President Trump Sends Chuck Schumer Into Panic Mode After Threatening To Break Up 9th Circuit

Court

The 9th Circuit Court has been abusing their powers since President Trump took office.

They blocked his perfectly constitutional travel ban, and now he's thinking of blocking

them.

When asked if President Trump has ever considered breaking up the 9th circuit court, he said

'absolutely.'

"Absolutely, I have.

There are many people that want to break up the 9th Circuit.

It's outrageous.

Everybody immediately runs to the 9th Circuit.

And we have a big country.

We have lots of other locations.

But they immediately run to the 9th Circuit.

Because they know that's like, semi-automatic," explained President Trump.

"You see judge shopping, or what's gone on with these people, they immediately run

to the 9th Circuit.

It's got close to an 80 percent reversal period, and what's going on in the 9th Circuit

is a shame," said President Trump.

Ted Cruz also offered his support for breaking up the 9th circuit.

"The 9th Circuit is the largest federal court of appeals.

I think many of the Western states are weighted down by California.

California has a ton of very liberal, left-wing judges that they put on the 9th Circuit.

I think a lot of the other Western states would love to be freed from that corrosive

left-wing influence," said Cruz.

When Chuck Schumer saw President Trump's comments he immediately panicked and rushed

to twitter.

""Absolutely" not."

wrote Schumer.

Apparently that's the best he could come up with.

Probably because he knows he is powerless.

ALERT: EHDI Is Up for Re-Authorization - Duration: 5:37.

I recently attended several Congressional meetings because

the Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Act of 2017 (EHDI) is up for reauthorization and discussion.

The reauthorization process tends to happen about every five years.

Right now, bills to reauthorize this law have been presented in each of the two parts of the U.S. Congress,

the Senate and the House of Representatives.

The U.S. Congress has two parts, one is the Senate and the other is the House of Representatives.

The Senate has two elected officers for each state, so it has a total of 100 Senators.

The House of Representatives has a different number of representatives per state,

depending on the size of your state's population.

The House has a total of 435 representatives.

Now, back to the bill.

Currently, different bills to reauthorize the EHDI Act have been introduced in each of the two parts of

the U.S. Congress.

The submissions of these two bills took us by surprise because usually a bill is submitted with one part

of Congress at a time, and that allows us to focus our efforts.

Then when the bill passes that part of Congress it goes to the other part, and we can work with the other part

of Congress at that time.

However, this isn't the case right now.

We need to do double duty in both parts of Congress for two bills that are pending at the same time.

Now, why are we concerned?

Senators and Representatives were working on writing their bills before the bills are sent to a committee.

As they thought about what to put in this bill and how to improve the law that provides early services for

deaf and hard of hearing children, they asked audiologists, speech therapists and doctors.

However, they did not ask the NAD or the deaf or hard of hearing community for advice or suggestions

on what to add.

This is not acceptable.

Deaf and hard of hearing people must be involved because this bill

is about deaf and hard of hearing children!

We recommend changes to the law, and we need your support for these recommended changes to improve

how the law benefits deaf and hard of hearing children.

Under EHDI, there has been a long history of situations where families that learn of their babies being identified

as deaf after a screening will go to audiologists for confirmation.

Once this happens, the families get a lot of information that focus on speech services and auditory therapy.

They do not get enough information about sign language or deaf culture information.

You already know that through your own experiences.

We must seize this opportunity to improve the law, and we can do it!

We must contact the Senate and the House of Representatives.

There are three changes that we recommend.

First, EHDI stands for "Early Hearing Detection and Intervention."

However, if you look up "intervention" in an English dictionary, it has a negative meaning that means

to "interfere" with a bad situation, such as stop a fight or provide therapy to resolve a problem.

That does not reflect the need to positively address the needs of deaf and hard of hearing children.

Deaf and hard of hearing children can lead wonderful lives, as long as they have early and rich language access.

