Mohamed Salah handed his Liverpool shirt over following the dramatic defeat to Napoli

But instead of swapping shirts with an opposition player, the Egyptian gave it to Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti

Salah was disappointing in the Champions League clash as Liverpool were beaten 1-0 after a last-minute Lorenzo Insigne strike in the group stage clash

Liverpool's No.11 cut a frustrated figure as he trudged off at full time before being approached by legendary Italian boss Ancelotti

And after greeting the former Chelsea and Real Madrid chief, Salah handed over the shirt that so many would love to get their hands on

Naby Keita could play against Manchester City as Liverpool midfielder is given all-clear from major injury scare  On his side's win, Ancelotti said: "We were very good defensively, we didn't give anything away

"We had the chances to score earlier, but I think we timed the goal well. If we had scored a few minutes earlier, we would have had more time suffering!"  Salah and his Liverpool teammates struggled in Naples with Jurgen Klopp criticial of the performance

"Normally if you are not good enough you lose football games. That was us tonight," he said

"We didn't create a lot of chances. Second half was not good enough. It's always a bad sign when you have to say your goalkeeper was your best player, but it was obvious tonight

"  But fans were full of praise for the Egyptian's gesture.

Prince Harry asks 'what is WRONG with parents' for letting children play THIS popular game - Duration: 2:56.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were greeted by schoolchildren at the Royal Pavillion in Brighton this afternoon as part of their whistle-stop tour of Sussex

Prince Harry did not shy away from a crowd of children as he was seen going for a high-five with pupils from the Queen's Park Primary School

After meeting with the Duke and Duchess, one schoolchild revealed Prince Harry told the children they were too young to be playing online video game Fortnite

The child told ITN: "Prince Harry came over and talked to us and Erin asked him about Fortnite

"  The children shook their head when asked if Prince Harry said he played the popular game

Another youngster mocked Prince Harry and said: "He was like this 'what is wrong with parents'

" One child also said: "And then he asked how old we are and we said that we are eight and he said 'you guys shouldn't really play Fortnite'

" Meghan, who is the first-ever Duchess of Sussex, chose to wear a cream Armani coat, a black shirt by And Other Stories, and a bottle-green leather Hugo Boss skirt paired with nude suede stilettos

In another touching moment, dog-lover Meghan, 37, bent down to stroke a black pooch who was also in the crowds to greet her

Harry, dressed in a grey suit and white shirt, also shared a sweet moment as he cuddled up to a dog, also in the crowds

The royal couple had a busy day as they embarked of their first official visit to Sussex

The pair, who got married in May, kicked off their tour in Chichester, where around 1,000 excited royal fans filled the streets to catch a glimpse of the royals

The royal couple then headed to Bognor Regis, where they officially opened the University of Chichester's Engineering and Digital Technology Park and met more schoolchildren

Harry and Meghan then travelled to Brighton and then to Peacehaven to meet youngsters at the JOFF Youth Centre and hearing about their work on mental health and wellbeing

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle: What does the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's PDA moments say about the - Duration: 4:07.

Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle are a very tactile couple and are not afraid to pack on the PDA when out in public, unlike other royal relatives, such as Prince William and Kate Middleton

At the Sentebale Polo 2018 the couple kissed during the awards ceremony, and on their recent outing to Edes House in Chichester the Duke and Duchess of Sussex continued to put on a loved up display, laughing, joking and touching one another fondly, adding to the long list of their cute moments together

But what does their body language say about their relationship and their future as a married couple?   TV language and body expert, Judi James, spoke exclusively to OK! Online about Prince George, Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte's aunt and uncle's relationship

Top Stories Meghan Markle Prince Harry cutest moments: Duke and Duchess of Sussex's romantic bond The strict royal pregnancy traditions Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will have to follow  Judi explained new couples are more tactile with one another early on in a romance, which is often described as the "honeymoon phase"

She said: "Anyone who has ever been deeply in love will identify with the tactile behaviours that Harry and Meghan have shown since they first appeared as a couple

