Youtube daily what Apr 30 2017

Robert was a librarian at the University of New Hampshire.

and he was a librarian there for 50 years.

Robert was a pretty frugal guy.

He never went out to eat.

He ate TV dinners.

He drove a 1992 Plymouth,

and he loved, he loved to read.

At one point, he decided to read all the books in the library.

He started with the books

that were written in the 1930s

and didn't stop until he had read 1,938 books.

He had read them in chronological order.

Robert died in 2015

and a couple of weeks after he died,

the University of New Hampshire received a check from his estate for

$4 million.

Nobody was expecting it.

Nobody thought that he was worth that kind of money.

And he left only one instruction.

He, he wanted $100,000 of the four million dollars

to go towards the library that he loved so much.

But he said the university was free to use the money,

the rest of the money, in whatever way that they wanted.

And so the university, knowing his great love of reading,

knowing his great love of books,

knowing his severe dislike for anything extravagant,

they decided to use the next million dollars of his estate

on a new scoreboard for the football stadium,

a football stadium that they had just spent $25 million renovating.

Now, the university didn't do anything wrong.

Other than the request for a $100,000

to go towards the library,

he really did say that they could use the money

in whatever way that they wanted.

But there are a lot of people who were very upset with the university

because they felt it was very obvious what Robert loved,

and it seems like what he loved

didn't really matter all that much to anyone.

This week we're going to go through a section of scripture in Luke chapter 16

that shows us very clearly that what you love

really does matter

and it matters to God.

In Luke chapter 16, Jesus told the story about two men,

a rich man and the guy named Lazarus.

And this is how it goes.

This is how it starts.

Two very different lives,

two very different descriptions of what people love during their lives.

And as we'll see during the week,

two very different outcomes for each of those lives.

But the story illustrates the principle that what you love really does matter.

It means something.

And that was the case, even for the person who's telling the story.

Well, what Jesus loved most in his life

was you.

It was you.

"Greater love has no one than this," he once told his disciples,

"that he lay down his life

for his friends."

He considered you his friend.

He loved you

and that made a difference in his life.

It made a difference in how he lived,

in who he spent time with,

in what he taught.

And also made a difference

in how he died,

and why he did.

He died

loving you.

What he loved made a difference in his life,

and what he loved also made a difference in your life.

And that difference is what we'll be talking about this week.

Jesus was excessively rich in his love for you.

Do you have a story about how someone in your life

was excessively rich in their love towards you or for someone else?

We'd love to hear about it and celebrate that love with you.

Leave it in the comments below

and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

What is this ruckus!!! - Duration: 5:33.

You don't see this everyday

Here's a story

So when I was younger

Like 4 years old

This whole drive way

we had from here all the way down over there but

it was all cracked up and everything

I remember, this muddy, clay, sand

they put it all over, where ever you see the cement on the drive way

they put it all over and than they put the cement

and this is almost 22 years old

it's crazy, to see this and immediately have that memory of when I was younger

I told you guys yesterday

that my dad did drain out the pool cover

yeah, so were getting our cement fixed

and I don't know if

ooh, snap!

So here's the plan guys

I want to get a trampoline

and put it right here

perfect right

my parents want me to put it all the way where the pole is

but the ground is not leveled

here is a little slanted, I did want to put it right

and jump off the roof

That would be awesome

But my mom was like...No!

Too dangerous

where is you going?

ooh look at that highlight on your face tho

look at it, look at that

Deena looking gooooood

So guys I have a neighbor

and since I was ay old

This lady and her husband

they are always against us

its been like that forever...

The 1st time

we had a huge boat

we had the trailer in the backyard

if you don't have a permit, you can't have your trailer there

but it wasn't bothering anybody

and our nosey neighbors

that so don't like us

umm.. for whatever reason

Called the cops and we got in trouble

The second time

we were at the neighbors house

there was so many kids

it's like that one move the sandlot

and... the.... monster house

where if the ball, goes in their yard

There's that evil old lady

That is always yelling

GET OUT OF MY YARD!

The ball was over there

and we were all standing by the fence

asking who is going to go

I went over, grabbed it and they were all screaming run!

and the lady comes out

and we just pretending, like we didn't' hear her or go in her yard

but we're kids, we're young, we're having fun

if we throw a ball over your fence

Just through it over

You don't have to cause any drama or something

so anyways, we're getting our cement fixed

and this lady is just staring at us

because I parked my car in front of her house

I don't know what it is

like the guy, in his garage

he has this nice race car

and it's loud!

when he turns the ignition on

it goes vroom vroom!

it's so loud it rumbles the house

it's like someone has their music on blast

with the bass on like bang bang

she called the cops on our bird

it was a blue and gold macaw

very beautiful

I think it was imitating my mom

because it would always scream SARAH!!

and than it would scream ZENNA!

but there was one time where I actually had a connection with the bird

and it would like me pet it's

Oh My God, I was so afraid

I was terrified

Even though it let me

The beak

was like

But yeah, ok.

So, now, we're going to have all this space

my trampoline can no long go in that corner

so it's probably have to go in that corner over there

I'm going to have to level out the ground

What is this girl doing?

I said are you coming bud?

WHAT ARE THOSE!!!

You need some slippers like me, AYE!

I feel like I'm top secret when I get to do this

Is there any food in here?

No

wait, yea, in the glove compartment

there empty!

yeah I'm a savage

but anyways

lock the door

don't open the door for strangers

they grow up so fast

I hooked you up with a bunch of cherry and coke on the top

did you eat them all..mhmm

there was nothing in there

there was like 5 left

what a savage!

I'm just kidding, I did eat them all

You can try it

I dont know if you want me because i'm still feeling nauseous

OH HECK NO!

I got a week break

that's better than what I had

when I was in school

after my winter semester

I had 2 days off

and than the spring started right away

I was like

WHAT!

I was debating if I should take a summer course but I wanted 4 months off

Honestly Deena

If you can go

and finish

as many classes as you can

in a year

get it done

because the quicker you get it done the quicker you finish

if you can handle it do it

but if you can't and you need a break

take 1 semester spring or summer off

Thank you for driving the uber I will take tips

I forgot to tell you guys, I did post my goals up here

and you are beautiful

always remind yourself

because it's true!

This big machine that has been sitting right here

I finally found someone to take this big machine

English Listening Comprehension: Interview with Anastasia Semina - Duration: 16:38.

Hello, hello. Welcome to Anya Teaches English.

My name is Anya and today, I've got

something pretty special for you!

So yesterday, I interviewed Anastasia

Semina. She is an English teacher and

mostly a Russian teacher now with her

fantastic YouTube channel and I thought...

so I interviewed her yesterday and then

I thought it's a good idea to turn this

into a listening exercise for you so you

can practise your listening skills. So if

you look below in the description box,

I've written a few questions for you.

