talk about the best education system in th world

i have selected three countries i think they have the best system

the countries are south korea singapore and united kingdom

lets start with south korea

a child's childhood is occupied with education system in south korea

all students spent 13 hours of studying and they go to bed at

1 to 2 am and wakes up at 6:30 to do it again

at the age of 8 they're journey starts

we have a primary school middle school

secondary vocational junior vocational bachelor master and doctorate

they have a huge investment in education system

they're class rooms have more innovative technology for developing the system

and the teachers they do they're part in best

they even wear super costumes inside they're class in order to entertain and prevent students falling asleep

and the suicide rate is higest of all devoleped countries

in a short period of time

it is one of the highest labor force among the oecd countries

past 50 years they transformed they're nation into a heigh tec industrial power house

and south Koreans products are famous all around the world

in 1965 Singapore was a tiny nation without any resources

and after the independence from the British colony

that was 50 years ago

Singapore was low skill

low labor and a low cost economy

but now they are completely developed

so lets come to the education system

education spending usually makes 20%

of the anual national budget

they have a compelsary education act for primary school age

and there is a criminal offence for the parents if they didn't endrole

theyre childrens in the school

while the suicide rate is ranked 97 in wekipedia

even through is low students feel like they have huge pressure in them

some are having depression ansity issue

and they reported that 70% of the parents

sigin up for the extra class outside the school

these are the common problem which will happends if a country grows

but now

singapore students are best amoung the world in scoring internaltional

in scoring internaltional exams

they have a good foundation in maths science which is the key for theyre succes

a low skill a low cost and a low labour economy into a

compeltely devoleped nation

that is the power of education system

well uk is the devoleped country

and it has world fifth largest gdp

and 9th largest economy by the purchasing power parties

and it is catagrised at very large in human devolep index

ranking 16th in the world

well coming to the education system

education system is divided into 4 main parts

primary,secondary,further,higher

which runs from

5 years to 16 years

the most important occurdance occers at the age of 16

when students pursue they're gcsc

gcsc is an importanr test because

what sort of job you will get

and what sort of university that you will get in

they even have a choice of further education

or they can finish they;re school and get into work

wellyou can see thant i dindnt

so deep inside the education system

in these countries i just said the basic and important you have to know

The Best Lego Mini Modular - with Building Instructions - Duration: 6:57.

Hi everyone. In my last video I presented 15 Mini Modular buildings that I designed,

and I asked you to vote for your favourite design.

Thank you to everyone that has voted,

and I'd like to announce that the design that has received the most votes so far is my 'Cube Apartments' Mini Modular.

I also asked for some feedback regarding any extra information you'd like to see,

and the feedback that I received was:

- which software that I use,

- some common building techniques,

- and Building Instructions.

I'll show the software that I use and some building techniques in a future video,

while in this video I'll show you the Building Instructions for my 'Cube Apartments' Mini Modular.

I've uploaded the full Parts List to Rebrickable.com,

and I've also uploaded these Building Instructions to Rebrickable.com in the MLCad format.

The first thing that you'll notice is that I've changed some of the colours.

Unfortunately one of the key pieces that I use, the Arch Brick 1 x 3 (part number 4490), is only available in a limited range of colours.

I've updated my design to use light bluish gray instead, but you could use any of the available colors that you like.

First, let's look at how each of the apartments are built.

The left ones are just a little bit different to the right ones, and in my design I've used three of each.

Of course, you could use more or less apartments, and change the height accordingly.

To build one of the left-hand-side apartments,

Start with four of these Brackets, and join them together with a 2 x 4 Tile.

If you wanted to add furniture this would be a good time to do so.

Add a few 1 x 6 Tiles that will become the outside cladding.

Add two Arch Brick 1 x 3, and then add another 1 x 6 Tile.

Attach two of these smaller Brackets, and insert a 2 x 4 Plate, and then add another two Brackets.

Slide a 1 x 2 Grille piece into the bottom of each of the Arch Bricks,

and add two more of the Arch Bricks to hold them in place.

Finally, add some 1 x 2 Tiles.

The exposed studs on the side will be used to attach the apartment to the rest of the model.

The right-hand-side apartments are similar, but there are a few changes.

Start with four of these Brackets, and join them together with a 2 x 4 Tile.

Add a few 1 x 6 Tiles, and two Arch Bricks 1 x 3, and then another 1 x 6 Tile.

Attach two of these smaller Brackets, and insert a 2 x 4 Plate, and add another two Brackets.

Slide a 1 x 2 Grille piece into the bottom of each of the Arch Bricks, and add two more Arch Bricks.

Add some Tiles, and then finish off by adding a Round 2 x 2 Tile With A Hole In The Middle.

This piece is really useful for changing the direction of pieces, and we'll use it to attach the apartment to the rest of the model.

