Please tell me about forever, just one more time
When you say that you love me
I just need those words
That you'll never change, just one more time
You're everything in this world to me
Hold me tight, so strongly it hurts
We shared something
And you can't make it nothing
I hope you won't forget
You're my,

Even if you don't know
You got the best of me.
You got the best of me.
So please just don't leave me.
You got the best of me.

But Tia came along

5 Best Back Pain Relief Treatments - Duration: 7:05.Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm gonna show you my five favorite ways
to relieve a backache. so let's get started.
So these are going to be just for a general backache, no specific diagnosis,
if you maybe just overworked yourself in the yard a little bit, or overworked
yourself in gym a little bit, but not a specific injury. this is just if you got
some aches and pains. so the first way to help relieve the backache is just going
to be a chair stretch. with a chair stretch all you're gonna do is just lean
forward and curl your body down. now if you've seen some of my stretches for
hamstrings and things like that, I tell you to keep your back straight. with this
back stretch, you do want to curl your back, so just let your arms kind of hang
down and just slide down towards the floor. so just go as far as you
comfortably can, and just hold that stretch for about 30
seconds. so if you can only come to about right here, that's fine don't feel like
you have to force yourself all the way down, but as you relax, your body should
just slowly keep going towards the floor. so again hold that stretch for 30
seconds come back up. let that back relax a little bit and then do that three
times. so again just rolling down getting that nice stretch and the nice curl
rolling it back up. so after you've done that, we're going to do a thoracic
rotation stretch. so this is going to get a little more of the upper back. take
your hands and just kind of place them behind your head. if you want to lock
your fingers together, you can and then you're just gonna rotate down like
you're taking your elbow towards the opposite knee. so just kind of rotate
down this way. just a little pause maybe three to five
seconds, this doesn't have to be a 30 second hold because it's a pretty big
stretch, and then alternate back down the other way. so just a nice hold there
getting a good stretch coming back up. so I'd probably do about five on each side,
again don't feel like you have to touch your elbow to your knee or even get as
close as I'm getting, you just go as far as you comfortably can until you
feel a nice stretch through that upper mid-back area. then after you get those
stretches in the third way to help relieve a backache is using some kind of
relief gel, and this is Dr. Pats ultra freeze gel, and the folks at vive health
sent me this. these kind of things are awesome the gel has a nice cooling
effect and the main ingredient is menthol so it's got a nice nice scent to
it, and it's nice and cool. it really gives you that relaxing kind of feeling
and you can see here that gel just rubs right in and a lot of times when you
first put it on if you just kind of put it on your back and and rub it in it's
nice and cool, it just feels like some gel on there, but it usually takes a
little while to really kick in. what I like about this particular brand the
Pat's, is that it doesn't go so quick where it's shocking, so once I put it on
its it's a nice slow cooling effect you don't really feel the full effects
sometimes for about five or ten minutes which is fine because sometimes you put
on some of those creams that you just get from the grocery store, and as soon
as you put on it's, you know, hot and fiery and sometimes itchy and
uncomfortable, but this is a nice cool soothing feeling and it feels really
good, and once you put it on it just lasts for a while and it's really nice
to help relax those muscles, so if you've got some ache in there
it's an arthritis type thing, or a strain or sprain somewhere, it doesn't
have to be just for the back it can be anywhere it can be the neck is a great
place, it could come be on your quads, it can be down into your shins, your calves,
even if your your hands if you have some arthritis, so this is a really good thing
to use, and I like it a lot. so if you're interested in purchasing, it make sure
you click on the link up here. so number four is going to be a prayer stretch, or
some people call it a Child's Pose. this is one of my favorites because you
can really just relax, let your back get stretched out. it stretches your
shoulders as well so just start off in this position.
