drill, Ulchi Freedom Guardian.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, who watched and guided the missile launch,... stressed

that this drill is the North Korean army's first step of military operations in the Pacific...

as well as "a significant prelude" to containing the U.S. territory of Guam.

Kim also stated that Pyongyang will continue monitoring Washington's words and actions...

and conduct further ballistic missile launches targeting the Pacific... to modernize and

put into real use its missiles.

Hwasong-12 flew over 27-hundred kilometers, passing the Japanese island of Hokkaido, before

landing in the waters of the northern Pacific...

Pyongyang claims the missile successfully hit its target area.

My name is Danny Terrero and I'm from Bronx, New York.

In 2012, I decided to begin my physical transition from female to male.

I was very scared.

I was in a very conservative school and that was already very difficult.

So, to take this next step, I was asked, "Can't you just wait till you graduate?"

I was graduating in 6 months.

But personally I don't feel like I could wait.

At that time, I felt very ready.

My school just never really took the steps to inform other people or even talk to me

about it, like, "Hey, do you need support and talking to your professors?"

So when I was going to class, a lot of people, you know, were just misgendering me.

I walked into my investment analysis class, and I remember I got dressed up, I was presenting

as male.

I felt really, really good.

I was passing from people that really didn't know me.

When I entered the class, the professor greeted me and called me by my birth name and I just

remembered feeling kinda defeated.

I felt that, in that moment, I didn't get the right support.

My transition was never communicated forward, which kind of showed me that the school just

didn't really take it seriously or they didn't want to deal with it because it was too difficult.

One thing I wanted to do was change my name, so when I graduated my new name would be said

across the stage and all my friends were excited for that.

I was advised not to change my name because it would affect my financial aid.

I actually have friends that have changed their names and it didn't while they were

in school.

Even after changing my name, I realize, I'm like, well it wouldn't affect it at all.

Once I learned about the process, I was just told not to do it because, I don't know if

they didn't want to deal with that.

My senior year at all I had already a position with the Target corporation and I was starting

that July.

As soon as I graduated and I received my diploma or my degree was confirmed, I changed my name

legally.

I was starting Target sometime mid-July.

I remember emailing the HR business partner at the time who was aware of my transition

and told me that Target could accommodate my transition without a problem, she - I told

her, "Hey, I legally changed my name," and they rushed to get all of my paperwork

done.

So I had to refill W-2s, W-4s, I had a folder with updated documents.

They changed my email address, they changed so much paperwork in a matter of days just

so I can be comfortable when I get to work.

So, one thing, when I was at Target, I was suppose to be at one store but it was my intern

store, and I wanted a fresh start.

And the HR team was trying to give me some time to see if I felt comfortable, so I actually

floated across different stores for awhile.

I was in one store for a little bit and the manager actually miswrote my name on schedule.

He put "Danielle" by mistake and I think it was just, it was an error, but I remember

feeling really upset about it.

One of my coworkers pointed out the issue and he came up to me the very next day.

He was very apologetic like, you know, "We're really, really sorry.

You know, we don't really stand for making you uncomfortable."

He was just very apologetic and just kind of like, "This does not happen here and

we apologize that I made you feel uncomfortable.

You know, it was an honest mistake."

In the moment, it didn't feel great but it actually, you know, afterwards, I appreciated

his accountability and just apologizing and us being able to move forward.

I felt like my experience at school was a bit insulting.

Like, I had given so much to the school, not only monetarily but just my own energy.

I really feel like I put my heart in it, and then the last six months is what I mostly

remember.

My experience at Target just made - was just life-changing for me.

It made me so I was able to just live.

I was in the early stages of my transition, but no one made me feel like I was an outcast.

I was just one of the managers, one of the guys, like "Hey, you want to order lunch

today?"

"Yeah, sure."

It's no big deal.

Being in a supportive environment, I was just able to be myself.

I gained confidence and I was just able to learn so much about myself in different aspects

of my personal life, I feel like being around people and transitioning just made me feel

comfortable and that was able to just be just life-changing for me.

Ex-IS member: IS admitted attacking Kurdistan was mistake - Duration: 5:21.

Kurdistan 24 interviewed an arrested Islamic State (IS) member originally from the Kurdistan Region who joined the extremist group four years ago.

Kurdistan 24 wants to find out what motivated Dara Hassan, to join IS. Hassan is from Penjwen, Sulaimani province.

After visiting Syria, Hassan, met a Kurdish IS family from Sulaimani and married a Kurdish woman.

Hassan, was a student of Islamic Studies at Sulaimani University in 2013 where he was introduced to the Jihad ideology from the famous Arabic and Kurdish Muslim scholars whose writings and speeches encouraged extremism.

One of the books Hassan was reading that encouraged him to extremism was a book by Sayyid Qutb, an Islamic scholar, translated into Kurdish by a former member of Ansar al-Islam terror organization, Mullah Krekar.

Later in the year, Hassan decided to go to Syria.

"I was listening to Mullah Krekar and reading his translated books."

