hey guys welcome back to my Channel!

today I'm gonna show you how to make

your eyelashes look amazing! longer

thicker and beautiful and I'm very

excited because I'm using my new

mascara from julep.

I will read a little bit about this

mascara why I'm so excited :)

Large boosting bamboo mascara, clinically

proven results three times more length

and thickness on bare lashes. well I need

all of this for my eyelashes! let's get

started. for my eyelashes I'm always

using lash curler because my lashes

grows up so straight forward and I just

don't like when I apply mascara without

curling them.

I love false eyelashes but for everyday

I don't glue them on I just don't. I like

to wear mascara and I'm very very picky

with mascara just because my

eyelashes goes whatever and I always

need to make sure I'm managing them and

make them look even and nice. We'll

see if this mascara will do a good job.

This is how it's looks when it's out

of box and it's super cute it has all

over this eyes open and closed with

beautiful lashes and I just think it's

look very elegant and very cute. You

can actually make it make your wand a

little bit shorter and fuller a little

bit longer and spread out. now with a

short wand I'm building the volume so I

just twist it to the left all the way

and made it short and now I'm going to

build the volume. it seems this one works

really well for my stubborn eyelashes.

What I like it spread mascara very evenly.

Very nice!! and now I want to create

length and separate eyelashes. I will

twist all the way to the right. now I'm

going to build length and separate

eyelashes.

I love how I was able to create such a

beautiful volume with this mascara and I

do see increasing of my length I just

think my eyelashes look very pretty with

this mascara. I will continue to use this

mascara! and I love how they created

adjustable wand in this mascara you can

create volume and create length, it's a

great idea!

Guys, one more thing I'm sharing with you.

this is the sleep mask and it's pure

silk sleep mask. under eye area is very

tender and fragile and since we while

sleeping really don't realize how we do

it we can damage and stretch under eye

area so they created this sleep mask

that helps you to relax and just have a

better rest for your under-eye skin I am

very excited to use this mask. and I

didn't use it yet and I will tell you

later on how I like it. so this is the

I think it's a great idea so you can

protect and take care of your under-eye

area while you're sleeping for eight

hours. And I really like in the box

How to make french macaron / 6 Tips for making perfect Macaron - Duration: 9:17.

today I'm so happy to share with you

have to make French macarons .French

macarons are sweet light and puffy and

they have a shell which is crispy

outside and chewy inside and with creamy

filling in the center they are so pretty

and so delicious and I was so surprised

when I first came to know that these

beautiful French macarons are made with

only three ingredients sugar, almond

powder and egg whites .. three simple

ingredients.. simple way of making.. but

this is one of the most trickiest

recipes and most problems arise by

skipping steps or by not using the right

techniques; so here I have six simple

tips that help you to create perfect

macarons even if it is your first trial

if you follow these six tips,you cannot

go wrong and you will definitely have a

happy ending with some of the beauty

Queens in the baking world!! so tip number

one is to measure your ingredients. This

is one of the few recipes where you

really have to weigh your ingredients.

