Time Is Precious - What Are You Doing With It? - Duration: 3:34.

Life is short! What are you focusing on in your life that really matters?

UnkleAdams recently posted a video that I think illustrates really well

the importance of doing something that makes you happy.

That video right there

If you haven't seen it yet, take a minute and watch it before you watch this video.

He talks about how we spend the majority of our life working.

And if you work at a job that you hate

just for a paycheck

you really need to consider making a life change.

This is so true. Most of the time not easy, but still true.

I just want to add a couple of things to the points that he made

First, on his timeline he shows us that after our teen years, we start working.

This is true.

At that point, though, we're usually working jobs

that we hate because that's where we have to start.

For several years of early adulthood,

most of us are struggling to find ourselves and our place in the world.

We still have big dreams and plans for life

Right around here,

Is where we actually start to become grounded.

This is the point where too many of us fall into a place ...

that we never really wanted to be in.

This is usually because, while we're trying to find ourselves,

we also start to accrue debts,

begin relationships, and start working at a career

where the most happiness comes from just getting to Friday.

Unfortunately, a lot of us start to feel stuck

and just accept it as reality.

I want to say that this is absolutely not necessary.

If you don't love your life, you have every ability to change your situation.

The biggest key, and I know this is cliché but it's true,

is YOU and your state of mind.

You really have to believe that you can do whatever you want to do

It also means that you have to be willing to work

for what you really want, and make some sacrifices

For me, that meant leaving a decently paying job to move closer to home and family,

and taking a huge leap into creating my own businesses.

Of course I took a lot of crap from family and friends,

and I still do,

but I have the support of my wife and kids and they enable me to do this.

There's a lot more to that story

But this isn't about me

The other thing I want to add to Unkle Adams' message,

is that it's not just about being happy with work.

Far too many of us are in a hurry to be in a relationship with someone

and end up settling into a life that's not ideal.

That contributes to the feeling of being stuck.

I know how hard this can be,

and I definitely don't want to trivialize anyone's situation,

but this is also something that can and should be changed for the better.

I spent ten years of my life in a situation that damn near killed me.

For a long time, I couldn't even see a light at the end of the tunnel.

But I got my mind right and found the determination I needed.

Now I'm where I always wanted to be,

with the person I wanted to be with.

So no matter how hard your situation is,

if you're not happy, change it.

Here's the timeline again.

The bulk of your life is spent here.

You only get to do this once

So make sure that you love what you're doing,

and just as importantly,

who you're with.

Take some time and think about this.

It's your life!

What Happens When You OD on T - FTM [CC] - Duration: 5:37.

Hey guys I'm Alexander Jasper-Jay and today I wanted to touch on what I was talking about in my last video

in a bit more detail

I intentionally was very vague in that video

and that's because I want to approach this subject very delicately

not only because it's emotionally heavy for me

but because it might freak some of you guys out

who are on testosterone or planning to go on testosterone to hear that testosterone put me in a wheelchair

fret not testosterone is not at fault

my doctor was mishandling my testosterone

anyway she didn't know how to test my levels

by that I mean she didn't know the frequency in which she should be testing my levels

and she didn't know how to read my levels

despite the fact that I had provided all of that information to her with a representative of pflag present

what the fuck

anyway that's not the point of this video

this video I wanted to address a question I got shortly after uploading my last video

and that question was I thought when you overdosed on T it simply converted back into E

and that is true to some extent

your body has a safety mechanism in place

(so) that when you have a surplus of testosterone it will convert into estrogen

and this is to keep the testosterone from doing too much damage to your system

but when you have such a vast amount of testosterone in your system over such a long period of time

I-I was overdosing for three years okay

there's only so much your body can do to accommodate for that

and unfortunately mine couldn't really do anymore

I wound up developing something called polycythemia and something called Raynaud's

and I'll jump more into what those are in another video

I don't have much space or time with this battery on this camera

but I wanted to make this video kind of okay

Yeah I'm here I'm alive and I am slowly getting better

and I am still on testosterone for those of you who are wondering

in fact I did my shot today and I filmed it so

enjoy me freaking out

*ding*

*Shots by lmfao playing*

*ding*

so you may have noticed between this clip and the last one

my shirts changed

the lighting the camera angle its all changed and

that's because it's a few hours later and I edited a video while my camera battery was charging

