 Jack Brooksbank professed his love for Princess Eugenie in his wedding speech saying his new wife "lights up my life"

 The couple wed in a lavish ceremony at Windsor Castle in front of family and friends - and lots of celebs

 Following a carriage ride around Windsor the Queen hosted an afternoon reception for the couple in St George's Hall

  During the reception, the couple cut their impressive five tier cake and Prince Andrew, the Duke of York and the groom gave speeches

  The Telegraph reports the Duke "broke with protocol" and gave Jack a big hug during his speech

 Jack's former headmaster at Stowe and chairman of the Street Child charity which the Duchess of York is associated with described his speech as "very meaningful, human, beautiful speech"

 Dr Anthony Waller Steiner said the reception was a moving affair, "full of love and warmth"

 "He showed the best of his qualities, which he had at school, and that was his humility - his speech was all about other people," said Mr Waller Steiner

 "Seventy five percent of his speech was to profess his love for Eugenie.  "He said his life lights up when she comes into the room

'She lights me up,' he said.  "She makes him whole. His love for her was obvious

"  Following the reception, the couple left the ceremony in an extremely rare Aston Martin DB10 made especially for the James Bond movie Specte

Upright Posture - But DON'T Sit Up Straight! - Duration: 3:12.

hello posture pupils i'm paula moore the posture doctor and i'm going to show you

the rib tuck this is great for those of you with slouched back posture forward

head or neck hump so in order to do this we're going to need a mirror so choose a

mirror at home you're going to stand up side facing let's take a look at what I

mean by tucking the ribs first of all those of you trying to avoid slouching

usually stand up straight doing this throwing the chest forward and arching

the back this ultimately makes slouching worse what we need to do is grab a hold

of the ribs and learn to tuck them now let me show you on the spinal model what

I mean those of you with slouched back posture have an increased curve in this

region the thoracic spine if you think of this curve as a giant egg a nice oval

shape we want that oval egg to sit right over top of the pelvis in a nice

straight line not at an oblique angle so think of tucking the egg and lining it

up right over top of the pelvis that should help so looking in your

mirror grab ahold of your ribs and I want you to tuck them under don't worry

for the time being if you're rolling through this area this will happen what

you want to do is avoid the arch grab the ribs

tuck under then you want to lengthen lengthen lengthen through the neck

keeping the ribs lined up once you get that position you're going to roll the

arms down and down and now my neck arms rib cage and pelvis are in a nice even

line now once you've got that done you're going to just relax and try it

again so let's try that again if you're trying to force standing up straight you

over arch the back to prevent that grab a hold of your ribs and tuck them under

so that they line up with the pelvis over arched tucking under arch tuck once

you've got the tuck elongate through the neck and finally bring the round

shoulders back round and down now it is a tough exercise to learn the rib tuck

it takes a lot of practice you need to do five six seven in a row and do that

as many times a day as you can

Hi my name is Father Noah Morey

and I am a parochial vicar at All Saints Catholic Church

in Manassas, Virginia

In today's Gospel, the rich young man approaches Jesus

and asks Him "What good must I do to inherit eternal life?"

He recognizes that something is missing and Jesus says if you wish to enter into life keep the

commandments

But the young man notices that he lacks something else

He recognizes that keeping The Commandments is not enough

to enter into life

So Jesus challenges him

He says "If you wish to be perfect, go and sell what you have..."

"and give to the poor..."

"...and then come and follow Me."

And unfortunately the man is unable to do that

and he goes away sad

He doesn't go away condemned

He doesn't go away hated

He goes away sad

Because he recognizes he's not able to give up

what was keeping him from following Jesus

In 1993, Saint John Paul II wrote a beautiful encyclical letter called the

'Splendor of Truth' in which he outlines the Church's moral teaching

The Church's moral teaching is more than just following commandments

but it's really about that last part of the command

"Follow Me"

That following Jesus is the

fulfillment of all of The Commandments

So yes we certainly keep The Commandments

those are non-negotiables and those are the foundation of the moral life

But if we want to be perfect then we must give up whatever is keeping

us from following Jesus and commit ourselves to following Him

each and every day

The rich young man is unknown by name in the Gospel and perhaps if he

had given up everything then he could have become the next great apostle or

the next great martyr

and yet he goes away sad

So the challenge for this week

is let's say "yes" to Jesus

Let's do an examination of conscience to see what

sin or what material possession is keeping us from following Jesus

And then let's give that up to Him as a pleasing sacrifice this week

so that we will continue along the path of virtue

the path of holiness

the path of keeping God's commandments

and following Jesus all the way to the cross

and all the way into eternal life
