3 Steps to Create Your Dream Life in 2019 - Duration: 13:19.

Welcome to Year 2019. First I want to wish you all a Great New Year, a year where you

will be able to accomplish your dream.

What if you don't have a dream? Then nothing is going to happen. So, we should all have

a dream. Dream is very important. I am not talking about the dream at night, by dream

I mean your future as you want it to be.

You should first decide how different you want yourself to be – job wise, money wise,

relationship wise, health wise – you have to know what you want. If you don't have

it, then nothing is going to happen.

Every day when you wake up in the morning, you should know how you want the day to be.

"I want the day to be no different from yesterday or tomorrow in terms of getting

more money, or getting more job satisfaction, or more health, or more relationship." So,

you have to know.

You have to create your day as you want it, provided you have the commitment, provided

you are willing to work. So, from day one, January 1st, if you become

alert, then you can create your dream life into a reality.

In the previous video clip that I made, I talked about the inner is the outer. If the

inner has a dream to become someone, it will happen. So, change the inner.

How do you change the inner?

It's a challenge. You need divine support. What do I mean by divine support?

a statue of Jesus, or if you are a Buddist, then go around the statue of Buddha, or if

you are a Hindu, then there are so many Gods. You can go and pray to any God that you want.

I recommend one God/ Goddess, that is Shreem Brzee – just go around her. Just make a

picture of her, print up a bigger one, and then go round and round and round.

Miracle doesn't belong to the human domain; miracle belongs to the domain of God. What

for, just sit down for half hour and write down your thoughts. Then write down your thoughts

that you want to manifest, write it down. Even if you want to make, let's say, Rs200

more, or Rs.300 more, it will happen because you keep writing.

These are very simple ways of changing your life, changing your 2009. Then we have time

watch which is called Hora Watch – AstroVed has an App or Hora watch. There are good times

and bad times. During bad time you get bad thoughts created by the planets. Just watch

your thoughts and check it against the hora. Then you will know for yourself which hora

is good for you. Hora means hour, which hour is good for you. Then during that time then

you program your mind with dreams.

your 2019. I will guarantee you that your bad, negative karma will fight against you

not to do any of what I have said. What can you do?

You have to fight; you have to be a warrior. You have to fight against bad luck, your bad

karma, and that is within you because you have a will power. God helps those who help

themselves. If you don't want to do anything and just allow the karma to roll, it will.

I am not here to give you a lengthy talk and waste my time and your time. These are more

than enough needed techniques that I have given to you. Just follow these and then change

your life.

Today I will update you about a trick on the flute's carry case

I will tell you about how to easily carry your flute everywhere... from classes

to performances

May a times, the carry cases

are not sent by the flute makers

to us when we purchase the flute

They generally send it in a round cardboard sealed box

Whenever we purchase it online we generally get these cardboard ones but...

the branded ones may send it in cases like these (SEE VIDEO)

But the lower end stays hollow...

Also, the upper end has this problem that it does not close easily; the chain is a bit clumsy

I generally do not prefer these kind of cases at all...

I got some cases like this one made on my own but with a dozen of additional features

I will tell you about them today

These are way more convenient!

So, I got this one made (SEE VIDEO)

This thing that you see in my hand is called an end-cap

and the pipe that you see is PVC that is used in our homes...

for garbage disposal and water plumb-lines etc.

You can easily acquire these as very low costs at any hardware shops

They are sold on the base of their diameter (in mm)

The one in my hand is a smaller one for a smaller flute

This is very easy to carry and see, like that, I can easily close it with the end-cap...

Also, I got this velcro put so that it does not open on its own

And as you see there is an end-cap at the end as well

You can also buy these at very cheap costs from the hardware shop

Remember to buy an end cap that fits it- not small or big...

Also to make carrying easier, I got this strap put

To make it more attractive you can put designer ones but these are more economical

The final touch or the adding of cloth or leather to the bag are made by bag-makers or tailors

This is very convenient and cheap.

