Meghan Markle's SECRET coping technique for family feud REVEALED - Duration: 3:52.

 Meghan has been royal for almost 5 months now but her feud with her father Thomas and her half-sister Samantha have regularly hit the headline

 In her old lifestyle blog The Tig, which has since been deleted, the Duchess of Sussex explained how a stress coping technique had changed her life, and it is believed she might still practise it today

Meghan revealed how meditation had made her "much happier", bringing her "more success, more fulfilment, more happiness, less worry

"The Duchess started the practice after a friend introduced her to Light Watkins, an LA-based meditation teacher, who gave her lessons on Vedic meditation to channel inner peace and calmness

 Vedic meditation is one of the oldest meditating techniques, originating from north Indian almost 10,000 years ago

Speaking about the practise, Meghan described it as the "type of meditation that Russell Simmons swears by, that people say changes their life and the trajectory of their future—more success, more fulfilment, more happiness, less worry

"At first, Meghan was skeptical of meditation and found it difficult to allocate enough time in solitude, because of her busy schedule as a Hollywood actress

She wrote: "I know you'll think of a million excuses as to why this is silly or why you don't have time for it; much like the day I told Light I didn't have enough hours in the day to do it, and he told me that's why I needed to mediate twice as much

  "Not gonna lie, I rolled my eyes thinking 'oh give me a break, mystic man'. But low and behold, this mystical man was right

 "I urge you to give it a shot. The worst thing that can happen is that you gave yourself ten minutes of quiet in an endlessly loud world

"However, Meghan soon began to love meditating, describing it as "the quietude that rocked my world"

She added: "I can't put my finger on the why or the how, but I will tell you this much, for me, I am just happier

And meditation has much to do with that." Meghan's meditating coach, Mr Watkins, previously told InStyle: "I didn't get the sense that she was overly stressed out or anxious or anything like that, it just seemed like she was already on a wellness path

Hey guys!

I am back from my vacation in Ohio

oh my gosh it was so nice to see all of my family

it is so wonderful that everybody's still so close out there we

got both sides of my family my mom and my dad side are pretty much all down

there but this trip was so extra special

since it was my aunt and uncle 60th birthday

they are twins so it was a big surprise that a lot of us came

so I flew out there just me nothing exciting at the airport to report I hadn't flown for

so long so I was like sitting next to this older gentleman and I was like so

are they gonna show a movie or so apparently at least my Airlines doesn't

do that anymore I flew Southwest so they have like a

dot com and then you get their Wi-Fi so you can watch live TV they have I don't know

it was probably like around 10 channels to choose from so I had that thankfully

I just watched HGTV house hunters I think it was like on repeat it so they

didn't have very much variety but at least it was something so I landed at

the airport my dad came and picked me up and Wow oh my gosh all the trees all the

green all the grass of so beautiful and I was kind of worried that it was gonna

be a little too cold but it felt amazing I loved it so I was lucky enough to be

the first to arrive of the surprises and I went up and knocked on my uncle's door

he opened the door and he took like a second he just like stared at me and I

was like hey I heard there's a party here and he's like what what are you

doing here and it was like the coolest thing and lots of hugs and it was so

nice my mom and dad were already there and then I got to witness everybody else

coming it was so awesome all the people that he didn't know were flying out

flying in and it was it was just awesome so I hadn't been to my uncle's new house

he'd moved there maybe a couple years ago and it is beautiful check this out

guys oh my gosh he sits on three acres of just beautiful green grass trees

everything so awesome and my uncle also owns mach1 bowstrings and he makes bow

strings for bows and his workshop is so cool so many different colors to choose

from for your strings so I'll link his website down below super nice guy super

awesome so if you're into that sport check him out

it was also super cool my uncle brought up his camper so that we could all stay

in it so it's like having like a guest house I guess so it was super nice I

just want to show you around it is really cool and I just slept on the

pull-out couch for the first couple nights and then they let me inside the

house because a lot of the guests left after the party

and oh my gosh the day of the party we got so many pictures I can't really

share them all with you guys because I don't want my relatives faces all over

the place but it was so beautiful it was perfect day and look at this sunset

amazing and when I unpacked you guys saw that little Emma gave me this little

snuggle but she also gave me a letter it was the sweetest thing ever let me show

you look at that handwriting so cute so it says to mom we love you so so so much

we will miss you so so so much we all love you so so so much I love you and

see you soon love you so much so cute so whenever we go out of town and she gives