"The writings of another Islamic scholar named, Bandar Bin Rashid, also encouraged me to join IS."

Through Social Media, Hassan connected with a few members of the extremist group.

The Kurdish IS members guided Hassan to go to Mosul, which was still under control of the Iraqi forces.

From Mosul, Hassan went to Syria.

"When you arrive in IS-controlled areas, no decision will be yours anymore. You will not be allowed to do the things that you wanted to do before joining."

"Whether you regret it or not, you have to deal with that fact."

After becoming a guard at one of the IS positions in Hasakah province in Syria, he met a Kurdish family from Sulaimani and married their daughter.

"I wanted to get married but I didn't want to marry an Arab lady due to our cultural differences, so I was delighted that I met a Kurdish family there," he says.

"I married with a Kurdish woman in Syria," Hassan added.

Hassan said the main reason IS was weakened was because of to their attack on the Kurdistan Region.

Hassan claims that senior IS members have repeated that attacking the Peshmerga forces had weakened them.

"The IS attacks on the Peshmerga forces led the world countries to form a global coalition against IS."

An operation of the Kurdistan Region Security Council (KRSC) led to the arrest of Dara Hassan and his wife.

Hassan revealed that majority of Kurdish IS members have been killed.

Hassan advised people of the Kurdistan Region to nor believe, neither follow the IS slogans and propaganda, stating that "The blood of hundreds of youth were shed in the name of Islam, but IS actions has nothing to do with Islam."

Despite his deflected 97th-minute winner at Bournemouth on Saturday lunchtime, Sterling is surplus to requirements. The England winger, preparing for World Cup qualifiers on Friday against Malta and Slovakia on Monday, was told he could leave in the summer.

One year into Pep's makeover, one of his first signings had been available for transfer.

Arsene Wenger will need to weigh up the decision whether he wants to work with Raheem Sterling.

In the short term he will miss City's next game, suspended after being sent-off for a second booking in the dramatic 2-1 win at Bournemouth's Vitality Stadium.

In the long-term he faces an uncertain future, fearful that he will be squeezed out by Guardiola as his latest City side starts to take shape.

Sterling is a good player, but Guardiola is the man who was sold on him when he told City to sign him from Liverpool in 2015.

He arrived a year before Pep, with the Catalan coach seeing out the final 12 months of his contract at Bayern Munich.

Guardiola coveted Sterling, keeping in regular contact with the former QPR trainee in the months leading up to his move to Manchester. Suddenly Sterling is a makeweight, the bait being used to lure Arsenal into selling their prized asset.

Sterling plus cash for Sanchez makes perfect sense to City. They are swarming all over Sanchez, convinced that they can still force through this move in the final hours of the transfer window.

Raheem Sterling would have to give up Champions League football to play for Arsenal. His lazy, motionless, disinterested performance during Arsenal's 4-0 defeat at Liverpool last Sunday has given them further encouragement.

Sterling, voted Golden Boy in 2014, is another talent. Six years younger than Sanchez, at 22, there is still time for him to fulfil that vast potential.

It is seen, in fits and starts, for club and country. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, weighing up the prospect of working with Sterling, wants to coach fully committed players.

He would get that with Sterling, bringing in a player who is willing to accept that it has not quite worked out for him at City.

It would be no disgrace to move to Arsenal. He would be giving up Champions League football with City for the guarantee of a first-team starting berth at the Emirates.

As we all know, last week Donald Trump held a, I guess you'd call it a campaign rally

in Phoenix, Arizona.

He opened that rally by saying what a huge crowd it is.

He spent three full minutes complementing the size of that crowd.

Immediately following the event, pictures started going around on conservative media

showing these huge, huge crowds of people lined up outside this arena waiting to go

in and see Donald Trump.

Well, as it turns out, those pictures were actually fabricated and they were pictures

of people trying to get into a sporting event, not trying to get into the Donald Trump rally.

Furthermore, pictures also surfaced showing us that that arena that Trump was speaking

in was maybe a little more than half full.

Donald Trump didn't want to admit that.

He even said that the media's going to say that there weren't many people here, which

the photographs proved.

That's all what happened in the public eye.

According to new reports, what happened behind the scenes after the rally was that Donald

Trump actually fired the event coordinator who planned this Phoenix rally and set up

the arena and everything, because the room was not full enough.

He may not come out and publicly admit that his crowd wasn't as big as he wanted, but

obviously behind the scenes Donald Trump was furious about the fact that there weren't

enough people willing to come into this rally and see him speak.

We also know that during his 72 minute diatribe, many people ended up leaving because they

were tired.

They were tired of hearing the same thing from Donald Trump, and they just flat out

didn't feel like being there anymore.

Donald Trump is not drawing the massive crowds that he says he is.

We've literally as a country already spent millions of dollars this year at Trump's request

just to prove that.

When he said his inaugural crowd was bigger than Obama's, and then launched an investigation

into the department that took the photographs to see if they were somehow doctored to take

people out of the picture.

We spent millions of dollars on this to feed this man's ego, only to find out all along

that the media was right and Trump was wrong.

