How to Make Soyrizo Stuffed Sweet Potatoes Skins - Episode 11 - Duration: 8:46.

Everybody

Yeah

Rock your body

Yeah

Everybody

Rock your body right

Stuffed torpedo's back

Alright! Yeah!

Welcome to Avocadamama

Today is a very special day today we make some sweet potatoes with some stuffed soyrizo

in them gonna taste so good you can see them

fly like paper get high like planes if you

catch me at the border I got visas in my name if I go a wrong day I be making money

I'm dizzy

Hey guys welcome to the kitchen today we are making swe-soyrizo stuffed sweet potatoes

wooh and they going be bomb you will need some sweet potatoes halved and previously

cooked so what I did was I steamed mine you need to cook them a little bit but don't overcook

them because we are baking them when we stuff them again so you don't want to do too much.

Right?

Right?

Right.

I just steamed them for about 15 minutes in the steamer.

If you're boiling them I would boil them for about 15 minutes and what Idid was I halved

them first and then I cooked them.

If you're going to bake them to make them soft just wrap them in foil or bake them straight

on the pan whole but if you're going to steam them of boil them cut them in half first and

just enough so that I'll be ale to easily spoon out the middle kind of like this so

that once we're ready to stuff them I'll have some space to put the stuffing part and then you're

going to need some soyrizo of your choosing because that's where the soyrizo stuffing

comes from.

I don't even know what brand this is tbh.

Today's recipe was sponsored by Taylor being lazy and just wanting to make whatever was

in her kitchen.

You're going to need onions, spinach, black beans.

That's what we're doing for the stuffing.

We're doing this trio, the soyrizo.

That's all you'll need for the inside of the sweet potatoes.

And for toppings we're doing some fresh avocado because...

And then I'm going to top with green onions which we chopped up about 3 stalks of them.

And then I made some Vegan Sour Cream.

So to make the vegan sour cream I did about 1 cup cashews, 1/4 cup lemon juice squeezed

fresh, 1/2 a cup water, 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast, and 1/2 a teaspoon of salt.

And that's all you need to make an easy batch of vegan sour cream which we'll drizzle over

the top.

So let's get started on making the stuffed sweet potatoes guys.

So tender.

So vulnerable.

Coo coo coo.

K.

There they go.

All the sweet potatoes are nice and hallowed out.

So now I'm going to get this big bowl to make it easier on me so I would recommend you do

the same thing.

Woahoho!

I'm going to use probably almost all of this.

Soyrizo is so bomb.

And you might ask "¿Hey Avocadamama!

Por que no tienes ultras cosas para sesonal?"

That's because soyrizo's already made very salty and seasoned so I don't think we really

need any.

Now I'm going to poor in the black beans, the spinach and the onion.

I'm going to drizzle about a tablespoon in the mixture just to I don't know why just

to smoothen it up I guess.

Make it easier for it all to blend together.

Because I don't want to do water.

Because that wouldn't really bind it together once you bake it, it will just dry it out.

And now, preheat your oven to 375.

Back to what I was saying, I hope you don't just think we're going to waste this perfectly

bomb sweet potato because we're not.

What we're going to do is add back in about half of what we took out.

I'm just gonna mix it all in there.

Now it's time that we're gonna stuff the sweet potatoes.

And here's a pro tip!

Say you're like "I hate sweet potatoes Avocadamama!

But I love soyrizo and beans and spinaches and onions."

This is what I say to that then go pick up some green bell pepper or yellow bell pepper

or red bell pepper.

Cut it, hollow it out.

Stuff this inside there and bake that!

You don't have to it in sweet potatoes.

You can do whatever you want.

I mean how yummy does this look?

Heck yes this looks good Avocadamama.

Heck yes I feel good knowing that no animals were harmed in the making of this dinner.

Heck yes will I be full af after I eat this.

Cuz' that's another thing when people ask me "Oh you're vegan, so how do you get full

from food?" and I'm like "Umm...

