Careful What You Wish For!

Dems' FBI Probe Into Kavanaugh About To Backfire BRUTALLY On Them

The Judge Kavanaugh controversy has been hitting headlines.

Democrats and Republicans are eating each other alive in the Senate Judiciary Committee

over the issue.

Now that a Federal Bureau of Investigation investigation has been issued new developments

are in store.

After Senator Jeff Flake indicated that he would only vote for Kavanaugh on the full

Senate Floor if there was a committee vote the investigators started chasing down leads.

However, there was more Senate input on the issue.

Senator Bill Cassidy put himself in the fray by commenting on the FBI investigation to

the media.

Breitbart News reported,

"Just like their other tactics throughout this confirmation process, Senate Democrats'

demands for an FBI investigation have never been about getting the facts or finding the

truth.

If they were, they would have alerted law enforcement months ago, as soon as they learned

of the claims.

Instead, they waited until the last minute to leak them in order to delay the vote.

That is why any FBI investigation of the allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh should include

potential coordination between the Democrat operatives and lawyers that assisted in bringing

them forth.

What Senate Democrats really want is more time to smear Judge Kavanaugh, regardless

of the toll it takes on his wife, his daughters, and our country.

Democrats will not suddenly require evidence to declare Judge Kavanaugh guilty of being

the worst kind of criminal.

They will not suddenly abandon their assumption that all accusations against Republicans are

credible and to be believed.

If the FBI turns up nothing significant, they will say what Joe Biden said in 1991, that

the FBI does not reach conclusions.

They will say the FBI did not have enough time to conduct a thorough investigation.

What they will not do is admit they were wrong to accuse Judge Kavanaugh of being a gang

rapist, or a rapist, or a sexual assaulter, or a drunk, or a perjurer, or a hothead unfit

for the bench.

If the delay facilitates new allegations from Michael Avenatti or someone else, it will

not matter how ludicrous they are.

Democrats will instantly call them credible, demand more delays, more FBI resources, and

more hearings.

They will attack anyone who disagrees.

Delay, delay, delay.

That's all they want, because their goal is to do anything and everything to smear

any nominee — anyone — and block Republicans from appointing another justice to the Supreme

Court.

We cannot and should not let that happen."

Think Progress reported,

"On Saturday morning, Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) responded to news that the FBI will

investigate sexual assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh by calling for an investigation

of Democrats — in particular, whoever was responsible for leaking a letter written by

Dr. Christine Blasey Ford detailing her story of being assaulted by Kavanaugh.

Echoing the evidence-free conspiratorial language Kavanaugh used during Thursday's hearing

about the origins of Ford's accusation, Cassidy suggested some sort of Democratic

plot is at work.

"This is part of a broader Democratic strategy to coordinate, and in that coordination, to

seek to delay," Cassidy said on Fox & Friends.

"How many more charges can be brought out to smear this man, to create legitimate doubts

in the minds of some of the American public?"

"There are other things the FBI should do, but it should investigate whether indeed there

is this intent to coordinate, and in fact, the actual coordination," Cassidy added.

Cassidy singled out Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-CA), calling for her to be interrogated under oath.

Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, denies playing any role in leaking

the letter Ford wrote to her detailing her story of being assaulted by Kavanaugh at a

party in 1982.

"Let's actually investigate.

Ask Diane Feinstein under oath, did she leak it, then ask her aide," he said.

The Intercept, which broke the story about Ford's letter, denies that Feinstein and

her staff were responsible for the leak.

Ford actually praised Feinstein for the way she and her staff handled her accusation during

Thursday's hearing.

Nonetheless, later during Saturday's Fox & Friends, co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy went

as far as to smear Feinstein as "the real villain" of the Kavanaugh scandal.

Cassidy's comments are a page out of the playbook that team Trump has been using to

deflect from damaging revelations in the FBI's investigation of the Trump campaign for possible

collusion with Russia.

Rather than responding to new revelations on their merits, Trump and his Republican

enablers have raised concerns about process and called for the investigators to be investigated."

Just a few days ago the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing where Dr. Christine Blasey

Ford, Kavanaugh's first accuser, testified before the Committee regarding her allegations.

Shortly thereafter, in the latter half of the day, Judge Kavanaugh testified before

the Committee in defense of himself.

Democrats, Republicans, and a leadership chosen sex crimes prosecutor questioned the both

of them.

The following day, the Senate Judiciary Committee gave Senators the opportunity to give speeches

before the Committee.

At 1:30 pm they voted to get Judge Kavanaugh's nomination out of the Committee.

He passed on a strict party-line vote.

