- It seems like you want her to be this perfect adult,

functioning adult, when you're not recognizing

what her childhood and how difficult her childhood was.

- But that's not the case, because I do see it.

I hate it, I live in it.

I mean, I will never shut the door

on what I've done,

but I can't live there.

For me to stay healthy,

I can't stay there, I can't.

- And you know what,

you need to focus on your own healthiness,

and you staying sober,

instead of transferring all of that anxiety

on to your daughter and

saying what she should be doing with her life.

- But that's not what-- (clapping)

- That's not what I'm doing.

And I'm working on myself,

and I'll continue to do that,

but I want Kayla to want more for her,

because she has all these

self-defeating things that she does

it's just not gonna

- What types of self-defeating things?

- She has very low self-esteem, and I'll

That's because of me.

- Well she has no one to teach her!

I mean, that was your job as her mother

to do that.

So she had no one to look up to.

- It's like, we were talking earlier,

it's like this flippen train wreck

that's about 10 miles long,

and you expect her to pick it all up in a year,

you've been in prison for 28 months!

Arsenal fans love what Matteo Guendouzi did to Nani in Sporting clash - Duration: 2:43.

Unai Emery appears to forged a real spirit at Arsenal after moving to the Emirates in the summer

The fans "have their Arsenal back" and are right behind the team, while the players are playing for each other and have their backs at all times on the pitch

The Gunners are on an 11 game winning streak having seen off West Ham , Cardiff , Newcastle , Vorskla, Everton , Brentford, Watford , Qarabag, Fulham , Leicester and Sporting Lisbon

Things haven't been better since around 2006 in north London.   The team spirit is apparently at its strongest and most potent when a former Manchester United player does one of the wolf pack wrong - as showcased during the Gunners Europa League victory over Sporting on Thursday

The ex-Red Devil in question is historic Gunner winder-upper Nani - who at the age of 31 still gave make shift left back Granit Xhaka a torrid time

On this occasion the Portuguese was on the defensive and making a hefty tackle on during the second half at the Estadio Jose Alvalade

Nani then appeared to grab Torreira's ear and neck to anger Matteo Guendouzi.  Without missing a beat Torreira's midfield partner Guendouzi arrived on the scene to stick up for the Uruguayan

And the incident was not missed by Gunners fans on social media who praised the Frenchman for his team ethic, as originally reported by Football

London.  J wrote: "Good on Guendouzi for that immediate payback on Nani for grabbing Torreira's ear

Taskforce is about protecting Torreira."  Stephen added: "How well has guendouzi settled in to the team?! Rarely wastes a pass, looks super confortable on the ball and last night when nani took a hold of torreira by the neck guendouzi nailed him seconds after

Proof that whilst young he can graft like a man and has his team mates back."

Sonder - What's Your Story? - Duration: 5:56.

Hello, welcome to "counselling & words" and to my word of today which is the word

"sonder".

Sonder is a word that it doesn't really exist. You can find it in the "dictionary

of obscure sorrows"; but this word is so special that I want to talk about it. In

German there is the word "besonder" and the meaning is "special".

Maybe that's the root of "sonder" because "sonder" is special. Well I will give you the

explanation of "sonder' now. Well I'm going to read it from the dictionary of

obscure sorrows, just a moment, so it says: The realization that each random

passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own - populated with their

own conditions, friends, routines, worries and inherited craziness - an epic story

that continues invisibly around you like an anthill sprawling deep underground,

with elaborate passageways to thousands of other lives that you'll never know

existed, in which you might appear only once as an extra sipping coffee in the

background, or a blur of traffic passing on the highway, at a lighted window at

dusk." There are times when we think we are alone. We worry and don't know what

to do, or the opposite we have received wonderful news and we are almost

bursting with pride and joy, and then we have all the emotions in between. We

think that only we feel that way, because we think we are the centre of the world.

We are the protagonists, the main characters of our lives. When we walk

through the streets we can easily meet hundreds of people passing by, and all

these people are just like us. "Sonder". I am a counselor and I'm interested in people;

and as long as I can remember I've always loved to watch or to observe

people. Sitting on the bench or in the public transport, putting my own life or

my problems aside for a while and just observing people around me. Strangers

I've never met, thinking about them. What are their names? What are they going

through? What is that person's biggest fear? What is this person's greatest

achievement? What are their priorities? What are their values? What are their

stories? The realisation that every person you

encounter has a completely different life and different story,

well, I think this is incredible! And somehow it's sad as well, because no one

really cares. We lost interest in each other.

