the 3D Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus printer.

a tool for manipulating objects and removing the excess PLA into the estruder;

Finally, the support for PLA or ABS reels or the material that will be
used to print.
We keep everything in the box and see the bottom of the printer.

It consists of two main parts which will be assembled shortly:

After consulting the instruction manual, we begin assembling.
First, insert the bottom part inside the top, making sure that the
cables are not damaged.
Once we have positioned the two main parts, align the holes to allow
the screw fixing.
Along with the screws, there is also a Allen key, which is useful for assembling the printer.
After all the screws are inserted and tightened, proceed to the connection of the wires.
Wiring is very simple because each cable has a connector of different shape and size.
In addition, all wires and sockets, except one, are marked with a letter of the different alphabet.
Mount the support bracket for PLA coils.
Warning This is not a handle, if used for transport could break,
it is preferable to use the chassis for transport
Put the scratch-resistant rubber pads on the base and insert the connector that connects
the plate to the extruder with the only pair / connector pair that does not have a

The first step before starting printing is to check the alignment of the plate with the extruder and adventitiously align it.
After selecting the appropriate function on the printer display, the extruder will be
positioned in the left front corner of the plate.
Make sure that the distance between the extruder and the plate is between 1 and 2 mm,
adjusting the four round knurled dice below the plate.
The correct distance between the extruder and the plate also depends on the fluidity of the material used
to print to accurately determine it.
To do this, you can use any object that has the right thickness,
such as the Allen key or, as the manual suggests, a business card or magnetic card.

After aligning the four corners of the plate or bed you can proceed with the insertion
of the print files !!
Insert the SD card with the file of the object that we want to print.
Prepare the PLA and insert it into the extruder after selecting the appropriate function
in the printer display.
The extruder must reach the temperature of about 200 degrees and when the melted PLA comes
out of the extruder, the printer is ready to print.
After selecting the file to print on the SD card, always
from the printer display, start printing.
Now we will see some accelerated print times in timeslots, print times
could last up to 12 or even over 24 hours depending on the size, resolution,
and complexity of the object.