With the FBI investigation now underway what will happen in a few weeks is unknown, event

with Senator Cassidy's input.

Lewis Hamilton: Did you spot what F1 champion said to Vladimir Putin at Russian GP? - Duration: 2:31.

Lewis Hamilton: Did you spot what F1 champion said to Vladimir Putin at Russian GP? Hamilton was gifted the victory by team-mate Valtteri Bottas after Mercedes chief Toto Wolff ordered the Finn to surrender his lead. The win stretches the Brit's advantage over title rival Sebastian Vettel to 50 points in the Championship race. After the win, Hamilton shared had a brief encounter with Putin which is reminiscent of their meeting three years ago.

In 2015, Hamilton infamously sprayed the president with champagne while celebrating his victory - but this time around the celebrations were much more subdued.     "I won't spray you with champagne this time," Hamilton joked to Putin, before quickly retreating. "It wasn't me last time, it was someone else." Meanwhile, Hamilton claims it felt "awkward" to win in Sochi yesterday after being given the victory. "It's been such a great weekend for the team.

They've done such an exceptional job to have this advantage over Ferrari," he said.     "To have a one-two, usually we'd just be elated but I can understand how difficult it was for Valtteri and really he deserved to win. "Championship wise, as a team we are trying to win both so today it was a real team effort. Whilst it doesn't feel spectacular, I know he's going to do well in races to come. "It doesn't feel great," Hamilton said. "I don't think I've ever finished first and feel the way I do right now.

"It's definitely a very conflicting feeling because naturally you want to extend the Championship lead, but we are a team and there are two Championships.   "Valtteri has done an exceptional job all weekend, and yesterday in qualifying and you could see how happy I was for him there. "I assured Valtteri it's not something I asked for, but it's what the team feels is right to do. It's a very awkward position to be in. "There are not many team-mates who would do something like that.".

What is EAC Certification? - Duration: 2:45.

This is Klaus from Germany.

Klaus is an engineer and inventor.

Klaus invented a unique device, and people from all over the world want to buy it.

Klaus gets a lot of requests from Russia, too.

Klaus really wants to sell his device in Russia, but in order to do that, it has to conform

to certain standards.

The conformity assessment is usually carried out by means of certification, declaration

or state registration.

A product that has passed the conformity assessment gets a special marking.

Different countries have different standards and rules for marking.

A marking called EAC was introduced in 2011 in the Eurasian Economic Union (which consists

of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia).

The marking was introduced along with the unified conformity assessment procedure and

technical regulations.

The EAC (short for Eurasian Conformity) is a special marking that confirms that a product

is safe to use and meets all necessary requirements.

There are more than 40 regulations and several thousands of different standards in force

in the EAEU today.

To pass the сonformity assessment, it is necessary to:

• Classify the product and determine the suitable standards

• Prepare the technical documentation in Russian

• Test the product at an accredited laboratory • Conduct a production audit

• Implement a quality management system

There are three different procedures of conformity assessment in the EAEU - certification, declaration

and state registration.

Unlike declaration, certification requires involvement of an accredited certification

body.

The state registration usually applies to children's products and cosmetics.

Only after the conformity assessment procedure, a can product receive the EAC marking and

be admitted to the Russian market.

Klaus turned to Schmidt & Schmidt.

Schmidt & Schmidt specialists answered all his questions concerning certification in

Russia and allowed him to classify the device, prepare the required documentation, conduct

production audit, organize laboratory tests and, finally, get the EAC marking for the

device in no time and for a reasonable price.

The specialists of Schmidt & Schmidt are professionals who help to organize the EAC certification

procedures all over the Eurasian Economic Union.

Klaus is happy - his device is now duly certified and can finally be sent to the buyers.

What should I pursue, a PM Certification or a Master Degree? - Duration: 12:46.

Good morning.

In this video I will be talking about a comparison of two things.

We often see posts on social media, and people sending messages requesting, or asking for help.

They want people

to help them decide

between a project management certification

like the PMP.

I mean, it could be other than a PMP but the most common question often relate to the PMP. Or, a master's degree in project

management. So a PMP or MPM.

And

it is challenging to respond to these questions

without

maybe being too direct, or to open, or honest, and

obviously we believe if someone is posting such a question,

they want an honest answer.

I usually respond to those questions, and here I'm doing so through this video as well

and where we can share with people who have a question about

whether they should pursue a professional certification in project management or an MS degree

in project management. The first things we want to say here is that

it's hard to compare, because it's technically like you're comparing

apples and grapes.

Or

a

sport vehicle with a Mini Cooper.

