everything that Walt Disney World has to

Hi, I'm Gary Bembridge of Tips For Travellers.
Walt Disney World Resort has a lot to offer,
there's so much to do. So let me talk a
little bit about what's available.
First of all you've got Magic Kingdom.
Magic Kingdom opened in 1971.
It's the classic park, its icon is a
Cinderella Castle. In my view it's a
little bit dated now and it's very much for
smaller kids and probably the least adult
of all of the parks. However it is the
classic and real icon of Disney
World, so you might decide that this is a
park you want to go. The second park is
Epcot that opened it in 1982, and
basically Epcot
celebrates human achievement, both in
terms of Technology and culture. And this
is a really good park for adults because
it is a whole mixture of some really
good rides and also has the World
Showcase, which showcases a whole range
of different countries, their food ,their
culture and their drinks.
The third park is Disney Hollywood
studios that opened in 1989. It's now
very much focused on Star Wars and Toy Story,
but lots of other links to various
television shows and movies. The
fourth park is Disney Animal Kingdom.
Disney Animal Kingdom opened in 1998, as
its name suggests it really focuses on
animals and conservation. It's kind
of like a mixture between a zoo, a safari
park and a theme park. Disney also has
two water parks (Typhoon Lagoon and
Blizzard Beach) and then there's Disney
Springs, which is a big entertainment
dining and shopping complex. Now if you
were to spend time at all of those you
would easily spend a day at each, so you
could easily spend a whole week just
going to the Disney parks and not seeing
anything else in Orlando. So if you don't
have to travel with young kids and
not linked to school holidays, when is
the best time to go? Always focus on
going on weekdays, avoid the weekends
because they become very popular for
weekend trippers or even locals. And
avoid any week that has
public holiday or any school
holidays. In particularly focus on of
course the United States, but bear in
mind a lot of people come from around
the world. So when are the best times to
go as an adults? Mid-january to mid
February, March is pretty good but watch
out once you head into April because you
have spring break and Easter break.
May and June are pretty good times.
October, November and early December are
also pretty good times. Going to
Disney is not an inexpensive activity.
A ticket to get into each park is going to
cost you around about US $130 per
person per day. If you are driving to the
park it's going to cost you at least
$20 to park and once you're
in the park there is food and
drink to purchase is on top of that. Now
the great news is, there are lots of
packages and deals. These tend to
differ a little bit by country. So when
you go to the Disney site in your
particular country, you'll be served up
various offers and deals. So for example
in the USA it's much easier to buy single
day passes or two or three or four day
passes. If you're coming from say the UK
for example you'll find there's much
more packages linked to family tickets,
often around seven day or fourteen day
packages. Now if for example you're
adults and you just want to buy
individual tickets (or shorter tickets),
one of the things you do is go to the
USA site, so if your default site comes
up you can sometimes change the country
and visit the Disney USA site, which is
what I did
where I could buy a ticket for
all four parks but it only cost the price
of going to three parks. What's also
important, unlike say Universal, is the
price of your ticket includes three fast
passes. So it gives you the chance to
avoid the long lines and get to right to
the front of the queue. Every single
ticket includes those fast passes. The
next step I have is a very very
important one. Way before you go, park by
part by park look at the rides and put
them in order of priority that you want
to ride them. Some of the rides that I would
recommend are the following: so in the Magic
Kingdom I would recommend Splash
Mountain, there's a Seven Dwarfs Mine
Train which is really good fun, Big
Thunder Mountain Railroad which is a
real Disney classic. In Epcot Soarin'
which is a fantastic visual effects,
Mission Space you have two versions of
that, Test
Track where you zoom out in a car and doing
the whole World Showcase where you go
around all those different countries. And
Disney Hollywood studios, this is
changing a lot, but there's lots of Star
Wars rides. So you have Star Tours,
from 2019 you've got the whole mass of
the Star Wars Galaxies area. There's a
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and then
you have the Rock and Roll coaster
starring Aerosmith and then there's the
classic Indiana Jones epic stunt
spectacular. In Disney Animal Kingdom
Pandora is so popular, they have the
Navi River journey and the
most popular art of all which gets big
waiting times is the Avatar Flight of
Passage,
there's the Expedition Everest which is
a crazy roller coaster, you have the
Karli water Rapids and very highly
recommended is the Kilimanjaro Safari,
which is where you get a chance to see
lions, you'll see elephants, you'll see
zebra. It's very important that you
decide for each Park which ride you want
to do and the order that you do them to
make sure that you focus on doing those
rides you really want to do it - and you
do not leave the park disappointed. Leading from that
it's onto my next tip: how do you get
the most of your day in each of the
parks, and how do you make sure that you
get to ride those rides that you
absolutely want to do. It does take some
planning, and here's what you do when you
decide which park to go to on which day
that you're there. Take a look at the
opening hours, now any day that has the
early opening the magic hours or the
late closing hours I would actually
recommend you avoid going to the park on
those days, because everyone that's
staying at Disney properties heads there
on that day and those parks are
manically busy. Stay away because you
will find the parks are just crazy busy
and it's really really hard to get on
the rides on those days. So pick your
days very carefully about which days you
go. If you're staying at a Disney property, two
months before you go but if you're not
staying in the Disney property one month
before you go, you need to make sure that
you've bought your Park tickets because
if you stay no Disney property two months
before (60 days before) you can access the
Fast Pass system. If you're not staying on a
Disney property it's 30 days before.
