As I can see here this blue thing is the 3 phase motor. These are the 3 phases. Line 1, Line 2, Line 3
. This is the control circuit the stop button
here. The start button here
This is the magnetic coil which controls the holding/latching contact here it also control the main
contacts here
Yeah, this is the Magnetic overload
This is the thermal overload in my upcoming videos. I'm going to explain each of these components in more
Details, but what I'm doing right now is just basically explaining how this circuit is really
Operated yeah
so
The start button you know the start button is a push button spring release so when it is pressed the circuit here closes
Which causes the current to flow from here to here and here
to here so the coil will energize. when the coil is energized 2 things happen
The holding/latching contact will close which creates an alternative part for the current of flow
when the start button is released and
the main contacts are closed causing
current to flow straight to the 3 phase motor
Yeah, when stop button is pressed
basically the circuit open the coil de-energize
The contacts which are normally open remain in the normal position again on the motor stop
yeah
The magnetic overload now, if there is an overload
fault the magnetic overload will sense that and
Open a circuit here causing a motor to stop the thermal overload now. You know if there is an overcurrent problem and
It senses the heat in the wire. You know it will trip
causing these to open and the motor will also
Short off so basically that's it in my upcoming videos. I will go more in depth in Motor control
