10 Morning Habits of Highly Successful People That Make Them Extraordinary - Duration: 6:27.

10 Morning Habits of Highly Successful People That Make Them Extraordinary

You know what makes highly successful people less stressed, happier and more productive?

They know that their personal priorities are worth more than other people's priorities.

Upon waking up, these significantly successful professionals don't immediately check their

email – they make it a point to claim the early hours of the day as their "me" time.

After all, these extraordinary people believe that if their priority needs to be done, then

it has to be done first.

In this video, I'm going to show you 10 morning habits of highly successful people that make

them extraordinary.

But before we start, make sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't

miss any interesting updates in the future guys!

Also, don't forget to check link on the description below to see our interesting offer that might

be useful for you.

So, What do highly successful entrepreneurs and executives do upon waking up in the morning?

Here are ten of them.

1.

Wake up really early

Surely you know that time is an invaluable asset.

Highly successful people take it up a notch by waking up at 5:30 am, 4:30 am and even

4:00 am.

Not only will they have more control in their early hours, they'll also have more opportunities

to do things that matter to them.

Start with waking up 15 minutes earlier than your usual time.

Then, gradually adjust.

2.

Burn your calories

We don't mean just the intense exercise regimen – you can simply do yoga.

Exercise will not just make you think clearer, be healthier and scientifically happier, it

allows you to combat stress as well.

Make time for exercise.

An hour-long routine seems too daunting, so try running, dancing or even walking around

the neighborhood for at least ten minutes.

3.

Do an "Hour of Power"

Motivation doesn't last forever, so you need to replenish yours regularly.

Highly successful people know this, so they dedicate ample time to increase their supply.

You're more likely to continue accomplishing a task once you're emotionally invested

in it, right?

Spend thirty minutes listening to inspirational anecdotes and empowering quotes.

4.

Jot down on your gratitude journal

Happiness is about wanting the things that you already have.

By enumerating the blessings they're grateful for, highly successful people become more

open to optimism and inspiration and improve their outlook in life.

Everyday, write down at least one thing that you're thankful for.

Learn to count the small wins.

5.

Ask yourself one important question

"If today was the last day of your life, would you still want to do what you're about

to do today?"

This hard-hitting question gets you right where it wants you.

If you find yourself saying "no" several times in a week, then go out there and change

something.

You never know when you'll have the opportunity to do it the next time.

6.

Eat that frog first

In the morning, the willpower of highly successful people is fresh and ready to go.

So, this is the best time to take advantage of it – do your hardest task, your "frog"

first.

This way, you're more likely to get it done and you're more likely to finish it without

other people barging in on you.

Choose your "frog" of the day – only one – and stick to completing it before

you even get to eat breakfast.

7.

Connect with your partner

Use your morning hours to reconnect with your partner.

Talk about your plans, your finances and even your beloved hobbies as a way to always be

present in their lives.

In the morning, highly successful people know that you'll have more energy and more focus

so making this a ritual is paramount.

You can even set up one day of the week as your "breakfast date".

Go to the nearest cafe for breakfast or run around the neighborhood with your partner.

It may do wonders for your relationship.

8.

Plan and strategize

If you don't take a few minutes of your time to map out the direction of your day,

how will you know if you're headed towards the right direction?

Take at least 10 minutes of your day to visualize your life goals, review your tasks for the

day and allot schedules for breaks.

It'll help your day be more manageable and less stressful.

9.

Meditate and clear your mind

Keep calm and let your inner peace guide you: spend a few minutes to say a prayer or to

meditate to keep you relaxed.

Remember, 90% of illnesses are stress-related, so forget the rush, don't dash and enjoy

a few "hush" moments with yourself.

Focus on your breathing.

You may even recite an empowering mantra during your routine.

10.

Cuddle and bond with your kids

If you have children, this is for you.

Don't be that parent who says, "Oh, my son or daughter grew so fast!

I barely had time to enjoy with her or him."

In the morning, when there is less clutter in your mind and less stress in your system,

make it a point to help them get dressed, cook a hearty breakfast (or bake a batch of

cookies) and even talk to them about their dreams.

After all, you're working so that your family will have a better time.

Don't let work get in the way of family – make time for your priorities.

Well, that's the 10 morning habits of highly successful people that make them extraordinary.

Really cool information isn't it?

Blues greats Taj Mahal and Keb' Mo' team up to make some joyful noise - Duration: 6:35.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Finally tonight: A pair of blues greats are collaborating on a new album

and a North American tour.

They have known each other for decades, but their joint project has only recently come

to fruition.

Jeffrey Brown has the story.

JEFFREY BROWN: The Chautauqua Auditorium in Boulder, Colorado recently, at the start of

a new tour by two musicians who've been doing this a long time, but never together.