"Sonder". It might be that in older times, when people lived in less luxury,

everyone was a bit more aware that other people go through struggles just like

them. That everyone is just trying to survive and maybe that's why people

greeted each other, tipped their hats and nodded and smiled at strangers;

actually a custom we've mostly lost today. It was out of respect to that

person's equal humanity and understanding that they are more than

just a random person; and maybe that's why people were more connected

personally back then, before the age of digital connection.

"Sonder". "Sonder" is a word worth knowing as it reminds us that we are not alone,

and that it's our choice to go and connect with people, and to listen to

their stories. The thought of "sonder" can enrich all of

us. So that was about my word "sonder". I hope you enjoyed the talk, thanks

a lot for watching, and yeah see you soon. Bye bye!

Liverpool news: Have you seen what Daniel Sturridge did in training? This is BRILLIANT - Duration: 2:54.

Liverpool host Cardiff City at Anfield tomorrow, just four days after their 4-0 Champions League win over Red Star Belgrade in midweek

A win for the Reds would see Jurgen Klopp's side go top of the Premier League before Manchester City face Tottenham on Monday night

And as Klopp put his players through their paces at Melwood this week, hitman Sturridge has been showing exactly why he deserves a starting spot against the Bluebirds

During a small-sided game in training, Sturridge found the back of the net with a brilliant no-look strike

And after watching the clip, fans were quick to compare it team-mate no-look specialist Roberto Firmino

"Firmino effect," one fan wrote. Another said: "Got his mojo back knocking around with Firmino

" "I thought it was only Mane who copies Firmino," a third fan joked. A fourth fan commented alongside a GIF of Firmino: "He's learning from the best

" Sturridge has been in impressive form for Liverpool this term. The striker has scored four goals in all competitions and he's since been backed to secure a new deal with the Reds

"I think Sturridge is a fantastic player," Anfield legend Ian Rush told the Mirror

"When he went to West Brom he may have realised that 'I want to be back at Liverpool'

"He's got a second chance now and he's done really well so far. Hopefully that will continue

"There's only so many who can play. I remember when it was myself, Fowler and Collymore

"There was only two places up for grabs so when you get your chance you've got to take it

"It's as simple as that. As for a new contract? Yeah, I think so. "I think it's one of those where he's playing for a contract now

"So it's even more important to him to show how good he can be."

Moira explains what it's like living with little understood condition Selena Gomez suffers from - Duration: 3:52.

Moyer Reynolds has lupus although you'd be hard-pressed to notice

The 37 year old from NZ she'll spent much of her childhood getting sick more often and more severely than her classmates

where they got chickenpox

She got shingles

what she didn't realize until

2011 was that she had lupus a rare autoimmune disease. That means her body mistakenly attacks, its own healthy tissue

The cause of the disease which affects approximately one in every four thousand people

Including stars Selena Gomez Sealand. Toni Braxton among its sufferers is unclear. However

Maire said it causes her difficulties that aren't immediately obvious on the outside

She said it can affect my joints. It affects my skin

It causes cognitive issues where I just trail off mid-sentence

There are days where I physically can't get out of bed because I am just exhausted

I can't go into the children's section at premark or into Argos

Because the fluorescent lights make me very hot

My skin doesn't act as a barrier to UV light some bulbs can actually burn my skin

I have to wear Sun cream all the time. I'm wearing it now

October is Lupus Awareness Month in the UK and a lack of understanding of her condition is an issue Moyer comes up against daily

Even as her own body tears itself apart on the inside. She looks healthy on the outside

Which means she has faced regular accusations of playing up her exhaustion

Even though this couldn't be further from the truth

Maire who was born in South Africa says strangers have judged her as her friends

Because on the outside, I look fine

I get dogs abuse when I park up with my blue badge or use my bus pass. She said I lost my job

I lost my hair they put me on steroids. So I put on six stone in weight, which caused all sorts of other issues

But after that, I lost a lot of friends because they said that I didn't look sick

Friends asking me on outings wouldn't understand that arrest me isn't just getting a cuppa

