Hi, thanks for stopping by. My name is Mary Jo Rapini, and I'm a licensed
professional counselor specializing in intimacy and relationships. There's a lot
of things we can't control, like the family we're born into, the people we work
with, or the unexpected situations of life. However, one thing we can control is
how we respond to these situations. Every day we react to unexpected news and to
what other people say and do. How you react shapes your world. Many people
think that you magically develop a healthy skill set or mindset to handle
the unexpected. Wrong! Like any other skill, they must be practiced. My mission
is to help you build that skill set and teach you how to reflect on your emotions,
see the bigger picture, and then respond in a way that's going to create a life
you want to live in. And how you respond doesn't impact just you; it impacts
others, Your reactions will directly impact your spouse, your family, your
co-workers, and even strangers. So join me for Reaction Reset every other Wednesday,
and let's make the world a better and healthier place - one person at a time.
Remember, if you change your reaction you can change your world.

Fábio & Nuno 27 What About A "3 Some"? (EN.ES.FR) - Duration: 11:01.
What if we leave a sign? I don't know... Maybe a scarf in the doorknob...
That way, people will know it's better not to get in! - Oh, Pal! I think that's ridiculous!
- I think it's a great idea!
- I think it may work!
- Yeah, that way nobody would be caught unprepared
- What do you think, Fábio?
- Alright! That's b... b... better that n... n... nothing!
- Well... Then, we have a deal!
- Cool! - We have to talk to Paula & Papoila to see if they agree! - They will agree, I'm sure!
Well, I'm gonna meet Rute in the room, because she's feeling totally embarrassed.
- Don't you forget the scarf at the doorknob!
- So?... - It's a work of art!
- I'm... I'm sick of this!
- What? Are you broke? That's bad...
- What? No, pal! I'm sick of not being allowed to go to my bedroom!
- Look, why don't you join the party? - That's what he wanted! That odorless little flower!
- Alright, Fábio! Alright! You may go, now! You've got the bedroom just for yourself! - Hey! Finally!... Out!
- Love actually is in the air! - So much, that I'm getting sick of it!
I feel like I'm inside of one of those tacky series where "everything goes well to everybody"!
- At least someone is happy! - But, they didn't have to be so much!
- I'm ok with that.
- Excuse me! Don't you think this is "tickling us" a little bit? It's totally annoying!
- Fábio, don't be like that! Oh, God!
- But, I am! Why do they have to be there in the "honey"? As if it would end up well!
Do you believe that it won't always end up in bullshit? Yes, because I'm not expecting to see any of these couples together until they're 90!
- You're overreacting! Why do you have to be such a drama queen?
- Because I'm the one who takes the love injections all the time! - Oh, dear lord...
Wouldn't you like to have that feeling?
Yeah, the feeling of being in love, Fábio!
- No! No way! For sure! Some things are just not for me!
- Do you really think you're so different from the rest of the mortals?
- I'm different enough to realize that there are some situations in which I won't fall!
- We'll see that later!
- Look, Paula, I could make a bet with you, but that's not worth!
Did you tell all the guys about it?
- About what?
- The sign which we can use when we have company in the bedroom.
- Oh, No, I didn't! But, let's do it now! Girls!... And Boy...
- Now what?
- We decided that, when each one of us have company and don't want to be interrupted, we should put a red scarf in the doorknob.
- It seems a good solution to me, if everybody agrees. - Yep! That's it!
- I don't agree! - Sure! As if anybody could have doubts about your opinion, Jorge!
- Here we go again... - Listen, do I have 12 years old, by any chance?
- Jorge!...
- What I do inside my bedroom, only concerns to me, ok?
- Jorge... This measure it's more for people who are sharing their bedroom. I suppose that if you do something, it'll be with Papoila, right?
- No!... It will be with you, right? - There you have it! Then, don't be nosy!
- Ok! We've found the solution, it's great! This fight is over, ok?
- In this house, each passing day seems more and more like something I know...
- Ac... ac... actually, I agree with you, Jorge! Yes, because now this is full of little couples...
- Honestly, Fábio... it's about time, isn't it?