And while it's called the blues, 75-year-old Taj Mahal and 65-year-old Keb' Mo' are feeling

nothing but joy.

TAJ MAHAL, Musician: That's what we like about music.

That's why we do music, to share the fun.

Life brings a lot of strife.

In the digital age, it's even more intense.

And a lot of people don't know how to get loose of it.

So, our job as musicians is to help them get loose and have a good time and feel good about

themselves.

JEFFREY BROWN: Born Henry Saint Clair Fredericks, Taj Mahal is a living legend in the world

of roots and blues music, a singer-songwriter who plays many instruments and draws from

many musical influences.

Kevin Moore, Keb' Mo''s given name, spent many years in various R&B, rock, and pop bands,

until he went out on his own in the early 1990s and focused on his first love, the blues,

gaining renown as a master guitarist, singer, and songwriter.

KEB' MO', Musician: It was like a missing piece that made everything relevant.

So, what I did was, I took all of those things that I had been doing before, those experiences,

took the blues and wrapped it in there.

And what came out was Keb' Mo'.

JEFFREY BROWN: Now, together, they are TajMo, the name of their new album, which features

several songs they co-wrote, including "Don't Leave Me Here."

On "Take a Giant Step," one of Taj Mahal's earlier songs, they were joined on stage by

his daughters.

And then there was the more raw acoustic duet of "Diving Duck Blues," a song that Taj Mahal

first recorded on his debut album back in 1968.

I have heard you for a long time, blues, folk, world music, I mean, different kinds of elements,

different kind of influences.

TAJ MAHAL: My grandparents come from the Caribbean.

I grew up listening to Caribbean music, as much as I listened to the Southern gospel.

My dad liked bebop.

We had bebop and jazz, and jump blues, you know, and spirituals, and classical music,

opera, everything, you know?

So, it's like it didn't hurt me because I heard all those things.

It didn't take away from -- if I heard a real deep blues song, I don't care how much ragtime

I listen to, that song's going to get me.

It's going to get somebody else too, if they get a chance to hear it.

KEB' MO': It's a beautiful -- the beauty in it is just so deep.

When I heard the old Muddy Waters stuff, but, wait a minute, now, that's what it is.

I could feel the slave ship coming over the ocean.

TAJ MAHAL: Yes.

KEB' MO': I could feel the Jim Crow, the cotton-picking.

I could feel the sense of pride welling up in a man out of his own circumstances, that

he had to rise up out of a challenging circumstance of Jim Crow and slavery and stuff.

I hear all of that.

And that resonates universally.

JEFFREY BROWN: But what you two have managed to do is make a life of this, right, without

worrying about the commercialism?

KEB' MO': Yes, commercialism.

There's something working in life and in the universe in the bigger picture that has nothing

to do with commerce and money.

And, for me, I found that after 20 years going after money, that the faster I ran after money,

the faster the money ran.

(LAUGHTER)

JEFFREY BROWN: Right.

That sounds like a blues song.

TAJ MAHAL: Yes, yes, the faster I run after the money...

(CROSSTALK)

KEB' MO': And so I finally just got out of breath and stopped -- stopped running.

(LAUGHTER)

JEFFREY BROWN: And, of course, neither of them has stopped playing.

Together, the sound they're creating is both upbeat and uplifting.

TAJ MAHAL: Did we know what it was going to sound like at this point?

No.

But we knew that it was going to be something good.

Yes, we knew it was going to be something good.

I mean, it could have gone the other way too.

I could have said, Moore, get out of here.

(LAUGHTER)

KEB' MO': That's what I thought might happen.

(LAUGHTER)

JEFFREY BROWN: As always, there's the question of how long the blues will live on and who

will take up the mantle.

Taj Mahal and Keb' Mo' are supremely confident the music will take care of itself.

KEB' MO': Taking on the blues is a big responsibility.

So I understand why people would be concerned.

But the music and riches is about happiness.

The blues will be fine.

TAJ MAHAL: Disciples?

We have got plenty of them.

(LAUGHTER)

JEFFREY BROWN: Taj Mahal and Keb' Mo', TajMo, are touring the country throughout the summer

and into the fall.

For the "PBS NewsHour," I'm Jeffrey Brown in Boulder, Colorado.

JUDY WOODRUFF: And you -- yes, you -- can watch Taj Mahal and Keb' Mo' perform "Diving

Duck Blues" on our Web site at PBS.org/NewsHour.

How to make Vegan Ice Cream Floats! Stump Kitchen 48 - Duration: 5:30.

[Ethan screams] [Callie laughs]

[theme music] STUMP KITCHEN, STUMP KITCHEN

GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN EATS AND STUMPTASTIC TREATS!

