Hello, we are here with a new video today.

This is a delicate topic.

The topic is what is arm-jelly.

I have told by many via social media that they like wearing sleeveless dress,

and the lower part of the upper arm looks loose and hence awful.

I have been asked if there are any exercises to get rid of this arm-jelly.

Yes, there is.

There are very few problems that have no solution.

Today we have with us Nancy, who is a lecturer.

We will see now what is arm-jelly.

This is the arm-jelly.

Although hers is minimal,

but in some people it is so loose that it looks bad in sleeveless dresses.

So we will see if we can reduce this fat at home.

This is the first exercise.

She is keeping her hands on a bench, feet extended on the floor and taking her body down as low as she can

and coming back up with the strength of her hands.

This exercise will be more effective if we stay as close to the bench as we can and go as low as we can.

It hits the upper part of the arms called triceps

and helps to burn the fat of that area.

In the second exercise, we need two chairs or benches

and a leave a space of about 1.5 feet in between.

Now Nancy will show us how this is done.

Nancy has kept her hands on the two benches and taking her body down in the space in between.

For the third exercise

we need a book or a piece of wood that can be grasped with two hands,

with that Nancy will show what to do for arm-jelly.

She will hold it tightly with both her hands and take them behind her head.

She will take the book/wood as low as she can and then straight up with the strength of her arms.

We have to remember to keep our upper arms fixed and straight.

Only the part lower to the elbow will move up and down.

Now how many times to do it?

10-12 times, then take rest for about 40 secs, then repeat for a total of 4 sets.

You have seen there is no need of any machine or instrument.

We can do these with home-tools like a book, a bench.

Let me mix oily and sticky foundation and

double ware foundation which has good coverage rate

It improves both coverage rate and lasting time without dryness feeling

Apply it from inside to outside along the skin texture with brush

so I make it stick by tabbing it with sponge

Then, among dual type concealor, let me use bright color

and make some contouring to make some volume

Apply it from below the eyes

and make the applied part bright with sponge

Then, with dark concealor color

make the face line more distinct

Brush it from outside of cheeks

and make some brows, jaw line and nose more distinct

Let me smudge it with sharp part of water drop-liked puff

Then, with powder particle, I am going to make some soft and smooth skin expression

Feels like well made ceramics right?

Before I do eye makeup, I did some basic step with eye base

Let me use chocolate pallet from Too Faced

Apply white chocolate color on eyes broadly until underline at first

and let me draw brows first before I put some eye color

I am going to make arch more round and higher than usual

Let's make natural but stand out brows

The point in here is drawing diagonal line with pencil along the line of head

Draw brows one more time with dark colored shadow for finish

and make the tail of brows also dark

I used to draw brows like this these days so I think it would be usual for you guys

Then, let me put some color with caramel color shadow, while pressing some shading on eyes

I applied the eye hole part several time from back part

This is metallic pearl shadow with pink and gold color

It is really pretty shadow which changes the color from angle to angle

Apply this on from the middle of eyes to back part like making some layer

I applied khaki gold shadow which is included on pallet on the back part with bullet shaped brush

I am going to put on transparent silver gray pearl for the head part

Just put the color on the head of upper lid and under line

Do the same for the other side

Fill out the blank between lashes with slim gel pencil liner

Draw the eye line little bit upward along the line of eyes

This is my first time to use this liner which is launched from PRO 8 CHUNGDAM for trial and it is easy to draw~

The gel type was easy to be smudged but it is not!

After eye line, I arranged the brows several time to make the texture stand out

and make balance for today's makeup

I am going to put gorgeous mood with Adel item

Cut it out along the size of eyes and then attach it

As it is little bit heavy type, it is little bit challenge to put this on

I make it fixed well with finger

When the glue gets dry, make the lashes upward in general with eye lash curler

I fixed the fake lashes again by applying mascara especially on roots

I bought this mascara from your recommendation and I love it!

With fake lashes, I also put them on the under line of lashes

I am going to use similar tone with general makeup for cheeks

This is the color both for shading and cheek

I applied it to make some tanned color

With caramel colored shadow, we previously used for eyes,

apply the color on from head of eyes to nose bone to make some exotic appearance

This highlighter is from Too Faced

and it has white pearl and mysterious pearl

Let apply this color on C line from beside of forehead to cheek bone with brush

Tab it with finger on nose

Also I put some point by applying it on the head of eyes with sponge tip

Make it arrange by brushing the color out from brows, tip of nose, arch of lip lines and jaw

I also put some contour underline of eyes

I am going to apply Lip Locker from 3CE

The main characteristic of this item is neutral tone with soft texture

It is good for lip base color

but as eye makeup is the main point of today's makeup, I will only apply this lip

Let me match general tone of makeup~

Ta-da! This is end of glam mood makeup

It would be good for these chilly days as it is neutral and warm tone makeup