This is most important because if this

gets wrong then everything can go wrong

here in this recipe we are taking almond

powder 70 grams powdered sugar or

confectionery sugar or icing sugar 120

grams egg whites of 2 large eggs and

granulated sugar 50 grams

tip number two is to sift in the dry

ingredients because we want to make sure

that our mixture is finely ground and

powdery as possible and that is going to

give us that smooth beautiful shells to

macarons and that will make the macarons

so light.. if we don't do this step,

macarons we'll have few lumps here and

there and they don't look pretty too

tip number three is while whipping the

egg white make sure that the egg whites

are at room temperature because it's

very difficult to whip up cold egg

white and adding a lemon juice or cream

of tartar or vinegar will help to give

more stabilized whipped egg whites

beat the egg whites on medium speed

until they are frothy and now gradually

add in your 50 grams of granulated sugar

and beat for until you have a stiff

peaks

and now it's time for us to add in the

dry ingredients into our egg whites and

pour half of the almond mixture into the

egg whites and gently fold the egg

whites into the almond mixture and then

add rest of the almond powder and we

need to mix them together and here is

where so many of us can go wrong because

if you over mix you're going to end up

with a macaron that is flat and doesn't

have little ridges around it and if you

under mix then you're going to end up

with a macaron that is dome shaped and

alot more chances that they can crack at

the top and to make it more clear, do not

over mix or under mix the batter and the

consistency of the batter should be like

this when you lift up the spatula you

will see a thick ribbon form and it

will sink back into the mixture in about

20 seconds and the point is that when

you pipe the cookies the peaks should

settle down themselves within 10 to 15

seconds

you

occasionally check the consistency to

test the doneness and the success of your

macarons will depend largely on our

ability to understand when to stop

folding our batter

and now let's transfer the batter into a

piping bag and then we are going to pipe

out the batter into a baking sheet which

is lined with the parchment paper and I

have traced some round shapes on an a4

size paper and kept it underneath the

parchment paper so that I can see the

shapes while piping and don't forget to

take out the paper before baking. Don't

forget to bang the baking sheet because

this will help air bubbles to escape and

prevent macarons from cracking during

the baking process

and here is the tip number six which is

one of the crucial steps in making

macarons because this is that step which

gives the Little ridges or feet to the

macarons and what do you need to do is

to make sure that your macaron sit out

for at least 20 to 30 minutes or until

they form a "skin" over the macaron mould

or it is ready when you can lightly

touch the shell without any trace of

batter transferring on to your fingers

here I have prepared strawberry

buttercream for filling our macarons I

love this filling because it's a little

bit tart and for this little

macarons it's always nice to complement

them with something tart in the center

and here I have used a fresh

strawberry juice extract, softened butter and

powdered sugar to make this strawberry

buttercream and now let's fill in our

shells

today i am going talk about how can you make yourself better each day

1st join the 5 am club

Wait its not the real club

it means waking up early in the morning.

Wake up at 5am everyday

But if you are heavy sleeper you can start from here.

say you wake up at 8:00AM so try waking up at 7:00 for 3 days then 6:00 then 5:30 and at the end 5:00

By doing so you will have lots of time to learn something new and this is the first step towards yourself to improvement.

So if you really want to improve yourself have to make this as your habit

Doing exercise everyday will give you power start for your day

and you will feel more energised throughout your day

Do exercise or join gym or do some yoga at home.

Eat healthy fruits and drink at least 3 litters water everyday

everyday research shows that a cleaner diet comes before exercise in terms of improving your overall health

and get 7-8 hours of sleep by doing this you will be in good shape

and become more confident and you will feel happy.

Avoid eating junk foods studies have shown that it increases chances of getting heart decease and can lead to major health problems

Start reading books

Reading books is same as doing exercise but it's for your mind.

Read a lot. Reading is probably the best investment of time ever.

Devote at least 30 min per day to reading.

There are many benefits of reading books it will help you to increase you verbal and writing skills.

It will improve your vocabulary skills and it will improve your overall knowledge

Start with fiction which gets you going then move to the biographies

and then self-improvement books by doing this you will improve you knowledge and you confidence

Meditation

I know know you heard this many times but meditation is really important aspect of self-improvement process

It will keep your mind stable and it will give you inner peace.

10 minutes of the meditation in the morning will help you to stay focused on your goals.

This practice will help you to be positive and proactive in your life, hence it will keep you motivated.

Avoid Distractions

Distractions are major things which prevents you from getting your goals

What distraction I'm talking about First gaming

Gaming is something that can waste your whole day and you won't even realise.

I have some personal experiences with gaming so avoid gaming

Stop wasting your time on social media..scrolling through facebook and Instagram in every 5 minutes

and snap chatting everything you do avoid this

3rd Avoid watching pornography it will have some serious effect on your mind

and it can lead to have more sexual desire which will waste your energy

4th While studying or doing some work keep your phone aside it is the major distraction

and last stop watching useless videos on YouTube eg. Reaction videos,TV series,or some shitty pranks videos

instead watch Tedx video or watch some self improvement video which can help you to achieve your goals

You time is limited stop wasting it

In the hearing before the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Gowdy inquired as to whether

he had seen any proof of coordination, trick or plot amongst Russia and competitor Donald

Trump.

Brennan said that he would not state on the off chance that he saw or did not perceive

any immediate connections amongst Russia and Donald Trump.

Remarked Gowdy, "That does not help us a whole lot."