Everyone that has a Disney park ticket
can choose three fast passes in advance,
once they've used all three on the day
they can start selecting
more. But you want to get in as
early as possible and start signing up for
fast passes. Those popular rides
that I spoke about
will be chosen very very quickly. If
you don't have a fast pass you have
to join the queue and sometimes at very
busy times it can be two hours long for
some of the really popular rides. Get
into the fast pass system as soon as you
can and using that list of rides
make sure you lock down
fast passes for those rides. So having
done all that before you head to Walt
Disney World,
how do you make the most of your day
actually in each park? First of all make
sure you have the App on your phone and make
sure you have your smartphone with you.
Make sure that you get to the parks
early, so before what's known as rope
drop. You need to be there way before
9:00 a.m. in the morning. As you head
into the park, make sure you grab the map
and also the leaflet which will
have that particular days times for
things like the parade shows, anything
that is closed or changes - so you know
exactly what is happening that day so
you might have to adjust your plans. When
the rope drop happens make your way
as fast as possible to the number one
ride on your list, because you'll be
there right at the very beginning and you
should get on that ride at least once.
Then make a beeline for the second ride and
the third ride. So hopefully by 10
o'clock or 10:30 you've done the
three big rides that you want to do and
then you can basically look at
your fast passes and do rides
again or change your plans. The other
thing to do is, of course, keep looking at
the app to keep an eye on wait times and
find what's busy and not busy, and keep
adapting what you do as you look at the
rides, bear in mind that most people
eat lunch around 12 o'clock 1 o'clock
they'll be less busy, also a lot of people if
it's a Magic Kingdom will watch the parade
at 3 o'clock - so those are good times to
think about doing rides. I
also recommend in terms of dining
is while a lot of people like to book those
sit-down restaurants for the whole
experience, I have to recommend you don't
do that and go for the easy dining
option. Largely because it's quicker but
also the great thing about that is on
the app you can order the food in
advance. So you can decide what food you
want and when you're either at the
restaurant or you're ready to eat you
basically there's a little button you
push on the app which tells them you like are ready
for your food right now and they
prepare it and bring it out so you can
wait
just minutes before the food comes
out. It means you don't have to line up
with everybody
to place your order. It's just much more
efficient. Another great tip for making
the most of your day is any ride that
has a solo rider or a single rider
option, take that option if you don't
mind or do not
necessarily go on rides with your friends
or partner or whoever you're traveling
with, because those lies are often quite
short because a lot of people of course
like to go on rides with who they're
traveling with. My next tip is around
what should you take into the park.
It is Florida, so it's hot and humid so
make sure you've got a hat, sunscreen,
sunglasses. Florida is also prone to
bursts of rain which can often just
chuck down and then clear up, so take one of those
plastic ponchos with you. It's really
handy and it's better than an umbrella and
also for some of those rides where they
are outside or you are likely to
get wet it's it's a real boon to have
one of those plastic ponchos.
