This is known as atrophy or muscle degeneration and people experience it mostly between 30

and 40 years especially if they aren't physically active.

Then 5 % of the muscle mass is lost.

Today we are going to show you some exercise that will help you to keep your muscle mass.

After some studies were made it was concluded that in order to keep the muscle mass, you

need to do more intense exercises.

Here are ten exercises that last for 20 seconds after each need to make a 10-second break

and each should be repeated for three times.

3, 2, 1 Lunges Up and out jacks

Static squats Butt kickers

Curtsy jump lunge Split jumps

Flutter kick squats Evan burpees

X-burpees Four high knees and two jump jacks

IMPORTANT TIPS

Warm up your whole body before you start At the beginning exercise slow.

20 seconds exercising and then 40-60 second resting or you can injure yourself

Set a time in order to focus on the exercise Exercise 3-4 times per week.

Bloating is a very common problem.

WHAT IS BLOATING?

Bloating is characterized by a swelling in the abdomen, causing a feeling of discomfort.

It occurs due to an excessive amount of gas in the digestive tract (flatulence).

Taking some medications or intolerance to certain foods (which disrupt the intestinal

flora) can be the cause of bloating.

There is a substance called trisaccharide found in asparagus, cabbage, broccoli, Brussels

sprouts, beans, etc.

If it is not digested by the stomach or the small intestine and then when it reaches the

You should eat these categories of vegetables in moderate proportions in order to avoid

bloating and gas.

Pears and apples

Some people with sensitive stomach poorly tolerate the consumption of apples and pears.

These fruits are rich in soluble fiber, which can cause bloating.

But that does not mean you have to eliminate them completely from your usual diet.

Oligosaccharide

It is a form of digestible sugar found in dry beans.

This is why you must soak them beforehand in water before cooking to remove some of

this sugar, responsible for gas and bloating.

Chewing gums

Bloating can also occur when you swallow too much air, especially if you chew a lot of

gums.

They contain artificial sweeteners and chemical components that are often the cause of gastrointestinal

Dairy products such as yogurts, milk or cheese are less well tolerated by the body, thus

the importance of reducing this type of food (prefer goat milk which is better assimilated

There are also other alternatives like almond or coconut milk that promote digestion and

are better tolerated.

Soft drinks and beer

Soft drinks and beer cause gas and bloating when consumed in excess (be sure to reduce,

or better, remove such drinks from your diet).

Consumption of too salty foods also promotes bloating.

In general, the main causes of bloating, constipation and gas are: poor diet (high in fat), stress

and the presence of bad bacteria in the intestine.

Chamomile

Chamomile tea has anti-inflammatory, carminative and relaxing properties that have a soothing

effect on the mucous membranes of the digestive system.

Moreover, chamomile is known to reduce the level of stress thanks to its relaxing virtues.

Peppermint tea

Peppermint tea is particularly effective in treating symptoms related to irritable bowel

syndrome as it soothes the muscles of the gastrointestinal tract.
