What Does Liquidity Mean When Trading? - Duration: 2:40.

What is Liquidity?

Liquidity as a term is defined as the ability to buy or sell assets in the market without

causing a drastic change in the assets price.

Liquidity can refer to two different areas; liquid market and liquid asset.

Liquid market means that there are always investors in the market willing to trade.

A liquid asset refers to an asset that can be easily converted into cash.

But what does this mean when talking about cryptocurrencies?

As with any investment, you want to be able to sell and buy tokens quickly without a need

to cut the price or wait for too long for the trade to be matched.

In order for this to be possible, the market you're trading in must be liquid.

In other words, there must be high trading activity and the bid and ask prices must not

be spread too far apart.

Let's take an example from a seller's point of view;

Bob has 5 tokens of a certain cryptocurrency and the price for his tokens has increased

in the past few days.

Bob is happy and decides to quickly sell all his tokens for the current market price.

If the market is liquid, meaning that there are enough buyers that are willing to buy

Bob's tokens for the price he is asking, Bob is able to sell his assets quickly and

sell at the price he wants.

Bob's trade does not affect the token price since there is sufficient liquidity to accommodate

for Bob's trade.

However, if Bob is asking to sell his 5 tokens at the current market price and the market

is illiquid or has low liquidity, meaning that there are not enough buyers willing to

pay the price Bob is asking, he is required to lower his asking price or wait for the

market to become more liquid to be able to sell his tokens.

If Bob decides to sell at a lower price, his trade is also affecting the current market

price of the token.

How to tell if a market is liquid When looking to see if a market is liquid

or illiquid, it's good practice to look at three important indicators.

24 hour trading volume, Order book depth and the amount by which the ask price exceeds

the bid price, also known as the bid/ask spread.

However, the order book might not always be an accurate representation due to factors

like stop-limit orders and iceberg orders, which are created with using trade automation

and as a result don't always appear on an order book until specific conditions are met

for those orders.

Liquidity is extremely important when considering your trades.

It is one key factor for easily entering or exiting the market.

Question: What is grace to you? | Life Without Limbs - Duration: 2:57.

Look, I'm not a preacher, pastor, teacher that shares a 45-minute message on a topic.

But one of the greatest, most beautiful topics that I would ever choose

to talk about would be grace. The grace of God. It is by the grace of God that I am breathing.

It is by the grace of God that I can open up the Word of God.

It is by the grace of God that I'm saved. It's by the grace of God that I'm redeemed.

It's the grace of God that I'm aware of my heart of stone that I had that He took out from my flesh

and gave me a heart of flesh. It is by the grace of God that I have the good blessings of life.

It's by the grace of God to know that no matter what I experience here on earth,

that is good and excellent, the most important thing to know is that,

I take nothing with me, but my soul to Heaven. And Heaven is waiting for me.

It is by His grace that I live, breathe, act, in a way that is not fleshly nor selfish.

And it is by grace that He helps us to understand what love is in Corinthians 13.

It's by His grace that I'm able to even think of praying for my enemy, or forgiving somebody for what they did

against me or even by the grace of God to know when I've done wrong,

to go there and ask for the forgiveness of what I did against them.

It is by the grace of God that I live, that I breathe and that I don't die.

And that's not a hope and it's an assurance. Some people think, "Well, when I die,

I hope I go to a good place." It's by the grace of God that I have a Heavenly Father,

who even says in Scripture, "If you do not have faith, ask me for faith,

and I will give you that faith." That is a wildcard.

Just magnitude of blessings that are hard to describe in words–that's grace.

Grace to know that I fail. Grace to know though that He's not gonna leave me.

Grace and strength to know that He'll carry me when I cannot walk.

Grace and strength that as the New Year clicks by, I can ask God, "God, what are the areas

of my life, in my family, in my everyday life that I can serve you? That I can love people more,

forgive quicker and leave what's behind

and press on toward the goal?"

Grace is everything.

AISATSU (Greetings) | What I Learned in Japanese #1 - Duration: 14:39.

So..

Hello Everyone!

So, I thought of making myself useful on YouTube

as because almost all of my videos are not good at all!

and I have got myself a tripod stand as well!

so, why don't I make a small video based on Education!!

but it will not be any boring lecture videos!

hope it will be a kind of interesting daily knowledge for you all!

and if it becomes beneficial in any way for you, I will be very glad!

so, actually, as I already said I am "LEARNING" Japanese classes!

sorry, i meant I am attending Japanese Classes!

but, my course is not complete yet!

but, maybe I have somehow learnt the Hiragana characters

and I need to practice them

'cause by practising only I can learn the characters

see, the thing is I cannot memorize any thing by learning by heart

I can do things, by understanding only

just for example, there's some JAVA code, I actually understand them, but I don't learn them by heart

already written, I don't learn by heart!

ok. I wrote up, moving the camera upwards, sorry!