Brennan added, "I was aware of intelligence and information about contacts between Russian

officials and U.S. persons that raised concerns in my mind about whether or not those individuals

were cooperating with the Russians.

… That served as the basis for the FBI investigation to determine whether such collusion, cooperation

occurred.

"

Gowdy was not impressed.

He said, "Well, there are a bunch of words that start with 'C' floating around."

He added, "I asked you about collusion, coordination and conspiracy, and you used

the word 'contact.'

Contact could be benign or not benign.

So was it contact you saw … what was the nature of what you saw?

"Answered Brennan," I saw interaction.

But I do not know.

I do not have sufficient information to make a determination whether or not there was cooperation

or complicity or collusion.

How to Make a Cell Phone Stand from a TP Tube | Sophie's World - Duration: 8:07.

Hi I'm Sophie and welcome to my world

you know I get a lot of requests for

gifts gifts for moms gifts for dads

gifts for family members gifts for

friends and so I thought it might be

kind of cute to make a little stand for

your friends cell phone and I know that

a lot of you love duct tape and a lot of

you also like recycled things so this is

a toilet paper tube that has been turned

into a stand for your cell phone and I'm

going to show you how to make it right

now for this project you'll need a

Sharpie pen an exacto knife a toilet

paper tube one paper towel center tube

four pushpins duct tape packing peanuts

and scissors I'm going to start by

marking the middle of the toilet paper

tube and then I'm going to place my

phone right at the middle of that point

centering it so that I can make some

marks that'll be on either side of my

cell phone and I just want to make a

little rectangle between those two marks

and just hold it up and make sure that

it's wide enough for my cell phone which

it is and this is going to just be where

we're going to cut a hole I'm going to

take my center of my paper towel and I

just cut it as you can see right down

the center so that this can slide inside

the toilet paper tube the reason I'm

going to do this is so that I can cut

this out safely using my exacto knife so

I can hold on to here I don't have to

put my fingers down inside the toilet

paper tube and that keeps it safer when

I cut it

my fingers aren't anywhere close and

there we go I've got my nice cut hole

now if you have a bigger phone mine is a

rather small phone but if you have a

bigger phone you might need to use one

of these and cut it to length to

actually use for the tube because the

toilet paper tube might not be big

enough I'm going to be using three

strips of six inch long tape and I'm

going to place my tape right over the

top here and I'm leaving about half an

inch overhang

I'm just going to wrap the tape around

and I'm going to do the same thing on

the other side I'm going to overlap so

that I leave about half an inch hanging

over wrap it around and then I'm going to

take my last piece of 6 inch tape and

I'm going to center it right in the

middle there covering up the hole the

next step I'm going to take my exacto

knife and I'm going to make some small

cuts around the circle on the sticky

side and I'm just making little cuts all

the way around this is so that I can

fold that tape in and around the rounded

edge of the tube so see these little

strips I'm going to just fold them in

one at a time or a few at a time all the

way around the reason I do this is

because if I didn't cut them they

wouldn't go in and lays flat and nice as

that so I'm going to repeat that on the

other side

so that I end up with my tube covered on

both sides now what I need to do is cut

this inside out so once again I'm going

to bring that tube back and I'm going to

place that in there and I can see where

the outline of this shape is by just

kind of pushing it down I'm going to go

straight down the middle until I get to the

end and then I'm going to cut across

those ends pull out my tube if you need

to push down where that cut is that

should release it for you pull that out

and then just push those strips down in

so that you now have sometimes you have

to give a little extra cut there so that

you now have that open center that's

where your phone's going to go so it

fits in there nice now you're going to

need your four push pins line up your

first push pin with the edge of that cut

watch your fingers when you do this make

sure that your fingers are not anywhere

near so you don't jab yourself you want

to line those up so you make two little

feet now you might might have to play

with a little bit to get it in the right

place there you go now on the front ones

what you want to do is you want to be

actually outside by about half an inch

and again you might need to play with

these little feet to get them to exactly

where you want them to be once you get

your phone set

because then you're going to put your

phone in there and you just have to make

sure like sometimes if you if you don't

have them splayed enough or if they're

splayed too much it'll tip but this is

nice and sturdy nice and solid now what

you're going to do is you just want to

take one of these packing peanuts and

cut it right down the middle and just

place it on the inside there to cover

those sharp points just so you don't cut

yourself that just keeps it from

stabbing you and again if you feel like

you're you don't have enough support you

can always move those little push pins

until they're in the right position that

makes it stand up where you want it to

be and then just put that packing peanut

back there we go

that's a little more solid and there you

have it a great little handy dandy stand

made for your cell phone out of a

recycled toilet paper tube now if you

How to Make Mango Swiss Roll Cake 芒果瑞士卷蛋糕 - Duration: 5:10.