It took two years for Moira to receive her diagnosis of lupus

Because it manifests itself in many different ways

Severe forms of the disease can attack organs such as the lungs and heart it can be hard to identify

Medical experts give it the nickname of a great imitator because it can be mistaken for a number of other conditions

Thanks to the handful of pills. She takes each day. Moira is able to live what doctors called an almost normal life and

While she has been medically retired. She volunteers at the Dundee Food Bank warehouse completing paperwork

Bosses, they're installed LED lighting so she was comfortable

She also attends meetings organized by charity. Lupus UK

Twenty years ago the lifespan for someone with lupus was five years from diagnosis. Now, it has vastly improved

Moira said it's now generally better, but I disagree with the word normal. It's not great. But do you get on with it?

If you look here people will do anything to help you but lupus is not a simple condition and it's not easy to understand

I don't want sympathy but people should take a few minutes to read up about it

One of my friends comes with me to a few lupus you came meetings and she did a bit of reading up. I

Really appreciated that

Dems Desperate To Hide What Was Just Uncovered Inside Invader Caravan Coming To U.S. - Duration: 2:00.

Sooner or later the truth is exposed.

Every American should be alarmed with what's going on.

What's even worse is when you have a certain political party that plans invasions to destroy

a country.

Typically refugees or migrants fleeing war-torn or generally shithole countries represent

the demographics of their country.

Men.

Women.

Children.

Some old.

Some young.

A lot of middle-aged peeps with the physical fortitude for the jaunt.

You know, the general population's makeup.

But lately, the save the women and children first axiom has gone the way of the just chose

one gender option.

Because the migrant caravan heading toward the Mexican/American border is 80% male.

Under the age of 35.

Maybe some ladies are happy their Tinder options will expand to include a new selection of

freshly arrived dudes.

But from where I sit, 7,000 people *gets out a calculator because of the public education

system over 15 years ago* 5,600 of which are military-aged men, who will likely do whatever

it takes to get into the country (like illegally get into it), this is less of a caravan, more

of a marching army.

Which begs the question: at what point does a migration turn into an invasion?

Wouldn't it be frankly great with a side if incredible of Donald Oh Donald headed down

to the Mexican/American border and just shook his head, while sending out the troops?

Hey, if these "migrants" decide to cross the border illegally, on their head be it.

Xherdan Shaqiri: What Jurgen Klopp said to me before first Liverpool goal - Duration: 3:02.

The summer signing from Stoke opened his Reds account in the 4-1 over Cardiff at Anfield on Saturday afternoon

Mohamed Salah put Liverpool in front after ten minutes and Sadio Mane made it 2-0 in the 66th minute

Callum Paterson pulled one back for the visitors on 77 minutes before Shaqiri made it 3-1 with a classy finish in the 84th minute and Mane sealed the victory with his second goal of the game late on

And Shaqiri said his boss inspired him with his words before sending him on from the bench in place of Adam Lallana on the hour mark

"I was very pleased to score, I was waiting a few games for this," he said. "I am proud to score my first goal here in front of the fans and hope I can keep doing this

"The manager told me to go and enjoy the game, to help the team, to play my game

"I try to do my best all the time, so today was good for me. "We are a top team, to be successful we have to win these games

"They are tough, not always nice to play. "It is the beginning of the season, so we have to keep going like this, if we do we are going to have a successful year

" Shaqiri appears to be striking up an excellent partnership with team-mate Salah

The Egyptian got the assist for Shaqiri's strike against Cardiff, while his team-mate did likewise in recent victories over Huddersfield and Red Star Belgrade

Mane is also enjoying a rich vein of form, with three goals in his last two games

And the Senegal star said he was happy to help his side, who are now top of the Premier League, to another victory

"(I'm) Happy for the result and the performance of the team," he said. "(It was) A little tight in the second half but at the end we controlled the game, tried to push on and scored twice to make it easier

"A team like this are never easy to play, sometimes you have to be patient, try not to lose the ball

At the end we scored four goals and deserved to win."

WHAT COSTUME CHOICE SAYS ABOUT PERSONALITY! | Video by Psych-Minded - Duration: 6:30.

Welcome back to Psych-Minded. I'm your host Kalley Marie and today we are going

to be talking about what your Halloween costume choice says about you. Thank you

so much for joining me today. If you've been following me in the month of

October you know that we have been doing spooky psychology videos all month long.