I understand the code, I do not learn them by heart

but, I was not able to memorize the language's characters at all

it was like end of life

as because I don't have the habit to memorize things like that, that's why!

but little by little I completed learning them, but again I forget them!

I learn... learn... and I thought that I memorized, but again after sometime I forget!

it happens to me like this!

okay

so, hopefully if I still remember then it would be great, and as I am practising, so why don't I make a YouTube video at the same time

it would be like hitting two stones at the same time

but I should mention this in the beginning!

if you really want to learn Japanese, then please refer to other....

(where it is, wait!?)

... other videos as well!

as because I have not yet completed the Japanese course, not the characters completely as well!

whatever I am learning, I am making the video on that basis, but if you are interested to learn the language, please refer to other videos!

I am saying!

so, there are two components of Japanese writing language, one of them is Hiragana

come here, Camera-bro!

Hiragana

other one is Katakana

Hiragana is the normal one, Katakana is most probably used for nouns!

Kanye Just Handed Trump A HUGE Present – Dems Freaking Over What's About To Happen - Duration: 8:35.

Earlier today we reported on the Walkaway campaign holding a huge march in DC, and now

comes even more bad news for the Democrat Party.

Black Americans have voted Dem for as long as I can remember.

Without them, the party would likely become a regional organization, not a national one.

Black support for the Democrat Party appears to be waning, though.

Many are opting to free themselves from the left's political "plantation."

One poll a few months ago had Trump's approval rating among blacks at a whopping 36%, USA

Today reported.

Others had the number lower, but still rising.

Enter rap mogul/businessman, Kanye West.

Kanye has been outspoken in his support of Trump for quite some time, and he's only

getting louder.

Now he's designed a clothing line that promotes a #Blexit, aka, a black exit from the Democrat

Party.

Newsweek is reporting:

"Kanye West has designed a shirt line encouraging African-Americans to leave the Democratic

Party, Rolling Stone reported.

The shirts promote "Blexit," a spin on "Brexit," which referred to the U.K. leaving

the European Union.

The clothing was released at a Young Black Leadership Summit in Washington organized

by Turning Point USA communications director Candace Owens.

"Blexit is a renaissance and I am blessed to say that this logo, these colors, were

created by my dear friend and fellow superhero Kanye West," Owens said.

"[West] has taken one of the boldest steps in America to open a conversation we have

needed to have."

She said the Blexit campaign "will spend 2019 holding rallies in every major city in

America that the Democrats have destroyed," according to PageSix.

Owens later promoted the clothing line on Twitter, writing "There is no group in America

that has been more lied to, more abused, or more taken advantage of by the Democrats than

black people.

At long last, we can return the favor by ENDING their stranglehold on our votes.

Support the #BLEXIT today, Patriots!"

The shirts contain the phrases "Blexit" and "We Free."

They are available in salmon, orchid and lagoon blue.

West's release of the clothing line is his latest denunciation of the Democratic Party.

His visit to the White House earlier this month garnered a large amount of public attention.

The rapper talked about welfare, Chicago's murder rate, the 13th Amendment, his support

for President Donald Trump, racism and police brutality, among other topics.

Kris Jenner, West's mother-in-law, criticized the meeting while speaking with Ellen DeGeneres

on Friday.

"And the stuff that they were talking about, when they got to the airplane, I was like,

'Oh my gosh, that's so Kanye,'" she said.

"He was sharing thoughts and things on himself.

But I would rather he share some of that stuff privately.

Obviously, that would be great."

Last month, West also generated discussion during his appearance on "Saturday Night

Live," when he monologued about being bullied for supporting President Donald Trump.

West's vocal and outspoken endorsement of the President has received support from right-wing

pundits and media sites.

"What has West done to merit such vitriol?"

Nick Fitzgerald wrote on The Daily Caller.

"The answer is frightening and simple: He is thinking for himself.

He's wearing a MAGA hat.

And he has influence.""

Here are some of the reactions on social media.

Of course, Democrats aren't the happiest of campers with West's support of Trump

& his call to blacks to leave the Dem party behind.

They know without the black vote, they can't win elections.

Isn't it great that people of all races are waking up to the fact that the Democrat

Party only uses them for their votes in order to get into power?

That's especially true with minorities, and now they're starting to see it.

I bet Dems have a whole war room set up to stop the hemorrhaging.

What's new with Speech Services? - Duration: 9:36.

>> Hello, my name

is Noelle LaCharite, and welcome to this week in Cognitive,

where I have the pleasure of sharing with you some of

the new and awesome things going on

in Cognitive Services and Applied AI.

Always feel free to connect with me

on Linkedin or connect with me on Twitter.

I'll be happy to be

able to answer any questions you may have had

or just share with you some of the latest and

greatest that's going on in this space.

So, for those of you who are new,

thank you so much for joining

us this week and Cognitive is

all about getting just snackable content every week,

and being able to see some of the latest and

greatest samples that we've developed just for you.

So, the first thing though I

always like to do is make sure that you

are familiar with the architecture

that we are talking about.