So it's not somethings that are readily

comparable.

Why?

Well one is, whether the PMP or something else or prince2 or something else,

it's a professional certification, and

usually people can obtain that certification

with a little bit of study and

maybe like for example the PMP require one course,

35 hours of training, which is equivalent to one course in a university, semester-based

system.

Typically a university semester that follows a semester system a course is a

roughly 35 to 39 hours of study,

PMI required 35 hours of study in

preparation.

Some other certifications do not require any preparatory courses.

It's up to you, how you prepare and study for a given certification.

However, what I'm saying is that, it's a professional certification obtained

possibly after a course or no course by passing an exam, one

exam. PRINCE2

Foundation for example have one exam seventy-five questions.

PMI CAPM is a three-hour exam, and the PMP is a 4-hour exam and so forth

and so on.

So it is a professional certification,

it could be obtained by passing a single exam, after meeting a certain pre qualification

requirements.

And it's often, for many of these certifications, a degree, a university degree is not even required.

Okay, so that is what

certification. Is it popular? Sure PRINCE2 is popular in the UK and among companies who subscribe to the British system.

The PMP is probably the most recognized project management certification in the world.

That is the most popular,

and other certification may be

as popular, or not as popular. Obviously nothing as popular as the PMP in term, I think if I'm not mistaken,

because I think we are closing on 900,000 PMPs around the world today.

And now you've always hear me say popular, that doesn't mean it's the best. Yes it is

recognized, it is the most recognized, and it is popular. So

it has value.

Now, let's put things to the side whether the PMP or PRINCE2 or GPM or another certification.

Each of those certifications have some value.

Great!

We have that. Let's shift to a master's degree.

Now as far as I know, the minimum,

minimum requirement for a master's degree

in most universities, is at least

two semester or nine months of study; and

usually 4 module per semester. That means eight major modules. This is one. This is the most basic,

fastest master's degrees, that I have seen out there.

A typical master's degree in the university system like the US for example, it's 36

credit hours.

Which mean is somewhat equivalent to 12 courses.

Each course, meaning, being three credit hours. Of course in a European system, or a quarter based system

the number of credits might be different but for example a typical master's degree in the US is at

36 (credit) hours.

Maybe it consists of 30 (credit) hours of class work and six hours for a project, or

maybe a little bit more allowed for a thesis.

But the bottom line, to achieve the master's degree, people have

to take, and

ideally, they should be passing as many as eight courses as a minimum.

This is assuming the fastest process which is the nine-month semester, or one-year programs, usually about eight

modules or eight courses.

Whereas another university or full program would be definitely more than that. So as a minimum,

the candidate must pass

and take at least eight to twelve courses if they don't have to put a thesis or work on a project

to satisfy the requirement of obtaining the master's degree.

So obviously in terms of learning, in terms of education hours, contact hours, a master's degree is

significantly higher in

terms of

learning content. And of course assuming it is from a good university, you are working with

good professors, and then of course a value could be even higher,

especially if the universities also subscribe to

the concept of where people have to work in teams on projects and they have to deliver a project.

So in my view, there is no question about it, in terms of learning

about the value of the master's degree and how it is different versus a PM certification.

Okay? So

if nothing else all things equal, I have no doubt which one I would choose if a candidate come to apply for me

with a certification and limited experience or with a master's degree.

Now that brings me to the argument that the people who defend certification say. "Ah, the PMP and other certification might require experience."

Well a master's degree, yeah, sure some universities do require experience.

Like I know I've worked with one University where they required at minimum three years experience before they allow somebody in the master's program.

However, obviously we are comparing here, assuming, a candidate good just for a master's degree with no experience and someone have three

years experience and that case I would look at the master's degree as just one year experience and I'll compare three years experience

outside, one year with the university obviously out if I want more experience, I would go with the higher level experience.

Just because the certification, it doesn't mean anything!

So to make it clear,

some two candidates come to me, one with a PMP or PRINCE2 and three years experience, and

one come to me with the master's degree and three years experience. If the two candidates have equal type of similar

personalities, similar structure, similar knowledge,

you know, the only differentiator is three letters, is a degree or a PMP? I'll take the degree. No questions asked, okay?

But obviously hiring is not as simple as just looking at a degree,

you would want to talk to the person, and I would want to see who is the person, who really understand project management, or memorize

project management, whether the certificate holder or the degree holder.

I want to be able to see that they can think, they can apply, they can

rationalize what's going on.

So these are in general a quick comparison between the two the two two items;

a certificate, professional certification, and an academic

university degree.

