Youtube daily what Sep 1 2018

getting ready for your next Atlantis

gay cruise but not sure what to bring

for this amazing adventure? Well get

ready to take some notes because I'm

gonna give you six pro-level items to

pack for your next gay cruise. Hi

everyone I'm Doug and this is FatBoyDoug

a channel with an appetite for life!

This channel is all about giving tips

and advice on how you too can live a

happy and fabulously gay lifestyle so if

you're new to us please consider

subscribing below. Guys I am so excited

to talk about this next topic. This will

be the first in a series of videos all

about the Atlantis gay cruises. if you

haven't been it's seriously the most

exciting experience you'll ever have in

your entire life. It's just the idea of

being around people just like me without

having to hide or pretend to be someone

or not and you can meet people all

around the world that is what Atlantis

cruises are all about. personally I've

been on 4 Atlantis cruises myself and

I've been able to meet so many people

all around the world and we continue to

meet up and plan for next cruises

because it's just so much fun. and what

makes Atlantis even more special to me

was that I was proposed to on the cruise

this last January. My fiance Darren

planned a group photo with everyone and

all I knew was that there was gonna be a

group photo so I showed up to it with

all my friends there and then all of a

sudden at the end of it he proposed and

of course with a fan and as you can see

in this video I was speechless and just

so surprised and it was one of the

happiest moments of my life what a great

way to start the cruise off okay enough

of that let's get back to the topic at

hand

what to pack for our cruise of course

there's the essential clothing items

that you're gonna need to pack and if

you stay to the end of this video I'm

gonna give you a link to download a

checklist of all those items but right

now I'm gonna give you some special

items to pack that it's gonna help you

have a really great time on the cruise

ok the first thing I'm going to talk

about our door decorations you may be

asking what the heck is that

well your doors are actually a really

great way for your neighbors to get to

know you so you decorate your doors by

putting up pictures of yourself or

anything else that's gonna make people

remember who you

and you don't have to be modest with

these pictures but definitely no nudes

okay there are people that work on the

cruise that don't need to see you naked

now the best way to put those photos on

the door themselves are the little

stickies they're little sticky squares

you put on the back of your photos and

then they stick right on to the door you

want to use something that's adhesive

that's not gonna damage the door so this

is a perfect thing to use and another

thing you may want to put on your door

or the wall next to it is a dry erase

wall sticker it's basically a whiteboard

but it's on a decal so you can roll it

up and pack it easily but pack some dry

erase markers with it as well and you

can put messages on the dry erase wall

or you can invite people to write

messages on your wall again it's a great

way for you to introduce yourselves and

for people to get to know you and other

suggestions are just to put some letters

on the wall to spell out your name or

some lights or anything that's flashy

because that's gonna be a great way for

you to remember where your room is some

cruise ships have eight nine ten decks

of cabins and the cabin hallways are so

long that they all look the same so a

way for you to remember where your room

is is just to make it as flashy and

bright as possible all right

I don't number two our cruise cards okay

now you're wondering what the heck our

cruise cards well cruise cards are small

business cards for you to print your

picture on and some info on it so that

you can pass them out when you're at

parties or when you're just out and

about on the ship though some of my

cards look like this or actually really

many mini cards which is great because

it doesn't take up that much room but

then you can have multiple designs or

different pictures on them and on the

back just as our name and one cabin

number or any contact info like Facebook

or Instagram that you may want other

people to know about once they get off

the cruise this is a really great idea

because there's no cell reception on the

cruise so you want people to be able to

get in contact with you after the cruise

so you just hand them one of these

whenever you've connected I use muqaam

to print my cruise cards but if you look

in the description below you're gonna

find a link with a discount for your

next purchase item number three

resistance bands you want to look good

during

Kruse but i know for a fact that

everyone else is gonna want to look good

also so that gym is packed every single

day at all times but it doesn't mean

that you can't do a workout somewhere

else and the best way is to just do it

in your room with resistance bands these

are such a great way to get a nice pump

for your arms or your shoulders or your

chest they're easy to pack and there's

multiple levels of resistance bands on

one string so your new some shoulder

exercises some bicep curls so just do a

few of these before you go out to the

pool or before you go out to the parties

and you're set

alright item number four is a handy

dandy first-aid kit so on this last

cruise we had an injury that required us

to go down to the Med Bay a couple times

so if you have minor injuries you may

not want to go down to the Med Bay and

just take care of yourself with a

first-aid kit also the hours of

operation for the Med Bay are really

short so even if you have time to go

down there

it may not be open plus if you are down

there you're gonna be around people that

are sick when I was down there there

were so many people with symptoms of

norovirus and you definitely don't want

that while you're on the cruise so stay

away from the Med Bay use your own

first-aid kit

item number five is a fanny pack with

water bottle holder if you've watched

any of my other videos on raves

this is what I preach so the fanny pack

itself can hold all your stuff like your

gum your mints your cruise cards and

then the water bottle holder is great so

that when you're out dancing in the

parties you don't have to hold on to

your water ball the entire time I got

this for cheap on Amazon and I'm gonna

have a link with all these items in the

description below I actually have a page

on my website that lists all of these

items out so it's easy for you to see

and you can just click on each one and

I'll send you straight to Amazon alright

the last item on your list is number six

a small bag to hold all of your stuff

for the first day of your cruise if

you're going on a seven-day cruise

you're gonna have a lot of items packed

in your luggage but your check luggage

is actually not gonna get to your room

until much later at night so you're

gonna want a small duffel bag that holds

all of your stuff like your swim shorts

your tank tops or anything that you want

to change into for the first day of your

cruise so this is the bag that Atlantis

gives you on the cruise but it's perfect

for those first day items

so you can put your toiletries your

sandals your swimwear your shorts your

tank tops anything you're gonna need for

your first day okay I hope this list is

gonna help you pack for your next

atlantis cruise so as i mention it at

the beginning of this video i'm gonna

give you a bonus packing checklist that

includes all the items that you saw in

this video but also all other items that

you're going to need to make sure you're

gonna have a great time at the cruise so

when are you gonna go on your nyx

atlantis cruise and for those that have

been on atlantis cruises what essential

items do you guys bring every time you

go on a cruise I'd love to know in the

comments below I'm gonna do a couple

more videos on our line of skate cruises

so make sure you subscribe right here

and click the Bell notification so you

know when the next one gets uploaded and

make sure to check out my other videos

right here okay alright thanks for

watching

Our People Make What We Do Possible - Cyber Security - Duration: 0:40.

