Pakistanis can earn 1% more on national savings schemes as rates go up - Duration: 1:43.

A notification, shows the profit rate for savings account has gone up by 1% and investors

will now get a return of 7% on these certificates with effect from November 1.

This means that if you invest Rs100,000 in a savings account, you will get an annual

return of Rs7,000 under the new rates.

The rates of short-term saving certificates have also gone up by nearly 1%.

Three-month certificates will now offer a return of 8.28% while the six-month and 12-month

certificates will offer a profit of  8.38% and 8.48%, respectively.

Similarly, rates for the Behbood Savings Certificates, Pensioner Benefit Accounts, and Shuhada Family

Welfare Accounts have been raised to 11.88%, up by 0.96%.

Defense savings schemes will offer a 10.03% return following an increase of 0.98%.

With more than seven million investors, National Savings is the largest investment and financial

institution in Pakistan with over Rs3.4 trillion in its kitty.

People can invest in its products through its 376 branches across Pakistan.

It is a department attached to the finance ministry that promotes a culture of savings

by mobilizing national savings.

The channel was first used during the World Wars I and II by the British Government to

raise funds for war-related expenses.

Besides promoting financial savings in the economy, it generates funds for the government

to finance a budgetary deficit (loss) and infrastructure (schools, hospitals, roads,

bridges and dams etc.).

out of the hotel and then I went to go to the train it was fine, but I didn't know where I was going

so my pathetic attempt at German got me to the train and then I almost got off at the wrong station

but then I asked somebody and they're like, yeah. No, you don't speak German

Let me talk to you in English, and then they helped me

So thank you random stranger with a guitar

but then from the train station, I'm supposed to take like the subway thing and it's supposed to be

Really easy and no problem. So I'm walking to get over there and I find two lost Americans

Okay, I'm sorry, but everybody knows when you're American and you're lost myself included

I'm one of y'all, I get it, but they're just like oh my god. What do I do?

Like now we need to find a police officer or somebody who can speak English

So I just walked up and I said, what do you need. They're like we need the train station?

No problem, cause I had just come from there, go up these stairs. It's right there there signs, you're fine

Then this American got lost. Okay, because I went to the station and it doesn't make any sense and I was really confused

So I asked a woman in German if she spoke English

And I feel really bad because I used the informal and I should have used the formal with her and she was kind of taken

aback, and I feel really terrible and then

She was like, yeah, I speak a little bit and I was like airport help me

So, get there, I could not figure out where you buy a little ticket. So sorry German

little subway thing. I didn't buy your ticket the first time, I just rode on your little subway

But you didn't check and you also didn't check on the train

So at least I was honest there

Then the whole thing was delayed for some reason it was running late and then we kept stopping at stops for a prolonged period of time

And by the time I got to the airport, my flight was boarding

so I get into the airport, I go to security, I go to check in because I pre-checked because I'm not an idiot and

I didn't have any

luggage to check on the plane. So I was fine

So I go and as I'm getting through security, they're announcing the final boarding call

already for my flight

So Amanda huffs it. I start running. There are people cheering me on in German in the airport

But I made it, so I make it, get on the flight. Take the flight in, come back

Now I gotta figure out where the hell the water taxi is to get to Venice cause by the way, I'm in Venice

Now the thing with the ferry is I thought you could just get a two day pass

Well, the two day pass is good for everything except the trip to and from the airport. So

I get here I check into the hotel and it's like 10 o'clock at night

just set out trying to find places to eat cause there's a place that said it closed at 10:30. And I was like perfect

It's a vegan place. I can eat there. No problem, walk over there, closed

They're in the process of closing. So talk to the owner and he's like closing

Ok then, so I just start walking down the street and the only things are open

are bars

Well, the company will pay for my dinner, the company won't pay for me to go get drunk, and I need food

walking, walking, walking, walking, walking

then I come to a restaurant than they look

It looks kind of open there's a couple people still finishing off their drinks and I meet my new favorite person of all time

Okay, because this waiter there was like well, there's nothing

and I was like is there any way I can get something just to go

I'm so hungry. He's like

Hang on let me check. So he checks in the kitchen like the kitchen's closed so they can't cook anything

But I can get you a salad

I'm like I'll eat a salad

So he goes he's like anything to drink

I was like a glass of wine, any red wine you recommend, just a glass of

So he goes he brings me glass wine, a big one. He filled a big one. He knew I needed a big one

and then a bunch of bread and then I scarfed down the three pieces of bread and then he was like

and he's like you have like 20 minutes to eat this. No problem, I'm American. I've got this

Alright, so I'm back in Germany week two I spent the entire weekend in Italy and it was

amazing. It was all in Venice and then the surrounding islands. I wasn't able to get all of it done because I was there literally like

just a little bit those, I didn't get enough time to do Burano, but that's okay because

lace does not really thrill me and I got a lot of really good food and

It was just it was great. I mean the hotel was from another era

I don't know what that hotel was

but it's fine, it's fine. I had a great coffee. I had a lot of coffee

I had amazing wine and my tip for you. If you ever go to Italy don't order your own wine