- Of that?... - ...Time for you to bring somebody home. You speak a lot, but...
- Let me finish, André... We never saw you with anybody!
- Well, th... th... that's because... You, you don't need to see! That's it!
And yes: I've been with a lot of chicks, already! Ok?
- Oh, really, Fábio? How many? I can't remember of any girl of yours in the bedroom...
- And then it was Cláudia... Then Li... Li... Lígia? Yes, Lígia!
Then, Carla... Oh!... Marta! Oh, Mar... Martinha was so sweet!
- Fábio, how long ago was that?
- All of them are in the past, now... Oh, pal... My memory can't recall every girl I had, you know?
- What I know is that I didn't see absolutely nothing since the day we moved in here! - Me neither!
- Come on, Fábio: Confess it! When was the last time you kissed someone?
- It was... It was... Well, let me see... It was...
- Yeah, but I rather go to jail! - Oh, no way, man!
- How disgusting! Did you freak out or what?
- It was at new year's eve! Yeah, that's it! Don't you guys remember that girl... me & her... in the party!
- If you remember it so well, that's a bad sign!
- Well, I'm gonna take a quick shower! - What about your diggestion?
- My diggestion? - Yes.
- Are you worried about me?
- Yeah... That's it, for sure... Go, go ahead!
Paulinha... May... may I ask you something? - Sure!
- But, it's for real! - Ok, go on! Ask it!
- Do you find me... attractive? - What?
Attractive?... - Yes, Paula! Come on! Yes or no?
- Fábio, I think you're a normal guy... Normal in the good way... - Oh... I see...
Would you be able to get involved with me?... I mean, for real!
- I don't get it...
- Would you be able to do something... that you never did before, but... with me!
- Are you mad? - Why, Paula?
- Because I can only imagine myself doing "whatever" with someone I like, right? And I'm not in love with you!
- Yeah, Paula... I know, ok? But I'm talking about something not so serious... Like... Making out... or... loosing some calories in bed... I don't know...
- You're under some drug! And that's not good for your head, I'm sure!
You say such things! Oh, dear lord!
- Look, there's nothing wrong in trying!
Excuse me, but let me just take some...
Mariana... Have I told you, that you've been more r... r... r... "radiant", lately?
- Did you say "radiant"?!? - Yes... You're more beautiful!
- Well, Fábio! Thank you! When there's one compliment coming from you, it feels like... like two of them!
- Oh, you're welcome, Mariana. But that's the truth!
But I don't know why are you so surprised... I've always found you... I've always found you quite... att... att... attractive!
- I had no ideal... Seriously! - No? Then, now you know it! And I can say even more, Mariana...
- Fábio!... - Tell me!
Are you hitting on me? - What?... No!
No! Of course not! I... I mean... I'm just being... being honest! But, why? Can't I?
- Yes, you can!... But, I just thought that... if you were talking seriously... I could... Think about something...
- Really? - Really. I also think you're very attractive! I've always thought...
And...
- What... what... what do you mean by "a little hand"?
- I don't know... I could talk to Leo... And we could have a threesome...
- WHAT??? THREE? But, what three?... Three...
I mean... It's not my thing... but...
- "But"... - But, but... Mariana... I don't know... I just...
- Fábio! - What?
- I was kidding!!! - Really?
- Of course! It's obvious!
If I can't even imagine seeing you naked... How could I imagine us having... Ugh!!!...

What I Eat In A Day | Easy Vegan Recipes | SimplyLisaOm - Duration: 6:36.