Girls are always shocked when they see another young woman programming.

I think that really drives me.

I am a cyber software engineer at Northrop Grumman.

I think the biggest misconception is that it's just an attacker who sits in a basement

hacking away.

It's not just hacking and defending, there's a lot more to it.

At Northrop, we really support each other, which is really critical because there is

so many different types of attacks.

You're trying to find out one piece of information that will lead to finding the next terrorist,

or finding some key information.

When you stop it, when you find the solution quickly, it's an amazing feeling.

What can we learn from the life of Apostle Paul? | GotQuestions.org - Duration: 9:22.

Today's question is, "What can we learn from the life of Paul?

Who was Paul?"

In this video I'll answer that question from a biblical perspective.

Afterwards, as always, I'll share some helpful resources, so stick around until the end.

There is much we can learn from the life of the apostle Paul.

Far from ordinary, Paul was given the opportunity to do extraordinary things for the kingdom

of God.

The story of Paul is a story of redemption in Jesus Christ and a testimony that no one

is beyond the saving grace of the Lord.

However, to gain the full measure of the man, we must examine his dark side and what he

symbolized before becoming "the Apostle of Grace."

Paul's early life was marked by religious zeal, brutal violence, and the relentless

persecution of the early church.

Fortunately, the later years of Paul's life show a marked difference as he lived his life

for Christ and for the advancement of His kingdom.

Paul was actually born as Saul.

He was born in Tarsus in Cilicia around AD 1–5 in a province in the southeastern corner

of modern-day Tersous, Turkey.

He was of Benjamite lineage and Hebrew ancestry.

His parents were Pharisees—fervent Jewish nationalists who adhered strictly to the Law

of Moses—who sought to protect their children from "contamination" from the Gentiles.

Anything Greek would have been despised in Saul's household, yet he could speak Greek

and passable Latin.

His household would have spoken Aramaic, a derivative of Hebrew, which was the official

language of Judea.

Saul's family were Roman citizens but viewed Jerusalem as a truly sacred and holy city.

At age thirteen Saul was sent to Palestine to learn from a rabbi named Gamaliel, under

whom Saul mastered Jewish history, the Psalms, and the works of the prophets.

His education would continue for five or six years as Saul learned such things as dissecting

Scripture.

It was during this time that he developed a question-and-answer style of teaching known

in ancient times as "diatribe."

This method of articulation helped rabbis debate the finer points of Jewish law to either

defend or prosecute those who broke the law.

Saul went on to become a lawyer, and all signs pointed to his becoming a member of the Sanhedrin,

the Jewish Supreme Court of 71 men who ruled over Jewish life and religion.

Saul was zealous for his faith, and this faith did not allow for compromise.

It is this zeal that led Saul down the path of religious extremism.

In Acts 5:27–42, Peter delivered his defense of the gospel and of Jesus in front of the

Sanhedrin, which Saul would have heard.

Gamaliel was also present and delivered a message to calm the council and prevent them

from stoning Peter.

Saul might also have been present at the trial of Stephen.

He was present for his stoning and death; he held the garments of those who did the

stoning.

After Stephen's death, "a great persecution broke out against the church in Jerusalem"

(Acts 8:1).

Saul became determined to eradicate Christians, ruthless in his pursuit as he believed he

was acting in the name of God.

Arguably, there is no one more frightening or more vicious than a religious terrorist,

especially when he believes he is doing the will of the Lord by killing innocent people.

This is exactly what Saul of Tarsus was: a religious terrorist.

Acts 8:3 states, "He began ravaging the church, entering house after house, and dragging

off men and women, he would put them in prison."

The pivotal passage in Paul's story is Acts 9:1–22, which recounts Paul's meeting

with Jesus Christ on the road from Jerusalem to Damascus, a journey of about 150 miles.

Saul was angered by what he had seen and filled with murderous rage against the Christians.

Before departing on his journey, he had asked the high priest for letters to the synagogues

in Damascus, asking for permission to bring any Christians (followers of "the Way,"

as they were known) back to Jerusalem to imprison them.

On the road Saul was caught in a bright light from heaven that caused him to fall face down

on the ground.

He heard the words, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?"

He replied, "Who are you Lord?"

Jesus answered directly and clearly, "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting" (verses

4–5).

As an aside, this might not have been Saul's first encounter with Jesus, as some scholars

suggest that young Saul might have known of Jesus and that he might have actually witnessed

His death.

From that moment on, Saul's life was turned upside down.

The light of the Lord blinded him, and as he traveled on he had to rely on his companions.

As instructed by Jesus, Saul continued to Damascus to make contact with a man named

Ananias, who was hesitant at first to meet Saul because he knew Saul's reputation as

an evil man.

But the Lord told Ananias that Saul was a "chosen instrument" to carry His name

before the Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel and would suffer for doing so.

Ananias followed the Lord's instructions and found Saul, on whom he laid hands, and

told him of his vision of Jesus Christ.