Right? So, we have built

an entire platform that makes it easy

for you to consume machine learning models,

and in this specific episode we're actually

going to be talking about the pre-built models

that are available for you to use.

So, you can see here,

we have pre-built models that we call Cognitive Services.

There's actually a collection of these

we call Applied AI,

and what it means is that you can apply these models,

you didn't have to build them,

you didn't even have to have your own data.

It's Microsoft data, Microsoft models

but available for you to use as a web service.

But sometimes, that's not enough for sometimes

it doesn't completely answer your question.

So, the very next thing we offer is

the ability for you to customize those models.

So, I'll show you today exactly how you can do that with

one of our brand new generally available services.

Even sometimes at that point that

might not solve your problem completely.

AI, right? This is a research activity.

You have to do lots of experiments.

So, you may get to the point where you

want to experiment on your own,

code first, build your algorithm from scratch.

Obviously, if you've already have algorithm,

you don't want to do that but if you can

use one that's pre-built, you want to do that.

But sometimes, you need to build your own.

So in that case, we provide an entire stack

of tools and frameworks and most importantly,

compute that will allow you to power your own models.

So, here you can see we have

a huge selection of computing power available

to you no matter what your side

of our architecture you're on,

whether you're using our pre-built

models or whether you're

using models that you're building from scratch.

Of course, I don't want to go without

mentioning all the tools that are available for you.

We want to meet developers right where they are,

meet you where you're building these models,

whether you're building them in a language

through our SDKs like C#, Java,

Node or Python, or whether you're using some of the tools

like TensorFlow or Caffe or Cognitive Toolkit.

Right? So, we want to make sure that you have

all the tools you need to build what you want.

Now, a lot of people consider

Cognitive Services to be a superpower,

like a magic wand.

Right? So, they're business ready,

they run on Azure,

they're part of your subscriptions

that you have available to use,

and I want to just give you

a little taste of what that looks like.

First, the languages.

All of these languages are supported.

You have the ability,

we consider Java, Node, Python, C#.

These are our primary languages

right there, first-class citizen.

So if you're a developer in this space,

we want to make sure that you know you have

access to these models through these SDKs.

But there are so many things that you can do.

Today, I'm going to just focus on one,

but look at all the different models you have available.

You could do things in computer vision.

I recently created an object detection model that

can tell the difference between two cartoon characters.

Just really interesting technology that can help you

solve some fun things but

also can solve your business problems.

So, everything from speech to being able to analyze text,

to be able to create a bot very very

quickly that can answer all of the top of

mind questions for your customers or your employees.

These things are already at your fingertips.

But today, what I wanna do is show you very quickly how

you can leverage our newest member

of the family in Cognitive Services.

Our newly generally available Speech Service.

So, the first thing I'm gonna do is

actually show you the website.

So, you can go out to microsoft.com to our Doc site,

and you can actually see that speech has changed.

So, for those of you who've used speech in the past,

used to have to cobble together a bunch of

different APIs in order to leverage the Speech Service.

But today, instead, what you will

find is now they are unified.

It's a single subscription.

So, now rather than having to piece all these things

together and they normally go together anyway,

we've made it easier for you to consume.

So, I'm going to actually show you a very special part of

our Speech Service which are some

of our preview technologies,

but I just think they're really cool and interesting,

and I wanted to share with you what we've done with them.

So, I'm going to show you Custom Speech,

and this is the ability to do what I mentioned earlier.

Take an existing model that we've

provided and then adapt it for your use.

Now, many of you may be familiar with the JFK files.

You can go out to GitHub today,

rebuild this project all by yourself.

If you want to play around with it,

the benefit of this project is it allows you to take

structured and unstructured data in

a file directory, a blob storage,

and be able to make sense of it and create analytics and

relationships across that data to

make it easy for business users to consume,

which is a problem every business has.

Now, I'm not here to talk to you about that,

I will in a future episode, but not in this one.

In this one, I actually wanted to show you

a bot that I built on top of this.

Now, this is JFK's,

so you guys might remember.

It's like a controversy that happened way back when.

Well, I thought it would be important you know this was

based on a president getting assassinated.

What if that new president

wanted to ask someone questions?

So I went back, looked up

the head of the FBI at the time,

his name was J. Edgar Hoover,

and I said wouldn't it be cool if we built a Hoover bot.

So, I created this hoover bot

in order to allow me to leverage

that Cognitive Search capability in

JFK files but interface with a chat bot.

Not only one with text but

also with the ability to leverage speech.

So, what I'm gonna do here is

just start a conversation with this chat bot,

Mr. Hoover, and I'm simply going to say, "Welcome".

>> Nice to be here.

Thanks for having me.

How can I help you?

>> Now, the voice you just heard was Synthesized Speech.

It's a new service that you have the ability to use.

So, what I did is that we took a bunch of

audio from those JFK files.

