KILLER KETO RECIPES | BEST TASTING FLUFFY KETO PANCAKES EVER! - Duration: 6:40.

I'm sorry I'm having a moment. hey guys welcome back to my

channel if you're new here welcome thanks for joining I hope you'll

consider subscribing on this channel we do life food family fun all sorts of

recipes parenting tips makeup reviews product previews all sorts of stuff so

hit that subscribe button and when you do hit that Bell notification so you

notified every video I post which happens every Tuesday and Thursday for

those of you who have been with me for a long time you will notice that my

background is a little bit different today and that is because we are going

into the kitchen to make keto low-carb grain free sugar free amazing fluffy

fluffy pancakes want to know how I do it stay tuned and let's do this

and if you have not seen my video on the copycat Panda Express orange chicken

recipe that I came up with you need to watch that because it is so good you

will not know that you are on any kind of a diet I mean it almost sounds like

it's too good to be true but it's not check it out I will link it in the cards

and at the end of this video okay I have tried a million ok not a million I have

tried how many have I tried I probably tried 25 recipes for low carb pancakes

and I have messed with it myself and tweaked things here and there and really

some of them tastes pretty good some of them tastes really grainy

someone who tastes like straight up eggs and they're not like the fluffy pancakes

that you really kind of grew up with and are craving so I have mixed and matched

and tried a whole bunch of different things and I think that I have found a

recipe that is pretty amazing and I want to share it with you so I mean look at

this stuff I mean those are fluffy pancakes they look like real fluffy

pancakes I mean they're amazing mmm buttery Oh my gosh! I can't finish this video.....I'm sorry.... so we're in the

kitchen here and I'm going to show you how I do it okay the first thing that

you're gonna do is get some almond flour and I'm gonna have everything listed

below in the description box so just expand that description box and you will

find the recipe down there and how to make this so I use very fine blanched

almond flour I'll have a link in there on which one that I get and then I

actually put it into my magic bullet and I give that a spin for about 30 seconds

I know it's already finally blanched and you can skip this step you don't have to

do it but I think it just ensures that everything is just really finely ground

up and isn't going to be chunky or lumpy or gross so you're going to use a half a

cup of that and put that in a bowl. next I'm gonna add a quarter cup

of oat fiber and then to that we are gonna add one teaspoon of baking powder

1/8 of a teaspoon of salt couple dashes of cinnamon that's probably 1/4 teaspoon

of cinnamon and one heaping teaspoon of my sugar blend you can use whatever

sweetener you like to taste I make my own so there's no stomach upset then

you're gonna give that a whisk for your dry ingredients then for your wet

ingredients I'm going to also blend this up in my magic bullet and I'm gonna do

three eggs a teaspoon of vanilla quarter cup of heavy cream and blend that up and

we're gonna put the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and to that we are

going to add a quarter cup of melted butter and a teaspoon of apple cider

vinegar the apple cider vinegar will help activate that baking powder and

that's what's gonna make these babies rise so once that's all mixed together

this is gonna make about eight to ten pancakes so I've got my skillet here

I've got my griddle here buttered and I'm going to just scoop some onto the

pan now they're gonna be kind of moosie like light and fluffy so spread them out

just a little bit but don't flatten them just you know kind of spread them out

into the shape of the pancake you want and let that rise you'll notice that it

will get bubbly just like regular pancakes those bubbles will start to

burst that will help to tell you to know that you need to flip it they are a

little bit more delicate than regular pancakes but not a whole lot so they're

pretty Hardy but just be careful loosen the edges make sure that you can flip

those over and as you can see when you flip those over they rise up even more

and they are just beautiful

so here's my finished product and they are light and fluffy they're buttery I

put more butter on it and some sugar-free syrup or whatever toppings

you are craving at the moment and they are just amazing so let's see what my

kids think because we all know that kids are honest and they're picky and if they

like these things and I think you will too let's see what they think

so there you have it fluffy yummy buttery homemade pancakes

that are actually good for you and keto friendly low-carb friendly gluten free

grain free but not flavor and texture free I love these I hope you will try

these out if you try them out send me a comment below and tell me what you think

of them and I think you're going to love that

okay that's it for today's video if you found this helpful please don't forget

to give it a thumbs up and leave me a comment below on something that you

would like me to try next I love making comfort food low carb and

Stock Market Trading For Beginners - Best Trading Books - Duration: 16:46.