Through prayer, Saul received the Holy Spirit, regained his sight, and was baptized.

Saul immediately went into the synagogues and proclaimed Jesus as the Son of God.

The people were amazed and skeptical, as Saul's reputation was well known.

The Jews thought he had come to take away the Christians, but he had in fact joined

them.

Saul's boldness increased as the Jews living in Damascus were confounded by Saul's arguments

proving that Jesus was the Christ.

Saul spent time in Arabia, Damascus, Jerusalem, Syria, and his native Cilicia, and Barnabas

enlisted his help to teach those in the church in Antioch.

Interestingly, the Christians driven out of Judea by the persecution that arose after

Stephen's death founded this multiracial church.

Saul took his first of three missionary journeys in the late AD 40s.

As he spent more time in Gentile areas, Saul began to go by his Roman name Paul.

Paul wrote many of the New Testament books.

Most theologians are in agreement that he wrote Romans, 1 and 2 Corinthians, Galatians,

Philippians, 1 and 2 Thessalonians, Philemon, Ephesians, Colossians, 1 and 2 Timothy, and

Titus.

These thirteen "letters" (or epistles) make up the "Pauline Authorship" and are

the primary source of his theology.

As previously noted, the book of Acts gives us a historical look at Paul's life and

times.

The apostle Paul spent his life proclaiming the risen Christ Jesus throughout the Roman

world, often at great personal peril.

It is assumed that Paul died a martyr's death in the mid-to-late AD 60s in Rome.

So, what can we learn from the life of the apostle Paul?

First, we learn that God can save anyone.

The remarkable story of Paul repeats itself every day as sinful, broken people all over

the world are transformed by God's saving grace in Jesus Christ.

Some of these people have done despicable things to other human beings, while some just

try to live a moral life thinking that God will smile upon them on the day of judgment.

When we read the story of Paul, we are amazed that God would allow into heaven a religious

extremist who murdered innocent women and children.

Today, we might see terrorists or other criminals as unworthy of redemption because their crimes

against humanity are just too great.

The story of Paul is a story that can be told today—he isn't worthy in our eyes of a

second chance, yet God granted him mercy.

The truth is that every person matters to God, from the "good, decent," average

person to the "wicked, evil," degenerate one.

Only God can save a soul from hell.

Second, we learn from the life of Paul that anyone can be a humble, powerful witness for

Jesus Christ.

Arguably, no other human figure in the Bible demonstrated more humility while sharing the

gospel of Jesus Christ as Paul.

Acts 20:19 tells us that he "served the Lord with all humility and with tears and

with trials that happened to [him] through the plots of the Jews."

In Acts 28:31, Paul shares the good news of Jesus Christ: "Boldly and without hindrance

he preached the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ."

Paul was not afraid to tell others what the Lord had done for him.

Paul spent all his days, from conversion to martyrdom, working tirelessly for the kingdom

of God.

Finally, we learn that anyone can surrender completely to God.

Paul was fully committed to God.

In Philippians 1:12–14, Paul wrote from prison, "I want you to know, brothers, that

what has happened to me has really served to advance the gospel, so that it has become

known throughout the whole imperial guard and to all the rest that my imprisonment is

for Christ.

And most of the brothers, having become confident in the Lord by my imprisonment, are much more

bold to speak the word without fear."

Despite his circumstances, Paul praised God and continually shared the good news.

Through his hardships and suffering, Paul knew the outcome of a life well lived for

Christ.

He had surrendered his life fully, trusting God for everything.

He wrote, "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain" (Philippians 1:21).

Can we make the same claim?

[English Subs] What Zhehan's friends say about him 张哲瀚被明星好友爆料 - Duration: 2:24.

Zhang Zhehan is what you will call a good-looking guy

Very fit and excellent in sports

Has a good body

When I first know him, he was practically exercising all day

He was always jumping about and keeping fit

He likes gaming and foot spa

These are his daily habits

He is kind and loves animals

I remembered he was hurdling with Liu Xiang in one of the shows

After Liu Xiang finished one round and was tired

Zhang Zhehan grabbed my sleeves and said he wanted to run again with him

Please let me run again with him

I almost gave in to his requests

But the director said Liu Xiang is very tired so it didn't happened

Zhehan was super disappointed

He said he dream of competing against the world's best sportsmen

He has this love and interest (for sports)

Zhehan has an 'annoying mouth'

He likes to 'bicker' with people

Even if he did a good deed, girls will still end up 'scolding' him

We get to know each other through a variety show

I organised a gathering and all the girls had arrived

I asked him what is he doing

He said he is putting on a face mask

Both me and Jiang Mengjie don't really use face masks

He said he has a face mask on

I was thinking he must have cared a lot about his looks

He really knows how to take good care of his skin

I remembered when we were filming Legend of Banshu

He injured himself while filming a fighting scene

But he was very determined

And he didn't tell the director or the other actors

He just take it in his stride

He continued working hard and was focused in filming the rest of scenes

He is also a very charming guy

Who do I say that?

When he shared with me his Tibet cycling trip

I was very impressed by him

He has perseverance and is a disciplined guy

It was a romantic and memorable vacation trip

And I heard he went on another cycling trip to Taiwan recently

He cycled across the entire island

Very amazing

In my heart he is a cool, inspiring and romantic guy

What it means - Duration: 3:18.

Throughout our lives we tend to face situations where we fulfill our Scout Oath.

Either helping at our home, supporting our relatives or helping those who can't do the things we can.

Being a Scout does not mean only wearing an uniform. It means to form a lifestyle

that starts in the moment you wake up in the morning.

It's not about saying "I'm a Scout". It means to be lived and felt.