because it drains kinda fast

but I ordered a new battery so that should be

a problem of the past pretty soon

anyway uh not really what I wanted to talk about

what I want to talk about goes back to the question that I recieved

and I really want to talk about the lack of information

that we have out there about testosterone overdose

people don't know how to spot red flags so

symptoms of testosterone overdose include but are not limited to

blurred vision

headache... seizures

slurred speech

sudden and sever inability to speak

temporary blindness

weakness in the arm or leg on one side of the body sudden and severe

I actually have a combination of these symptoms at one point

I wound up having to be rushed to the emergency room

with a migraine that presented as if it were a stroke

so at twenty-one years old I was rushing to the hospital thinking I was having a stroke

because I was dealing with side effects of testosterone overdose

even though at that point I had been off of testosterone for ten days

this is after I was released from the hospital

that was horrifying and I don't wish that on anybody

so in order to deter that from happening to other people I want to start a dialogue

a conversation about testosterone overdose

and just really get into it

you know it's kind of difficult to convey everything around all that mess

because

for a lot of it I was pretty fucked up

the entirety of the time I was in the hospital I was on dilaudid

and upon my release I was still being given T3s

and then there's also the fact

that

I was feeling very low energy

I was detoxing from testosterone

just was not a great time for my head

felt very spacey

really just swimming through all that it's clouded by emotions

and I would really appreciate if you guys had questions and maybe made this more of a two-way conversation

instead of just me talking at you

'cause that feels a little weird

I feel as if the fact (that) you are told when you overdose on T it converts back into E serves as a great deterrent

because you don't want something intended to alleviate dysphoria to wind up triggering it

I also feel as if that lack of information can be quite dangerous

because you don't really know what red flags to look out for

and unfortunately that was the case for me I had no idea

what red flags

I should be spotting

and honestly even looking back now it's difficult to determine

a lot of the mood stuff could have been attributed to the fact that I have BPD

and then

you know I was working a lot so that's how I wound up dismissing the pain in my feet

headaches I was stressed out like there's a number of different factors

but all of those together should have really told me something

I also just want to encourage you if you are not seeing somebody who specializes in trans care for your testosterone

that you yourself

educate yourself more about your levels

and where they should be at

so you can be more proactive with your care

you don't want to be like me

my doctor didn't know what the fuck she was doing

I trusted her

and I wound up getting really messed up over it

please... be careful

so yeah

peace out scout people I shall see you soon *clicks cheek* bye

*toot*

Editing Videos: What you need to know for your Business Videos - Duration: 5:30.

In this video, I'm going to talk to you about

editing your videos for your business

once you have that raw footage recorded.

[music]

Hi. I'm Tricia Clements Chief Fur Wrangler with MuttButs.com.

I want to talk to you about your video.

Once you've got the raw footage

then what do you do?

A lot of times, you want to edit that

just a little snippet here and there

take a few things out add a little background audio

also maybe overlay a few things on it.

Some of the things you need to know about your video editing.

When you really start out

you don't want to go out

and buy a bunch of expensive software.

You want to find a free online app or software

open source, something that you can use

and you don't have to spend a lot of money using it

trying it out, seeing how you like it.

For those of you that are Mac users

the best one that I've heard of

I have not used it because I use a PC.

However, the IMovie, that is something

that has a lot of different features on it

and is the first place that you should start editing your videos.

Now, it's a little bit different for PC users

because there was something

that I recommended a lot for a lot of my clients called Movie Maker

Microsoft Movie Maker and that basically came with Microsoft

and you could use it for free.

The problem is early 2017, Microsoft stopped supporting it.

What that means is you can't go to Microsoft and download that.

So it typically doesn't come on your computer.

However, if you had Microsoft before

they stopped supporting it

you would be able to go on there

and get the software for that.

But now you can't, you have to go to

third parties and that's always iffy.

That's why you need to go out

and look for different open source applications and software.

There are several things that you can look for.

I have tried out numerous ones

and really there are a couple of things

you want to look for when you're looking

at your software or your app

that you're going to use to edit your videos.

The first thing is if you have not done much video editing

you really want to make sure it's easy to use.

There are a lot of things out there

that you can use that'll do the job

but they really take a lot of work learning.