We also took some audio that we were able to

find across the Internet and we

used about an hour of

audio in order to create the synthesized voice.

Now I was in luck because this is like 1960's audio,

so it's not awesome to begin with.

But it does give you the ability to start

thinking about what is your business going to sound like?

I created a fictitious version

of Mr. J. Edgar Hoover for the purpose of this bot.

But this is something that you're

going to want to think about as you're

building bots for your experience.

Not only what does it sound like in the form of text

but also what does it literally sound like.

Now, another thing that's really

interesting is I want to provide the ability

to do things that most

default language models just can't do.

So, here's an example.

What's the most important cryptonym

associated with GPFLOOR.

>> KAPOK. It is

the cable indicator for

the highest level of documents sensitivity.

KAPOK is above RYBAT,

which is above EYES ONLY.

>> So, the interesting thing about that

is that there's two things that happened here.

One is I'm using words that

are not in the default language model.

Meaning, if I spoke this to just a default chat bot,

it would say what is GPFLOOR?

I have no idea what that is.

Most importantly, it would not be able to execute

a query on the doc set,

and return this response.

So, I had to train the language model

on this custom word.

So, I trained it not only on GPFLOOR,

which definitely is custom,

but even cryptonym wasn't in the library either.

So, I took 268 of these words,

I trained it on the pronunciation data so that

the model knew what it was when I set it,

and then it was able to translate that

to a query and actually pull that information

from this blob storage full of

documents of structured and unstructured data.

This is incredibly difficult to

do if you had to do this from scratch,

if you had to build your own model to support this.

Now, it's available to you in a web service.

So, just to give you a quick wrap up

of what we did here and what you can do at home,

you can actually go out to GitHub.

There are three projects.

One is web chat,

which is this basic chat box you'll see here.

It's almost exactly the same minus I slept on a picture.

Then, we grabbed speech to text and text to speech,

and then we added the endpoints from

these services in to create this experience.

It literally took a few hours and most of

that was me just fine tuning the way I wanted it to work.

So, I hope you enjoyed today's episode.

It's really great to have

an opportunity to play with the latest technologies,

and I really look forward to

seeing you guys in the next one.

okay the first comment that I got

the feeling that someone gives the first comment

and saw the ringing of the notification

and I saw that

I got a comment from YouTube

that expression was so amazing

but when I see the comment

it's like this

it's from Lisa

keep it up

visit a video on my channel

if you need a free music

in the add songs on your video

and I say what haha oh my god

the first comment I was so amazed that

I received the the first comment

from YouTube

but the comment was

a video song

but it's okay

what matters is I got my first comment on youtube

and he needs endorsement so thank you Lisa

and if you if you see the video the mr. pancake video

if you heard the back sound

that is from Lisa

so he makes good music also

so it's a good it's all good

okay one more

I'm gonna pick the best

comment in youtube

on my vlog let me see

hmm let me see

this is one

I want to answer the big question that

all of you guys asked

okay the first one is that

mike why aren't you making daily vlog

so it's not that quite easy

I wish one day I will be making everyday vlog

cause

every video that we make

has to be inspirational

has to be cinematic

and enjoyable

so the audience ,the viewers

that watch every video that we make

is not like cheap video

ok the second question that

many of you guys ask that

Mike why are you not a vlogger that

related to one type of specific

vlog like food vlog

review game or something like that

or just making short movies

but I'm telling you guys something

I want to answer the big question

this big question is related to

what this mike purpose

what is mike goal's

in making video YouTube channel

but today I want to answer this

the purpose of my Youtube channel

making videos to you guys all is

I want to entertain

the adults but still

educate the younger the children's

What is Senescence? | Senescence and Aging | "Doc Talks" with Dr. Daniel Nuzum - Duration: 4:06.

Jonathan Hunsaker: Ever wonder what senescence is?

Stay tuned to find out the answer.

Jonathan Hunsaker here with Organixx. Thanks again for watching.

And the question is, "What is senescence?" or "What is aging, or the process of aging?"

And we're going to talk today about how it affects our gut health,

how it affects our hormones, and just how it affects our bodies overall.

Let's go to Doc Nuzum for the details.

Dr. Daniel Nuzum: Alright, so our question today is

"What is senescence?"

Well, in short, senescence is aging.

Typically, in medicine, what we look at senescence as,

is we look at the ability for someone to detoxify,

the ability to absorb nutrition, production of hormones,

and then finally, cognitive function.

Those are the four major things that we look at in senescence.

So, from a nutritional standpoint, what do we do?

What's the best approach to minimize that?

Because we all age. It's part of living. We're going to age.

How do we minimize the impact of aging?

Number one, gut health. We have to improve gut health.

How do we do this?

We do this with probiotics and enzymes.

We also need to scrub our microbiome periodically.

We call that detoxification.

Those are the three things for gut health that we would need to consider.

Number two, nutrition.

Are you getting all the nuts and bolts you need for your body to heal itself?