if you have painful knees you might not want to start sitting back like this, but
you can start forward and then come back, but just you're gonna put your arms
straight out and just relax as much as you can. so just a nice stretch forward
and then bring your forehead down to the floor. so this is another one where you
just want to stretch for about 30 seconds a nice hold. if you've got a
little bit of ache on the sides, you can go over to the sides a little bit just
to get the stretch on the sides as well, and then you can come back up and then
go this way, but if you just want a nice stretch all the way through the mid
lower back, you just go straight down and again hold that for 30 seconds and then
do that three times. so again if you're not very comfortable
with your knees back this way, you can start up kind of in an all four position
and put your arms out and then come back this way. so sometimes that's a little
more comfortable if you don't have a lot of flexibility in your knee joint, so you
can do it that way as well. and so number five the last stretch is
going to be my absolute favorite just because it's named after animals, and so
it's the cat dog. some people call it the cat cow, cat camel, cat always seems to be
in it, the dog should always be in it, but anyway so what you're gonna do is get on
all fours or in quadruped. so just make sure that your shoulders are pretty
directly above your hands. if you're too far out or too far back it's just going
to put a lot of stress on your shoulders, and so you don't want to fix your back
and then make your shoulders hurt, so make sure you're in a nice comfortable
position, and you're going to start off with the cat so you're going to arch
your back up and tuck your chin in. so you're just gonna go this way
and so for this instead of a 30-second hold since sometimes it's a little hard
for people, I say just hold it for about five to ten seconds and then drop down
into the dog where your hips are going to go down and then your heads coming up.
so really you're doing a lot of hip motion here just to loosen up that lower
back and that upper back, so then going up
and then rolling back down. so those are my five favorite ways to help relieve a
backache, and woo Dr. Pat's really makes my back nice and cool now, it feels
really good. so if you're interested in purchasing that, make sure you click on
the link up here, and don't forget to subscribe by clicking down here. and
remember, be safe (feel nice and cool), have fun, and I hope you feel better soon.

it's gonna be so good it's bad
you'd do anything you never want to do anything half-ass especially when it
comes to your training get in the intense execute on it and then get out
for a lot of guys out there and I was certainly one of those guys in my 20s I
thought I had all the answers didn't know shit by the way in my 30s I'm still
trying to find myself and a lot of guys are out there hopefully when you hit the
40's you're hitting a nice stride I'm gonna do it they need to do this job
right I need to stay focused on it I need to get the best offer that possibly
can we live down here in South Florida hurricane season
but it's time to go to the gym we got to get to the gym and there ain't no
stopping us like I'm gonna be the baddest motherfucker walking all right
empty gym the way we'd like it it's Sunday just finished my warmup this pain
ought to be fun I worked out twice before everyone wakes
up all right workout number two I'm out working all my competition all right
Saturday afternoon empty gym the way we like it
it's leg day which means it's gonna be sweaty painful and fun a
close-mindedness that amounts to an imprisonment so total that the person
who doesn't even know he's locked up
the most powerful tool that you have right now in your life in your body is
your mind
give me a new perspective give me a new way and I'm looking at my situation give
me a new way and looking at my circumstances get my mind ready for this
year
you can't please everybody but they're people who have the fear of rocking the
boat oh yes it's gonna be some struggles it's gonna be some challenges it's gonna
be some tests but even the struggles are an opportunity for me to show off the
victory if my mind can handle the change
the life is too short for that too short and unpredictable moseying through not
trying to disturb anything not trying to shake anything up not trying to make any
waves unless yoga I'm never going to be I can't get any younger I can't roll the
clock back
you are wasting time you Pasco and step open to the future
when you set goals when you have an intention on something that you want to
change about your life your brain helps you what it does is it opens up a
checklist and then your brain goes to work trying to remind you it was cold it
was winter in Boston and for the first time in three months I had beaten my
habit of hitting the snooze button
and it's really important to develop the skill before you are boxed and buried
decide that you're gonna box and bury your fears decide that you're going to
begin to live life on a new level seeking out new horizons that you're
gonna find more love and more joy and more ways to give I wanted to change my
life and I think most people that are miserable or that are that are really
like dying to be great and dying to have work we want to change we want to live a