For instance, if you are not familiar

and have not done a lot of video editing

I don't recommend Blender.

Blender is an app that I have used before

I really like it.

However, I haven't been using it as much

because there are other apps that are easier to use

Blender is really made for the video gaming, 3D, all kinds of things.

That has a lot of features in there

that I don't use for videos.

I've moved over to another app and that is called Shotcut.

There are lots of different things you can find

all kinds of alternatives to Movie Maker by Microsoft

but that's the one that I prefer.

Some other things when you look

at different software or apps

that you want to look at are different features that it has.

Is it easy to add maybe some background music in there.

Also, is it easy to clip and edit

and maybe have some different transitions.

What else is involved and how easy is that.

Another thing is your pictures.

A lot of times, I like to maybe overlay something

that I'm talking about on to the video.

You want to make sure that it has the ability to do that.

That is one thing that Microsoft Movie Maker

did not have the option

is to use transparent images.

When you put an image in

it basically clipped in the middle

and you would if you had audio

you could run the audio with that

but basically you could not have transparent images

on your video using Microsoft Movie Maker.

That was a big downfall for me

and why I would look and found another software to use.

Another big thing that you really want

to check when you're looking at

video editing software and apps

is to make sure that it doesn't have

a watermark for that company.

Because a lot of them they're like

"Well, try it out here" and you try it out

and you do some editing and you end up

and there's a big watermark

and then you have to pay to then get it to see if you like it.

Make sure you do not want someone else's watermark

on your video when you're done.

Make sure that anything that you decide

to edit your videos with does not have

that watermark on there for it.

Now you know everything that you need to find

a software or app to edit your videos.

I'm Tricia Clements, Chief Fur Wrangler with MuttButs.com.

Thanks for watching Please click the like button

share it with your friends and subscribe.

I'll see you in the next video.

Texas High School FOOTBALL Hall Of Fame Inductee TOMMY JOE CRUTCHER / What Motivates CPA Strength ?? - Duration: 15:57.

yo yo yo yo yo what up everybody good morning hope everyone's having a

great day I am starting off with a great day uh let's see

this is I'm making this video in the morning I'm gonna put it up in a few

hours I had a video that I had up I hated it I didn't like it if I just

don't put a video up today I'm really I feel like I don't want to let my

personal problems getting the way of putting videos up just say I had a

really bad day yesterday and you know what what's getting me through and stuff

is uh is my uncle Tommy Joe crusher who played for the Green Bay Packers for a

bunch of years and Super Bowl teams he is on let's see he's up here on my

little wall that I love the Tim number 56 this was on the who the world

champion 65 I'm not sure there's a Super Bowl team or not here's one of his cards

and then you see over here here's his football pick and this is me

when I was playing football but this is about Tommy Joe Carter and this is my

stuff so this is my big wall over here so Tommy Joe Carter is a big big part of

it and he got inducted in Texas Texas High School Hall of Fame

so he lightened up to the Texas Hall of Fame 2017 here yeah I got a awesome

package from my aunt and McKenney Texas where my family's from in Texas and I

don't I don't talk to them much I you know like I grew up my dad's side of the

family and sometimes I feel like my Texas family you know I don't see them

that often but this was proof of point that they loved me so much so this is

where my aunt Diane and I got she called me up one ago my address and so she sent