If you don't supply your cells with all the nutrients

necessary for them to rebuild themselves when they replicate, they don't replicate properly.

And that leads to all kinds of problems.

Hormones, hormone balance.

Reproduction is something that happens on a cellular level.

It's called replication, but it is a reproductive process.

And if our hormones are not being produced properly,

all of our reproductive processes get affected negatively.

As early on as possible, I recommend consuming adaptogens,

and that's for both men and women.

Adaptogens, adaptogens, as early on in your life as you can

start consuming them, consume them.

Why? Because they will regulate and maintain

a healthy hormone balance throughout your life.

So, we have our gut health, we have nutrition,

we have hormonal health, and we have cognitive function.

Those that shun change or shun technology, of all things, tend to have more of a cognitive decline

than people that are open to trying - open to broadening their horizons

and learning new technologies and learning new things.

And the bottom line there is it's the stimulation.

You need that stimulus of learning something,

expanding your knowledge on something, and so on and so forth.

So, for cognitive health and to slow cognitive decline,

I would recommend never stop being a student,

because that keeps your mind sharp.

So, that covers our four areas of senescence.

Jonathan Hunsaker: Thanks, Doc. As always, extremely informative.

I love learning from Doc.

One of the things that he talked about is hormones,

and if you weren't aware,

Organixx offers amazing hormone balancers with E-Plexx for women,

T-Plexx for men, and META-Plexx for everybody.

So, if you're interested, go to Organixx.com, go learn more about it.

As always, if you like the videos, if you're learning, share it, like it, and of course, subscribe.

Thanks for watching.

What Happens After You Reach Your Dreams?★ Marcus Body Coding [Part 16]★The DAY1 Journey Ep. 35 ★ - Duration: 8:59.

we are live welcome to the day one journey episode 35 part 16 of Marcus

body coding my story that might be the last episode why

the last episode I remind you because in previous episode I shared with you one

of the most ridiculous parts of the dream the most ridiculous part might say will

be the winning of the World Championship in salsa solo division I shared with

you that I'm gonna win it and not only that the choreography will be open

source but then after I win what happens after I win what happens

after you reached your dream does it all end sure no you forgot? it's a life

project it doesn't end its a life project why should it end?

and by the way as I told you Marcus body coding is the language English is

not going anywhere that's also correct for Marcus body

coding but there's another deep reason because you see no matter where you are

this who I am yeah this why it's not gonna end so no matter

where you are no matter where you go wait there you want to go there they're

here let's go no matter where you go

here here

there you are no matter where you go there you are

I'm not going anywhere this is about Who I am

this is why it will never end

another thing about that that I also shared with you I use marcus body

coding every day I use that to be a better dancer

I just want to be better this is part of who I am this is just part of Who I am

so it just happens to be it just happens to be that there's one day in a year

that it may be Miami I have no problem with Miami that I can practice there

Avi Nino a really a good friend of mine told me that I can practice there so it happens

to be just I just you know okay so I practice there usually if they wear

fancy clothes when they do that I have no problem with fancy clothes that's

nice you look good it happens to be that that practice is

like on stage okay I have no problem with stage I love it and there will be

audience so you know like a Plus for me I like the attention

I need that also some people in the audience are very

knowledgeable in dance and they give you feedback afterwards they even put the

numbers so it will be easier for you to see your progress it happens to be

that also the other people get that feedback and at the end if they do a

summary of all of things and averages and everything and they

put that in order and then there's uh and the first one even gets some thing

like prize so for me like if I win you know I'll keep practicing either way cuz

this is why I'm not going anywhere cuz no matter where I go here backwards

even here no matter where you go there you are

this is why I am so I keep practicing if I win I come next year

it's another practice for me the championship the world salsa

championship the solo division it's another practice for me it just a

little bit more fun because it's maybe Miami I get a feedback from very good

people so I can work on myself and that's it why should it end and there's

the bigger things with Marcus body coding the tutorials the videos nothing should end

this is a live project I want you... it's a little bit long episode I want to

share with you something else because that's the closure of my story of me sharing

you the story or you keep on going sharing time with me practicing the

stuff in marcus body coding but for closure I want to share with you

this one that's an important point so I told you okay I wanna win World

Championship I told that to many friends and they gave me a good advice the

advice that gave me okay why don't you do the same they told me from

the heart they really care they told me go and do whatever the other world

champions did you know go the same path and I love that advice

because that's good you know learn from the success of others etc

that's a good advice but the thing that they forgot that I

have more than 20 years gap to catch these guys that I'm

competing with because the guys I'm competing with our 10 years younger than

me I'm 34 these guys are 24 or even less and on top of that they have 10 years

or 15 years more experience than me because they started to dance at the age

of 5 I started to dance at the age of 21 this is world salsa championship this is not

this is the World Cup it's not you know being the teacher in the club it's much

more than that so I have a 20 years gap more than 20 gap to close if I walk

the same path that they did

I don't have the time so I need something more effective right I need

something more effective if I really if I really really really want to win so

this is Marcus Body Coding this is the tool for that and it's also your tool because I'm