Seriously?"

Oh whoops that's the top of the soyrizo, don't put that in your food.

We be eating good tonight.

We be eating good tonight.

They're ready to go in fam!

Let's do it.

I'm gonna put them in our oven just went off that it's preheated at 375 we're going to

put these in for about 15 to 20 minutes.

I'm putting my alarm in for 20 but at 15 I'm gonna check.

I'm gonna do a little peep to see how they're doing.

Cuz' technically everything is cooked we just need it to be like I want the edges of the

sweet potatoes to get a little crispy and we don't want anything to burn but we want

it to be nice and hot.

It's done.

Let's take it out of the oven.

Oh my gosh.

This is so exciting.

I'm like in shock right now.

Like it's the best thing ever when you just come home and you're like "Okay, today we're

going to film an episode.

What are we going to make?"

And I was seriously like "What the heck do I have in my fridge?"

So I'm just going to sprinkle some avocado loving on there.

And then now let's put some of these.

Oh my gosh.

This is going to be freaking amazing.

And then we do the drizzle!

This is freaking amazing and beautiful and so pretty!!

You're going to freak out.

You want the last bite?

Yeah, Oh my god this is so freaking good!

Bye.

Love you.

Don't laugh at me, Chris.

It could be number two or it could be number three.

But which one did you choose?

What's your lucky number?

but, uh, you know...

- One, two, three balls of ice cream.

We're going for number three! - Three's the winner.

It's full of ice cream.

Plus, we were including a premium air hockey table.

This deal was worth $6,248.

WAYNE: So, door one, door three.

Why didn't you choose one?

- 'Cause we think that the Big Deal's behind three.

WAYNE: Good answer.

How to make the good decision | there is never a bad choice - Duration: 8:35.