So, "intervention" is not what we need for deaf and hard of hearing babies.

We need to use "Early Language Services" instead.

This change will reinforce and remind people who working with deaf and hard of hearing children that

deaf and hard of hearing children need language to succeed.

We all have a responsibility to provide language to deaf and hard of hearing babies.

Currently, in the USA, 85% of families with deaf babies are using spoken language to communicate with deaf babies.

This happens because they get very limited information about the benefits of sign language.

They also get very little support to do so.

Families naturally decide to focus on speaking as it is what they use.

As the deaf baby grows up, the child does not often indicate strong language skills.

Unfortunately, such language gaps are very common as a result and has continued over the years.

The second change is about inappropriate medical terminologies used such as: "diagnosis" which is what

doctors use to explain what is wrong with you; or "treatment" which is what doctors use to determine how

to cure you of something.

Deaf and hard of hearing people are not cured by technology such as hearing aids or cochlear implants.

We still have the experience of being deaf and hard of hearing, whether we use such technology or not.

Instead, we recommend "identification" to confirm that "the baby is deaf or hard of hearing," and

instead of "treatment" we recommend "referral to services."

As for the third recommended change, the EHDI law has a provision that gives

millions of dollars to the Centers on Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a federal agency,

to study the spread of diseases and how to stop them.

An example is the Zika virus.

That is the purpose of the CDC, and somehow this agency is also responsible for collecting data on deaf babies.

The deaf and hard of hearing community have expressed objections to this

as we do not consider being deaf to be a "disease."

The rationale given for including the CDC in the EHDI Act is that the CDC is well known for data collection.

While it is true that the CDC is designed for data collection, employees of the CDC are not members of

the deaf and hard of hearing community and are not familiar with deaf culture or the language needs

of deaf and hard of hearing babies.

As a result, the CDC is not equipped to properly assess anything beyond identification.

The money given to the CDC should be moved to an agency or entity with expertise in researching

the language acquisition of deaf and hard of hearing children.

These are the NAD's three recommendations for amendments to the bill.

You can help!

Send a letter to your Senators and House Representatives because there is a bill now

in both parts of Congress.

The Senate bill is marked as S. 652, and the House bill is marked as H.R. 1539.

We need to tell them not to support these bills until the bills include amendments from

the deaf and hard of hearing community.

We must let them know now.

We have a sample letter ready for you to use.

You also can send a video of yourself sharing your experience with EHDI.

It can either be a struggle or success story about getting language services.

If you send a video, please include an explanation in English.

We must bombard these Senators and Representatives with our letters!

By doing that, we can influence these legislators to change the law and make sure deaf and hard of hearing

children get the language services they need.

Thank you.

The Worst Customers Caught On Youtube! - Duration: 2:58.

Hi!

Today we're going to be starting a new segment where we unleash the horrors of bad customers

caught on video!

If you think that some of the stories you read on Not Always Right are outrageous and

unrealistic, all you've got to do is go on YouTube, and you'll realise that these customers

are real people, with real problems!

It's gotten to the point where a woman in a bookstore channelling a truly-terrifying

Annie Wilkes from Misery might be an obvious actor to some, but is so close to the real

behavior of some customers that many, MANY viewers thought this was the real deal:

I'm not familiar with Misery, I'm more of a history kinda guy.

How can you not know Misery!

You work here!

What kind of cock-a-doody bookstore is this!

I DON'T UNDERSTAND, WHAT IS HAPPENING!

I AM LOOKING FOR A COCK-A-DOODY BOOOOOK!

Buuut no.

Because life truly is stranger than fiction--

Muthafucka I wan't my moneeeeeeeeeey!

Reality serves up examples of people being wonderful human beings, like this disgruntled

SUV driver, who thought it best to take their complaint inside the store; drive-thru style:

The destruction doesn't end there!

With this clip from the Apple Store in France, where a customer decides to end the lives

of multiple Apple products using a steel ball bearing.