sharing everything it's your tool as well already right now 140 160 videos already

on YouTube go there practice with me get better so this was the last piece of

tomorrow's body coding my story but tomorrow is again day one I would live

in with a question it might be deep but we talked about the next episode the

question goes like this I shared with you two of my most ridiculous dreams

you can watch the last episodes to see them the last question I have for you is a

little bit tough but it might be a better question to ask yourself then

what is your dream the question is

the question is imagine your dream life what whould an

ordinary day look in your dream life what an ordinary day would look in your

dream life think about it write something about it two three four

minutes five minutes and until tomorrow have an amazing amazing day one

Dwayne Johnson What Is Success Super Motivating Video That Will AWE you - Duration: 7:38.

found that with depression one of the most important things you could realize

is that you're not alone you're not the first to go through it you're not gonna

be the last to go through it and oftentimes it happens you just you feel

like you're alone and you feel like it's only you and you're in your bubble and

and I wish I had someone at that time who who could just pull me aside they

it's gonna be okay let me okay so wish I knew that just gotta remember hold on to

that fundamental quality of faith have faith

and on the other side of your pain is something good after about a month and a

half of staying in that little apartment and cleaning I got a phone call from the

head coach of the team who cut me head coach of the Calgary Stampeders

he called me and he said hey I know we cut you but I'd like you to come back I

said okay I appreciate that coach thank you very much I'll think about it

you said okay great I hung up the phone and my dad said gonna do it right I said

no I don't think so I think I'm done with that

and he goes what I said my guts tells me I'm done he said what he gonna do I took

a deep breath I said I'd like to get into the business he said what business

I said the wrestling business he says you are throwing it all away

it is a worse mistake you will ever make he said you're ruining your career I

said maybe I'll be no good but I feel like in my heart I have to do this and I

either need you to train me or need you to not train me

my dad rose to the occasion I've tried and it wound up being one of the

greatest chapters in my life I remember I had great angst every night before I

went out because I was not able to be myself

my very first WrestleMania biggest show of the year the Superbowl of wrestling

that night 20,000 fans started chanting rocky sucks it was a sobering moment and

that was the beginning of the end of my initial run in the WWE few weeks later a

tour tendon to my knee and I was out for the rest of the summer

and I came to the realization before I went back that it wasn't me personally

that they didn't like it was that I wasn't being me I wasn't being real

wasn't being authentic who is this guy in wrestling who's smiling when he's

getting beat Buicks later I got a call from the WWE and I spoke to Vince

McMahon he said when you come back we could continue to shove you down

people's throats or we could turn your heel because they want to boo you anyway

I said I think it's a great idea and I said before we get off the phone I have

one request so when I come back and we go live I just need two minutes live me

talking to the audience live two minutes is all I'm asking

he said okay you got a couple of weeks later I came back we're on live TV I

grabbed the microphone fans were already booing he started

chanting rocky sucks across the country higher chance of

rocky sucks

I said um I may be a lot of things

but sucks isn't one of them in that moment the rock was born and about a

month later I was a hard to see only company and

things were on fire

and the greatest lesson about that is be you be yourself whether it's in

entertainment whether it's out in public whether your

celebrity or not whatever and the most powerful thing you can be is yourself

I'm sorry by seven so whatever time my call time is and I tell this to Studios

and directors and our producers whatever tell my call types so my call time is at

seven then you back your clock up for hours and then that's when I get up and

train twice I'll get my cardio in and breakfast and I'll go hit the weights

clanging and banging we call it jack and higher but like what time do you go to

bed I mean you might shoot really late at night I'm averaging on a movie on

average probably about five hours as I get up super early generally I have this

thing where I like beating the Sun huh not just in terms of what Sun comes I

have to get up and how do I do it it's just important to find balance and I try

and do things really that I really enjoy doing and a lot of times you know it's

like in life right life brings like drama and you got to deal with this

person and they think your relationship here and all these things you try and

just kind of balance them out as best I can I got a great team around me by the

way who really really helps me well and helps me allows for me to come in and

work 12 hours a day 14 hours a day get up at 3 o'clock in the morning send out

an Instagram video where I'm talking to my cardio machine like a crazy maniac

requires a lot of people around wanted to entertain I did when I was 8 years

old I thought I was a combination of these

guys I thought I was a combination of Chuck Norris Richard Pryor Harrison Ford

and Rocky Balboa and Harrison Ford from Indiana Jones I was like all these guys

in my oh and Elvis Presley to Nate Wright lofty ambition yes exactly so I

knew at that time when I was eight I wanted to be

and entertainer and I love the idea of that and what it meant and when I was 8

I saw Indiana Jones for the first time and I love that character like wow that

guy was so heroic and it kicked ass and he knew I wanted to be something and it

was important to me to be something that was it was important to me that I didn't