To wrap up the series I wanted to do a fun, light video on what your Halloween

costume says about you. So to be totally honest I did not find a lot of

legitimate studies on what your Halloween costume choice says about your

personality. But I did find a really wonderful write-up by a woman by the

name of Kate Yarrow. She wrote this for Psychology Today and had some really

really great perspectives on why people choose the Halloween costumes that they

do. We're gonna be talking about some of Kate's thoughts today on that so

stick around -- it'll be lots of fun! The number one thing is that this video is

geared at adults -- how crazy is that, right? We think about Halloween as being

for children but that is so not the case anymore. In the last couple decades the

money that we spent on Halloween and the participation in Halloween has mostly

been seen by adults. Every year it seems that costumes are getting more and more

elaborate and more intense, but there are certain trends that do stand the test of

time when it comes to Halloween. We tend to choose the same costumes year after

year. This was one trend that was noticed that was pretty interesting -- that we

aspire to have the same sort of realm of costume every year. The number one

costume choice for adults year after year is a witch. Second in line to that

is a Batman character or a superhero. So we pick the same costumes year after

year. The similar aspirations of being an awful witch or being a powerful

superhero seemed to stand the test. The Number one reason people pick the

costume choices that they do is because sex sells. If you haven't noticed

everything is always the sexy "blank". So it's the sexy nurse or the sexy baseball

player or the sexy fire woman. There's really no costumes that don't have a

sexy spin on them, at least somewhere. This was one thing that Kate Yarrow

noticed and had to point out, of course, because psychologically, sex has

such a huge influence on our psyche and this is kind of the one night when we

can unleash and be whoever we want to be. One thing I wanted to point out also

is, notice that a lot of these sexy costumes typically are subservient roles

for women. So if there's a nurse or a maid it's always the sexy nurse or maid.

It's thought that maybe women are trying to reclaim back some of these

subservient roles and regain some more power by adding sex into the role.

For males we notice that the trend of sex is some sort of costume that is

super or powerful. Even something as silly as a lumberjack could be a step up

for someone's sexuality. Men are not immune to flaunting off their sexuality

during this holiday. Moving on, of course we know that

costumes are a way to express ourselves. They're also a way to explore, but

the caveat is that it's a chance to explore who we really are not. 90% of the

costumes -- 99% of the costumes we see are things we could never be. An astronaut or

even a cowboy, right? So a lot of times it is strictly for dress-up. A

costume choice does not necessarily mean that someone has an alter ego or a

hidden personality trait that has been dying to come out. They typically reflect

who we are NOT. Maybe that's not what you wanted to hear but that is what the

psychologist said. It's also believed that developmentally, based on statistics,

the costumes that we choose have a lot to do with our role in life. At least

whatever place we are in our life. So for example, those between 18 and 24 are most

likely to dress up on Halloween, with the next 10 to 20 decades being less and

less over time. It almost cuts in half by the time people reach 50, that they're

willing to dress up. So it's thought that maybe development plays a role because

when we're younger we're so eager to try new things and try on different hats per

se and find where we fit in in life. So Halloween we may already be doing

that in our regular life, so we're more eager when the holiday comes around

to sort of project that onto the holiday itself. Again exploring roles that we may

or may not ever fit or believe that we fit into, similar to the sexual

characters. This is also a time when people are able to explore

dark characters. One particular statistic found that in times of

uncertainty, especially economic or political, uncertainty people are more

inclined to dress up as evil or dark characters. Psychologists speculate that

this is because people relate or wish they could relate with the apathy that

batman or superman characters might feel in a way because they are sort of risen

above what is going on on earth. We sort of envy the superhero during times of

distress in the economy and politics because it not only represents a savior

figure but it represents being not a part of any of that. Essentially

being able to defeat it, so that can be really appealing when we have certain

presidents that are elected or there's turmoil going on economically. People

might gravitate towards being more of a darker character and not having to deal

with all of that for one night. Similar to sex and the dark character

role, we have the rock star role, right? Who doesn't want to pretend they're a

rock star? Who doesn't want to dress up as their favorite musician or movie star

and pretend that they are a rock star for the evening? So that is certainly a

motivator when it comes to picking our Halloween costumes -- is pretending we are

far more than we are. Lastly costumes make amazing

conversation starters. How many times have you gone up to somebody without

even thinking about it and talk to them about their costume just because it was

so awesome? This can be a great way to draw a little bit of attention to

ourselves or be a little funny and creative and maybe make some new friends.