- [Instructor] In this particular video I'll

be answering three most common questions asked

by beginners in stock markets.

So these questions are number one,

how to become a successful trader in stock market.

Number two, how to get started in stock market trading.

And number three, how to become a full time trader.

So I've given a compilation of 10 books

that you need to read just to get started

and I've explained the importance of each book in the video.

So let's get started.

( music)

- [Announcer] In this channel we talk about trading,

investing and market analysis.

To help you become a better investor and trader.

So if you're new here consider subscribing.

- [Instructor] So in this particular video

what I have done is, I have focused on three main components

that are required to become successful trader

in stock markets.

Number one is technical knowledge, that is technique.

Number two is money management,

and number three is learning trading psychology.

So I have divided this entire video into three segments,

there are some books which will focus just on technique,

there'll be some books that are focusing just

on money management and I have books

that will focus on psychology.

So in case you're a new trader in the market

or let's say you still haven't made it to the highest level,

this is actually a good place to begin with.

I will divide this video into many parts

because there are much advanced books as well

and I'll cover those books in separate video.

So the kind of books that I've selected,

there are very easy to read

and whatever technique you learn is very easy to implement.

And this is precisely going to add tremendous value

to your learning curve.

So the first book that I have short listed is,

Technical Analysis of Financial Markets by John Murphy.

Now, in my opinion this is bible of technical analysis,

you should definitely be reading book because

this book alone will increase you knowledge leaps and bound.

And the best part about this book is that

it starts with basic introduction of technical analysis

and then moves towards various form of charts.

Then it mentions about trend, that is trend trading

and various patterns in the market.

It also covers topics such as candlesticks,

point and figure, Elliott waves.

There's also a section on market profile

and then it moves to covering various indicators

and even market breadth chart in detail.

Now, breadth chart is something that I share

on a regular basis, so you will kind of relate where

the concept of breath chart, I have picked up from,

when you start reading this book.

There is also a special section dedicated

to intermarket analysis and relative strength.

Again, I've done a complete series

on relative strength.

It's must watch a video because relative strength

is one topic which is not covered widely as such.

And intermarket analysis again,

is a wonderful topic because it shows you the linkage

between equities, bonds, currencies,

and other asset classes.

And by the time you will come to the end of this book,

this book will also cover money management and risk

in detail and do a read the chapters on moving averages,

trendlines and time cycles.

So the next book that I've selected is,

How To Trade In Stocks by Jesse Livermore.

So the commentary in this book is given by Richard Smitten.

Now this is a wonderful book about the life

of Jesse Livermore and his stock market trading career.

This book basically teaches you his thought process,

the mistakes that he has committed

and how you should avoid those.

It's actually a blend of technical knowledge,

money management, and trading psychology.

You cannot categorize this book as purely technical book,

but it introduces you to some wonderful

concepts of following leaders, that is momentum.

The concept of sister stocks,

which I have discussed many times.

Again, I've picked up this concept from this very book

and it teaches you a lot of things about money management,

being humble in market,

about importance of listening to the market

and not forcing your will on it.

And it also emphasizes a very important point

that markets have not changed that much,

let's say from 1940s or '60s or '80s or '90s.

The kind of market that we're living into right now,

yes, news is discounted pretty fast, but other than that,

human psychology remains the same.

This is something you will realize when you read this book

because a lot of the events that have been discussed

in this book happen even in this era.

So again, it's a wonderful book,

one of my all time favorite books

and I've read it many times, so do give it a read.

The next book is again by John Murphy.

Now this book is called The Visual Investor

that is How To Spot Market Trends.

Now this is more or less a investments sort of book,

but all the principles that are discussed

here apply to trading as well.

The beginning of this book is really nice

because it focuses more on technical analysis

in current times, that is,

some sort of changes have happened in the market.

This book covers most of the aspects.

There is also a wonderful chapter on moving averages

and MACD indicator, do read this.

This book also discusses a lot about relative strength

and sector rotation.

This was actually not covered in great detail

in John Murphy's first book that we covered,

but in this particular book he has covered this

along with a section on mutual funds and ETF's.

One more thing that I really liked in this book was,

of asset allocation.

This topic is also covered in great detail

and examples are given out of 2002 and 2007 periods.

So overall, this is again a very good book

and it gets you to think about longterm

and the importance of trading in the direction of trend

and how you can profit from the same.

So the next book that I've shortlisted

is Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns.

Now this book basically covers all the patterns

that you can find.