this over she also said she's also Mia text text

message before that was like you known her I read it in her texted her Texan

voice and she said like hey man we're all real proud of you and then that just

hit me hard let's just say I had a really bad day yesterday - I just

thought about just packing all this stuff and moving you know but I have a

lot of clients that you know depend on me and I'm just not gonna just pack it

up like that so let's get into Todd let's do this on a joke crusher this is

him right here that's him and I was gonna go through this girl for this

packet that that she set it up my aunt sent me here now

he was on the he played for McKenney now this is the high school Hall of Fame

this is a top tommy joke Crutcher McKenna high school 1959 before so it

played in the in the 50s there I'm just so crazy so here's his so

there's my uncle great-uncle actually I just say uncle buddy's my grandfather's

brother great-uncle so that's him right here it's a good pinch room here

McKenney high then he went to Texas Christian University played both ways

was an all-american we're gonna get back to this because it's it's kind of the

main story of this of this video but here's some pictures she said this is my

great-grandpa on the track tourism in McKinney is where I come from the dirt

the mud this is my grandma grandpa crusher as well as on my mom's side

that's Tommy Joe crusher at TCU Stadium Texas Christian University where there

was an all-american played both ways

this is me with my aunt Diane and Lake Texoma we used to go we used to go

fishing like I remember driving from McKenney and when you drive overnight

and then we go to the lake and we'd fish and really my best memories is right

here man love that I caught this big fish and I

still talk about it today so look this is me this is me this is my grandpa's my

great grandpa in Texas and well my aunt's a boy y'all was looking y'all was

looking tough in that picture I see yeah

what this is my old relatives too from what Kenny Texas

actually this is what we're gonna practically could reading and stuff what

this is uh this is when he got inducted into the high school high school Hall of

Fame he's been passed away since - since 2002 I was I was blessed to be a

pallbearer at Tommy Joe crunchers funeral Sony so many people came out and

here is I aunt Diane who sent me who sent me these pictures and my other

great uncle Don crushed her there was a family of like 14 and they were dirt

poor farmers so look at this the crutches

what is this Megatron or so I mean what is it this is like at the NFL game we're

trying to get is there dirt dirt dirt for farmers and McKinney Texas Tommy got

questions like a folk here I mean he went from I know dirt poor football

player what you know in high school I went to Texas Christian University

all-american he got drafted played from Packers and the Super Bowls he's in the

books the distant replay instant replay he's you know he just got a duck to the

high school Hall of Fame in Texas I mean that's big big so I'm starting again

getting in my fields and stuff like that and so

mm where is this here before Tom this isn't before Tommy ever dreamed of

playing for Vince Lombardi he was fortunate in his career as a high school

star and McKenney as a junior in 1958 Crutcher rushed 4070 yards to lead the

line to the class 3a state semifinals so he led his team and 58th rush 4070 yards

he was a fullback and linebacker such a boy should have been your boy should

have been so he led lines to a class 3a state semifinal despite missing three

games with a shoulder injury as a senior

crusher to rush for 850 yards in just seven games so in 50 days of June rushed

for ten thousand 70 yards then as a senior he had a shoulder injury I rest

for just seven games so I don't know why but I feel like because I broke because

I broke my wrist started seeing a year and I just said yeah because I didn't I

didn't have the passion the drive the want whatever I just wanted to I just

wanted to go do drugs and stuff and so I see myself being there like he broke his