"The 'honeymoon phase' of a relationship produces a stage of love known as passionate love, where you can feel incomplete without your partner to touch, cuddle and exchange eye contact with

"  While the couple are often spotted hand in hand, they occasionally refrain putting their arms around one another so not to break royal protocol, Judi believes, however their desire to be close to one another is hard for the duo to stop

Most Popular Louise Redknapp reunited with 'great man' following Jamie Redknapp divorce Phillip Schofield throws HUGE shade at ex This Morning host Fern Britton Westlife announce REUNION six years after split and tease new music and tour  She said: "When Harry and Meghan appear in public in 'hands off' poses, it's probably a reluctant nod to royal protocol

"Although you can often see from Meghan's truncated touch gestures, where she might raise a hand towards her husband before dropping it to her side, that the urge to be tactile is a hard one to deny

"  She continued: "It's obvious from Harry and Meghan's PDAs and touch rituals that they are still besotted with one another and deeply in lust as well as love, but do these traits ensure a long-lasting marriage?"  Judi believes even when Harry and Meghan are not as tactile in public, their subtle glances to one another show their strong connection, which is the "secret" to an ever lasting romance

Judi said: "When we touch we speak, and all the hand-holding and eye-checking means Harry and Meghan are able to communicate with one another via the subtlest of glances or hand squeezes in a way that will allow them to keep the vital empathy alive in their relationship

"It allows a couple to tune in and read one another's minds or gauge their emotions and this is the real secret to a long-lasting relationship

It is an aeromodelling sport where two pilots fly against each other

trying to make as many cuts as possible in small paper tail

more cuts means more points.

As you can see these planes fly extremely fast

and no this fotage has not been sped up

they fly up toward 150km/h

They are powered by a tiny little 2.5cc engine running on wood-alcohol.

The pilot controls the airplane with a handle, connected to two thin steel lines

and the lines then controls the elevator.

Many things can happen in a match, planes can crash

They can have mid-air-collision

Lines can get tangled

and much much more.

Suspect Arrested In Ricin Attacks On White House, Here's What We Know… - Duration: 2:31.

A man has been identified and arrested in for mailing a a substance, which tested positive

for the deadly poison ricin, to the White House, the Pentagon, and the office of Sen.

Ted Cruz (R-Texas).

"William Clyde Allen III, a Navy veteran, was taken into custody in Utah on Wednesday,

two days after the packages and letters were discovered at mailing facilities. The U.S.

Attorney's Office in Salt Lake City said federal charges were expected to be filed

Friday," according to CBS News.

The report said that Logan served in the Navy for four years. The letters containing the

powdery substance were mailed to Secretary of Defense James Mattis and Chief of Naval

Operations John Richardson.

"The FBI said Wednesday that agents and law enforcement partners conducted an operation

in Utah and potentially hazardous chemicals were involved," according to the report.

"Individuals were asked to stay away from the area, but the Logan City Police Department

said there was 'no wider threat to public safety at this time.'"

Allen's motive remains unknown.

As reported Tuesday:

Fox News has confirmed via Pentagon spokesman that two packages containing the deadly toxin

ricin were delivered to the Pentagon. The two packages containing the deadly substance

didn't make it into the Pentagon because they were identified in a building next door

where mail is processed.

"The packages never made their way into the Pentagon, but were flagged in a mail delivery

building next door on Monday, the spokesman said. Initial tests were positive for ricin,

a posion [sic] made from castor beans, but the FBI is now currently doing analysis to

make final determinations.

The Pentagon Force Protection Agency detected a suspicious substance during mail screening

at the Pentagon's remote screening facility," Col. Rob Manning said in a statement to Fox

News. "All USPS mail received at the Pentagon mail screening facility yesterday is currently

under quarantine and poses no threat to Pentagon personnel."

What The Seven Most Popular Kinds Of Kisses Actually Mean - Duration: 8:11.

What The Seven Most Popular Kinds Of Kisses Actually Mean

7.

The French Kiss: The infamous French kiss probably grossed a lot of us out when we were

little kids.

Most of us, if not all, are pretty familiar with the French kiss.

