So I was talking to my friend about what he wanted to do with his life and he was like

well I want to do this thing but I'm scared

It's scary, I have all these doubts and anxieties about it and I'm like

That's okay, that's fine, in fact, that's perfect

Because if you have this thing you really want to do with your life, let's call it a

dream let's say

And it's making you scared and it's bringing up fears like

oh I don't know...

Can I do this?

I'm not good enough etc etc

That's actually exactly what in a dream

Because for me

A dream is not really there for you to achieve it, you can achieve it if you want but it's

not the main purpose

I think the main purpose is that, it's gonna bring up all these fears and obstacles in

your life and by going down this path of trying to achieve your dreams, you're gonna have

to overcome all these fears and obstacles

and every time you overcome a fear and obstacle you become better as a person

and by constantly trying to go down your dream you're gonna the best version of yourself

you're gonna become the ultimate version of yourself

so dream big, dream until you're scared

And I think by the time you overcome all your fears you won't even care about

your dream anymore

Ironically, I think that's when you're gonna get it

So dream big.

JUVENTUS are reportedly in talks with Chelsea to re-sign Alvaro Morata.

Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport claims the Serie A champions have made contact as they look to lure the striker back to Turin this summer.

Juventus have made contact with Chelsea over a deal for Alvaro Morata.

It's said that Massimiliano Allegri is on the hunt for a new forward to replace Mario Mandzukic, who has been linked with a move to Turkey.

The report claims Juventus have also reached out to Paris Saint-Germain for Edinson Cavani.

But their top choice is ex-Real Madrid man Morata, who spent two seasons at Juve between 2014 and 2016.

The 25-year-old became a firm favourite amongst fans, staff and players due to his energy and positive attitude, scoring 27 goals in 93 appearances.

The striker enjoyed two successful seasons in Turin earlier in his career.

But Morata has failed to set the Premier League alight after joining Chelsea from Real for £60million last summer, with supporters disappointed with his meagre return of 14 goals in 41 matches.

And Juventus are hoping they can persuade Morata to up sticks for a second stint at the club, with Paulo Dybala said to be particularly excited by a potential partnership.

However, the report adds that Chelsea transfer guru Marina Granovskaia is reluctant to cut her losses on Morata after persuading Roman Abramovich to spend a club-record fee on him less than a year ago.

But with Antonio Conte looking set to leave Stamford Bridge, the striker's future in London could solely depend on the new Chelsea boss and his vision for the future.

Morata has failed to impress during his time at Stamford Bridge.

The striker became a fan favourite in Turin and could fancy a return this summer.

I don't think it's selfish to not have children. Why would that be selfish?

I guess the implication is that, it means I only think of myself

and I'm the most important person in my life, but that's fine.

That doesn't mean, I'm selfish. In fact, I'm being selfless,

although that makes me sound like a real pr*** so don't put that...

When I was a kid, I kind of assumed that I would have children when I grew up.

because everybody does and that just seems to be the natural order of things,

but as I became a little bit older

in my teenage years and into my early twenties,

I realised that I could make a choice to not have children

and actually having kids wasn't something that really attracted me.

I remember being at school placement so I trained to be a teacher

and I was a little bit overwhelmed by the number of children in the school

and I just kind of thought, actually, I'm very happy to work with children,

but perhaps I don't really want my own when I go home at the end of the day.

My friends or other people who I met which say, "Oh you'll change your mind",

or "wait till your biological clock kicks in".

and I would smile and say. Perhaps.

It started off just being, oh I just don't want to have children,

and then I became aware that actually

the best thing I can do for the environment is not to have any children.

Now I would call myself an environmentalist

and I try and live in a way that is as sustainable as possible.

So that's things like cycling everywhere,

and I am a vegan, I don't shower every day

I don't wash my hair every day, in fact I only wash my hair about once a month.

Can you tell?

It's inescapable that having kids in the first place creates a resource consuming person.

That's not me trying to sound like no one should have kids,

but it's kind of a fact.

if I fell pregnant. I would have an abortion.

I had one particular relationship where the not having children thing

was the reason that we broke up.

He knew from the beginning that I didn't want to have children,

but he was he was desperate to have his own.

He kind of assumed that I would change my mind because we were together and we were in love.

He would try and convince me that I did want to have children with him

and he'd tell me, "You'd look so sexy pregnant".