Hey guys for today's video
I'm going to share with you some of my favorite vegan recipes starting off one of my absolute favorite breakfast oatmeal
first pour two cups of all milk and 1 cup of Road oats
Then we're going to add all of my favorite superfood first, I'm going to add, chia seeds which is loaded with fiber and protein
ten parts which helps regulate blood pressure and keeps your immune system strong and
flex eats full of fiber keeping you feeling full and your digestive system moving
Once it starts boiling bring the heat down to low and next I'm adding one of my favorite topping bananas
I like to switch it up time to time sometimes apples bananas blueberries, but today. I'll be bananas
After your own nose been cooked for about 10 minutes. Let it cool off and pour it into a bowl
Add your toppings
And for some extra flavor I like to add almond butter I
Like to add about a spoon sometimes too, it's just so delicious
Yeah, let's just add a little bit more to it there you go
And sprinkle some cinnamon right on top
Add some sunflower seeds and
Some pumpkin seeds
And there you have it a good hearty oatmeal for breakfast
For lunch today had a lentil salad you will need one cup of lentils with the medium size pot
2 cups of water same as cooking rice and just add some salt
Once the lentils are starting to boil bring the heat down to low and cover the pot
Ok now. We're going to add some fresh healthy ingredients
First a cucumber. I like to cut out the inside portion because it releases a lot of water
But go ahead and keep the skin because it has lots of nutrients
After you cut out the inside start slicing and dicing it into cubes, just like so
now for the bell pepper I cut out the end portion and
Remove the white bits and seeds
Again cut into slices and dice it into small cubes
Next grab a bunch of cilantro and start chopping not too. Small since the lemon juice will weld them chop it up and
into the bowls
After the lentils have been cooled off toss it right into the salad bowl
toss everything up together
squeeze one lemon
Half a lime and salt to your tastes. I also dress it with olive oil or Islamic vinegar
They're both delicious with the salad
So one of my favorite vegan pasta recipes I found a line is this cheesy spinach broccoli pasta
And I can't wait for you guys to try it
First you'll need a pot of water to boil add some pasta and some salt
You'll also need a steamed some broccoli, which we'll be using later for the topping
Now for the sauce you'll need about 3 tablespoons of vegan butter some dairy free cheese and a cup of almond milk
Pour that right and there make sure you bring the heat down to medium low
Mix it all up and stir it until you see the sauce thicken
Add some garlic powder
And what's the sauce has thickened add a handful of spinach?
Stir it all up and tell the spinach wilts and once that's done
Take it over to a blender and blend it until you see a rich green creamy sauce
There you have it
Now that the sauce is done, you'll want to get a bowl get the pasta and the broccoli that you steamed earlier I
Like to just store it in a bowl and mix it all up
pour that sauce right on top
And just get all that sauce mixed in there
Adding some leftover cilantro that I had from lunch
And there you have it a
cheesy spinach broccoli pasta I
Hope you guys enjoy this video these are three simple vegan inspired meals I made today
I'm not vegan, but I make plant-based food at home time to time so let me know if you guys liked it
And if you guys did please give this video a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe. Thanks for watching

*Bonus Clip: When they moved to their 2nd house (Now is their 3rd)
We moved to a new place this year
I think that means a lot to us
- yes it does - I agree
How's your new place?
Just tell me what is mostly changed
For example, you have your own room or etc..
We slept in one room before but now we have roommates
MC: You have roommates!
The house is bigger now
MC: The house is bigger!
Kitchen is bigger too
MC: Kitchen is bigger!
We have 2 bathrooms now!
Suga: We also have balcony now!
V: The new house is twice bigger than the old one
MC: Wow twice bigger? So monthly rent fee increased?
Yes
We pay more than before
MC: I know how it works
MC: When you move to a bigger house, you are also changed
- I agree
MC: You become more calm
- Yea we agree
MC: You guys told me that you moved to a new house
- Yes
MC: I think there're some interesting episodes that you can tell me
Suga: Human being is so greedy
Our house becomes bigger but I still think it's small
When we lived in a small house, there weren't enough place to walk around
but it didn't change even after we moved to a new house
It feels like we have so many stuff
It will be the same even when we move to a bigger house in the future
But now we have roommates,
Every room has their own characteristics
MC: Who's sharing rooms together?
Suga: Jin and I are sharing a room
MC: Suga and Jin are roommates
V: We three are sharing a room
MC: You three?
MC: Jimin, V and JHope are roommates
RM: Me and Jung Kook
MC: Then what's different by each rooms?
Suga: Our room is really quite
We don't talk much
MC: Just do your stuff?
We just do our stuff and communicate with eyes
MC: With eyes?