It's pretty popular amongst couples because of its intensity and for being the most passionate

of all the kisses.

Did you know that the French kiss was originally called "Florentine Kiss"?

That's right!

And it originally came from British and American

soldiers who were coming home after WWI.

The French kiss is also known as the 'deep kiss'.

It is considered a slow and passionate kiss, and is considered to be a very intimate, romantic,

and sexual kiss which is shared between two people.

When two people share a French kiss, there's no doubting that they are sharing an intimate

moment.

This type of kiss usually means that a couple is romantically involved or sexually attracted

to each other.

What do you think of the meaning behind the kisses listed so far in this video?

Keep on watching for some more interesting kisses and what they actually mean!

6.

The quick kiss: And then there's the quick kiss.

According to Women Daily Magazine, a quick kiss isn't necessarily a romantic one, but

it's pretty great when you first start dating.

Or, it's a way for couples to greet each other in public.

Your mouth is usually closed and just the lips touch.

Women Daily Magazine notes that the kiss should last more than 3 seconds if it is between

a couple.

It's a way to say hello or goodbye, and doesn't result in a long make out session.

The quick kiss between friends or family members usually occurs on the side of the lip, or

even the cheek.

Family members may give each other a quick kiss on the lips, depending on their family

tradition and comfort.

A quick kiss between people who are not in a relationship is just another way to say

hello and goodbye, and is seen a sign of respect.

5.

Kiss on the cheek.

Similar to a quick kiss, a kiss on the cheek is a way to greet or say goodbye to a person.

Whether you are with your grandmother, your mom, or even your dog…a kiss on the cheek

is always a great way to show someone you care about them.

A kiss on a cheek is the perfect way to say hello to someone.

It's typically a friendly sign of affection for anyone you know!

It is also a way for couples to show their love and intimacy towards one another in subtle

but meaningful ways.

Certain cultures and traditions also use a kiss on the cheek when they are visiting friends

and family members.

Depending on tradition, some cultures give both cheeks a kiss, while others give one

cheek a kiss.

4.

The vacuum kiss: A vacuum kiss definitely only happens between people who are into one

another.

It typically occurs at one point or another during a makeout session.

According to kissing.com, a vacuum kiss happens when you suck the air out of your partner's

mouth.

Sometimes it could happen by accident, but usually, it's a sign of an intense, passionate

make-out.

This type of kiss might sound a little bit odd (it sure does to me), which is why it

is a type of kiss which is only shared between two people who are attracted to one another.

3.

The forehead kiss: Herinterest.com gives us an understanding of what exactly a forehead

kiss means.

When your partner kisses you on the forehead, it means that they care and respect you.

Of course, it means love as well, but there's something so sensual and sweet about a forehead

kiss.

It has a deeper meaning.

A forehead kiss can also be shared between family members, particularly parents and their

children.

It is a sweet and sentimental way to show love and affection between parents and their

children.

It is also a gesture which can indicate friendship or comfort, but can also be a sign of affection

and adoration.

2.

A kiss on the hand: Just like a kiss on the forehead, a kiss on the hand can also signify

respect and adoration, although this type of kiss is not necessarily just between two

people who may like each other more than friends.

It is a gesture which can indicate courtesy, respect, admiration or devotion between two

people.

It doesn't necessarily have to be shared between two people who are attracted to each other,

and is generally used as a sign of respect.

Fun fact, the kiss originated during the 17th and 18th century in the Polish-Lithuanian

Commonwealth.

1.

The Eskimo Kiss: Eskimo kisses have been around for quite some time, and are typically used

as the romantic option for those who live in cold climates.

It occurs when two noses rub against each other, moving back and forth.

Most people believe that this type of kiss was used because people who lived in cold

areas had to do it or else they'd get their lips stuck together.

That's not the case, though!

This kiss originated in colder cultures when people would meet outside with very little

exposed except for their eyes and nose.

An eskimo kiss is considered a friendly greeting in various different cultures.

In Inuit culture, an eskimo kiss is a called a kunik, and is considered a traditional greeting

between loved ones and family members.