[Callie] Welcome to Stump Kitchen!

[Alexis] We all shrunk!

We're all babies today!

[Callie] Hey I'm nine years old again!

[Alexis] I'm older than that.

I'm so excited to have Ethan and Callie back!

So we're all wearing onesies today because why not.

I'm a tiger.

[Ethan] I'm a reindeer!

[Callie] I'm a duck!

[Alexis] Who knows what we're making today?

[Ethan and Callie] Ice cream!!

[Alexis] Yes we are making coconut vanilla ice cream.

We don't have an ice cream maker, we're just gonna make it all by hand -ba dum tsss- or

by stump! [laughs]

Ready?

Boom.

Ready to make ice cream.

My poor neighbours!

[All laugh]

[Callie] Sugar!

[Ethan] I caught it upside down!

[Ethan yells] Salt!

[Alexis] Vanilla extract. [Callie] Vanilla extract.

[Alexis] Milk! [Callie] Milk!

[Ethan] Whee!

Coconut milk!

[Alexis] So this is all you need for ice cream!

[Ethan] Wow!

[Callie] 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

[Alexis] Five things!

[Callie] Five!! A whole hand!

Hello, I can eat my hand!

[Alexis and Callie] I can eat my hand!

[Alexis] A cup of milk in here.

[Callie] Here's a cup, I've got a cup.

Shake-a-shake-a-shake-shake.

[Alexis] We're using almond milk, but you can use any kind of vegan milk.

One quarter cup of sugar.

[Callie] Sugar!!

Is that it?

[Alexis] You got it.

[Ethan] Maybe we should shake it?

[Callie] Shake-a-shake-a-shake-shake!

[Alexis] It's good to shake your sugar.

Why? I don't know!

Oh nice levelling technique!

Yeah!

A sprinkle of salt.

[All] Shake-shake-shake!

[Alexis] Just a sprinkle.

[Ethan] Or maybe not!

[Callie] No no!

[All laugh] [Callie] No no!

[Alexis] Let's just scoop that back in the bowl.

When in doubt just use your little arm or your stump to scoop it back into the bowl.

Two tablespoons of vanilla extract.

[Callie screams] [Ethan] Slow but steady wins the race.

Just look at it, it's a mess!

[Alexis] I know, we've done it!

[Callie] That's what we do on Stump Kitchen!

[Alexis] We make a mess!

Okay the next thing we need to do is somehow get into this with a can opener.

Squeeze it, squeeze it, squeeze it yeah!

[Ethan] I'll hold this.

You turn.

[Callie straining] [Alexis] I squeeze it down and then I hold

it in my elbow like this, and then I do that.

[Callie] Oh!

[Alexis] Oh my gosh!

Okay Ethan you give it a try!

Good job way to go Ethan!

It's happening!

Oh yeah.

You put your coconut milk in the fridge for about 12 hours and the top of it gets nice

and hard.

That's the part that we're gonna use for the ice cream.

[Ethan] Stabby stabby stab.

[Alexis] Nice, now take it out.

Now we can pour out the extra water that we don't need.

[Callie laughs] There's no water at all!

Wow this is all cream!

Cool!

Okay.

Oh!

[Callie squeals] Listen to the sound.

[squishes] It sounds so gross!

I love how they're so scared of coconut cream.

[Ethan and Callie scream] Now it's not scary kids, don't worry.

Usually you get brands that are really, really hard and you have to like break them down

with your limbs, but this is beautifully squishy!

I got this, this is what I'm here for.

Like look how gorgeous it is!

[Callie] Run away!!

[Alexis] And then she lost her co-hosts.

[sings] "All by myself, don't wanna be..."

I could put it on your faces.

[Ethan and Callie] No!!

[Alexis] Who likes to whisk?

[Ethan and Callie] Me!!!

[Alexis] Whisk it up, whisk it up!

Once it's all whisked in and really creamy like this, then you put it in the freezer.

[clock ticks]

[Alexis] Because we're on a cooking show, there's a magic thing of ice cream already

ready for us.

[Callie gasps] [Alexis sings a ditty]

[Alexis] You want to give that an open?

Nice!

Grab the straws.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Oh yeah that's good news!

[All blowing bubbles]

[Ethan] I got some on my face.

[Alexis] I'm gonna try the actual ice cream.

Mmm yum! [belches] [laughs]

[Ethan] This is the best ice cream I've tasted.

[Alexis] Oh Ethan you are an angel!

You can like make it in the morning and have it ready for like movie night, you know?

[Ethan] Yup.

[Alexis] Ethan and Callie, thank you so much for being on the show again.

[Ethan and Callie] Make sure to subscribe to the channel!