It's a man's room
MC: Man's room? Ok, how about you RM?
RM: Our room doesn't really have a characteristic.
MC: Really? I know earphones are all over the floor
RM: Earphones and clothes are all over the floor
Jimin: So dirty
JK: The contact lenses....
MC: What's wrong with the contact lenses?
JK: RM wears contact lenses
and there were dried contact lenses on the floor...
MC: Really?
RM: No no no
MC: Then do you wash those lenses and put them back in your eyes?
RM: No no no.. I think Jung Kook saw something else
JK: I don't think so~
RM: No no no
MC: How about Jung Kook?
RM: Jung Kook puts all his clothes on his bed
So I thought I was in an automatic car wash
You know the automatic car wash?
MC: You mean the long drapes?
RM: We're using the bunk beds and I sleep on the bottom
There's no light coming in because of JK's clothes
It's like a curtain
Thank you JK
MC: Yeah, I understand JK. We all do that
MC: How about you three? Jimin, V and JHope?
V: Our room is so funny
JHope: Our room is for entertaiment
JHope: You can play games
and you can listen to music
MC: So you can play games and listen to music?
MC: What else can you do?
JHope: And.. There's a bathroom inside our room
Suga: Yea that's right
JHope: Yes, there's a bathroom and we have a tub that you can take a bath
JHope: So everyone likes our room
MC: Who takes a bath the most?
Everyone: Suga!
MC: Why do you go to other's room and take a bath?
Suga: I wanted to buy a small bath tub but our bathroom is small for that
JHope: Please wash the residue on the tub after use it
Residue...
Jin: You're saying that in here
JHope: Those flowers...
Suga: I use various bath products...
Suga: Okay, I got it. I'll wash it
Suga: I thought all of those washed out when I pulled the bathplug.
MC: The word RESIDUE might convey a wrong image to listeners
Suga: It's bath products! Bath products!
MC: Ok I got it. But when you said RESIDUE, I thought something....
came from your nose or ears....
JHope: Sorry lol

What future for decent work in Europe and Central Asia - Duration: 11:55.
"It happened, as it happened with most of the teams at the time,
the club ran out of money,
so I had to search for another chance in another club."
"I had to go to a country where handball was more important,
and also had more opportunities about jobs."
"So they talked to me about a project,
MobiPro,
and they offered me a place as an office clerk,
and at the same time I could learn German
and I could play handball,
so for me it would be perfect."
"This training, this project is for people who, in their own country,
they did not have a chance to find a job,
so it's a chance project, for me."
"I would like to stay in Germany
because slowly I am learning their mentality.
It's for sure different from my mentality,
but I kind of like it, slowly.
So I realize that here I can stay, I can live.
And I see my future also here."
"Unfortunately I have not yet succeeded in finding a job,
but I put a lot of effort into it
by applying to jobs in the public as well as private sector.
I haven't had any luck yet
but I hope that in the future I'll be able to fulfill my dream
to work in the field that I studied."
"I am unemployed at the moment
but occasionally I volunteer for the Tuzla organization NERDA"
"Indeed, there was very little practice at university;
everything was reduced to theory.
I compensated largely by working in advocacy counselling.
I had a chance to experience law in its application.
But a great deficiency was in that practical part of our studies."
"In any case, I would like to move forward,
find permanent employment in any segment of law,
as this is really what I enjoy doing,
where I find myself and... yes,
I would like to find some job, not just do volunteer work."
"My typical work day looks like
getting up around eight o'clock,
usually baby sleeps until ten
but sometimes she just gets up with me
and we have breakfast."
"It allows me to work from home
and being in contact with my customers
via Facebook, WhatsApp, email and the phone
as well as being in contact with my colleagues."
"I personally think I have a very good work life balance
because of working from home
because I can do both at the same time:
care for my daughter be there for her and do my work."
"You don't really feel like being part of a team
because you don't see and hear what's going on in the office
and what people talk about."
"I would be very happy
if more companies would choose this kind of employment style
to give children the chance to be with their parents
and parents the chance to be with their children 24/7
and just to care for them
because being with their parents is the best,
especially when they are so little."