A kiss, whether it is between family members, friends, or a couple, signifies love, affection,

adoration, and respect.

Whether you are kissing someone intimately or giving your grandmother or mother a kiss

on the cheek, it is a way to show someone that you care about them and is also a sign

of respect.

It is a universal way to show affection and has different meanings depending on culture,

tradition, and relationships.

Why do people kiss?

Why is this physical act so meaningful and emotionally powerful?

Although kissing is a sign of intimacy and love, it can also signify many other things

between two people.

There are many different types of kisses, and they're not just shared between a couple!

In fact, kissing goes way beyond a couple that's in love.

There are a variety of kisses that happen amongst family and friends.

There are so many different kinds of kisses and they can mean a number of things.

A kiss can be a powerful, magical experience, but it can also be a sign of respect and love

for a close friend or family member.

There are all sorts of different types of kisses that signify many different things.

For example, a kiss on the cheek represents something entirely different when it is shared

between friends or family members as opposed to couples.

A kiss offers a special connection with another person, whether it's between friends or

a warm greeting.

For some, a kiss is an expression of our souls, which explains why there are so many options

to choose from.

Let's be real, the way you kiss your mother is way different from how you kiss your partner.

What is your favorite type of kiss on this list?

What is renunciation? (Subtitles EN-PT-NL-ES) - Duration: 2:45.

From my understanding,

it means to abandon something that is not good

in order to go for something that is better.

Even though what we need to abandon

may have some aspects that we like.

The word that we use in Tibetan is ngê-djung

which means the certainty that we can emerge

definitive emergence is the more precise translation

which means the certainty that we can come out of something.

But renunciation only happens when we recognize

something to be abandoned as something to be abandoned

otherwise we see it as sacrifice.

So making an example:

if there is a lifestyle that somehow is pleasurable

but it's very harmful,

because I know that that lifestyle, the way I eat, the way I sleep, how I live,

it will bring me sickness and I already start having signs of that,

but I am attached to that lifestyle.

So the only way to renounce it

is to recognize the harm that comes from that lifestyle, strongly,

and to believe that I can overcome that state of harm,

and to live in a more healthy way.

So I renounce that lifestyle because I recognize how harmful it is to myself,

and because of that I project myself into something better.

So I am not sacrificing anything.

Because it's bad, because it's negative, there is no sacrifice involved.

There is the aspect of recognizing something that is harmful as harmful,

and putting ourselves directed for something that is better.

This means to renounce.

And generally speaking in Buddhism when we say to develop renunciation

means to recognize suffering as suffering,

to recognize the causes of suffering as the actual cause of suffering,

and to direct ourselves to a higher state of happiness

which is a state of liberation from our own defilements and negative karma.

The so called state of liberation or Buddhahood even.

So this is what we call to renounce.

To renounce is not to give up good things, this is not to renounce.

To renounce is to give up what creates harm and suffering.

A Recession Is Coming: What To Do - Duration: 4:18.

If you want to head yourself for the next economic recession and still be

profitable and get a yield between now and then, I'm going to tell you exactly what

you need to do.

Hi, I'm Keith Weinhold, host of the "Get Rich Education" podcast and Forbes real estate council member.

Whether it happens sooner or later, we will have another

economic downturn sometime. What is the best way that you can both protect

yourself now and have a good yield until that time? It's for you to buy cash

flowing real estate near a medical district. Look, even during the last

recession, the healthcare sector continued to expand with more employment,

even when others were getting laid off. Nationally and elsewhere as the

population ages, there is outsized demand for medical jobs and it's projected that

this trend is going to continue. In fact, even futurists predict that health care

will be one of the last sectors that robotics and artificial intelligence

could possibly disrupt way down the road. In almost every case, medical stocks and

mutual funds, though, they don't provide you with leverage growth in stocks, and

mutual funds don't provide you with a durable monthly income stream as well as

cash flowing real estate does. And, really some more good news for you is that, as a