Read the questions, watch the interview

and then try to answer these questions

in the comments below. It's a really

good chance for you to improve your

listening skills. So...yeah! Now I'm

going to pass myself over to myself from

yesterday.

Enjoy the interview and I'll see you

guys soon! Anya? ....Let's say hello to

her now! Anastasia, hello! Hello! Can you

introduce yourself please tell us a

little bit about yourself please? Okay, so

my name is Anastasia Semina. I am

Russian. I live in St. Petersburg but I

am originally from a smaller town; it's

called Arkhangelsk. It's in the north of

Russia and it's famous for being the

first seaport of Russia.

I teach Russian now but, by profession

I'm an English teacher

and I've been teaching...I still teach

English as well (now and then) but I'm more of

a Russian teacher now and I enjoy

teaching foreign languages.

So you grew up

speaking Russian, that's your native

language right? So when did you start

learning English? Tell us about your

English learning experience a little bit

first. Well, we had English lessons from

the first grade at school but it was just

maybe two times a week and it was not

that intensive. It was just

vocabulary, some simple grammar and then

we continued the same two times a week until

the end of the school but to be honest

with you, we never had any real practice,

real conversation with some native

speakers or something so I knew a lot of

vocabulary, I knew a lot of grammar, but I

could not speak at all. This is probably

the most like...it's the biggest problem

of Russian students, maybe you noticed?

They can tell you that I've been

studying English for 10 years but people

cannot literally speak so that's when I

started. And then when I finally started

speaking is only when I started

traveling and meeting foreigners and

talking to them in English and that's

when, with a lot of mistakes first, I

started speaking and being like more and

more confident, so that's how! That's very

good! Yes, I agree, I have a lot of

specifically Russian students actually

who can tell me very complicated grammar

rules who know, who understand the

complicated grammar rules but when it

comes to speaking they have some

difficulty. But okay, that's great. So what

You said you started travelling

and that's when you started really

improving your English skills so at

what age was that? How long ago was that?

So my first travel abroad was when

I was 22. Not that early.

So I was already a student at university

and still my speaking skills were not

that great. And where did you travel to?

I travelled to Finland then I travelled to

Norway, Sweden, Estonia for a bit and um

so yeah, I was speaking not even to

English native speakers but just

foreigners so maybe it also helped me to

understand that okay they also make

mistakes so it's not that bad to make

mistakes and we can just practice and

learn together!

Lovely, yes I think that's something that

holds a lot of people back; that fear of

making mistakes. Okay, great..

What do you think is the

most difficult thing about learning

English? Well the most difficult thing is

really learning how to speak because you

can learn the grammar rules and you can

make like you can do the exercises

perfectly well but you don't really like

speak naturally when it comes to real

conversation and so if I was to change

some system in our education in normal

state schools, I would probably arrange

on Skype maybe some kind of tandem

project or something about like, you know,

speaking to native speakers and those

who want for example to learn Russian so the

people can, I mean students,

children, can start learning how to speak

from the very early age. Because later on,

when you realise, "okay, I've been studying

English for 10 years" and then when you

start speaking somewhere, abroad for

example, and you can't really make

sentences...

that's quite frustrating and you

have this kind of idea that, " Oh my God!

I've been studying English for so long and I

can't speak!" So, I think teachers should

motivate and like just persuade

students speak from the very very early

age and our teachers didn't do that

unfortunately. So now I want to ask you a

bit about your teaching!

So when, Anastasia, when did you...when and

why did you decide to start teaching?

Well, I was fascinated by foreign

languages and by English especially like

from with school...from the school

years and then I decided to apply for

University which...actually my faculty was

the faculty was about teaching...

teaching students at Primary School and

teaching English so I chose that faculty

but I..when I graduated, I worked only as

an English teacher for about seven years,

I guess. Well, I started teaching English

while I was studying at university so it

was in 2007. It's yeah, more

nine years now and yeah, I just like

everything about foreign languages! I

just like the idea that you do

something. It was so exciting to me.

Everything about foreign languages seemed

so exciting. Okay, fantastic. And

what about...so you started, you said you

started teaching English but now you

mostly teach Russian, is that right?

(yes) Uh-huh

And oh...I had a question. So on my

Instagram, I asked my followers if they

had any questions for you and Benjamina Nouha

wanted to know: Do you prefer

teaching English or Russian? So why

did you switch from teaching English to

teaching Russian? For some reason I

started thinking, "Oh! But maybe I could

also communicate with foreigners and

teach them my own language. Maybe it

will feel different." And what I started, I

started making YouTube videos first and

only after making YouTube videos...after

making seven or eight of them, and I was

posting them on Facebook and our like

Russian version of Facebook: vk.com and

one girl approached me and said, "Wow! You

make these videos, cool! Do you want to

work with us?" And that's how I started

really teaching Russian offline, not on

YouTube, and I loved that! I love that! What

was different that all my...when I was

teaching English, my students were only

Russian but when I started teaching

Russian, it's like wow! Every student is

so different. All different cultures, all

these different countries, you know. And I

felt more special maybe because I was teaching

MY language you know, my native

language and my culture and like part of

my soul. So right now, I prefer teaching

Russian but I still continue teaching

English like maybe 10% of my timetable.

With teaching...well both Russian and

English...who do you...tell us about your

students. Are they, you know, what kind of

age? What nationality are most of

your students? Right now,I teach mostly

adults. Not children anymore. And

well, the nationalities are so different.

I realised recently

that I've been teaching people from all

the continents; it's so exciting!

So, as for the nationalities...there was a

huge project at work with Vietnamese

students and also from Algeria and now I

teach many European students from Italy,

from Greece, from Belgium, and from U.S and

so on. Another question from somebody

from Instagram Zezao Miranda wanted

to know...so after you became fluent in

English, do you still do any kind of

exercises to maintain your level of

English at all? That's a very good

question. That's what I talk a lot with

my students when even I teach English I

tell them that still, of course, I am not

perfect in English. I live in Russia and

I have to

I really have to practise my English

every day. So what I do is, I watch

YouTube every day. I watch everything in

English, if it's possible. Even the news

about Russia

I would watch in English just to like,

you know, kill two birds with one stone.

And I communicate with some people who

are like English native speakers or just

foreigners who live here in St.

Petersburg and if we are not...even my

students if we are not in the lesson and

their level is quite low, for example,

outside of lesson we would communicate

in English so this all helps. Okay, thank you.

I think that's a really good

answer because some people, I think, when

they get to a certain level...

some people might start to get a little

bit lazy and think, "Well, my English is

good I don't need to practise it now!". But

as you say, it's, y'know, it's important to

continue. I think it's especially

important with English because English,

as we know, is the fastest language which

like the fastest to change

and if you check on the dictionary like

Cambridge dictionary or something like that,

there are new words almost every day. So

it's just not possible to stop. It's like,

it's so...it's so...it's changing so

rapidly so much. So you have to always

practise and you keep your level.