The fact was, I didn't want to have kids his or anyone else's,

and he wanted to have children he would have to find another woman,

which is what he did

I guess it's quite lucky that I have never been broody

because it means I don't feel I'm making a sacrifice.

However, if I were to have that biological clock kicking in,

that everyone tells me is gonna happen,

I would now say no, even if I did become broody.

Now I would make a conscious decision not to have children because of that reason

I don't want to contribute to a global population.

People will often project their own lifestyles onto you or their life choices

or whatever it is, and so I find I try not to be offended or

annoyed or patronised by people who say you "Oh you'll change your mind"

because actually this is a conscious choice that I have made

and it's something that I really, really believe in

and I genuinely do not want to have children, and that's OK.

Mark Zuckerberg - what do senators want from mark zuckerberg hearing? - Duration: 3:00.

Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg is set to make two much-anticipated Capitol Hill

appearances this week to answer politicians' questions about data handling controversies,

privacy concerns and 2016 election meddling.

The website's 33-year-old founder will appear at a joint hearing before the Senate Judiciary

and Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation on Tuesday at 2:15 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).

The following day, Zuckerberg is set to be grilled by members of the House Energy and

Commerce Committee at 10 a.m. ET.

The April 10 appearance—under the title Facebook, Social Media Privacy, and the Use

and Abuse of Data—will be streamed on the Judiciary's website.

The April 11 Energy and Commerce event will reportedly be available via a webcast, but

the website does not yet have an embedded video player in place.

Prior high-profile hearings have been streamed live on both Facebook and YouTube,

while C-SPAN will also be showing both Day One and Day Two to its paying customers.

Zuckerberg faced growing calls to appear before the U.S. government in the wake of the Cambridge

Analytica data misuse scandal, in which the personal information of an estimated 87 million

users was allegedly exploited for targeted political profiling by a UK-based company

claiming to have the power to influence elections.

A Facebook representative, but not its founder, appeared last year to discuss mounting issues

around propaganda and misinformation on social media websites.

Republican chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley, announced on April

4 that the testimony would take place.

"With all of the data exchanged over Facebook and other platforms, users deserve to know

how their information is shared and secured," he said.

"This hearing will explore approaches to privacy that satisfy consumer expectations

while encouraging innovation."

John Thune, Republican chairman of the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee,

commented: "Our joint hearing will be a public conversation with the CEO of this powerful

and influential company about his vision for addressing problems that have generated significant

concern about Facebook's role in our democracy, bad actors using the platform, and user privacy."

According to Reuters, the Facebook chief held a series of meetings with some U.S. lawmakers

ahead of his multiple Capitol Hill appearances.

On Monday, Facebook started to inform users who had been impacted in the Cambridge Analytica

scandal that their personal information had potentially been compromised by the firm.

Discussing his testimonies last week, Zuckerberg was vague when asked what topics would be

of interest.

"I imagine that is going to cover a lot of ground," he said.

How To Decide What To Wear When Speaking To A Group You Want To Impress - Duration: 2:04.

Hi I'm Andrea Beaulieu. "What do I wear?" I often hear this question when I'm

working with speakers and it's an important question.

Those old cliches about "first impressions count" and "dress to impress"

they're true. We do make split-second decisions about people and who they are

and whether or not they are worthy of our time based on how they dress. Whether

or not that's correct or incorrect it's the truth, it's what we do because we're

determining whether or not someone is a part of our tribe, and whether or not we

can be comfortable with that person. So there's a rule of thumb that comes to

dress and that's essentially from my point of view. Dress one notch above the

people you're speaking to so if you're speaking to a group of bankers, or

high-level financial professionals, or high-level professionals of any industry

that dress in suits you want to show up in a really nice suit, because that is

going to set the stage for them to be, to listen to you. If on the other hand

you're working with a group of folks that hangs out in shorts and t-shirts

and flip-flops, you know maybe a pair of jeans is the appropriate thing to do. A

nice pair of jeans, in other words dress to meet the

expectations of your group to show that you're part of them, but also in order to

position yourself as the person who is leading them in a conversation, or

speaking, or whatever you're there to do. So again, "What do I wear", pay attention to

your audience, pay attention to their culture, and dress appropriately to make

the best first impression, and to impress to dress to impress.