It's purely for those traders

who like to trade only with price.

The good thing that I like about this particular book

is that, Thomas Bulkowski has explained most of

the psychology behind the setups that he has explained.

This is a huge bonus along with the fact that

he has back tested and shared the statistics

of all the patterns that he has discussed.

Now why this becomes a huge bonus for you

is because you can directly come to know which patterns

are actually high probability patterns,

which patterns are the ones which fail the most.

Therefore once you see,

in real time a high probability pattern playing out,

you can pay more attention to that

instead of a pattern which has more failure rate.

So again, this is a really nice book for those

who purely want to trade on price and this may not

be categorized as a traditional technical analysis book,

but it does a wonderful job in explaining you

all the trading patterns and the psychology behind it.

So do give this book a read,

again, it's a very, very good book.

So the next book that I've chosen is,

Japanese Candlestick Charting.

Now this is a brilliant book on candlestick trading.

Do read this book because it directly takes you

to the psychology part of the chart.

This is a point that I've emphasized many times that

instead of focusing on candlestick chart or bar chart

or a line chart, see what is happening on the chart

in terms of psychology.

So this particular book will get you thinking

in this particular direction.

This book's pace is actually really easy to read.

It starts with the history of this technique

and quickly moves into identifying various reversal

and continuation patterns

and how this overall candlestick charting gels

with other fields of technical analysis,

like moving averages, trend lines, and so on and so forth.

So do read this book, again, a brilliant book.

The subsequent two books that have been written

by Steven Nison, on the same subject,

you can refer to those as well,

but this remains my favorite book on this subject.

The next book that I've shortlisted

covers the subject of relative strength in detail.

Now there are a lot of softwares out there

which give you stocks that are out performers

or under performers in terms of relative strength,

but let me tell you one thing,

I'm not against any software,

but there is no software or automation that can replace

human skill, which is why, again,

go back and refer to this book.

I've read this book so many times

that I can't even remember.

It remains my all time favorite book,

the name of the book is

Secret For profiting In Bull and Bear Market.

It's a 30 year old book, but you'll be surprised

to see the concepts discussed in this book

still hold true in this era.

So do read this book.

This book entirely focuses

on identifying outperforming stocks

and underperforming stocks and how to benefit from the same.

Next book in line is Complete Turtle Trader.

Now turtle trading system was one of the

most famous trading systems.

You might have heard lot of stories about this.

It's a wonderful book that gives you an account

of what happened back then,

where a group of traders was selected

or rather individuals were selected

and they were made into full time traders.

So this book focuses more on psychological aspects

of trading, do take notes of this because you'll learn

so many things from this book, a journey of a trader,

what mistakes they make, I mean, it's a beautiful book,

do give it a read.

There's also another book by Michael Covel on trend trading.

Once you finish with this, you can start that as well,

but it remains optional.

Next book that I select is,

Trade Your Way To Financial Freedom, this is by Van Tharp.

Now this is all about money management

and this book will actually teach you

how not to go bankrupt.

Again, it teaches you how to position size,

how to define your risk, how to assess your system,

in case you're a systems trader,

this book is the book for you in terms of risk management.

Even if you're not a systems trader,

you're going to learn so much about risk management

that in the end your whole approach towards trading

and risk analysis would change forever.

So do give this book a read as well.

It's a wonderful book and a must read book for traders

who are looking to manage their money well.

The next book in line is,

Trading In The Zone by Michael Douglas.

Now, if John Murphy's book was the bible of stock market,

technical analysis, this book is the bible

of stock market psychology.

It's one of the most comprehensive books that is written

on the subject and you'll be amazed to read this book

because it explains the human mind.

It explains how you should be disciplined

and why you should be disciplined.

It also explains the importance of trading your own belief,

your own set of rules, how you need to focus

and being in the now and not overthink about anything else.

The overall focus of this book is to help you think like

a professional trader,

how to ignore things that don't matter

and it shares the state of mind that you need to get into

in terms to become a really successful trader.

It really focuses on the right mindset and attitude

of successful traders and how you can attain the same.

So this again remains a very, very, very good book,

rather the best book on this subject.

It is the bible of stock market psychology,

so do not forget to read this.

Take a lot of notes because as and when you start developing

or honing your skills further,

this book would have played a huge role in terms of

how you think about yourself and how you think about

your relationship with market.

The last book that I recommended is

Market Wizards by Jack Schwager.

Now this book is the compilation of interview

of legendary traders in stock market.