better life we want to create more for our families we want to be happy the the
designer is there again it's about how do you go from knowledge to action
so the first thing in the story that's important is realizing that the answer
was in me and my mind was telling me pay attention
so when you begin to say what is it that I want to leave what contribution that I
want to begin to make what difference do I want to make in life what is it that I
want to do with the rest of the life that I have left what what chances I
need to take what risks do I need to begin to embrace what fears do I need to
step on what areas of my life of my dad right now what dream you can even live
your dreams or live your fears you have got to get to a point where you say I'm
sick and tired of living like this has got to be more let's see that's when
people go out and strike out on their dreams how you going to make it I don't
know but I will I'm gonna keep on kicking I'm gonna cut them off is
I'm never going to give up the beats a game this is RHIB this is real life
champ work on you get what you gotta keep you don't work hard you get naughty
you get nothing you gotta work head
you will on get what you gotta get you don't work hard
nothing you don't get enough not zero nothing zero nuts
keep whoops work on Luger what you gotta get
come on why I'm going to fight I'm going to work I'm going to press forward I'm
going to learn I'm going to do everything in my power every single day
I'm going to do everything in my power to become a Victor and not a victim of
let's go champ let's go champ pain is temporary it may
last for a minute or an hour or a day or even a year but eventually it will
subside and something else will take its place if I quit however it will last
forever you want to get better you want to self-improve stop looking for a
shortcut and go find your alarm clock and find your discipline and fling it
your guts and your passion and your drive and find it you will and then
and then you will find your freedom
if you're afraid of heights work on some rock climbing climbing if you're afraid
of the water the time to swim it's time to surf it's time to get out there if
you're afraid of pull-ups if if you're prey to pulp do polls if you're in
squats do squats if you're afraid of public speaking go speak in public if
you're afraid to start a business start a business
and eventually you will overcome that fear but the hard part is
take that first step you've got to take that first step
got to take that first step against the fear against the fear of the thing
if you die today what dreams what ideas what books what
leadership what voice what story will die with you
of the dreams the ideas the abilities the talents given to you by life but you
for whatever reason you never pursued those dreams you never use those talents
you never use those gifts you never use those abilities and there they are
standing around your bed looking at you but large angry eyes saying we came to
you only you could have given us life and now we must die with you forever and
the question is if you died today what dreams what ideas what books what
leadership what voice what story will die with you I said empty your mind
deforms shapeless like water now you put water into a cup it becomes the cup you
put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle you're putting the teapot it
becomes the teapot now water can flow or it can crash be water my friend
let's suppose that you were able every night to dream any dream you wanted to
dream and that you could for example have the power within one night to dream
seventy five years of time or any length of time you wanted to have and you would
naturally as you began on this adventure of Dreams you would fulfill all your
wishes you would have every kind of pleasure you can see and after several
nights of seventy five years of total pleasure each you would say where how I
was pretty good
let's have a dream which isn't under control
well something is going to happen to me that I don't know what its gonna be and
you would dig that and come out of that and say wow that was a close shave
wasn't it then you would get more and more adventurous and you would make
further and further out Gamble's as to what you would dream
and finally you would dream where you are now you would dream the dream of
living the life that you are actually living today that would be within the
infinite multiplicity of choices you would have we're here on chance and
we're
the nature of love is self-abandonment not clinging to oneself throwing
yourself out that keeps things moving that's the
nature of life so in this idea then everybody is
fundamentally the ultimate reality not God in a politically kingly sense but
God in the sense of being the self the deep down basic whatever there is and
you're all that only you're pretending you know
you would dream the dream of living the life that you are actually living today
people want to know how to stop the laziness they will know how to stop the
procrastination and you know they have some idea in their head you know some
kind of a vision what they want to do but they don't know where to start in
order to start it you know they don't know where to start and say they say hey
where do I start and and when's the best time to start
and I have a very simple as your friend here and now that's it you want to