The next sub model that we'll build is the left-hand-side of the pool deck.

Start with four of these Brackets, and join them together with some Plates and a Tile.

Add a 1 x 6 Tile to the outside, and then add two Arch Bricks 1 x 3.

Add some more 1 x 6 Tiles to the outside,

and add a Bracket to the inside, taking note that the Bracket is up-side-down.

Add some clear Bricks and Plates.

Add another Bracket to the other side, and join them together with a few clear Plates on the inside.

Add some transparent light blue Tiles to create the surface of the water, and notice how the water is just below the level of the deck.

Slide a 1 x 2 transparent light blue Tile into each of the Arch Bricks, and add two more Arch Bricks.

Finally, add some Tiles and some Bricks to finish off this side of the pool deck.

The last sub-model is the right-hand-side of the pool deck.

Start with a 1 x 2 Plate on its side, and then add a 1 x 6 Plate and a 1 x 6 Brick.

Add some more Bricks, some of which have studs on the side, and add a 1 x 6 Tile.

Insert a Minifig Ski Pole into one of the holes and add a 1 x 2 Plate.

You can rotate this Plate slightly to make it look like its placed naturally.

Add a 2 x 2 Dish to the top of the umbrella,

a Cheese Wedge piece and a Tile to create a reclined sun-bed,

and a Panel to create the couch.

Now that all of the sub-models have been built the main model can be put together.

Start with an 8 x 8 Plate, and add some Bricks, Plates, and Tiles.

Notice that the Bricks on the side have Technic pin-holes so that this Mini Modular can be attached to other Mini Modulars.

From here we continue to build up the layers using more Bricks, Plates, and Tiles.

I've used some Jumper Plates to get a half-stud offset which allows for more detailed building.

Add some more Bricks, Plates, and Tiles.

Add some 2 x 2 Bricks to form part of the central utility core of the building.

Add some Windows and a Panel at the front.

Even though most of the window frame will eventually be hidden, I wanted a nice thin border separating the windows from the glass door in the middle.

Add some Plates to form the roof.

Add an Arch Brick 1 x 4 and a few 1 x 1 Bricks and Plates.

At the moment these aren't locked in place, but they will be in a few steps.

Add some Plates to the side, and lock them in place with some Tiles.

Add another Arch Brick 1 x 4, and a few 1 x 1 Bricks and Plates to the other side.

Add some Plates and lock them in place with some Tiles.

On the roof add some Tiles and a reddish-brown 2 x 4 Plate to represent a garden bed.

Add a variety of Plates to represent some plants.

Add a Bracket,

and some 2 x Plates to build up the central utility core.

Notice that at the top I've used one of the newer Plates that is flat on the bottom.

Add some Plates and Tiles.

The apartments on the right-hand-side will attach to the 2 x 2 Plate With A Center Stud, and the Tiles below it will stop the apartment from rotating.

Attach three of the left-hand-side apartments that we built earlier.

Then attach three of the right-hand-side apartments.

Attach the left-hand-side and right-hand-side of the pool deck.

Finally add some Corner Panels to represent the top of the elevator.

And that completes the model!

Best French Onion Soup Recipe - how to make onion soup - Duration: 8:26.

chef buck here and today we're going to cook up some French onion

soup super easy to make... it's a great way to use up a lot of onions if

you need to which I need to ...I have an overabundance of onions around the house

and they're going to getting a little long in the tooth got to be used up

before they go bad so first thing I'm going to do slice them up and cut

them up into whatever shapes and sizes you want it doesn't matter but whatever

works for you I actually like them in slices so it looks like a lot of onions

I mean it is a lot of onions but you're going to want to have a whole

bunch of these things because this is pretty much all that's going to be in

the dish and this is going to cook down quite a little bit so start with a lot

of onion.... I'm going to get me a pot to sautee my onions in and it's going to

take a while to caramelize these down ... turn it on medium high heat

I got about a tablespoon and a half of butter here I'm going to throw in some

oil use whatever kind of oil you like I'm using coconut oil .... so once my

oil and butter are all melted up just going to toss in the onions... I got so

many they'll barely fit in this pan but that's alright because like I said

they're going to cook down it's almost nothing well not almost nothing but it's

going to cook down a lot... I'm going to reduce the heat down to medium this is

just a ridiculous amount of onions to fit in this pot but you know life is

full of challenges.... I'm going to throw some salt in here and the salt will

help draw the moisture out of these onions help them to cook down and

caramelize and it's going to take a while which is why I reduced the heat

some people add sugar but I don't think you need to add sugar ...it's just

going to take time to caramelize ...especially this

many onions... it's going to be sweet enough already ...I am going to add garlic

though because I like garlic and this is a lot of garlic because I like garlic so