Hi I am Maurice Kok author of the book

the journey of an ascended master and in

this video I'm going to share with you

how to make a good decision so stay tuned

before we get into the session how

you can make a good decision I'm going

to tell you that there is not good

decision and also not a bad decision

there's only a decision you have to make

a decision you're on a crossroad you can

go left you can go right and you have to

make the decision there is never a good

or better decision but there's only a

decision who leads into an experience or

into a destination where you want to go

to so how can you find that decision you

have to make to come at the place you

had imagined or you belong to what I did

for myself many times in my life at

first I started to listen to my head my

head calculated what would the best

decision are and you probably have the

same thing your mind thing there's left

is the best way but my gut feeling

told me I think right is the best way

and if I looked at the right decision

with my head it made no sense quitting

my job living without anything to pay me

and I have to pay my house I have to pay

things I had told me it was not a good

decision and a gut feeling told me you

have to take the decision so what do I

do now when I'm on a crossroad first of

all you want to make clear which

decisions you can make what is left what

is right for me the thing that I do is

I'm going to breathe really deep and be

in my center point when I'm in my center

point

I'm going to feel feel into that I

already made that left decision and I'm

walking that path what would happen were

do I want to go and I feel into it and

my stomach area tells me if it is the

decision that I really want to or not if

my stomach is squeezing if I have to

throw over or I feel limited or I feel

getting smaller and smaller I know

that's not a decision is I want to make

of or is in line with what I truly

belong from the inside and then I'm

going to feel in to the right decision

at the right choice the right crossroad

I'm going to do the same I'm breathing

all the way deep in the in my center

point again I'm clear I moved all the

energies out of that decision I'm in my

center point and I can again choose

which side I want to go then I'm going

to choose the other side I'm going to

walk that path in my imaginations I imagine

it

I feel into it and I'm going to walk

into it you are getting deeper and

deeper and deeper into the decision and

I'm going to feel observe Look I

know how you will call it but I'm going

to see what happened with my body with

my energies and am I going to expand

really big or am I going to feel it

bless inside and I feel the that I'm in

heaven or that I found I don't know

then I know that this probably the

choice that's in line with me I can

expend here I can be myself I can glow

all the way I can radiate all that

Energy's and what also can happen is

that neither of both choices

are the ones that I thought would be the

one who is in align with me so what do you

do then for me I put both them away and

I see what I really want you I just step

away of that crossroad and I'm going to

pick an overview of birds view okay

what is it what I want to choose or

where I want to go and if both roads are

not leading to the point that I want to go

maybe there's another road and if you

have to decide between these two and you

are not sure which one is the one that

you is in line with you because you

cannot really feel if is in line with

you or you really don't know with a big

question mark above your head what I did

in the past when I was not that

consciousness I am now and I can feel

from without making a choice I just make

a choice and step into the pet I'm not

jumping into it I did that when I was

younger I just jumped into it but I'm

just setting the first step and I'm

moving into that choice and after a

while a few days you feel if it's a

choice that you was a good one or the

one in alignment with you and if it is

so you can continue on your path you can

continue with what you had to had to

choose but if you figured out after a

few days it's not what you want

I had the same thing a few weeks ago I

had to choose between one between both I

choose one because I was I felt I was

forced into it but I had to choose at

that moment and I knew from deep inside

that this was the one that I had to

choose but I do

I took the other path you're the

experienced as I was when I was into it

and within a really short time I I knew

this is not what I want this is not what

I is in line with me with my true self

so at that moment that you realize that

you have another crossroad you can step

back and you decide to jump on the other

or step into the other path you had

imagined every moment in time is a

moment you can choose again so don't

make it too hard feel into it choose set a

few little steps into it if you are not

sure and then you can always go to the

other road always so I hope my video

helped for you and I have a free gift

for you which is a free video course I

made about Experion the true and deep

inner love with yourself with people

around you and with your soul I higherself or

God whatever you will call it and this

free video course will also help to make

choice because you can go really deeper

into your own inner feeling so subscribe

to my youtube channel if you liked it

leave in the comments below if you have

also a way or to find it choice stay tuned

this in alignment with you so and I hope

you will see me in the next video so

How to make a Fidget Spinner! DIY - Duration: 7:08.

Hallo everyone!

Welcome to watch our latsest video.

Today we are going to try somehing exciting!

Like........make a Fidget Spinner!

Fidget spinner is very popular at this moment....

Here i have one....this is a fidget spinner....

We going to make a spinner and you guys can make one too!

We will show you what you need to make one!

First I have a glue here. I have bought this in action but you can use other glue.

Secondly, I have a superglue and that you can buy anywhere

Scissors,

you probably have this at home

I have 4 of these caps here

I have picked up this from milk package

You can also use other bottles like , Cola fanta or water bottles.

Here we have a saté stick

but toothpick will also be fine!

It wil be a smiley spinner so we have here 3 smiley buttons to glue on the spinner....

You can buy this in Action!

A piece of cardboard

Extra information not neccessary to translate! lol

To decorate the spinner we have paint and accessories....

Try to follow our steps. It's just basic things so watch carefully. We wil not translate all the steps as it's endless work!!

See the picture of the accessories on the right corner!

Make a hole in one of the bottle caps!

Put the caps upsidedown in the form of spinner and glue them!

It wasn't easy to glue them.

Ask someone for assistance and use a beetter strong glue!

We forget to mention that you need 5 cent coins to fill the caps to balance them

Draw 4 rounds using cap on the cardboard and cut them out!

Put the cardboard rounds on the stick and glue them as shown in the video!

Ashba is asking to be carefull with the superglue!!!

Spinner is almost ready and too be honest it wasn't the perfect spinner we were hoping for.

After fixing it we tried again!

Cardboard rounds wil cover the both side of bottlecap using the stick as you can see.

Keep space between the cardboard rounds and bottlecaps allowing it to spin and cut of the extra stick!

Very pleased with the final product!!! yeahh haha...