As our founder used to say, we live to leave this world in better conditions than those we found it in.

Either making someone smile, or doing our best to build a better world.

What is the Best Bible? - Duration: 7:11.

I field a never ending stream of requests from folks to advise them of the "best" Bible

or one that is a direct word for word, literal translation.

And I'm here to tell you that such a thing would sound

so odd in English that it would be near to impossible

to make sense of it.

The grammatical structures of Hebrew, Greek and English are quite different from one another.

Many words in Greek and Hebrew don't have precise, one to one, English equivalents.

But even more, as concerns the New Testament, behind

those Greek words (this is so important)...

Behind those Greek words are the Hebrew thought

patterns of their Hebrew authors who were attempting to express themselves

about their Hebrew religion.

But because (as in Paul's case) the writers were usually sending their letters to Greek

speakers in the Diaspora, they couldn't use their Hebrew

language to express themselves. Why? The recipients wouldn't be able to read it.

As one who has been privileged to travel extensively internationally, I can tell you that even if

someone in another country is able to speak English well enough, many of the words and

terms we use in our Western vocabulary mean something

different to them.

And that is because the terms and words we use have a direct relationship

to our particular culture.

Merely speaking a foreign language in no way assumes any understanding

whatsoever of the societies in which that is their native language.

Just because I might be able to speak Spanish doesn't mean I

have any understanding of Mexican culture or the cultures of Puerto Rico, Spain or Argentina.

One of the best examples of this that I delight in retelling is that several years ago I purchased

a riding toy for one of my grandchildren.

It of course required assembly and was made (where else?) in China.

So the English assembly instructions were written by English speaking Chinese.

Everything was going along well until I read the following instruction:

"Insert bolt through the wheel hub, and tighten the nut until it is happy".

Happy?

How am I supposed to know when the nut is happy?

In English the term happy is reserved as an expression

of emotion.

But apparently in Chinese culture it carries a little different meaning

and can be extended to inanimate objects; it more

means to make something (or perhaps someone) right or functioning in harmony.

So the reason for the existence of the scores of different Bible versions, in English alone,

has to do

with what choices a particular Bible translator or board of Bible editors made about how to

define certain Greek and Hebrew words.

Since almost all translators are beholden to one

denomination or another, they will quite naturally use words

that best uphold their theological beliefs, and believe me,

Some bibles are even translated by athiests.

It may come as a surprise, but it's true.

The CJB is no different.

So why do I use it?

Because it reads so well when spoken out loud and

because it inserts some words and names in Hebrew to constantly remind us that the Bible

is a Hebrew document from Genesis to Revelation.

Although a helpful tool, the CJB is not the greatest study Bible.

The best solution for most students of God's Word is to use a variety of

Bibles, with the CJB as just one of them.

On paper, one of the better technical ranslations is the KJV.

But the problem with it is that it uses an antiquated dialect of English that

was spoken 500 years ago and so many of the English words used in the KJV had a very different

meaning then than it does for us who use modern English.

There is one translation that I encourage people to avoid: the NIV.

It is clearly an agenda driven Bible that will add or delete words and phrases

and portions of verses to assure that its particular humanistic worldview is put forward.

So, with that, what is the better and more accurate translation of Romans 1:17 than the CJB?

We find it in the English Standard Version (and it is spoken essentially this same way

in many other familiar English versions): ESV Romans 1:17 For in it the righteousness

of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is

written, "The righteous shall live by faith."