Now I want to shift to

something else related to universities, and related to the market.

Yes, the market, when the market, hiring manager

prefer a certification over a degree, I

really have to look beyond the reason for that, and I can visualize

two major reasons why that will happen;

assuming

the hiring manager knows what they're doing.

One is

that

they don't really fully understand

the difference between the two; in this case

I referred them to the previous part of the video and they can compare and understand what the difference between them.

There is a perception, of course, that certification is like guaranteed competence;

it's not. I don't want to go into certification at this stage. So I'm gonna focus on the idea is when the market

considers these questions,

PMP or MPM or MS,

the Master of Science degree, that's indicate that usually those people the hiring manager or the recruitment do not

understand the difference between the two,

okay? Or

to give them the benefit of the doubt

universities are doing a lousy job in preparing project management

professionals, and in their degrees

maybe they are being to academics where the people are learning how to pass exam at the university level,

or just by passing or getting by rather

they're really understanding how to apply project management. So

again, hiring manager

you need to go beyond

those three letters the short letters. You need obviously, you need to understand the candidate experience,

you need to understand the candidate background, their ability to think independently,

the ability to analyze, and not to follow orders or not to follow a memorization

technique.

This is why we posted, for example, what I call the Ajam Acid Interview Questions, which I was really looking in many of them,

you know

It's easy answers and some of them are challenging because I would want to see how the candidate think, how they can analyze the question.

These are the things that are important. So please, I close this video with a message to universities,

What do you want

to achieve in term of recognition, if your candidates, or your graduates go out in the world

with a master's degree in project management, and they still do not know how to apply the basics of project management?

So in this video my message has been to people who are asking the question about

PMP,

PM certification, or PM

graduate degrees.

It is in a way touching on

recruiters and manager who hire and what they should look for in the candidate, and of course at the end the universities

to really look at what they are producing in term of the graduates.

Thank you

What does it mean to Rehumanize? [CC] - Duration: 1:31.

Let your whole life be a creative testimony to the dignity of human life.

Whether those humans are facing the threat of abortion,

or drone strikes, or euthanasia, or torture.

Whether those humans are facing the threat of capital punishment,

or police brutality, or deportation, or abuse.

To echo MLK once again: "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice

everywhere."

So let us be courageous — enough to care when it is difficult,

and courageous so that we may speak the truth of human dignity when it is disadvantageous

to do so.

Let us be consistent in our support of human rights,

consistent in our love for fellow man, let us be compassionate to those around us,

compassionate when faced with those who challenge our sense of justice.

Let us be creative in our construction of a culture of peace,

creative enough to speak peace when faced with violence.

Let's march on, every day, unsettled by injustice and passionate for peace.

What happens in a videofluoroscopy swallow study? - Duration: 4:18.

Hi mum and Harrison, thanks for coming in today.

My name is Aoife, I'm one of the speech and language therapists.

It's great that you've come to show everybody

what we do with a videofluoroscopy swallow study.

So what is videofluoroscopy?

So a videofluoroscopy is a special X-ray of the swallow

and what we do is we mix some food with barium

and that lets us see what's happening on the inside.

What you might notice is there might be a chalky coating of the mouth

and when there is a nappy, there might be a slight discoloration.

Why do some children need to have a videofluoroscopy?

So a videofluoroscopy is a way for us to see what's happening on the inside.

That would let us see if there's any episodes of choking

or aspiration and that's when food enters in the airway.

So we'll just give you this led coat

and that's for some protection.

So we'll just pop this over your head.

It's heavy.

We'll just introduce you to everyone who's here today.

So we've got Alan, who's our consultant radiologist.

We've got Gillian, who's our radiology nurse.

We've got Leslie behind here, who's another speech and language therapist,

who will be looking at the images.

I read in the appointment letter that Harrison

couldn't have anything to eat or drink for 3 hours before this,

I was just wondering why that was?

So we really want Harrison to be ready to eat and drink

with the food that you brought in.

We're just going to go in this chair here.

Okay, so we have the food here

and it's great that you brought the bowl, spoon and cup from home.

Sometimes the barium can just change what the food looks like a wee bit,

so it just makes it a bit more familiar for Harrison.

And we'd ask that you give him the food and the drink,

just because he'll be more comfortable, because he knows you best.

Sure, that's no problem.

Okay.

Alan's just going to set everything up with the camera.

That's great, perfect.

We're in a good position.

Great.

Okay.

What I'll do is I'll give you the food,

we'll start with the yogurt.

You are doing good eating.

We can see it up on the screen here.

That's lovely.

Now can we just see Harrison having a drink from his cup?