Alright, so a couple more questions

about your life as a teacher. What, in your

opinion, (these are my questions for you)

What do you think are the best and

worst things about being a teacher? The

worst thing... (I will start with the worst

thing)...is that when you love your work as

I do and when you put all your energy

into the lessons, into preparing the

lessons, you sometimes are SO tired

you can not barely even speak or, I don't

know, walk! You know, you are...I'm so

exhausted. That's how much energy...how

much energy I put into the lessons

and I should probably learn how

to balance that. So that's the only thing,

I guess. And there are so many good

things. This is the communication. The

communicating with people from now from

different countries. It's learning myself

as well. Every day, different things. And

the best, like really best thing, for me

is when I teach and after some lessons,

the student makes more or less long

sentences you know himself or herself. I

feel it as magic, you know, it feels like

it was a complete mystery a few weeks

ago and now, he or she can speak this or

that! Like, even simple things. To me, it's

like magic and I feel like a magician! I

know you mean. It's pretty cool.

It's very rewarding as well, isn't it?

To see somebody, you know, making progress it

makes you feel quite good I think, as

a teacher. Good, okay. I'm going to switch

back to a question...I just noticed a

good question from quite a longtime

follower of mine. This guy, he asks

really good questions. His name is Alan

Peker and he asked...he wants to ask you: Is

it possible to learn a language by

yourself or communicating with

non-native speakers without studying at

a language school or something? This is a

good question, this is a good question. I

believe that to start right, to learn the

right way of pronouncing

some sounds, you know, some difficult

sounds which are absolutely foreign to

your native language, you should actually

start with a teacher. At least, I don't

know, like 10 or 15 lessons. Just for the

sake of pronouncing the words because I

know some people who studied by

themselves and unfortunately they...

because they studied by themselves

for so long, so they already have...

they have already this stuck, I don't know,

the patterns of how they pronounce

sounds and it's wrong. And I can't change

that...I mean I can probably, but it takes

a long time because they are sure that

they pronounce things right so that is

what I think is important. But as for

building your vocabulary and even like

grammar structures...of course you can do

that now with internet on YouTube and

different websites and applications on

your phone, you can of course do that but to

start, to REALLY start, I would recommend

taking, like...

having a teacher in the beginning. I

agree with what you said about getting

into the...being careful not to get into

the bad habits of incorrect

pronunciation because then it becomes

difficult to change that. Alright, next

question...so this is something that I

think a lot of people asked. A lot of

people wanted to know from you. What are

some of your top study tips for people

learning languages? How do they become

more fluent in a language? So, I think

the first tip would be to be

regular, like to be consistent in

studying and practising and as we

already talked about it, it's better 15

minutes a day than 90 minutes a week

because it helps your brain to really

remember these little things and they stick in

your brain better. And, if it's possible

to travel to the country where people

speak, of course it would be the ideal

solution to really practise and enrich

your language but i would also suggest

to do different things not to be bored.

If you study by yourself and

if you only use internet, for example. You

could do like one day, you do some

translation things, you know, other day,

you would listen to the music in this

language and then you would watch some

interviews and then you would read some

texts and I don't know, do some grammar

books so you can always change things

what you do and then you will never be

bored. You will be always like, you

know, on track with learning. Thank you. That is

very very very good advice and yeah,

I agree, it's important. Variety is

important. You don't want to be doing the

same thing every day, it gets pretty boring.

So, Anastasia, thank you so much for

letting me interview you. It's been very

interesting and very fun. So yeah, you guys

should check out her channel on YouTube;

it's super interesting and Anastasia,

thank you again and bye bye! Thank you, bye bye!

विपश्यना क्या है ? What is vipassana Meditation Sadhana ? in Hindi. - Duration: 6:32.

Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are,

is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation.

It was rediscovered by Gautam Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him

as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an Art Of Living.

This non-sectarian technique aims for the total eradication of

mental impurities and the resultant

highest happiness of full liberation.

Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation

Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation.

It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body,

which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body

and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind.

It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body

that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion.

The scientific laws that operate one's thoughts, feelings, judgements and sensations become clear

Through direct experience, the nature of how one grows or regresses,

how one produces suffering or frees oneself from suffering is understood

Life becomes characterized by increased awareness, non-delusion, self-control and peace

Since the time of Buddha, Vipassana has been handed down,

to the present day, by an unbroken chain of teachers.

Although Indian by descent, the current teacher in this chain

Mr. S.N. Goenka, was born and raised in Burma (Myanmar).

While living there he had the good fortune to learn Vipassana from his teacher,

Sayagyi U Ba Khin who was at the time a high Government official.

After receiving training from his teacher for fourteen years,

Mr. Goenka settled in India and began teaching Vipassana in 1969

Since then he has taught tens of thousands of people of all races and

all religions in both the East and West.

In 1982 he began to appoint assistant teachers to help him

meet the growing demand for Vipassana courses.

lets know about shibir

The technique is taught at ten-day residential courses

during which participants follow a prescribed Code of Discipline,

learn the basics of the method,

and practice sufficiently to experience its beneficial results.

The course requires hard, serious work.

There are three steps to the training

The first step is, for the period of the course

to abstain from killing, stealing, sexual activity,

speaking falsely, and intoxicants.

This simple code of moral conduct serves to calm the mind,

which otherwise would be too agitated to perform the task of self-observation.

The next step is to develop some mastery over the mind

by learning to fix one's attention on the natural reality of the

the ever changing flow of breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils

By the fourth day the mind is calmer and more focused,

better able to undertake the practice of Vipassana itself:

observing sensations throughout the body, understanding their nature,

and developing equanimity by learning not to react to them.

Finally, on the last full day participants learn

the meditation of loving kindness or goodwill towards all,

in which the purity developed during the course is shared with all beings.

The entire practice is actually a mental training.

Just as we use physical exercises to improve our bodily health,

Vipassana can be used to develop a healthy mind.

Because it has been found to be genuinely helpful,

great emphasis is put on preserving the technique in its original,

authentic form. It is not taught commercially,

but instead is offered freely.

No person involved in its teaching receives any material remuneration

There are no charges for the courses

not even to cover the cost of food and accommodation.

All expenses are met by donations from people who,

having completed a course and experienced the benefits of Vipassana,

wish to give others the opportunity to benefit from it also

Of course, the results come gradually through continued practice.

It is unrealistic to expect all problems to be solved in ten days

Within that time, however,

the essentials of Vipassana can be learned

so that it can be applied in daily life.

The more the technique is practiced,

the greater the freedom from misery,

and the closer the approach to the ultimate goal of full liberation

Even ten days can provide results which are vivid and obviously beneficial in everyday life.

All sincere people are welcome to join a Vipassana course

to see for themselves how the technique works

and to measure the benefits

All those who try it

it will find Vipassana to be an invaluable tool with which

to achieve and share real happiness with others.

Responding to Jesse Wellens: What Makes YouTube Great - Duration: 7:58.