going to do a giveaway I would love to

get there by the end of the year so if

you do enjoy my videos then please share

my videos with your wargaming buddies

right there is one other thing which

I've noticed and that is I am coming up

to 2 million views now it doesn't seem

that long ago that I hit 1 million views

on the channel and I did a giveaway for

that celebration so I'm thinking I'm

going to do a giveaway for 2 million so

we've got two potential giveaways coming

up when I hit those and milestones so

keep watching keep sharing and keep

subscribing ok so first of all a channel

update but I want to start off talking

about Save by Slaanesh the last episode

that I put up or explain why I did the

army I got some amazing very supportive

comments on that video so thank you

everyone

that video did perform very well in

actual fact after that video went up

that evening I started painting my noise

marines more on that in the hobby update

but yeah just a massive thank you to all

of the support that I received I also

received a lot of private facebook

messages as well so just thank you

everyone who contacted me I do really

appreciate it and of course I am going

to continue with the series I have taken

on board a lot of your advice and

feedback regarding the series I'm going

to upload basically less but hopefully

with more content now when I'm painting

my noise Marines this is a very slow

process because I'm painting so many in

one go however yes there will be more

saved by slaanesh videos coming up now I've

also had some comments regarding my

elder and space wolves will I be

covering those on the channel well I have

to be honest the space wolves probably

isn't going to happen not yet anyway I

am working on some elder videos there just

taking their time I've got a lot of

things on the go but ultimately my main

focus is going to be painting those

Noise Marines I really want to get them

painted okay so regarding battle reports

I've got a fantastic battle report

coming up for you at least I think it's

good it's necrons versus thousand sons it

was an awesome game and I think it's

one of my best battle reports yet but let

me know what you think when it comes up

that will be coming up within about a

week now I do also want to make a

battle report of my crazy

necron list with all of the pylons and

my new tyranid list as well however I

am doing some tournament practice for

the confrontation 3 tournament that

I'm going to so that's taking priority

but I'm hoping to squeeze in those other

games now fingers crossed my other buddy

will be back playing more games soon I

am hoping he buys the ork codex when it

comes out because I would love to have

some orks on the channel and I love

playing against orks however his ork

army is only half painted so do you want

to see battle reports of me playing

against orks but an unpainted or half

painted army would you say yes record

the battle reports anyway or do you say

no don't bother let me know in the

comments below okay so the Hobby update

and as I said earlier my main focus is

the Noise Marines I'm painting 36 of

them at the moment in one go they are

coming along quite nicely but as you can imagine

that's quite slow progress i sat down

once for a painting session I did three

hours and all I did was paint the skull

on the guns bear in mind that most of

them are holding two guns it's a lot of

skulls so I was painting three hours and

that's all I did

that is batch painting for you though but

as I progress with the painting sessions

those models are starting to come to

life I was slightly delayed the other

day when I sat down for a painting

session and started painting and ten

minutes in my light broke just sort of

popped so I had to order another one from

ebay because I can't find the light that

I use in the shops very easily so I had

to wait for that to arrive so that did

delay me by about three or four days but

I've got the new light and I'm back to

painting so like I said update coming

soon

now I also need to paint my dark ops

Necron terrain those generators I'm

waiting for a nice day to go out and

prime them to start painting them but

to be honest I haven't been too worried

about that because my main focus has

been the Noise Marines now talking of

the Noise Marines originally I said I

wanted to get them painted by the end of

September because I was going to do my

get it painted challenge in October now

of course Games Workshop have dubbed

October Orkober it's going to be an ork

release month and I think there's going

to be a lot of people buying and

painting orks that month so I'm thinking

of delaying my Get it painting challenge

until November just to get that out of

the way I don't want to do this

challenge of painting a unit that you've

had for years and years rather than

painting new shiny orks so I'm going to

delay it which is very useful because

it's going to give me an extra month to

get the Noise Marines painted and I have to

be honest I think I'm going to need that

extra month so the get it painted

challenge will be November the 1st and

that will give you two months to

paint your unpainted unit ready for

January 1st which of course is my

Nick's New Year painting challenge so lots

of painting challenges coming up now of

course I've been doing the first strike

box

with necron girl necron girl has gone on

holiday for three weeks with her mum

during the summer holidays so our

painting those models has totally

stopped now when she gets back she's

going straight back to school so we're

not going to have too much time to do

painting but we will try to squeeze some

painting time in now necron girl is

doing the primaris space marines from the

first strike box set I of course am

doing the Nurgle (Deathguard) now Warhammer conquest

has come out and of course that features

both of our armies now I'm not going to

subscribe to that but I did go in to buy

necron girl issue one £1.99 it

was a bit of a bargain I went in for one

I came up with five just such good

value for money three pots of paint a

paint brush and three models for

£1.99 I couldn't resist

I use chaos black paint quite a lot

I've never used the gold I usually use a

Balthasar gold so I've got this new

gold to try out I'm told it's very good

so I'm really looking forward to that

and of course it means that necron

girl now has five brushes or to herself

and more models to expand the army so

I'm sure she's going to enjoy that when

she gets back from holiday so once we've

done some more work on our first strike

box set of course we will be making some

more videos so if you enjoyed this video

and you're looking forward to more then

please consider subscribing hit my icon

at the end of the video so you can keep

up to date with the wonders of Warhammer

40k beam me up

Jurgen Klopp reveals what he said to Alisson after his mistake in Leicester v Liverpool - Duration: 2:53.

Liverpool may have defeated Leicester City 2-1 on Saturday afternoon to preserve their 100% record, but it was a day to forget for Alisson Becker

The Brazilian goalkeeper had enjoyed a near perfect start to life at Anfield. He had been a key cog in a Liverpool side that had kept clean sheets in each of Liverpool's opening three games

It looked as if that would be the case again as Liverpool went into half-time against Leicester with a two goal advantage

But disaster struck for Alisson mid-way through the second half.Virgil van Dijk played a risky backless to Alisson, putting the former Roma goalkeeper under pressure

And in a desperate attempt to get out of a poor situation, Alisson attempted a Cruyff turn, only to be disposed by Kelechi Iheanacho

The Nigerian international then squared to Rachid Ghezzal, who tapped home to half the deficit

Liverpool would hold on to earn a dramatic three points, but Klopp will understandably have been unhappy with the manner of the goal

Klopp revealed what he told Alisson about his mistake after the game, and he actually had some positive words for the Brazilian

Klopp said: "I said to him it's the best game to do it in because we still won.We learn from it

" You can't really argue with him. It's best for Alisson to do that when Liverpool are 2-0 up, rather in a closer game against a bigger rival

Liverpool still won the game and, ultimately, that's the main thing for Klopp's side

Klopp also revealed the message he had for his side after Alisson's mistake."I told the boys we shouldn't use him in the wrong moments," he added

"He is not a solution for us, he is an option." And Klopp praised Alisson for his reaction to the mistake

"It was a mistake from Alisson, no goalkeeper should dribble in this situation," he said

"His reaction to it was good.We still used him in better situations after."The crowd wanted to make him nervous after, but he wasn't nervous

What Is Best Diet during Pregnancy | Dietetics & Consultant Dr. Srilatha (M.Sc) With Doctors Channel - Duration: 23:00.