[Alexis] Yeah subscribe for sure.

[Callie] Give it a thumbs up!

[Alexis] Also it would be awesome if you supported Stump Kitchen on Patreon, I'd love to see

you there.

High five!

[Callie giggles] [Alexis] Are you part billy goat now?

See you next time on Stump Kitchen!

[Callie] Bye!

[Alexis] Bye!

[Ethan] B-bye!

[theme music] STUMP KITCHEN, STUMP KITCHEN

How to make cold sleeve skater dress - Duration: 16:27.

welcome back to my channel is me Jenny today I have another exciting video

for you guys so this is the dress am wearing now I'm going to show you details

on how I made the dress it's not difficult to make is very simple and I

use jacquard fabrics for this tutorial you can use any fabric of your choice and for the yards

I use 3 yards and is by 45 so depending on the size you can choose your

fabric and for the pattern just a normal basic shirt you can use your basic

to create the pattern is very simple if you want to know how to create the pattern I'm

going to leave link below on the way you can create the pattern am going to show you how to

create pattern with your existing clothes so and in this video also I'm going

to show you how to cut the sleeve you can see is cold sleeve so I'm going to

show you how to cut the sleeve so I hope you enjoyed this video please leave your

comment if you don't understand anything just let me know leave your comment

below and yeah so let's get started don't forget to Like and also if your new

watching me pls subscribe yeah so let's get right into it

bye

so here is the fabric I'm going to place the pattern on the fabric and secure

with pin

I'm going to cut the front piece first before I cut the back pieces and you

can see I'm trying to create a dart is very simple

so I now have the front pieces as you can see I pin where the dart is I pin it

together I will separate it later now I'm trying to cut the back pieces so as

you can see I also add seam allowance

so now I have the back pieces for the next thing I'm going to do now is to

cut the sleeve so from the pattern I cut on the upper edge of the sleeve you can see

and then I place it on the fabric and cut on fold can see I place it on

fold and I'm going to cut

so now have the sleeve it should be like this

so for the skirt I'm going to use this pieces to show you how I cut the skirt and

what you have to do is to because this is a half circle skirt it is not full circle

is half circle skirt so all you have to do is fold your fabric and measure the length

like I did and also for your waist is very easy just measure your waist and plus

it with four and also divide by 2 then you get your measurement so that is how

I cut the skirt

so the next thing I'm going to do now is to sew the dart I'm going to

stitch together for the front pieces and also the back pieces and as you can

see I also cut the lining so you can choose to add lining or maybe you can leave it

so I am going to stitch all and then also sew the lining

so I make also dart on a lining before I sew it together on the fabric so here

is a look you can see I sew the armhole and neckline and I left open on the

shoulder so here is the back pieces am going to add a zip now so to add zip is

not difficult very easy can also check video on youtube on how you can

add zip if you don't know how to so I'm going to ask you can see I stitch it

together to add the zip so after the zip I will now open the stitch

so

to add the zip you need a zipper foot so am using my zipper foot to sew it

so you can see I add the zip and I also loose the stitch that I have before you

can see so the next thing I'm going to do now to join the both front pieces and

back pieces I'm going to join it and stitch on the shoulder

so for the sleeve you can see I stitch on the edge

can see how I sew it I only leave by the side where am going to attach it on the

blouse

so now the next thing I'm going to do is to attach this sleeve

so I place the sleeve I place the right side the right side of this sleeve

facing the right side of th blouse I'm going to stitch all together

so I should be like this

so I now have the top the next thing is to add the top

so here in the skirt I join in together and then stitch along

so the next thing is to attach the skirt and the blouse you can see how I'll doing it

so after that the next thing am going to do is to hem the bottom the skirt and that is it I hope you enjoy this video pls do leave you comments if you have any question

and also share my video share with your friends i thank you all don't forget to

like and subscribe see you in my next video bye

Hello everyone and welcome back, once again, to ThursDev.

I'm your host Luke, and today I'd like to talk a little bit about one way that you can

learn to flex and exercise your game design muscles.

Over the course of my career, I've always made it a point to be something of a lifelong

learner.

I aspire to be the best game designer that I can possibly be, and in the pursuit of that

goal, I have explored many, many avenues.

There are plenty of books and articles, and even videos like the ones I create for ThursDev

that can help you to understand the theory of game development.

You benefit yourself greatly by absorbing knowledge like this, but only so much can

be taught through words alone.

The savvy game designer also makes it a point whenever possible to be playing games and

analyzing them.

And creating games, and analyzing their creations.

Understanding the underlying rulesets of the games you're playing is a key factor in building

up your repertoire of game design tricks and methods, as even though there are still original

ideas to be had, generally speaking any design problem that you've run into, someone else

has as well and came up with at least a solution.