"My husband didn't have a job.
We had no money
so I went to another city to work."
"Of course it was difficult.
I worked and kept on thinking about my kids:
what are they doing now?
What do they eat?
I was worried about them."
"They did not give me any sick leave or family leave.
I just worked from morning till night,
without any employment contract."
"When my son grows up a bit, I will go to work again.
Maybe I will go to Dushanbe again,
if I can find a good job with a good salary."
"I started out harvesting hazelnuts and apricots
as well as using a hoe when I was 10 years old."
Turkey's national action plan to end child labour reached 50,000+ children in 12 years
"I left school due to my family's work.
We couldn't go to school.
We didn't have the opportunity.
We were forced."
"Because of the project,
children under the age of 15 were not allowed to work in Ordu.
I went to the project school.
It helped me."
"The school in Ordu got me out of child labour.
I am now in eighth grade and continuing my studies."
"A steady education is necessary,
as well as well-informed families, to stop the child labour.
Something could be done with this approach."
"Before I worked as a turner.
My factory closed.
Now I work as a taxi driver at Uber company.
It is a reliable company.
I intend to continue to work here while I have the strength."
"They give you a car at your full disposal,
as if it is your own family car…
If something happens, they provide insurance and benefits."
"Certainly, I have more freedom now…
I can start at two am, three am or work all night...
whenever I want."
"Of course there are some deductions that go to the company.
But mainly it is working for yourself."
"We are, as the saying goes, in free float"

What are five good reasons to believe God exists? - Duration: 1:15.
Bill, I'm glad that you're here today.
And many of your debates with leading atheists have entered on such topics as: Atheism vs.
Christianity, or does God exist, or what good evidence is there to think that God exists.
And today I'd like you to share with our audience five good reasons why you believe
God exists.
Dr. William Lane Craig: Very good.
I'm convinced, John, that the hypothesis that God exists explains a wide range of the
data of human experience.
For example: God is the best explanation of the origin of the universe; second, God is
the best explanation of the fine-tuning of the universe for intelligent life; thirdly,
God is the best explanation of the existence of objective moral values and duties in the
world; number four, God is the best explanation for the historical facts concerning Jesus
of Nazareth; and finally, number five, God can be personally known and experienced.
Together I think these provide a powerful cumulative case for believing that God exists.

new Rafale squadron, additional infrastructure in the form of at least 14 new shelters, new
hangars, new operating surfaces, a de-briefing room and a facility for simulator training
will be created, for which Rs 227 crore ($35 million) has been sanctioned. "The construction
work for the new infrastructure will start in January or February 2018. The French team
has given its requirements and the preliminary work has been completed," the Commanding
Officer of the Ambala airbase, Air Commodore L.K. Chawla, told IANS, adding that the upgraded
infrastructure is expected to last at least 40 to 50 years.
China's J-20 Stealth Fighter gets Operational. Is it a threat to India?
Chinese military spokesman confirmed that China's first stealth fighter J-20 has officially
entered service with the People's Liberation Army Air Force thus becoming third stealth
fighter to enter service with any air force, after the F-22A Raptor and the F-35 Joint
Strike Fighter. J-20 made its first official first flight in 2011 and made into People's
Liberation Army Air Force one year before assessment made by Pentagon which had told
its government that it will become operational by end of 2018 but Defence experts are still
skeptical if the aircraft is fully operational at squadron level. Chinese state-owned media
off lately have intensively written how it is superior to its existing lineup of jets
like 4.5 generation fighter jets like Sukhoi Su-30 Flanker, Shenyang J-11 Flanker or the
Boeing F-15 Eagle or F/A-18 Hornet but have restrained them selfs from making a direct
comparison to American F-22A Raptor and the F-35 stealth fighters.
Why Single Engine fighter purchase defeats Made in India LCA-Tejas!