What do you think about Halloween costumes? Do they represent our inner

desires? Our yearnings? Who we really are on the inside?

You let me know! Leave a comment below! I want to know what you thought about this

video and tell me what your being for Halloween. I want to know and we can do

an analysis about it. I'm just kidding but if you did enjoy this video please

give it a thumbs up! Don't forget to subscribe before you leave and I will

see you guys next time! Bye!

What ESR Hasn't Told You - Duration: 7:33.

- Am I in the center?

Am I in the center now?

- [Greg] Yup.

- Hey guys, what's going on?

If you are watching this video and it's Tuesday,

the week of SEMA for 2018, we're doing a meet and greet

at four o'clock outside Central Hall

at the Accuair Corral Booth.

They have like, six cars on Accuair.

We're gonna be there at four o'clock to say hi

to anybody that wants to come by and say hi.

Or if you don't wanna come by and say hi,

that's completely cool, too.

I'll probably just be there, anyways.

It's besides the point.

But, we just thought we'd let you know

if you wanna come say hi.

We, today, are talking about ESR.

Now ESR is a brand that you guys have always consistently

asked us to talk about, and there are some people

that love them, some people that don't love them,

and some people that really don't love them.

And everybody has their reasons, but never the less,

ERS is an extremely common wheel company

and a lot of people want to know more about it.

So we thought we knew everything about them,

and then we decided to reach out to them again and see if

they wanted to share with us any nitty gritty details.

And turns out that they do, which was pretty neat

because most wheel companies are like, no,

we don't wanna talk to you because then you're gonna

tell people things that we don't want them to know.

Which is lame.

So, ESR, thanks for giving us some information.

And before we jump into it, we're gonna talk about

things that you probably didn't know about ESR,

things that ESR maybe didn't want you to know,

but maybe their comfortable with letting you know,

and of course, where ESR is going in the next

year or two so that you can brag about them

if you want to, or if you can keep an eye out

because maybe they're making something

that you're gonna want in the next couple months.

Anyway, I'm Alex from Fitment Industries.

Don't forgot to subscribe.

And let's just jump right into it.

So first and foremost, you guys know that ESR

is making forged multi-piece wheels.

That is not really any new information,

but something that is new is the fact

that they're going to be introducing

their own original cast wheel line up.

(sniffs loudly)

Flem in the nose.

Hold on, let me just--

- [Man] That's going in the video now.

- That's disgusting.

(laughter)

So you know that they're making the multi-piece wheels

'cause that's just something that we've been up to

and cast wheels are something that you know

that they've made, but this is gonna be

an original wheel lineup from ESR that's going to be cast.

It's gonna be something that's a little bit different.

They're going for original designs and they're trying

to stay in that same price point so that people

that want to pick up a set of wheels, that doesn't

wanna cost them an arm and a leg, they're gonna be able

to get with these original cast wheels.

But that's not the only thing that they're making.

They're actually developing some forged monoblock options.

Now if you guys didn't know, forged monoblock wheels

are getting extremely popular, and here's why.

Forged monoblocks are one piece, fully forged wheels.

They're usually made out of T-6061 aluminum,

that's the same stuff multi piece wheels are out of.

But since it's a one piece wheel that's pressured

to create the design, they're extremely lightweight,

and they're extremely strong.

And since ESR already has all the companies

and all manufacturers that they need to make forged

monoblock wheels, they're like, yeah, we'll do it, too.

So ESR's actually coming out with a forged monoblock wheel

that's gonna have some simulated multi-piece-ness to it.

Not entirely sure how we feel about that just yet,

but we'll see what happens.

But it's pretty cool to see that ESR's coming out

with their own original wheel cast line,

they're coming out with their own forged monoblock,

and they also have their multi-piece wheels, as well.

So I think you're gonna see their SR line

slowly start to fade away as they try

to establish these new wheel designs.

And if you wanna see what they're looking like,

you can check out fitmentindustries.com/ESR

'cause they're probably there, and if they're not,

well I tricked you and you watched this video anyway.

So it's easy to see that ESR has a plan to stay in the game

for a long time, and if anybody knows,

there's a lot of car wheel brands out there right now.

But you may not have known is that they're actually

trying to get into the truck game.