Whether a good one or not, having that knowledge as a point of reference is always valuable

for when you need to find a solution like that for yourself.

I play tons of video games.

Action, adventure, platformer, simulation, tactical, management, RPG, roguelike, MMO,

Quiz and everything in between, and every time I pick up a game, though I do it for

leisure as well, I always do what I can to understand the design decisions made in the

game that I'm playing, and try to figure out what's going on underneath the hood.

Sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's impossible, but I love the exercise of learning game systems,

and as a designer, you should as well.

But video games shouldn't, however, be the be all and end all of what you are analyzing.

There's one game design resource out there, a type of game that if you're not actively

involved in, you're doing yourself a disservice, and that is roleplaying games.

Not video game RPGs, which honestly really only share a name, I'm talking about tabletop

- pen, paper, dice, Tom Hanks blundering around in the sewers, you know the ones I'm talking

about.

When I was a child, and honestly for as long as I can remember, my older brother was always

a roleplaying geek.

Even back when that made you a social pariah, he was ravenous and it seemed to me that if

there was a roleplaying system that you could get off the shelf of a small town hobby shop,

he had a copy and had used me as a guinea pig at least once to try it out.

Like many, we got our start with Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, 2nd Edition, but that

quickly blossomed outward to games within universal systems like Palladium with Rifts,

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Robotech, White Wolf and their Noun the Other Noun series,

GURPS, FATE, and more specialized games like Shadowrun, Eclipse Phase, Paranoia, Cyberpunk

and Human Occupied Landfill, and more.

We didn't play everything that was ever made, but we sure as hell tried, and through my

comprehensive exposure to these systems, I feel that my brother granted me the tools

to become a much better game designer.

Tabletop roleplaying games are, quite possibly, one of the greatest distillations of game

design out there, because of their innate requirement of relative simplicity, while

still needing to accommodate nearly anything that a game player might wish to do in its

setting of choice.

The basic conceit of nearly every roleplaying game out there is that any action that a human

can perform, can, with a couple numbered polyhedrons and a little math, be simulated.

The accuracy of the simulation and how complex the algorithms are varies from system to system,

but at the end of the day, usually it's roll one or more dice, add a couple of stats from

your character sheet, and you succeed or you fail.

Even Shadowrun, a pen and paper game whose character generation is notoriously complex

and difficult to get started with, ultimately comes down to rolling a big handful of D-6es

and counting how many of them turned up a 5 or 6, and then comparing that against a

target number of successes.

In a roleplaying game, anything significantly more convoluted would break the flow of the

actual roleplay, which is akin to a badly tuned negative feedback loop in a video game.

But even while maintaining a level of simplicity like that, the game must also account for

nearly anything that the player might, in the course of roleplaying their character,

want to do.

This trend of designing to keep things uncomplicated but versatile is a skill that any game designer

should strive towards, and adopt in even video game design.

If you, in the course of chiseling out a game design, can manage to find an elegant set

of algorithms that will cleanly allow you to accomplish half or more of the things you

want to allow the player to do in your game, that's a major win.

They have a tendency to front-load a lot of the complexity of the game in the process

of character creation, which is delightfully similar to defining game variables that will

be referenced by the game's code in the case of a video game.

They define how many of what dice to roll, and if they're well-designed, the player will

know exactly what to roll and when, in order to play their character with as little friction

as possible.

The best thing of all about the tabletop roleplaying game, though, from a designer that wishes

to analyze one, is that all of those complex rules are laid out bare in the pages of the

book, free for perusal at any time.

Every progression curve, every equation, every rule, written clearly on paper because it

has to be.

In video games, we frequently attempt to obfuscate our rules to keep players from gaming our

systems: Pen and paper games either accept their exploitability and roll with it, or

even embrace it, like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder or Shadowrun, and some attempt

to be modular, like FATE, Powered by the Apocalypse or Risus.

A knowledge of all of these systems, you will find, is extremely valuable to you as a game

designer.

But the greatest challenge for a designer, and an exercise that I have found to be both

rewarding and very useful, is that of designing a roleplaying game system yourself.

Pen and Paper games are limiting.

Generally speaking you have an option of a limited number of dice, or poker chips, or

playing cards, and you need to stretch the usefulness of whatever that is, as far as

humanly possible.

No complex simulations, no massive interconnecting matrix of game systems: It's an exercise in

stripping away a lot of the unnecessary extra layers, and designing simplicity.

If you're a game designer, or an aspiring one, I urge you to give it a shot - even if

you don't intend to distribute it - it's a great thought experiment at the very least,

and a lot of fun among friends potentially as well.

Find a friend or two that would be willing to troubleshoot your system.