Hello YouTube. It's Chase here

Today I wanted to do a video response to Jesse's newest video on PrankvsPrank.

Hi guys.

Sitting here in my car, in a parking lot over at Menchie's, the frozen yogurt chain, here in town.

Going there with some of my friends

They followed me here, but they're dropping someone off at their house who lives really close by.

So, they're going to be back here in a few minutes. But, I'm here just waiting for them. Chilling in my car.

I had planned to film parts of today's video at the college. I was going to have some people help me

But, I'm just going to be doing it on my own this weekend. I'll probably have to have some of them help me with future videos

But for this video, just gonna be a one man team again. So

Just waitin for my friends and then we'll get frozen yogurt.

Hello YouTube. It's Chase here. Today I wanted to do a video response to Jesse's newest video on PrankvsPrank.

I was one of the first people to watch his new video on YouTube as soon as it was uploaded.

I got the notification on my desktop and I immediately clicked on it.

And of course, he used a clickbait title called "Quitting YouTube."

Now, even before I clicked on the video, I knew that he probably wouldn't actually quit YouTube and there'd be some reason he uploaded this video.

So, I clicked on it. And, of course, after a few minutes of watching, he is pretty serious about wanting to quit YouTube

if his views on his channel don't improve.

So, I mean, you can go watch his video if you haven't watched it already.

But basically, he says that like the views on his channel are down, you know, and why spend so much time

making these great videos? He's such a talented creator. Why make these huge videos on YouTube when people who used to watch his videos aren't watching them?

because it's not being pushed out to people through YouTube.

That's what many large YouTubers have been saying lately. Is that, their videos are not getting viewed by their existing audience.

because of the changes in the YouTube algorithm.

I also feel like it's possible that these big YouTubers have lost touch with their fans. They've lost touch with how they actually became popular.

and, they need to, kind of, remember why they became famous on YouTube. Why people started watching them.

After two years of wanting to make videos on YouTube, I decided to invest in my passion for creating.

I've come to realize and understand that it doesn't matter how many people are watching my videos.

What matters is that I'm experiencing, I'm learning, and I'm always creating,

isn't that what YouTube's really about? Creating content that you're proud of in that very moment?

I've really come to love and appreciate Jesse's videos. I've been watching his channel for a long time.

I've been watching his channel longer than I've been watching any other channel on YouTube.

I wouldn't say that he inspired me through BFvsGF and PrankvsPrank, when those two channels were very popular.

I'm not saying that he inspired me to do YouTube, but he definitely gave me that final nudge

during the year that I started uploading videos

His editing style, his filmmaking style is so unique. It's so different. it's such a breath of fresh air.

If you watched like his Burning Man video, there's something so unique and so cool about them, especially now that he's kind of been losing

that Casey Neistat influence now that he stopped vlogging. He's been making these big production things in his goal to become a filmmaker.

And it's really great stuff. However, Jesse's complaining in his newest video about not getting very many views and potentially leaving YouTube shows that

he has forgotten the essence of what actually made YouTube great. It's about the product, not the views. There's so many videos that

we would call "trash content" get millions of views. And, I'm guilty of watching them. I love watching videos like that.

However, there's so many of them out there and quality videos are no longer being made. The essence of YouTube is making videos that you're proud of

Views shouldn't affect that. I'm not slamming Jesse. I still look up to him as a creator. I still think he's one of the greatest YouTubers.

I will follow him whether he stays on YouTube or not. I will always follow whatever he makes.

And I'm not saying that I have all of the answers. I'm not saying that I'm great at making YouTube videos. However, I'm driven to make better content.

Every time I make a video, I try to make it the best that I can in that particular moment.

Yeah, you'll hear me admit that it wasn't that good or I might've done this differently or that differently, but in the end

I made the best video that I could in that moment in time when I hit the upload button.

Trying to always make my best video yet is what keeps me going on YouTube. Not the views. Not the subscribers. And not the money.

I've spent more money on camera equipment for this channel than I'll ever get back from it.

And that's because I love what I do

I'm doing this because I want to be a good filmmaker. I want to make the best content that I can

So the number of views, the number of subscribers is great. I celebrate that when I reach these milestones.

it really makes my work feel recognized and appreciated and it does give me a boost to keep going

However, the main reason that I upload videos is to always make better content. I am continuously trying to improve the videos that I make

and I will not stop making videos until I am satisfied with where I'm at. I know where I want to be, but I don't know how to get there.

and the only way I can think of getting there is to continue making videos and continue practicing what I'm doing.

So, putting your YouTube career in the balance because you're not getting enough views and claiming that you want YouTube to be great again

it just doesn't add up. Views is not what made YouTube great.

It's the creators who put their soul into their work and don't expect anything in return.

Thanks for watching. I hope you all have a fantastic day or night, whenever you are watching this

As always, continue to follow your dreams and don't let anyone stop you

As always, I'm Chase Charaba and I'm exploring life through moving pictures.

Rohui loves eating! (ft.Do you guys know what crab tastes like?) [The Return of Superman/2017.04.30] - Duration: 11:20.

(Where is the little fairy, Rohui going?)

Where are we going?

- Hawaii. / - Hawaii?

Where did Hawaii come from? We're going to the sea.

Sea. Sea.

Sea.

It's nice to go on a trip with my daughter.

Rohui, are you happy to go on a trip with me?

- Yes. / - Are you really happy?

Then show me a smile. Show me a pretty smile.

(She shows him a million-dollar smile.)

(Then she straightens her face.)

- Dad. / - Yes?

Give me bread.

Bread?

Here you go.

(It's a small piece of bread.)

(She is very annoyed.)

Give me a big one.

(He bursts out laughing.)

Why won't you eat bread that is cut in half?

I can't believe you.

My goodness.

(It's a long piece of bread.)

(Cutting the bread in half is an affront.)

Rohui, look. It's the sea.

After a long drive,

they reach Taean in the west coast.

It looks great, right?

Swim, swim.

Do you want to swim, Rohui?

Rohui, do you want to smell the sea?

It smells nice.

Does it smell nice?

You know how to smell the sea.

What is that?

Those are go-karts.

- You are right. / - Am I right?

Can you see them?

Please drop me off here.

- Do you want to ride the go-kart? / - Yes.

The first course for the car enthusiast Rohui

involves riding a go-kart.

Let's go.

Where are we going?

Let's go in.

You need to put on a helmet to ride the go-kart.

- This one. / - This one?

This is the hairstyle you had when you were a baby.

Do you remember having this hairstyle?

Yes.

Rohui used to have a Mohawk hairstyle.

The helmet does look similar.

- Pink. / - Pink.

(It fits her perfectly.)

Look at me.

Let's see if it looks good on you.

It looks good on you.

It's pretty.

Car.

- You like that it's in the shape of a car? / - Yes.

Let's ride this one.

Let's ride this one.

Let's ride this one.

(Sitting)

Where is the seat belt?

