AIRPLANE ON THE GROUND / A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TRUCKING COUPLE - Duration: 7:35.
it's been another one of those busy weeks I ain't made a video damn I better
get Feeny busy I gotta make little dogs video for tomorrow whatever right it'll
be out tomorrow anyway I mean I got his video there so fun to make I I just
enjoy the hell out of megiddo I mean he bran Kentucky at the airport over here
we held a what they call a alg load which is air playing on the ground and
it means that we have to bring them an engine they have to switch it out while
we sit here and wait and then they test fuck and but put the old engine back on
us then we take it back and get it remands right you know this one here is
a brand new claim so it's gonna be its initial break-in time whatever whatever
they do for that you know what you do on a car or motorcycle or any kind of
engine so hopefully hopefully I'll be able to stay awake if you take them
three hours to do this and I plan on catching the plane as it rolls out the
doors here I think it'll be a cool little a little clip right maybe else
maybe we'll see it I mean well I don't know and then stuck the girl in the bed
because they tell us what he was going to do this and then we wasn't going to
pick it back up for 24 hours and I was cool with that I need to go over and
check my p.o box and all that stuff so I got a ton of stuff I need but hey if
we've got to take it back in three or four hours
good Lana we'll just take it back but it made for a hard day for a 340
mile load or whatever this was how you got to do what you got to do

and they'll throw it in a plane and we'll sit there on the runway again
while they do it and then we'll bring it back so they can remanufacture it or
whatever they're gonna do or it might go back to Minneapolis and then we'll
deadhead back down here on the column well bring where's that it's a little
toolbox that little toolbox back so we'll still get paid I'll probably put
another engine on and get paid double I like double so damn they're messing up
my whole vlogs this week with these crazy a oh geez

Welcome All. I am Jyoti Khatri, Health and Holistic Wellness expert.
Today I am going to share 2 acupressure points that can help you to save yourself
and other people in the time of crisis. There are times when you encounter someone
with a disease, struggling for life. When hospital is far away, not only patient but
people around them become anxious. If you learn these 2 points then it may help someone

Now, lets get started.
As I mention in my other acupressure videos, to get result, you need to locate the point correctly.
For that you need the correct measurement of the patient's thumb. Measure the width
of the thumb with measuring scale or measuring tape. Width of the thumb is equal to 1 cun,
for first acupressure point you need 5 cun measurement . So, multiply the 1 cun measurement
with 5. The first acupressure point is for heart.
To find out the correct position of the first acupressure point then straighten the arm
of the patient, palm facing up. Above the wrist crease measure 5 cun, in the middle
of the arm, in between the two tendons of palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis,
you will find this point. Press this point your thumb. Pay
attention to the intensity while pressing. Pressure has to be bearable. Repeat other
side. Do it 2 times a day for around 3 to 5 minutes.
This point is extremely useful in many chest pain and tightness, heartache, coughing and
vomiting of blood, nosebleed, mental restlessness, agitation and more. By massaging this point,
it will help relieve those symptoms. Also, if you press this point frequently then you
can protect your heart. There are times the blood pressure sharply
increases in hypertensive patients or when someone receive some shocking news. Then at
that time you can press this second life saving acupressure point which will effectively help
to relieve the sudden rise of the blood pressure. This second point is located at the center
of the palm, now make a loose fist then your middle finger will fall between the 2nd and
3rd metacarpal bones, closer to the radial side of the 3rd one.
Just press this point with the thumb. If you are doing on yourself then you can use the
thumb of your other hand to press this point. You have to press this point on both the hands
for about 3 to 5 minutes each. Most of the time patient with hypertension
increases their blood pressure mainly due to anger or agitation of some sort. At this
point press this second acupressure point by keeping your breath and heart calm. One
can easily relieve that sudden rise of blood pressure easily and brings clarity. This point
is extremely useful in conditions like pain in heart, thirst, dry mouth, agitation, fear,
anxiety, mental restlessness, loss of consciousness, cold hands, night fever, cough, vomiting with
blood and more. Remember these two points are life-saving
points, which can save life at a crucial moment. However, when you use these acupressure points
don't forget to call the emergency number and get professional doctor's help.