Get feedback, learn how to make your systems sing.

The feedback is also instantaneous.

And pen & paper roleplaying game design is only a few very narrow degrees removed from

paper prototyping which this will also help immensely with.

So check out some roleplaying games.

If video games are your thing and you've somehow managed to get this far in life where you're

considering them as a career and you haven't experienced one before, consider giving them

a shot.

The worst that you can do is not enjoy yourself for a couple hours.

And that's it for me for today.

Thanks for joining me this week, and I hope that you found today's episode entertaining,

educational, enlightening, or any combination of those.

If you'd like to join our little community of video game, and otherwise, game enthusiasts

who love both the making and the playing thereof, you're welcome to subscribe to our channel,

and get in on the conversation.

Do you have a favorite roleplaying system, or a tabletop game you think exemplifies good

game design?

Let me know!

And if you're wanting to get into roleplaying and don't happen to have any dice, but you

do have an Android Device, I've got you covered there too.

Search the Google Play Store for "Dice" by Alexander Hicks - or just follow the link

in today's video's description.

It's a fantastic die rolling app that's also totally free, made by a good buddy of mine

who the Level 0 NPCs all roleplay with every weekend.

Anyway, thank you for stopping by, and I hope to see you around here again soon.

Take care.

How to Make Sure You Have More Instagram Followers Than You're Following - Duration: 3:38.

okay guys I got a really really good one for today it's gonna be short one so if

you don't know obviously teach courses and a lot of them they're on a lot of

platforms but primarily udemy and a lot of the things that I teach in my courses

deal with generating traffic to things you know to your business models once

you get them up and running and one of the best ways to generate free traffic

is obviously through Instagram and it's a method called target following and

when I teach target following I don't necessarily go over the unfollowing of

them because you don't want to have too much of an you know an unbalanced number

of followers whereas following so one way that you can target that you can

obviously unfollow is through the automation software that I recommend and

I'll also link that down below for you if you want to check that out it's

called follow like at least that's the one that I use and I find the best thing

I love about follow liker is obviously you can buy it one time it's literally a

one-time payment of depending on how many accounts you want unlimited is 99

and that's for life and then I think one account is 59

I want to strictly unlimited cuz I have so many is doing accounts generating me

passive income but well sorry about that so really fast one way that you can do

it manually if you're not ready or prepared to purchase follow like or any

automation software's like that is to do it manually and you can target file

manually obviously if you don't want to talk about you know feel free to check

out some of my courses out like I said and link them down in the description

below for you you can get the cheap subscriber

discount codes but so when you talk to follow essentially your target following

a similar page that has a big following already in the niche that you're trying

to generate free traffic to so when you unfollow a great thing to download is

called saw is called on insta clean that's AI n sta CL EA n insta clean on

the app store and phenomenal you can see here this is a screen that will pop up

and you can scroll down this little arrow in the top middle it shows and

obviously on my mobile device for you guys just to kind of show you this how

it's works the arrows going one way means that they're obviously only you're

only following them they're not following it back and that you can see

all the way to the right top I'm following them and there

so follow me so what you do is you literally just scroll down a little bit

wait go to options so what I like to select the non followers because that's

going to unfollow all the people that didn't follow you back which is perfect

for this target following method and then you just literally hit unfollow and

you can see that there's only one or two of them there so what we're going to do

because I I do this fairly frequently when I don't run my automation software

we're going to scroll down a little bit options select non followers unfollow

and then you can see there's 226 people that this is literally going to go

through and unfollow for me and I don't have to do anything it makes it a little

bit easier so that the process isn't as tedious and annoying you want to go

through and literally unfollow everybody after you follow them you know two three

days later you can kind of set this up to automate even though it's somewhat

manual but I'm not doing anything right now as I'm talking to you the software

the the app is literally just doing it for me and it also is cool because it

can you know we rather than setting up your automation software or you know if

you're doing it you know seriously manually and going through and

unfollowing everybody you're only on following this allows you to unfollow

the people that didn't follow you back so you're not unfollowing anybody that

follows you and engages with you and that's a good thing so you can see I'm

not just let this uh run out really fast I just want to go over that really

really fast for you um it's a lot of it's a great tool

that's free that you download on the App Store and you know utilize to your

advantage

Best French Onion Soup Recipe - how to make onion soup - Duration: 8:26.