us a little snuggle I called my and then she usually leaves a note actually but

they're my little what do we call it the smuggle snuggles

so she smuggled in some snuggles for me so this little baby was right next to me

in my bad she's just so cute so before I left I had my duffel bag down here I

had an unzip because I needed the makeup bag and stuff for the morning and she

came downstairs and she's like mom can I zip this up for you and I'm like okay

and I kind of looked away and she put a little note in there and she's just so

sweet so that was a fun surprise when I started unpacking all my stuff the

following day we headed down to another town and it's just a really small town

but I feel like I grew up there because I would spend my summers there with my

grandparents and it was just so awesome to see everybody see the town and how

it's changed and not changed and it was very very cool to see everybody and then

we just hung out for a few days and then I flew out I really wanted to come back

just to see my family of course but man I loved it out there it's so nice to see

everybody and be so close to everybody and I'll tell you what my aunt can make

a mean margarita whoo we had some fun and we played games like

and stuff so that was really fun and then they brought out the cornhole of

course during the party so that was awesome had a little fire pit

on the way back at the airport they had to check my bag at security because I

smuggled some chocolates from Heggy's you gotta get chocolates and nuts at

Heggy's they're the best it's like in Canton I think they have a couple of

them actually so good it's so good they're all gone they're gone they're

gone already

but that was fine and the Cleveland Airport is super awesome I

haven't been for what I say what was it like six years and they have like plugs

to charge your stuff on the chairs at in the gate which is so awesome because you

know we're always dying since we've been on a plane or traveling for so long so

that was nice I got to just chill and like hook up and charge up my phone and

stuff then when I was getting on the plane and I was walking down a little

bit you know you scope out who you want to sit next to and stuff and so this

older gentleman he was so nice this older gentleman he spotted me and he's

like you here and I'm like sure sure sure

right so I sit down next to him nicest guy we get to talk in and and he

lives you know in Phoenix and Cleveland like half a year half a year type thing

and and his son was traveling with him too and and he sat on the other side of

me but I was like I sat down I was like you were just looking for a skinny girl

to sit in between he's like yep and I'm like alrighty and I actually remembered

to download some movies onto my Kindle before I took off because I only had a

couple movies on there and they were like kids movies that I've seen a

million times right so I downloaded Spaceballs and Great Outdoors I just

wanted some like funny feel-good dumb movies you know that you didn't have to

think about so I watched those and after those two were done I had like 30

minutes left to kill and just talk to my neighbors on the flight so anyway we had

really good conversation and watched the movies and stuff so it was nice and then

when I got off the plane I got to see my babies

so you know daddy and the babies drove up to come and pick me up the kids were

already on their jams because I think I landed it like I don't know seven

something so they were already in their jammies and oh my gosh they couldn't

wait they couldn't wait for their hugs it was so sweet

but I just wanted to tell you guys about my trip I had a wonderful time and I can't wait to go

back we're planning on going back and seeing everybody during the summer when

the kids are out of school so they can actually come this time

because they were super jealous they were super jealous that I got to go

by myself they wanted to go so bad but it was just it was just awesome it was

awesome having the reunion it was awesome seeing everybody come in they

just kind of trickled in you know so they each had their moment with my uncle

that didn't know they were coming and it was really beautiful

family really is everything, even if they drive you crazy sometimes

Life Goes On Roadmap, which in a fun way

information that you, your partner or

your family will need should anything

unexpectedly happen. As a financial

planner

Steve Juetten has heard and dealt with many sad

stories, where exactly this- after a

tragedy in a family, the partner or

family member has to deal with not only

their group grief, but also the

realization, they have no clue about their

finances. They don't know where to find

the keys to the lockbox. They don't know

where their passwords are etc, so in

response to these sad stories and

knowing that really it only takes a

little bit of forethought, a little bit

of planning to basically head this

off at the pass, Nancy and Steve created

the Life Goes On Roadmap and

conveniently, they did it just at the

time I was redoing my Will, my Power Of

Attorney, my End-of-Life directives and

everything else. I am so excited by this

program. It's just what I needed, so I

invested in their program, which comes in

a physical form like this, or a digital

format

online and it also has a nice little thumb

drive, where you can store all the

information, as well, and I'm currently in

the middle of filling out all my details.

Filling out all the details in your Life

Goes On Roadmap is great, but it's really

only Phase 1 of the process, because

you have to make sure that the rest of

the family knows where to find your Life

Goes On Roadmap and knows all the other

details. You know - about your will and

who's going hold the Power of Attorneys

etc. In my previous video, I said I

would make a follow-up video about

having The Talk with my kids, so here we

go.

Last week, my two daughters, two of my

three children, came for a visit, so it

was Talk Time. My offspring are now

in their mid-30s and as I'm in my 70s,

they are more accepting of the idea

that one day, I won't be here. I tried

having this conversation, when they were much

younger and then the response was "I

don't want to think about your dying, Mom"

and we didn't get very far! Now they are

much more accepting and we had a really

good conversation. As I'm divorced and my

kids will be my beneficiaries, one of

the issues we needed to deal with was

who would be the executor, hold the power

of attorney and make the decisions about

my end-of-life directive? Sadly, my

previous co-executor had recently died,

which is why I was reorganizing

everything. Everything needed a

rethink and you know life changes, our

kids lives change, so you really need to

review this situation every few years.

Several factors need to be considered,

such as family dynamics. Now we all know

that deaths and Wills can break a family

apart, regardless of you know, how good

the intentions were when the Will was

made. Also, who is most likely to be

around to take control and care of

everything should anything happen you?

Who is gonna be your First

Responder. Where is your home located

and where is the home of your kids

located? Will this influence your

decisions? I also didn't want one of

my kids to feel they were being dumped

with all the responsibilities, and the

others to feel that they weren't worthy

of the responsibility or they were being

left out of helping, if the need arose.