It's behind you.

(She is in a hurry to ride the go-kart.)

(Gosh, it's obstructing my view.)

You couldn't see well.

(Click)

(She is doing well without my help.)

Dad, let's ride this.

Let's drive.

Dad, get in.

- Should I get in? / - Yes.

Okay, I will get in.

- Let's go. / - Let's go.

Let's go.

(The race starts.)

(They go and divide the wind.)

- Drive, Dad. / - Okay.

Rohui rides the go-kart with her dad.

However, Taeyoung is too slow.

You will place last at this rate.

(Three go-karts went past them.)

(Are we in the last place?)

Drive faster.

(Yelling)

Should I drive faster?

Let's go.

(Let's speed up.)

(Taeyoung revs up the engine.)

Let's go fast. I am fast, right?

Go faster.

(Excited)

(Put your hands up in the air.)

- Rohui, is this exciting? / - Yes.

Are you having fun?

(Taeyoung speeds up.)

(Rattling)

- Dad, the go-kart is going too fast. / - Okay.

(Another go-kart passes them by.)

Be careful.

Let's go on another ride.

Rohui, we should have a meal.

- A meal. / - That's right. A meal.

Your baby is so pretty. She's prettier in person.

Thank you.

What's good here?

Blue crabs are in season.

Really? Rohui has never had blue crabs.

Rohui, shall we eat blue crabs?

- Yes. / - Shall we eat blue crabs?

Please give us blue crabs.

(Taeyoung tidies up Rohui's hair.)

Where did Rohui's hand go?

Where did Rohui's hand go?

Where did it go? Where is your hand, Rohui?

Where did Rohui's hand go?

(Hocus pocus)

It's here.

(My hand is here.)

You surprised me.

Your hand is here. You surprised me.

- It looks delicious. / - The dish is served.

Blue crabs are here.

My mouth waters

at the sight of gaegukji and steamed blue crabs.

Those dishes smell like the sea.

They are filled with roes.

Rohui, what does a blue crab look like?

(Staring)

That's not a crab.

Show me a crab.

I see. That's a crab.

Dig in, Dad.

Don't say "Dig in."

Where did you learn that expression?

(She eats quail egg with her hands.)

You shouldn't eat with your hands.

Who eats with hands, a baby or a big girl?

- A big girl. / - A big girl?

How does a big girl eat?

She eats with a spoon.

She eats with a spoon.

(Rohui suddenly stands up.)

(My back hurts.)

(What will she do?)

(She puts the lid far away.)

You don't have to put it far away.

(She gets eating utensils.)

(She brought back utensils for Taeyoung.)

My goodness, is this for me?

I will enjoy my food with it. Thank you.

Thank you.

(She is so cute.)

Stop it.

(Stop with the kisses.)

Okay.

(He is embarrassed.)

(She sticks her tongue out.)

Why are you like that these days?

Why are you like that these days?

(She only kisses Moi,)

(not her dad.)

(I am jealous.)

Give me a kiss.

Give me a kiss.

(What will she do?)

(Here you go.)

(My daughter is the best.)

Dad, eat this.

I will cut the shrimp for you.

It's shrimp.

(Glaring)

- It's hot. / - Is it hot?

Give me shrimp again.

I will do that. It's too hot right now.

- This one. / - It's too hot.

- It's hot. / - It's hot.

I told you it's hot. I find it hot, too.

- It's very hot. / - Really?

Please cut it.

Do you want me to cut it? Okay.

It's not hot anymore.

(She's liveliest when she eats.)

Gosh, it's hot.

Dad, are you okay?

Yes, I am okay.

Give me blue crab.

Rohui, give it a try.

Try the crab meat.

- How does it taste? / - It's good.

Is it good? You can hold it and eat it.

There you go. You can eat the meat.

(Ripping)

(She knows how to enjoy the crab.)

(She uses both of her hands.)

You are eating well.

(She looks like a hungry animal.)

(Slurping)

(Do you know the taste of crabs?)

- It's tasty. / - It is, right?

(They clear the blue crab dishes.)

Dad, drink coffee.

- Should I drink coffee? / - Yes.

I don't want coffee from a vending machine.

Why don't you get me what I need?

Rohui.

Go to the supermarket and buy what we need.

Toilet paper, water and coffee.

Buy toilet paper, water and coffee, okay?

Okay.

Rohui runs the first errand in her life.

Okay.

Will she get the items?

(She safely enters the supermarket.)

(Looking around)

Hello, Rohui.

Hello.

Do you want a candy?

(She takes the candies.)

Rohui, what do you need to buy?

What do you need to buy?

(Blinking)

(My head is a blank.)

(Rohui looks confused. Will she remember?)

- Coffee and water. / - Coffee.

- Coffee and water. / - Yes.

(She remembered the items except for toilet paper.)

The coffee isn't for you, right?

- It's for Dad. / - I see.

(The owner of the supermarket gets the items.)

Here you go. Hold it.

Thank you. Here is your change.

(She takes the change.)

I will put them in a plastic bag.

(She leaves with the change.)

Rohui, you should take the items.

(She left behind the purchased items.)

- Take the plastic bag. / - Take it with you.

Here you go.

Put it on your arm.

(Thank you. I hope you get many customers.)

I have never sent her on an errand before.

- Rohui, did you really get the items? / - Yes.

Did you really get the items?

- This is the change. / - This is yours.

- This is the change. / - Yes.

(Rohui is all grown up.)

I didn't expect much.

Let's take a look.

(She feels like she's getting her homework checked.)

What is this?

- Rohui, did you buy candies? / - Yes.

Where is the toilet paper?

(Wouldn't that be in the toilet?)

Unwrap it.

Okay. Since you did a good job,

I will let you eat candy this time.

Let's brush our teeth well later.

Good job, Rohui.

I did WHAT?! | 30 Days of Brave Challenge - Duration: 6:57.

*Pop*

Woot!

*Video game start sound*

What in your life would you do, that you're not currently doing, if fear or insecurity

or anxiety weren't holding you back?

If anything was possible?

If the voices of your doubters or that little voice in your head telling you that you can't

or that you're not good enough, didn't exist?

Believe it or not, that idea is more than an inspiring, 5 minute Casey Neistat video.

It's real.

I've done things that people have considered to be "brave" a few times in my life.

At the age of just 17, I left everything and everyone I ever loved and with only a few

hundred dollars in my pocket and moved to a city where I knew literally no one in order

to pursue a dream.

It failed miserably.

But my life was completely changed.

I literally wouldn't be the person I currently am, doing what I am currently doing, had I

not done that.

At the age of 23 I held my breath with anticipation as I clicked the "upload" button for the

first time, awaiting judgment from the internet for my very own youtube channel.

The art, my art, myself, my creativity that had never been good enough was on the table

and I was terrified.

Actually every upload to this day is clouded with thoughts like "this isn't even good."

"Thyey're not going to like it."

