I'm going to explain the best way to consume it
You can find lots of information about the health value of Chia seeds in Google
I'm going to drink my chia and I'm going to show you
That's what the chia looks like
If you consume them that way they do not digest
I grind them in a coffee grinder
This can be found in any electrical appliances store
I grind a large quantity and put it in the freezer
Essential oils in Chia are not destroyed
I take a large spoonful of ground chia seeds and put them in a glass of water for 10-15 minutes
That's how it looks after 10-15 minutes
It has no taste at all. I add two things to make it taste better
A bit of organic blueberry juice. You can find it at any nature store. It gives good taste and beautiful color
A little organic maple syrup for sweetness
Mix well and drink
It is very delicious
Why grind the seeds?