Yes of course.

Thank you.

Okay, so just another drink.

That's some good drinking.

So that's us finished with the assessment.

Alan will go and review the images with Leslie.

And while he's doing that

we can just get Harrison back into his buggy.

So that went really well.

Harrison you were a superstar, thank you.

I've had a chance to review the pictures with Alan

and this is just a snapshot

of how Harrison's managed today.

We're going to look at it in the whole picture of his feeding

but he coped really well with the food.

His swallow looked normal, there were no concerns.

And with the liquids we didn't see any signs of aspiration

of it going into his airway,

but he did find it a bit harder to control.

So we would recommend that

you give him some slightly thicker fluids,

rather than the thin ones.

But just keep going with the food as you are.

We'll contact your community speech and language therapist,

so that she knows how you got on today

and can continue to support you in the community.

So thank you for coming today.

Thank you.

We're saying bye.

What would it be like to live on the moon? - Duration: 4:35.

(tinkling)

- Hi, it's Doug.

I've got my globe of the moon here.

I've always dreamt of going to the moon.

When I was growing up, it hadn't been that long

since human beings had actually landed on the moon.

I remember seeing old footage of NASA astronauts

as they landed on its surface,

even seeing video from one of their missions

where they took a car up to the moon and drove it around.

Look at that.

I would love to do something like this.

Someone named Bobby has a question about the moon.

Let's give him a call now.

(tinkling)

- Hi, Doug.

- Hi, Bobby.

- I have that question for you.

What would it be like to live on the moon?

- That's a great question.

Going to the moon was something I always dreamed about.

But we actually stopped going to the moon

even before I was born.

1972 was the last year anyone went.

Now, it's getting to be a long time

since any human being has been there.

But there's new hope.

A rocket company called SpaceX has announced their plans

to send the first tourist to the moon,

someone who's going not because he's a trained astronaut

on a science mission, but just as a vacation, a visit

to see what it's like.

His name is Yusaka Maezawa.

He won't actually land on the moon,

he'll just get to circle around it.

But still, it'll be an amazing trip.

Think of the views he'll be be able to see, looking down

and seeing the moon's craters up close, looking up

and watching the Earth rise in the distance.

It'll be incredible.

Other rocket companies have plans in the future

to even build some kind of small city or colony on the moon.

More and more, it seems like it might be possible that,

in your life, you could get a chance

to go, maybe even live on the moon.

What would that be like?

Now would be a good time to pause the video and discuss.

Okay, you ready?

Living on the moon would be unlike

any experience you could have here on Earth.

The longest any NASA astronaut stayed

on the moon was three days.

But even for just that short a stay,

they had to constantly wear a space suit

when walking around.

That's because the moon has no air.

So if you were going to live there,

you might have to live in a house like this,

and keep the inside of it filled with air.

The views out your window would be so strange because,

with no air, that means the sky is as black as outer space

even when the sun is out.

If you did wanna go outside, you'd need a spacesuit because,

not only would you need to keep a tank of oxygen with you,

but the spacesuit would protect you

from the boiling hot temperature of the sun's rays.

When it's daytime on the moon, astronauts found out

that the temperature on the surface reaches

over 200 degrees.

That's as hot as an oven.

Spacesuits are made of a material that's similar

to an oven mitt you might find in a kitchen.

They protect you from extreme heat.

It would probably be a pain to put on a spacesuit

every time you wanted to go outside, but it'd be worth it.

Check out this video of NASA astronauts

when they were on the moon.

You see, the moon has less gravity than the Earth,

about six times less gravity.

So there's enough gravity to keep you

from floating off into space,

but when you walk, you bounce around.

This is them trying to walk,

and they look kind of like bunnies hopping.

Less gravity also means something really weird.

It would be easier to pick up heavy things.

They don't pull you down so much.

So, if you wanted to, you could pick up a rock like this big

and throw it with one hand.

So, in summary, living on the moon would be

totally unlike living on Earth.

New announcements about space travel means

there's a real chance that you could actually get

to visit the moon one day.

Would you go?

That's all for this week's question.

Thanks, Bobby, for asking it.

Now, for the next episode,

we'll return to the same questions

that we picked out last week.

If you haven't had a chance to vote, you can choose from,

how does a compass know which way is north,

why do people from England sound different

than people from America,

or how does toothpaste clean your teeth?

So submit your vote when the video is over.

I wanna hear from all of you watching.

There are mysteries all around us.

Stay curious, and see you next week.

Alisson reveals what Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said in dressing room after blunder - Duration: 2:42.