It works alright....we are proud!

Ashba is going to pimp it up with paint and smiley's!

Finally!!! it's done.

I have decorated it like this.

My hands are al dirty!

I have added smile's to it and it looks awesome.

You guys can use your own imagination ofcourse.

Let us know if you managd to build one properly!

You can also just decorate a spinner you ave bought.

We may do that too in our next video!

I hope you liked our video.

How to make Quiche - Easy Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Quiche Recipe - Duration: 5:39.

How to make a Quiche - Easy Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Quiche

Hello and welcome back to In the Kitchen with Matt, I am your host Matt Taylor.

Today I am going to show you how to make a quiche, more specifically, a bacon and cheese

breakfast quiche, mmm yummy.

I had a request to make a video on a quiche so here we go let's make a quiche.

First let's go ahead and preheat our oven to 375 degrees F. To start I have four large

eggs here, and I am going to go ahead and beat these lightly.

Okay and now I am going to add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, or you can use half and half

or whole milk.

Give this a good mix.

All right let's add 1 fourth teaspoon of ground pepper, one-fourth teaspoon of salt.

Give that a good mix.

And now, what we do is we take a pan, now I am using a tart pan, because I like the

way that it looks when it comes out, you can use a pie plate, which is a glass pie dish,

you can use a normal pie pan, you can use a spring form pan, uh you can even use a square

pan, it just depends on what you want to use.

I like the look of the tart pan, it looks really cool, this is a 9-inch, then I used

a pre-made pie crust, if you want to do a pie crust from scratch, like a buttery flaky

one, I have a really good recipe up in the corner, right hand corner there is a little

I, click on that, and you will find a homemade apple pie with a homemade pie crust, check

that out, if you want to use a nice homemade pie crust.

All right so what we are going to do, is we are going to take our bacon, I have, this

is like 7 strips of bacon, you can use however much bacon you want.

That is the cool thing about this quiche, it is very versatile.

Instead of using bacon, you could use a cup of ham, or sausage, whatever you want to do.

So I am just going to go ahead and come in here, and just equally layer this out, and

now let's go ahead and take, oh about a fourth cup of minced onion, again this is optional,

if you don't like onion, don't put it in.

And then I have one cup, roughly a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, you can use whatever

cheese you want, jack, mozzarella, whatever cheese you want to use.

I am going to go ahead and put this in here.

All right, now let's go ahead and take our, egg and cream mixture, let's go ahead and

pour this on.

And now we are going to go ahead and bake this in the oven, at 375 degrees for about

25 to 35 minutes, until it sets, and then a toothpick, when you poke in it, it comes

out clean, on to that step.

And then when it comes out of the oven it will look like this.

Go ahead and let it sit and cool for about 10 to 15 minutes, before we cut into it.

All right, now what I am going to do, is I had some fresh green onion growing in my garden,

I am going to go ahead and garnish the top of this, give it a little bit of color also.

And there we go, a breakfast quiche.

All right, once it has cooled, since we are using this tart pan, let's go ahead and remove

it from the tart pan, and you just hold underneath it, and just push up like that, and there

you go, really easy.

All right let's cut into this and serve up a slice.

All right, look at that, super yummy.

All right, our bacon and cheese breakfast quiche is done.

It was really easy to make, super simple, if I can do it, you can do it.

Also this quiche is super versatile, you can switch out ingredients, with things like uh,

you can put spinach in there, broccoli, whatever you want to do, if you are going to serve

it for dinner, maybe you will do spinach or broccoli, something like that, maybe top it

with some colorful bell peppers, sky is the limit.

I am Matt Taylor; this has been another episode of In the Kitchen with Matt, thank you for

joining me, as always, if you have any questions or comments, put them down below and I will

get back to you as soon as I can, thumbs up, down in the corner, push it.

Don't forget to subscribe to my other channel and check out my other videos.

Take care, time for me to dive into this slice, oh yeah.