It's a beautiful book.

The reason I say so is because you get all those insights

from these great minds who have succeeded

in stock Market trading for decades.

This book actually interviews a host of traders,

some are futures traders, some are just stock traders,

some intraday traders,

some are a mix of derivative and stock traders.

So again, it's a beautiful book.

I have mentioned six or five interviews that you must read.

One is by Ed Seykota, Paul Tudor Jones, Richard Dennis,

Marty Schwartz, and William O'neil.

Do not miss these five interviews

that have been compiled in this book.

It is one of the finest books that has been written

in this particular field, and again,

you'll be amazed to see how these are traders think

and how you need to replicate their sort of thinking

to attain similar success.

So now I'll just take a minute or two to tell you

how to proceed from here, if possible,

please read the books in the order I have suggested

because I've carefully decided the order

in terms of ease of readability and application.

The one thing that I always emphasize upon is,

do take lots of notes because these notes will form

the building blocks for your trading career

as you move forward.

Take your time in reading these books, please don't rush.

Usually we have a tendency to finish a book in a day or two,

or let's say you want to move to another book

and we simply want to read this book really fast.

Don't do that.

I think the real benefit from this trading list of booklets

that I've compiled is if you go really slowly and absorb all

the concepts really well and take notes of it.

So by the time you've finished these books,

you will get a idea of technical knowledge that is,

you will get to know what sort of knowledge

you require moving ahead.

You'll also get to know the main factors

that actually influence success in a stock market trading.

You'll learn a lot about how to assess risk

and how to manage your own money.

That is within the risk parameters that you set

and most importantly, you would have learned

how to have a winner's mindset and how to proceed from here

in order to get that particular mindset.

One request that I'll make is that don't look

for trading techniques or systems in all these books.

Instead, again, focus on all the psychological learnings

that you can get from these books.

Take notes and keep revisiting those notes again and again.

So that's all for this particular part.

I'll be coming up the other part pretty soon,

which we'll discuss more about some advanced books,

advanced techniques,

even I'll get into some software, selection of brokers,

those kinds of things, so in case you have any doubt,

just leave a comment below

and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

So thanks a lot for watching this video guys.

Be Safe.

BEST RED VELVET DRIP CAKE RECIPE - Duration: 7:45.

hello everyone today I'll be showing you how to make the best red velvet

drip cake let's get started in a medium sized Bowl I have got 300 grams of plain

flour add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of salt mix these

together a fork is best because in removes any excess lumps from your flour

and cocoa powder and then set the ball to one side the next step is mixing 250

mils of buttermilk some red food colouring

I am using wilton's gel as this will give you the rich red tone that you want for your cake

I add half a teaspoon of the gel but you could use 2 tablespoons of

a liquid food coloring use a whisk to mix the food colouring into the

buttermilk and then set the bowl to one side now to build the cake here I've got 125

grams of butter and add 250 grams of sugar and get that a cream on a medium

high speed until it's really pale and fluffy add two eggs one at a time

scrape down the sides of the bowl and add one teaspoon of vanilla extract add

a third of the dry ingredients and mix that in once it has been mixed in at a

half the red buttermilk then add half the remaining flour once that has been

mixed through add a remaining red buttermilk finally add the remaining dry

ingredients and continue to mix until everything has been mixed through making

sure you do not over beat the mixture by hand give the mixture a final fold and

set it to one side in a small bowl mix 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda with one

teaspoon of cider vinegar and quickly fold it into the mixture this concoction

will meet the cake rise well from the bicarb and a vinegar helps to preserve

the maroon red colour once baked pour the mixture into the 6-inch round cake tin

that have butted line the bottom of a round disk of baking paper and I now add

it into you to ensure the cake comes out easily from the team spread the mixture

to even and bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes

until the cake has risen and a skewer inserted inside the center comes out

clean and allow to cool completely now I am making my own cream-cheese

buttercream you want to cream 250 grams of slightly softened butter make sure

the butter is not too soft because the softer the butter the more chance the buttercream