Alisson swapped Roma for Liverpool this summer as Jurgen Klopp replaced blundering No 1 Loris Karius

And he came with a reputation for being good with the ball at his feet - a quality demanded of modern day goalkeepers

Alisson set hearts racing against Brighton in August when he audaciously clipped the ball over Seagulls ace Anthony Knockaert

However, he came unstuck as Liverpool faced Leicester at the start of September when he tried to be fancy once again

Alisson messed up a Cruyff turn, gifting the ball to Kelechi Iheanacho, who went on to set up Rachid Ghezzal to score

The Brazilian stopper admitted post-match that he was at fault, while Klopp said he was glad that mistake had happened then as it had no impact on the outcome of the game

Alisson has now revealed what Klopp said to him behind-closed-doors in the wake of the incident

"When the two clubs reached an agreement, Klopp called me a few times on FaceTime and he explained to me his project and what we would do together," Alisson told Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, discussing how his relationship with the Liverpool boss has unfolded

"I've admired him for a while, since his [Borussia] Dortmund days. "I like being coached by him because he doesn't say much, but he always knows what to say and how to say it

"He's an intelligent man with character. "[After Leicester] he came into the dressing room and started joking

"He dealt with it in the best way possible, since I already knew I'd embarrassed myself

"Then he told me not to lose faith and to carry on playing that way." Alisson will return to Italy for tomorrow night's Champions League showdown between Liverpool and Napoli

Jurgen Klopp's side are currently top of Group C following their 3-2 matchday one win over Paris Saint-Germain

Alright?

First slowly.

Then a little bit faster after that.

Are you ready?

Great.

Now even faster than that.

I'll buy you lunch.

Great.

Now let's try that three times quickly.

So please repeat after me.

I'll buy you lunch.

I'll buy you lunch.

I'll buy you lunch.

Great.

What it means to Live Deliberately - Duration: 4:51.

Hello my friends and welcome it's Scott Harris the founder of Ultimate Expert

and Ultimate Coach Professional stopping by to chat to you today about a personal

philosophy of mine that I get asked about a lot and it's the phrase that I

use "Live Deliberately" now if we've met before at a live event with me on stage

or maybe sitting next to you as I participate or maybe we're meeting right

now in this unique video format. Either way thank you for watching and thank you

for the conversation we're about to have. You know my life has been very uniquely

blessed. I get to travel the world speaking on stage to tens of thousands of people,

I get to work one-on-one with very unique and specific individuals, I get to

lead a team of coaches coaching people around the world. And it's afforded me

some incredible opportunities to learn, to grow, and to discover some powerful

lessons in life. Now it wasn't always that way...

I was a kid that was brought up in the wrong part of town, from the wrong city

and I was so bad at high school that by the time I got to 16 I was asked to

leave. Later on I managed to get my way into

University I failed not once, not twice, but three times and I found myself in my

mid-20s just working in a job, just doing something I didn't really love and

something I didn't really plan on and then I stumbled across this world of

consciousness - of reading books of attending seminars - back then of

listening to cassettes! And it afforded me the opportunity start to say "gosh

what if my life was actually in my control, what if I could be delighted by

my life, but not surprised" and let me tell what I mean by that.

I think about all the things in my life that important I think about my marriage

and my relationship with that special, unique, extraordinary person - what if I

could deliberately make choices every single day that were moving me towards

the ultimate relationship that I care for. In my parenting what if every day,

and every week I was making choices that were deliberate and conscious about

bringing the children into the world and having them grow up in a way that really

served them, and created them to be the best version of themselves. Certainly in my

business my one-on-one coaching my work with some of the world's most famous

people on stage, in front of incredibly large audiences. What if I could make the

deliberate choices that were conscious, purposeful,

and thoughtful that allow me to create the business that I want. In my personal

finances if I'm building my own portfolio of treasure to keep me safe,

and secure, and abundant in my older age - what if I was making thoughtful and

deliberate choices every day to make that happen. This phrase came to me from

a great philosopher (you may have heard of his name was Henry David Thoreau) from

the 1800's wrote some great books he was a bit of a contrarian, a philosopher and

there's a very famous quote that I'd like to share with you if I can.