Is that same thing going to happen here with this Phoenix rally?

Obviously not, because Donald Trump knows that the room wasn't full, otherwise he wouldn't

have fired the person who planned the event.

Here's the bottom line.

Donald Trump is a guy who only cares about things like crowd size, number of supporters,

the amount of applause he gets, the TV ratings he gets.

Keep in mind too, he also mentioned that the reason he pardoned Joe Arpaio on Friday night

during the hurricane was because he thought he'd get high ratings for it, because everybody

would be glued to their TVs.

That's all this man cares about.

He doesn't care about writing policy to help American citizens.

He doesn't care about keeping us out of wars or keeping this country safe.

He cares about being famous and having ratings and having money.

If that's the case, he could easily resign, go launch a brand new reality show series,

probably get millions of viewers every week to feed his ego, but leave politics to the

people who actually understand what it means to be a leader in the United States.

That clearly isn't Donald Trump.

In Texas county where levee was breached, 'worst flooding is in front of us' - Duration: 4:25.

MILES O'BRIEN: "Get out now."

That was the blunt, urgent message to residents of Brazoria County.

Authorities in the suburban Houston community ordered a mandatory evacuation of the area

on Sunday for fear of what came true today, a levee breached by floodwaters.

I spoke with the top elected official of Brazoria County, Judge Matt Sebesta, about the threat

they're facing now.

Judge Sebesta, thank you for being with us.

I know you're very busy.

Bring us up to date on that levee breach and the consequences of that.

MATT SEBESTA, Brazoria County, Texas, Judge: Judge Matt Sebesta,Thank you, Miles.

Yes, this morning, we hit a breach of a levee at the Columbia Lakes subdivision near West

Columbia on the west side of the Brazos River.

And we had water coming into the subdivision, but we had some great volunteers that got

out there, got that under control.

So, at this point in time, that particular position on the levee has been fortified.

The water that was coming in was from the local rains that we have gotten over the last

three to four years, but it is very close to the Brazos River, which is still rising

in that area.

And the National Weather Service has predicted that the level will be higher than the top

of the levee.

So, we're still very concerned about that area as the river continues to rise.

MILES O'BRIEN: Give us a few more details on how the folks there were able to get this

under control.

MATT SEBESTA: Well, my understanding -- and I have not been out there personally -- they

got out there and they used plywood and what have you to get the leaking temporarily stopped.

Volunteers came in.

We had a local contractor I believe donated some material.

There was concrete sacks.

There was different material brought in, stacked in to take care of that leaking area.

MILES O'BRIEN: Sounds like a heroic effort.

MATT SEBESTA: Well, great volunteers.

That's what Texas and Brazoria County is known for.

MILES O'BRIEN: I gather you're not out of the woods yet though, given what you just

said about the river.

MATT SEBESTA: Not at all.

Actually, our worst flooding is in front of us for the west side of the county.

We have two major rivers that flow through the west side, the San Bernard River and the

Brazos River.

Both of those are in major flood stage.

They're still rising.

We had a major flood on the Brazos River last year, where the crest was at 52.56.

We're already above that level.

And we will be in major flood stage for many days to come.

It will be pouring a whole lot of water out into its floodplain, going into another body

of water, Oyster Creek, which will spread out.

Last year, when this happened, Oyster Creek was running at below normal.

The ground was dry.

In some areas, we have had up to three feet of rain in this county over last three to

four years -- or three to four days.

So, every low spot, all the creeks and bayous, are full already.

All of this river water that will flow out will just make it even worse.

And that water will continue to flow through the county for many days to come.

MILES O'BRIEN: Judge, do you have any idea how many people are out of their homes now

and what you might project as that flooding continues?

MATT SEBESTA: I hope that most people are out of their homes.

This has been a mandatory evacuation area for the last 48 hours.

The people in the Brazos River, they went through this last year, so they have had a

firsthand experience fresh on their mind.

They should be gone.

I hope they're all gone.

The San Bernard River, it's been awhile since they have been in major flood stage.

I hope that they have left.

We're a rather large county.

We have limited resources this time to get out and assist people, because we have such

widespread rain and damage all up and down the Texas coast.

So we're a little bit sparse on having resources come in to assist.

We're mostly local resources at this time.

Our sheriff's office rescue squad, Gulf Coast Rescue Squad, local DPS troopers and game

wardens, we have had a few come in from the outside.

We're hoping to get additional help because we know, down in the river bottoms, we're

going to have a lot of flooding.

MILES O'BRIEN: We wish you well as that unfolds.

Trevor: No, and then I couldn't I couldn't go and study in university I couldn't do

because in South Africa if you don't do math you can't do science

anymore and so because I failed at math they basically went "you fail at science"

and I used to get an "A" for science. I could have been you.

Neil: But, see, math is the language of the universe. Trevor: So what I was speaking

was a dialect? How does that work? I was passing at science that's all I know and

you just sent me back. I couldn't speak a language of the universe.

And as well as that I'm gonna need snacks. I'm gonna need items. I need stuff to prepare. I need pourable charges