fail but by the way and if I did fail at least a bit what was also important was

a lesson and I didn't realize that until I got older because you know when you're

in it you're in the grind you don't really recognize those things when

you're younger but I could recognize it now and the importance of them now and

just in terms of the drive and the determination a lot of it was experience

to get your ass kicked you get back up and you put the gloves

back on and you swing away gold this is my 10th year of acting that goal was

always to work in and I started in the action genre yeah love action and I love

kicking ass but the goal is to become a better actor and so for me in order for

me to do that I had to work in all different genres so I wanted to explore

family movies comedies action comedies family comedies mix drama into as well

so that was important to me was just to give better

Foreigners in Ukraine #3. What do Ukrainians say / Иностранцы в Украине #3. Что говорят Украинцы - Duration: 11:42.

Hello to everyone!

I'm Irina Yuryeva, and you are on the Humanlight channel about the peaceful interaction of cultures.

. In one of the comments to the previous video from the column "Answers to your comments",

the topic of foreigners in Ukraine was very acutely touched upon.

This is a continuation of a series of videos about relations between foreigners and Ukrainians in Ukraine.

You can watch previous videos by the link below this video.

From Kiev, which has long been not uninteresting for labor migration,

it is impossible to feel the "wonderful" taste of black areas

with unemployed migrants sitting along the streets, shouting and hooting behind white women in unknown languages.

In government agencies and services, you will meet a white woman who is fluent in Russian and / or Ukrainian,

and not some Tajik / Arab who "my-yours does not understand, only pay money."

Comparison with Moscow, which just always was the capital of the very "friendship of nations"

and for twenty years was an attractive place for unskilled labor migration.

The Law of Ukraine "On the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" Article 9 clause 3 reads:

"The term of stay of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine is established by a visa,

the legislation of Ukraine or the International Treaty of Ukraine."

And Article 4 of this Law lists all possible grounds for the stay of foreigners in Ukraine.

Such as: study, work, participation in various international events, etc.

And each of these grounds has its own expiration date, after which a foreigner is obliged to leave Ukraine.

Thus, the law protects us from the appearance of areas with unemployed migrants.

I believe that all people should have equal opportunities.

You need to feel free in any country.

After all, we are Europeans and must tolerate a different nationality.

Did you have any personal experience with foreigners?

Yes of course.

There was collaboration and experience of working together.

Therefore, I believe that if this is a reasonable person, then he is reasonable person in any country.

He can build a business anywhere, he can live anywhere, where he likes.

Further you write:

"We are wonderfui white people with whom other wonderfuiwhite people are pleased and understandable to do business.

I paraphrase: it is much easier for rich white customers from the United States and developed countries

to part with a large amount of money for a white software development team

than for a yellow one or, especially, a black one.

Everyone knows about the disgusting quality of the work of the Indians in the world.

They flooded the industry in the United States, collapsed world rates (freelance) to develop software up to $ 1-2 per hour,

they are do dumping and ass licking everyone above them.

. Barbarous medieval caste system is to blame.

We are just beginning to move away from the barbaric "traditions" of the 90s

and the USSR that the chief, official, boyar and Tsar (who in Moscow is understandable) are supermen sent by God,

and here the new bearers of the idea "I am the chief are you fool" on approach.

Well, the software development industry runs the risk of being in the ass as soon as the rich whites see the same Indians here ...

The level of projects, the level of rates and so on will fall.

This is an irrational process, at the level of the brain's cortex in them - you see colored, you pay less. "

I'll be honest.

I have not conducted a survey on this topic yet.

But my friend, an IT specialist from India, was very disappointed to find out

the level of wages in Ukraine in his industry.

While in his home country, he earned money for 4 months from an absolute zero

on renting a good apartment and buying a car.

This is Caroline Goswami.

She was born in Poland.

Now married to an Indian businessman.

And she is a respected blogger in India.

Unfortunately, YouTube does not allow the use of quotes longer than 10 seconds,

otherwise it is considered a violation of copyright.

You will see a link to Carolina's blog in the description below this video.

Most freelancers are from India.

America builds IT incubators well there.

Their quality is normal.

Ukrainians, by the way, work for less money than Indians.

How do you feel about those foreigners ...

Yes, you can say hello to friends!

How do you feel about those foreigners who come here to study or conduct business?

Is neutral. Fine.

I live in the doorway negros, and I ...

African Americans!

African Americans ... and I absolutely do not mind.

They are the same people as we just came to study.

I would even like to be friends with them.

Adequately, normally.

People come to get an education ...

There is nothing wrong with that.

I take this very well.

We have a very large number of institutions, universities ..

Everyone has the right to life, to study ...

Therefore, this is the place to be.

Yes, I have personal experience.

I work in sales, and recently a foreigner came to me.

I can not say that I have smart English, however, we found a common language with him.

He was very happy, because in Kharkov such open, positive people.

He really likes it here.

He works here and looks at Kharkov with admiration.

