What Trump Did This Sunday for Harvey Victims Will Make Journalists FREAK Out

Donald Trump never stops moving.

His stamina is utterly amazing, for a man of his maturity.

This morning, he and Melania arose, went to church, and prayed for all the people who

have been so deeply affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Friday, Trump had declared this to be a National Day of Prayer for the victims of Hurricane

Harvey.

Can you imagine what all that prayer is going to do?

If we all lift every victim of the natural tragedy up in prayer, amazing things will

happen!

Watch as Trump sits among religious leaders, along with Mike Pence, announcing this miracle-bringing

National Day of Prayer:

Trump said:

"We invite all Americans to join us as we continue to pray for those who have lost family

members or friends, and for those who are suffering in this time of crisis."

Most recently, the number who died related to Hurricane Harvey has climbed to 50.

Please pray for their families and friends.

On Saturday, when he and Melania were back in Texas, he encouraged everyone by saying:

"Tomorrow's a very big day, so go to your church and pray and enjoy the day."

The weather has cleared up there and he just wanted them to feel encouraged and able to

enjoy being alive, even amid the devastation.

I hope you will join in this day of prayer, and lift your fellow Americans who have been

so terribly affected, up.

Let's bring some miracles!

What Kind Of Wine Is Good For Diabetes? - Duration: 5:07.

Hello, I am Ty Mason of thediabetescouncil.com, researcher, writer and I have type 2 diabetes.

I want to emphasize that my perspective is coming from one with Type 2 and not Type 1.

Our channel is primarily for those with Type 2 Diabetes and PreDiabetes.

Today I want to talk about wine and diabetes.

This is one of the most comprehensive diabetes meal planning book you can find.

It contains diabetes friendly meals/recipes, recipes for different goals such as 800-1800

calories per day meal plan, diabetes meal planning tips and tricks.

There are also tons of diabetes friendly recipes for everyone!

Many of you have heard that if you have diabetes you cannot have alcohol.

Well, that simply isn't true.

As a matter of fact the ADA says that alcohol, in moderation, is fine.

Their recommendation is no more than 1 drink per day for women and 2 drinks for men.

This has been a bone of contention however for many.

But new studies show that a particular drink is actually showing benefits for those with

diabetes.

What could it be?

Red wine.

We know alcohol actually reduces blood sugar.

But it can lower it to dangerously low levels.

This is not why drinking red wine is being seen as "good" for those with diabetes.

I will caution you that if you do drink any type of alcohol, do with so with food and

monitor your blood sugar closely.

Too many times hypoglycemia is misinterpreted as intoxication and has resulted in very sad

situaions.

That being said, a recent study revealed that moderate red wine consumption (defined as

one glass per day in this study) can reduce the risks of heart disease in people with

type 2 diabetes.

In the study, more than 200 participants were monitored for two years.

One group had a glass of red wine each night with dinner, one had white wine, and the other

had mineral water.

All followed a healthy diet without any calorie restrictions.

After two years, the red wine group had higher levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL, or

good cholesterol) than they did before, and lower cholesterol levels overall.

They also saw benefits in glycemic control.

The researchers concluded that drinking moderate amounts of red wine in conjunction with a

healthy diet can "modestly decrease" heart disease risks.

Red wine is loaded with antioxidants, and is credited with numerous potential health

benefits when you drink it in moderate amounts.

People with diabetes who choose to take advantage of these potential benefits should remember:

Moderation is key, and timing of alcohol intake with food intake needs to be considered, especially

for those on diabetes medicine.

It is interesting to note that RED wine and white wine were both studied and Red wine

had a much more significant effect.

However, not all red wines are the same.

What you are looking for if you choose to drink red wine in hopes of reaping benefits

as one with diabetes is a dry red wine.

A recent survey revealed these red wines has giving maximum benefits.

Pinot Noir: A medium to light bodied wine that is becoming very popular.

Cabernet Sauvignon: One of the most popular and best selling wines in the U.S. with a

full bodied taste.

Merlot: A softer, fruitier wine than the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Malbec: a dark fruit wine commonly referred to as "the black wine".

Zinfandel: This wine can have many different flavours from hearty and full to delicately

light So there you have it.

Please understand I am not advocating that you go out and buy a case of Merlot.

This is a personal decision, but I do advise that you talk with your health care provider

before you take any action.

Alcohol can have an effect on medications and other aspects of your diabetes.

This is a decision that you must discuss with others.

So, curiosity is about asking "Why?" to better understand your challenge, and to question the status quo,

asking why we do things the way we do. Next,

we'll look at "Freshness." Freshness is symbolized by the dolphin. Did you that dolphins are so smart

they can learn just by seeing and hearing new things?