hello viewers welcome to Doctor Channel

today dr. stellata is with us consultant

chief clinical nutritionist hello Doctor

hello it's pleasure to have you on

program same here yeah doctor could you

say something about pregnancy pregnancy

is something which is really valuable

for a family okay somebody new is going

to come to the house you know especially

the home aides are desperately waiting

for that but of late in India the

quality of pregnancy is really low you

know the type of nutrition what they

take is really bad okay that's very

alarming we see number of low birth

weight cases and a lot of maternal

weight gain in terms of fat okay these

things are to be arrested nutritionally

what you need to understand is the

mother should be fed optimally okay she

need to be given a very balanced diet

with all the required nutrients mostly

like macronutrients when you consider it

should be carbohydrates you know a good

quantity of carbohydrates additional

just 350 kilocalories of energy would be

needed in all of the pregnancy okay

likewise protein and the last trimester

around 23 grams and fat just additional

2 teaspoons of one it is not that loads

of butter and ghee or cheese what she

has to take ok when we go over on these

three macronutrients the lady tends to

put on more of bad weight okay

so we need to understand that additional

requirement as I said to is very little

we need to focus more on micro nutrients

like vitamins and minerals especially

when you talk in pregnancy folic acid is

really important okay and calcium and

all the B complex vitamins and vitamin C

okay these are to be focused we will

discuss in detail about this doctor what

are the nutritional needs to be taken in

during

pregnancy the pregnancy most important

nutrients as I said you all the

macronutrients carbohydrates proteins

and fats

when you choose carbohydrates basically

they should be two different varieties

of carbohydrates coming into the diet

okay usually when you see in South India

basically people are rice eaters and

these rise as loads of carbohydrate

which is refined to a very large extent

and it's a simple carbohydrate so what

we need to understand is we need to

change rotation of cereals which is

really important

like I doubt another cereal like wheat

jawar bara anything like that and one

mill over ice is okay and take adequate

amounts of leafy vegetable which is

really important so when we take rice

along with that usually people take a

small cup of vegetable that is it but

that's really bad so what it is going to

give you is more of carbohydrate and

very less of vitamins and fibers and

there is no protein so please understand

the importance of protein and try to

incorporate adult because ours is a

vegetarian based country mostly so try

to incorporate two big kotori's of dal

every day for a pregnant lady and one

whole egg if the body weight is normal

and if she is Anna make if she's having

normal weight also she can take every

day one whole boiled egg okay and a very

good serve of curds ensure that she

takes around 500 ml of milk and milk

products so especially in the lunch if

she takes curds she gets good type of

probiotics so hundred grams of green

leafy vegetables is must in the night so

this green leafy vegetable can be added

to the dal or it can be ground into a

chutney or it can be added to any rice

which is fried so ensure that she gets a

balanced diet in the form of

carbohydrates good amounts of protein

and little amount of fat additional only

2 teaspoons we need to understand that

she need doesn't need a loads of ghee or

butter all she needed 2 teaspoons one D

is for is 5 ml so she will require

additional 2 teaspoons of oil which is

very less so

not ordering on the fat ok likewise is

important is fruits also so try not to

give foods along with the lunch so give

them fruit as a snack at 11 a.m. or 4

p.m. or 6 p.m. so that we will not load

her lunch so the most important in the

lunch and dinner is a rotation of cereal

like one meal should be chapati without

oil especially for underweight ladies it

can be with oil so this size 3 full cast

should be ok for an average Indian lady

so to be kotori's of vegetable curry to

be kotori's of dal and 1 Katori of curd

and good amounts of salads this should

be the lunch

she doesn't need every day of fried rice

or a biryani or pulao we need to

understand this particularly in India

when we talk about pregnancy it is all

that samosas pakoras kotori's and very

honest and Bhagirath this should be

stopped that is the result where the

maternal weight gain is more in terms of

fat and the fetus will not require you

know meet the required nutrition and the

fetus stunted growth is seen so if the

mother is adequately nourished in terms

of macronutrients and micronutrients the

pregnancy outcome is a really good

doctor should pregnant lady avoid

carbohydrate-rich foods to avoid gas

station or diabetes and not to gain

weight gestational diabetes and normal

pregnancy is different normal pregnancy

your pancreas is able to produce enough

insulin what you require in gestational

diabetes that is not happening so

exogenous drugs or insulin may be

required for those people we don't need

to avoid carbohydrate all you need to do

is your need to monitor the type of

carbohydrate what you are taking in

terms of it you need to take a complex

carbohydrate as I said you earlier the

carbohydrate like a rice which is simple

without any fiber to be discouraged you

know can be replaced by a brown rice or

wheat or a foxtail millet or a beta

something like that which has a very low

glycemic index

will not allow the sugars to race after

the lunch so one thing is that change of

cereals rich in complex carbohydrate

more of vegetables more of salads

we'll keep the sugars under track it

doesn't mean that we need to cut down

the cups unless the lady is really obese

or morbid obesity to cut down the

carbohydrates doctor doctor should

pregnant women a wide a packaged salad

package we need to understand that we

are in a very modern world okay always

understand the importance of nutrition

that our food should be always

traditional and natural we need to

understand that processed foods are not

really good okay once in a while when

there is no feasibility of taking our

natural homemade food as a source of

cutting an infection once in a while

processed food should be opted but it

should not become on a regular basis to

keep the food you know fresh bacteria

free it needs to undergo some changes in

terms of processing that will be

fortified with certain chemicals colors

additives emulsifiers these all are not

a right choice and a pregnancy so always

adopt fresh homemade foods as much as

possible doctor which fruits should be

avoided during pregnancy I don't think

we need to avoid any foods and fruits

especially in pregnancy

as fruits have loads of vitamins

minerals fiber and very good source of

moisture especially these are vital

nutrients in pregnancy so please ensure

that adequate amounts of fruits are

given every day at least 300 grams of

fruit - 500 grams of fruits should be