chef buck here and today we're going to cook up some French onion

soup super easy to make... it's a great way to use up a lot of onions if

you need to which I need to ...I have an overabundance of onions around the house

and they're going to getting a little long in the tooth got to be used up

before they go bad so first thing I'm going to do slice them up and cut

them up into whatever shapes and sizes you want it doesn't matter but whatever

works for you I actually like them in slices so it looks like a lot of onions

I mean it is a lot of onions but you're going to want to have a whole

bunch of these things because this is pretty much all that's going to be in

the dish and this is going to cook down quite a little bit so start with a lot

of onion.... I'm going to get me a pot to sautee my onions in and it's going to

take a while to caramelize these down ... turn it on medium high heat

I got about a tablespoon and a half of butter here I'm going to throw in some

oil use whatever kind of oil you like I'm using coconut oil .... so once my

oil and butter are all melted up just going to toss in the onions... I got so

many they'll barely fit in this pan but that's alright because like I said

they're going to cook down it's almost nothing well not almost nothing but it's

going to cook down a lot... I'm going to reduce the heat down to medium this is

just a ridiculous amount of onions to fit in this pot but you know life is

full of challenges.... I'm going to throw some salt in here and the salt will

help draw the moisture out of these onions help them to cook down and

caramelize and it's going to take a while which is why I reduced the heat

some people add sugar but I don't think you need to add sugar ...it's just

going to take time to caramelize ...especially this

many onions... it's going to be sweet enough already ...I am going to add garlic

though because I like garlic and this is a lot of garlic because I like garlic so

you know that just makes sense ...stir it around

get that salt over everything ...get the butter mixed in with the onions and

then just take about 30 or 45 minutes giving these an occasional stir ...see how

long it will take for these to cook down .... it's only been 10 minutes

already these onions have cooked down quite significantly

you know that salt helped to draw the moisture out they're starting to cook

down pretty fast getting that moisture evaporated out but we're a long way from

carmelization ....so my onions have been cooking for about 20 minutes

you know don't see any browning down there there's still a lot of moisture in

here although my onions have cooked down it's probably about a third full of pot

as when I started ...I turned the heat down just a little bit below medium and I'm

going to set my timer for another 10 minutes and we'll come back and see what

it looks like after a total of 30 minutes cooking time... so it's been a half

an hour now... I don't have any color yet on my oonions...you just got to

practice patience grasshopper... you can't rush French onion soup --you just can't do

it ...so I'm just going to let it keep cooking away and we'll check back in

a little bit see what it looks like.... so now it's been about 45 minutes

I'm starting to get a little color on the bottom of my pan

the onions are starting to color up a little bit, it's

turning into an ooey gooey oniony mess... thickening up ...but I'm going to let it

continue to cook away here for a few more minutes because we want our onions

to be nice and golden ....it's been about five more minutes

all the brown bits have come off the bottom and these onions have really

darkened up... I didn't add anything in here....you could add some vinegar

or a little bit of white wine in here to de-glaze the pan... but I really

don't need to deglaze it... but I am going to add a little bit of vinegar in here

just for flavor... I'm going to go ahead and add in a little bit of a freshly

ground black pepper ... I'll wait till later and see if

I need to add any salt in because I'm going to put some broth in here which

has some salt in it plus I added some salt earlier... I'm going to add a little

bit of Italian seasonings and this is optional ...you could just put some

thyme or some other season if you like but I'm just adding a little bit of

flavor ....I'm going to add in 2 cups of vegetable broth ...you can use vegetable

broth or chicken broth or beef broth whatever you like but I'm going to keep

this a vegetarian dish ...I'm going to raise the temperature to

bring it up to a boil... now one thing about a onion soup...I kind of

associate it with having a beefy flavor but I usually don't keep beef broth on

hand ... usually I use chicken broth or vegetable broth but Worcester

Shuster sister Shire sauce is a nice addition to onion soup because it has

a kind of a "meatiness" so if you've never used

worcestershire in French onion soup definitely give it a go... now I could

added some flour in here you know once the onions were caramelized

before I put the broth in ...and that would have made it a

little more gravy-like ...giving it a thicker consistency with the flour but I

don't think that's necessary but that's an option if you want to add flour and

make it into more of a gravy you can definitely do that so...

let the pot come up to a bubble and I'm going to reduce it down to low then

go ahead and cover it up ...let it simmer away on a low

heat ....now you can eat this onion soup just like this here ...but that wouldn't

be a very exciting fancy-pants bowl of onion soup , so we're

going to have to fancy it up so that it looks like a fancy-pants

soup ...you just want to get a little bread ...toast it up to put on top

now you can take some bread and just slice it and just toast it like this

and then lay this on top of the French onion soup I mean that's

traditionally how it's served but that's kind of cumbersome I don't like that so

this is a little thing that I like to do ... go ahead and cut it up into

smaller crouton shapes and then I'll put that on my soup you know and melt cheese

over that because then it's easier to eat and I'm all about the easier to eat

well I got my oven on broil ...and I'll just slide it in here and toast these

bread crumbs up ...now you want to take an oven-safe bowl ...