"Why am I even trying?"

But I upload anyway.

And because I upload anyway, have friends I could have literally never had and I have

a community of people who for some reason like what I make and they route me on every

single time I press that upload button.

They give me a sense of purpose and community.

You might think, wow Crystal you're confident and independent and secure.

No!

The truth is, I'm not.

I'm fearful, I'm dependent on encouragement from people like my husband, and I'm insecure

in almost everything I do.

If anything, I'm very determined.

Fun fact about me, determination is the driving force behind everything that I am and everything

that I do.

I will reach my goals.

I won't let the words of everyone who said "You're not good enough" "You're helpless."

"You will always give up when it's too hard because you're incapable" I'm not going

to let that dictate the results of my life.

I won't let them win.

Being brave is acting in spite of those voices, in spite of that fear and using your determination

to propel you into your fullest potential.

And in just 30 days, with the 30 days of brave challenge, my determination helped me conquer

one of my longest standing fears.

My body.

So what the heck is the 30 days of brave challenge anyway?

Every day for 30 days, you're going to get an email in your inbox with some daily inspiration

and a 5 minute activity that will help you achieve your goal.

It can be something as big as starting a youtube channel or talking confidently in front of

a group of people.

Or as small as getting better at drawing, or coding, or music.

All you have do to do that, is make the decision to be just a little bit more brave than you

were yesterday and take back what your fear and insecurity has tried to take from you.

So I'm sure you're then asking yourself "What are you so afraid of doing Crystal?

What was your 30 day challenge?"

Time for some backstory: between the ages of 13 to 14m I went from 5''6'' to

5'11'' in like, 3 months.

I then was extremely skinny to the point that most people assumed I was anorexic.

Couple that with debilitating social anxiety and an affiliation for things most people

considered to be "weird" and you then get the nick name "Ugly Freak" and some

really bad posture.

Even after a few years, when I finally grew into myself and started modeling, that insecurity

never went away.

The pressure that comes with modeling, of always being perfect and sexy and skinny was

overwhelming and it wasn't long before I found myself over a toilet trying to get rid

of lunch with the words "ugly freak" echoing in my head.

And to this day, I thank God that I was not physically able to do it.

I had to give up.

I couldn't make myself throw up.

After giving up, I just sat on the cold floor thinking "What am I doing?"

I've always felt like a foreigner in my own body.

So when I found about about the 30 days of brave challenge, I wanted to take my body

back and do the one thing I've always been too afraid to do, pole dancing.

Understandably, before your judgement gets all up in the comments, Pole dancing get's

a bad rep, I know that.

But what a lot of people don't know is that it is an art form similar to that of contemporary

dance and it is a sport.

It takes some serious strength and confidence and grace and emotional vulnerability.

I do not deny in any way that it can totally be used for sexy type purposes but it can

also be more than that if you want it to be.

And once I completed my 30 day challenge, took the dive, and walked into that class,

I actually found out that at any given moment when pole dancing, there is not one muscle

in your body that is not doing something.

I also discovered at any given moment when pole dancing, I am smiling like a complete

idiot.

Even if I did look like a salmon.

The whole way to the class, I was nervous and worried that this whole video actually

was going to be a mistake.

What were people going to say?

What were people going to think of me?

Of my past?

Of what I'm doing?

Of pole dancing?

But then I remembered what I learned over these last 30 days.

I am capable.

I am present.

I am committed.

and I am inspired.

I've worked for this moment and I'm going to back down.

All of that other stuff was my insecurity talking.

And I did things I never thought I would be physically able to do.

I surprised myself and It was so worth it.

I want to give a huge shout out to the people who put together the 30 days of brave challenge

for sponsoring this video and inspiring me to do something I would have never have done

other wise.

And now, guys, it's your turn.

Take just 2 minutes to sign up for the completely free challenge in the link down below and

FIRST TIME IN TAIWAN - What To Eat And Where To Go // 第一次的台灣之旅 - 必吃美食必走行程 - Duration: 11:51.

And in 3, 2, 1, we're heading to Taipei

So this is the lobby of the Taiwan Grand Hotel

It literally feels like a Chinese palace.

look, everything is RED

so many red pillars…

The outside looks like you are entering some kind of kingdom…

some ancient kingdom, it looks insane!

I literally love this hotel It's been...actually its my first day here but its really awesome

Here is Dan Dan!

Hey, whats up.

Dan is my Taiwanese guy so he knows where to go, what to do

So we are going to go to Jiufen

It is like $2,000 NTD there and back

It's like an hour car ride there and then an hour back

$2,000 NTD is like 6,000-7,000 yen or around $60-70 US

So we will see you guys there

So right now we are in Jiufen, we have landed

beautiful view

Kind of crazy. I think you don't really recognize or

For me at least I didn't think taiwan was so green, but it there's so much nature

everywhere

That temple were like in the middle of the forest as you guys saw or a temple Shrine temple

yeah, we think temple but

It was absolutely gorgeous. It was like sticking out of the forest

Looked kind of crazy but we have another beautiful scene so we will see you guys there

I don't think you realize how much of a mountain Taiwan is

Like one giant Mountain no wonder Daniel is so fit

Yeah DanDan

But Taiwan mountain #1!

You are sweating

So this uphill is literally

Just stairs with restaurants and souvenir shops lining

So many people and it's so humid. I'm dripping sweat

but I'm not the only one, Dan is dripping sweat too

We are dripping sweat buddies

This is so cool though. It just keeps going up

Oh my god

Alright, so now. We're gonna try yu yuan

Yu yuan...Its basically like ice, a slushy looking ice with fruit slices, mochi balls or taro balls

I haven't tried it yet, but I think I look like a much of all kind of thing plus red bean paste or "anko"

There is a lot of influence from Japanese culture here so…

Yeah, like mochi balls

Really good. And its so good right now because its so hot. This ice is really refreshing

Its only 45 NTD for one

We are trying sweet seaweed

Whoa? Oh I know what this is. My grandma used to make this

That's good

It's like Jell-O

Not jello!

It tastes like anindofu

Right right, so what you do is you boil that block and then you put ice in it...

And then you can drink it like that

That's good

so

We're still walking in the alleyway, Taiwanese people are so nice...I like Taiwanese people

Ohhhh, boba tea, milk tea!

Okay, it's bigger than my hands whoa

Look how big this is, as big as my face. Only about 260 yen of around $2.60US

for the country known for the best

Yeah, oh, yeah

We have made it to Shifen, Shifen Old Street

Shifen Old Street and we are on another suspension bridge

And I really don't like suspension bridges as you can see it's shaking already. Well my hair looks crazy

It's been like raining on and off constantly here

And then this place is actually famous for like kind of lantern thing you like put a lantern a fire under a small lantern

You let it go up in the sky and you can make a wish or something right?