improve you want to get better you want to get on a workout program or a clean
diet you want to start a business you want to write a book or make a movie or
build a house or a computer or put together some mobile application where
do you start
you start reading it and when do you start you start right now I had beaten
my habit of hitting the snooze button I couldn't believe it and I thought wait
a minute counting backward citizen dumbest thing I've ever heard in my
entire life well the next morning I used to get in
at work the next morning I used it again and a fourth the next morning I used it
again and it worked and then I started to notice something really interesting
there were moments all day long all day long just like that five-second moment
in bed where I knew knowledge what I should do and if I didn't move within 5
seconds my brain would step in and talk me out
of it every human being has a five-second window might even be shorter
for you you have about a five-second window in which you can move from idea
to action before your brain kicks into full gear and sabotages any change in
behavior because remember your brain is wired to stop you from doing things that
are uncomfortable or uncertain or scary it's your job to learn how to move from
those ideas that could change everything into acting on look for the job that you
would take if you didn't need a job
don't sleepwalk through life and don't don't say it's all gonna be great you
know I'll do this and I'll do that and you know I'm just marking time does it
to be over
you really want to be doing what you love doing and you can't necessarily
find it on your first job given all the opportunities that are there in in the
world to try and figure out the thing that actually makes you want to get up
in the morning the thing that you actually love I feel this thing that
should exist and you take that leap of faith that it may work I would still go
home from whatever that day job is and I would try to do it because I love it not
because I really want to make a certain amount of money figure out the thing
that makes you tick find that thing that young people feel like if they don't
know what they're born to do that there's somehow broken and I think that
it needs to be looked at differently which is that it means if you don't know
that thing it means that every door is there's the possibility and if you can
find that thing and deal with the pressure of maybe not making the amount
of money that you would like to yet we're not getting to the company you'd
like to get or not having success with your startup yet these are all things
that I think you can swallow if the thing you're doing speaks to you it's
that constant pursuit of the unobtainable which is kind of magic
really to approach something with a kind of
excitement that is shared in this weird way where you just know it makes you
happy it'll say I'm working on this thing but I don't know if Ian's gonna
like it feel sort of like this boring thing that I love you know and it's
amazing how often that boring thing that you love becomes a sensation I think the
key is to do that I would say don't stress yourself out your voice is as
important as anyone elses
so it's a lot easier to actually write a screenplay than you think it is might
not be good but most people talk about writing screenplays but don't actually
write them the people who write them you're already like in you know the top
10% because you actually have written it I have the same work like someone's
trying to take it all away from you you actually work like no one's spending 24
hours working 24 hours to take it all away from you when sometimes people
don't have the determination the will and the steadfastness the tenacity
they are they giving them the slightest struggle
really viewed myself as particularly talented view myself as you know
slightly above average in talent and where I excel is ridiculous sickening
work ethic you know while the other guys sleeping I'm working and a lot of other
guys eaten I'm working you know hard work pace I put in a hell of a woman
purple Paisley I'm sitting at the top I I poured it all on the line I show up I
perform and I get the results from that and discipline doing it - hey take it
but do it like you love it you know always testing yourself forcing yourself
to the limit do you have to have some ability
but then it's just how much will I really do think there's just a thing
people underestimate it doesn't sound sexy
it doesn't sound cool how much no one work ethic you know and just how badly
do you want
that's what I'm success in general all about sacrifice for my experience every
damn person who said I wouldn't be anything I'm crushing them every day
not only so the question is how much have you always
don't know who you are I don't know what you're going through I'm not here to
pretend that you know I understand what you're going through or how you feel in
your life I think the biggest disability that we have as human beings is unbelief
everything starts with a vision and a man without vision dies
hate the idea of potential being wasted in this world you know how it is if you
didn't go what you've gone through you wouldn't be who you are today
is it as I kept trying new things new doors kept opening because you don't
know what your future is you just don't