If you don't have a case for any of your flutes, get these made

Like, I got this one made to keep three to four flutes together...

This also has this end-cap

I got two straps put here to make carrying even easier...

Whenever, I go for a class on a scooter, I can easily carry these...

You can make these to keep your flutes in groups...

I've gotten this third one made as well

रुई जितनी सॉफ्ट पनीर - How To Make Paneer At Home - Homemade Cottage Cheese - Basic Cooking - Seema - Duration: 4:16.

Paneer (cottage cheese) is an ingredient which is liked by everyone.

But we always buy paneer from outside.

So today I will show you how to make that same paneer at home.

So let's make home made paneer.

First of all let's turn on the flame.

Now we will add some water.

We will add water so that the milk doesn't get stuck to the bottom.

This is 1 litre full fat cream milk.

Now we will boil this 1 litre of milk nicely.

We will keep stirring the milk.

So that this milk doesn't stick to the bottom.

Our milk is nicely boiled.

Lower the flame.

And now to this we will add 2 tablespoon of lemon juice.

And lightly mix it.

You can see that our milk has curdle.

Paneer has seperated.

And water has settled on one side.

Now let's turn off the flame.

Otherwise our paneer will turn hard.

This water is very nutricious.

You can use this while kneading the dough or making the rotis.

Or you can use it to make kadhi (Indian curry).

It is called as paneer as well as Chhena.

You can also make rasgulla out of it.

Now we will remove this paneer and place it in one thin cloth.

You can see that how soft our paneer is.

Now we will remove out the paneer from water and drain it properly.

In a bowl we have taken cold water.

And we dip this paneer into it.

So that the sourness it has as we have added lemon into it..

..so that sourness will eradicate.

And even it's cooking process will stop.

We have kept the paneer on a wooden board.

We have removed all the excess water from it.

We will keep an heavy thing on it.

So that all the water from paneer drains out.

And the paneer sets nicely.

Our paneer is set now.

We had kept it aside for half an hour.

Now we will open this and cut it into pieces.

You can see that the moisture from paneer has gone and we are left with just the paneer.

Now we will cut small pieces out of it.

Here is our paneer ready.

Use this in vegetables and curries or any other things.

Now you have no need to buy paneer from outside.

Hello all friends. How are you doing?

Today Naly stay home.

Mommy is cooking food for Naly to eat.

Mommy cooking is delicious.

Hello everyone.

Today I will be in the kitchen cooking.

A couple days ago I took out a duck to defrost.

So today I want to try making roasted duck.

We will see how it will turn out.

I am using this same pot. The same pot I used to make Hainanese Chicken Rice.

I am going to cook it in this pot briefly and then cook some more in the oven to make the skin nice and crispy.

Now I am going to prepare the marinade.

Ingredients for the marinade include today is going to be fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken powder, salt

garlic powder, onion powder and peppercorns.

These are Kampot peppercorns. This time the white ones.

I am going to open to clean and rinse it thoroughly before I marinade it.

The duck I am using today weighs 5.69 lbs. almost 6 lbs.

Which store did I buy it from? I think I got it from Walmart Supercenter.

OK, the duck has been cleaned. When you buy a duck from the store it usually comes with this sauce packet.

It's an orange sauce. I never use it because I make the duck an Asian flavor.

Also it comes with inners. The inners was placed in the belly. But I am going to take it out.

This duck is pretty big.

Now I am going to mix the ingredients for the marinade.

Starting with garlic powder.

I am not measuring yet, just going to use my judgement.

If you like a little put a little. If you like a lot, put a lot.

Next is onion powder.

White pepper.

I only have white pepper that I got from Kampot province in Cambodia. I don't have black pepper.

I am going to put a little bit of salt.

Chicken powder.

Sugar.

Oyster sauce.

I have this much left so I am going to use it all up.

And the last thing is fish sauce.

Mix it well before using the marinade.