Take a water bottle with you and you can
keep filling it up and stay hydrated. Of
course make sure that you've either if
you staying on a Disney property that you've got
your Magic Band on or got cash and
credit cards to buy things for
lunch or buy merchandise. Because you're
going to be relying on your smartphone
to manage the day, make sure that
you've either got an extra charger for
your smartphone or make sure that
you've brought along a charger, so if you
do have to plug it in anywhere you can
plug it in. There's lots of places you
can charge phones or if you struggling
then go to guest services and they can normally
help you charge phones. The next tip I
have is deciding to stay on a Disney
property or not. What are the benefits
of staying on a Disney property? Well one
of them is that you get access to the
Fastpass way in advance, you get
transfers from the airport, you have
extended park hours, you get free
transport to and from the park and things you
buying the park can be
shipped direct to your hotel. The
downsides are if you're traveling as an
adult, it can be a more expensive option
because of course the rooms are designed
to really host families and also, of
course, you're more likely to have lots
of kids. So if you're actually looking
for an adult break, why not consider
actually staying off properties so for
example on International Drive.
Look for hotels which are perhaps more
business-focused or conference focused,
you'll often get rooms much cheaper and
a lot of the hotels, even those
conference hotels, will include free
transport to all of the parks. So I would
as an adult visiting Disney, unless you
want to go for total Disney
experience, consider staying off property.
My last tip is, how do you get help
on the go? The app has lots
of help and there is a manned Twitter
account which is @WDWtoday which is
there to help support everybody when in the
Park. So, if you've got any questions
queries or problems use Twitter. They
reply really quickly and provide great
support. To have a successful trip to
Walt Disney World in Florida you need to
be prepared. It takes a lot of planning
before you go, you need to know
exactly which parks are going to you,
need to know which days to go, you need
to know which riders you want to do, you
need to make sure you've got your fast
passes done as soon as you possibly can. On
the day you need to make sure you've got
a plan of action to make sure you're
going to do the things that you want to do.
So planning and preparation is
incredibly important. So don't
underestimate it. Spend as much time
as you possibly can researching and
planning. If you just pitch up on the day
at some park and hope to see
stuff, you're probably going to be
disappointed. So planning and preparation
is absolutely key. Walt Disney World in
Florida has so much to do. There are
those four parks, there's the Disney
Springs, there's two water parks. Enormous
amount to do, a lot for adults to do if
you are focused and plan exactly what
you want to do. Hopefully this video has

it's not gonna be about the strength workout
that I'm gonna do later today.
It's about the 2018 Wahu Kicker versus
the 2018 Cyclops H2.
We're also gonna give one of these away.

All right, traniacs, let's talk about the differences
between the new Cyclops H2, and the 2018 Wahu Kicker.
If you're looking at trainer to trainer,
I'm gonna give you a spoiler alert,
it does not really matter.
Just the trainers compared to themselves,
they are more similar than they are different.
You can choose this or this, you're gonna be happy
either way, they're the same 1199 dollars,
how ever you do have to buy a cassette with the H2.
They have the same plus or minus two percent accuracy
rating, they both weigh 47 pounds,
and they have the same simulated 20% maximum grade.
If you just look at the trainers, and you say
which one is better than the other Tarin?
I don't care, it's not going to make a difference
one way or the other what you buy.
It comes to a little bit of the intangibles,
and some of the small specifics about
what you absolutely need and what you might not need.
So first, let's talk about some of the small nuances
that literally don't matter.
When you're on the Kicker in your slippers
recording a video putting out max power,
the Kicker has a max power rating of 2200 watts,
versus the 2000 watts on the Cyclops H2.
Why does this not matter?
I do not know a single person who can get up to
really anything past about 1600 watts,
even pro cyclist Max Ode around 18, 1900.
So 2000, that's plenty.
The Cyclops Hammer has and requires a wedge
that is built into the unit for the front
of your wheel, whereas the Kicker does not.
So if you're looking for ultimate cleanliness,
just less parts sitting around, if you are
constantly breaking down and putting back together
your set up, just one more thing
that you've gotta do with the H2.
Now, there's a perceived difference that if you've
got the Wahu Element or the Element bolt,
that it'll communicate better with the Kicker
if you're uploading workouts to this that you want
this to control the Kicker, while that functionality
does exist, but the Wahu element
or element bolt, in this case, the custom limited
edition red color, because triathlon Tarin is red.
But if that's what you're thinking, it doesn't make
a difference because it can control any trainer.
