Youtube daily here Oct 3 2017

hey y'all how's it going me Nina here just coming to you all to tell you how

you can make an additional income right from your home right from your couch

right from your phone okay so my name is Nina I'm 28 years old and

I was a teacher for six years at an Early Learning Center

I just recently quit my job to pursue my dream of becoming an entrepreneur and

starting my own sign language business that's the goal that's the plan but I

also needed an additional income to still pay my bills as well as to put

money into my business so that is how I found this opportunity I needed

something that was flexible something that I can do staying from staying at

home and something I can do from my phone I tried different apps like field

agent easy shift and I was making a couple dollars from doing those but I

needed something that can bring me a little bit more money than $8 so I found

this opportunity and I researched it when I first saw it I really thought it

was a scam I thought it was a pyramid scheme because I had tried Amway but

well I'm not saying Amway is a pyramid scheme anyway but it didn't work

for me because that was sales and I couldn't do it so um and I tried a

couple other things too but none of that really worked

I still do field agent randomly when I really just need to but if you're

looking for something simple like that you can do that that's a quick eight

bucks right there but I'm here to talk about this opportunity where you can

make a little bit more than that uh first of all my reputation and my

character is two of the most important things to me I have friends and family

that watch my videos I have I just don't look good in orange I'm not trying to go

to jail so I had to do my research I had to know what I was talking about and

once I figured out what this was I hopped right on it

I did it during the hurricane actually because my job was closed at the time

and I needed to pay my rent so I just went for it

and I signed up and I did it and it's been working ever since what I do when I

first uh signed up for the benefits and everything like that I ended up filling

out a w-9 just like you would do with any other job I I don't know if I

mentioned but I also had did my research about the company so I saw that they

were created in or founded in 1926 I thought that they were on the Better

Business Bureau with an A+ rating and I also researched other people that was

already doing the company like doing the business and people who had the service

to just see what they were saying and I did see pros and I did see cons just

like anything else but for me the pros outweigh the cons so I'm not sure if I

covered that earlier so let me put that out there anyway

what I do I post ads online for the company when I use my social media so I

use like Facebook I use Instagram I'm starting to use snapchat a little bit

you can use Twitter you can use LinkedIn whatever you want to use you can use it

that's totally up to you I post ads online those ads generate sales to the

company when that company get those sales they send me out a commission

that's how it works that's how it's done I get paid every Friday and I think

that's it you do have to work you do have to be motivated I'm telling you

you're not gonna make it in this company if you do not put in the work it's not

hard work let me make that clear it's felt flexible hours you pick when you

want to work but you have to work you have to be consistent and you just got

to be motivated because there's gonna be times when people who try to talk a

little crazy and you just got to be able to ignore it and keep focusing on your

dream whatever that is and that goes with anything to be honest but anyway if

you're interested interested in learning more about this company

how you can make an additional income or maybe a full-time income is totally up

to you um do me a favor like this video because I am trying to

build my page comment under this video cuz I I want to know that you're

interested and I want to know that you're serious and then do me one more

favor share this video with your friends and family in case they need some

additional income too so if you do those three steps it's only three if you

do those three steps if you do those three steps I'm gonna send you a message

if you are on Facebook and you have messenger plus you'll see at the top

it'll say like filtered messages or something click on that and accept the

message because if you don't accept the message you're not gonna see it if we're

not friends on Facebook so do that for me and I will send you all the details

on how you can make money too - thanks for watching I appreciate you taking the

time out to watch this video do me a favor you can travel on over to youtube

and subscribe to my videos for more information as well add me on Facebook

and let's just make some money y'all we don't have to be sitting here struggling

paycheck to paycheck I know I don't want to so anyway thanks

for watching I really appreciate it and let me know when you're ready bye guys

Here's how the US and China are working together to secure research reactors - Duration: 5:16.

I discovered that something that was unimaginable just a few years ago

is happening now.

Chinese and American scientists collaborating to secure nuclear materials--

uranium --from the far corners of the globe.

I'm Rich Stone

I'm the international news editor at Science Magazine.

My story for the Pulitzer Center

is about Chinese and American scientists working together

to save the world

This is really part of my beat at Science

I have a rather unusual beat

it's weapons of mass destruction

and particularly difficult countries to report from

such as Iran and North Korea

Even though I lived in China for 5 years

I never got permission to go to China's

nuclear weapons design laboratories.

It's a real object of frustration for me

I thought well how can i nibble at the edges of the story?

20 years ago there was a report in the US Congress

about Chinese spying in the nuclear complex

it was allegations of spying that China vehemently denied

but because of that report

American scientists had been barred

from the Chinese Academy of Engineering physics.

There's been no collaboration practically speaking for the past 20 years.

So the fact that they're getting together now is pretty significant.

So for the story I reported from Beijing

and from Accra, Ghana.

I visited a new center for excellence in nuclear security

that the US and the Chinese worked together to establish

pretty amazing complex

they have a bunker where nuclear materials

--special nuclear materials--are stored

I got to go inside the bunker with the scientists there.

