If you have been keeping tabs on Queen Elizabeth II, then you are likely well aware that she's
not your average 91 year old she drives her own car, uses Twitter, and oh, yeah, binges
Netflix like the rest of us.
Although there's no word on what she thought about 13 Reasons Why, there's one show she
surprisingly is a big fan of: The Crown.
Netflix's original series is a lavish look into the early days of Queen Elizabeth II's
rise to power and her first years of marriage to Prince Philip, and despite a few factual
errors throughout season one, the real life queen has reportedly given it her blessing.
According to The Daily Express, Her Majesty began watching the show after her son and
daughter in law, Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, recommended it to her.
"Edward and Sophie love The Crown," a senior royal source revealed.
"It has been a longstanding arrangement that they drive to Windsor at the weekend to join
the queen for an informal supper while watching TV or a film.
They have a Netflix account and urged her to watch it with them.
Happily, she really liked it, although obviously there were some depictions of events that
she found too heavily dramatized."
The series, which stars Claire Foy and Matt Smith as Elizabeth and Philip, doesn't shy
away from deeply personal issues the couple had to overcome, as well as the scandalous
affair Princess Margaret (played by Vanessa Kirby) had with a divorced man.
Fortunately the high production values and dedication to telling the story honestly has
earned the show rave reviews from both critics and members of the royal family alike.
Princess Eugenie recently called the music in the show "wonderful," and remarked that
"the story is beautiful, and you feel very proud to watch it."
Lucky for them, season two is on the way.

The Death Of The Filibuster? | Ron's Office Hours | NPR - Duration: 3:28.
Hi. I'm Ron Elving, and thanks for coming to my office hours.
Last time we were together, we were talking about the filibuster.
Kind of a, you know, tough subject, and in recent years with the rise of cable TV, and certainly
with C-SPAN, we've all gotten a lot more accustomed to watching Congress in action.
And let's face it, the filibuster looks bad.
It's one person or two people talking and talking and talking for an extended period
of time, maybe days, and it looks like they're a little self-serving and it looks like they're
really holding up the whole process.
Which, in fact, is the whole point.
So, a few years ago in 2013, the Democrats, when they were in the majority so frustrated
at the inability to get any of President Obama's appointments confirmed, changed the rules
so that nominations could be approved with a simple majority.
No more filibusters on nominations, but left it in place for Supreme Court nominations,
just the Supreme Court.
That then held for a few years, until this guy got elected president and nominated this
guy to be his Supreme Court nominee and knew he could not get 60 votes for Neil Gorsuch.
Well, as a result, the new majority leader, a Republican, Mitch McConnell, who had been
in that job for a couple of years, said, "We are going to approve Neil Gorsuch come hell
or high water" and changed the rules so that even a Supreme Court nomination would
be approvable with just a simple majority — no more filibusters.
So even though he had won, Donald Trump was frustrated at the idea that the rules had
had to be changed and was looking forward to some other things coming down the road,
and he went on Twitter and said, "Either we have to get 60 senators who are Republicans
and loyal to me or I have to get a change in the rules so that things can be approved
with just 51 percent."
He liked that better, thought maybe it was time for the filibuster to die.
But don't hold your breath.
Because Mitch McConnell, who accommodated the president with respect to the Neil Gorsuch
nomination and changed the rules on that one, immediately said, "No, no, no, Mr. President.
On legislation, we need to have the filibuster."
And immediately a letter was written by the Senate with more than 60 percent of the
senators signing on that supported Mitch McConnell and said, essentially, "no" to President Trump.
That may be the last word, one would assume.
On the other hand, President Trump has proven to be quite adept at using pressure on the
House of Representatives and so far on the Senate with respect to a number of other issues.
It may be difficult for the Senate to continue to say "no" to the president regarding
the rules and the filibuster if a filibuster holds up the health bill, the president's
tax reform, the president's wall with Mexico or any of a number of other issues where the
Democrats have plenty of votes to prevail if they can filibuster and if the Republicans
can't get enough Democrats to join them to get 60 votes, invoke cloture
and end that filibuster.
This could be the deciding factor in whether the Trump agenda gets enacted
or dies in the Senate.
I'm Ron Elving.
Thank you for coming to my office hours.

Right After Germany Attacked Trump, What He Did Next Is Insane! - Duration: 18:02.
Right After Germany Attacked Trump, What He Did Next Is Insane!
The days when the United States just kowtows to other countries…like Germany for example…
are over.
At least while Donald Trump is President.
The German Chancellor apparently doesn't like the things President Trump said while
on his overseas trip recently.
President Trump has made it very clear that he will do what is best for the United States,
first.
And she apparently doesn't like that.
Chancellor Merkel said on Sunday that "the times in which we could rely fully on others-they
are somewhat over."