Cyclops H2 has a 20 pound fly wheel where
as the Kicker has 16 pound fly wheel.
Typically, heavier is better, because it means
more inertia, and a more road like riding feel
with the new and improved fly wheel,
which I really don't notice a difference
between this and the 2017 model, it feels the same,
no difference there.
The Cyclops is coming out with a rocker plate
that moves your entire bike forward,
backward, side to side, but that's just a mechanical
device, it doesn't really have to pair to anything.
And it's going to be compatible with any trainer
out there, so that doesn't make a difference.
Wahu makes the head with the smart fan,
which blows faster and slower as you change speeds
in virtual worlds such as Whift, but it can pair
with any trainer, so that doesn't make a difference.
Now in order to calibrate the Kickers,
you do have to perform spin down, bringing it up to
I think it's 23 miles an hour, and then let it
spin down to calibrate itself.
Cyclops Hammer, basically always calibrated on
it's own, now let's talk about a couple
of the differences that do matter depending
on what your specifically looking for.
Good workout carrying these back and forth for you.
Noise, the 2017, 2016 Wahu Kickers had
a fairly noticeable high pitch whine,
where as the Cyclops Hammers did not.
The H2 still does not, this is the 2018 Kicker
which has got rid of that whine, it's about the same,
I would say, decibels as the H2, but because
it's not that high pitched whine, it doesn't hit the ears
nearly as strongly.
The Cyclops H2 has a built in cade and sensor
whereas the Kicker needs these little pods
strapped onto your bike, so if you already
have caden sensors on your bike,
and you don't want to be monkeying around
to these addition to that, this is gonna be
a little bit cleaner.
I'm gonna throw in a little bit of a wild card
here that could make a difference.
Wahu has the new Kicker core coming in at 899 dollars
which has a lot of the same features,
you lose a little bit of the top end wattage
going from 2200 watts on the Kicker to 1800 watts,
which nobody is really going to miss.
The maximum grade on this is 20%,
the maximum grade on the Kicker core is 16%,
that makes a fair bit of difference.
But, here's a big difference.
Cyclops is not of the same sort of apple,
we never discount mindset that Wahu is.
They have product that they need to sell,
they sell it, and if you look on Cyclops website
right now, the old Cyclops Hammer, the original
that is basically just as good as this,
this is on sale for $200 off, and there
are original Cyclops Hammers that are scratch
and dent models for $300 off.
I'm gonna get to why the scratch and dent models
don't bother me at all.
Cyclops is an American made, owned, and run company
that is legendary for their warranty honorability.
I told the store a few times over the last couple weeks
about how two days before Half Iron Man World's,
my power tap P1 power pedals died,
and they immediately, without question
shipped out a brand new set to me.
Now Sarus is the company that owns both Powertap
and Cyclops, and that's not just something they do for me.
They told me a story about how when they bought
a company that was involved with the fluid trainers
that they originally came out with,
that company hadn't looked into the manufacturing
of that fluid, and I think when it was heating up,
it leaked, so hundreds of thousands if not
I think it was millions of dollars they did
with a recall with every single model without question.
That is a stand up thing to do, and that is part
of the mentality of why they've also partnered
with the Traniacs, and if you are on the Traniac
training platform, you can get
a 10% off discount on Cyclops.
Fortunately, Wahu's not into that.
What this debate comes down to entirely is this,
Wahu Kicker Client, if you know 100% that you want
you to get the climb at some point,
you really have no choice but to get this $600 unit.
Pair that with a $1200 Wahu Kicker, you're looking
at an $1800 purchase versus about $1200 for the Cyclops H2.
So I think here's the play.
Compare that to the 10% discount that you get
as a team Traniac member and having to buy
a cassette, you're looking at around $1125 for a Cyclops H2,
I think that the play is to get a Wahu Kicker Core,
you have to buy a cassette for that.
But that brings the price down to $1550.
A fair bit more comparable to the Cyclops H2 at that point.
If you don't want the climb, save yourself some cheddar
and get the Cyclops H2, if you do want the climb,
go with the Core.
And if money is no object, just start buying
all the trainers you can.
