Youtube daily what to watch Oct 26 2018

Due to Mercedes's strategic error during the US Grand Prix, which saw Lewis Hamilton miss out on his fifth F1 World Championship title, we continue to be at the business end of the Formula 1 2018 season

Hamilton could have won his fifth title and match 'the Godfather' of Formula One, Juan Manuel Fangio's haul, moving one ahead of his fierce rival Sebastian Vettel

However, Mercedes made the rare error that saw Hamilton go into the pit-lane too early and then remain on the track for too long, meaning the Brit struggled to overtake Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen, who defended his lead masterfully

'We just made it so hard for ourselves to compete.I am not sure about the reasoning behind the strategy,' Hamilton said after the race

A difficult day, not our best.We didn't perform that great and that is not something we usually do

'We will go back to the drawing board and regroup. This was over-par for us — a double bogey weekend

' With the US Grand Prix miss behind him, Hamilton's eyes will turn to the Mexican Grand Prix, where a strong finish could see the Brit move just two shy of Michael Schumacher's F1 record of seven titles

Here is all you need to know about the Mexican Grand Prix, including when it's on, how to watch it on TV, what time the practice and qualifying races are and what are the odds

The Mexican Grand Prix will take place on Sunday, October 28 at 1.10pm local time (7

10pm UK time). With Mexico and Britain ending daylight saving time at the same time on Sunday morning means the time difference will remain six hours

As it stands, Lewis Hamilton is 70 points ahead of Sebastian Vettel, with only three Grand Prixs left

There are only 75 points up for grabs in the last three races. He had a chance to win the title last weekend at the US Grand Prix and match Juan Manuel Fangio's five F1 World Championships, but Ferrari's Kimi Raikonnen and Max Verstappen had other ideas

Hamilton's point-advantage means that even if Vettel wins the race, the Brit will win his fifth championship if he manages to finish in seventh place

If Vettel fails to win the race, then it's all over and Hamilton will win the title irrespective of his final finish position

The race will take place at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico City.It hosted its first Grand Prix back in 1963

Coming in at 4.304km and 71 laps, the race distance is 305.354km, with the lap record standing at 1

18.785, set by none other than Lewis Hamilton's fierce rival Sebastian Vettel in 2017

There will be three Practice Races taking place across the Friday and Saturday, October 26-27

The first Practice Race will start at 10am local time (4pm BST), with the second taking place four hours later

The final Practice Race will take place at 10am on Saturday.Qualifying Races will follow with the first coming at 1pm local time (7pm BST)

The second Qualifying Race will follow 22 minutes later, with the third 23 minutes after that at 1

45pm.In the UK, Sky Sports F1 will be showing the race from 7.10pm BST, while the Pit Lane Live will start at 6

10pm.The channel will also be broadcasting all the practice and qualifying races including the first Practice race on Friday, October 26 at 4pm and the first Qualifying Race on Saturday, October 27 at 7pm

In the US, ESPN will be broadcasting the race, along with Univision, which will provide Spanish commentary

Despite it being Hamilton's chance to win a fifth Drivers' Championship, it's Vettel who is the bookies' favourite to win

According to Betfair odds, the German is 8/4 favourite, with Hamilton not far behind at 2/1

Vettel bested Hamilton in last year's race, finishing just outside podium positions in fourth, with Hamilton coming in all the way down in ninth

Last year's winner Max Verstappen stands at 9/2, while Ice-Man himself, Kimi Raikkonen comes in at 9/1