When L C A-Tejas was proposed in early 80's, idea was to replace bulk of Soviet-era Mig-21s
variants which made up nearly 50% of the fleet strength of the Indian Air Force with an indigenous
plane to break free India's dependence from foreign fighter aircraft manufactures. As
India's threat perception evolved, one to one replacement of Mig-21 with L C A-Tejas
was long abandoned and by the time aircraft entered production it had confirmed orders
for only 123 jets which is far less production run than originally anticipated. L C A-Tejas
for long remained Mig-21 replacement aircraft and failed to be recognized as an aircraft
which can also replace many other fighter aircraft in IAF's fleet leading to blocked
vision. As soon as L C A-Tejas was airborne attempts were made to develop a twin-engined
M C A which could replace other multi-role aircraft at fraction of the cost back then
but it was immediately rejected for that exclusive race for 5th generation fighter jet technology
which India is yet to join.
HAL's HTT-40 to go for critical trials soon Hindustan Turbo Trainer-40 (HTT-40) Basic
Trainer Aircraft developed by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is all set to enter into a critical
phase of trials in coming weeks this month as HAL plans to start stall and spin tests
soon for which aircraft has been modified so that trials go without any hiccups. HAL
will be nervous because their HJT-36 trainer aircraft program had suffered a great setback
when it could not clear stall and spin tests leading to the program being nearly abandoned
by the Defence Ministry. HAL according to media reports have taken any safety measures
and precautions this time and have consulted International experts to have a smooth set
of trial around which is crucial to the programme. Indian Air Force also uses Swiss Pilatus made
PC 7 Mk1 trainer Basic Trainer Aircraft to train its newbie pilots but due to differences
between Pilatus over rising cost of spares supply and support, it had a fallout leading
to collapse of central maintenance contract with the Pilatus and instead IAF went for
direct contract with various Orginal equipment makers of spares and equipment used in the
PC 7 Mk1 trainer. Sudden loss of the favor of PC 7 Mk1 trainer within Indian Air Force
and the urgent need for more Basic Trainer Aircraft has made HAL's HTT-40 more crucial
now and clearance of stall and spin tests will be a crucial milestone for the program
which needs to be cleared before aircraft can enter production.
Israel Aerospace scouting for more partnerships in India
Even as Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is scouting for takeover targets in the US,
Israel's largest defence contractor is looking to expand its presence in India by teaming
up with domestic majors. Though it has a collaboration in place with several Indian companies like
the Kalyani Group, Wipro, Dynamatic Technologies and Taneja Aerospace related to air defence,
composite structures, unmanned aerial vehicles and military aircraft seats, IAI is keen to
seal more alliances with local firms in order to boost its international supply chain. An
official pointed out that signing a contract for the first time with State enterprise Bharat
Electronics Ltd (BEL) this May, to jointly produce four long range surface-to-air missile
(LRSAM) systems for the Indian Navy, was a precursor to the company's decision to engage
with more Indian companies. "The Indian government company is the main contractor.
We have alliances also with the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and recently
delivered the first LRSAM to the DRDO," the official said. IAI has a wide variety
of strategic defence systems such as the MRSAM (Medium-Range Surface-to-Air Missile) and
LRSAM. The Indian Army is set to get an advanced MRSAM system by 2020, which will be capable
of shooting down enemy ballistic missiles, aircraft, helicopters, drones and surveillance
aircraft.

Women Driving Ban Lifted: What Is Happening In Saudi Arabia? - Duration: 4:44.
TV Host: "You must be absolutely thrilled. What was your reaction when you heard the news?"
"I cried."
I couldn't believe it, it's been 7 years.
This is Manal al Sharif a saudi arabian women rights activist seemingly happy about the
news from her country.
To the surprise of many, on September 26, 2017, Saudi Arabias King Salman issued a decree
that will allow Women to drive starting next summer.
"You may be interested to know that a few minutes ago..
..A royal decree has been issued in Saudi Arabia giving Women the right to drive."
Until now, Saudi Arabia has been the only country on earth where only men were allowed
to drive vehicles.
Yet the sudden change now marks a milestone in the decades long fight for womens rights
in the extremely conservative islamic kingdom.
The first school for girls was opened in 1955.
However, it took another 15 years until the first university for women was opened - The
Riyadh College of Education in 1970.
