I often get asked if an electric

toothbrush or a manual one is best for

cleaning the teeth in this video I'll

answer the question and offer some

effective strategies for cleaning your

teeth whichever brush you use

make sure you watch it till the end to

so which is best according to the

American Dental Association it's not the

brush that's important it's the brusher

you what I mean is that as long as you

brush your teeth effectively every day

then it really doesn't matter which

toothbrush you use comfort is key so as

we've all learned it's more about you

than about the brush you use do you feel

it's easier with an electric toothbrush

to get to hard-to-reach places

do you find it less of an effort or do

your teeth feel cleaner if so go for it

electric might be the way to go

consistency is important if you prefer

a good old manual toothbrush all that

matters is that you brush twice a day

every day for two minutes making sure to

focus on each tooth and not to forget

the ones at the back because that's

where food residue can hide out and turn

into harmful plaque and tartar just make

sure to brush gently with not too much

pressure the different brushing

techniques with an electric toothbrush

you simply have to flick and switch and

gums to teeth the movement should be

like a gentle wipe from your tongue to

your teeth doing it in this way

will help to prevent wedge defects and

to three sessions with the manual

toothbrush you power it with your own

arms

however with both it's important not to

brush too hard because this can cause

damage to your gums and result in wedge

defects where the teeth appear longer

and that's not so beautiful with kids

use whatever works for you if an

electric toothbrush gets your kids to

brush their teeth properly every day then I'd

recommend using one because it's really

important to teach them to have a good

daily routine I know what I'm talking

about I'm a mother of three and

sometimes is so hard to get them brush

their teeth of course a manual

toothbrush with their favorite cartoon

character molded onto it can also work

wonders to get them to clean their teeth

well use the characters influence

to get a better result so good

dental hygiene doesn't end with

brushing alone as well as brushing twice

a day in the morning and before you go

to bed I know I repeat myself over and

over again it's vital for your oral

health to clean the spaces between the

teeth where food residue gets stuck if

you don't remove this residue plaque

will build up and eventually turn into

tartar this can then lead to gum disease

and stinky stinky bad breath in cavities

I recommend using interdental brushes

rather than floss because studies have

proven that they are way more effective

at cleaning the spaces between your

teeth let's geather it is up whether you use

a manual or electric brush to clean your

teeth the message from dental

professionals including moi is simply

to make sure you brush thoroughly every

day

last but not least did you know one in

four adults in the UK admit they don't

brush their teeth twice a day including

a third of man well I guess I don't need

to ask for interdental brushing right as

promised

Best Kodi 17.1 Build May 2017 - Duration: 8:08.

