How To Reset HORRIBLE Days | 5 Tips To Restart A Bad Day - Duration: 7:37.
So, gents I had a bad day yesterday. So, I woke up late and then I'm behind on
this video I'm trying to film. That led to a number it's like a domino, it was something
because I didn't film that video on time, I didn't get it to my videographer, I was
almost late for my team meeting, I wasn't fully prepared. I didn't know exactly what
my people had been working on because I've been traveling quite a bit the last two weeks.
And, I just all of a sudden I started getting hit with, you know, an issue with the customer
complaint, we had some other things coming our way and all of a sudden I'm like, oh,
my gosh like this is turning out to be a horrible day.
But it doesn't have to be that way. You can reset your day. I want to share with you guys
the way I do it in today's video because hopefully if you're in a down area if you're in a down
spot, you're still, yeah, that's the way life is sometimes, but you can recover you can
crawl your way out of it and that's what this video is about.
Step number one to resetting a bad day gentlemen is to take a step back and be grateful for
what you have and for what you've accomplished. Yeah, you may be saying, oh, what are you
saying, Antonio, I don't have much I don't have you have your health. Go visit a children's
cancer ward, look at those kids that are suffering from a disease which may most likely end their
lives and what did they do to deserve that? You realize my problems are really tiny, they're
small, I'm blowing them out of proportion. Then, look at what you've accomplished. One
of the problems especially if you're a go getter you're an over achiever is where constantly
looking at that ideal that goal that place where we're trying to go versus actually looking
back and seeing everything that we've accomplished. And when you actually take a step and you
look back and you're like, holy cow, I have actually done quite a bit.
Maybe you're in your third year college and you feel like I may drop out, I don't know
if I'll be able to make it. You have accomplished seven five percent of college, so I mean that
is something to be proud of. And when you realized, you know I've made it this far,
I'm going to go speak with the dean, I'm going to go speak with my professors I'm going to
find a way to just get a passing grade. I don't care if I've got to go through school
this summer, maybe I'll have to retake some of these classes, but I am going to find a
way. That is what is going to get you through life especially when you can take a step back
and you could realize how fortunate most of us are.
Step number two to reset your day is to pull yourself out of the situation and go do something
else, go exercise. I know for the vast majority of us, if you go out you go for a nice run
you go to the gym and lift weights, you put some music in your ear, you're listening you're
getting into your beat, that right there can reset your entire day and put everything in
a perspective. You start to feel better, you go through a natural high.
Maybe look at have you actually eaten today. I know sometimes, I can get so busy, I don't
even eat. Simply going to a nice restaurant your go-to restaurant that you know they're
going to have your go-to meal, they're going to treat you with respect, they're going to
give you great service, and all of a sudden you pull yourself out of that situation.
You can also get on the phone with a trusted friend with someone who will listen to you.
It's okay because men oftentimes we feel that we got to keep things pent up and maybe, you
know, the exercise isn't doing for you, you simply need to speak to somebody. That is
going to be a release, it's going to allow you to basically look at the issue and come
back to it refreshed. Step number three to resetting a bad day is
to apologize. So, this is if your day is affecting other people around you. I know it does me
and it seems like the people I hurt are the people closest to me. I will say something
I shouldn't to my wife, I will may be act in different or not be the best dad to my
kids. I will, you know, possibly with some people on my team be pretty harsh with them
and be straight, you know, pointing out everything. Go and apologize to those people and, yes,
you'll be you need to take the step. You may say, well, it was partly her fault or, you
know, they shouldn't have done that. Who cares? You know apologize. Maybe get your kids a
small gift let them know how much you mean to them. You don't have to say you're sorry
necessarily, but you need to show them and reinforce with these people that you care
about them that you love them. With your team, maybe you go back and you
say, hey, you know, I really apologize if I came off this way even if they didn't even
say anything about it. They just say, hey, you know, I really I just want to share with
you I just have had a bad tough day. And the people really appreciate especially people
you've worked with for a long time. Relationships are built, they're not one way
because if you're always giving to someone and you're never being vulnerable, you're
not going to complete the circle. The circle is when actually you can be open up and they
can give something to you even if it just simply an acceptance of your apology.
Step number four to recovering from a bad day is to see what you can get done in a short
amount of time. I'm talking twenty minutes, thirty minutes, even forty five minutes. Go
grab a kitchen timer setting kind of gamify and say, okay, I haven't able to get much
done on that writing assignment, I haven't been able to get much through this project,
but I wonder how much I can do if I just focus in for thirty minutes. Set the timer on your
clock, make a game of it. I've done this with my daughters in their
homework and it blows me away how much when we gamify and we set a five-minute timer what
they're able to accomplish on their homework versus, you know, me just trying to push them
to do it. It works for kids it works for adults because we're basically big kids. But, gamify
the situation and get started. Step number five for resetting a bad day is
to focus in on what matters. Cut through all that stuff that doesn't matters. You've probably
heard of the Pareto Principle. And that's twenty percent of your effort yields eighty
percent return. So, what that tells me is that really four-fifths of your day eighty
percent of your day is really let's be honest, you're working on things that don't really
get give a big return. So, stop everything, identify that one thing that is two things.
I know for me if I get one video filmed, it's a huge win my entire day, I feel like I've
got a lot of compass because, you know, videos are a big part of our business here at Real
Men Real Style. So, that video if I prepare for and knock through it, I can get it done
in thirty minutes, sometimes it take a bit longer, but oftentimes when I get started
I get into the groove, I'm feeling good about this, I can knock through it and I know you
can do this as well. All right, gentlemen so now it's your turn.

dealt with depression. I have people in my family who have dealt and unfortunately lost
the fight with depression. And, you know, suicide, guys, if you're ever like in that
that scary spot, you know, do not ever do anything stupid. Have and build out, you know,
your relationship with people. And if you have someone in your circle, hopefully you
are watching out for them and it could be something simply just getting on the phone

And they're right by doing that because Macron is the dream of every lobbyist.

He had a nice speech in front of the Louvre pyramid. The pyramid is notoriously a masonic symbol.
Instead of letting play the Marseillaise then, he decided to start with Beethoven's Ode to Joy, the official anthem of the European Union.
The french national anthem was heard only at the end of the speech after the crowd started to sing it.
Maybe this way Macron wanted to send a message to his free mason friends and, for sure, to european establishment.
And the message was: "I'm at your service!"
Don't be surprised. Macron was made in a lab by the international financial oligarchy.
He worked with Mario Monti and Banque de Rothschild and, especially, he had a perfect mentor: Jacques Attali.
Attali is well-known for being a supporter of polyamory.

Attali is also a supporter of euthanasia.

To understand Macron's view on immigration it is sufficient - again - to read Attali, his mentor.
According to Attali, we have to be selfish. We have to welcome the migrants and to exploit them for our advantage. Thank to them Europe will become the first power of the world.

I was looking into the graphics and I could see that there is like

you will see that these parts they will disappear when the ship comes
so its either that the ship has got some magic powers
or this is like really really bad graphics and then, if you watch the whole video
you can se that its really really shit
its really cheap this effects here are really really bad
like, seriously, this is horrible. So, I was checking this and then