In the last few years a lot of change has happened, which appears to be minor from
outside but is actually huge for the country.
In 2009, for the first time, King Abdullah appointed a female minister to the government
of Saudi Arabia.
A few years later women got to hold seats in Saudi Arabias Consultative Assembly.
And in 2015, when the kingdom held its municipal elections, women finally got the right to
vote and run for office.
But despite all these changes women were still not allowed to sit behind the wheel and drive.
And those who challenged the ban were harshly penalized.
"Just for giving me his car keys, my own brother was detained twice.
I am a saudi woman who be out to jail for driving a car in a country where women are
not supposed to drive cars.
Outside the jail the whole country went into a frenzy, some attacking me badly, and others
supportive and even collecting signatures in a petition to be sent to the king to release
me.
I was released after nine days.
The streets were packed with police cars and religious police cars, but some hundred brave
Saudi women broke the ban and drove that day.
None were arrested.
We broke the taboo.
I'm a proud Saudi woman, and I do love my country, and because I love my country, I'm
doing this.
Because I believe a society will not be free if the women of that society are not free."
The news that women will now be allowed to drive is one of many renewals that happen
in Saudi Arabia and it represents a modernization process that's really just at the beginning.
In June 2017, the King changed the line of succession and removed then crown Prince Muhammad
bin Nayef from all positions, making way for Mohammad bin Salman to become King after his
death.
Many describe Mohammad as the power behind King Salman.
At 32 years old, he currently is the youngest minister of defense in the world and he is
seen as the driving force behind many social reforms like the lifting of the driving ban.
In April 2016, he presented his Plan Vision 2030 for the future of Saudi Arabia.
The goal is to open the country to the outside, both economically and socially.
And to achieve this the government plans to privatize some of the state assets.
Already next year the state owned oil giant Aramco, which is the most valuable company
in the world by Market Capitalisation, is expected to join the stock market in what
will probably be the biggest Initial Public Offering in history.
The Vision 2030 plan sets very specific economic
and social goals for what to achieve.
For example more non-oil revenues to become a modern economy and be less dependent on
oil-prices.
Or to increase the percentage of woman working in labor force.
Still Saudi Arabia is a country with extremely limited social freedoms
In the democracy index yearly published by the Economist - Saudi Arabia ranks eight last.
Yet some of the reforms coming from the royal family point into a direction of opening,
which sometimes even goes too fast for a big part of the religious population.

What is Equity - Real Estate Treasure Hunt - Residual Income - Duration: 7:35.
Equity equity equity! That's what we're going to be talking about today. What is it?
how do you use it? how do you leverage it? understanding it in in real estate is, is
probably one of the most important fundamental concepts of knowing how to
become a multi-millionaire. Kris Krohn with limitless TV and that's where we're
headed today.
So this is one of the most elemental concepts in all of real estate. You need
to understand what equity is and today in talking about the three types of
equity, let's just start with this very basic definition of what is it. So here's
the example, if I show you a house right here and let's say that this house has a
value right here of $100,000
but
what I owe
is $50,000
then the question is how
much equity do I have?
If it's worth a hundred thousand and it's half paid off
with a fifty thousand dollar balance left, then the equity right here is
$50,000. So fifty thousand dollars of equity. Man I could use that to go buy
another house. I could sell this and buy two more houses. And remember in real
estate from the investor's point of view, we look at real estate and equity more
equity usually equals a higher cash flow. A higher cash flow equals a more
residual income. The more equity you have, the more homes that you can buy.
So equity is something that I really like a lot. So let me show you now the
three different types of equity that exist. All right? The first type of equity
is called,
sweat equity.