given for a pregnant lady every day in

spite of having gestational diabetes

also pregnant women can take fruits you

know fresh locally available seasonal

fruits should be opted rather than

imported fruits which have hardly any

nutrition especially we see in the

supermarket's people run behind

the foreign foods you know which are

grown elsewhere and are important the

fruits are raised elsewhere they are

stored and imported and again you know

they are transported and again stored in

the cold storage and brought to the

supermarket's and then we buy and it's

there in a refrigerator for a day or two

so understand the quality of nutrients

what that particular fruit has so when

you choose a locally available fruit

this will not happen let's say what is

grown in and around your local place

will have loads of vitamin C and all the

nutrients so fruits are taken for their

vitamins and minerals so there is no fun

in taking after all these are exhausted

so choose fresh locally available

seasonal fruits for pregnant ladies

rather than fruit juices when you take

fruit juice there's lots of sugars which

are directly getting into your blood and

the sugar content can go high in your

blood or this sugar can be deposited on

the lure as fatty liver and it helps in

weight gaining also it is always ideal

to eat fresh whole fruits as such by

biting and eating or if not feasible can

cut and eat them

doctor what food should be eaten in

during pregnancy food should be a

balanced as I said you it should be in

terms of macronutrients as well as

micronutrients there is no particular

food that should be avoided which is

homemade as I said you which are really

deep-fried should be avoided or

occasionally taken and the foods which

are prepared especially with my de to be

a whiter the bakery products the

processed foods like your chips which

have high salt content which can lead to

preeclampsia and eclampsia

it's a hypertension in pregnancy so

these sort of high salted foods should

be monitored a small stuff occasionally

can be taken but not frequently and more

so your my de preparations which can

lead to constipation in the ladies and

also add

weight gain which is really unwanted so

the bakery products the puffs pizzas

whatever it is because they have lots of

chemicals as I said you and there are

also source of infection so these are

the things which our process should be

avoided and especially homemade foods

freshly prepared all the three means

should be taken especially focusing more

on milk and milk products vegetables and

fruits a balanced diet should be taken

by a pregnant lady yeah doctor can they

eat seafood

yes c4 is a very good food for a

pregnant lady if they are non

vegetarians they have such nutrients and

minerals where in the flesh of another

animals like your goat sheep and chicken

will not have these he foods have loads

of iodine which are really nutritious in

pregnancy iodine is an important mineral

you know that's a good thing for a

pregnant lady if there is iodine

deficiency the child can have mental

disorders like christianism so we should

consider adding a serve of seafoods like

it could be a fish prawns shrimps

lobsters but ensure that fresh fishes

are given at least 2 to 3 times around

300 grams per day and prawns shrimps

lobsters at least monthly once or twice

through the pregnancy doctor I heard

unpasteurized juice are to be avoided

during pregnancy is it true juices to be

avoided whether it is pasteurized or

unpasteurized especially because the

sugars correctly absorbed into the body

there's every chance that a mother can

have high blood sugars and every chance

that she will gain additional weight

gain and it also leads to constipation

so it is always ideal whether the juice

is pasteurized or unpasteurized to be

avoided in critical conditions like if

the lady has hyperemesis gravidarum

alleppey sorts of vomitings unable to

tolerate solids so as a matter of

nutrition of concern she can be given a

very good you know handled pasteurized

juices but not

asshole and soul of nutrition it should

be a part and parcel like one or two

glasses in a day in terms of you know

milkshakes milk and a little amount of

fruit so that she gets good amounts of

protein and calcium along with the fruit

and some amount of tender coconut water

doll suits like this it can be an

adjective but it cannot be whole and so

doctor is it true

deli meat is not good in during

pregnancy it is like you you need to

understand it is always ideal to have

your life partner with you

there's lots of support and confidence

the lady gains you know the happiness

will help that she releases the hormones

which are really important for the

pregnancy so it is always ideal to have

her own partner with her doctor what to

eat to boost the iron level iron is a

very important nutrient for pregnancy

usually the recommendation for iron in a

pregnant women is 35 milligrams which is

really very very high so to meet that

particular iron content in our diet it

is really difficult so understand that

with the help of this iron the baby

RBC's are increased the mothers RBC's

are increased so the pregnancy outcome

the weight of the baby also increases

with the good amounts of iron which is

present in the mother so with the iron

deficiency especially with the folic

acid deficiency there are multiple you

know abnormalities in that child like

congenital defects also land up so to

meet the requirement of iron in the

pregnancy the mother needs to take

adequate amounts of green leafy

vegetables especially dark green leafy

vegetables most of the people greens

means it is only spinach it is not so it

can be Google it can be amaranth it can

be spring onions it can be mint leaves

especially spring onions which is really

dark in color has good amounts of iron

as well as mint leaves usually we use it

for chutneys we use it for toppings we

use it for teas that has 15 milligrams

of iron so by incorporating some green

chutneys by adding this green leaves to

Thal and also adding them to salads we

can boost up the iron content

in the form of green leafy vegetable

also fruits like a watermelon and

custard apple and papaya also has good

amounts of I'm so eating lot of

watermelon like let's say this is 100

grams of watermelon it has 8 milligrams

of I'm so taking adequate we can take

around five hundred milligrams also so

that boost iron content in your diet

also some cereal grains and millets have

good amounts of iron especially like

rice flakes it has loads of iron so that

should be given as a snack in pregnancy

Bhadra Java when compared to rice and

wheat has superior quality of iron can

also be incorporated as rotis and snacks

like sprouts which have bioavailable

form of iron should be given and boiled

grams like chana rajma can be also

incorporated so cereals pulses green

leafy vegetables fruits have good

amounts of iron when speaking about the

non vegetarians they have loads of heme

iron which is rarely 100% bioavailable

so adding one egg in a diet will give

two milligrams of iron which is readily

absorbable it to the body

likewise fish is a very good source of