you'll never know what's gonna happen you never know what what the future
holds for you go for it try it because another thing I am no different than
anyone else out there I am NOT here to say I have a superpower and it was all
this it was just trying go home let's see
what happened
patience let's say don't complain when you're waiting in a line you ain't going
to growing patience until you put in a place to wait
there there are some times where you're going to wish that you could rewind and
and do things all over again there are times where you just wish you could
forget memories and you try to drown those memories in alcohol or different
pleasures and maybe get distracted by the goals and ambitions of your life and
try to put the past behind and move forward
you should wake up worried terrified every morning but don't be worried about
our competitors because they're never gonna send us any money anyway let's be
worried about our customers and stay heads down focused one of my jobs as the
leader of Amazon is to encourage people to be bold and people love to focus on
things that aren't yet working and that's good it's human nature that kind
of divine discontent can be very helpful but you really you know it's incredibly
hard to get people to take bold bets and you need to encourage that and if you're
gonna take bold bets they're gonna be experiments and if they're experiments
you don't know ahead of time though they're gonna work experiments are by
their very nature prone to failure but big success is a few big successes
compensate for dozens and dozens of things that didn't work
I've made billions of dollars of failures at amazon.com literally
billions of dollars of failures
because we know from our past experiences that big things start small
the biggest oak starts from an acorn and you've got a record to do anything new
you've got to be willing to let that acorn grow into a little sapling and
then finally into a small tree it made me one day it'll be a big business on
its own the Amazon started as a very small company it was me and a few other
people I was driving all the packages to the post office myself in my 1987 Chevy
Blazer you can't skip steps you have to put one foot in front of the other
things take time if there are no shortcuts and but but
you want to do those steps with you know passion and ferocity
it's easy to have ideas it's very hard to turn an idea into a successful
product there are a lot of steps in between it takes persistence
relentlessness
it's a stress primarily comes from not taking action over something that you
can have some control
do something you're very passionate about I wanted to project myself forward
to age 80 it's okay now I'm looking back on my life I want to have minimized the
number of regrets I have and you know what I knew that when I was 80 I was not
going to regret and having tried this I was not gonna regret having wanted you
know trying to participate in this thing called the Internet that I thought was
gonna be a really big deal I knew that if I failed
I wouldn't regret that

Top 5 Google Chrome alternatives | Best privacy focused web browsers review | Degoogleify - Duration: 11:29.So you are looking for Google Chrome alternatives because you want to protect your privacy.
There is countless of web browsers out there and you want to pick one that makes it worth
ditching Chrome.
You don't need to sacrifice functionality.
Quite the contrary.
By switching to these privacy browsers, your device will no longer devote its resources
to send your browsing history and other private information to Google's servers.
You want a privacy-focused browser that either blocks all trackers by default, or lets you
easily do that with simple configuration.
It needs to be fast, and should let you opt out of sending any personal information to anyone.
As a rule of thumb, we are going to go through a range browsers that are open source software,
meaning developers around the world can freely look at their source code and verify whether
their promise of privacy checks out.
I'll briefly review each privacy browser on this list and mention its benefits and drawbacks.
You should be allowed to make your own informed decision so I won't suggest any single one
over the rest.
This list is not a ranking, they are equally good when it comes to privacy protection.
If you like this tutorial, be sure to express your feelings so that Youtube knows people
find it useful and its algorithms will suggest it to more people.
Even though I clearly advise people to stop using Google services.
So much for their artificial "intelligence".
Those of you watching who already use any of these Google Chrome alternatives, please
share your experience in the comments with your privacy browser of choice, so that people
can know more about their user experience.
After making these videos, I am never going to make any income from Youtube, as all of
my viewers will block ads by default.
But if you help me grow, maybe one day I'll get a brand deal from Microsoft to promote
Edge as the best privacy browser ever.
The first privacy-focused browser we're gonna look at is Brave Browser.
Brave is my browser of choice if I wanted my grandparents to protect their privacy without
having to do anything.
Usually with other browsers, you need to go through some configuration and install addons
to protect your online privacy.