Further you write:

"In the third world countries, the importance of kinship, blood, national and ethnic similarity still remains.

Being migrants, they will bring behind them all relatives up to the 8th knee,

and then friends, and they will bring their relatives and so on.

Living on its own land, in its state without external control and a system of checks and balances,

this turns into a cave nationalism and pogroms based on ethnicity.

For example, the civilized world defeated the Jewish pogroms in 1945, since then - not one.

And in Central Asia, in the nineties of the 20th century, everything repeated

(I was talking about the pogroms in Uzbekistan — Meskhetian Turks, Mountain Jews and Russians,

and the civil war in Tajikistan — which ended in squeezing ethnically Russians and other non-Muslims out of the country).

In Chechnya and Dagestan in the early nineties there was a popular chanter

"Do not sell the apartment to Masha, she will be ours anyway",

ended with ethnic cleansing of the Russian population in Grozny and the beginning of the first Chechen war ...

I will give a lot of examples.

About Armenia and Azerbaijan with the pogroms of the Gentiles.

We have conflicts between states which never turn into pogroms.

We are at war with Moscow, but every year 6-8 million citizens of both countries visit relatives.

This is a civilization.

And there would have been Central Asia — there would have been pogroms of Russians in Ukraine,

ethnic Ukrainians in ORDLO, and Jews there and there.

In general, the national diaspora is a real threat to the European way of life.

While we are biting each other painfully on linguistic / religious / political

and other issues, migrants have a countryman-alien system in place. "

The same Law of Ukraine "On the legal status of foreigners" Article 1, paragraph 26 reads:

"Family members of a foreigner or stateless person are husband (wife),

minor children, including minor children of husband (wife),

disabled parents and other persons which are considered family members

in accordance with the Law of the country of origin. "

That is, they are mostly relatives of the first degree of closeness.

Accordingly, I still have not seen a mass phenomenon in Ukraine of foreign relatives up to the 8th knee.

Did you have experience of interaction with foreigners in Ukraine?

Of course it was.

And how do you feel about those people who come here to get education or run a business?

Very good attitude.

Why not?

Let them come.

Well, naturally, there are good people and negative ones is everywhere .

But we can't judge everyone, right?

If they behave normally here, as guests, I am ok.

Do you have personal experience with foreigners?

There is.

In my group at the institute was an Armenian Rafik.

Here is such a guy!

The girl was ... Elvira ...

We had a normal relationship.

They are good people.

In my group there was a black guy Ahmet.

Great guy, we communicate to him.

It's okay But, in principle, I hold the same opinion.

If guys behave decently, like the guests, then they do not cause any negative emotions.

And what works here is well described by rapper Lupercal:

"Russian help Russian - called stencil

In the courtyard, but then each other will gnaw their throats sooner

Just be on the pen and do not have time to grow old

Pike ate minnows, because it will be so in the future. "

ArFeRR1.

Honestly, it seems to me strange to call a human being a set of letters and numbers.

But it is your right to call yourself whatever you like.

You have now raised one of the most important issues for us, Ukrainians.

On the unity of the Ukrainian nation.

I recently filmed a video about the Ukrainian language.

And I also partially touched this topic.

The link will be in the description below this video.

But I think that the theme of Ukrainian unity will require much more attention.

And this is exactly where we, the Ukrainians, would be useful to direct our energy and joint efforts.

I want to once again say a huge thank you to all those people who helped me in the preparation of this video.

Guys, success to all of you, good luck in your work!

Have more friends from different countries!

And thank you for watching, thank you for being with me!

What? You don't dress your farm animals up? Howl-O-Ween 2018 - Duration: 4:09.

Okay, this video here we have entered some of our pets at a pet costume

contest to benefit the Redfield Friends of the Animals. But, we didn't use typical

pets. We have chosen different ones... go ahead and give us a big ol thumbs up

like and subscribe because I think you're really gonna like what we've

decided to do here and the pets we've used. So again, like and subscribe. Watch the rest of the

video it's great!

I am going to a animal show where we had to show off our costumes, our animals where

our animals they show off their costumes and we have to match the animals costumes.

Because my goat is going as The Joker and then I am obviously dressed up as

Harley Quinn. What about Kealyn? I'm going as Colonel Sanders for Kentucky Fried Chicken.

And what is your animal dear? A chicken... (laughter)

This is Miss Amy Strawn with the Redfield Friends of the Animals. She is

hosting this pet costume that we just won (by the way). Amy, tell us about your rescue.

About the rescue. Well we have been in the works for going on six years now. We

help our local animal shelter go from a high kill to almost a no-kill shelter

over those six years. And every year we try to do fundraisers and different things

in the community to spread awareness about spaying and neutering and just

helping educate about adoption and loving animals.

So why the costume contest? Because it's Halloween and who doesn't like dressed

up animals right? That's true. Great point! What else you got for us Amy?

That's....I guess that's it. You're the best! We, we love Amy we love Amy! She's also got a lot chickens yeah