iron can be given thrice in a week and

chicken and red meat also but the

quantity should be monitored and it

whitley so a small subset 75 grams of

meat should be suffice weekly otherwise

150 grams of chicken can be given as a

very good source of I'm doctor how much

coffee can they take during pregnancy

yeah

coffee is a very good stimulant it's a

refreshing agent it stimulates the mood

but we need to understand that caffeine

is not really advisable in pregnancy so

one cup or two cups should not be overdo

if you take more of caffeine there are

some neurological defects happening in

the fetus so it is always ideal to avoid

loads of coffees understand and take not

more than 2 cups per day and

bridges which are Cola beverages

caffeinated beverages should be strictly

avoided in pregnancy doctor what amount

of folic acid should be taking folic

acid is a very important nutrient in

pregnancy so an ideally a pregnant lady

should take five hundred micrograms of

folic acid as soon as the pregnant lady

plants for a pregnancy that is

preconception they should start but

awfully that is not happening in most of

the population that should be educated

when the couple is married so ensure

taking adequate amounts of folic acid so

that as levels are maintained and in the

pregnancy it is really important as I

said you it can cause the deficiency can

cause congenital malformation

you know spina bifida is a neurological

defect which happens with folic acid

deficiency and folic acid is needed for

the maturation of red blood cells so the

volume of blood improves and if the

volume of blood is good the pregnancy

outcome that means the fetus weight gain

is good so if the lady has folic acid

deficiency which leads to anemia the

baby can be a low birth weight not two

point five and that can lead to many

abnormalities now the quality of the

fetus is very low so folic acid is an

ideal important nutrient which should be

taken care of doctor know there's add I

play a role in congenital disorders yes

it really plays a lot of role so we need

to understand I said you there are lot

of micronutrients which are taken care

of so when we take care of certain

micronutrients like all your iodine your

folic acid your sino cobalamin your

vitamin c if these nutrients are well

maintained and the pregnancy outcome is

really good if there is malnutrition in

the mother prior to the pregnancy that

means at early stage the lady is married

so the body is not mature to that extent

the muscles and bones are really weak so

the fetus quality is very bad and the

nutrition what she is supposed to be

taken is not met so that loads upon the

unmeasured body

the inadequate nutrition and the family

support all these things leads to a very

bad quality of pregnancy and more so are

leading to the fetal anomalies and also

the genetics plays an important role

which is unavoidable so nutrition is a

really a key role in the outcome of

pregnancy so we can minimize the

anomalies by giving a balanced diet to a

pregnant lady doctor how much weight

should be put in pregnant pregnancy

ideally it is ten cages of gestational

weight gain is adequate for a sedentary

lady if the mother before pregnancy is

obese if the lady is obese

she needs to gain around six to eight

cases and not more than that if the

weight gain is more it is the mother's

body fat what she is gaining at that

point she will not put on muscles and

bone mass which cannot happen so all she

is gaining is only the maternal fat mass

so for a already obese patient as model

adobe's or obese

should gain only six to eight cages that

is ideal doctor what is the weight gain

for a pregnancy women ideally in

pregnancy ten cages of bait cane is

required if the lady is underweight she

can gain more than that around 12 to 14

cages also if the lady is obese she

should gain around six to eight cages

not more than that if the way lady is

having a normal body weight she can gain

around ten cages if the mother gains

more weight than they required it is

only the fat mass what she's gaining and

not the muscle and the bone mass so we

need to understand that if you are

giving an adequate nutrition all she

will require for the baby and for her to

maintain her good calcium levels in the

body for the outcome of the pregnancy to

have proper teeth and skeletal mass for

the fetus with the ones of calcium that

is a weight gain issue and good amounts

of iron and folic acid for the fetus and

the mother as well to improve the

outcome and

pregnancy wait came so adequate

nutrition as required 350 additional

calories and 23 grams of protein and

just two additional teaspoons of oil

will all be needed by a pregnant lady to

gain adequate weight

VEGAN What I Eat for Healthy WEIGHT LOSS | Collab W/ The Peaceful Plate | 40 lbs weightloss - Duration: 5:52.

Hi guys

So today I will be sharing with you what I used to eat in a day as an even when I was losing weight

But before we get into the video, I wanted to give a huge shout out to my friend is GIZEM from THE PEACEFUL PLATE

She is one of the loveliest people I have ever met and on her channel

She makes videos on veganism self lifestyle and also delicious food

We are both filming a what I eat in a date from weight loss and I have linked to her wonderful

Video as well as her Instagram in the description below and a book as well

Make sure to go and check her out subscribe and show her some love because she is incredibly talented and the friendliest youtuber I know

And now let's get into the video

So for breakfast

I have some oatmeal with chia seeds a little bit of cinnamon and

some blueberries as well as a

teaspoon of peanut butter

I

mixed it all with some almond milk and then serve it with some coconut flakes on top and a

Handful cashews on the side as well as a tangerine and green tea as I nearly have every morning. I

Also wanted to mention that this was just half of my breakfast

I usually double this portion because as you can see I was using a really small cup to display it and

So I ended up having a second

For lunch, I just had a big bowl of eel

Carrots half an avocado and some baked potatoes

One sweet potato and one regular potato, I guess

I

Also added some blueberries and then topped off the potatoes with some coconut oil

I also added around 1 to 2 teaspoons of chia seeds on top simply because I

Really really love chia seeds as you can probably tell

Now for dinner I had a bowl of couscous with vegetables

I made the Crispus by adding some tomato sauce on top and also some spices like

pepper and turmeric and a little bit of salt and also

1/2 spoon of olive oil and then I just poured the

boiling water over everything and let it sit for about

5 to 10 minutes as the instruction mentioned on the package I had

As far as vegetables go

I used some frozen edamame some frozen yellow beans, I guess and some frozen eggplant

The a plan was already grilled and seasoned using a little bit of oil and some salt

I

Basically cooked all of them just by putting them in the microwave for a few minutes and that was it. I just

served them with the cush cush and

Added in a little bit of salt and olive oil on top of the veggies
