name is Zander and here is the first camera that my dad built me out of PVC pipe.

I was only 10 at the time and loved hunting.

To get ready for early teal season here in Florida, he took me out to the skeet range.

I remember testing the first prototype that year, and we still have the very first videos.

Here is the second prototype and for comparison, this is the size of the ShotKam now.

In 2012, we sold our first ShotKam.

My goal at the time was to sell one ShotKam a day,

however, the customer feedback was

better than I could have dreamed.

It turned out I wasn't the only one who wanted to both personally improve my shooting,

but, more importantly, teach the next generation how to shoot.

My name is Emily, and I am the C.O.O. of ShotKam.

My vision for the company has always been

to make a sleek and innovative product like Apple,

to make a product so good that people talk about it, like Tesla,

and have the customer service of Chick-fil-A.

I think it is every man's dream

to have a company carried on by his family.

We now have many more hands, but we always want to keep that small business feel.

Each camera is built in tested right here, then boxed in a way that we hope makes our

customers feel appreciated and valued.

To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you.

Cardi B Is TRASH... Here's Why! - Duration: 7:39.

What's poppin yall; Cardi B is the biggest female rapper of 2018 when it comes to the

numbers and having the people on your side.

I witnessed the initial growth from her being a stripper that uploaded that one a hoe never

gets cold video that got her viral as a meme but then just saw the big spikes after that

since I wasn't following her closely, and why should I.

She's been very fortunate and a lot of her success can be credited to her but in music,

not so much.

Before we get into it; please click the like but more importantly subscribe and hit the

notification bell so you never miss a video.

Also follow me on instagram its on screen, I do first reaction mini album reviews as

well as content too short to make it onto the YouTube channel.

Let me start this off by saying Cardi B's music from what I've heard is garbage and

she has no musical talent whatsoever.

She never even made music until after the fame and was just a whoring prostitute, and

don't come in my comments telling me she was a stripper like that's any different.

Strippers are prostitutes, they just advertise their services legally.

It was what initially got her a lot of attention though; all the worthless whores on twitter

and IG were flocking to her page and enjoyed watching her videos and then it just brought

in more and more people.

Nobody ever really respected her; she wasn't the person you laughed with but the person

you point and laugh at saying "I love that girl" when in reality these people wouldn't

come anywhere near females that are actually like her in real life.

But while she was ratchet she had a certain charm, for lack of a better word.

She was really nice and had a bubbly personality, probably from all her time prostituting, she

broke that stereotype to suburban people that ratchet hoes are usually really mean and angry

all the time.

She was friendly and sharing stories that most of the females watching definitely could

not relate to but it was enjoyable for them to watch since they love all that drama and

of course that leads to her being put on a reality tv show full of drama Love and Hip

Hop.

Cardi B has been making music since 2015 and I promise you nobody gave a damn about it

for 2 whole years; most people had no idea she even made music and these were people

that followed her.

She had two mixtapes Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 and 2 that got no traction and it wasn't

until Atlantic Records signed her that we would see her go from an absolute nobody in

rap music, to some might argue the biggest rapper during the period that Bodak Yellow

was poppin off.

This play by Atlantic should show us how powerful a label can be if they are truly invested

in an artist's career and how they can make someone who nobody even looked to for music

into a superstar.

Bodak Yellow and almost all of Cardi B's music are neither written nor produced by

her, they are just handed to her by the label and she goes in there and performs them.

In all likelihood she gets reference tracks as well so she just repeats the flow like

a step-by-step guide and she's been known to just take the most popular flows from rappers

like Kodak Black and Meek Mill.

However, she had a unique advantage in that she was already hugely popular and loved online,

being a female rapper was an added bonus because the competition is scarce there was just Nicki

Minaj who wasn't releasing music.

Her looks had nothing to do with her success; both her assets were through operation and

she has a horse face, even with all the makeup she is just painfully average, so she couldn't

match up to Nicki Minaj in that department, but like I said before she was likable.

Atlantic really put a big bankroll because they were promoting this song on every single

outlet possible; it was constantly being played on the radio, we were seeing Cardi B in places

we hadn't ever seen her before like performing on Mayweather vs Mcgregor, and then getting

big features like her spot on No Limit and Motorsport.

It was initially manufactured hype by the label, the song didn't grow organically

and turn into a hit like white iverson or trap queen, it was pushed everywhere and once

regular people start hearing something all the time they think that it must be popular

so she continued to grow.

Publicity stunts like her being put in a relationship with Offset, the cheating incident, and the

marriage is all a part of the plan she is a part of QC.

That doesn't mean I don't think they really care about each other because maybe they do,

I don't really care either way, the point is that the relationship is a mutually beneficial

one and just because it started from a business side doesn't mean it couldn't become more

than that.