It's a quote that inspired me and the quote says this "I went to the woods because I

wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life and see

if I could not learn what it had to teach me and not when I came to die

discover that I had not lived. I wanted to live deep and to suck the marrow out of life"

Now I've been a vegetarian for three decades so I'm not looking to suck

marrow out of any bones or anything anywhere. But when I read that phrase,

and when I first heard that phrase, and as I continue to keep reading that phrase

I think about living deliberately. And sometimes that means saying yes to

things, and sometimes that's saying no to things - and certainly as a coach, as a

mentor, as an expert it's not for me to say what you should or shouldn't be

doing or how you should or should be living because I'm still working that

out for myself. But if I had any coaching for you as I move into my sixth decade

on the planet it would be this - life is short and it goes by very quickly my

friends, and if I could give you one piece of offering and one piece of wisdom

that's been passed on to me and I passed on to you would be to every single

day be very very careful if you're making choices with your time,

your energy, your focus - you're making choices with your values, your beliefs,

your language patterns, they're allowing you to create the life physically,

emotionally, financially, in your relationships... The life that you not only desire,

but the life that you so very richly deserve. I hope that one day here

my team at Scottharris.com.au can serve you with that, if that's with

coaching, if that's with training, if that's with you getting on stage and

doing some work yourself. We'd love to support you in any way shape we can.

You know how to get in contact with us. But until you and I

get to meet face-to-face, person-to-person my friends my wish is you

have a spectacular day live very, very deliberately and bye for now.

What is server load balancing? What are the terms and terminology of load balancer? - Duration: 4:32.

hi everyone welcome back again so in this video we will start with server

load balancing

so what is load balancing, as we learn in our last video load balancer distribute the

clients requests among the multiple server devices, leave will leave the link in

cart please check that, there are some terms and terminology that we need to

understand before moving further client, node, pool, pool member and virtual server, what is the client?

this is the client, it's sitting at external side of F5 load balancer this

is the internal side this is the external side client is the machine which

send connections or request to a f5 load balancer for a web server pool this

client send connections or send request to F5 load balancer to access

this web server pool, there are some applications or services running on this

server devices and the clients want to access that services that's why it sending a

request on f5 load balance

what is the node node is the individual device individual server device in a

server pool configured on a f5 load balancer a node can be a member of

multiple server pool it can be a member of FTP pool it can be member of web

server pool at the same time and node identify on its IP address like here

node 1 IP address is 10.1.1.10 node two IP addresses 10.1.1.15 note 3 IP address is 10.1.1.20

what is the pool is the group of server devices

configured on a fire load balancer for certain services or applications and

we identify the pool on its service or application so like here this is the web

server pool, what is the pool member? when a node we assign to a specific pool then

it become a member of that pool that is pool member

and pool member identified on its IP address and service port like here this

server device having the IP address 10.1.1.10 and it's : 80

this service belongs to this server pool that's why this node belongs to this pool

what is the virtual server virtual server is hypothetically configured on a

f5 load balancer and clients which are connected on external side of a f5

load balancer send a request on this virtual IP virtual server IP address to

access services or applications running on this server devices this virtual

server identify with its IP address and service port like here virtual

server is having IP address 172.16.1.150:80

that's it guys in this video thanks for watching and subscribe to stay tuned

I'll see you in next video

What Makes the 2018 Audi A4 a Winner? — Cars.com - Duration: 3:38.

when you think about winners certain characteristics come to mind exceptional

performance attention to detail multi-dimensional excellence it's the

same with cars and you only have to look at the Audi a4 to see what a winner

looks like it beats six competitors to win our luxury sports sedan challenge

and we named it our luxury car of the year for 2018 earlier this year

here are the key reasons it's the champ point 1 interior quality odious been a

standard-bearer for years in this area and the 8th for our shows why it has one

of the nicest cabins in the compact luxury class and a big reason for that

is the materials that are used you can see it here in this test car with this

nice brushed aluminum trim on the console and dashboard and also this

leather and Alcantara finished seats beyond that you can tell that outtie

cares about the seemingly little things that really raise your overall

impression of the car from the way the controls and the dials and buttons feel

to the inclusion of things like a center armrest that slides forward and backward

and is also height adjustable howdy didn't get everything right with the

interior though and one of the bigger misses is the interface for Android auto

and apple carplay smart phone connectivity Audis normal multimedia

system includes this console knob that operates menus on the dashboard screen

but rather than including a touchscreen so that you could just touch the various

icons as carplay and android auto were designed you have to navigate with it

using that same console control knob it works ok it's just not ideal point to

passenger and cargo room the a4 is also quite capable of comfortably carrying

people in cargo even though it's one of out these smaller sedans and the car

space efficiency really comes through when you're sitting in the backseat it's

comfortable for taller adults even with the front seat adjusted for our tall

driver and if you have seating for four adults you better have enough space to

carry their luggage but that's what you get with the a4 it's 13 cubic foot trunk

rating is a little deceiving because when you open the trunk lid you have

this very deep cargo space with not many

intrusions that would limit its usefulness and when you fold the

40/20/40 split backseat you get a sizable opening that should make it

easier for carrying big items inside the car point-three turbocharged performance

