filtration it takes a couple minutes

maybe 10 20 to really get a decent amount

of water but if you just have it filled up

like we do and that's what the purpose

of the larger systems are they have a

large reservoir of water one caution

that you do need to pay attention to especially

if you don't have a sight glass

spigot here is that if you have water

filled to about here and then in the upper

container you add a ton of water you

will actually have overflow and it will

be slow and you might not notice it so

you might come back in the morning and

your countertop or your wood cabinet

like ours will be ruined with overflowed

water so i recommend putting a

tray under it or towel just in case

a couple people your family are

filling up the Berkey and they overflow

it cause it will filter slowly and the last tip

I had on the live video was in addition

to the large Berkey systems that we

have at our house that we love

We recently also got the

Berkey Go Kit. Comes in cute little

bag with water bottles but it's so

fantastic for travel

i recently took a trip on the East Coast

and I was staying in a hotel and I took this

with me and i love it

this is the system. This is how it packs up

It fit really easily in a carry-on or

suitcase and basically what you do is remove

it here and you flip it around and you

have a mini lid and put the lid on top

Inside, there's only room for one black

purification element and you cannot it's

not an option to put one of the PF-2s on

the bottom doesn't fit does screw on

properly so this one won't remove fluoride

arsenic on the go but I think for the

99.9% of other

contaminants that you can remove with it

it's definitely worth it seems like

there's not much water but once you fill

this up with a hotel tap or whatever

water you have access to its pretty much gives you

one full container here of water which

you can put in a

container to go and travel i took a

trip to Mexico recently and spent a lot

of money on bottled water that i didn't

really trust the quality of either.

It sat outside in the Sun I don't know what

kind of toxins leeched into the water

and spent a lot of money and created a

lot of pollution because I was traveling

and needed drinking water so definitely

from now on wherever I travel

sometimes even on hikes this Berkey Go

come with us so i hope this answered