Lil Xan even admitted as much with his relationship with Noah Cyrus, those two weirdos were put

together by Columbia records.

So Atlantic records is responsible for Cardi B's entire musical success but it wouldn't

have been possible if Cardi B's unique personality wasn't appealing in the first place.

It's not her music that sells, there are plenty of female artists that make much better

music and aren't nearly as popular.

Cardi B is more a celebrity and socialite than she is a rapper, similar to how they

take disney or nickelodeon stars such as Ariana Grande and turn them into pop stars.

What is unfortunate though is how people have the nerve to compare her to Nicki Minaj.

I don't like Nicki Minaj music; she's had some good verses here and there and I

liked her on Tha Carter V and her verse on Lil Uzi's the way life goes remix.

Nicki Minaj from the jump was a rapper; sure she sold her body aggressively and used sexual

marketing to get most of the attention but she IS talented.

As far as we know she writes all of her raps and there has never been proof to say otherwise

besides some claims made by a jealous ex-boyfriend trying to further his non-existent career.

Cardi B did good in the public by making herself seem like the victim and Nicki Minaj bitter

and angry which is also true but it's not totally invalid.

There's this standard everyone has when they come at Drake and that's him using

writers for only one album that we're aware of but they're disqualifying his whole career

because of it and saying he can't be compared to other rappers and fair enough but they

don't keep that same energy when it comes to Cardi B and Nicki Minaj.

Cardi B isn't even in the same realm; we KNOW she doesn't write anything and has

reference tracks, all of her music before bodak yellow was trash and even her fans can

attest to that.

She was a reality tv star that just turned into a rapper thanks largely in part to Atlantic,

it's a totally unfair comparison and I'd be pissed if people were saying someone who

has no musical talent is better than me when I write all my own stuff and have a huge input

into what goes on my albums and doesn't.

Nicki Minaj didn't stumble into music by accident; this and acting were her main goals

from the jump and she accomplished both But lemme know what yall think in the comments,

should nicki minaj even be in the same conversation as Cardi B, like and subscribe and hit the

notification bell if you enjoyed, thank you for watching, peace!

Here's the Thing... About Family Connections - Duration: 5:33.

So what happens when a campus connects with the community to improve

social emotional learning, or SEL, with their students? Here at Liberty

Elementary staff began strategizing on ways for parents to actually bring those

ideas to their home. Why don't we go in and take a look and see what this thing

that's called Family Fun Calendar is all about.

I have heard a little bit about this thing called a family fun calendar so

why don't you tell me what that is and how it came about.

Okay a couple of years ago at Liberty us teachers started doing some research

about implementing strategies to help with our social emotional learning and

we got this fabulous red book called Morning Meetings and so the morning

meetings are helping them with their communication skills. They have been

learning about making eye contact, being good listeners, and I've seen it really

build their confidence. "One two three four, come on Grant, hit the floor."

"We're so glad you're here today. Hooray, hooray, hooray!"

And then that was kind of the springboard. I started thinking about how

can we implement these strategies at home and help them work on their social

emotional learning at home and so... tada! The magic calendar. The calendar! This is our

calendar for October. So there are activities that the families can do

together. They can get out, they get out of the house, they can stay in the

house, they can cook together and they can do kindness activities together. They

also work on our character trait of the month so for October our character trait

is courage. So there are discussion topics, they can watch a movie about a

character that's shown courage and then this month there are Red Ribbon Week

activities that the families can participate in. So tell me tell me what

those trees have to do with the connection to our student

social emotional learning at Liberty. Everybody that

turns a calendar in gets their name hanging from the ceilings so this month

is apples so everybody's family names that participated are up there and then

they also had the option to send in a family picture and then those go up on

the trees and those will change every month too. So how have you seen the

students behavior change or their academics change because of everything

that you're doing with social emotional learning?

Oh my goodness. Their confidence has raised, they're making eye contact even

when I'm walking in the hall if it's not my kids I can tell that they're looking

in my eyes and they speak to me, they answer me, they respond, and I love the

idea of their family working on that at home... those traits, because they

are seeing their parents and their siblings doing acts of kindness and

talking about having courage or being a good citizen so I think that that's

really helping them too. That's awesome.

From a parent's perspective what's your opinion

about how things have worked here when they're focusing on the

social emotional learning piece for the students. Absolutely. I felt like that

adding the family calendar into our routines at home has really helped us to

be more intentional with some of the things that you don't always think of as

a parent. Sure. You know we all want to do the best things for our kids and we're

busy running from here to there but we don't always come up with these ideas so

it gives me kind of a launching pad. So it serves as a good reminder for parents

when lives are busy, everybody's going a hundred miles an hour. Yeah. Take time and

focus on that one or two things every night. That's great.

