So the doors are gonna be painted that white as well

And then this is gonna be of course painted that bright white

Totally pops as well as these cabinets over here. All these are gonna be

Redone as well. So it just brightens it up a little bit blue grain makes it look a little dated

we're gonna give the floors we've finished and

think new lights

We're also gonna change the carpet

Change the carpet replace that cuz obviously obviously dated

Trimming the railings. This is also going to be turning a bright white

So you'll see the transformations and they look a lot a lot nicer a lot more contemporary

I mean, this is good for you know, getting families couples, you know, whatever

This stuff here is great how great they moved out. There's a shelf in there

They got moved out, which is great and the owners have lived here for 20 years the owners

I lived here for 20 years

And so there's this desk that's been there for probably 15 years at least and it was dug right into the wall

and to the drywall a hole cut out into the into the drywall and

So the painters that have patched that up super easy to do and they patched that up and now we're gonna start paying this

We're supposed to have the handyman come in and take a look at replacing some lights. We had the painting done as well

we opted not to change much of the fixtures except for some of the

Ceiling lights, which is great

Of course the most biggest impact I think is this kitchen but now with the white cabinets you can tell a difference

The bright for the what the cabinet's being painted white just a lot a lot more brighter

Let's go out work light reflects it off the cabinets

Just yeah, it's just a lot better and you know

We opted not to really do much something on the countertops who knows dated

We know it's old more than likely the Bison come in. Look at this kitchen like the open space and

you know replace the countertops replace the appliances or maybe even

Gut the whole thing, so we didn't wanna spend too much money there, but we really want to be able to just at least

Present well to the prospective buyers

Same thing here with the touching up the

Handrail nails also white and it's brand new carpet, which is great

really really light and bright

we'll have the cleaners come in and you're gonna remove the screens and

Clean the windows do all that good stuff