besides delivering on the luxury and comfort fronts we were also impressed

with the a 4s turbocharged 2-liter engine rated at 252 horsepower and 273

pound-feet of torque the 2-liter 4-cylinder is a smooth revving engine

that delivers strong performance with gratifying immediacy in our test of

luxury sports sedan only the Alfa Romeo Giulia was quicker the 84 we had for our

comparison tests have Audis 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission but

the one we have here has the available 6-speed manual like the car steering the

shifter has a very light feel as you flick it from gear to gear and the

clutch pedal is easy to work there are flashier and quicker cars in the luxury

compact class but few combined practicality upscale amenities comfort

and luxury as well as the a4 does it's a winning combination and it's helped

separate the car from its competition

Next: What's New at MSU - Duration: 4:20.

(upbeat music)

- [President Clif Smart] A few years ago, we dreamed about what would be next.

What if we upgraded our buildings?

Added critical academic programs

and graduated more students than ever before?

And what if we did all that while remaining one

of the most affordable universities in the country?

That was next.

Now, it's reality.

(upbeat music)

- [Student] Missouri State continues

to put students like me first.

A new plan to keep tuition affordable,

meant the cost of attendance stayed

below national and state averages.

- [Group] Go Bears!

- That's a big deal for a campus

that set another enrollment record.

There's more than 26,000 of us now.

That includes more than 1,500 international students,

and even more program initiatives

with countries outside the United States.

And several of us won big awards.

(upbeat music)

A new state law means we'll have more access

to graduate and doctoral degrees, too.

After all, Missouri State's proven

the quality of its programs.

We received awards for several in the last year.

Of course, facilities attract students and faculty.

That's why Missouri State followed through on improvements

to Glass, Ellis, and Hill Hall.

We also opened the state-of-the-art Magers Health

and Wellness Center.

Have you heard we are now an All-Steinway School, too?

These improvements are thanks in large part

to the support from our state legislators

and to the Foundation,

raising more than $21 million in gifts.

These changes will also help faculty

and students continue their key research projects,

which nabbed more than $26 million in grants this year.

The grand total of alumni keeps going up.

A record number of us graduated,

and a record number earned bachelor's degrees.

Missouri State's support helped us cross that finish line,

thanks to programs such as the Impact Summit,

the Bears L.E.A.D. Program for student success,

and a conference aimed at helping first-generation students.

In fact, we're ranked as the top university

for first-gen students.

MSU also continued its quest to be an inclusive leader.

They accepted the first class of Bear Power students,

established the Facing Racism Institute,

and were one of two universities selected to host

the Dungy Leadership Institute.

We also welcomed a new chancellor to West Plains.

It's also nice to call this place home

because of a commitment to sustainability.

[Cheering]

On the field, our student-athletes shined.

Championships in baseball, men's and women's soccer,

women's golf, men's and women's swimming and diving,

women's tennis and volleyball resulted

in a Missouri Valley Conference All-Sports trophy.

The NBA said yes to Alize Johnson,

who became the first Bear drafted

into the league since 1987.

Lily Johnson finished one of the best careers

in school history with her fourth All-American season,

a first at Missouri State.

The Baseball Bears continued their run of success

with three drafted players,

Jeremy Eierman, Dylan Coleman, and Hunter Steinmetz.

A new head basketball coach has Bears fans excited

for what's next at JQH Arena.

[Clara Smith] Alright, I'll see you guys later.

In short, that's what's new at MSU.

What's next?

We can't wait to find out.

What Is Sleep - Duration: 3:30.

For more infomation >> What Is Sleep - Duration: 3:30.

65. What is dissociation? - Duration: 0:53.

Hello everyone!

Dissociation is neurological mode activated in case of immediate mortal danger.

Animals use it also.

For example, when cat catches mouse, mouse goes in dissociation mode because he knows cat can kill him.

So he plays dead.

Breathing diminishes, blood goes from limbs to vital organs, digestion and urination slows down.

Dopamine is being inhibited by adrenaline.

Now, mouse doesn't fake dissociation, he really can't move his body.

Eventually, if cat looses interest in half dead, dissociated mouse, she goes away.

Suddenly, mouse's brain declares the threat is gone and terminates dissociation.

Mouse is alive and mobile again.

Similarly, recovery from Parkinson's occurs when one's brain declares it is safe after all and thus terminates dissociation.

Thank you!