Perhaps she's upset because President Trump put it in her face that we have a massive
trade deficit with Germany AND they aren't paying their fair share on NATO and the military:
Listen, it's not that President Trump doesn't want to have good relationships with other
countries, including Germany.
It's just that Trump's not going to put up with other countries
taking advantage of us anymore.
Trump is a strong leader and he doesn't back down.
Germany needs to do what's right, pay their fair share, stop taking advantage and we can
all get along just fine.
If you agree and support our President in his efforts to put America first, please SHARE
this article everywhere, so he hears loud and clear that we support him.
Thank you, Patriots!

What Is BREAKAGE | How Do I PREVENT It ? // LATENIGHTTALKS - Duration: 10:00.
Hey guys, it's Cam and today I wanted to
try something a little bit different as
you can see
I got a little setup going on like nighttime
I got my sweats and stuff on, it's actually
almost 12 o'clock so we're gonna call this...
Late Night Talks with Cam
*applause*
Basically I'm just going to be giving you guys
information that I wouldn't do in like a
regular video, like, it's going to be all
our information, no tutorial, just all
information but it's like good
information so, I suggest that you watch all
the way through and if you want to skip to
any parts or rewind to any parts I'll put
times, somewhere on the screen
right now
so today I'm going to be talking
about breakage and how to avoid it and
what the causes are and types of breakages
and all of that so let's get started
but first of all just a little
disclaimer I'll put it somewhere right
here yeah alright so, let's get started now forreal.
Breakage is defined as the act of
breaking, something that has been broken
or lost or damage as a result of
breaking but to define the word without
using the word within the definition we
have to define the word break so break
is defined as separation into parts i.e
discontinuity so basically if my hand
was your scalp and all of this was your
hair shaft
that's breakage
So, what are different types of breakage the most familiar one
and most known is probably split ends
I'll put a picture up of split ends, examples of
different types of split end, basically your
hair starts to break apart, like this
or like this and eventually if it's not cut
off it starts to split up the hair shaft
that weakens the hair shaft and causes
breakage
another type of breakage is tri-
trichorrhexis nodosa, um it's like little gaps
so this is the hole looks like a gap
it's like a holes within your hair shaft
or like little gaps within your hair shaft and
they definitely weaken your hair shaft
and it makes it really easy for your hair to
just, snap off
Another one is trichoclasis
and that's like, it's like a split end but
within the hair shaft, instead of at the
end, so it's like, it's like a crack in
your hair or like a split in your hair
shaft and another type of hair damage, hair
breakage that basically is the root of a
lot of breakage it's like mechanical
breakage or self-imposed breakage
Why does break it to occur?
Breakage usually
is rooted from a lack of moisture or
mechanical damage like I just stated
previously
The first why or the first cause
that I have on my list is lack of
moisture um lack of moisture is really a
big problem and it causes a lot of
breakage dry brittle hair is more
prone to breakage than moisturized
hair so it's very important to keep your
hair moisturized, it's more important to keep
your hair moisturized, if you have curly
curly or kinky hair, the kinkier your
hair is the more moisture you need. Another
cause of breakage is illness or medical
conditions if you think that you're
seeing a lot of breakage because of
medical reasons please consult with a
doctor
another reason for breakage is poor
dieting or deficiencies and by
deficiencies I mean like vitamin
deficiencies or not having enough protein in
your diet or not drinking enough water or
it's not eating healthy altogether.
How they be in the commercials ?