With Brave, all that is pre-installed and pre-configured by default.
Right out of box, Brave will block all advertisements, trackers, and malware.
Brave integrated HTTPS Everywhere, which forces websites to use encryption if they support it,
so that your connection is more secure.
Third party cookies are also blocked, and if you are more vigilant about your privacy,
you can even block scripts and enable fingerprinting protection.
While this could break some sites, Brave allows you to easily manage that and only enable
scripts on sites you trust.
Script blocking is limited to only allowing all, or allowing none, which means you can't
single out only tracking scripts to block and allowing the rest for the website to function.
Compared to having an extra extension to block individual scripts, Brave script blocking
won't let you customize your web experience as much.
But not everybody is willing to go that extra mile for their privacy, so for those who just
want an easy but still strong privacy protection, Brave is there to do the job for them.
With just a single installation of Brave Browser, websites will render significantly faster
without all those ads and trackers.
Your bandwith consumption will decrease, your device will work faster and Brave will require
fewer resources to function properly.
It's extremely simplistic and doesn't bother you with any bloatware and spyware
that come pre-installed with Chrome.
Brave is consistent across platforms, and the way it looks and works on your big screen
or small screen, will be exactly the same.
With Brave you don't have to learn anything.
Just let the browser work for you and enjoy the web free from advertisers and trackers.
The only drawback of Brave is that because it's such a young project, it doesn't
have a lot of support for other browser extensions.
If you want to personalize your browsing with unsupported add-ons that you can't live
without, Brave doesn't have any options for you to install those.
Brave gives you very lightweight, fast, and sleek browsing experience, but doesn't let
you add anything of your own.
However, more and more developers are joining in as Brave increases its popularity.
So this fact will most likely change soon enough.
One of the problems with blatant ad blocking is that a lot of the web is funded by advertisements.
And just because a website runs ads, doesn't mean it's evil.
It turns out that people who run that website just need to eat as well.
You can support those websites by putting some money into your Brave wallet and donating
to websites you like in micro-transactions.
Another way to support good marketing is to allow Brave ads, which are advertisements
that do not track your privacy on the Internet.
Every time you click on an add, you submit to the retailer and advertiser all of your
personal information, like your username, email address, and your browsing fingerprint.
Advertisers need to learn this is not OK, and what Brave does is a great battle plan
to win the war for privacy.
To better protect your privacy on any browser, I recommend that you configure your browser
to delete all of browsing data and use bookmarks instead of browsing history.
Brave lets you easily clear browsing history each time you close a session.
You can also easily choose a password manager, but it's only recommended that you store
your passwords encrypted and not in plain text inside your browser.
Another privacy browser is made by the champion of fighting for digital rights and privacy
on the Internet, the Mozilla Foundation.
Their Firefox browser is a flagship free and open source software, that came more than
a decade ago to save us all from the Internet Explorer.
Firefox's market share dipped due to Google bashing our heads with their Chrome browser
each time you used a Google service.
But Firefox is still extremely important and it's the browser that helps the Internet
be more free and open.
Mozilla Foundation is a non-profit organization, which means that unlike Google, Microsoft,
or Apple, it doesn't have to track you to make a profit off of your privacy.
Firefox is often most recommended privacy-focused browser because it allows for immense configuration.
Not just through add-ons, but also by tweaking its code to make sure no information is tracked.
As you can see I already have some extensions installed on my Firefox.
That is because by default, Firefox doesn't block any ads, encrypt the web, or deletes
cookies and trackers.
But you can turn it into a really powerful firewall with simple configuration.
Your absolute musts are uBlock Origin and HTTPS Everywhere.
You can block sending reports and telemetric data, and tell websites you don't want to be tracked.
Unlike Chrome, Firefox will not track or sell your browsing history to advertisers.
So once you configure your Firefox to protect your privacy, you can be sure no one else
has your browsing history.
You are in full control of your web experience.