So here's the deal on sweat equity,
Sweat equity says
here's this house,
and this house right now it has a value of $100,000 and I was
able to purchase this price, purchased this house for 80,000. So when I say that
I owe 80,000 left on it but this house is a special kind of house because it's
a fixer-upper I bought it in really horrible condition and it's worth a
hundred thousand in horrible condition. However, I bought it knowing that if I
were to put some money into it and put some sweat equity in and fix it up that
that new value could change to a hundred and twenty
thousand dollars. Okay you've heard of people doing this before you watch those
TV fix and flip shows right? This is essentially the concept is people are
making a play at sweat equity. There's the possibility of more equity but I've
got a sweat which means I gotta work the tools and I gotta drop in some carpet
and some pain and fix holes in the walls and do and solve problems. If I solve
problems, I can walk into equity. Me as the investor says, all right cool. I can
buy it for 80,000. It might only be worth a hundred thousand today but if I put in
five or ten thousand dollars worth of work I'm gonna get an immediate awesome
ROI on that. I'm gonna make, I'm gonna get that value up tohundred and twenty
thousand and in this case I would have how much equity?
Eighty thousand is
what's owed, one hundred and twenty thousand is now and it's worth. There's a
40,000 dollar equity gap and again why do I like that? More equity means that I
got more of the house paid off which means more cash flow. More cash flow
equals more residual income this is muy bueno good stuff. All right
so that's the first one. Now the second one that you're probably more familiar
with is what I call patient equity. And what this means is, hey I'm not an
investor, I'm not trying to get a deal, Kris I understand that that's your
frame of reference but I'm just a, I'm just a typical buyer that wants a home
for my family. And when I went out in the market, I found a home that was worth a
hundred thousand dollars and I put just a basic downpayment on it. You know if it
was a first-time homeowners purchase I put three or five percent down. I'm
essentially probably gonna owe around $95,000. And right now, there's like
really no equity in this home. However, what does real estate do with time? It goes
up in value and it does so looking a little bit more like this but if you
take all the bumps and bubbles and all that out, it's constantly going up in
value. So patient equity says, if I just wait five years my house at a 5
percent growth rate if that's what's happening in my market, that might
compound and perhaps in five years my home is worth 120 thousand dollars. Thank
you inflation. I can sell that later and actually get $20,000 out of it.
This is not, I want to be really clear this is in fact a horrible investor
strategy. Don't play the market with no equity
because if you get in a pinch, if you get in a bind if the cash flow is not there,
if there's a vacancy, you can't really sell this and do well with it. You're
forced to stay there for a period of time. But appreciation or patient equity
it is something very real. Now what I'm gonna do in this next segment is I'm
gonna share with you my favorite kind of equity is what I call,
Pirate Equity.
Pirates. What do Pirates do? Well it's not the best connotation right? They plunder
but one of the things that they do is they're always hunting down buried
treasure. This is something I like to do. There's a small percentage of the
population at any given time that is selling a house and they're selling it
below market for some type of reason. And I believe I can find homes that don't
require a whole lot of sweat equity. Meaning for every home you find that's a
great deal because it's a fixer-upper, I'm gonna find a deal that is not a
fixer-upper. And on this situation, the fare of the day might be having a house
that's valued at $100,000 that I can purchase for sixty five thousand dollars
just by, just by treasure hunting. These deals do not come around very often but
the deal of the decade comes along about once a week. And what that
really means is, there's houses out there in the marketplace and you look at
today's market and there's a lot of people saying, oh you can't get a good
deal in the marketplace and I just smile. Because if enough of the people believe
that there's not a good deal out there guess what? I just, I'm doing a commercial
deal right now with seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars of equity. It was there,
it was available. It was just miss listed and the owners very successful
and they don't care to sell it at its market value they just want to dump it
and they want to be done with it.
Alright? These deals they're out there they can
be fine and so, be a pirate. Go treasure hunting. You can watch some of my other
videos where I'm going to tell you how to hunt down deals with a lot of equity.
And you know what? You could even click the link below and then have my team who
goes around to the best markets in the country, and we're constantly digging up
buried treasure and then teeing them up to you and
making them available for you. And so those are three different types of
equity ,that's what equity is. You got your sweat equity, which means put in
some labor and increase the value. Patient equity, appreciation happens with
time. Pirate equity, just go find a house with a lot of pirate booty right now.
Thank you for watching today's video. I hope that equity is way clearer for you
now and we also threw in some extra tidbits on what kind of equities are out
there and what you can build to make sure that you create financial success
for your future.
