The living features two more shots of Gemma hung on the wall for for all her guests to marvel at.

The rest of the house is decorated in typically outlandish style with a pound4,300 white dining table in her designer kitchen.

Shes got a silver crushed velvet sofa that matches her bed and the house is filled with mirrored tables and matching accessories.

Gemmas most impressive asset is the huge walk in wardrobe thats shes managed to pack full of designer clothes, bags and shoes.

She had her first Sunday off in months this weekend after getting the boot from Dancing On Ice and she celebrated by cooking a roast for boyfriend James Argent and their mate Joey Essex.

Joey filmed Gemmas lavish kitchen and living room and made a point of capturing the self portaits which adorn the walls.

Gemma got axed from DOI a week ago and her departure has infuriated many fans, who claim the shows now too boring without her.

Many even threatened to boycott the rest of the series due to Gemmas absence.

However, Gemma has done pretty well out of her stint on the ITV show as Mirror Online reported that shes set to make a fortune.

Despite causing chaos on the series with her diva style antics, shes set to make some serious cash as shes been flooded with lucrative offers.

As well as endorsement deals, Gemma will be looking to land more TV work to make the most of her heightened fame.

An insider told us: Gemma is obviously very business savvy and is keen to strike while the iron is hot.

It could end up being a huge step forward in her career.

Chris Harrison Reveals Which 'Bachelorette' Came Close to Quitting [Hot] - Duration: 8:00.

  ET's Tanner Thomason sat down with the Bachelor host as he filmed his upcoming cameo appearance on Single Parents on Thursday, where he opened up about Colton Underwoodquitting the series, and revealed that several other Bachelor franchise leads have almost done the same

  "I mean, it happens a lot. It happens more than you think," Harrison confessed. "There's varying degrees of it, there's varying degrees of getting fed up in how you express your anger, in how you express your emotions

He happens to be the most athletic SOB we've ever had, so he was able to express it like an Olympian [by jumping over a fence and quitting], but they all get there

" "I remember, Rachel [Lindsay] is someone who comes to mind, who was unbelievably headstrong

Being a lawyer, I think she was just more authoritative and more articulate about it

And while she's also athletic, she kind of expressed [her frustration] in different ways," he recalled

"That's one of the great things about being a host and a producer. You're kind of a psychologist, figuring these people out, what makes them tick, how do we help them, how do we guide them, and it's different for all of them

" Harrison said that despite the dramatic promo airing after last week's episode, we still have "a few episodes" before Underwood makes his highly anticipated Bachelor escape

  "It was like a gazelle being chased by a cheetah, and in this case, I would have been the cheetah chasing Colton, and he leapt that fence and was gone," Harrison marveled, explaining that instead of following him over the seven and a half foot gate, he "calmly pushed the button and opened the fence

" "Colton, he was done. He was done with this moment and ready to get away, and he took this fence

" The longtime Bachelor host hilariously revealed that he later tried to see if he could pull off the fence jump, but in that moment, it was all about trying to track down Underwood

  "That's where the relationship comes in. That's where the work that the producers and I have done over the years and getting to know Colton and getting to talk to him

it's not just some random guy coming up and saying, 'Dude, let's talk about this

Valvcon or Tritex II: Which Electric Actuator is Right for Me? - Duration: 2:15.

Hi, I'm Alex with Kimray.

Today we'll be going to go over the differences between two different electric actuators —

the Valvcon and the Tritex II.

The mechanisms that make both of these actuators work differ, but to help you choose between

the two, we'll be comparing their uses and specifications.

The 600 inch pound ADC Series model . by Valvcon features 13-second actuation,

fully closed to fully open, at 24 VDC.

The Tritex is capable of being adjusted for up to 5 inches per second of linear stem travel.

This makes the Tritex ideal for applications where actuation speed is crucial.

The Valvcon carries a Class 1, Div 1 explosion-proof rating compared to the Tritex with a Class

1, Div 2 rating.

The Div 2 rating means that it is designed to work in areas where ignitable concentrations

of flammable gases, vapors or liquids are not likely to exist under normal operating conditions.

If these are likely to exist, the Div 1 rating of the Valcon is what you'll need.

Other features of the Valcon include its battery backup, universal power supply and an onboard

heater for cold weather or humidity control.

Users' favorite feature is often the Valvcon's ease of use.

Everything is labeled right on the board, and there is no computer programming involved.

The Tritex II does require a computer to program, giving the user more custom controls.

It operates on 12-48 volts and has fail safe positioning if low bus voltage limit is reached

or loss of signal is detected.

Another difference that will help determine your actuator is the valve size compatibility.

The Valvcon is ideal for most applications with 1-2-inch valves, while the Tritex II

is available for all Kimray high pressure control valves from 1"- 4" and can be

used on some 6" and larger valves.

Both actuators are distinct. Many of our customers prefer the Valcon for its low cost and ease of installation,

while others prefer the ultra-precision and actuation speed from the Tritex.