will curdle once it has creamed add half a kilo of icing sugar on the

lowest speed possible add the icing sugar spoonfuls at a time

to ensure the icing sugar do not fly one whilst mixing

once the icing sugar has been mixed in increased the speed add one teaspoon of

vanilla extract now add 150 grams of cream cheese I had two cream cheese spin

whores at a time try not to over mix or add too much cream cheese because this

will make your buttercream runny and will be a real disaster I should know

because this happened to me multiple times follow this method will perfect

cream cheese buttercream each time it's great down the sides of the bowl and

beat the mix until is really creamy this is the consistency that you want me

about to set that aside for now once the cake has cooled cut the top of the cake

to level it I'm using a bread knife but you could use a serrated knife as you

can see I have got clingfilm on the worktop because red velvet cake

is a very crumbly cake the clingfilm will catch any excess crumbs while you cut the cake

once you have done this carefully you want the cake around the side using a

knife once you have done that to you cut the cake horizontally in half as this is

a six inch cake he'll be easy to cut place one of the cakes onto your cake

boards with return table below now use a piping bag to ice the

buttercream onto the cake ideally in lines like I said a red

velvet cake is a very crumbly cake it is best to pipe the filling in lines once you

have done this sandwich with the second cake

now for the crumb coat take some buttercream and spread using a paring

knife to form a thin layer what the crumb coat does it helps to not any

excess crumbs on your cake

After have done this pop the cake in the fridge one hour once the

buttercream has hardened once the buttercream has hardened he

used the remaining butter cream to ice the cake make sure you use a turntable

for guidance while you ice the cake once you have done this use a palette knife to

neaten the cake using help from your turntable do not worry about any visible

cake in crumbs appearing because the drip will covered the majority of that

pop the cake in the fridge again for the icing to harden before you do the drip for

the drip I have got 150 grams each dark chocolate and double cream set in a

bowl over a saucepan of simmering water stir to melt the two together it will

look quite grainy first and then it will turn smooth once the chocolate has melted

into the cream remove it from the heat and set it aside to cool slowly start

executing the drips take the cake out of the fridge and start warming the

drip I place the ganache onto a piping bag

hold the piping bag on to the edge of the cake with the assistance from your

turntable the more pressure you apply while executing the drips the further the drips will fall down

use the remaining ganache to top the cake and carefully spread the top using

a pallette knife to even

allow the ganache to set once the ganache has set start forming the decoration

use the remaining ganache to dip each strawberry and then place them on top of

top of the cake I like to decorate the strawberries in the pile once he have

done this lightly dust the top of the cake with some icing sugar especially on

top of the strawberries and you are done now my sister will see the inside

of the cake look at a rich red color the full recipe for the best red velvet drip

cake is on one website www.jazzythrbaker.com however the main link is on the

The Best REIT You Haven't Heard Of [But Need to Invest In] - Duration: 7:42.

Real estate investment trusts are absolutely critical to filling the gaps in your property

investing strategy but the REIT vs real estate debate isn't over.

By the end of this video, you'll know why REIT stocks beat the market and the best new

REIT investment for your portfolio.

We're talking real estate investing today on Let's Talk Money.

Joseph Hogue with the Let's Talk Money channel here on YouTube.

I want to send a special shout out to everyone in the community, thank you for taking a part

of your day to be here.

It's free and you'll never miss an episode.

If you've been following the channel you know I'm a huge fan of real estate investing.

I started my professional career as a commercial property analyst before managing my own portfolio.

No other asset has created as much family wealth as real estate and I truly believe

that everyone should have some exposure in their investments.

That's why I'm excited about this video, the first in a three-part series in partnership

with stREITwise where we'll talk about how real estate fits in your total wealth strategy,

how to get that exposure and an exciting new way to invest.

Today I'm going to show you exactly why you need real estate in your portfolio, how

you can use it to create a stress-free strategy with returns that beat a simple stock, bond

mix.

We'll talk about some of the challenges in property investing and how I get most of

my real estate exposure with dividends over 5% and without having to lift a finger.

First though, I want to invite everyone in the community to share their real estate investing

experience in the comments below.

Have you every invested in property, was it residential or commercial, was it a long-term

strategy or something you flipped?

So just scroll down and share your favorite real estate investment below in the comments.

So a question I get a lot is real estate versus stocks, which is the best investment and I've

really got two answers.

First, the short answer is real estate, hands down.

Real estate returns beat stocks in almost every time period.

In fact, over the 30-years through 2017, real estate provided an 1,800% return according

to the NAREIT all equity REIT more than double the total return of 731% on the S&P 500.

Not only are the returns higher but real estate offers better protection against inflation.

You know, over that 30 years, the value of the dollar has been cut in half according

to the BLS Consumer Price Index.

Something you bought for $1 in 1987 now costs $2.16 - including the price of real estate.