So the that's what it comes down to,

The Best and Worst Thing About Chrysler Cars - Duration: 5:40.
rev up your engines, welcome to my Thursday video where I answer a viewers
question with an entire video, FS APO asks why does Chrysler have such a poor
history of reliability, what are some specific things that tend to fall apart
on Chrysler's and what do you think of some of the modern engines that they
make like the pentastar v6 and the hellcat V8, I'm going to start that with a little
history of course in the beginning, my grandfather was a mechanic before me
even he couldn't stand Chrysler's because they just had poor quality
control and they often just use cheap materials, in a 60s we had customers at
my father's corner gas station that had brand new Chrysler's, they got 7500 miles
out of their tires before they wore down to the nub because they were using
cheaper 2 ply tires, they were just trying to save money when they built
them, now you won't see that today because there's too many liability suits
involved, if you put crappy tires on cars, so most modern tires come with decent
tires for safety reasons, they put on cheap tires and they blew up and people
were killed, they would have their pants sued off of them, but that stuff didn't
exist back in the 60s, we also had customers with Chryslers they bought
brand-new and they started to ride poor so they brought them in and my
grandfather checked them out, and so he took it for a ride, came back
put up on a lift and said well, your shock absorbers are all worn out and the
customer with the Chrysler just said, hey how could it be worn out I've only got
10,000 miles on this vehicle, well shocks in those days they're pretty
easy to change, they had a bolt in the top and a bolt on the bottom, so my grandfather
said ok watch this and he pulled off one of the shocks and they're supposed to be
real tight to go up and down as they absorb the shock, but the shock that he
took off was like a Gazoo, it's just went, so it was worn out and with that
small amount of mileage it shouldn't wear but guess what they were using cheap parts
they wear out faster and throughout history they made lots of bad design
take the Dodge minivan, hey that was one of the worst minivan
transmissions ever made, I had one customer that had bought five of those
minivans and the first for the transmission went out on all of them so I said
to him, why do you keep buying these minivans from Chrysler, to which he
responded, well my wife loves them cuz we can go to the soccer
games and we can fit all the friends in, so she liked it because, they had a lot
of cupholders, she was happy with it and he said I want to keep my wife happy, so when
he bought the last one, he'd bought the other ones used, he bought the last one
new and he said I'll keep it until the warranty goes out and I'll get rid of it
I don't have to worry about having to pay for another transmission, which made
sense in his mind but guess what, before it went out of warranty the transmission
broke on that one too, he did get it fixed under warranty but really five of
them in a row transmissions went out on every single one of them and the answer
to the second part of his question, about the modern engines, you got to know a
little bit more about Chrysler, they're owned by Fiat an Italian company, Fiat is
not known for making exceptionally long-lasting cars, the acronym in the

making such hot vehicles, so overall hey Chrysler just doesn't make very good
vehicles, now is the Pentastar v-6 engine goes, they had a lot of problems with heads
the heads weren't made right and the engines wouldn't run right and they had
to rebuild them for quite a few people under warranty, now these Pentastar v6
engines are made in different places, some of them are made in Michigan, but a
lot of them are made in Mexico, now I've had personal costumers that had good luck
with the Pentastar engines, but I've also had customers that had problems with
the heads on those engines, I don't know maybe it was, some of them you got the
engines built Michigan, but the ones that broke were the ones made in Mexico, I
personally wouldn't want an engine made in Mexico, I don't care what anybody says,
so if you got trying to figure out where your engine was made, hey me I just stay
away from that company entirely, but when it comes to the hellcat 6.2 liter v8
engine that actually is very well built powerful engine, it puts out 707 horsepower
a real screaming engine, but these days a lot of people don't want to mess around with
an engine that's that powerful because it's an absolute gas hog too, let's face it, last
of the giant dinosaurs probably, but if you want one of those you don't care
about the cost and the poor gas mileage, their exellent engines and it's
probably because of where they're made, because they're made
Windsor Ontario Canada, and Canadians they've always had a history of making
pretty good engines especially in Windsor, if you know anything about
Mustangs, one of their great engines was the 302 Windsor v8 that was
made in Windsor, those are good engines you could still buy a crate engine from them
to put in a Mustang, and guess what, from Chrysler you can buy just the 6.2 liter
v8 engine that's in the Hellcat, they call it the hell crate engine because
it's a crate engine, hey their very good engines, can't say that I buy the whole car that
it came with but hey, that's a really good engine if you want to build your
own car, so now you know a little bit more about Chrysler's and since this is