Hello Everyone, welcome to the uTry.it Channel. This is Amy Tong.

Today, I have this amazing and refreshing recipe to share with you that is perfect for the mango season.

This cake is tender, fluffy, and packed with the delightful mango flavor.

Follow me into the kitchen and I will show you how to make this Mango Swiss Roll Cake.

First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease a 10x15-inch baking pan with cooking spray and cover with parchment paper.

Make sure your parchment paper is large enough to have two-inch excess on all sides.

Next, let's prepare the fresh mangoes.

We will need to cut them into three different forms.

The easiest way to remove the skin on the mangoes is to cut alongside the seed and use a spoon to scoop the flesh out.

For the cake batter, we'll need mango puree.

Place the flash of one mango in the cup of the small food processor and set aside for now.

For the roll cake filling, we will need one cup of diced mangoes.

Cut the mango into 1/2 inch cubes and place it in a bowl for now.

To decorate the top of the cake, we cut the mango into thin slices and roll them into roses.

For the mango flesh that we reserved, puree in the food processor until smooth.

Transfer the mango puree to a bowl and set aside for now.

For the cake batter, we will need to separate five large eggs.

I usually like to transfer the egg yolk back and forth in 2 half eggshells.

You need to make sure that there's no egg yolk or any type of oil in your egg whites in order for it to whip up properly.

Place the egg yolks in a large mixing bowl and the egg whites in the bowl of the stand mixer.

To the egg whites, add a pinch of kosher salt and 1/2 a teaspoon of cream of tartar .

Whisk your egg white mixture until it's foamy.

Slowly add in 5 tablespoons of sugar.

Make sure to add in your sugar slowly so it won't deflate the air that you whipped into the egg whites.

You can stop the mixer when stiff peaks form.

You can test it by flipping your whisk over.

If your meringue stays nice and stiff, you know it's ready.

To the egg yolks, give it a quick whisk and add in 5 tablespoons of sugar.

Followed by a 1/4 cup of mango puree that we prepared earlier.

We will also need 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 a teaspoon of mango extract.

Whisk until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Next, sift in 1/2 a cup of cake flour.

Fold the flour into the egg mixture until there's no big lumps.

In 3 batches, gently fold in your meringue into the egg yolk mixture.

Be very careful not to deflate your meringue too much.

And here is what you should do.

Cut in the middle of your batter, go around, fold, turn your bowl, and repeat.

Cut, fold, and turn.

When your batter is well incorporated, transfer it onto the prepared baking pan.

Spread the cake batter to an even layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.

Let the baked cake cool completely on a wire rack before adding the fillings.

For the filling of the cake, we will need 1 cup of heavy cream, a 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Whisk until stiff peak forms.

It does take a few minutes to whip up the cream.

But if it is really cold, it helps whip up much faster.

Reserve a 1/4 of the whipped cream for the topping.

When your cake is completely cooled, gently separate it from the parchment paper.

This will help rolling up the cake much easier later on.

Transfer the 3/4 whipped cream onto your cake and spread it out to an even layer.

Sprinkle 1 cup of diced mango on top of the cream.

Start from the shorter end, roll the cake up into a log.

I promise, this is a really soft cake and quite easy to roll.

Next, transfer your cake on to a piece of plastic wrap.

Wrap it up and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before serving.

When ready to serve, unwrap your cake from the plastic wrap.

Trim off the ends and transfer your cake to a serving plate.

Garnish the top of the cake with the reserved whipped cream.

You can use a piping bag or a dollop it on with a spoon.

Then, arrange the beautiful mango flowers on top of the cream.

Last but not least, garnish with a few springs of mint and your cake is all done!