shoulder it's like I broke my wrist but he said you know he was like dude I

gotta get out of this farm I got all these people you know

rooting for me to tell me they're proud of me and stuff and and he said he said

the fuck with his fucking shoulder I'm gonna buck it up and he got to the NFL

man so oh why that just watched woke up thinking about this and I was like Dawg

you can't fucking quit you can't quit you can't quit bro Tommy Joe you got up

on the fucking wall you're just gonna fucking quit you're gonna pack it up and

fucking quit bullshit bullshit ain't half they ain't happen

you're getting a video every day you're getting daily video every day so I do

this I do this for my family that loves me and cares about me and you know I had

a real I had a real bad day but I know Tommy's out in quick ma'am I know you in

quit I know we didn't quit I'm not quitting either so I just wanted to give

it up to my great uncle and you know it's like September or I'm sorry it's

like October 3rd right now 2017 and you know today's videos for you uncle Tommy

Joe I hope you're proud of me I just want you to know that you kept me going

like the shit right here man I just shit right here is everything to

me and I feel all alone in this world so many days so much I feel all alone in

this world and I know I'm not and you seen that

thing where it's like people give up right before they almost make it I feel

like that's me okay I get a quarter million views a month and I felt like

just giving this all away just cuz I had a hard day yesterday I didn't really

like giving it all the way but I'm not I thought of that I thought of this quote

this paper about all all the literature all the literature there's books on Mike

my great uncle you know there's a whole bunch of stuff here and this great man

great ma'am so I thought about that maybe like

thought about everyone in Texas I mean they didn't have the you know like you

know I thought about every person watching me that's like yo this guy

motivates me you know people say I'm new here I motivate them man and I already

told you I'm gonna be here every day for y'all so yeah I'm gonna be here every

day for y'all Tommy John requestor didn't quit me at a broken shouri said

fuck this shit I'm getting my dreams I'm getting at is little town doing

something myself so yeah I'm not just a scumbag drug addict no you know it

fucking gets to you after a while it hurts when you know you're in high

school and stuff and I can't forget about girlfriends parents here you know

I guess that's normal but your friends know like I can't hang out my mom will

let me hang out with you know like what like yeah you're bad you're just bad I'm

like white I mean I've been hearing I'm just bad forever but you know what I'm

saying some people love you then I got love I

got love in Texas I don't see them much or no they love me I got that text hey

man I'm so proud of you yeah mint the world believe it there's a lot like me

is that Texas spirit so um this is quote-unquote who's saying this

anyways yeah crushers enjoyed a superb career at TCU

as a running back in line back in 1963 he made all-american as a fullback and

was drafted by the Packers it's my dog he didn't give up broken shoulder he

ain't give up you think everybody just gave everything to Tommy Joe country

John Chuckie think everyone just gave him something man slept on dirt floors

the child of 14 he just gave him great they just give greatness like nah man

you got show up every day so that's what I'm doing I'm showing up mm-hmm

so anyways he never bragged on himself I never forgot where he came from sedan

Crutcher that's my hand that's who was sitting there politicking at the NFL

game boy he never bragging himself and never forgot where he came from

it's a day and Crutcher even in the valley he was a big person there because

of his Super Bowl wins he was always for the underdogs because of his humble

beginnings and I saw God

me too I am for the underdog I feel like I'm the underdog I feel like I just get

shit on every day by life I feel like life hits me down hard every fucking day

man I feel like everything's against me every fucking day

so I'm flea underdog man I am the I am for the underdog

so you know know where I come from you know some of my Drive see them

What is she saying?(46) (Listening Practice) [ ForB English Lesson ] - Duration: 2:04.

Hi everyone.

Welcome back to ForB English.

I'm Gabriella and you are watching the "What is she saying?" series.

I'm going to say an expression three times and you are going to try to guess what the expression is.

Are you ready?

Can you pick it up?

Can you pick it up?

Can you pick it up?

Could you guess it?

Okay. Let's try it again.

This time with a hint.

Can you pick it up?

Can you pick it up?

Can you pick it up?

Let's try it a little bit slower now.

Can you pick it up?

Can you pick it up?

Can you pick it up?

The answer is "Can you pick it up?"

Now, this could be collecting an item of some kind.

So it's a question so the intonation goes up as well, as you have probably noticed.

And let's practice this phrase together now.

Please repeat after me.

Can you pick it up?

Very good.

A little bit faster.

Can you pick it up?

And native speed.

Can you pick it up?

Three times native speed now.

Ready?

Can you pick it up?

Can you pick it up?

Can you pick it up?

Okay. Excellent.

You can use this expression in informal and formal situations too.

I hope you find it useful.

Thank you very much for watching.

What's on Weibo featured in CCTV News World Weekly - Duration: 4:08.

<China and the World>

Her name is Ke Xiaoman [Manya Koetse]

A Dutch girl who likes to eat Chinese hot pot and has an interest in Chinese culture.

For her friends, Manya is a real China expert.

My friends [in China] all use bike-sharing and there's a new bike every day.

There are golden bikes, green bikes, blue bikes.

It is like how Chinese culture is changing right now -

there's just something new every day.

Since a couple of years, Manya has founded her own website.

Its name is "What's on Weibo" and it reports trending topics in China.

Every day, I look at Weibo and follow the Chinese media.

And I like to write about that, as a way to make people understand China's developments better.

In 2000, Manya first came to China with her parents for traveling.

She used to think China was a mysterious country.

At that time, I wrote in my diary that I almost felt like an alien.

We hardly saw any foreigners in China at that time.

And I thought, I don't understand the Chinese at all, and they do not understand me either.

It was this China trip that first triggered Manya's interest,

and it made her want to comprehend China.

I remember there was one day in Shanghai when I first saw the Oriental Pearl Radio & TV Tower.

At the time it was still very new, and it was so beautiful.

Then, on the same day, I also saw the classical Yuyuan Gardens in Shanghai,

which have a very rich history.

And for me, this came to represent China.

There's the very old, and then there's the very new together - I think that's great.