I think I am going to marinade for 30 mins. If you are able to marinade longer it would be good.

I just started making it and want to eat it for dinner.

So I think I am going to marinade for 30 mins and steam it in the Instant Pot and roast it until it's golden

and so the skin is crispy too.

I think I am going to add a little bit more sugar because earlier I added salt and fish sauce a bit too much.

Before I marinade I want to pull back the skin just a little bit. Pull it away from the meat.

They say when you do that it makes the skin crispier and it marinade well.

You add the marinade in between the skin and meat.

This skin is pretty thick so I don't have to be as cautious.

But if the skin in thin, you must be careful not to tear the skin.

Now I am going to marinade this.

You also marinade the inners but don't have to rub it as much because the marinade from the duck will drip

This duck has been marinade for 30 mins. now I am going to steam it.

Steam it using this pot.

Use this trivet that came with the pot when you purchase it.

Don't forget the inners.

Some marinade left I will save to bast the duck when roasting.

1/2 cup of water used for steaming.

Pour it to the sides.

I think this much water is enough because when you steam there will be more liquid at the bottom of the pot.

Now let's close it.

Don't forget to tick the venting knob.

I am going to set it to 3 mins.

I am going to use low pressure. That's it.

Now it's starting to countdown from 3 mins. 3..2..1..

Notice the red dot popped up meaning you should not open it because the pressure started to cook the duck

in the quickest amount of time.

Now it's reading 0.0.0 I am going to turn it off and wait 15 mins

then release the pressure and wait until the red dot goes down and then open the lid.

15 mins has arrived and I notice that the red dot went done on it's own.

Which means that while I waited 15 mins ALL the pressure has been released.

I don't have to use this tube and place on top to release pressure like my other dishes.

Also because I only used a little bit of water when I steamed this duck so there is not a lot of steam.

Now let's open it.

Here it is, our duck that has been steamed.

I am going to remove it and place it on this oven rack and roast it in the oven.

Roast in the oven at a temperature of 375 degrees.

To prevent it from burning or black spots I am going to use this foil to cover it.

Once I see that it is evenly cooked then I will remove it.

Once the duck has been removed there is this much liquid left.

Now I am going to place it in the oven.

Take the foil and put it on top like so, cover it and roast/bake it and continue the cooking process.

In about 20 mins I will check it again.

Check and use the leftover marinade to bast it and remove the foil so the skin gets nice and crispy.

15 mins has past, lets check and see.

The skin is starting to crisp a bit. The fat is starting to come out.

It will probably take more than 30 mins.

I will check it again in another 15 mins.

It's been 30 mins, I will remove it and bast the duck with the marinade.

Here's the marinade that was left.

This time I will roast it uncover so it will turn brown.

Another 15 mins has passed. I will remove it and test the temperature.

I heard that duck should reach a temperature of 160 degrees for doneness.

My first try not sure if I get it right but when I cook turkey I poke it in this same spot too.

It's up to 150 now so just a little bit more.

I am going to bast some more. Just so happen I have a little bit more marinade left.

This time I will also change the heat using the top heat (broil). Using this setting will make the top brown.

It's starting to brown. I am going to turn it a bit so it browns evenly.

The duck is removed from the oven.

I am not going to cut yet because it is still hot. When you cut it while it's hot it will make the juices spill out.

As a result the meat will be dry.

Wait a bit then cut it.

Eating this with cucumbers and herbs.

Also with Kampot fish sauce that my husband made on the day we made Hainanese chicken rice.

I will test the temperature again just to make sure that the meat is cooked and reached the right temperature.

The temperature is where we want it.

Half of this duck will be eaten because the 2 of us cannot finish it, will save it for later.

So it took about 1.5 hrs to cook, longer than anticipated.

Next time, I will steam it longer than this. This time was 3 mins, next time will be probably be 6 mins

to cut the cooking time and then roast it.

The roasting is to get this brown and crispy skin

- Keep one half. - Yeah, just chop one half.

Good.