you know that just makes sense ...stir it around

get that salt over everything ...get the butter mixed in with the onions and

then just take about 30 or 45 minutes giving these an occasional stir ...see how

long it will take for these to cook down .... it's only been 10 minutes

already these onions have cooked down quite significantly

you know that salt helped to draw the moisture out they're starting to cook

down pretty fast getting that moisture evaporated out but we're a long way from

carmelization ....so my onions have been cooking for about 20 minutes

you know don't see any browning down there there's still a lot of moisture in

here although my onions have cooked down it's probably about a third full of pot

as when I started ...I turned the heat down just a little bit below medium and I'm

going to set my timer for another 10 minutes and we'll come back and see what

it looks like after a total of 30 minutes cooking time... so it's been a half

an hour now... I don't have any color yet on my oonions...you just got to

practice patience grasshopper... you can't rush French onion soup --you just can't do

it ...so I'm just going to let it keep cooking away and we'll check back in

a little bit see what it looks like.... so now it's been about 45 minutes

I'm starting to get a little color on the bottom of my pan

the onions are starting to color up a little bit, it's

turning into an ooey gooey oniony mess... thickening up ...but I'm going to let it

continue to cook away here for a few more minutes because we want our onions

to be nice and golden ....it's been about five more minutes

all the brown bits have come off the bottom and these onions have really

darkened up... I didn't add anything in here....you could add some vinegar

or a little bit of white wine in here to de-glaze the pan... but I really

don't need to deglaze it... but I am going to add a little bit of vinegar in here

just for flavor... I'm going to go ahead and add in a little bit of a freshly

ground black pepper ... I'll wait till later and see if

I need to add any salt in because I'm going to put some broth in here which

has some salt in it plus I added some salt earlier... I'm going to add a little

bit of Italian seasonings and this is optional ...you could just put some

thyme or some other season if you like but I'm just adding a little bit of

flavor ....I'm going to add in 2 cups of vegetable broth ...you can use vegetable

broth or chicken broth or beef broth whatever you like but I'm going to keep

this a vegetarian dish ...I'm going to raise the temperature to

bring it up to a boil... now one thing about a onion soup...I kind of

associate it with having a beefy flavor but I usually don't keep beef broth on

hand ... usually I use chicken broth or vegetable broth but Worcester

Shuster sister Shire sauce is a nice addition to onion soup because it has

a kind of a "meatiness" so if you've never used

worcestershire in French onion soup definitely give it a go... now I could

added some flour in here you know once the onions were caramelized

before I put the broth in ...and that would have made it a

little more gravy-like ...giving it a thicker consistency with the flour but I

don't think that's necessary but that's an option if you want to add flour and

make it into more of a gravy you can definitely do that so...

let the pot come up to a bubble and I'm going to reduce it down to low then

go ahead and cover it up ...let it simmer away on a low

heat ....now you can eat this onion soup just like this here ...but that wouldn't

be a very exciting fancy-pants bowl of onion soup , so we're

going to have to fancy it up so that it looks like a fancy-pants

soup ...you just want to get a little bread ...toast it up to put on top

now you can take some bread and just slice it and just toast it like this

and then lay this on top of the French onion soup I mean that's

traditionally how it's served but that's kind of cumbersome I don't like that so

this is a little thing that I like to do ... go ahead and cut it up into

smaller crouton shapes and then I'll put that on my soup you know and melt cheese

over that because then it's easier to eat and I'm all about the easier to eat

well I got my oven on broil ...and I'll just slide it in here and toast these

bread crumbs up ...now you want to take an oven-safe bowl ...

fill your bowl up with some onion soup ....once my croutons are all toasted up

I'm going to place those on top of my soup and then you want to

generously top it with whatever kind of cheese you like I mean traditionally you

use a gruyere cheese but you can use a combination of Gruyere and Swiss or

Monterey Jack whatever kind you like just use a lot

got my cheese covered on my croutons ... just

gonna slide it in here under the broiler

... so it's just been four minutes and it looks nice and toasty and bubbly

as you can see I got my camera girl back in action ....this is the

part where you got to be careful this is the lethal part ...where death may occur

alrighty ...you ready to give it a go camera girl ...oh I think it's still a

little molten lava-ee you ain't afraid of no molten lava are you?

my tongue is! ....I love the crust on French onion soup

think it's food not enough for you to risk it ?

it smells so good I want to try

I got the bread chopped up ... I got those

croutons chopped so it's easier to eat ....

MMMM....creamy dreamy huh....MMM... like dessert French onion soup is so sweet

French onion soup can be made with a lot

of fancy-pants expensive cheeses and things like that

yeah yeah this is just a mix of some cheese we had in the fridge a little

Swiss a little parmesan a little Monterrey Jack I like using

white creamy cheeses ...the parmesan gives a little bit of bite...it does need

an edge against the sweet onions