In the Netherlands, Manya started studying Chinese.

In 2008,

she came to China again, to work for the Holland Heineken House during the Olympics.

After the Olympics, she received a scholarship and continued her studies at Peking University for a year.

For Manya, China was no longer a mystery. Beijing became her second home.

After I graduated and returned to the Netherlands,..

I still wanted to know what was going on in China.

I then discovered that social media were also a medium to help me understand China and Chinese culture..

and to grasp how Chinese society is changing.

So I started following the trending topics on Weibo on a daily basis.

And I began to write about it, and started my own website.

Now, Manya's site has 200,000 monthly visitors and she often receives messages from readers.

Sometimes foreigners will say that they've started to understand Chinese culture better by reading the site,..

And Chinese readers will thank me for explaining China a bit more to Western viewers.

Since the website is becoming more well-known, Manya is appearing in the media more often..

with people asking for her comments on China-related issues.

What is Weibo? What is WeChat?

What can you buy on Taobao?

What is the 'bride price' in China?

What do Chinese people think about Donald Trump?

Now, Manya returns to China every single year.

She says she needs to go every year to keep up with the transformations.

I really hope I can publish my own book about Chinese society in the future.

And I hope I can serve as a window for Western readers to understand Chinese culture better.

Then suddenly you find cupcakes and the tables go for a nap at 2:30

Having a coffee a good view, surrounded by good people. That's the best that makes my day

This whole new building that just got launched with all the noonas and glitzy news, what's your favorite part? I think the sunlight

the top floor

And you can see the old from the building is open

So there's the Sun coming in?

it's a lot more spacious actually like on began a cup of tea or coffee on the roof the comes in the food is a

Lovely in the building itself. What do you like most?

I think the Buddhists are the fifths of Lourdes amazing Marisa is very popular

It's it's very when we meet we discussed. We charge like you know I mean it's amazing busier

Liam I've heard that a lot of people say that this is their favorite place in a new building

Yeah, well we try and create a nice atmosphere for people to come up and get away from their desk and just chill out you

know

Every week or every one there is something different in you that makes it

Not having a routine and having a better time at work. Help you do your work better

Do you think you feel more comfortable like happier, so you don't mind spending more time here, and it's like a big family

It's very important for the culture to have people

Who can come over and have a chat with you and help you out with different things so me helic coming over to other people

Or just come over coffee. You know

I

Think we are really lucky to have all of this we can discover everyday a new part of the building and

Now that's that's great. That's a great environment to dish

What Is Spina Bifida? | #SpinaBifidaAwarenessMonth - Duration: 1:32.

It's Spina Bifida Awareness Month!

For the whole month of October we're going to be

bringing awareness to Spina Bifida!

To kick off Spina Bifida Awareness month let's talk

about what Spina Bifida is for those who don't know.

Spina Bifida is when the spinal column or spinal cord

doesn't form properly.

Because of this, it can cause other problems to arise.

There are many types of Spina Bifida.

The three most common types are occulta, meningocele, and myelomeningocele.

But those three aren't the only types.

For example, the type of Spina Bifida is called Lipomyelomeningocele.

It's treated exactly the same as myelomeningocele.

Spina Bifida is often called the snowflake disability,

but we'll get into more of that next week.

People with Spina Bifida have different ranges of mobility.

Some use mobility aids such as wheelchairs,

canes, braces.

Either all the time or some of the time.

Some don't use any mobility aids at all.

It just depends on the person with Spina Bifida.

Many of us have an allergy or may develop

an allergy to Latex at some point in our lives.

We also may develop hydrocephalus,

and if you would like to learn a little bit more

I have a video linked in the description about that.

While Spina Bifida can cause many things,

a lot of people with Spina Bifida live happy and healthy lives.

With the help and support of family and friends.

Oh, also we live healthy lives because of our healthcare.

So please contact your congress rep,

and have them vote no on HR620.

And also have them vote to save healthcare.

That's it for today's video, thank you for watching.

And don't forget to share this video

to support Spina Bifida Awareness month.

And if you wanna learn more on Spina Bifida,

be sure to check out my playlist, #SpinaBifida on my channel.

If you like my work and wanna help support me,

the links to my Patreon and PayPal are down below.

And until next time, bye.