Yeah, you can write something on it. Yeah kind of cool. We're gonna try that

So this place has a bunch of cool

Shops and restaurants and cafes as well

Just like Jiufen

Everything is like so much eating here. I love it food here is great so many choices

except it rains like very very often

All right, we went across a fried ice cream place

I gotta get my ice cream course right?

That's so good imagine like tempura and like ice cream

The Shifen area was pretty awesome and a nice get away from the busy Taipei city vibe

After we got dropped off from the taxi back towards our hotel

We took the subway to our next location which was very convenient and easy to use

There were English translations for most of the prompts on the screen making ticket purchases very efficient

You get a poker chip looking like coin, that you'll tap on a ticket gate and later use for the exit gate as well.

I was very eager to arrive at our next stop as it was supposed to be absolutely enormous

Whatup guys so right now we are outside of chiang Kai-shek

National Memorial Hall, which is it covers around over 240,000 square meters, so it is absolutely huge

The main Entrance is right here

And it's designated to the former president of the republic of China. His name is chiang Kai-shek

Hence chiang Kai-shek memorial hall and here's like a very prominent a military leader

in

Taiwan History, or the Republic of China and

He died at 1975 so that's actually kind of recent. But um yeah, there's a lot of good history. You can see here

There's a lot of like soldiers

Walking around it's actually like a big event right now with a bunch of soldiers...

like children...?

students...?

Get in here buddy. Get in here. They're high school students doing what um

Marching performance doing stuff and yeah, then after this we're going to go to

Hsing Tian Kong

Which is a temple for that that's devoted to the god of business here in Taiwan, and that covers over 70,000 square meters

So these places are really really really big

Yeah

We have made it to elephant Mountain aka Xiangshen

It's called Elephant Mountain because the mountain looks like an elephant head

He's Taiwanese, I'm not even Taiwanese and I know...

We will see you guys up on the mountain..

so we have been climbing for like 3 minutes...

and Elephant Mountain

is just a buttload of stairs

Look at that. This is a never-ending Elephant Mountain...

Actually it just keeps getting steeper and steeper each step is getting longer and longer making for a deeper squat. How one else nothing

Taiwan Elephant Mountain trying to kill tourists one step at a time...

At the top of Elephant Mountain was an absolutely gorgeous view of the City minus the weather

When people talk about how good taiwanese food is they are definitely not kidding around

The Hike was a perfect way to burn all those calories we gained while here in Taiwan

We couldn't stop eating on this trip as every meal seemed to get better than the last

I don't think I've ever been on a trip that was centered around delicious food, but I'm glad I now have that experience

On our last day we decided to take the train to the airport

near Taipei station, which has direct access to the airport terminal making for a very easy return home

the process of purchasing the ticket is the same as buying a ticket on the normal train. The price was very cheap and

definitely something you should take advantage of if you make your way down here

All right guys that's going to wrap it up for kind of like an explore Taiwan video. We had a ton of fun

I absolutely love taiwan [um] I think it's just rightfully correct to end it with some tapioca since uh tapioca or

boba tea, or I guess pearls tapioca pearls or however you want to call them originated from Taiwan

we did so much from eating so much food to hiking to going to the countryside of Taiwan, not countryside, but like kind of

outside of the main city in Jiufen on the first day was absolutely great. We also went on a hike to Elephant Mountain

We went shopping. We got a massage. We got everything Taiwan is absolutely.. I literally absolutely love it

I want to come back and check out the other cities Taichung and Tainan

Tainan is down south and Taicheng is in between Tainan and Taipei

So I hope you guys enjoyed this video even though its not Japan related

But I hope you guys can support it and kind of enjoy the Taiwan vlogs because I would love to come back here

So yeah anyways, please like comment share and subscribe, and we'll see you guys in the next video. Bye

All right, so we are trying pork blood cake

Want to explain this? Can you tell me what this is?

😱 WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR SWIMMING POOL??!! (Day 1854) - Duration: 10:47.

- [Clintus] Good morning.

- Good morning.

- [Tiffany] (laughing) You scared Baby.

- [Clintus] I scared Baby.

Baby!

Any scorpions Baby?

Did you check the house?

Huh?

My little scorpion killer.

Did you check the house, check the perimeter?

(toy squeaking)

Good morning clan. Welcome to Friday.

It's a cloudy and windy one here.

It's hazy, just like the whole sky is gray.

Over to the,

what is what?

That's the east.

Clouds, where drifting above it's just gray.

There's no rain the forecast though.

Just windy, which means it's going to be dusty.

Check on Bryce, make sure that he's moving.

Oh.

(tisking)

(laughing)

You're getting your dirty feet all over your clean clothes.

- [Bryce] They're not dirty.

- [Clintus] They are dirty, they're always dirty.

They're always dirty.

- I'll kick the camera.

- [Clintus] I'll kick the camera.

Time to get up.

- Stop.

(laughing)

(bass notes)

Alright guys, I'm heading to the mail box

for the first time we've got a couple of comments

and tweets about you guys sending us some mail

to the new mail box.

I'm heading to pick it up right now for the first time.

(indistinct chatter)

What are you guys playing?

- Southern Gun.

- [Clintus] Oh yeah, playing the same server?

- Yeah.

- We were, but I died and

when we pressed. - Oh I died.

When we pressed the join game button at the same exact time

made us play on the same server.

(cheering)

- Alright, we're back home now,

it's about 7:00 P.M.,

and we've got nothing going on.

Nothing to do,

but to chill.

This kids got a basketball game at 9:00 A.M.

so it will somewhat of an early night tonight.

'Cause we gotta get up at seven,

to be out of the house by...

- [Bryce] Eight.

- Eight.

- [Tiffany] Eight o'clock. - Eight o'clock, yeah.

- [Tiffany] Yeah, let's try for eight.

(toy squeaking)

- Sierra lost.

Holy crap, I just saw that and then

look at all the dirt, that's from the wind.

Look how bad the wind is.

- [Tiffany] This is like monsoon season.

- [Clintus] that's a monsoon seasons gonna look like.

That is crazy.

But you can see...

Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.

Hold on, stop, stop, stop.

But look, you can see where the water.

That's how good it cleans.

It just takes time.

That is crazy guys look at that.

So that's where the water, like

the water shoots all around.

Oh there's a dead lizard.

(laughing).

There's a dead lizard.

See the dead lizard.

(laughing)

- [Bryce] You got blew in there.

- [Clintus] Wow, that's crazy, alright,

so that's what monsoon season is gonna look like.

'Cause it's not even monsoon season.

And that's how dirty it is, wow.

That's crazy dirty.

We just cleaned the filter too.

We just changed the filters.

Wow. Look at that, it's thick.

Look how thick it is.

- [Tiffany] You wanna go swimming?

- No.

(Tiffany laughs)

- [Tiffany] In a chocolate pool?

Let's go swimming.

(Clintus laughs)

That's bad.

That's really bad.

- And to think I just changed the filters.

- [Tiffany] I know.