And this is kinda hilarious because the truck game

is like 10 years older than anything of the car wheels.

So what's I'm saying by that is that if you want

a truck wheel, you can get black,

you can get black with machined finish,

you can get black with milled, you can get chrome,

you can get black, and you can get black.

I mean, that's pretty much all

of the truck wheels in existence.

So, car wheels are finding it very easy for them

to get into the truck market because they can

come out with flashy new designs with different colors

that just blows the truck market away.

You've seen other companies, like BC Forged,

do it with their multi-piece wheel line,

and now ESR is thinking about getting involved

in the off road pickup game by offering

truck wheels with the ESR wheel name.

So that's gonna be something

that's really interested to see.

Now, they have not confirmed that they're doing that, yet.

That's just something that they kinda want to do,

but if I have any guess as to if they're gonna do it

or not, I would probably say they will.

They're give the Road Form Six a little run for their money,

and we'll see what happens in probably the next year.

So anytime we bring up ESR, a lot of people seem to either

get questioned or they get really excited.

And they probably get excited because ESR, or nervous,

there's a whole slew of emotions you could probably get.

ESR is one of those brands that people

are trying to get more information out of.

And something that a lot of people always seem

to misunderstand is that ESR is some tiny company,

and they really aren't.

Right now ESR sits in a 10,000 square foot facility,

which isn't the biggest but it's definitely

not small by any means, but they already have plans

to move into a 45,000 square foot facility,

which is actually much bigger than 10,000 feet.

Like, four and a half times bigger.

It's whatever.

It's math.

But they also already know that they're

gonna plan on moving out of that within

a year and a half, based on their growth.

Which is interesting because a lot of times

people talk about ESR and either their bad wheels

or their good wheels, or people wanna know more about them,

but in terms of where ESR is going with the fact

that they're introducing their own wheel line,

the fact that they're introducing forged monoblock

and that they have forged multi-piece

and all that stuff is made here in the U.S.A,

it's pretty cool to see.

A lot of new companies have a tendency to fall off

or they get in trouble by saying things

they shouldn't on Twitter, or they just end up

not making products, or they go out of business,

or they have way too much money or overhead.

And ESR doesn't seem to be going through any of that.

They're actually surviving the three most difficult years

it is to start a wheel company,

especially here in the United States.

So we're excited to see what they're doing.

Now if they have any sort truck off road wheels,

they're gonna have a whole other line of competition,

because our boys over at Custom Offsets

seem to have their own opinions on anything

that's not black or not black with machined milling.

Just, truck wheels are all black, man.

They're all black.

They're all black and chrome.

Unless if you want some forces, then it's polished.

Which is even worse than chrome,

because it's terrible to--

It's whatever, we'll talk about it in a different video.

So then we talk about, well, if ESR's successful,

how successful are they?

ESR probably sends out about 1,800 wheel sets

a month, which if you think about it,

that's a pretty good chunk of wheels.

You're looking at producing probably

around 75,000 wheels a year.

So in terms of ESR slowing down, probably not.

And the best part about it is that since ESR

has a group of people behind it that

just likes to make wheels that work,

they're kind of in it for all the right reasons.

They want to get their own established name,

they're own established credibility.

And the fact that they're getting into all this new stuff

that you probably didn't know, just helps us understand

that ESR doesn't plan on going away any time soon.

We've met the guys of ESR, they're very nice people,

they're very excited to work with us.

And then at the same time, they're just real.

You know, there's a lot of companies out there

that want you to run their stuff

because they just want you to run their stuff,

and they're gonna put it all over IG

and they really don't care about you a whole heck of a lot.

It seems like even though ESR has had some tough times

in the past, especially when it comes down to

certain designs, I do think that they're trying

to get away from that and I think in the next year or

two, you are going to see them get away from that.

Because they're gonna realize that they have their

own image to uphold, and it's gonna look

a lot better than ones in the past.

Now that ESR is successful and actually has a foundation,

I'm really excited to see what

they do with in the next year.

And of course, if we run into them at SEMA,

we'll be sure to let you guys know what they spill to us,

so that we can tell you even though

they told us all of this, so it's kind of a

drama filled statement, but it's not because they know it.

It's kinda like all those fake reality shows,

it's planned but you don't think it's planned,

but it's planned.

So I'm Alex from Fitment Industries.