The Vamps Go Record Shopping & You Wouldn't Believe What They Buy | The LP Spree - Duration: 6:54.

This is what our

hotel life looks like every night

pizza... babes...

the wedding dresses...

someone's always getting married whether its me or Brad

(♪Pop Music♪)

(♪Playing "All Night" by The Vamps♪)

Hello there! We are The Vamps

and today we are in Sonic Boom doing the LP Spree

Life's tough. Somebody's gotta do it! Let's go.

Interesting fact

We did a little song called Cecelia

and we sampled the chorus of Cecelia by Simon and Garfunkel

So Paul Simon is actually on the writing credits on one of our songs

and we met his daughter, I think

It was amazing, she was really, really cool

she was like, yeah, we play your album in the car with my dad

I was like, what? -Yeah it was so weird

You know what I did, I miss

Vinyls, I never experienced vinyls

Our generation didn't experience vinyls

but you get the full artwork

and that's kind of what you miss in today's music industry

I want to get a record from like every genre

So I want to do a hip-hop one, and I'm thinking N.W.A.

Are you thinking that as well -Yeah

Should we both just get an N.W.A?

Well, I want to get a rock one first

You do hip-hop, I'll do rock

I'll get us the N.W.A.

What's the Story Morning Glory?

Album that really influenced me at the start of the Vamps

Well no, before the Vamps actually back when I was a

Younger teenager. So I'm going to take this one

I haven't actually go this

and I haven't actually heard this album

I love hip-hop though

People would

Not like me

Because I haven't heard this So I need to hear it

Yep. I got to get this

Yeah, Nevermind, is the first album

First big rock album I got into

That got me into like that got me into grunge

When I was like four

and my sister got me onto this

and then it led into like

so many other bands

but yeah, that was like my first big rock album

Purity Ring

Purity Ring I haven't heard the rest of the album

I haven't heard the rest of the album

That's why I'm going to get it

because I'm interested in their sound

Now we're talking -the Mayer

(laughing)

Should we get the John Mayer one?

I don't mind which -You smash that one

Let's get this one

This one there?

Got it

Thank you

Where is the love?

I'm going to take this actually Black Eyed Peas

One of the first songs I heard

and I really fell in love with was "Where's the love?"

I love the melodies of that song

and I haven't actually heard this album

so I'm going to get this

I have to throw an Otis Redding LP in there

I'm going to keep this one on hold

Otis

dictionary soul complete

and unbelievable

Twenty One Pilots Blurryface

There we go

Should we that one as well?

All right here we go

One of our favourite albums

Mumford and Sons Sigh No More

Go on then -No I don't know

That. That's happening

Bob Marley

We played, we played at TV show in Brazil

and we were playing opposite the Wailers once

and it was just like -We went on after them

and it was like

We may not as well gone on

They're like so tight and sounded so good

I'm going to choose this one because I have to hear it

Big album

Hear most of this, like its his greatest hits

The best of. Perfect

Taylor Swift, early music

influenced my country, but then

she told me about Rascal Flats because I've never heard of him

because they don't do that much in England

and then from there

I got into them, and then from there I got into Dan & Shay

and then

Sam Hunt

so yeah, a bit of a country fan now

The last album for us

American Idiot Green Day

Massive classic you know what I mean

Big songs

Sure got quite a lot of songs on it

Thank you

Ohhh

Can we get an extra tenner please?

Song In The Key of Life

It's this or Otis What do I do?

I'm going to swap I'm going to swap

I feel it only because I listen to more Stevie

more than I listen to Otis

I only got three

expensive tastes though

First one Bob Marley

I had this album

amazing so I'd like to hear it on vinyl

Songs In The Key Of Life Stevie Wonder

because he's just unbelievable

full of funk and soul

and last one

was the like first big rock album I got into

which was Nirvana Nevermind that my sister got me into

All right so

This shopping spree I've

gone with albums I haven't actually listen to yet

Bob Marley

It's a classic

I need to find out why

Uh, there's this band called Purity Ring

and the songwriting is different

and its not like just following the trend of the pop world

Black Eyed Peas, one of the first song I heard

and really, really loved

Obviously N.W.A.