Until a couple of months ago, all

three kids of mine lived in different

countries. I had one in Europe, one in the

United States and one in Canada, but in a

different province in Canada, which like

the states in the USA, the provinces in

Canada have their own jurisdictions and

Will's etc are not necessarily valid

from one province to the next. This can

make the crafting of Wills, Power of

Attorney and the End-Of-Life directives

a little more complicated. However, my

older daughter moved back from Europe to

Canada earlier this year and

conveniently, she now lives in a town not

far away in the same province, which has

made my planning much simpler, and

thankfully, she is able and willing to

assume the First Responder role. It is

preferable to have the talk with all of

your kids, so they understand your

thoughts, they talk about it, you

get to know how each of them thinks and

feels about the decisions, you are all

making, but getting even two of my three

kids together is an achievement. We

talked about who would have what

responsibilities and I showed them the

Life Goes On Roadmap plus, most

importantly, I showed them where all the

information, the Life Goes On Roadmap

folder, the thumb drive etc will be

stored and where they will find the

master password to access all my other

passwords, in my password app. I think

we're done for now and everyone is happy

with their roles.

Now I must remember to update my

information on a regular basis, so I've

added a six-month reminder to my Google

There has been an enormous amount of support out there for Doctor Christine Blasey Ford,

the alleged victim of Judge Kavanaugh who accused him of sexually assaulting her three

decades ago.

However, there has also been a large amount of support for Judge Kavanaugh and his family

in light of all the accusations that have seemingly destroyed their career.

Over $700,00 has been donated to Dr. Blasey Ford's GoFundMe page for her family, security

purposes, and her protection.

Both fundraising sites were set up earlier in the month.

The money was also for traveling expenses as she prepared to give testimony in Washington

D.C.

ABC News, Kavanaugh has denied all of the allegations.

The two campaigns — "Help Christine Blasey Ford" and "Cover Dr. Blasey's security

costs" — had reached more than $700,000 at the time of publication.

A number of other campaigns related to her also appear on GoFundMe based on a search

of Ford's name.

We are working directly with all campaign organizers and guarantee the funds raised

will be transferred directly to the Ford family," Katherine Cichy, a spokeswoman for GoFundMe,

told ABC News.

"To be very clear, we have designated the Ford Family as the beneficiary of these funds.

We cannot take the money out or otherwise direct the funds," Cichy added.

During Thursday's hearing, Rachel Mitchell, a veteran sex-crimes prosecutor who questioned

Ford on behalf of Republican members of the committee, asked Ford who had paid for her

expenses, including the polygraph examination she underwent about her memories of the alleged

assault.

"I am aware that there's been several GoFundMe sites," Ford responded.

The page for the "Help Christine Blasey Ford" campaign said it was set up on Sept.

18 to support the "Palo Alto mom, a beloved professor and mentor and friend.

This fundraiser is sponsored by her neighbors and colleagues."

At the time of publication, the campaign had raised more than $490,000 from more than 10,700

people and was still accepting donations.

The "Cover Dr. Blasey's security costs" campaign, which was created on Sept. 18, raised

$209,987 by 6,658 people over nine days, according to the site.

It has closed and is no longer accepting donations.

My reason for starting this fundraiser is to make concrete the power of collective action

in providing security, and therefore support, for Dr. Blasey's willingness to contribute

to a thorough, fair vetting of a nominee for Supreme Court Justice," that campaign's

organizer, Heidi Feldman, wrote on its page."

A man named John Hawkins has created a GoFundMe though for Judge Kavanaugh and his family.

As of now, there has been $481,000 raised towards the $500,000 goal.

The fundraiser was accompanied by a very heartwarming dialogue about why the fundraiser was created

to begin with.

The GoFundMe fundraiser read the following, "Like many decent people from both parties,

I have been disgusted by the unsubstantiated 36 year old smears aimed at Brett Kavanaugh.

We live in a country where innocent until proven guilty is supposed to mean something;

yet Brett Kavanaugh's reputation is being dragged through the mud while his family is

facing non-stop death threats.

This is a horrible way to treat a good man who has dedicated his life to public service.

So many unethical people are giving unprovable 36 year old accusations the same weight as

6 FBI background checks, hundreds of hours of hearings and testimony under oath.

It is disgraceful.

What I would like to do is raise money for Brett Kavanaugh's family to use for security

or however they see fit.

All of the money collected will go to Brett Kavanaugh's family or alternately, if they

refuse to accept it, to a charity of their choice.

I have already reached out to a contact who should be able to put me in touch with Brett

Kavanaugh's family.

If he can not do it, I have plenty of other contacts who should be able to make it happen.

I will update this page after I have talked with his family.

I hope you will show your support for a good man who has been treated very, very badly.

Update: I have heard some people say that Brett Kavanaugh is rich and so his family

does not need the money.

That's actually not correct.

According to Market Watch, "Brett Kavanaugh may become the 'poorest' Supreme Court

justice ." Update #2: Some people have asked who I am

and how they know that the Kavanaugh family will get the money.

- Well, I guess I can start.