fill your bowl up with some onion soup ....once my croutons are all toasted up

I'm going to place those on top of my soup and then you want to

generously top it with whatever kind of cheese you like I mean traditionally you

use a gruyere cheese but you can use a combination of Gruyere and Swiss or

Monterey Jack whatever kind you like just use a lot

got my cheese covered on my croutons ... just

gonna slide it in here under the broiler

... so it's just been four minutes and it looks nice and toasty and bubbly

as you can see I got my camera girl back in action ....this is the

part where you got to be careful this is the lethal part ...where death may occur

alrighty ...you ready to give it a go camera girl ...oh I think it's still a

little molten lava-ee you ain't afraid of no molten lava are you?

my tongue is! ....I love the crust on French onion soup

think it's food not enough for you to risk it ?

it smells so good I want to try

I got the bread chopped up ... I got those

croutons chopped so it's easier to eat ....

MMMM....creamy dreamy huh....MMM... like dessert French onion soup is so sweet

French onion soup can be made with a lot

of fancy-pants expensive cheeses and things like that

yeah yeah this is just a mix of some cheese we had in the fridge a little

Swiss a little parmesan a little Monterrey Jack I like using

white creamy cheeses ...the parmesan gives a little bit of bite...it does need

an edge against the sweet onions

we'll leave camera girl to finish up her soup ...if you want to print this

recipe go to my food channel com... you can print all our recipes there ...thanks

for watching subscribe and share and blah blah blah

we'll see you in the future !

How to make Fast and Easy Whole wheat Pizza Pockets-for school snack ideas - Duration: 5:08.

Hi Friends ,today

I am going to show you a very easy recipe, which you can make for your kids

For their tiffin box for their short break, it's a small snack which I like to call pizza pockets

It's very easy and simple

so let's get started with the ingredients

You will require some Roti(chappati,poli)

indian handmade roti(whole wheat)

some grated cheese

some clarified butter or ghee

some pizza seasoning and

some chili Flakes

you also require a pizza cutter and

a frying pan

Now my pan is nice and hot I first put my roti on my pan

Put some clarified butter on it

We have to roast the roti till it is nice and crispy

now flip the roti and put some clarified butter on the other side too

All this has to be done on a very slow flame, because your pan is hot

We will do the same thing with these other roti

Do you hear the sizzle?

Now you can turn your gas off and we will start the making of the pizza pocket

put in some grated cheese

A good generous amount

Then you take some pizza seasoning and Sprinkle it around

similarly with the chili flakes

according to how much your kids

like it " spicy," then you make it into an exact half

Press it down and with your and cut it

with the pizza cutter like this

I'll show you one more.

Take some cheese

I've used processed cheese

You can use whatever your kids like you can even put mozarella or whatever your children like to eat

again

some

pizza seasoning just sprinkle it all around

evenly

very little amount of chili flakes

Do the same thing press it down

and cut it

How delicious they look?

So here it is friends

my own

Take on

Pizza Pockets, which are healthy and your kids are gonna

How to Make Music Composed of Space Itself | SSFX Space Sound Effects - Duration: 4:05.

Musicians and composers have created some great works of art, otherwise known

as music. But there's a set of music that has been created that's far more out of

this world, created in space itself. If you've been following my SSFX or space

sound effects videos, you'll know that the universe is filled with space audio:

whether that is the true analogues of sound waves, things slightly more

tangential to sound waves like plasma waves, or just other sorts of waves that

can be made audible by processing them in a computer. This space audio doesn't

have to be just used by scientists to identify events or as a fun bit of

outreach, it can actually be used by composers to create a new sort of music.

In a project somewhat similar to the SSFX Short-Film Competition, MAARBLE tasked

composers to create electro acoustic compositions using real recordings of

plasma waves in the space around the Earth. Have a listen to some of the

winning compositions that came out of it.

But this isn't the only way that you can create music from space. Rather than just

taking an already oscillating signal and simply making that audible, you can

actually map any sort of data from space to existing instruments and notes.

For instance, one composer has taken gravitational waves detected by LIGO as

well as simulations of these waves from different events and created musical

compositions that sound like this.

But this mapping technique can be taken a step further.

For instance the Voyager 1 and 2 missions have been converted into

music. All of the scientific instruments and any events they identified have been

used to trigger musical notes. And unlike the other projects that we've talked

about, no artist was involved in deciding the order that those notes came in.

So what this music is, is a full representation of the Voyager data set.

In a sense it's not only art, it's pure science as well. Thanks so much for

joining me in Vienna's Stadtpark with all these statues of composers. Please

do check out the rest of the SSFX videos for more on space sounds and do

like and subscribe. Cheers.