Got milk? Oh, wait
Another reason for breakage is stress
stress can cause a lot of problems to
your body and especially to your hair
it can cause breakage, it can cause hair loss altogether
Another cause of breakage is
chemical processing or over processing
like bleaching or dying your hair and
the last one I have on my list is basically
what I said before, um, mechanical damage
like aggressive grooming or styling and
also the accessories that you put in
your hair like elastics or rubber bands
or anything like that
so it's important not to confuse hair
shedding with hair breakage, hair
shedding is natural you can shed up to
50 to 100 hairs a day although you
probably won't see them much like I
usually don't see them much but
but hair breakage is usually not natural and it's
usually self-imposed but it's also
important to know the difference between
hair shedding and hair loss, if you guys
need to do a video on that let me know
down below
So,
Why does all this matter
um, so breakage and length retention
are negatively correlated, meaning the
more breakage you have the less length you'll
see or the less length you'll retain
so people who say that a lot but I don't
know if people get it all the time that
it's said so I'm going to try like to draw
it out a little bit and hopefully it
makes sense if it didn't already before
if it did already make sense, I hope you
enjoy my drawing
now that we know what breakage is,
different types of breakages why it's
important and what causes it
let's talk about how to avoid it and
it's kind of a long list, so I'm just
read straight off my phone, trying to
remember this, cancelled
the first one
be gentle when detangling, be gentle when you're touching
your hair in general it doesn't have to be
detangling, when you're styling it
anything in general because, your hair
is not afraid to just pop off, make sure
you're using the proper tools, I always say
that a denman brush is not a detangling
brush it is a styling brush however
nobody can tell you what to do so and
always make sure that you keep your nails
clean cut and smooth
keep your hair
moisturized and again the tighter your
hair texture the more moisture you need
avoid high tension and high stress
styles, definitely a victim of this
I have experienced a lot of breakage because of
this, but I'm doing better with it I
will admit that, I am doing better with
it, so like like tight ponytails, like a
couple months ago I used to use these to
make my ponytails instead of the
scrunchies that I use now you can see in
my, um, curly hair routine which ones I
use now um but it really does make a
difference like the more your hair is
pulling the more likely they can just
pop try to keep it at a minimum also
styling your hair while wet, I'm another
victim of that I still do it to this day
I'ma be transparent it's a hard habit to
break, another thing to avoid is
cotton pillowcases and towels they can snag
your hair and dry them out so that's two
things possible that you need to avoid
another important thing is to dust or
trim your ends when necessary especially
if you see like single strand knots or
all the stuff that I talked about split
ends, not even gonna try to pronounce it
again I had one time, I'm not going to do
it again, if it's at the bottom it's
important to cut it off, if you see it in
length of your hair you may not want to
cut it off you may want to I don't know
I need to trim mine, I'm definitely in need for a trim
having a healthy routine and a proper
balance of moisture and protein like if
you need more protein make sure that
you're balancing out
moisture, if you need more moisture, make sure you're
balancing out the protein, another
important thing, um, chemical processing
and harsh chemicals so like sulfate
shampoos I'm not going to say stay away
from them because I definitely do you use
sulfate shampoos sometimes you need like
a good clean especially when you have
like really dirty hair when using a lot
of product sometimes you do need a good
clean it's not good to use a sulfate
shampoo every time you wash your hair
unless you're only washing your hair like
once a month but if you're using a
sulfate shampoo every week your hair is
going to get dry and dryness leads to
breakage as well as bleaching and perming
I'm not going to say not to do it, well
I'm not going to encourage you to do it
but I'm not going to say not to do it
just do it the correct way and make sure
that you're maintaining it after it's done, um, and
lastly protect your hair from things
that can weaken, so like direct
heat can definitely weaken your hair and
um, UV radiation can definitely weaken your hair
as well there are several oils with
natural SPF and I will list those
somewhere here,
however some of these
oils only protect against UVA radiation
but not UVB radiation, UVA radiation is
responsible for hair color changes so
if I was to put my ends up to my roots my
ends would look like brown but my roots would
look black because of the sun's
radiation, UVB radiation is responsible
for a hair protein loss especially
keratin just be mindful of all these
oils and what they actually protect
against I think the one that protects
against both of them the most is red
raspberry oil if I remember correctly so yeah
I think that's pretty much the end, it's important to
remember that prevention is key because
once your hair is broken it's not much
you can do to repair it, like I don't
think anything you can do to repair to
or fix it, so prevention is really the
key to everything and it's also
important to remember that you can't
avoid breakage but you
reduce and minimize it
I hope this was
informative, if you want to see more videos

that you like comment and subscribe and

What We Did When Our 4-Year-Old Stole From PreSchool - Duration: 7:29.
Morning, everybody. Today I wanted to talk to you about stealing.
Thievery. Pickpocketing. No, I'm just joking. I actually just found out here
recently that my four-year-old daughter stole something. She stole something that
didn't belong to her, and I wanted to talk to you about how we handled the situation
with discipline versus punishment. All right, so as I mentioned,
my four-year-old daughter came home with something from school that wasn't hers,
so she stole something. This is the first time she's ever taken anything that wasn't
hers.
And though we have definitely talked about stealing...she's asked,
multiple times, what does stealing mean? What is stealing? And I've always
explained, you know, if you take something that doesn't belong to you,
or if you take money that doesn't belong to you, or if you go to the store and you
take a piece of candy that doesn't belong to you, that's stealing.
So we've talked a lot about what stealing means and what it looks like,
but I think that there's a difference between talking about it,
you know, in theory, or just talking about it, versus in practice.
So, here's kind of what happened. We're at home, and she went into her room and got
some of her little miniature farm toy doll things. She brought it back out to the
kitchen table and she was building a farm, and she looks over and she says,
"Mommy, look at the little girl. She's standing on her step," and I thought,
"Okay."
You know, I look over, and I see this little plastic toy, square toy thing that
I hadn't ever seen before, and I was like, "Where did you get that?" because I'm
thinking maybe she took it out of... I don't know, out of something of her dad's,
or... I have no idea where it came from, because it wasn't actually fun,
or cool, or cute, or colorful. It was just this little gray square box thing.