But the other answer is why not have both, stocks and real estate?

Combining real estate in a portfolio of stocks means you make money whether the stock market

rises or not.

In the mid-80s when the S&L crisis hit real estate, stock prices did well.

When the tech bust destroyed stocks in 2000, real estate was booming.

This is going to mean that your wealth is going to grow steadily, not crashing with

the market and you're not going to freak out when it does.

But that huge advantage in owning real estate runs face first into reality for a lot of

investors.

Buying and managing property just isn't possible for a lot of people.

Sure, you might be able to manage one or two rentals but own any more and it becomes a

full-time job on top of your full-time job.

It costs tens of thousands just for a down payment on one property.

That means, for a lot of investors, they'd have to sink their entire nest egg into real

estate and anyone that lived through the housing bust can tell you that's not a good idea.

But there is one type of real estate investment that gives you those double-digit returns,

all the exposure you need, without the headaches and problems.

You can start with less than $100 and get an investment in multiple properties all across

the country and with professional management.

We're talking about a real estate investment trust or REIT.

A REIT is an investment company that owns real estate and pays out the cash flow to

investors.

The company is managed by real estate professionals with all the staff and structure you'd expect

from a major corporation.

REITs get a special tax break from the government.

If they pay out most of their earnings to investors, they pay no corporate income tax.

That means huge dividends for investors and less taxes lost to Uncle Sam.

Now one of the best parts is that listed REITs trade just like stocks on any investing platform.

You can go into your online account or to any broker and buy a share of a company for

less than $100 - in fact, of the almost 200 REITs I follow, prices range from less than

a dollar a share to about $170 per share with dividends as high as 13% a year.

It used to be that the only REITs available to regular investors were those traded on

the exchanges, while other funds were only available to the wealthy.

Just over the last few years though we've seen the rise of online REITs and platforms

like stREITwise that have opened the opportunity up to everyone.

We're going to be talking more about these in a bit and over the next two videos.

I've been investing in REITs for over a decade and just got into online REITs myself.

For example, one of the exchange traded REITs I own is Welltower, an owner of properties

in the healthcare sector that pays a 5.5% dividend.

Here's another one Extra Space Storage which manages storage facilities.

The dividend here is only 3.7%, which is still twice the cash return versus the rest of the

market, and the shares have jumped 34% from where I bought them just a couple of years

ago.

One of the problems I've always had with REITs though is that these tend to be very

large companies that need to reinvest in dozens of new properties a year.

That kind of scale can actually work to their disadvantage, one because of the costs of

running such a large company, but also because management doesn't have as much discretion

in picking good deals.

They have to reinvest cash for growth.

Another problem for listed REITs is that the stock price tends to be more like a stock

rather than that smoother appreciation from real estate.

For example, when the stock market lost 50% in 2008, REITs lost more than 60% of their

value.

Now of course real estate prices fell hard too but actual property prices declined also

but it was more like 30% - so you have more risk in REITs.

For these two reasons, I'm excited about a new type of real estate investment called

the online REIT.

These are a lot like REITs except online REITs are smaller portfolios of properties with

non-traded shares and most of the time, higher dividend yields.

Since online REITs are smaller than exchange traded REITs, management can pick and choose

the properties in which to invest and there isn't as much regulatory or operational

expenses to be covered.

A lot of times that's going to mean better flexibility to go after only the best properties

and a higher cash return for investors.

For example, the 1st stREIT Office REIT managed by stREITwise invests in high-quality office

properties and as of the date of this video, has paid a 10% annualized dividend.

The fund is managed by seasoned real estate professionals that have acquired or managed

over $5.4 billion in property and across all property types.

I'll leave a link to this online REIT in the video description below with more information.

Because online REITs are longer-term investments, the share price of the investment or its net

asset value, isn't usually as volatile as stocks or listed REITs.

Against this, there is one disadvantage in that some online REITs are still only available

to accredited investors, people with over a million net worth.

The stREITwise online REIT is open to all investors but it's so far the exception

rather than the rule.

Now I still own some listed REITs in my portfolio but I'm diversifying into online REITs as

well.

This three-pronged strategy of owning some properties but diversifying with REITs and

online REITs gives me the best of all three.

I get that pride of ownership from direct investing in properties but also the diversification

and professional management of REITs and high cash return from online REITs.

I'm going to be going deeper into the detail of how you can use online REITs to build a

portfolio in our next video.