hey guys Techdoctor here and on today's

video I'm going to be showing you a

fantastic build I've discovered for Cody

17 now mentioned in the past that builds

an offer for everybody but if you're a

person that prefers something already

configured with some of the best add-ons

already installed I highly recommend

this build so with that being said let's

get started

let me give you guys a quick overview of

the build and I'll give you the exact

steps you need to follow to install it

so as you can see the build us a really

nice clean layout so you have a menu

going across the bottom so we can see

here we have movies TV shows kids own

music apps system TV Pro and sports and

inside each of these menus across the

center you have this widget which shows

you some of the popular films are

playing at the moment so it's a really

nice layout now for example if you click

on one of these films so if we click on

in an inter cellar

so we can see we get a nice summary of

the film and it's one of the really good

features of the build that if you're

built for film buff you get some more

information about what you're about to

watch so we can see here like cameos

because this one we can see you know how

many nominations have had if we scroll

further down we can see other

recommendations which are similar to

this film and if we keep going down now

we can see there's some you know

official trailers for the film I've got

some YouTube videos and then you see the

car so the way they've done it it's made

it really nice and really cleanly laid

out for anybody that's you know

interested in films now if you're on

watch this film so you go back to the

top so when we click on play it

basically has a whole suite of add-ons

that you can choose they on watch this

full form so if you wanna go with Exodus

you can click on that if you don't watch

this film through souls or Phoenix you

can select those options so let's say

for example you wanna put this through

Exodus you can click on that and this

will now use excess add-on to find a

stream for this film so let's give that

a few seconds okay so we've got some

great 1080p links here so we can click

on one of these

and that starts playing and we can see

her at the love the bottom this is a

full 1080p stream so really nice really

easy and very fast let's press stop so I

think that that is one of the nicest

things about the bill that you know if

you are you know interested in films you

get some you know background about the

film you get you know who's in who the

cost are and some features so I think

they've made this really nice laptop you

can see like you know what rating has an

IMDB you've got a handle on the film is

more budget and so on so forth so that's

under the movie section and also if you

press down on your keyboard or down on

your remote control you get some money

if we go across now you have TV shows so

again across the center you have some of

you can see like you know what seasons

this has that we got the trailers for

air and then we have the costal on the

bottom okay so let's go back up and

again if you want to watch this we click

on play we get a list of add-ons that we

can use that we want to choose sorry to

extreme least content from so if we want

to go for Spectre this time and click on

that test our source using Specter give

that a few seconds and again we get some

good HD links you can click on that and

that starts playing straight away and I

should be a HD other so 720p stream

there okay so let's press stop here

that's under TV shows let's go back up

one okay then we have a Kids Zone so

again you got the popular kids content

here across the center and again if you

go down to the sub menu

you got the Disney collection you got

Angry Birds Pokemon spongebob minecraft

Thomas Tank Engine and so on so forth

then you've got the music section here

perhaps so here for example we can see

we got option to you at apk installer

super genius on an Android box you can

install some apks you go option of doing

clear thumbnails convert parts so for

example the way this build is configured

automatically when it starts it's going

to clear out your packages clear your

thumbnails and clear out your cache and

it's going to do this automatically

every time it starts so that maintenance

is already built-in so another really

good feature and under system and also

for example under apps you can press

down and you can see all of the

individual add-ons are installed and if

you want to change the build if you go

to the CDT new builds menu here you can

choose a different buildings when you're

happy with its build and also if you

want to go to a completely different

build the option to do total cleanup and

fresh start so fresh starts going to

base wipe out all your settings and give

you a default base 30 builder you can

then install web a field you like ok so

to install this build the first thing

you want to do inside Kodi 17 is

navigate on to system inside system

let's click on file manager we want to

add a source and your dress for the

source is selador TV comm 4 / wizard

I'll have a copy of this link in the

description click on OK and let's give

this a name I'll just call it CD and

click on OK again ok so back out of this

now still in system we need to enable

the option to install add-ons from

unknown sources if you're regularly

install builds and adults you've

probably got this enabled anyway but

let's enable that now then click on yes

ok so now back to the home screen back

again now let's click on add-ons inside

add-ons let's click on this box icon on

the top left install from zip file

choose a new repository you added so in

my case it will CD let's click on that

and then choose the plug-in door program

settled or TV wizard dot zip let's click

on that now ok so we see that's now been

enabled

once that's enable we can now go back to

the home screen and now we have the new

cellar door TV wizard let's start that

now okay so what we're looking for is

the CD TV builds let's click on that and

here we have a list of the cellar door

TV bills that we can choose and because

I'm running this on curly 17.1 we have

the builds up here so the bill that we

want is the infusion build so if we

click on that this will commence the

download and install that onto your kodi

device let's do that now and we want to

do a fresh install okay click on

continue okay let's give that a second

third that now begins install link okay

so when you see this message that

builders installed successfully so what

we want to do now is force close cody so

depending what device you're doing this

on you can just click on force close if

you're doing this on an Android box or

an amazon firetv just power off the

device and power back on let's do that

now when you start the build for the

very first time give it a couple of

minutes for all of the thumbnails the

shortcuts the icons and everything your

stop day this will only happen once when

you first start it but once it's all

done the build will be ready to use

I love being up on this floor.

Money 5 by Jumsoft - The Best Personal Finance App for Mac and iOS - Duration: 8:39.

Hi, this is Amjad. Your Friendly Screencaster. In this video, I'll

review Money 5, your friendly finance manager for Mac and iOS.

On this channel, I do how-to videos and app reviews, just like this one. If you are new here

I'd like thanks to Jumsoft for hooking me up with Money 5.

Before I get started with the review, I wanted to share some thoughts.