Maybe he was just pissed that these days iPhones die quicker than black guys in horror movies,

so was just killing them all early to make a point.

But it's not just Apple products that can infuriate, as this gentleman in a phone shop

in my homeland admirably demonstrates.

Note the mob outside cheering him on, thrilled by the violent act of rebellion, almost disappointed

when it's all over.

But no!

He's gone to get the fire-extinguisher lads!

Oh look!

He's found another one!

And here!

What the hell is happening here?

Did someone schedule Black Friday in Asia to coincide with the fucking purge?!

It's not even like they're targeting a single store:

First let's attack Samsung for their exploding phones!

Nope?

Let's just attack everyone!

Is this why so many Chinese go crazy for the sales in London, because there they have a

chance of not only getting a decent bargain but also... you know... surviving?

Some of you have probably already seen this one, but it's a classic that we would be remiss

not to mention: If you wanna - HEY!

- If you wanna be polite to the customer, then you speak ENGLISH to the customer in

America!

From her willingness to let her children choose their own diet:

My kids don't eat green things!

To this phrase that has surely gone down as one of the most obnoxious ever uttered:

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

THAT'S HOW IT WORKS HERE!

Her main complaint is how many times it takes to get something right.

To prove how easy it is to do this - IN AMERICA - she'll demonstrate by opening the door to

the premises in a smooth and elegant manner: GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

OKAY!

DIY Ribbon, kanzashi communion chalice (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #347 - Duration: 5:12.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make communion chalice made from ribbon.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Cut small styrofoam ball in a half.

Cut big styrofoam ball into 2 pieces (about 3/4 of width).

Make holes for handle.

Cut off an excess of cardboard tube.

Redraw the piece of small ball on a paper. Cut it.

Glue it.

Glue ribbon to an edge of styrofoam.

Cut several pieces of ribbon. About 6cm each.

Glue first end of ribbon in the center of styrofoam and its second end on the side.

Glue more pieces of ribbon. Cover entire top.

Glue ribbon to an edge of styrofoam.

Cut a lot of squares from ribbon (38mm x 38mm).

Fold a square in a half.

Fold it again in half.

And again.

Cut off a corner.

Burn the edges. Press them (this will glue them together).

Cut off a back part of petal.

Burn the edges. Make all the petals in the same way.

Now, glue the gold petals to the piece of small ball. Start from bottom.

Make more rows, but this time use white petals. Cover entire styrofoam.

Next, glue the gold petals to the piece of big ball. Stat from top.

Make more rows, but this time use white petals.

Wrap the tube by using white ribbon.

Apply glue into the holes and attach the handle.

Cut a few pieces of ribbon (4cm x 2.5cm).

Fold a piece of ribbon in a half.

Cut off a corner.

Burn the edges. Press them.

Fold a right side to the center. Burn the edges. Press them. Do the same with a left side.

We need about 10-12 leaves.

Glue the leaves close to the handle.

Next, add flowers.

Glue the flowers to the second end of handle.

Cut a square from tulle.

Glue it on the top of chalice.

Glue small ornament on the center.

Glue a few leaves...

...and flowers.

Glue the edges of tulle and glue the flat back pearls.

And it's done.

This chalice is an unusual gift for First Holy Communion.

This is also a great decoration for communion table.

Please give a like to this video and subscribe to my channel. Thanks for watching!

Bye bye.

HE TALKS | START IT UP MrFunRacing - Duration: 6:22.

My recordings today are all f*cked up

Because a little bug destroyed my lens

That`s the first test

with microphone

We will see if this works

Can you guys still hear me?