And she said, "Oh, it's from school," and I immediately said, "From school?
What do you mean, from school?"
And she said, "Well, it's from one of the activity centers," and I said,
"Did you bring it home?" and she said, "Yeah." She said, "I put it in my little
pocket, and I brought it home," and I thought, "Oh." So I said,
"You stole it?" and her little face, she goes, "Yeah." It's like it just dawned on
her. That's why I said I think that there's a difference between talking about
stealing and then having it actually be in practice.
Because she knows what's stealing. If you ask her, "What's stealing?" she would
know, but I don't think that she actually connected the dots in her head that she
was stealing something, because her face just kind of fell, and she thought,
"Oh." And so I told her, I said, "Honey," I said, "You can't take things that don't
belong to you." I said, "That belongs to the school," and she said,
"Yeah." I said, "So we're going to need to take that back to your teachers and you're
going to need to apologize for taking it, because it's not yours."
And so she said, "Okay, mommy," and we just left it at that, because the one
thing that I don't want to do is shame her, because I don't want her to feel bad.
I don't want her to think, "What's wrong with me?" Because there's nothing wrong
with her. She's four! She doesn't know about this stuff yet. And not only that,
shame doesn't work. When you shame your kids, that doesn't...it rarely works.
In fact, I don't think it ever works. So anyway, I didn't want to shame her,
even though the mommy part of me wanted to be like, "Why did you do that?
You can't do that!" you know.
So, I just let it go. So, we went into the school the next day that she had class,
and I pulled one of her teachers aside and I explained to her what happened,
and I had the little piece and I showed it to her, and she said,
"I'm not sure I even know what that is." I said, "Well, it's from an activity
center," and she said, "Oh, okay. I know what it's for." And so I said,
"We've already talked and she wants to clean up her mess." It's kind of the term
we use. When you make a mess, you clean it up, and what does that look like?
And so, in this case, cleaning up her mess looks like taking the toy,
the little tiny thing that she had, and giving it back to her teacher,
and apologizing for taking something that didn't belong to her.
So I handed it to her, and she...after I had explained to her teacher what was
going on, and I said, you know, "Will you help us have a teachable moment?" And her
teacher was so sweet. She was like, "Yes, I would love to." So,
we went in, and I handed her the little piece, and I said, "Okay,
sweetie. You know what you need to do. I want you to clean up your mess."
She immediately took the piece, she went over to her teacher, and she said,
"Miss R. I took this other day. I'm really sorry. I shouldn't have done that,
and it's not mine, and I'm sorry. I won't do it again." And her teacher said,
you know, "It's okay, sweetie." She said, "Thank you so much for bringing it back.
I appreciate you being honest and bringing it back to us." She said,
"How about in the future, let's just leave the toys at school?
Let's leave them at school, and you can play with them whenever you want.
Okay?" and my oldest was like, "Okay."
And the teacher gave her a hug, and she went on her way. And I feel
like...honestly, for me, it was handled perfectly, because after we explained to
her, she realized what she had done was wrong. She was more than willing to clean
up her mess. In her own little four-year-old way, she was repentant.
I know she felt bad. So she was willing to clean up her mess, in fact,
I didn't even actually really have to ask her to do it. So, she cleaned up her mess,
and then, her teacher handled it beautifully.
She forgave her, but she said, "Let's not do that again," and so,
the impression that's left in my little four-year-old's mind is that she made a
mistake, and she apologized, and we're going to move forward. Now,
obviously, in the future, if it's something bigger, and if there's...you
know, different circumstances are going to call for different...you know,
different reactions, and different types of discipline. Obviously,
I'm not going to ground my four-year-old for taking a little piece of thing from
her school.
So, obviously, as she gets older, the situations will change, but I feel like
for her age, it was handled perfectly. There's no shame. She probably won't do it
again, at least for a little while, until she decides...you know,
maybe when she gets to be a little older and she decides she's going to be sneaky,
but that's different. That's totally different than what we had happen here the
other day, so... Anyway, I wanted to talk really quickly about the way we handled
it. I will be completely honest, though, I did consult with my parents because I
thought, "What am I going to do? This is a good moment, but how do I handle this?"
And so, I'm grateful for the wisdom of parents and grandparents,
and so...this is definitely not all me, so I'm grateful for their wisdom.
But yeah, I just wanted to share that with you guys, and I appreciate you watching
today. I hope you're having a good day. We would invite you to follow along with us,

Twin Peaks: The Return | What's in the BOX (Theories/Analysis) - Duration: 8:47.
If you haven't finished this episode, please consider adding the video to your watch later queue. We will be waiting for you.