Firefox lets you go into about:config tab, and hard code some privacy protection into it.
I will cover that in my next video because there's a lot you can do here.
Other options for good privacy configuration are CookieAutoDelete extension, Decentraleyes,
and Privacy Badger.
If you are a vigilante of privacy and freedom, you can block scripts and trackers through
uMatrix or NoScript.
If you don't know how to use these, I'll make a tutorial with full explanation in the future.
Out of all browsers on this list, Firefox has been around the longest and will probably
stay here the longest.
It enjoys the widest support for browser add-ons, plug-ins, bug fixes, and security updates.
It's also the most used one out of all privacy browsers, so your browsing fingerprint is
going to blend in with the crowd more seamlessly.
Firefox lets you configure it to delete browsing data each time you close it.
You can easily manage bookmarks and bookmark all tabs to remember a session if you want
to come back to it later.
The only negative side is that by default Firefox will send some crash reports and user
data to Mozilla servers.
But this is always transparently communicated to you upon first install, and you can easily
disable it in the settings.
Also Firefox recently joined the establishment to combat what it decides to be fake news.
The specifics on what they're going to do remain vague, but just in case there was something
shady to be going on, there are forks of Firefox, which allow you to use the same software but
developed separately.
One such project is called Waterfox.
Waterfox browser is essentially Firefox clone, but it has some features of its own.
Mostly it distances itself from the Mozilla Foundation and removes all data collection and telemetry.
So it's basically same as Firefox but with even better default privacy.
You'd still need to go through same privacy configuration and install same add-ons as on Firefox.
Luckily majority of them are supported.
But be aware this project is not backed by an entire foundation of developers maintaining
its security so make sure you are aware when a potential exploit pops out.
Waterfox set Ecosia for search by default.
Ecosia is a search engine that donates its revenue to plant trees.
You can keep that or change your default search engine in the manager menu.
What's good about this fork is that it's based on the latest stable version of Firefox.
So it's always going to look modern.
There is another fork, called Palemoon, which forked from an older version of Firefox.
Palemoon is what Firefox used to be a couple of years ago.
It provides you with more customization, and there is also no data collection and no profit
behind the organization.
It looks a bit old, which might put off some of the younger users.
I didn't really like its default theme so I changed it.
It resembles Firefox in every aspect, but the layout maintains its traditional look.
Palemoon supports a range of Firefox extensions and builds its own exclusive add-ons on top of it.
Like Firefox and Waterfox, you need to configure Palemoon with the same privacy extensions.
I don't see anything wrong with Palemoon.
I use it daily now and it's even faster on my machine than Firefox.
I don't mind that it looks a bit older.
I only care about my privacy online without sacrificing functionality and Palemoon functions perfectly.
It didn't crash on me a single time during my 4 month use.
Firefox is also used by Tor Browser bundle, which I list as another privacy browser you can use.
You can download tor from torproject.org and access websites with a hidden IP address.
Your traffic will be anonymized, and although websites and your ISP will know that you are
connecting through Tor, they won't be able to identify you.
To use Tor correctly, don't login to your online identities while browsing the web on
the same session.
Tor doesn't magically protect you from data you submit to websites.
So even if you use Facebook onion link, Facebook will still collect your posts, likes, comments,
and chat messages.
They will also be able to see your browsing history from Tor if you visit other websites
while logged in to your Facebook account.
Close your Tor session after you dealt with your online accounts, each time you want to
browse the web.
The purpose of Tor is to hide you from governments and advertisers from knowing what you do.
But Tor doesn't do magic and it's not all you need for online anonymity.
If you engage in illicit activities, chances are law enforcement agencies will find ways
around Tor network to get some incriminating evidence.
But as it is, Tor's standing is solid and secure.
Tor will slow down your traffic, but if your connection is fast enough, you can use Tor for everything.
Provided you use Tor properly, by closing and starting new sessions to separate your
online identities from trackers, you can totally stop updating your advertising profile Facebook
and Google maintain about you.