The first thing you notice going in: the razor wire-- curlicues of razor wire--

hanging from the ceiling.

The scientists pointed to a yellow line just

a few inches from from my feet and said if you step past that line

the razor wire falls down on you.

He was joking.

It wouldn't fall down on you but

what happens with the razor wire is it's lowered to the floor when staff are not there

at an operating nuclear facility storing nuclear materials like this

it's one measure to slow any potential nuclear smugglers.

So ever since 9/11 the US government has been very concerned

about securing loose nukes, first of all nuclear weapons

and also any nuclear materials in countries

that are not one of the nuclear weapon states.

And there's a lot of this nuclear material out there.

So the US has worked throughout Eastern Europe

to move out highly enriched uranium.

There are smaller amounts that are also scattered around the globe

including at research reactors that China produced

in the 1980s and 1990s and shipped to

5 countries.

It's a very unusual kind of research reactor

These reactors are in Ghana, Nigeria, Iran,

Pakistan, and Syria.

It's not really necessary at this point

to have that kind of weapons-usable nuclear fuel

The reason that is not necessary now is

that Chinese and American scientists worked together for 10 years on a project

to redesign the reactor core of the miniature neutron source reactor to

convert it to run on low enriched uranium which cannot be used for a

nuclear weapon unless it's further enriched and that's not easy to do and

so Ghana was the first reactor outside China to be converted.

I was in Ghana

when the new core was brought in and installed into the reactor.

The highly enriched uranium core had already been taken out.

But when I visited it had not

left the country yet.

One of the nuclear regulators from Ghana remarked

when we passed by it--somewhat mysteriously--he said there's a little

God under there that's like what do you mean and he

whispered to me that's it that's the old core so it was not something that they

wanted to have lying around.

Finally last month in August the plane

took the uranium back to China. Now the Chinese and Americans are going to work

together in the next conversion which is going to be in Nigeria, this coming

spring. People hope that this will lead to more cooperation

among the nuclear weapons scientists.

"The key fourth awardee here is, as some of us call them, the little fly." - Duration: 5:09.

[Jeffrey C. Hall]: Hello

[Adam Smith]: Hello, my name's Adam Smith.

I'm calling from Nobelprize.org, the website of the Nobel Prize in Stockholm.

Many congratulations on the award of the Nobel Prize.

JH: Well thank you.

AS: Where am I calling you?

You're in Maine, is that..

JH: You've reached me where I've lived for many years in the middle of nowhere, Maine,

rural Maine.

Also known as Central Maine.

In the extreme north east of this great country of ours.

AS: Sounds a beautiful place to be located.

JH: It is physically beautiful, including, I'm looking out the window, it's a very

beautiful day today, which is often is.

AS: Fall colours and the like I guess.

JH: Not quite yet but it's still green as can be but it's, because Maine is not like

Arizona.

AS: You're being awarded today for unravelling the mechanisms of the circadian rhythm.

JH: Yes, correct.

That was about half of our work, during my time when I was employed, had to do with circadian

rhythms, indeed.

That became amongst our most well-known research achievements, if any.

Usually, and, relentlessly co-authored with Rosbash with whom you've already spoken.

So he and I joined forces in the early mid-eighties and imagined that we might, or we might not

as the case may be, go onward and upward doing research together in that arena.

Which often involved crucially, what I call AIs - actual investigators - like students,

post-doctoral supervisees, from the two labs working very closely together, even day by

day.

So that was enjoyable, it wasn't that either lab was way out on its own limb.

We had a lot of mutual support, I think it's fair to say.

AS: You obviously had a very special working relationship, there was something magical

about the team.

JH: This was based in large part on becoming close personally at the beginning where our

research interests in very general terms were in genetics, writ large.

It was only after six, seven, or eight years that we started to work things together and

imagine that possibly our backgrounds and our skills, if any, might be complementary.

The key reason that we got into that kind of relationship was because we were personally

close.

We had mutual interest in low culture stuff like sports and rock and roll music and abusable

substances and stuff.

And so we spent a lot of time just carousing or sitting together in misery at local sports

stadiums.

We have also certain, many similar interests, even in the pre-rhythm research days.

He as a molecular geneticist, I as a straight up fruit fly geneticist.

AS: And that brings us onto flies.

We should say a word for flies on this day of all days because once again the power of

the fly as a model organism has been demonstrated.

JH: That's right, this is something I've always…I was taught when I was a graduate

student about a phrase, it's known as the law of drosophila.

To know about the deep history going all the way back to the 1920s, and the 40s and the

90s and now the second decade of the current century.

It's just one of a zillion examples of how basic research on a supposedly irrelevant

organism can have broader significance than, with regard to what's going on in terms

of that organism itself.

And this has been true of fruit fly research, which has been a major contributor for decades.

For well over a century actually.

AS: Well let's dedicate this day to the fly.

JH: Yeah, the key fourth awardee here is, as some of us call them, the little fly.

So the little flies deserve another tip of the hat, I think, in terms of what has happened

today.