Just tell the waitstaff

what kind of wine you want and

ask for their recommendation, go with their recommendation. Trust me

It's not steered me wrong at all and they've been cheap and they've been better than anything in the US

Just tell them what kind you want and they bring it to you and then you just enjoy your time

So, you know, it takes 45 minutes after you eat to get the check. Oh, well, enjoy your glass of wine

And I've wanted to go to Venice my entire life and I was afraid that

oh I wanna go over here, I know exactly how to get there. I don't know how but Venice makes sense to my crazy brain

you know at least have a timeshare over in like Lido and then

But now we're back to the real world kind of it's not the real world

It's like working 10-hour days in a country

that is too beautiful to exist where I don't understand the language and I was speaking Italian in Italy

well enough that I was getting people speaking in slow Italian to me with an occasional English word in some transactions

but slow Italian to me as opposed to just straight-out English that they were talking to some other people

So I feel pretty damn impressed about that. I clearly couldn't deal with full speed Italian, but slow Italian

You know, that's pretty good

because I've only been focused on learning my German which now has so much Italian in it forget it

It's not really great to begin with and duolingo is really mad at me because I have not gone on to my app

in a while because 10 hour days

and yeah, tired and a lot of work but

and so yes this increase is potentially indication in my previous we had talked

about why I think institutional money could be buying xrp and this is positive

thing and why does the price of X open it to go higher it is because when

Bitcoin sold for $1 you couldn't really use them to buy or sell a house you can

now bigger transactions require bigger value the higher price of X R P the

larger payments ripple can target again this is quite an important thought

important understanding important logic because if there's the bigger

transaction require bigger value of rip X up is small ripple will struggle to

target the big big payments that they want to talk if they want to compete

again dare I say with Swift one day and I'm not talking I'm not saying they will

start competing with them but if they ever prove that they can deliver the

technology they can do it in a cheaper faster way just one thing guys if you

you can dollar cost average but if you're a trader you want to see a

breakout and one key level I'm looking at is this this kind of this level if it

I'm hoping they can hold this level then keep going higher because this is a key

level there's a lot of confidence on this level so I'm hoping it can hold

this level is Fibonacci previous resistance line so it needs to hold this

level is moving at breeches here as well so X up is growing year in year out one

thing this doesn't talk about is the users of x RP talks about x RP sells x

RP users are going up as well so things are looking positive and one thing guys

just follow gon twitter guys cuz it follow myself follow follow these guys

from x RP they provide good content although he doesn't probably like

Bitcoin as much I'm big I like Bitcoin an X I'll be you don't have to like one

keep going higher but there is a potential if Bitcoin and cryptocurrency

market breaks down and get x RP can't hold this levels it can break down

another option is unlikely option is even though the market is down X up he

goes up Eve x RP can it ripple can deliver some great great news of x RP

adoption and use use cases then even the market goes down we can see some upward

movement for x RP but that is very very unlikely I wouldn't think that will

happen because money usually flows into cryptocurrency through Bitcoin and so

that's what that's the longer-term view shorter term you could try and trade x

RP but I'm not trying to trade x RP short-term because it's very tropical

I've got experience in trading and even I'll struggle to trade this market so be

careful if you're trading short-term but long-term wait for the breakout before

So I want to talk

about going all in.

A couple of months

ago, started working

with a consultant.

We decided-- kind

of concepted this project,

this thing that I want

to do,

laying out the vision,

laying out the strategy.

And you know, a lot

of people--

and this was me at one

point, so I guess I know

of what I speak.

You have these ideas.

And you're like, well,

I want to-- let me test

the water.

Let me get proof

of concept.

And I get that.

You know, you're scared.

Here's the irony

of that approach,

is that a lot of times

the thing

that draws people

to a project,

or the thing that creates

inertia and momentum

in a project when it's

first getting off

the ground, is you.

So the idea of, well, let

me dip my toe

in the water.

Let me see if this is

going to work.

Let me give it

a real half-assed,

moderate approach.

And then if everybody

tells me that it's

amazing, and if everybody

wants to give me

their money,

and if everybody makes me

feel like a king,

then I'll commit to it.

Well, when you do that,

you undermine whatever it

is.

You undermine

its very potentiality

to actually get traction.

Because when you're

starting something, when

you're trying to build

something from nothing

as an entrepreneur,

you're trying to create,

initially, what's going

to draw people

to a project

is going to be

your commitment,

your enthusiasm,

your passion, your belief.

And so waiting to see

if they respond before you

decide that you're all in,

you're not actually giving

anybody something

to actually respond to.

So in the spirit of that,

in the spirit of truly

putting our money where

our mouth is, you know,

we decided, hey, let's

take some pictures.

And let's shoot.

Let's create some content.

And so we actually flew

out to LA.

And my wife and I do a lot

of stuff together,

so she's involved

in the project too.

You can actually see her.

Hold on.

We're going to get her

in the shot.

There we go.

So my wife is actually

back there getting

photographed for part

of this.

I've been getting

photographed all day.

We rented out the studio.

We've got a whole team

here.

We've got photographers.

We've got lighting.