[Cooper]: "HelllooooOOOooooooo"
Welcome, I am the Old Tin Man and if you're like me, you have been engrossed into Twin Peaks' new season.
A wonderful revival of the original series that feels just like home.
This show has sudden twists and turns that make us question what is actually going on.
One of the questions that arose when watching the first episode was, "What is that clear box and what does it have to do with Twin Peaks?".
Let's take a closer look at what we know so far and theorize this glass box.
If you are new to my channel, first off, thank you for joining and consider subscribing for future Twin Peaks analysis videos.
I plan on releasing more videos on the series and reviewing it throughout this new season. Thank you everyone for watching.
We are first introduced to Sam, an unknown character with no backstory, that we can at least see.
Sam puts off a strange vibe, as he under the employment, if you'd call it that, of a sketchy organization where he keeps an eye on a clear box.
But he is still in a David Lynch production, so it's customary to act strange at any given point during your performance.
So we will just have to assume that Sam is one of the most ordinary New York City citizens, for the time being.
Sam's duties are to keep track of what happens inside of the glass box and keeping records on film with cameras spread across the room, at different angles.
He keeps all these recordings inside a cabinet with much more documented tapes.
The clear box is not the only thing in the building being watched though, as a security guard is constantly on watch of Sam's room.
The security guard keeps tabs on Sam's progress and ensures that Sam is the only body in the empty room.
Now we have Tracey, presumably Sam's girlfriend/love maker, joining the scene with uncertainty of Sam's role in this building.
While Tracey isn't gained access to Sam's room, she seems to check on Sam on a daily basis.
Until one day the guard isn't at their post, allowing Tracey to enter the room with Sam.
Sam explains his duties to Tracey on how he one of the many people that have watched over this box for some time.
One thing lead to another and both Sam and Tracey are naked and in love.
During this sudden act of love, the glass box started filling with a dark substance and suddenly a dark bodied figure appeared shaking.
As both Sam and Tracey found fear in this eerie monster, the entity banged on the glass, shattered it and broke out, mutilating the two.
Based on what we have seen so far, we can presume that this box is a portal from the extra-dimensional reality, being the black and white lodge.
To be more specific, we have seen Cooper appear in the box from the non-existent universe, shown in episode 2.
Moving forward to episode 4, we find Agent Preston describing their investigation on the murder of Sam and Tracey to both Gorden and Albert.
Preston clarifies that the front pointing camera saw the abnormal looking creature in the glass box,
but the other angled cameras didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
This might show that this creature was intentionally looking out towards Sam and Tracey.
Preston continues to explain that once the creature moved, it disappeared,
therefore the glass didn't shatter making it's escape, shown in the first episode.
Tracey is one of the interesting characters in this part of the plot,
As the audience doesn't know her intentions besides wanting to get into the unknown room with Sam.
It's unsure what Tracey means to Sam, but her persistency and eagerness makes me question why she doesn't just set up a date with Sam at Starbucks.
It seems like both of them like coffee anyway.
Is it not enough for you to have a casual date with Sam?
You want to intrude in a secret organization with the possibility of being snatched by the Hulk's brother.
It almost feels as if she has other intentions than to just see Sam.
The organization that's orchestrating this project must have some enemies if they need to keep people out.
Although, when Tracey is able to get a chance to enter the room, the security guard is mysteriously gone.
Even Sam explains how strange and unusual the situation is.
This doesn't feel just like a coincidence that the guard disappeared once Tracey arrives.
I find it quite odd that the guard took off all of a sudden.
With that face, who can't take their job seriously.
From the looks of the situation, this was arranged to ensure Tracey's entry in the mysterious room,
Making it a possibility that Tracey is in fact a spy, who neutralized the lookout.
Perhaps she was given the task to get close to whoever is in the room to discover the secrets within the organization,
Which resulted to her demise.
Who is funding this project and who is rich enough to pay for all the moving pieces?
Whoever is in charge knows about the extra-dimensional reality that exists in their world and it's possible that they are inspecting it's capability.
The funder could also be attempting to stop anything from leaving this extra-dimensional place, but why?
Sam announces in the first episode that he is unsure why he is required to watch the box, besides checking for anything to appear.
This presents the thought that Sam and the other observes are only hires that know nothing about the companies objective with this project.
Knowing what we have seen in the 1st episode, the box is clearly unsafe to be around.
By choosing oblivious candidates that are an outside source to watch the box,
It could be possibility that the corporation might know of the risks with the glass box.
Assuming that this project is being controlled by an evil-doer, we might find evil Cooper to be the one financing this project.
As it has been 26 years since we have seen cooper possessed in the finale of the original series, a lot has happened since then.
It's possible that the possessed cooper could have been dealing with illegal activities to acquire dirty money over the 26 years to fund the project.
Cooper also isn't reluctant to kill anyone in his way, so why would he care about the innocent watching over this box.