Talk to me about morning meetings and what does that do for you at school? Morning Meeting

at school is a time where you can get to get together with with friends and do

some fun activities. Really? What else?

So you can... there's activities, greetings and then sharing which on the sharing

in our class we write on a sticky note like today was adjectives – write three

adjectives about yourself and some adjectives some people did was

smart, nice, kind, helping, loving. That's awesome. You remember a lot. So can you

tell me a little bit about this thing I'm hearing about – it's called the Family

Fun Calendar. The Family Fun Calendar is a thing where you and your family can get

together to do some fun activities. And some activities on there were make

dinner together as a family, technology free night which is where

like no TV or anything. So what did you do if you didn't have any technology?

What did you do all night? We talked to one another. You talked to people without technology?

How about that? Had conversations?

So here's the thing... when campuses connect

with their families they find creative ways to reinforce social emotional

learning. As a result our students reap the benefits both in the classroom and

at home. Have a great day!

Here's the Reason Why Some Millennials Won't Be Voting This Midterm - Duration: 5:04.

Despite a huge campaign from liberals to get young people to vote this November, some millennials

have decided not to cast their ballots.

An incredible effort on social media, TV, and other outlets tried to get young adults

to be a deciding factor in the future of our country.

Here are the groundbreaking reasons young people ages 18-29 may not be partaking in

this "historic" election.

Full disclosure, I'm 34.

Technically, that makes me a millennial (or Gen Xer, who really knows anymore).

But unlike many of the younger members of my generation, I vote.

In fact, I already voted in this midterm.

It's up to every patriot to get out and support their candidates this midterm season.

Democrats are pulling out all the stops to take over the government.

They are predicting a "blue wave" that will cripple President Trump's MAGA agenda.

The Democratic Party's platform has never been more toxic.

If Democrats win governor seats and seats in Congress, expect more government-funded

social programs, higher taxes, a weak economy, and fewer jobs.

Much is on the line, especially at the state level.

Even though this election is crucial, there are many in this country that simply won't

vote.

Only around half of all eligible voters spend the small amount of time required to cast

their ballot.

Which makes the votes that are cast even more important.

Democrats know this, so they're pulling out all the stops to bamboozling millennials

into supporting liberals.

Comedy site "Funny Or Die" has been running a campaign since early this year, called "Glam

Up The Midterms," in the hopes of attracting LGBT millennials.

Bandcamp, a music-sharing site, has a call to get young people to vote.

Social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram bombarded users with ads to get

them to register.

Late Night hosts, TV shows, and celebrities are pleading with their millennial fans to

vote.

Taylor Swift all but torched her reputation when she threw a GOP candidate under the bus

to back a Democrat.

But has all this work to get millennials to vote paid off?

Nope!

Turns out, millennials have zero interest in getting involved this midterm season.

In fact, fewer will vote this year than they did in 2016.

The reasons?

Well, they'll simply shock you.

More than half of American adults plan to cast ballots in November, but only a third

of people ages 18 to 29 say they will.

Here, 12 young adults on why they probably won't vote.

Samantha | Age 22…

"2016 was such a disillusioning experience…

Watching the results come in, it was just disheartening.

My faith in the whole system was crushed pretty quickly…"

Tim | Age 27…

"I hate mailing stuff; it gives me anxiety…"

Megan | Age 29…

"I don't own a printer or stamps anyway…"

Anna | Age 21…

"Honestly, if someone had the forms printed for me and was willing to deal with the post

office, I'd be much more inclined to vote…"

[Source: New York Magazine]

Uh, yeah, it goes on from there.

Looks like most millennials aren't voting — not because they don't care about our

country — but because they are too lazy to buy stamps or go to the post office.

Others claimed that the 2016 election crushed their spirits.

They were so disappointed that Hillary Clinton lost that they refuse to vote ever again.

Sounds a lot like the spoiled child who refuses to get back on the bike, because she fell

off it the first time.

I guess millennials never realized that every election has an impact.

They tried it once, it didn't work out, so they're giving up.

Other people who were questioned seem to be completely ignorant of the issues.

Despite being high school and (in some cases) college graduates, they don't have the wherewithal

to investigate candidates and form their own opinions.

This is a bleak situation for anyone hoping that millennials will make the difference.

For years, millennials have been bashed for their selfishness, immaturity, and sense of

entitlement.

This is a generation that has been given safe spaces and trigger warnings to shield them

from real life.

When you see Antifa rioters or unhinged liberal protestors pounding the doors of the Supreme

Court — most of them are millennials.

That has resulted in a group that's too apathetic to do anything that actually makes

a difference.

Sadly, it is a weak and spoiled generation that can't be bothered.

(When I went to vote, I was the youngest person there.

The median age of the people around me was 55).

If Democrats were hoping millennials would propel them back into office, they are in

for a rude awakening.