Freshness is about trying different things in your own environment, to get inspiration and invite others to new ideas.

And finally, we'll look at "Playfulness."

Symbolized by the monkey. Monkeys are so playful, and there's brain science that shows

that when your mind is in a relaxed and playful state, you can have more ideas.

So try injecting playfulness into your everyday, to be more innovative and creative.

It shows a car speeding out of the woods right at the President's motorcade.

It was taken by Clayte Hefner today when the President was in Springfield, MO.

"Oh my gosh!

Look at the car that came out of the woods," cried the man in the video as President Trump's

limo.

CRUNCH.

That sound you hear in the video is the sound of the white car hitting the barrier on the

highway.

"That car right there just drove out of the woods!" said a man.

Secret service agents did a U-turn and exited the truck to immediately confront the people

in the white car.

SCCAAARRREEEEDDD.

You can see a man exit the car, distressed.

He hold his hands over his head.

Did he try to ram the President's limo?

No details were known at the time what it was.

This was President Trump's first trip to Missouri.

Trump even took Missouri by 19 points last November.

The line was huge while he was there.

The media will not cover this at all.

There is evil at work in this country trying to take out our President.

It's for real.

Hello, it's 8:00 in the morning, I just woke up

And I thought, maybe today I could show you what I eat in a day

Sunday

First thing I do in the morning,

Is drink a lemon juice in water

Half a lemon I squeeze on about 50 cl of water

And then I have breakfast !

I'll show you

And some fresh water

Today is Sunday

In about 15 min, we are posting a new video

I have to take care about this

And I have a lot of storage to do

It's time for breakfast !

Here is what I'm eating

Some rye bread

Peanut butter

and one banana

And this is about 270 calories

It's going to be good !

I am going to face the rain..

And for lunch I would like to eat avocado

So I have to go buy some !

With half an avocado crushed

And I am going to drink still water

And this is what I am eating as a dessert / snack

It's soy yogurt, peach and elderflower flavour

I am going to show you what it looks like

it's so good

and a little bit of my homemade granola

this is about 150 calories

I show you the yogurt

French brand but I'm sure you can find some in other country

The one is used is

Peach elderflower flavour soy yogurt

If you have never tried this, I recommend it

it's delicious

I also have blueberry flavour which is super good too

I also buy unflavoured

soy yogurt to make salsas to eat with veggie steak and falafels

I add lemon, olive oil, dill, chive, salt to it !

And it's delicious

And I am going to drink a berry infusion with it

in my beautiful japanese glass

and a little snack

I am trying to short one of my sport tank top to fit with my high-waisted leggings !

I want to see how it looks

so I can do it with the others tops

I cut everything !

Little infusion before getting to bed

I did this again because it was too good

Some homemade granola

or muesli

I used to do it in the hoven before

And I wanted to try to do it in a pan

And it works pretty well

And in this there is oats

puffed rice

Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, flaxseed

A few chips of chocolate

a there is about two tbsp of coconut oil

an d a little bit of agave syrup

so it can make chunks

Well I am going to go to bed soon

I look awful

Fort Bend County Sheriff, Troy Nehls, stated how his residents are very friendly with the

2nd Amendment, giving a warning to potential looters to stay away.

What might happen to looters who try ransacking Fort Bend?

Well, they just might end up in a body bag and quite frankly there's nothing wrong with

that.

Nehls basically cautions the people not to prey on Fort Bend residents unless they want

to be shot.

"My caution to the looters out there, those that want to rob our people that are suffering:

You may want to stay out of Fort Bend County, because there's a possibility you could leave

this county in a bag" and reminds viewers that many residents are armed.

Fox News was interviewing Sheriff Nehls when they asked him what his county was doing about

looters.

The sheriff responded with strong words for any would-be looters trying to come into Fort

Bend County.

It's technically stealing, but stealing items of survival during the time of a natural disaster

crisis is much different than stealing televisions during Hurricane Harvey.

Another video shows two men each looting a flat screen TV in Hurricane Harvey.

Using the TVs as umbrellas?

How is that different from stealing food to feed a family of five?

Stealing food and electronics are both theft, but one of the crimes can be overlooked in

a time where thousands of people are suffering from a major loss.

When Sheriff Nehls issued his warning, it was to keep people like the TV looters out

of his jurisdiction.

Nehls and the residents of Fort Bend have enough issues to worry about with Hurricane

Harvey, so if any looters want to prey on his people, then they should bring their own

body bag.

Nehls isn't playing around and wants every potential looter to understand one thing - people

are armed and not afraid

to shoot.