Probably you don`t

Now we give it a bit of throttle

Beautiful

It`s really nice today

Maybe we should pull a wheelie right here

Here they have to restrict

You guys ask me to explain riding techniques und stuff like that

And the best way to do that is talking while riding

wheelie...wheelie...wheelie

My microphone is in my mouth right now

I don`t know if I have to scream like that

But...I have the mic in my mouth :D

The brace of it

Maybe I can improve that

Nice line mam on the phone

The road is clear right here

nobody is here

little bumbs

Here is also a straight which I have to use properly

And you see you are always too fast

But the roads are clear

Last time I was riding behind a police car

And they were driving with 200km/h

without sirens on

Most of the time I am cruising with 100-110 km/h

Because...what do I want right here...?

I would have to ride with 200 through this corner right there to have `fun`!

to have a bit of an lean angle

But I don`t like that

Hello guys

This motovlog was just a little test

to see if the microphone is working

I wanna treat certain topics in those motovlogs

How do I properly turn into a corner

or

How to kneeslide

You can post your interests/topics in the comments

For the motovlog

Of course I will still do my "Rock the Road" - Compilations !!!

This format will be between the compilations

Meghan Markle Helped Prince Harry Open Up And Stop His Playboy Behavior - Duration: 2:46.

As Meghan Markles and Prince Harrys relationship heats up, several reports including

one from Closer Magazine unequivocally state that Meghan is the reason that Prince Harry

has stopped his playboy behavior, in addition to helping Harry open up about his past.

Harrys recent interviews and statements on the death of his mother, Princess Diana,

and his admittance of his mental health issues following the death have been making waves

recently, and Closer claims that his willingness to be open is all down to Meghans influence.

Closers source explains, Harry fell for Meghan partly because shes so open,

and has that American attitude of saying, Lets talk about our feelings. He

comes from such a stiff upper lip culture, but Meghan helped him open up.

Meghan encouraged Harry to see that, by speaking publicly about his difficult experience, he

would really help others, and how being honest might even be a relief.

No other woman has helped Harry so much emotionally. Meghan also has a long history in charity

and activism, and likely has more experience with this field than all of Harrys previous

girlfriends, one of the things that also reportedly drew Harry to her.

In that vein, its easy to see how Harry would lean on Meghan for advice, and how being

in a relationship with her encouraged him to open up and talk about things like grief

and mental illness.

The taboo around mental illness still remains very high, especially in the UK, and Prince

Harry and Prince William and Kate Middleton, for that matter have been working hard to

erase the negative stigma around the issue.

This report also confirms what weve known for a long time Prince Harry is genuinely

committed to Meghan Markle, in a way that he wasnt to anybody else ever before.

At this point, an engagement is not a question of if, but when and all signs

point to sooner rather than later.

If Prince Harrys finally found the person that has stopped him from getting drunk and

parading around naked in Vegas hotel rooms and generally being the epitome of playboy

then everyone close to him has probably breathed a sigh of relief and are currently counting

down the days until hes married.

What do you guys think about Meghan Markles influence on Prince Harry, and her being the

reason behind his recent emotional availability?

Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Republicans tell Trump to hold up on NAFTA withdrawal - Duration: 12:37.

Republicans tell Trump to hold up on NAFTA withdrawal

The Trump administration alarmed Republicans on Wednesday with its consideration of an

executive order that could lead to the United States' withdrawal from NAFTA — with some

lawmakers warning that such a move would be a "disaster."

A draft order has been submitted for final stages of review and could be unveiled late

this week or early next, two White House officials told POLITICO.

The effort, which still could change in coming days as more officials weigh in, would indicate

the administration's intent to withdraw from the sweeping Clinton-era pact by triggering

the timeline set forth in the deal.

The approach appears designed to extract better terms from Canada and Mexico.

But it raises the possibility the Trump administration could walk away from one of the largest trade

deals on the planet after having already pulled the U.S. out of the proposed Trans-Pacific

Partnership, a 12-nation deal that the Obama administration saw as a way to cement American

influence over Asia-Pacific trade.

"I think we'd better be careful about unintended consequences," said Senate Majority

Whip John Cornyn.