Only a small amount of people know of the extra-dimensional reality that is the black lodge.
But, Nobody knows it better than the soul possessing Cooper's body, a host that resided in it for god knows how long.
After all, evil cooper knows how to gain entry the Black Lodge and how to exit it, so it could be a possibility that he knows of this New York City portal.
This possessed Cooper could be keeping tabs of the portal to buy him more time in the real world, as he has said he doesn't plan on returning to the black lodge, like he is expected to do.
We have also found out that evil Cooper does have a half-million contract for his life, which might be the same people that sent the possible spy, Tracey, to discover the Glass Box.
In the 2nd episode Cooper finally leaves the black lodge, although not in any way he expected.
During his final moments in the red room and it's hallways,
Cooper was deceived by the doopleganger of the brain stemmed tree, the evolution of the dancing dwarf.
The doopleganger screamed "NONEXISTENT" and suddenly the floor collapse underneath Cooper.
Cooper falls into an endless starry sky where he unexpectedly he falls onto the box, slowly sinks and hovers in it.
This is the same time that Sam left the room to find Tracey waiting alone in the next room.
Soon after his arrival in the box, he disappears before we see Sam and Tracey enter the room.
Going back to Agent Preston describing the murder of Sam and Tracey in episode 4, not once does she mention Cooper's appearance in the glass box.
If Preston's team was investigating the camera's in that room, they would have reviewed the footage from at least the moment Sam exited the room to meet Tracey.
If this was the case, they would have found Cooper's body floating in the box, but it seems to have been impossible to see to the naked eye.
Although it's unclear why Cooper wasn't noticed by any of the camera's,
But we can assume that whatever appears in the box can only be seen to certain individuals.
Such as the sight of the dark creature jumping out at Sam and Tracey.
Sometime after Cooper departs from the box to go back into limbo land, Sam and Tracey obviously enter the room and soon find the dark figure in the box.
If we assume that the monster entered the box in a similar way in which Cooper did, there's a chance that it's been tailing Cooper.
It would be interesting if this creature was the electric tree's doppleganger, who pushed him into this unknown reality, where it soon followed.
Although both the tree and the dark figure don't have the same body, they have very distinguishable looking heads.
The electric tree might be presented differently in the real world than in it's original reality.
Since this monster is aggressive and jittery, it might resemble the banging from the Non-existant room Cooper finds himself in, soon after leaving the box.
If this is the doppleganger, it would be an interesting plot twist to see all the dopplegangers revolt and attempt to escape the black lodge entirely,
Seeking havoc against the real world.
This mysterious, dangerous glass box is one of the most bizarre things in the new season of Twin Peaks.
What else can this box do and why is it in New York City.
If more information arises about this glass box, expect me to analyze it even more.
What do you guys think the meaning of this box is and who do you think is funding it?

What Do You Need to Consider When Qualifying a Biomarker? - Duration: 2:52.
There are a number of things that need to be done to help lower the barriers and improve
the success rate of drug development.
Biomarkers—new biomarkers—are one of the most important things that we can strive for.
So over time, FDA has developed a process for the qualification, and they will say,
"This is qualified for this purpose"—explains context of use and explains other things about
the biomarker.
So when you think about qualifying a biomarker for a certain use, you have to think about
a number of things.
First of all, you have to define the use very well, so let me give some examples.
We want to select people for trials who are more likely to have the problem.
So if you have more people having the problem and you're trying to prevent a problem,
then you're more likely to find where they're going to have an effect.
That's called an "enrichment marker."
Another context of use might be a biomarker we want to use as an endpoint in a trial to
find out whether the drug is working, all right, and so that one would be a different
context of use.
For each context of use and each disease, there is going to be criteria that have to
be set for how much evidence is good enough.
And we call those the evidentiary criteria and we are working on developing those.
Some people wonder, "Why can't we have one set of evidence for everything?"
But it depends on the stakes of the decision.
So you think about an enrichment biomarker: You want to have more events in the trial.
Okay, if it doesn't work very well, maybe you'll just have a few more events than
you would have before, right?
But it's not the end of the world.
But if a biomarker you're relying upon to keep people's kidneys safe and it doesn't
work and their kidneys are harmed and you don't know it, then that's a terrible
failure.
And so the stakes of that biomarker being correct are very high, and so the evidence
bar is higher than something where the consequences of a wrong prediction are not that serious.
The FDA has been working with a lot of outside groups, scientific groups and the general
scientific community, on trying to set sort of general criteria.
They are going to be different for a safety biomarker versus an enrichment marker versus
a trial endpoint and so forth.
But there are some common criteria, such as they all should have good analytical validity,
which means the test works, basically: You don't get a lot of false positives and false
negatives and so forth.