real estate investor, in most metros it's easy to identify where the medical

districts are, because they're more geographically concentrated than more

dispersed economic sectors like retail are. It's so hard to predict the future

direction of things like markets and interest rates and the duration of

economic cycles, so instead just invest in something that's almost

demographically recession-proof. Invest in something predictable, and I've been

practicing this myself. I, in fact, have an apartment building close to a major

medical district, and even in the last recession it stayed nearly 100% occupied

and my rent amount actually increased during the recession. So, what's your

takeaway as a real estate investor? It's to buy income-producing property near

medical districts, and you can both prosper now and be hedged against larger

economic downturns later. If you like wealth building ideas like this, you can

Nurse Explains What Smoking Every Day Does To Your Lungs - Duration: 3:54.

Most people today know that smoking can seriously damage their health, yet 38 million Americans

still smoke according to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

The terrible health effects of what smoking does to your lungs merely scratches the surface

about the health complications that can arise due to smoking.

If you smoke or know someone who does, read on to find out just how severely smoking can

impact your well-being.

HERE'S WHAT SMOKING EVERY DAY REALLY DOES TO YOUR LUNGS:

According to the NHS (National Health Service), smoking cigarettes every day poses the following

risks to your lung and respiratory health: • First of all, smoking cigarettes lowers

your immune system, making you more susceptible to coughs and colds.

It can lead to more severe and fatal diseases such as emphysema, pneumonia and lung cancer.

Smoking causes 84% of deaths from lung cancer and 83% of deaths from chronic obstructive

pulmonary disease (COPD).

• Smoking narrows airways and destroys lung tissue, which makes it harder to breathe.

People with COPD will find themselves short of breath much faster during activities and

usually have a persistent cough with phlegm and frequent chest infections.

• You can also get mouth and/or throat cancer.

Smoking causes more than 93% of oropharyngeal cancers (cancer in part of the throat).

Smoking every day can lead to inflammation build up in your lungs, which will make it

harder to breathe and restricts air passages.

Your lungs have tiny air sacs, or alveoli, that help with oxygen exchange.

Smoking destroys these air sacs, and they do not grow back, so you cause permanent damage

to your lungs when you smoke.

If you have been wondering why smokers tend to get more colds and infections than non-smokers,

it's because smoking paralyzes and even kills cilia, the tiny hairs in your airways.

These hairs clean out mucus and dirt so your lungs stay healthy and debris-free.

Without these hairs, you will have a higher risk of infection because nothing is there

to filter out contaminants.

Even if you do not develop lung cancer or other lung complications, you still have a

higher risk of mortality than non-smokers.

According to a study in BMJ Journals, men and women in Norway who smoked 1-4 cigarettes

per day had a significantly higher risk of dying from ischaemic heart disease and other

causes.

Women had a higher risk of dying from lung cancer.

Now that we have gone over the risks of smoking every day and what it does to your lungs,

we want to actually show you what your lungs will look like after smoking every day for

20 years (just in case the possible development of disease was not enough).

Amanda Eller, a nurse from North Carolina, decided to upload videos to Facebook illustrating

what a smokers' and non-smokers' lungs look like after 20 years.

In the first video, She Blows Air Into The Lungs Of The Smoker To Illustrate What Happens

To Your Lungs From Smoking.

In the second video, she blows air into the lungs of the non-smoker.

You can easily tell which lungs belong to the smoker based on the color; the black lungs

are the smokers', and the pink, healthy looking ones are the non-smokers'.

You can see that the smokers' lungs hardly expand after air is pumped into them, and

the non-smokers' lungs expand normally.

We all know how bad smoking is for us, but many people still smoke due to peer pressure,

stress, or out of habit.

However, each time you smoke a cigarette, you are inhaling over 5,000 different chemicals,

including tar and nicotine, into your lungs.

If you need a way to de-stress, try something positive like meditation, yoga, or exercise,

because these methods will help you relax without all the added side effects and risk

of death.

Your health matters, and only you can take charge of it with positive thinking and lifestyle

changes.

We hope this article and the videos included will encourage you or a loved one to give

up cigarettes and get healthier, because you're worth it!