We've got production.

We've got wardrobe.

I've got my consultant

here.

I've got my brand

architect.

This is called going

all in.

This is not pussyfooting

around.

Here's our outfits.

This is not pussyfooting

around.

This is not saying, well,

let me see if people like

what I'm doing.

And then, if they like

what I'm doing, then I'll

commit.

Then I'll inject

my passion.

Then I'll infuse my heart

and soul.

And then I'll really be

behind something.

Because ultimately, what

you're saying is,

I'm insecure.

And so I'm not really

going to put myself out

there until I know people

like me.

That's basically what it

is.

This is like, when it

comes to launching

a business

or launching

a creative idea,

we're basically all,

I don't know, 15 years old

walking into high school

going, do people like me?

And then we're saying,

well, if they like me,

then I'll act

like the popular kid.

But remember

in high school, the kid

that just showed up.

And he just had

this ambience of like,

I don't care.

And that was actually

the kid that everybody

liked and everybody wanted

to sit with at lunch,

like the guy that seemed

to float when he walked.

That's the one

that everybody wants to be

around.

And you've got to be that

in your own business.

If you can't be

the cool kid

in your own life,

if you can't be the one

that isn't waiting

for other people

to tell you that you're

good enough,

and other people to tell

you that you're popular,

and other people to tell

you that your idea is

a good idea,

and that it's going

to work,

and that it's worth

investing in,

if you can't be the person

that brings certainty

to your own business

or your own project, then

what on this earth

are you really expecting

to happen

from other people?

What are you expecting

other people to do

in response to you that's

going to make you feel

more certain about you

than you already feel

about yourself?

OK, I'm calling you out.

I'm encouraging you.

Go all in.

You may not have

the resources to go down

to LA

and put

this whole production

thing together.

Whatever your thing is,

my guess is you have more

than what you're giving

it.

And if you want people

to buy into you,

you have to show them

that you are already

bought into yourself.

Fact.

That's not going

to change.

It's not to change if you

wait.

You're not going to wait

this one out.

This is going to be how it

is today, and tomorrow,

and in a year,

and in a decade,

and the day you die.

This reality never will

have changed.

And if you haven't made it

happen and shown the world

that your it,

your creation,

your business, your love,

your passion,

your heart, whatever it

is, that it deserves

to exist in the world,

if you haven't lead

by example

on being

passionate about what you

offer, you will die

unfulfilled.

Because nobody's going

to bring

that to your life.

You have to bring it.

And then other people will

follow.

Anyway I'm encouraging you

to be bold.

And go take some action.

Let's go to the Halloween haunted castle with Gekko. Get ready to be scared

Here's the haunted castle there's the door to go inside there's a tower with a knight and there's even a flag of a dragon

Where's the troll who's inside the Castle So cool?

There's even a harpoon on the tower that can use fire and there's a super cool tower for the Knights to go on

And this is a secret door that you can go inside the castle

There's so many parts to build this awesome castle. There's knights and horses

It's super duper cool. Let's build the haunted castle together boys and girls here

Well, there's so many parts

Let's build this castle, this is super cool Wow, I'll start with this

Here is the wall of the castle. There's a window and this is a door, but where's the door? It's in here

Let's open up this bag with snippety-snip time

Here is the door. It's brown, but there's a big hole. We need to put up a fence. Let's put this fence inside

Let's put the door on the castle

Now we can close the door

Awesome, super fun. Now. Let's build the other walls around the castle

Here are some castle walls. They go outside and they're made of bricks. So cool

Now let's put this piece right here

And we have one more

Good job boys and girls now let's put on the floor to the castle taller this floor goes on the very top

It's made of stone and there's a secret little hole that's gonna be a special door

We have in the first floor, let's put on the second floor

Here's the second floor that goes right here. It's made of wood. That's brown and there's a lever here

Well, there's a door that opens. Its a secret trapdoor

If someone tries to come inside the tower they can push this door

And it's a trap. Wow. So cool

You can also use this ladder to climb to the top of the castle. The ladder goes on the top

Awesome and this is the wall of the outside tower it goes on

Perfect. We finish building the castle tower doing a really good job boys and girls now let's put on the castle walls on the side

This wall is made of stone. It's so much detail. That's awesome

And it goes right here

And here is a wooden floor that goes right over here

Awesome looks super cool

Now let's put on this side of the wall. It's right over here looks awesome. Do you notice anything special about this wall?

There's a secret door. It's right here Wow. Now you can go inside the castle and nobody will find out now

Here is the last piece of the castle it has a really cool little Tower

There's a big hole where you can put the door on and here is the door. Well, there's two doors that go together

It's really really big and it's got silver made of wood. Let's put on the door

Awesome boys and girls and there's two little holders

that's where you can put this fire torch so you can see the castle at night here 1 & 2

and

Here is a shield. Look it's a really scary dragon wolf. This Haunted castle is so cool. It goes up here.

Awesome, and then we have this super cool flag

It's also green and it's got sharp teeth of a wolf or hang the flag right on the castle

So everyone knows its a a haunted castle with scary zombies

now, let's put the castle all together