big fan of the whole story and message behind this band

First on I got

is Simple Plan

I've been listening to this since I've been eleven

second album

Twenty-One Pilots Blurryface

Great cover Great band

Got into these in the last few years

Last one

Green Day American Idiot

Just solid album

First album I have here

is John Mayer Battle Studies

So yep, big, big one for me

Next one, Mumford and Sons Sigh No More

One of my favourite albums of all time

I remember listening to

this on the way out to go to the pubs when I was

eighteen years old

it was really good like pre warm up

little soundtrack doing all of the harmonies

What's The Story Morning Glory? I think this album

was really poignant in the whole

kind of the history of the music industry

I got this when I was about twelve

I think anyone who is kind of into guitar music

should look into this album It's really, really good

My last album is Sam Hunt Montevallo

um, got into Sam Hunt some years ago

and I really like him.

I think he's a really interesting artist kind of

it's country but it kind of crosses into a hip-hoppy vibe as well

So that was our LP spree

It's fair to can say we did pretty well there I think

If you liked the video Like

Thumbs up Subscribe

Do all that jazz

and we'll see you on the other side

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | a day in my life - Duration: 10:10.

Hello friends, it's tuesday morning and I am going to eat my breakfast

I'll show what I eat

Here is my breakfast

There is 2 crêpes

Inside there is one banana and some peanut butter

And water & lemon juice

For the crêpes , I prepare those in advance

I cook 8, I mix 200g of wholemeal, 1 egg and plant based milk, until the consistency is enough liquid

And here it goes, you can cook it in a pan with a little bit of coconut oil

It's time to eat, I am hungry !

Well now, I need to go shopping a few things

I would like to find one or two jeans

Because I don't have a lot that fits me very well anymore

I should search this

I have to pick up a package

I also have to buy a concealer

and go the pharmacy too

Let's go

It's annoying, it's too large on the waist..

It's the 3rd one I try on and it's too loose on the waist

Too bad..

I don't know if you can see but there is a hole..

I can easily put..

two hands..

It sucks.. I am going to try one last

this is crazy..

Here I try this cool mom jean, it's so pretty

On the front it's great

and there it is.. unbelievable..

it sucks

this one is the only one that fits me

I like it

I think I am going to go upstairs on the kids section

I am going to try

I am upstairs

This is 13/14 years old size

it's like a cool trousers

I kinda like it

Well, this was a fail..

The size is okay bu it's not perfect because it's sized for children of course..

So I think I am going to buy the jean and the grey trousers

I just went to pick up the package

I show what it is

We bought a printer cause we didn't have one

I also bought paper and ink

I am going to try to install this

to see what it looks like

This is the one I took in Zara, in 36, it was the only that fitted me

It was in sale 15 euros

It's honest

I also bought the grey trousers on the kid section

It's cosy and classy

With heels it can be cool and also with my stan smith

So here it is, 15 euros too !

before installing the printer I would like to prepare something for lunch

I would like to prepare sweet potatoes fries in the hoven

really simple

I show you how I do this even if it's pretty simple

So you take a sweet potatoe

I am going to cut it in fries shapes

we will meet again to do the few things before cooking them on the hoven

Pre-heat your hoven at 200°C

while you are cutting your potatoe

and please be careful, sweet potatoes are hard to cut !

when you have finished to cut your potatoe in fries shape

You can put them on a baking tray on some baking paper

And I just melted a little bit of coconut oil

that I am going to put lightly on my fries with a brush

You don't have to put coconut oil if you don't want to

but I do like to put some because it gives a good flavor and it's crispy

Coconut oil for the taste and for the crispy texture

I am also going to put some spices

Just some grounded paprika I think

I am just going to add some grounded paprika

and on the hoven

Here I added the paprika

Once your hoven is hot enough

You put your potatoes on the hoven and wait for it to bit soft inside and crispy outside

I would say a big half hour

Here they are

My sweet potatoes are cooked

Here is my lunch

Sweet potatoe fries, 2 eggs, salad and cherry tomatoes, too good !

And as I love so much ketchup, I bought this the other day

It's stevia ketchup, the composition is pretty clean

and it's really poor in calories, and it tastes good

we are just going to cook some of the salmon so we can have raw salmon sushis, and cooked one

Here we go

is this good ?

We were sure it was going to taste weird

are you sure it's good ?

Stop lying !

I promise

It's crazy and the rice is perfect

it's good right ?