That sort of thing is pretty well worked out.

What is a legal hackathon? (Music City Legal Hackathon 2017 @ Vanderbilt Law School) - Duration: 3:35.
So, legal hackers is five years old.
It started in New York City for a legal clinic at Brooklyn Law School that was focused on
pro bono legal services for early-stage tech start-ups.
Since then, it has grown.
Now we have 60 chapters around the world.
These chapters host monthly events on all sorts of issues, but a lot of them come down
to the things we were talking about today.
Things like disability access.
Things like access to justice, the blockchain, smart contracts, come up all the time.
I was talking yesterday to two co-organizers in Croatia who were starting their chapters.
Week before that in Kiev, in the Ukraine, a week before that from Ghana, week before
that in Hong Kong.
So this is happening all around the world.
So, as you guys work today and as you guys come up with your solutions today realize
that they feed into a global movement and the thing that you post, let's say they all
get posted up on GitHub, could be used in a far-off jurisdiction to solve some of the
problems of who you've never met in a place where you've never been so this is really
really powerful.
All the credit goes to you guys for putting this on.
The great sponsors and the great stakeholder and the participants, Code for Nashville is
amazing as well, So, thank you, guys, for putting this on.
In general, a hackathon is a community-building event.
It's a wonderful opportunity to get people of disparate professions and crafts together
to learn about one another's context and share skills in pursuit of something.
There's immense value in bring together members of the legal industry and the tech industry,
broadly speaking, so that they can learn new ways of thinking about old and new problems.
That's the thing I take away from this, is learning to adapt the hackathon model to focus
less on creating software and more on providing value in all kinds of different ways.
Jump in!
Find a local hacker group of some sort.
Finding just regular meetings of clubs that focus on different issues.
Some will be organized around different technologies and some will be organized around different
sectors or ares of focus.
If you want to get involved, there's no better way of doing that than just doing it.

Web hosting for small businesses. What small business owners should know before buying web hosting. - Duration: 1:03.
Here are some things to look for when choosing a web hosting site for a small business:
1.
The web hosting service should offer domains for sale at competitive prices.
Some web hosts offer free domains for signing up for a hosting package.
2.
The web hosting service should offer site builders that are relatively user friendly.
The business owner shouldn't have to have a lot of coding knowledge in order to run
the site.
The web host should offer a set of free site builders for business owners to get started
with.
Installation of basic sites such as a WordPress site should be close to a one click install
in terms of ease of installation.
3.
The web host should offer 24/7 support to help you if your site has a critical problem.
4.
There should be some type of money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
5.
Look for web hosts that offer things such as free vouchers for running ads in a search
engine in order to build traffic to your site.

Video: Gen Y Money: What you need to know about owning and buying a condo - Duration: 1:39.
Although the sticker price on most condos is less than a house,
buying a condo has all the usual...
and all of the regular owning bills like...
The difference with condos is that you'll
also have to pay regular, monthly maintenance fees.
Think of a condo maintenance fee
as your share of the cost of running the building.
Anything from the carpets in the hallway,
to paying the concierge, to gardening and snow removal.
These fees vary from building to building,
but they can be quite high
and they can shoot up drastically over time.
Condo owners can also be on the hook for big one-time costs.
Thousands of dollars from major
repairs not covered in the building's budget,
like fixing a leaky roof,
faulty windows or a cracked parking garage floor in a massive building.
These steps could save you thousands down the road
and help you decide if condo ownership is right for you.