AS: That's lovely.

Indeed they do.

And it's been such a pleasure speaking to you.

I'm very much looking forward to meeting you.

Will you be coming to Stockholm in December?

JH: Yes I will, I think I almost have to.

But I'm willing to.

AS: Good.

JH: I was in Sweden once in my time, back in the time when Swedish folk drove on the

left-hand side of the roadway.

So I'm looking forward to going back to Stockholm where I once was, in 1967.

AS: We very much look forward to meeting you, thank you.

Bye.

JH: Bye.

How Trump Administration Is Spinning Puerto Rico - Duration: 2:40.

NEWS ORGANIZATION AXIOS MINUTES TO GET A MEMO WRITTEN BY TOM

BOSSERT IN REGARD TO THE

TRUMP ADMINISTRATIONS RELIEF EFFORTS TOWARD PUERTO RICO AND

IT WAS INTERESTING BECAUSE OF COURSE, BOSSERT SHOULDN'T

REALLY BE INTERESTED IN MESSAGING AND MARKETING FOR THE

TRUMP ADMINISTRATION, AGAIN, HE IS A HOMELAND SECURITY

ADVISOR, IS DRAWING OUT WHAT THE PUBLICITY SHOULD BE LIKE OR WHAT

THE MESSAGING SHOULD BE LIKE COMING FROM TRUMP OFFICIALS.

HERE'S WHAT HE WROTE IN HIS LEAKED MEMO:

HE

GOES ON, BUT IT IS INTERESTING BECAUSE THEY

ARE TRYING TO DRAW THE NARRATIVE.

THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERY OFFICIAL WITHIN

THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS PUTTING OUT THE EXACT SAME

MESSAGE ABOUT, OUR EFFORTS ARE AWESOME TO EVERYONE IS

HAPPY AND WE'RE DOING EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED TO DO, BUT

AGAIN, THERE MESSAGING CONFLICTS WITH WHAT WE ARE HEARING

FROM POLITICIANS AND PEOPLE IN PUERTO RICO CURRENTLY.

FOR HIM TO COURT NATE THE MESSAGE I DON'T THINK IT'S

THAT BAD AND THE THINGS IN A RED ARE NOT CRAZY.

THEIR 90 WERE NEAR TRUMP CRAZY.

THERE MIGHT BE FAIRLY NORMAL WAYS TO COURTNEY HOW YOU

GET THE WORD OUT AND WHAT YOU ARE TELLING PEOPLE YOU'RE GOING

TO DO NEXT WHICH THEY DO NEED TO KNOW BUT HE ALSO TALKED ABOUT

DOING PLANT HITS ON TV, TWEETS, TV BOOKINGS, OTHER THINGS.

AN APPEARANCE ON TELEVISION.

AS YOU NOTICE HER, THEY SAID LET'S FOCUS ON THE

GOVERNOR, PRAISING THE GOVERNOR.

THEY THEN WENT OUT AND ACTUALLY DID A HIT JOB ON THE SAN

JUAN MAYOR.

THEY SENT SEVERAL OFFICIALS OUT TO CALL HER A FAR LEFT RADICAL.

THAT IS BECAUSE SHE IS CRITICIZED, BARELY

CRITICIZE DONALD TRUMP.

HOW DARE SHE.

WHEN YOU HAVE THE GUY IN CHARGE OF HELPING TO MAKE

SURE THAT PEOPLE RECOVER ORGANIZING POLITICAL

RESPONSE TO THE PRESIDENTS ENEMIES INCLUDING THE

PERSON WHO IS THERE TO HELP, THAT IS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL.

ENGLISH: Start Here, Go Anywhere - Duration: 2:07.

English majors don't really have a specific focus or goal.

What are you going to do with that?

All English majors become waiters.

Most of the people I talk to in regards to what they think about

being an English major, ask me if I was insane. They don't

see that there are other opportunities in publishing, in law,

in other areas of industry that they don't really think apply.

An English degree sets you up to be able to think critically, to read analytically, and

to express yourself persuasively and effectively in writing

and in speech. You can use that for anything.

Oh, that looks cool!

My major area of research focuses on digital technologies, in particular

video games, and how these technologies support new forms of learning,

literacies, and communities. I use games as tools for encouraging

people to think about learning of literacy from different perspectives.

During my internship, I've learned a lot. My English degree

has been very beneficial to preparing me for my dream

job. After I graduate from ASU with my English Literature

degree, I am looking forward to going to law school.

I've been interning with Madden Media Publishing. There's so

much more that goes into a publication than just the

writing. After I graduate, I hope to get a job in the movie

industry, or in the magazine and publishing industry.

I love getting to be creative everyday. That's my passion. My name is

Brittany Hilgers. I graduated Arizona State with a BA in English, and

my current job is that I work on a television show called Psych. The

English degree was the foundation of how I came to love telling stories.

Everyone should be an English major. Regardless

of what they want to do, the English is the

best degree, the most portable degree that

you can have. You can use that for anything.