- Imagine like, if this just happened, and like

oh we're gonna change the filters tomorrow,

no big deal. - [Tiffany] Right.

- But we just changed the filters.

- [Tiffany] That's what you do though.

You know what I mean?

They're there for a reason.

It's gonna be like this like every other day.

In August, right?

- Well that might change the chemical balance in the pool.

- [Tiffany] Yeah.

Crazy.

- [Bryce] So dark.

- [Tiffany] Alright, so we decided

we're all going for a night swim.

You ready? - No.

- [Tiffany] Come here. - No.

- [Tiffany] No seriously, come here.

She just showered but it's okay.

Come on.

(laughing)

It'll be perfect after a shower.

Go look at the pool. - Don't?

- [Tiffany] No just go look at the pool.

I'm not pushing you in.

- Ew.

- [Tiffany] Ew.

Isn't that crazy?

- What happened to it?

- [Tiffany] It's all the wind, all the dust went into it.

- Ew.

- [Tiffany] You don't wanna go swimming?

- No.

- [Bryce] Ew, there's dead lizards in here.

- [Tiffany] I told Sierra this is the perfect swim

after showering.

- [Clintus] Come see the lizard.

- [Tiffany] Really, like alive or dead?

- [Clintus] Dead.

- [Tiffany] It drowned.

- [Clintus] Oh my God, this water is so dirty.

- [Tiffany] Where's the lizards?

- [Bryce] Right there.

- [Tiffany] Ew, gross, aww.

- [Bryce] Touch his tail.

Poor lizard.

You can touch his tail right there.

Poor lizards.

- [Tiffany] He didn't make it.

(screaming)

I'm afraid you're gonna throw it at me.

Don't even.

- Wow this is crazy, the water is like black.

- [Sierra] Ew dad, 'cause I kinda thought it was a light.

- The bulk of the filtering's over for the day,

so this won't get cleaned until tomorrow.

- [Tiffany] Really.

- [Bryce] This is so heavy.

- Yeah, dump it out. - Dump it out.

- Dump it out.

Alright so, not much we can do tonight.

The pool filtering's off.

It ran already during the day.

It'll kick back on at like seven in the morning, so.

It'll have to do its thing.

But, I did go and get a much longer hose from Home Depot.

So I've got a like hundred feet foot hose

and it's basically gonna run from here

with the sump pump and pull water out

and actually put it into the sewer line up front.

And that way it can run pretty much 24/7 honestly.

It can just run all the time.

That way we don't have water running down the street

and you know, I don't wanna make the neighbors cranky

or upset.

But basically we're just gonna drain this pretty much

nonstop and then,

when it hits the top of the step, stop.

Fill it back up with water,

and just keep rinse and repeating until

the levels are back to normal.

So, yeah.

Okay guys, so as I mentioned in yesterdays vlog,

I got a package from Activision

and inside that package was

a formal invitation to the Destiny 2

game play premiere/reveal.

Activision is sending me out to L.A. on May 18th

to see and play

and capture Destiny 2 game play.

I'm so ridiculously excited.

I'm honored, privileged, however you wanna say it, I'm like,

dude, these invitations went out to maybe like 100 people.

Like maybe, maybe 200, I don't know.

In the world.

They sent me a Cayde-6 figurine,

which I already have one of these,

I'm gonna give one of these away

on my, probably on Twitch.

I'll probably give this away on one of my Twitch streams,

so be sure you follow Twitch.tv/clintus

if you want a chance to win one of these Cayde figurines.

All you gotta do is follow the channel.

And so we'll do that later on.

And then this is the cool part,

this is the exclusive here.

This is a Destiny 2 pin.

It's a ghost with no light.

So normally that center eye is like, lit up,

that's the ghost that revives you in the game,

and this what the catch phrase says, it says

"Welcome to a world without light"

so Destiny 2 guys.

My favorite game is Destiny, this is Destiny 2.

This pin is super dope.

I've gotta find a place to put it.

But yeah, May 18th I'm going out to L.A. for a day

to play Destiny 2.

So Sierra just got something new for her channel,

it's called a Snack Crate.

There's all kinds of goodies in here.

And she just unboxed it, and it'll be on her channel.

Anything good here?

You got some Red Vines.

- [Sierra] Yeah.

- Bob Frogs?

- [Sierra] These are what you will like.

It's salmon, but it's jerky.

That's all melted, it's chocolate.

- Gross.

Oh, salmon jerky.

- [Sierra] Yes, it smells like salmon tastes like salmon.

- Mmm.

Alright so as I said, it's Friday night.

Everyones just kind of doing their own thing.

Doing there own things.

Tiff's catching up on the vlogs,

at the dinner table there.

She's comfy, she's having fun.

The kids are in here playing some ROBLOX.

They've been kind of hooked on ROBLOX the last week.

Are you guys playing a particular game?

- We're playing ROBLOX and we're playing Jail Break.

- [Clintus] Jail Break.

- It's like the new prison game.

- [Clintus] And you guys are playing together?

- Yeah. - [Clintus] That's so cool.

- We're trying to get a key card so we can rob the bank.

- [Clintus] Oh. - And get us loads of money.

There's two ways where you can do it.

If the cops just like standing still

you can behind them and pick pocket them.

Or you can win it from safe, like there's safes

and you can buy them.

- [Clintus] Are you on a team

or are you guys against each other?

- [Sierra] No we're playing a team.

- We're playing team. - Team.

- [Clintus] So both breaking out of jail.

- Yes. - Yes.

- So you start off as prisoners or a police

if you escape then you're a criminal.

And there's most wanted criminals.

And if the police catch them...

- My kids are officially criminals you guys.

Officially criminals.

And Baby's chilling, running around.

Not knowing what to do.

She's like, somebody play with me.

Somebody play with me, play with me.

(growling)

we'll doggy, you're all dusty.

You're all dusty. I can see the dirt on you.

So Sierra's just finished watching the latest Flash.

- Yep. - It was a good one?

- Yeah. - It was a good one.

We're getting close to the season finale you think?

- Yeah.

- We're probably within one or two episodes

from the season finale.

A lot of you guys in the comments last week

that a lot of you guys watch Flash and Supergirl.

A lot of people said you should watch Arrow.

Arrows one of the DC one.

You don't want Legend either do you?

- No.

- No, she doesn't watch Legends or Arrow.

But, that's what summer time is for.

You can watch all the episodes on Netflix.

Catch up on them, so.

Bryce do you like it?

- Yeah.

- [Clintus] Yeah, are you into it?

Kinda, sorta?

- I only watch the Flash.

I sometimes watch Supergirl, but mostly the Flash.

- [Clintus] Right, yep.

It's good stuff, good TV.

And that's the end of the vlog guys.

Thanks for watching.

"i" on the sky for more videos.

Last five years down in the description below.

And we'll see you guys tomorrow

for Bryce's basketball finale tournament.

1:00 P.M. Pacific, vlog on.