I spoke to the best investors. Here's what I learned. // Investing tips strategies stock market 101 investor interview david morgan rob kirby greg gregory mannarino michael pento rick rule andy andrew hoffman karl denninger carolyn boroden john carter gwen preston stocks options trading traders finance david moadel
welcome to looking at the markets with
David Modell today I wanted to make a
video synthesizing the lessons that I've
learned I've had the opportunity to
interview some amazing investors and
traders some of the best in the world
I'm very lucky and I wanted to pass on
what I've learned from them to you in
this video this is a little collage that
I made and this is just a few of the
very generous people that have that I've
gotten to speak with and if you look
through my past videos you can see the
interviews and I encourage you to go
ahead and check out those videos and
subscribe to the services of these
individuals who are so kind as to you
know lend me and and you guys the
audience some of their time and insight
and knowledge into the markets and again
this is just some of them you might
recognize some of these people and if
you don't then you really should check
them out because they're all amazing
all right so
so here we go in order to improve my own
investing abilities and those of my
audience I've been on a quest to speak
with and learn from the best of the best
these individuals have been extremely
generous to take time out of their busy
schedules to answer my questions I felt
a duty to take notes and pass on what
I've learned to others now some of the
people I've interviewed are bullish on
US equities over the next few years
while others are bearish some prefer to
keep physical gold or silver as an
investment
others prefer gold and silver stocks or
ETFs some use stop losses to prevent big
losses others just ride it out
and some even average down by adding to
their positions when a trade goes goes
against them so as you can see as far as
any specific strategies or
recommendations there really wasn't any
consensus among the people that I've
spoken with as far as investing in any
particular asset it was very diverse I
spoke to a very diverse group of people
which is great with people with
different viewpoints on that on the
other hand there were some things that
they did agree on
yeah however there are some things that
they they all pretty much agreed on
these are the pearls of wisdom that I
collected from the greatest minds in my
opinion in the world of investing all
right so let me share some of these tips
and just some insight and wisdom into
investing and trading that hopefully
you'll be able to use in your own in
your own trading first of all use small
position sizes and that means with every
trade or ever every investment you don't
want to put let's say 50% of your assets
into one trade not a great idea maybe
like 5% or less that might be a good
guideline and diversify among sectors
because if all of your trades are or
investments are all in the same sector
then if that sector has problems you're
going to lose a lot of money all right
here's another one leave your emotions
out of your trading and investing they
all pretty much told me that in in
different ways you want to become in
certain ways you want to be almost
mechanical meaning have a plan and stick
with it even when it's uncomfortable
assuming it's a good plan if it's not a
good plan then you know don't use it
here's another one don't a sorry know
ahead of time what you're going to do if
a trade or investment goes against you
know ahead of time before you place the
trade because after you've placed the
trade and now you know the stock or
whatever starts going against you that's
not the time to start thinking about
what you're going to do about that you
want to think ahead of time you know
whether it's averaging down or just
writing it out or using a stoploss
whatever it is know ahead of time before
you place the trade
don't try to trade based on every news
headline that comes out yeah I heard
that over and over when you're just
chasing the headlines when you're being
reactive to every little headline
because by the time you and I the the
retail traders get the news most of the
hedge funds already knew it and they've
already reacted to it and so we're
usually chasing after the price action
has already occurred in other words were
the last ones to react usually which is
not a good position to be in if you're
in it for the long term
consider companies that will be in
demand even if the economy turns bad I
heard this several times and some
examples they gave were McDonald's
Philip Morris anheuser-busch utilities
precious metals gold silver and so on
and this is not nothing in this video is
a recommendation to buy or sell anything
I'm not a registered investment advisor
I'm not telling you what to do I'm just
saying that you know I've heard from
many great investors or a number of
great investors that you want to invest
in you know companies or sectors that
will hold up well if the economy you
know gets bad don't try to call market
tops or bottoms this is pretty
consistent among the people I've spoken
with you know if the market goes up a
lot
you know and you want to say okay well
this is high this is as high as it's
going to go this is the top well as soon
as you say that guess what happens
usually it goes up a lot more or if it
goes down a lot and you want to say okay
well this must be the bottom it's not
going to go down any more well it
probably will no one knows where the top
or bottom is and the written the
greatest investors really are willing to
admit that you know they don't know
where the top or the bottom of the
market is they just have a plan and they
stick to it you're competing against
billionaires and supercomputers so you'd
better get an education and have a good
mentor and any of the people that I've
interviewed they're all great mentors
and you can you know contact them check
out those videos and contact them you
know I try to be a mentor as well I try
to be a coach and I always do the best I
can with that getting a good education
doesn't mean just watching a couple of
YouTube videos alright YouTube videos
are great you're watching one right now
probably but you know watching a couple
of videos on YouTube is not enough to
really consider that in education to
start trading or investing your your own
money you need more than that
if you can't find a good trade setup or
an investment with a good risk to reward
ratio just stay in cash and wait alright
in other words let the trade come to you
don't try to force it it's okay to stay
in cash for a while
and wait for the setup to come to you
and finally the number one bit of wisdom
that I consistently heard from the
greatest investors who I spoke with
there it is your first priority is not
to make money fast your first priority
is preventing big losses in other words
capital preservation should be priority
number one that's huge and I heard that
over and over and over and it really is
true a lot of new traders and investors
they don't think about finding ways to
prevent big losses they make their
number one priority making a lot of
money fast and usually that does not end
up well alright so I hope this was
helpful to you
I plan to interview more of the great
you know the investors and traders out
there and I'm so grateful you know to
both the people that allowed me to
interview them and also to you the
audience for listening and watching and
I hope you gained something from this
video so please give this video a thumbs
up on YouTube leave comments and please
subscribe to my youtube channel so you
can receive the latest updates on my
financial educational videos and if you
want to contact me you can email me at
anytime at David Modell at gmail.com
thank you so much for watching and
listening and I'll talk to you again
soon
yeah take care
Tyger Tyger they're gonna take it off me
Tyger Tyger
they're gonna take it off me tight a
tight head up a bit