CLEAN WITH ME AND SOME LIFE GRIPES - Duration: 12:33.
oh my gosh mr. tripod is like channeling his inner me good morning it is Monday
something like that yeah I've PT today but it's at 12:15 something like that
but it's 10:30 ish right now and so I need to clean my room a little bit
because I was gonna film some more talking videos but my room has exploded
and so I can't fit the thing that I hang the sheet up on so cleaning and then PT
and then tomorrow I'll film those videos because I don't think a lot time today
it's still definitely kind of a mess in here
but it's much more organized above us and it's only like oh that was only like
15 minutes just things needed to be put back in their actual place and
everything needed to be taken off my bed because it was like an office and a
storage closet up somewhere so I'm not gonna vacuum in here cuz vacuuming hurts
my knees and my elbows and my shoulders just because I racking is so heavy so
I'll get somebody to vacuum in here later well that was awkward I
I'll put it the footage like while we're talking but I was trying to set up my
blanket on there instead of bringing in the cart thingamabob and then I had
pressed record of what I thought I was stopping there cording and then pressed
and then stopped the recording when I thought it was starting so I'd even get
any of the part where I was talking about it but I've decided to forget it
I'm just gonna sit in front of I don't know how I'm gonna do this
maybe well take the part is often and like put it but somehow like this so
that we're in the corner and not film in on my junk usually I just put the sheet
up because then I don't have to clean my room mainly because it I don't think it
would bother anybody else but when I am editing and when I'm filming I get
distracted and I start like looking at there's nothing I'm like what is that
and then I start touching everything and then nothing ever gets filmed now clip
for the vlog I so I start I I filmed today my attendings that I wish people
knew about chronic illness they're very vague things I could get real and deep
in other videos about all that but the camera ran out of battery partway
through because I thought it had enough battery because I only feel yesterday I
think yeah I think I only filmed yesterday on it but Nolan and dad
watched his um like hitting video and slow-mo super slow-mo so I don't know
how long party is actually on so I had to go to PT in the meantime while the
battery was charging I don't know how to make this longer set
my head's not just like hey oh and then so when I came back I I filmed the last
of the 10 things yeah my list could be like a thousand things long though but I
tried to be more general and not include all of my life gripes in it so now I
might change my shirt so that it looks like another day and that's what I do
when I build multiple videos in a day and then I only post like one video a
day I used to post only one video a week except for then I had like 30 videos
backlogged so then I started posting I think last week I posted three is just
wherever I can get things edited and uploaded and like ready to post cuz
there's a lot of like I do they captions that's what they're called I think the
words on the bottom I try to make those accurate as possible but even I'm not
very accurate at it so yeah I I like just I try to change them or make sure
that they're somewhat somewhat accurate so that's that and then I finished
filming my 10 thing and I wish people knew about chronic illness like the
general public people and then it's had three things that I wish doctors
understood felt really good to get that off
chest because the those three things are like things that I've come up with over
the past well the past 19 years but really the past two years because before
that I'd always thought like oh that was like a one-time thing but then I started
to realize that those kind of encounters are more and more common and then the
ten things I wish people knew I just came up with I was like real quick when
I was just in a fury one day and I was like you know what twat just typing you
know what really wish people understood yeah so I put those out hopefully people
see them and then there will be more understanding in this world I don't know
I'm hopeful and then later so this week I had my PT today and then on Friday I
go I have an appointment to go see that headache specialist a new one wink wink
I can't wink yeah wink wink wink about the person the doctor was talking about
not vid um you'll know if you watch um but um or if you watch the three things
when and then sometime in between I should be having my IVIG so I'm like
nervously excited about I'm really excited because there's been like so
much hope from all my doctors about that working but then I'm really nervous at
the same time because the reason why there's so much hope is because so many
other things have failed and if this doesn't work and then what then what are
we left to because I don't know what else is really out there but help me so
oh and something I thought I thought that was really funny
about mr. tripod here that his leg fall off
and I was trying to fill with it and it kept falling off and I was like oh my
gosh mr. tripod is like channeling his inner
me and then ready Friday to hear it oh I didn't like click this time when I went
back in but I was like oh okay this tripod was meant for me so and Jess and
I might be going to the Kelly Clarkson concert E or that's in many months away
but still Shh so excited okay I'll try to vlog maybe one the fans home
because it's probably kind of boring just me chatting at least I always have

Well I do the report for Mark Wilson
telling them how much product we've made and
how much tons we've used.
any checks that the lads have done I'll file away
things like that, anything that needs filing
or anything like that and then I just get jobs
like the wagon numbers, so when a wagon comes in
it get's loaded with bags
the numbers are the bag numbers so, basically throughout the day it'll just keep coming steady,
so yeah.
It's so the drivers of any wagons or heavy machinery behind machinery can see us, because
they're that big that they'll literally just flatten you.
so if we don't have this we don't make
ourself very easy to be seen.
I feel like I learn more doing it, because if I
read a question I don't know what links to
or anything like that.
Now I'm like working here, I can link things so
it's showing me an insight and then
taught me along the way as well so I now
know and have more understanding of
what to do in the workplace
I just make sure all my jobs are done,

3D Printing a Better Life for Dogs - Duration: 2:08.
We fell in love with this little puppy at our hospital.
When you see his face, you'll understand.
Bento was originally owned by a pet store and was accidentally dropped in the pet store.
And through a benefactor was able to be brought in so we could fix his front leg.
My fiancée and I were kind of waiting for the right time and the right dog.
And so, we brought him home and he clearly was going to need a lot more care.
Bento healed really well with surgery.
However, as he was continuing to heal we noticed his leg starting curving towards the outside
so he ended up with a leg that looked somewhat like a flipper.
So, the plan was to do a 3-D printed model of the leg to help gauge the degree of deformity.
And Case Western Reserve's think[box] was available, was open to the public.
We were very happy at think[box] to be able produce that model.
We have some really powerful software.
I've done this with different surgeons before.
Because a lot of times these deformities cannot be fully appreciated on x-rays.
When you're looking at x-rays you're looking at something 3-dimensional on a 2-dimensional image
The models I'm producing are being used in a research sense.
Not for clinical purposes.
To provide the surgeons with the ability to investigate different techniques
that might be useful.
We can resolve very fine anatomical details.
There's no substitute for actually handling a 3D model.
With the 3D printed model we were able to simulate the bone cut needed to correct Bento's deformity.
We were able to decrease the amount time Bento had to spend under anesthesia as well as other
risks such as infection.
Within a matter of days, he was using the leg, putting weight on it.
He wanted to be a normal puppy.
That's an awful thing to happen to a puppy to be dropped.
The consequences of that were severe.
To be able to change Bento's life is really exciting to me.
I look at him as my baby.
A member of the family.
We're excited to take him for walks.
Letting him see what real life is all about.