Personal finance is something I never took that seriously, the main reason all apps

were ugly, boring, and complicated to use. It all changed

when I found Koku for Mac. At that time, it was the best personal finance

app, but later on, it got discounted and I started finding an alternative

of Koku and I landed on Money 4. I purchased it

with my own money and I loved it. It was my personal finance

application for years. But then later my needs kinda changed

and I wanted to an app that works on my Mac and iPhone.

There was Money v2 the app for iPhone. I purchased

it and I hated it, because it was not optimized,

sync didn't work at all and basically, it was broken.

I had really bad experience. Then there was a glimmer of hope when

Jumsoft shared that they are working on Money for iPhone

v3 back in 19 Aug 2014. I was really excited.

I waited and waited. Nothing happened for months.

There was no news when the v3 for iOS will be out. Fast forward

to Mar 15 we got the news that Money 5 is

on the way. I really got excited and happy

because Money was getting an updated version after a long time. Finally,

on Mar 29 the Money 5 was released on AppStore. Fully redesign

and reimagined app! What can go wrong right? Well,

if you see the ratings, it isn't that great. I was like,

what's happening here. Then I understood and realized something. I have seen this kind of

reactions before. It happened with Apple when they reimagined and

redesign Final Cut Pro X and iWork. Everyone hated it.

It got the worse review for Apple apps. If you look at this article

it says "New iWork & iLife apps go for simplicity,

upset power users all over again". Users are really anger

and frustrated with Apple. Now in 2017, people love iWork,

and many YouTuber uses Final Cut Pro X to edit

their videos. Whenever you change something, there'll be also some sort of reaction

from the users. The same thing is happening with Money 5.

I was thinking that folks at Jumsoft can easily put a fresh paint

of coat on Money 4 and sell it. I'd give Kudos to

Jumsoft for going back to the drawing board and reimagined Money 5.

That's why you have revamped user interface,

The new UI makes using Money easy and intuitive!,

64-bit architecture, super speedy app,

touch Bar and 3D Touch support, iCloud sync that works between wth Mac

or iOS. Some really awesome mac stuff. I'm all in new design

and features. Really happy that this happen.

The new UI makes using Money easy and intuitive!

The reason why the design is so beautiful that Jumsoft also

sells great awesome design templates for Keynote,

Pages, MS Office etc. That is what you can expect

from the company whose expertise are in design. Just look

at the dock icon. Just amazing! The overall design is simple and great.

You have your accounts on left. Budget and reporting at the top,

all the transaction going on the middle. Money tracks your finances

within 6 types of easy-to-add accounts. Add

your Bank, Cash, Credit Card, Investment,

Loan, or Asset accounts. You can choose different

currencies. Click add to create a new account.

Adding a transaction is very easy. Just click plus

icon on the top right corner or you can use the keyboard shortcut

Command + N to create a new transaction. You have to add the payee,

select a category, add the expense or

income amount, add the date, add note or tag.

That's it.

I want to show you guys the preference options and check out what can

you do there. You can add multiple currencies, it will give the

latest rates so you don't have worry about the currency conversation.

Mange payees, Add, created, delete Categories,

same you can do with tags,

get smart with rules, and enable iCloud

sync. Which I highly recommend.

Money supports different files for data import

and allows customizing it with smart rules! It's really simple

just drag and drop the file and Money will do the rest!

If enable location services on your device - Money will

automatically suggest payees for your transactions as they happen

and save time by filling-in some of the data for you!

It will auto fill the details for you. This is a handy time-saving feature.

Never skip a payment again! Money features

a handy and powerful transaction scheduler with one-click payment ability.

You can schedule as many transactions as you like, assign custom

payment frequencies and sit back - Money will let

you know when your payments are due! Especially handy when it

comes to bills. Great way to remind yourself if bills are due.

For me, budgeting is one the most important feature. Where you can

categorize your income and expenses, set specific goals

for each one and keep on track of your progress for each

category. Know where to cut back when you exceeding your budget.

Reporting is where Money 5 is really improved. In Money 4

the reporting wasn't that straight forward. Here Money can present

your data in 15 types of reports, so you can

easily make sense of your finances in highly- customizable and

visually rich reports enhanced with graphs and charts!

You can drill down and get your information you need.
